Chapter 62: The Witch:
Miko's POV:
So, we were all watching 'Too Much Blood.' The thing about this horror movie is that you don't know what kind of creature the scary thing is.
"Maybe it's a ghost," says Raf.
"Could be a demon," says Steel.
"Or maybe a witch," says Roadblock.
"Look, the theme is blood, right," asks Arashi, "so then it has to be a vampire."
Then the Director came in. "You guys are needed in Salem."
Stretch Monster's POV:
Megaria, Trixie, and I were in Salem.
"Why are we here," asks Trixie.
"We're going to free someone who was imprisoned," I said.
"Then let's get to work," says Megaria.
Miko's POV:
We arrived in Salem. Y'know, they used to burn witches here. Okay, so they just found people and assumed they were witches, but still...
"According to the Director," says Jack, "weird magical stuff has been happening here. Split up and take a look around."

Twilight, Arashi, and I were taking a look at a museum of witch trial stuff.
"Good thing I wasn't around back then," says Twilight, "imagine if they saw my magic."
Megaria's POV:
I was sneaking in the shadows, spying on three of those Unit: E fools.
"Good thing I wasn't around back then," says Twilight, "imagine if they saw my magic."
That's not a bad idea. I then let out a cloud of dark smoke and had it surround those fools.
Miko's POV:
They should put up a sign that says, 'No Smoking,' because there is a lot of smoke in here. Twilight levitated something and had it clear the way, but...
"WITCHES," someone shouts.
We all looked around, and we were surrounded.
"Wait, where are these..." it then occurred to me, "...we're the witches, aren't we?"
Roadblock's POV:
Steel, Brightmore, and I were checking the lake.
"So far, everything seems normal," I said.
"'eaaars, but one has the strangest feeling we're being watched," says Brightmore.
Stretch Monster's POV:
"'eaaars, but one has the strangest feeling we're being watched," says Brightmore.
He was right to think that, because I was secretly watching them. I then stretched my arms and pushed them into the icy cold water. I know, that's pretty cold of me.
Jack's POV:
Raf, Dr. Robertson, and I were at Town Hall, when I noticed someone in a cloak.
"I think that's Twilight's friend, Trixie," I said.
"I am the Great and Powerful Trixie!"
"She forgot modest," says Dr. Robertson.
"What are you guys up to," asks Raf.
"You won't stop us," says Trixie, "because you'll be a little too busy!"
Our shadows then came to life.
"Well, that's disturbing," says Dr. Robertson.
Miko's POV:
We were on Trial. The Judge looked alot like Director Flagg. Probably an ancestor.
"Good Man, Parker, you accused them of being witches, did you not?"
"Yes, your honor. For starters, she has purple skin. People can be white. People can be black. They cannot, however, be purple. Also, she made something move without touching it. And they all appeared in a cloud of black smoke!"
"Sammy Melman, their lawyer, and I assure you, my clients are innocent. Sure, she looks weird with her purple skin..."
"I'm right here."
"But that does not mean they are evil. But if I am wrong and they are witches, I do not know these people!"
"Look, someone sent us to this time," says Arashi, "we're from the Future!"
"You see that," says Parker, "now they speak of Time Travel!"
"They could have imagined it," says Melman.
"We gotta get out of here," I said.
Stretch Monster's POV:
Megaria and I were at the rock.
"Where's Trixie," asks Megaria, "we need her for this to work. She is Metlar's Chosen One!"
"Probably still playing with the remaining agents," I said.
"I told you we should've brought Airachnid!"
"I wanted to be subtle, and a giant robot with extra limbs is as subtle as The Incredible Hulk. I'll go find her."
Miko's POV:
The trial was still going on. Then another weird cloud of smoke came. This one is white. It surrounded me, Twilight, and Arashi, and we all disappeared.
. . .
We're back in our time.
"Did you do that," asks Arashi.
"I... don't think so," says Twilight.
"Who cares," I asked, "let's go!"

We ran, but Twilight stopped.
"Guys," says Twilight, "over here!"
It was Brightmore, Roadblock, and Steel, and they were all frozen.

After we saved Brightmore, Roadblock, and Steel, we continued on our way, but then we saw something at Town Hall.
. . .
Jack, Raf, and Dr. Robertson were dealing with their evil twins. Twilight throws something at Trixie, causing the shadows to disappear.
"You guys okay," asks Arashi.
"Well, we got our shadows back," says Jack.
Megaria comes and takes Trixie.
Stretch Monster's POV:
"Now, Trixie, perform the spell you were taught," I said.
Trixie then approaches the rock and casts the spell. The rock then begins to open.
"Welcome back, Malise," I said.
Miko's POV:
We checked all of Salem. The Cult of Metlar, or that's what I'm calling them, is gone. We just found an open rock.
"Well, guess we better go," says Jack.
"I wonder what they were planning," says Raf.
"I'm just wondering if we really went back in time," says Arashi, "or was it an illusion."
"I don't want to think about it," says Twilight.
Sammy Melman's POV:
Well, those three are gone, and now the people are wondering who should get burnt at the stake.
"How 'bout that lawyer guy?"
"Wait, what?"
In the next chapter, the team discovers the Battle Beasts.
