Over the next few weeks, Team Impulse began to really start setting down roots in Keystone as the city's official protectors, though the sign on the city really just read home of Impulse, since Wally had been busy speeding all over the city, just like Barry had all over Central City back when he'd first become the Streak. Luckily, Wally had gotten to the press in time to get them to name him Impulse before they gave him some name like the Blur, since he knew that Barry, Cisco and Iris would never stop giving him shit about that name.

However, Wally made it clear that he was not alone in protecting Keystone, since Dinah had also emerged in the city as the Silver Wolf, wearing a costume similar to the one she'd worn as the Black Canary in the old reality, only the black had been replaced with silver and the gold piping had been replaced with black piping. She'd also added a silver hood to her suit as a way of paying tribute to her time with Team Arrow.

Impulse and Silver Wolf had become a great team in Keystone and they had the criminals on the run. And they weren't the only ones who had become heroes in Keystone, since Kira had eventually revealed herself, albeit unintentionally, to the world as Cyborg when she'd stopped a bank robbery while Impulse and Silver Wolf were dealing with some of Carver's rogue henchmen, causing the city to dub her as Cyborg, a name that Kira honestly loved, though she still didn't plan on going into the field right now. Though she was available to be booked for birthday parties, since while Impulse would always be the top hero in the city, Cyborg was a big hit with the kids and Kira couldn't help but feel a bit relieved by that, since instead of everyone being freaked out like she'd thought they'd be, the kids all found her to be super cool and the city revered her as one of it's heroes, since she used her cybernetics to help people.

In other matters, Jesse had transitioned into her role as the new CEO of McCulloch Technologies, though it had taken some time for her to get used to balancing running the company with contributing to Team Impulse, but it was worth it, since now she could fund Team Impulse with a much larger budget, since Wally had helped her set up a fake government contract with Argus to cover the team's expenses. She was also doing everything she could to find a way to make contact with her mom in the mirrorverse again so that she could start working on a way to bring her back.

Jesse had also used her now infinite resources to upgrade both Wally and Dinah's suits to become portable in rings, since Wally had told her that Barry's suit could do that and he thought that would be useful for their activities too and Jesse had agreed. And she also used her regained fortune to build a much better base of operations for the team instead of just working out of the old garage Wally and Kira had been using, since now they could afford the best of the best.

Speaking of which, now that she had access to the wealth she'd grown up with, Jesse was able to buy back her old loft, which was much larger and more spacious than the apartment she and Wally currently shared, so they decided to move into the loft, since Jesse had missed it, but she had to admit, she'd grown used to living with Wally, though she was using her mother's notes on the mirrorverse, since it turned out that Eva had been doing research on the existence of the mirrorverse before she'd disappeared and Jesse was using it to try and develop some kind of device that would shield the loft from being accessed by the mirrorverse, since not only would that serve as a form of protection against the crazy uncle her mom told her she had, but it would also keep her mom from peeking in on her and Wally, since while she wanted her mom back, that didn't mean that she didn't want or appreciate having some privacy.

Anyways, on other topics, Kira was loving her new job at McCulloch Technologies, since Jesse had been right, it was candyland, since now she got a huge paycheck and the best technology. Not to mention the fact that Jesse had retrofitted her lab with a special lockdown mode that sealed all entrances and disabled all security cameras to allow Kira to work in her lab with her hologram turned off, since honestly, it was exhausting keeping it on all the time, so it was relief to be able to turn it off at work sometimes. Especially since that meant that she could just jack into the mainframe and speed up some of her calculations.

Speaking of her cyborg side, Kira had revealed it to her brother when she went back to Central City and liked she'd predicted, her brother had been thrilled to have a cyborg for a big sister, though she and Chester were both in agreement that Nana Runk could never find out about her condition, since she freaked out on them when they stubbed their toes. They didn't even want to think about how bad she'd be if she found out that her precious granddaughter had blown herself up.

Kira had also convinced Chester that not all big tech companies were bad, since with her new lab at McCulloch, she was able to accomplish so much more, including working on their father's designs and she also convinced Chester to accept help from outside sources. Especially since she'd spoken to Wally's friend Cisco Ramon at Mercury Labs, who like Wally had predicted, was thrilled to find out that Kira was a cyborg and insisted on running as many tests as possible and was making plenty of terminator references, but anyways, Kira had recommended Chester for Mercury Lab's after school internship program and to her surprise, she'd learned that Cisco had already been eying him.

Finally, Dinah's new bar had become the latest hotspot in Keystone and she was now in a very happy relationship with police detective Eddie Thawne. Honestly, Dinah was honestly waiting for the other shoe to drop, since honestly, it felt like whenever things were going this well in her life, the other shoe dropped and she lost it. Which reminded her that she needed to make sure she made a trip out to Central City soon to tell Barry to find a way to beat Thawne without having Eddie kill himself, since she'd heard about what happened to Eddie in the old reality and she did not want it to happen again. She was hoping that for once, life would let her have a bit of happiness.

Anyways, Jesse smiled as she came home from work to find Wally waiting for her, sitting on the couch.

"Wally, what's going on?" Jesse asked, recognizing the look on Wally's face as the look of wanting to have a conversation with him.

"I've been thinking about selling the garage, since with Kira working for you at McCulloch, I can't keep running it anymore and honestly, since you're in the process of building a new base for us anyways, I don't see the point in keeping it up and running." Wally said.

"Are you saying you want to be a stay at home boyfriend. I do all the work to pay the bills while you speed around the city?" Jesse asked.

"No, of course not, but there's a reason I want to talk about this with you before I make any decisions." Wally said.

"Okay, go on." Jesse said.

"I've been thinking a lot lately about how lucky I was to grow up the way I did, when a lot of kids who look like me weren't so lucky and I want to help them. I want to start up a kind of community center to help underprivileged kids learn trades and help them find ways to get their lives out of the gutter." Wally said, though this was really brought on due to him remembering how his childhood had been in the old reality and how his mother had died due to her drug use and he didn't want any other kids to go through that. Or to grow up with the anger he had.

"I think that's a great idea. You really are a hero West. Both with speed and without it. And let me guess you need someone incredibly rich who could use some good publicity to write you a check to fund it?" Jesse asked with a smirk.

"Your words not mine." Wally said with a smirk of his own.

"Even if my company didn't need the good press, I'd help you, since I think this is a great idea Wally and I'll do everything I can to support it." Jesse said, since after the scandal regarding her father had gotten out, her company was under major scrutiny, so this would definitely be helpful in restoring her company's reputation, since her dad had ruined it.

"Thank you Jesse." Wally said.

"My pleasure. Now, why don't we talk about exactly what this will involve." Jesse said and Wally nodded as they continued talking.
