A week after the apocalypse, a lonely cyclops gets a shot at making it out of the void- again. This time, though, with no Elmore to return to, he hitches a ride on a familiar red van to an unfamiliar dimension. This will be a new start, he decides, not knowing where the future- or rather the past- will lead him. It turns out it'll unwittingly lead him into an odd trio of old faces.
