Author's Note: I've decided to try a different avenue with the Blitz's Hazbin Adventure thing. So, while a lot of this Alternate Universe is the same, there are some extra additions and take away. It is still it's own story.
Alternate Universe Notes:
Stella and Stolas are happily married, Blitz has not been with either of them.
He is friends with the couple after saving Octavia when she was a young chick.
He got the book from them, but they do have an arrangement, which is mostly doing something with them or playing guard duty- something he would have done any ways for his friends.
Stella's brother, Andrealphus, takes her place as the bad guy. He doesn't like that the Goetia Prince and his sister Stella have taken to consorting with a lowly imp. Not mentioned. Just the difference.
Blitz, while he's had some sexual encounters, is not actively involved with anyone. Neither is Alastor. Lucifer also isn't. I think I saw something saying he and Lilith were separated. Not sure if that is canon or not, but that's the case here. Romance is not the main theme of this story. Any sexual situations- if there are any- will be brushed over and just implied.
Age seems ambiguous in the Hellaverse, so while Charlie is considered in her 20's. I'm going to imply that it's really like 200 years. No one ages normally anyways by the looks of it. Exterminations no longer happen, so this is like, three years after season 1 of Hazbin Hotel. Alastor's not under contract, and the deal between him and Charlie has been resolved for this story.
There is a fan theory that Blitz might be part succubus. I know that the imp race comes in all shapes and sizes, however I will be playing with Blitz being part succubus. This changes his appearance a little bit. He's about 5 feet tall, his horns are a little bit slimmer, and the white rings are a bit thinner too. Also, the biggest difference will be that Blitz will have medium length black hair that's similar to Tilla's, who is theorized, if not confirmed, to be Blitz's mom.
Last thing, size references: Blitz is roughly 5 feet. Lucifer is about 6 feet. Alastor is 7 feet tall.
Summary:
Blitz gets seriously injured on the job, and his supernatural healing is heavily impaired. Those closest to him: I.M.P. The Goetic Royal family. And Fizz and Asmodeus, send him on a two-week vacation to recover at Hazbin Hotel's newer program dedicated to the recovery of hell's denizens. Even better? All expenses paid. Blitz goes along with it for two reasons: To put his little found family at ease. And to take care of a solo investigation he's started that's heavily interwoven with a dark moment in his past. His only issue with Pentagram City? It is crawling with Overlords.
Blitz unfortunately, has a deep distrust- and slight fear- of demons ranked Overlord and above. This stems from a bad experience with a currently forgotten overlord that has been M.I.A for years. It was made worse by a traumatic betrayal by two low-ranked sinners who turned out to be the Radio Demon and King of Hell in disguise.
Now in Hazbin Hotel's recovery program, he reunites with Alastor and Lucifer again, both of whom have questions for the hell spawn: Why did he leave? How long did he know the truth about their identities? You know, valid questions. And Blitz isn't surprised they don't remember what they had done, he was just the lowest thing on the totem pole, after all. He was just convenient entertainment for two bored, powerful demons who had wanted a break from their responsibilities... Never mind that Blitz had trusted them with his vulnerability at one of the darkest points in his life.
But those two aren't the reason he's there, it's to deal with his self-assigned job, and hopefully heal. As he gets more embroiled in his investigation, he learns that the issue has spread from the border territories and into the territory of the Overlords that he's been trying to avoid. And when he realizes an old face is back in play to regain his strength, reputation, and more, Blitz is going to have to put aside old pain and work with the two who have once hurt him- as well as others- to deal with a new threat to Pentagram City, and quite possibly all of Hell.
Blitz isn't sure he's ready for this, but he'll do his best anyway. Even as he learns that not everything was as it had seemed years ago. And maybe, he could trust them again.
