Somewhere else...

Marinette opened her eyes to find herself in the middle of a dark room. She looked around, but couldn't find a way out. For a while, she just stood there, wondering where she was exactly. She could tell that this must've been a dream.

Then someone suddenly appeared beside her and realized it was Adrien. He was looking around, just like she did. Adrien saw her and almost freaked out.

Marinette realized that Adrien couldn't talk. He didn't even have a mouth, and neither did she. She reached up and couldn't touch anything. Then she noticed that as she looked down at Adrien, he wasn't wearing any clothes. There were black areas all around him, just like their mouths, but that didn't stop her blushing profusely.

Her eyes widened when she looked down at herself and so was she. There were black areas all around her chest, arms and legs. They both looked flustered and couldn't run away or hide from each other. She even tried to cover herself up, but that didn't do anything.

Someone else showed up right between them, shocking them both to find Midoriya. Unfortunately, he was in the same predicament as well.

He opened his eyes and was shocked to find both of them here. He felt his face turn bright red when he saw Marinette with no clothes on. Adrien wanted to shield her from him, but he couldn't move. Midoriya waved his arms around all flustered, like he didn't see anything.

Then eight figures stood before them.

All three of them faced the eight figures with Marinette and Adrien being really confused. Midoriya stood there, really happy to finally see them again. As they looked at them closer, Marinette realized she's seen them before. When she touched Midoriya's Miraculous, she remembered seeing the white haired guy in the back. As they got closer, she noticed that she'd seen all of them.

"Izuku Midoriya..." Some guy with goggles on his head, "Your quirk has become stronger..."

Both Marinette and Adrien stood there, shocked to see them speaking to Midoriya. They could tell Midoriya was trying to talk, but he couldn't since he didn't have a mouth.

"He really doesn't know, Nana. Can you please explain to him what's going on. Last time, he seemed to understand," He said to someone behind him.

A heroic lady with a yellow cape came up behind him, giving off a comforting feeling. Even Marinette couldn't look away as her eyes sparkled.

"Sure, Banjo," Nana said to him as he stepped aside, "Midoriya, can we include your friends in this? They are involved now."

Midoriya looked back at them, and Marinette stood up straight as Adrien fidgeted where he stood. He nodded, and they both walked up to her.

Marinette at least knew who they were, but Adrien didn't quite understand at this point.

Marinette finally figured out that they were the predecessors of One for All. It reminded her of the past holders of the Ladybug Miraculous. Her eyes sparkled as one of them waved them over. Nana looked at Marinette and gave her a proud look.

"You're Marinette, right? It's nice to finally meet you," Nana said to her as she reached out her hand.

Marinette could barely focus since her glow was so mesmerizing. She finally gave her a hand shake, feeling something so amazing coming off of Nana.

"I was impressed with the way you handled this power. It's not easy getting the hang of One for All, but I think you're doing a fine job," She said to Marinette.

Marinette felt like she had just met someone so important that she couldn't stop herself from freaking out.

Nana walked over to Adrien, who was a little shy. He'd never met anyone like her before. He faced her, noticing how strong she looked close up.

"So, you're Adrien Agreste. You're a fashion model in this Paris it seems," Nana said to him with judgmental eyes.

Adrien got a little nervous, wondering what she meant by that. He felt himself sweating as she looked him over. She gave him a big smile with a thumbs up.

"I think that's great! Fashion for superheroes such as yourself is important," Nana said to him, give a wink, "You did go defend your partner back there. It seems that activated One for All inside of your Miraculous. You only have a tiny bit of this power, but don't worry about it. That's still a lot with a superpower such as yours. It's interesting how One for All mutated your Miraculous somehow though..."

"Yeah, yeah," Banjo said to her, "Can you just get to it already?"

"Don't rush me, Banjo," Nana said to him, "Midoriya, now that One for All is a Miraculous, you need to be careful with it now more than ever. We knew this was going to happen since it was the only way to get you and your friends home. But things have changed."

Midoriya's eyes widened, wondering what she meant by that.

"You see, Chrysalis is trying to get to our Japan. She's not someone you want anywhere near Japan, not with quirks and superpowers around. If your friends from Japan can really get you guys back home, you need to stop her before they do so."

All three of them shared a determined look, especially Marinette. She would not let Lila get her way this time around.

"There is something about One for All that's quite fascinating however..."

The white haired guy grabbed everyone's attention. Midoriya looked at him and wondered what he had to say now. He did see him one time in a dream not that long ago. He must have something important to say.

"Anyone who's quirkless, One for All tends to leave a little bit of that energy left inside of that successor..."

Midoriya was confused as to what he meant by that. Then he noticed the white haired guy looked back at someone that looked like a glowing, golden figure. He knew right away that it was AllMight, and then his eyes widened realizing what he meant.

"Back there when you fought your friend, you were able to use your quirk without the Miraculous attached to you. That means you've learned to tap into that last bit of energy still inside of you without realizing it. I'd say it's more powerful than AllMight's."

Midoriya couldn't look away. What he was telling him, it made sense to him. He did remember something when he fought Bakugo back in the park. Something felt different when he grabbed his Miraculous from him.

