Before we start with the book, let me clear up a few things. First, Percy Jackson is NOT the main character in this story but his twin sister, my OC. In this story, elements like LGBT+, graphic description of violence, underage drug use, drinking and etc. will be included. I will also eventually deal with discrimination, bullying and racism. Fights WILL be described in detail (at least I'll try to make it realistically) and there WILL be use of curse words. This is the first story I will post on this website and I'm am not yet familiar with the rating, tagging and writing. I hope you'll forgive me for potential errors in grammatical writing and plot holes. I think that was all I wanted to say and good reading to y'all! Also, please don't forget to leave reviews. I'll always appreciate praise, critic, ideas and request since it helps me improve my writing and keeps me motivated to write stories. Love you all~

A woman screamed, her face contorted in pain. She was lying in a hospital bed, around her nurses and even a doctor. They were discussing erratically, moving their hands panically. "The forehead is too big! If this keeps going, both babies will die!", the nurse right next to the screaming woman hissed, holding her hand. "Ms Jackson, you need to hold it for a bit!"

Sally Jackson kept screaming, her body convulsing and then, a sharp snap and- the first baby was born. "It's a adorable little baby boy, Ms Jackson!", said the nurse and then went away to weigh and clean the boy, relief evident on her face.

"One more!", said the doctor, relaxing slightly. If this boy had been born without them having needed to help, the girl wouldn't probably be any more difficult.

However, the people present couldn't help but feel pity for the woman whose husband had died on the sea and left her highly pregnant with twins. Of course, it wasn't the fathers fault that he died, but it truly was a pity for such a beautiful woman to endure her pregnancy all alone.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!", Sally's face contorted again, full of pain. The doctor flinched. While he was helping with more difficult pregnancies, it always was hard for him to watch- especially if it was so painful.

After what felt like years, her face relaxed and a loud scream was heard, one of the nurses hastily cradling the newborn babe in her arm and going to take care of it. Sally sighed, her body still a bit tense from the painful birth.

The two nurses came back, putting the two babies into Sally's arms, which immediately lightened her mood, making a soft smile appear on her face. Everybody left the room, wanting to gift the mother a bit peace.

She looked at the boy and kissed his head. "Perseus Achilles Jackson… I pray you will be as great as your father. Your name doesn't define your character, just like your parentage doesn't. Grow to be happy and healthy, that's all I wish for." She let Perseus onto her breast, making him drink. Then, she looked at the girl, the smile on her face remaining while tears of happiness trickled down her face. "My beautiful little angel… I'll name you Pamela Seísmos Jackson. The world is a cruel and dangerous place, but I feel that as long you two are together, you'll face everything thrown your way. Always watch out for and cherish each other. I love you both…"

Her face darkened a bit, sadness evident on her face. "If only your father were here… he'd be so proud of you two."

A smile appeared on her face again. "That doesn't matter anymore. I'll love you enough for both of us~" She kissed the top of their heads before silently whispering a prayer. "Ποσειδώνα, αυτά είναι τα παιδιά σου. Περσέας Αχιλλέας και Πάμελα Σάισμος Τζάκσον. Σε παρακαλώ, αγάπα και προστάτεψέ τα, ακόμη και αν δεν μπορείς να τα επισκεφθείς."
