Okay, I know I deleted the three BOD stories that I had, but I had been thinking of something and came to a realisation of something should I continue with that. Had I done each story from 1997 to 2019 with Bladewolf's run in WWE... I'd have about twelve stories in the series, which is a LOT of work and I felt that needed to be shortened. So, I've deleted those stories and will start again... but this time I'm beginning in 2005, when Bladewolf's been in WWE for nearly a decade.
The pairing is still OC/Trish Stratus, only it's an established relationship this time with the two of them engaged.
This story will begin during the 2005 WWE draft and go up to WrestleMania 23, so we're in everyone's favourite time of WWE... which I believe people say is 2001-2008, and I don't blame them. 2001-2008 was the best years in my opinion, especially since it was 2006 where I first watched WWE and the first wrestler I happened to see... was the Undertaker.
Anyway, enough talk. Let's get to the story.
Disclaimer: I do not own WWE. I only own the OC George Edwards/The Bladewolf.

Bio: Growing up, George would always watch the WWE, known as the WWF at the time, with dreams one one day being a professional wrestler much to his parents' disappointment as they felt that kind of work was unsafe and dangerous. But it did not stop George, who trained with his two older brothers, who were twins, Jack and Daryl, who also dreamed of being professional wrestlers.
It was during George's late teens, that he managed to start wrestling for small wrestling schools, earning small but decent pay. He continued like this through most of the 90s, until he was approached by WCW in 1995. He did a tryout Dark Match for them, hoping to join the company his brothers had been signed to, before an episode of Monday Nitro. However, WCW didn't agree to sign him nor did they pay him for the Dark Match he was in. Dejected, George continued wrestling for indie shows, until the summer of 1997 where he was approached by WWF color commentator and talent scouter, Jim Ross, who thought he had what it takes to make it in the WWF and arranged an interview with Vince McMahon at WWF Headquarters.
Vince agreed to let George prove himself to belonging with the WWF by giving him an on-air match at the upcoming PPV SummerSlam, against Tiger Ali Singh. At the PPV, George debuted under his ring name, the Bladewolf, as a Heel and defeated Tiger Ali Singh with the fans giving him a positive reaction. Based on that, and the performance, Vince signed George to a contract with the WWF and so began his career, which truly kicked off when he became the storyline younger brother of Kane and the Undertaker.
From 1997 to the present day in 2005, George would evolve his character. Starting off as a silent. masked Jason Voorhees/Michael Myers-like monster from 1997 to 2000, where he would switch to an unmasked, spoken, face-painted character with characteristics of his previous gimmick. In 2003, at WrestleMania 19, he would debut a new gimmick that returned to the supernatural, almost silent monster from 1997 but with traits of both gimmicks such as remaining unmasked and keeping the facepaint, and rarely speaking.

Monday Night RAW: 6/6/2005
George Edwards arrived at the Savvis Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where Monday Night RAW is airing from. However, tonight was also a special and very important night. It was the annual WWE Draft, where superstars will be going from either SmackDown to RAW, or RAW to SmackDown. Vince had called George and told him a little spoiler for tonight's draft, though he did tell other superstars what will be happening so they know which brand they will be going to. Either way, George was officially going to be working on RAW again after being on SmackDown since after Backlash 2004.
He'll admit, he'll miss some faces that'll most likely stay on SmackDown such as Mark (Undertaker), John (JBL), Óscar (Rey Mysterio), Kurt (Kurt Angle), Paul (Big Show), and all those other guys unless some are also picked to go to RAW as well.
However, what George was looking forward to was surprising his fiancée, Patricia Stratigeas, or Trish Stratus as she's known on-screen. He hadn't told her that he would be coming to RAW nor that they would be going up and down the roads now. She thought he was still going to be on SmackDown. It was tough, maining a relationship when both rarely see each other unless it's at a house show or they have the week off. But they've made it work through the five years they've been together. And their wedding date was set for late 2006, just to give them time since George proposed on the night of WrestleMania 21 after his match with Ric Flair.
Pulling up in the parking lot in his black pickup truck, George got out and grabbed his duffel bag containing his ring gear. He didn't have much to do tonight, as Vince had gone over what he'll be simply doing on-screen, but it would make things interesting for the fans to tune in and see what comes after.
