Note: I don't really care for this and kinda just wanted to write this. If I ever continue it'll probably just be for some lore explanations.

"Alright, all done!" A pale, floating woman with long black hair spoke. "How do you guys feel?"

Currently, inside a house inside a cave in the land of Ooo, a vampire named Marceline and her friends were all pulling a prank on two of her other friends; Finn and Jake. They said they wanted to become vampires, but there was no way she would ever turn anyone into a vampire. Especially those two goofballs. Truthfully, she didn't even know if she could turn others into vampires, let alone want to in the first place.

She had them close their eyes and then pinched their necks to make them feel like they were bitten, and to make sure it seemed real she added some ketchup to their necks in the form of two dots. The ghosts were trying to hold in their laughter as the new 'vampires' rubbed their necks.

Jake rubbed his neck and Finn thought for a moment. "Prettyyy muchhh… the same…" He said bluntly.

"My neck hurts…" Jake added.

In all honesty they felt no different than before, other than the fact that their necks stung and there was two weird cold spots that felt... wet. It felt a lot different than what either of them were expecting, but it was a welcome surprise. While the two of them didn't feel any different though, there was a strange feeling of unease that suddenly swelled up. It was like their bodies were reacting to something dangerous, watching them from the shadows…

…Meh, probably nothing.

"Don't you feel a little… hungry?" "…For blood?" The two headed ghost teased the two with a dumb smile on both faces. It was evident that they were trying to hold in laughter, which was backed up by the light giggling coming from Wendy, the female ghost.

Finn closed his eyes and thought hard about it. A bit too hard. The idea of consuming blood for power or hunger was something he's never really thought of seriously before, but it did come up from time to time out of curiosity. As he and Jake thought about it more, Finn felt that same urge for a split second.

"I… I felt it!" He replied with a dumbfounded look. He looked over to the dog and asked him if he also felt it, which he replied to with a yes. "Yeah, I could go for some blood."

As the two of them had realized their situation, Marceline and her friends all snickered while the two of them panicked. If they had to consume blood for the rest of their eternal lives then that meant they had to kill things for nourishment. The vampire queen however went over to the kitchen and grabbed an apple that was lying around, coming up with a way to foolproof the plan.

"Not to worry. Vampires can just drink different shades of red!" She then went over to Jake and handed him the apple she was holding, to which he and Finn simply stared at. "Go on, give it a try."

The duo had given her a skeptic look before watching her grab another apple and demonstrate it, watching as the life drained out of the fruit. Jake suddenly turned back to his apple and practically jammed it into his mouth. Not only did it hurt his already hurting teeth, but the impact also caused bits of the fruit to splatter all over, including the eyes of the pair. Perfect.

Quickly, she bent over to the fruit and drained the life out of it, its color being sucked out like she was drinking water. Anyone with half a brain would be able to tell that she had done that, especially with the noise from her draining the fruit, but Finn and Jake were too busy trying to clean their eyes and berate each other.

The two adventurers wiped their eyes and looked down at the fruit, which had now taken a more gray and hollow form. They gawked in amazement at the sight, unaware of the fact that they were being laughed at quietly. "See? How do you feel now?"

"Woah… I feel… stronger!" The canine spoke while crushing the apple like a used bag with his newfound strength, though it didn't seem that hard to do in the first place.

"Sick…" Finn looked in amazement and an equally amazed gasp left his lips. "…Marceline, can you teach us how to fly now?"

"Mmm, not yet. That's a really advanced power." She replied with an unchanging smile. "First, you gotta go through 'Vampire Orientation'!"

"Hahaha!"

One of the ghosts accidentally let out a laugh, causing the others to not only look at him with a disappointed look but also making him look away in embarrassment. Out of all the spirits there, Georgy was probably the most likely to screw up the prank.

Deciding to ignore that part though, Marceline looked back at the pair with her normal expression and spoke. "Think you chumps can handle it?"

"Aww yeahhh!" The two of them then began to celebrate their first advancements into becoming vampires, dancing around in their seats like children.

The undead watched with amused looks, thinking that this is going to be one of the most fun pranks they've done together in a while. And while the boys were still caught up with the excitement of learning how to fly, it seemed like this would be one of the best nights of their lives. Even the creepy shadow thing with protruding fangs and dead eyes seemed to be eager to follow them.

The six of them were now seen standing in a grassy area in the middle of the night, the normally green area now glowing a feint blue thanks to the light of the moon. The horizon consisted of a beautiful view of clouds and mountain tops preaching through them as fireflies buzzed around aimlessly. The only thing that stood out in this open meadow was the fact that half of the people there didn't match the colors of the surroundings.

