Chapter 73: The Queen of Space:

Steel's POV:

So, to recap, Metlar has Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie's Stones. We managed to save Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Sunset's Stones. That's three for us and four for Metlar. Anyway, we got a call from Canada.

We arrived in Canada where we met with... Jonathan Rook?

"What do you want," asks Miko.

"Wait, I didn't come to fight. Listen to me. Metlar's planning to make Trixie his host, but what I didn't know is that he's going to kill her."

"What did you think was going to happen," asks Twilight.

"Definitely not that! Look, we need to work together and take Metlar down. The others don't even realize I'm here. They think I'm visiting my mother."

"But your mother's dead," says Erika.

"Yeah, luckily for me, they don't know that. But Metlar does. It's why I joined him in the first place; he promised to resurrect my mother."

"And if she comes back, you think she'd be proud of the man you became," asks Roadblock.

"Well... no... I don't expect that."

"Besides, Metlar would probably go back on his word," says Jack.

"Look, I have an idea on how to find Metlar."

"Then what," asks Twilight.

"If we find him, we can destroy him."

We were back at the base. We're willing to give Rook a chance, but we have him tied to a chair. We don't trust him.

"Okay, you guys know about the Cosmic Alicorn Queens, right? Morning Glory of Time, Flawless Gem of Reality..."

"We never met her," says Miko.

"I did," says Arashi.

"Well, this is Starry Petunia. She's the Queen of Space. She can be transported anywhere, even to another dimension. She's also a prankster. She likes to use her powers to mess with people."

"How do you know this," asks Raf.

""Fortunately for me, Metlar is nice enough to talk about his enemies," Rook says, "but he'll eventually tell the others my mom's dead, so we have to find Starry Petunia. That's the one thing I don't know. How do you find the Queen of Space?"

"Maybe she's in Space," says Steel.

"Yeah, it doesn't work that way," says Miko.

"But I have another idea," says Director Flagg, "we ask The Sorcerer Supreme."

Malise's POV:

I was getting some root beer. I kind of developed an addiction to it. Anyway, then...

"Malise."

"Master?"

"Where is Rook?"

"He is visiting his mother."

"Interesting, considering his mother is dead!"

"What?"

Steel's POV:

We arrived at the Sanctum Sanctorum in New York. Apparently, Ben is in England. I think he's visiting a girlfriend. We met Dr. Strange.

"Equestria. Yes, I am aware of it. It makes a good vacation spot."

"Dr. Strange, can you help us find the Queen of Space," asks Twilight.

"Oh... her. Yes, I think I can. Come with me."

. . .

"Last I saw, she was in Equestria, stealing the creature known as Discord's sandwich and giving him the blame. I think he's still interrogating himself."

"Hey, Dr. Strange," I said, "can a robot learn magic?"

"An interesting idea," says Dr. Strange, "I'll have to look into that."

Dr. Strange then begins meditating.

"Uh... guys," says Miko, pointing to a mirror.

"Metlar's looking for us," says Rook.

"I'm disappointed, Rook. Side with the enemy? I'll have to teach you a lesson."

Then Malise came in.

"Hold her off," says Jack.

We did so while Dr. Strange was still looking for the Queen of Space. Dr. Strange then wakes up and knocks Malise out. "She is in the Creature Realm. Specifically, in the Nature Civilization."

"Can you take us there," asks Jack.

"Give me a challenge," says Dr. Strange.

. . .

Now we're in the Creature Realm, looking for an Alicorn that likes to pull pranks on people by teleporting around. Yep.

"Split up," says Jack.

. . .

Roadblock and I were looking through the trees.

"See anything," I asked.

"So far, no. Hey, you think we can trust Rook?"

"Heck no! But we are pretty much desperate at this point."

"That's fair."

Erika's POV:

I was with Brightmore.

"I don't really trust Rook," I said.

"I'm more concerned with One's being here. One wasn't exactly populaaar."

I then saw large creatures. "Are those friends of yours?"

"The Quillspike Tribe!"

"Look, Prickleback, it's our brother's enemy."

"I see him, Razorhide. Let's teach him a lesson."

Jack's POV:

Rook and I were looking in the bushes.

"If you were a teleporting alicorn, where would you hide," I asked.

"Definitely here. This is a really nice place."

"Focus Rook!"

"You guys really don't trust me, do you?"

"Ask your friends, Cobra Commander and the Choten."

"Look, we never really got along. We kind of hated each other more than we hated you guys. We only teamed up because we were tired of losing. You wouldn't understand. You've never been the bad guy. Also, if I recall, Brightmore helped us change reality. So, how do you like that?"

I had no response to that.

Steel's POV:

We were still looking.

"You wanted something, Steel," asks Roadblock.

"Huh?"

"Didn't you tap on my shoulder?"

"I don't think so."

"Must've been a branch."

Then I felt something on my shoulder. "Yes, Roadblock?"

"What?"

"Wait a minute, who could be tapping on our shoulders..."

"Starry Petunia!"

Starry then appears. "In the flesh!"

"Good, because we need your help," says Roadblock. We then saw large creatures chasing Brightmore and Erika. "After we help them."

. . .

We were back at the base.

"You want me to take you to Metlar so you can destroy him? He isn't in a nice-ish place like Equestria!"

"Nice-ish," asks Twilight.

"Equestria still has its problems. Have you met Grogar?"

"Kind of," says Twilight.

"But if we go there..." Jack begins.

"Then what? Do you even have a plan to destroy Metlar?"

"I have a silver coloring," says Steel, "can that help?"

"You guys are helpless." She then teleports to Miko, Twilight, and Erika. "Though, some of you are kind of cute."

"Uh... sorry," says Miko, "winged horses aren't exactly my type."

"And I have a boyfriend," says Erika.

"Do you have any advice for us," asks Jack.

"Well, if you guys can convince the Queen of Reality to help. Together, we can use our powers to, at least, weaken Metlar... just one problem. Flawless and I haven't spoken in years."

"Why," asks Raf.

"She thinks I stole her girlfriend. Fun fact about us: Morning's into guys, I like girls, and Flawless likes both."

"I met her," says Arashi, "maybe I can help with this."

Starry thinks about it. "Okay, let's go to Flawless's turf." Starry then teleports herself and Arashi away.

"Well, that happened," says Miko.

Metlar's POV:

They have found the Queen of Space. And if I'm right, they're looking for the Queen of Reality. This will work in my favor!

In the next chapter, Arashi and Starry Petunia look for the Queen of Reality.