"But that's all it will be. You can't rely on that bit of One for All. You need to get your Miraculous back," The white haired guy said to him, "We're not going to be stop someone from taking One for All as well as we used to since it's now a Miraculous."

Midoriya understood and nodded with determination. The last time he saw the Miraculous, Queen Bee held it for him. He had to talk to as soon as he could.

"You did good, kid!" Banjo said, butting in and gave Midoriya a pat on the back, "You used Black Whip like a true hero!"

"Now we just need to figure out when you'll get the rest of your quirks..." Nana said to them.

Marinette and Adrien's eyes widened and looked at their friend in shock.

"More quirks?!" They both thought.

"This might be easier than we thought. These Miraculous seemed to have brought something brand new for One for All. Maybe our quirks will be much easier for Midoriya here to obtain," Nana said to them with broad shoulders, "We still don't quite understand how it works, but your little friend... Dekku seems to be holding our quirks for you. You just need the right thing or something to help him obtain said quirk..."

Marinette's eyes lit up as she realized what might help. She couldn't stand this not being able to talk thing. Marinette swung her arm up, like she was class. Nana was amused by her clumsiness and smiled. As she tried to talk, she felt the black start to dissipate around her mouth.

"I know what to do!" Marinette said to them, but was shocked when she heard herself talk, "So-Sorry, I didn't think I could talk here!"

Nana gave her space to talk, with all eyes on her.

"I knew someone that could decode these recipes. They were upgrades for our friends, the Kwamis. These recipes are very important, and they can upgrade your Miraculous and powers. If we could find the right ingredients, I bet that might help bring up these quirks for Midoriya!" Marinette explained to the predecessors, Midoriya and Adrien.

Adrien's eyes widened when he realized that he had just found that said book. He was flipping through the book and didn't know what the codes might be. He was so glad that he went up to his father's lair now.

"But... I don't know where the recipes are now..."

"I do!" Adrien cried out, but freaked out to hear him talk, "Marinette, I-I found the book! It's in HawkMoth's lair!"

Marinette's shined so brightly that she could've run over there and kissed him. She stood by the predecessors sides, really glad to have met them.

"Did you say that you were in HawkMoth's lair? You mean, the guy that took One for All and made it into a Miraculous?" Banjo asked him as he got more intimidating.

Adrien backed down, a little nervous to say anything back to him.

"Uh, yeah... He's my father, actually," Adrien said to him.

Banjo looked at him with such a piercing stare that could rival Mr. Aizawa's.

"That's pretty crazy, man!" Banjo yelled out, freaking Adrien out and even Midoriya and Marinette, "Well, at least you find that recipe book!"

They all started to feel a little bit of a pull as if something was stirring. Midoriya, Marinette and Adrien could feel it too as they all tried to stay together. They all felt like they were being pulled away from each other.

"It seems like you three are starting to wake up," The white haired guy said to them, "We might not see each other for a long time."

They still felt the tug get stronger, and they weren't afraid.

"You know, since Marinette and Adrien now have ownership of this quirk, that means they might have one of our quirks stored inside of them as well..." Nana said to them as she gave them a wink," You should upgrade your Miraculous with that recipe book of yours just to be sure. Sharing quirks with your partner, sounds pretty romantic, doesn't it?"

Adrien and Marinette shared a look, and they both started to feel something. Something that wasn't there for a long time until just now. Marinette didn't look away this time however. She felt her cheeks warm up from his emerald stare, something that she really missed. A lot.

"You know, since One for All is now a Miraculous, that might make things easier to pass down now. Maybe Midoriya won't be the last wielder of One for All after all," The white haired guy added in.

"Wha-What?!" Midoriya cried out, shocking himself to finally hear his voice, "I was going to be the last wielder of One for All?!"

"Yeah... but now we might not have to worry about that anymore," Nana said to him, "You've got your friends to thank for that. If they hadn't brought you and your friends here, this wouldn't be happening right now."

Midoriya looked back at Marinette and Adrien with tears in his eyes. They both looked so happy to see him finally getting something that he actually wanted. He was so proud to be friends with them. His smile shined brightly as things started to stir up a bit.

"Marinette, Adrien, please thank Tikki and Plagg for me as well. If they hadn't made that wish, I wouldn't have found you guys. Things have been great here in Paris, and I hope after this is over, we can still be friends," Midoriya said to Parisian's heroes.

As they started to wake up, Nana made sure to ask one more thing.

"I forgot to ask for your hero names. You know, just in case we meet up again," Nana said with a wink.

Marinette and Adrien looked at them with a proud smile as they felt a sudden transformation coming over them. Then, they stood there as their hero counterparts.

"We're Ladybug and Cat Noir!"

Another amazing chapter!

What a chapter to write! This wasn't something I was expecting to come together so well! I didn't even think if I would write them into this, but I did and it turned out great! Marinette and Adrien are able to go the vestige world! Whoa! They might be able to help Midoriya bring up the predecessors quirks by using the recipe book! Ahhh! This is so cool!

Midoriya is going to have to go find Chloe! Marinette is going to have to find ingredients! Adrien needs to give her that book!

What's going to happen next??

More to come soon!
