Chapter 77: The Rise of Metlar (3):
Raf's POV:
So, here's what happened before. Director Flagg called in S.H.I.E.L.D. and Section Thirteen to help us take down Metlar, the Demon Sorcerer of Metal. Jonathan Rook, aka Stretch Monster, released four snake-like creatures, the Four SSSSsssslitherssss, who have the power of Chaos, Animals, Weather, and Time. Jack and Spider-Man ran into one of them, and Miko, Jade, and Gwen met two. Now, things are getting complicated.
"Is there a chance we can work with the SSSSsssslitherssss," asks Erika.
"No," says Uncle, "they are also evil... wait, who are you?"
"And where's Dr. Robertson," asks Kimi, "I just realized that."
"Oh, Dr. Robertson left the team," says Jack, "this is Erika Violette. She's also from Charter City."
"I can do this." Erika demonstrates her purple energy power. Mei was amazed by the pretty light.
"Those guys are working for Rook, right," Ben asks.
"They are bound to follow the wish of whoever frees them," says Uncle, "but once the master only gets one wish. If they destroy Metlar, they will turn on him and spread their terrible darkness on the world."
"Never that easy, is it," asks Spider-Man.
"Wait, legend speaks of an item of great power," says Uncle, "no one knows where it came from, but it is called 'The Eon Braclet'."
"I had an alien named Eon," says Ben, "he was also one of my bad guys."
"Raf, you, Steel, and Uncle look for this bracelet," says Jack.
Trixie's POV:
Malise was still teaching me.
"So, when is Metlar going to make me all powerful?" I asked.
"In time. Ah, here comes our new allies."
Three of the Four SSSSsssslitherssss are now under Metlar's control.
"We live to sssserve Metlar," says the Chaos Snake.
"We still need the Time Snake," says Malise.
"I sense she is looking for an item that could defeat me."
"Should we be concerned," I asked.
"Don't worry. Not anyone can use this item."
Raf's POV:
We were in Egypt, looking for the Eon Bracelet.
"It sure is hot," says Steel.
"That's because it is a desert," says Uncle, "did you expect Egypt to be in the North Pole?"
"Yes," says Steel.
"Here's the tomb," I said.
. . .
We entered the tomb. I noticed a weird image. It looks like Jack, Ben, Jackie, and four other guys are fighting some kind of armored God. There were also a lot of images of Earth. I wonder what it means.
"Over here," says Steel.
We were walking, but then we ran into someone we weren't expecting.
"Well, isn't this a surprise."
"Hex," asks Steel, "what are you doing here?"
"The same as you, I suppose. I'm here because I sensed an incredible, mystical power here, and no one will get in my way!"
"You want a piece of Uncle?"
"A Chi Wizard. This should be entertaining."
Uncle and Hex then engaged in a magical duel.
"Fool! I was trained under the same sorcerer as Dr. Strange!"
"Here is something my Master taught me! Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao, Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao, Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao!" A mystical hand comes and flicks Hex and throws him away.
"That was impressive," I said.
"Now, we must keep moving," says Uncle.
Hex's POV:
A snake-like woman appears after I was humiliated by that Chi Wizard.
"And what do you want," I asked.
She then holds up her hourglass and turns it up-side-down. Then I was transforming and... now I'm a baby.
"How dare you," I asked.
The creature then left.
Twilight's POV:
Back at the base, I was talking with Sunset.
"So, think this Eon thing could work," asks Sunset.
"I'm not sure," I said, "I mean, I still think we should get the stones and I think Liger may be involved too. I have a feeling the bracelet won't help."
"Maybe it could work. So, can you tell me more about life as a secret agent?"
"No problem. It's great, though, to tell the truth, I kind of miss just hanging out."
Raf's POV:
We finally made it to the end of the hall and found the bracelet, but...
"It is only a piece of the bracelet," says Uncle.
"WHAT?" We all look, and the Time Snake shows up. "Jusssst a piecccce? What issss thissss joke?"
Then the other three SSSSsssslitherssss appear. "It issss no joke," says the Weather Snake, "the other two pieccccessss are losssst in other dimenssssionssss."
"And now it'ssss time for you to join Metlar," says the Animal Snake.
"I'm the mosssst powerful of ussss four," says the Time Snake, "none of you are a match for me!"
The Four SSSSsssslitherssss then fought. We had to retreat.
. . .
"Just one piece," says Miko, "well, that's no good to us."
"Then it's settle," says Jack, "we have to get Twilight's stone back from Metlar. Let's go."
. . .
We went over to the Cult's base and found Rook there.
"What brings you here," asks Miko.
"Well, when I saw my Four SSSSsssslitherssss didn't do too well, I decided to get the stones and deliver them back to you."
"Why didn't you do that when you decided to help us," asks Erika.
"I didn't think of that."
"Look," says Arashi, "it's all four SSSSsssslitherssss!"
"Metlar must've gotten to them," says Jackie.
. . .
We arrived and saw the ritual.
"The gate is finally weak enough," says Malise, "now that the Queen of Time is destroyed!"
"I helped with this," says Arashi to the others.
"Now, we can begin. Trixie, step into this circle!"
Trixie does so.
"By the power of all that is evil," says Malise, "Oh, Great One, Demon of Metal! Come and show us your great power. Come to us at this very hour! Let all that stands in your way fall apart. Come with your very black heart!"
The circle starts to glow.
"NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!" Rook runs and pushes Trixie out of the way, but...
"What's happening," asks Trixie.
"The fool, all he's doing is taking your place!"
Rook then explodes and in his place is Metlar, who's alot bigger then I thought.
"He's the size of Po Kong, the Mountain Demon," says Jackie.
"Finally, I am free!"

The reason why I didn't bold that last line is because Metlar's now free. The bolding was just to help keep him dramatic and mysterious. Anyway, in the next chapter, the final battle with Metlar takes place.