"Hey Wolf!" A stagehand called, pausing his conversation to call out to the near 8-year veteran.
"Hey Brian!" George nodded at him and continued on, looking for the locker room which wasn't that hard to find after asking for directions. Once he found the door, he grinned when hearing conversations inside, and burst in like he owned the place. "Guess who's back, bitches!"
"Oh God! Not you!" Michael Hickenbottom (Shawn Michaels) groaned jokingly.
"Someone come pick up their pet wolf! He's loose!" Paul Levesque (Triple H) added with a grin.
George rolled his eyes amusedly. "I fucking hate but missed you guys." He said, and they laughed as they came over to hug him along with other familiar faces like Glenn Jacobs (Kane), Dave (Batista), Randy (Randy Orton), and Richard Fliehr (Ric Flair).
"We're never gonna be rid of you, are we?" Richard grinned as he hugged George. "Welcome back, champ!"
"I was only off RAW for over a year, guys." George said with a shake of his head. "Maybe I should tell Vince to reconsider taking me off SmackDown."
"Nope." Glenn shook his head with a smirk. "Mark called to make sure you'll be staying here. You caused enough headaches on SmackDown."
"I did not!" George gasped in mock hurt. "That bastard!"
"Yeah, they got a lot of guys coming in to RAW from what I've heard, though not tonight I think.2 Michael said, scratching his chin. "Vince said the draft will be over a four-week period."
"Isn't that the usual for drafts?" Paul raised a brow at him.
"Last year's draft was all in one night, so no." Michael pointed out, then looked at George. "Hey, do you know if they're keeping you Heel or Face?"
"Well, I'm more of a Tweener which is what I like with the character right now." George said, getting nods from the guys. "I mean, I was Heel from 2003 to the beginning of the this year, but then became a Tweener. I like to think of myself as... an Anti-Hero, a dark one, who'll beat the crap out of anyone be they babyfaces or Heels."
"Better watch out, Paul." Randy grinned at the man, who rolled his eyes in amusement. "So, George, anything you'll miss from SmackDown?"
George smirked. "Teddy telling superstars they'll go one on one... with the Bladewolf!" He said exactly like the GM of SmackDown.
"Don't know what's scarier, being told you'll face the Undertaker or the Bladewolf one-on-one." Michael shivered, causing many to roll their eyes at his dramatics.
George caught up with his friends for five more minutes, before he put his stuff in and went off in search of his fiancée. It didn't take him long to find her as she was in a conversation with her best friend Amy Dumas (Lita), who was the first to notice him as he was creeping up on them. However, he put a finger to his lips and she smiled while nodding to pretend she was still focused on her conversation with Trish.
"...And then I-" Trish was cut off and screamed in surprise when a pair of arms wrapped around her waist and lifted her up. "What the-?!"
"Hey babe." George whispered in her ear, causing her to freeze before she turned her head to see him smirking at her. "Miss-"
"You bastard!" Trish slapped him as best as she could while her back was pinned against his chest, making Amy laugh as he put her down, to which she enacted her feminine fury by slapping his chest and shoulder repeatedly. "Don't! Scare! Me! And what are you doing here?!"
"What do you think?" George asked, grinning when he saw the realisation on her face. "Wanted to surprise you-"
"BABY!" Trish hopped into his arms and pressed her lips against his, causing Amy to roll her eyes at the usual sight between the two when they are around each other. Trish soon pulled away. "Ass."
"You love this ass." George smirked.
"Okay, okay, no talk of loving asses, please. You two are unbearable enough as it is." Amy said with a sigh, bringing their attention to her. "Hey George."
"Wassup Ames." George nodded at her. "You doing good?"
"I'll get by." Amy sighed, which George understood. The fans were... really negative on her given what had happened between her, Matt (Matt Hardy) and Adam (Edge). "So, they got you on RAW, huh? What are they having you do tonight?"
"You'll just have to wait and see." George said, smirking when Trish pouted at him in annoyance. She hated it when he was cryptic on what he was to do on a show.