For the first part of the 'Vampire Orientation' bit, Marceline was going to teach the two adventurers about invisibility. "Alright, the first method to learning how to fly is..." She grabbed a nearby fire fly and put it in her mouth, jarring at first but made sense when she suddenly vanished. "...Invisibility!"

There were a few ooo's of awe followed by the laugher of Finn. The firefly was still visible and glowing, so Finn being the child he is extended his arm out and poked it. "Pfft! Hey!" she recoiled.

As the boy laughed at her reaction, he suddenly felt a hit across his face and found himself falling to the ground, only to be held up by an invisible force. It was probably Marceline. He then felt her pull him up and the next thing he knew he was wrapped in his own arm.

The vampire became visible once again and smiled, holding Finn close. "You ready for the power of… invisibility?" She teased.

"With all my heart…!" Finn said, eyes widening in amazement.

"Good. Now spin!" Marceline then spinner the boy around and sent him off, spinning at first but losing his balance quickly. The others looked on with amusement, including Jake, who even chuckled at his brother's performance, but that changed when the vampire grabbed him and did the same. "Give it a whirl, Jake!"

As the two were spinning like morons, the woman had ordered them to continually chant 'Invisible!' Over and over. The brothers did as she commanded, though they quickly became entangled with each other and had tumbled down, Jake being wrapped around Finn like a giant string. The two of them groaned in pain as they began to get back up, regretting their decision to even do this.

"Yup, it worked!" They were now regretting ever regretting their decision.

The two of them let out excited gasps upon receiving the news and looked at each other with excitement. Strange how they could still see each other, though.

"We're invisible!" Jake suddenly shouted while playfully pinching Finn in the chest.

"You're invisible!" Finn retorted with his own punch, though after a moment he started to rub his own chest.

Despite their initial excitement, Jake paused before finally realizing something. "Wait, then how come we can see each other?"

The adventurers suddenly stopped in their tracks to think about it, realizing that they may not actually be invisible. Was this some kind of prank? They both looked at Marceline for answers, as well as the ghosts to see what she would say.

After a short pause, she finally said "Because you guys became vampires at the same time!" She explained, making up a random excuse. "Therefore you are forever linked." The ghosts behind her looked like they wanted to burst out into laughter.

They didn't seem to notice, however, and instead opted to bump chests. "Awwww yeah!" They then got up from their chest bump and started to laugh at their newfound 'invisibility', spinning away with no apparent intention.

From afar, the four undead watched the goofballs as they did their classic goofy business, laughing at them. "Dang Marcy! You're friends with a bunch of losers!" One of the ghosts said. Marceline frowned at the comment and gave them a side eye. Was she regretting this? No, it's just a harmless prank. Why would she feel bad about—

"Right? It's perfect…"

A sudden new voice uttered from behind the quartet, sounding familiar yet completely alien. Though when they all looked back to see who said that, they found nothing there. Nothing aside from distorted cackling coming from the forest.

"…What the bunk was that?" One of the ghosts asked confused by the situation. The others seemed just as lost, though, so there wasn't any answer.

Elsewhere, deeper into the other side of the forest, a floating purple lump cloud was hovering next to a campfire heating up beans. She had made a little camp sight in the middle of the forest, yet was speaking to someone on the phone.

"Oh my glob, Melissa! Ever since Clara stopped eating meat, her skin looks so good!" LSP spoke over the phone, ignoring the fact that Finn and Jake had spun behind a tree. "I mean, she still looks fat, but like… I can't say that junk to her face." She continued to ignore the duo as they crept behind the trees.

"Woah, LSP's a hobo!" Jake whisper shouted.

"Let's mess with her…" Finn suggested, making the two look at each other and then creep further into the bushes.

Jake went to the left in front of her, while Finn decided to go right for behind. It just seemed better to do things that way. As the boy creeped about, however, he heard a twig snap to his side.

Stopping dead in his tracks, the boy turned his attention towards the sound. "Huh? Who's that?" He called out. "Just so you know, I'm invisible. And undead! So do your worst!" He shouted while getting into a fighting stance.

The bushes to his left began to shake up, his arms up and guarding in case of anything. If he's invisible, then there shouldn't be any way for him to get hurt, but there's nothing wrong with being on guard, right? Even if it was just some weird black snake with two protruding fangs coming out of the front of its face…

…what the hell is that?

Finn looked confused at first, bringing down to get a better look at this 'snake'. "Uh… what kind of snake are you?" He asked while observing it from multiple angles. It didn't have any eyes, no mouth, or even scales. It looked like some kind of tail or—

"Malum." An eerie voice spoke.