On-screen
Chris Jericho was in the ring for the Highlight Reel.
"Welcome to the Highlight Reel!" Jericho introduced, causing pyro to explode from the turnbuckles.
"Oh, this is gonna be good." Jerry said.
Jericho grinned as his theme died down. "This... this is THE night. This is THE night! the night-This is it! This is the night people have been buzzing about for weeks, and weeks, and weeks. People here have been buzzing about, because tonight is the night... that my band Fozzy plays live across the river at Pops! Right after the show!" The crowd gave a positive reaction to this news.
"What?" Jerry blinked. "Fozzy?"
"And on top of that, something just as huge." Jericho continued. "Something just as monumental. Tonight is the first night of the draft lottery. Oh yeah, and in just mere moments... a SmackDown superstar is going to be coming into this ring to make their RAW debut tonight on the Highlight Reel!"
"Who is it?" Jerry asked as the crowd gave a slight cheer.
"Now, I don't know if they'll be able to make an impactful debut as Y2J did." Jericho shrugged. "When I made my RAW debut by embarrassing the Rock six years ago, but we'll see. We'll see. Now, I don't know who that person is, but I do know that their standing right behind that curtain as we speak. So let's get to it, I need to know! Ladies and gentlmen and Jerichoholiscs of all ages, would you please welcome my guest tonight? The very first pick of the draft lottery, COME ON DOWN!"
"Who is it?" Jerry asked as the silence stretched on with no sign of anybody. "Who is it?!"
"Is it a he or a she?" JR asked.
"Come on out!" Jericho called as the fans booed a little.
"Whoever it is, they're late." Jerry said. "Is their really somebody-"
John Cena's music played to a huge pop from the crowd, and to the shock of Jericho.
"What the hell?!" JR shouted, stunned, as WWE Champion John Cena came out.
"Oh my God!" Jerry's eyes widened.
"My God!" JR shouted.
"it's him!" Jerry added.
"Look at these fans, King!" JR pointed as Cena looked as excited as the fans. "On their feet! Absolutely electrifying!"
Cena walked down the ramp towards the ring as Jericho smiled and clapped for him. Walking up the steps, Cena raised the WWE Championship to a pop fron the crowd before he entered the ring, still holding up the title to show it off, even spinning the WWE logo in the center.
"Do you realize, JR?! He's the WWE Champion and-he's here on RAW now!" Jerry said.
"This is unbelievable!" JR couldn't believe it.
"How did Bischoff manage this?" Jerry wondered.
"The luck of the draw, King. The luck of the draw in the draft lottery." JR said. "And Bischoff was right. This is one of the two biggest aquaistion in RAW history. I wonder who's the second draft pick."
Cena's theme dies down as the WWE Champion looked around, smiling at the cheering fans who begun chanting. 'Cena! Cena! Cena!'
"I'm getting goosebumps, JR!" Jerry said.
"I can't believe it, it's John Cena!" Jericho shouted, getting another cheer from the crowd. "The WWE Champion right here on RAW! How could this happen? How could this happen?!"
Cena shrugged. "Dude, you know how it is. You heard it. Every member of both rosters, nobody's safe. I got the call, they say John Cena is officially RAW!" The crowd popped. "So I do it how they do it in St. Louis, baby, the champ is herrrre."
"That may be true." Jericho nodded. "But actually, let me point something out to you, John. Now with both you and Batista here on RAW, that means that the two champs are herre. And the last time there was two champions on the same show... I beat them both and became the first Undisputed Champion." Cena nodded, accepting that. "So in that respect, we have something in common, John. as a matter of fact we have a lot in common. When you think about it, we're both becoming media superstars in magazines, on TV shows, from coast to coast. Both of us with successful musical careers. But think about it, John, I think my musical career might be just a little bit bigger than yours. I mean, I've had three CDs out. I've played in front of fans across the world. I've played in front of 30,000 fans on a couple of different occasions. So, might be a little bit ahead of you. But it's okay, kid. I got a good feeling about you, you're gonna do just fine. But I got a little advice for you; if you really want to make it, musically, if you really want to make it in the music business, you gotta go for it all the way. 100%, even if that means alienating some of your wrestling fans."
The crowd booed at this.
Cena shook his head. "Bro, you don't have to come at me like that, man. Whether these people love me or they hate me, they're the reason I'm doing what I'm doing right here tonight." The crowd cheered at this. "And if that's what you need to do your music, then fine. Go do your thing, superstar. But I fight for these people, and I'm here to say... that the WWE Champ is in the first! And you all know John Cena, same as it ever was, real recognises real! This is a message to all of RAW: YOU WANT SOME!..."
'Come get some!' The crowd finished.
"Come get some!" Cena nodded.
"Well, John, I hate to cut you short here, but I want to take this time to introduce the second draft pick for RAW." Jericho said, Cena looked at him. "You see, RAW managed to obtain two picks, you were one, and the second is just as unknown as you. So, without further ado, would the second draft pick-"
Christian's theme hit to boos, cutting Jericho off, as Christian came out with Tyson Tomko.
"i doubt that's the pick Jericho was talking about." Jerry said with an amused chuckle.
"Either way, it looks like somebody might be coming to get some." JR said. "It's Christian and his problem solver, Tyson Tomko."
Christian and Tomko made a beeline straight for the ring, with Christian holding a microphone already as he entered the ring and faced the WWE Champion who stared him down. Christian's theme dies down, with the crowd booing him.
"I must be dreaming, my eyes must be deceiving me." Christian rubbed his eyes. "John Cena... right here on RAW! The crowd cheered to let him know it was real. "Well, I heard the ovation. I heard the cheers in the back, And it reminds me of the cheers they used to give to another fraud in this town. A guy by the name of Mark McGuire."
The crowd booed heavily at this.
Christian ignored them. "Well you see, McGuire is a joke and he made these people look like complete morons!"
"That's Christian's opinion, folks." JR said as the fans continued booing Christian.
"Just like I'm going to, right now." Christian said. "The only thing is it's not going to take an act of Congress for me to expose you as a fraud!"
'You suck! You suck! You suck!' The crowd chanted
"It's like this, Cena. This is my show, poser!" Christian glared at the WWE Champion. "So you, and the other loser RAW picked... can go take a stroll! Because that's how I-"
OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!
The wolf howl got everyone off guard and the fans went nuts as the lights went out.
"What?!" Jerry's eyes widened,
"It can't be!" JR gasped. "It-It can't be him!"
Pyro exploded on the stage, followed by The Devil's Wolf playing as the lights dimmed to a sinister blood red and dark blue. And soon, out came the Bladewolf to the ovation of the WWE fans and shock of the men in the ring.
"Oh my God!" Jerry squealed.
"It's the Bladewolf! It's the Bladewolf and he is back on RAW!" JR shouted with wide eyes.
The Bladewolf was clad in his usual hooded trench coat, with the hood up and shadowing the metallic Predator-style mask he wore. Nobody knew who he was looking at, but his gaze was firmly centred on the men in the ring. Neither Cena, Christian, Jericho, or Tomko looked like they couldn't believe it.
"Is... is Bladewolf the second draft pick?!" Jerry asked, still in shock. "I'm getting goosebumps!"
"The Demon Wolf of Darkness and Destruction!" JR nodded. "He was a SmackDown superstar, went there after last year's Backlash event where he won his third WWE Championship at Judgment Day from Eddie Guerrero and held it until the Royal Rumble where JBL became the new Champion... but it looks like he's back on RAW. And..." He stopped as Bladewolf raised his hands slightly. "What is he...?"
Everyone cheered when the Bladewolf did the title gesture across his waist, now they knew who exactly he was looking at. Cena didn't deter, instead he raised the WWE Championship with a serious look on his face.
"I think that makes it perfectly clear, King." JR said. "The Bladewolf is back... and he wants to become WWE Champion again."
Bladewolf dropped his arms, then turned swiftly and went backstage. Christian took advantage by trying to attack Cena, but ended up getting FUY'ed out of the ring and onto Tomko.
And that's it for the first chapter, everyone. No, don't worry, Bladewolf won't be pursuing the WWE Title... yet. What he did was merely warning Cena that he was coming for it, and coming for it soon. Let me know what you think, people.