It sounded like it was coming from behind the bush, but Finn was too distracted by the slithering creature moving around him to look up. "Oh yeah…? What's a malum snake doing here…?" He observed as the 'snake' began to circle past him and back to the bush, seeing quite a number of sharp fangs protruding from multiple parts of its elongated body.

As he looked back to the bush, he noticed another one slithering in the air and also circling around the boy, only this time his chest. "Whoa… algebrai—HNGH!" It squeezed him tightly.

Suddenly beginning to suffocate, the boy's panic meter began to rise drastically. A wicked cackle had suddenly filled his ears, as he looked upward and saw something wicked. It resembled a mass of black smoke with spines protruding from all over its surface, two hollow eyes and a wicked smile being the only distinctive features he could make out.

"Hoc vas justitiae, tam miserabile et infirmum. fluunt malitiae meae, et perficiat artem tuam."

It spoke in a voice that oozed with evil, and spoke in a tongue that the boy couldn't understand. What he could understand, though, was that struggling was useless and only made him even more vulnerable. He felt like the life was being drained from him, slowly but certainly losing his consciousness. But how? He was undead right? Why could this thing see him, and what even was—

SHUNK!!

"HNGHH…!"

The sound of fangs digging into his body made him shiver, almost as much as the actual bite itself. It turns out while he wasn't paying attention, a tendril snuck into his hat and chives its fangs into his neck, the exact same area where he was faked a bite. The boy let out a few silent gasps before finally screaming out in pain, the pain growing more and more as he did so. He could feel the fangs sink deeper into his skin, as if the creature itself was entering his body.

"Maledicat aetemi dolor, Nate, fatumque tuum suscipe!" The entity cackled wickedly as it uttered its last words, if they even were words, sinking itself into the boy's neck until it was completely gone. All that remained were the bite marks.

Back to the campsite where everyone was, the boy's scream managed to make its way there and grabbed LSP's attention. "What the… I told you already, Kevin! It's over between us!"

Jake sat back in the bushes, initially scared by the sudden scream. "Finn? Ooh, I get it!" He came to a different conclusion, though. "Absent screams from the forest, eh? Hardcore!" He almost felt proud of his little bro.

"Wha?" LSP overheard the almost proud Jake and looked over to find him stretching his limbs and move around her stuff like puppets. "Jake? What're you doing with my stuff!?" She looked at him nervously.

Jake used two free hands to cover his mouth, shocked by the fact that he was found out. "Shoot, she must've recognized my voice…!" He whisper-shouted. "Better try and be less… huh?"

From behind LSP, Jake ignored her ranting and watched as Finn suddenly crawled out of nearby bushes and began to stand upright. Aside from looking like he fell asleep in the dirt, he looked… off. His skin looked way paler than before and he was more slender than what Jake could remember. His hat also looked crooked, exposing his hair in a way that covered his eyes and revealing the place where he was bitten. It almost looked different than before.

"Whoa, he's really dedicated to the creepy bit!" Jake smiled, not thinking much of it.

"What the lump are you looking at? Don't ignore me!" LSP shouted while putting her phone away, floating up in a fit of frustration before noticing a shadow. She turned around and saw the off looking Finn standing right behind her, looking down at her with a blank expression while groaning. "Finn? What's with that face? You look lumping horrible."

Instead of answering any of the questions the lumpy princess asked, Finn slowly walked towards her and towered her, slightly creeping her out but also giving her other ideas. "Whoa, wait a minute. Don't get any ideas about the two of us! Just cause I think you're great doesn't mean I like you!" LSP talked back while pointing at the boy's face, which didn't cause any kind of reaction whatsoever.

Instead, the boy quickly lunged at the floating lumpy princess and wrapped his arms around her. She was taken aback by this sudden act of intimacy, which she didn't really understand or struggle against. "F-Finn, wait! Oh glob, I knew this day would come… Finn fell for my lumps…!" She said to herself, even though she both blushed at the act and hugged him.

Jake watched the scene with contemptuous eyes. "What is he doing? That's not part of invisibility! I think…" the magic dog said scratching his chin. Finn was digging his face into her lumps so he could tell if he was falling asleep or— "WHAT THE?!"

Immediately after wondering why Finn was covering his face, Jake saw as the boy lift his head up and was able to get a good look at his face. His eyes were pitch white, almost like he was hypnotized or something, and his mouth was gaping with large fangs. The sight alone was enough for Jake to freeze from fear, but his blood started to really race when he noticed that Finn's mouth was widening and his fangs growing, as if he was readying for— oh no.

"COOL IT BRO!" Jake yelled out while throwing a nearby can at the unusual acting Finn.

The can managed to not only hit the boy in the face and cause him to recoil, but also bounce off and knock over the can of beans that was simmering over the campfire. Realizing this, LSP let out a shocked gasp as she turned around and witnessed the atrocity.

"My… My BEANS!!!"

To say she was angry would be an understatement.

Though before she had the chance to do anything, Jake stretched his arms around her and tugged her away from Finn. "LSP look out! Finn's gone all crazy vampire mode!" He shouted while pulling her away, meanwhile Finn was still recoiling with his hands covering his face.

LSP struggled in the arms of Jake, who was still trying to back away as much as he could. "What the lump are you talking about?! When I get out of this, I'm gonna kill the both of-"

WRRYYYAAAAAGH!!!

Before she could finish her sentence, Finn let out a deafening shriek that immediately filled the two of them with fear. His glowing eyes gave him an even more dreaded appearance along with his fangs, which for some reason, Finn had three of them on each row. The anger that LSP was seething with moments ago was quickly snuffed out, even causing her to faint.

Jake still held onto LSP, but his attention was locked directly onto Finn. "Uhhh… Finn buddy? You uhh… hungry?"

He started, backing away from the boy as he slowly approached. In response, Finn let out a low growl before he tackled the magic dog. Pinned to the ground, Jake looked on as Finn unhinged his jaw and prepare for a bite.

"AAAHHHH!! COOL IT MAN, THIS ISN'T YOU!" He shouted while trying to hold back the manic boy.

As Finn's maws were approaching the dog slowly, Jake opted to do the next best thing and kick him in the stomach, using his powers to push him all the way into the tent LSP set up and then take her to book it. "I'm sorry man!"

The dog shouted out in a sprint, not even daring to look back as Finn had already gotten himself out of the makeshift tent and started tearing it apart, almost like he was looking for something in it. After digging for a bit he heard the sound of a snake hissing at him from behind, gaining his attention and making him look back at it. It was a large python, which usually don't attack unless provoked, and it was hissing at him hard. Most animals would either try to make themselves look bigger to intimidate the snake, or simply stay away from it and mind your own business.

However, instead of doing any of those things, Finn gave an even creepier snarl and pounced at it. Both animals struggled with one another as they collided, the python trying to wrap itself around the vampire's neck while Finn continuously tried to grab it and bite it. Eventually, Finn was successful in pulling the animal off of him and then sunk his fangs deep into the animal, proceeding to then suck the life out of it as if they were married.

After the creature let out a dying hiss of pain and despair, its voice was snuffed out as it was completely drained of both color and blood. The creature was almost as long as the tree it inhabited before meeting the vampire, and it was almost instantly killed and sucked off like some sort of snack. The boy who had done it removed his teeth and began to pant, feeling refreshed after the feeding, before sniffing the air like an animal and then running into the forest on all fours. That night, a monster was let loose in Ooo.

All while Finn was going bonkers, Jake held LSP tightly in his grasp and ran through the woods wildly, shouting out in fear for no apparent reason. This continued until the dog stubbed his toe on a pebble and began to fall, but was suddenly suspended in the air my a mysterious force. "Wha…?"

"Whoa, slow down dude! What's got a 'vampire like you' so scared?" A feminine voice suddenly said, revealing herself to be Marceline. She spoke in a teasing tone in the last part, but Jake was too unnerved to notice. "Where's Finn? Practicing his 'Invisibility'?" She said in a teasing tone once more.

"Marceline! You gotta help, man!" Jake shouted in her face with distress all over his own. "It's Finn! He went all vampire crazy! He went all rabid and was about to bite LSP, and he even looked like he wanted me, but I managed to kick him in a tent, and then—"

"Dude, slow down!" Marceline grabbed Jake by the head and held him still, making him shut up immediately. "What're you even talking about? Where's Finn?" She asked more annoyed than worried.

"Maybe he's losing it?" A voice from behind Marceline spoke, revealing himself to be Bobo from before. "Could just be a side effect from going 'invisible' for too long, right Marcy?" He teased while floating around, the other ghosts turning visible as they laughed.

Who knows? Maybe he hit his head on something and turned stupid." Another voice spoke, revealing Wendy.

"Thats like saying he wasn't already stupid!" Georgy jeered.

"Knock it off, guys." The vampire said with a hint of frustration in her voice, furrowing her brows while the ghosts simply responded with an annoyed look of their own. "Alright Jake, say that again. But slower." She said to the magic dog, who was still shook by his experience.

Calming down and taking a few more deep breaths, Jake finally found the energy to calmly speak. "Alright, so here's what happened…"

Other note: Sheesh, my writings bad. I dunno how to practice it though.
