Case 11: Farewell N/The Friend with the Wind

The moment W and the Nasca Dopant clashed blades they stepped away from each other before they clashed blades once more as they moved past each other.

As W turns back to the Nasca Dopant, the Museum Commander turns at W and thrust his sword at him and W dodges it by jumping over both the sword and above the Dopant.

As W lands behind the Nasca Dopant they clash blades once again before Nasca pushes W back as he jumps and lands on his feet.

The Nasca Dopant slashes at W two times and as W parries his attacks he is being pushed back, and dodges the Dopant's third attack by jumping over the railing and heads to the second walkway that was above and across the street.

"You're mine!" The Nasca Dopant said as he chased W as he flew using his wings and slashes at W's back and he was able to block his sword with his Arm Saber just in time as they both landed on the pathway as they were in a bladed lock. "Ah! It can't be!"

"I sensed your attack and just instinctively moved! And…" W-Philip said as he pushed the Nasca's Dopant sword back and began to land several attacks on him.

"Fighting a villain like you really fills these fists with power!" W-Mitsuki stated as he punches on the Nasca Dopant's face which sends him stumbling on the railing behind him.

"Don't get cocky!" Nasca exclaimed as W swung his Arm Saber at him. "Super speed!"

The Nasca Dopant dodges his attack using his super speed, and W wonders where he went as the Museum Commander stops behind him as W turns at him.

The Nasca Dopant charges at W and lands a slash on his chest sending the Rider rolling on the ground. As W lands on his hands and knees, the Nasca Dopant charges at him with his super speed to attack him again but suddenly stops in his tracks as his body suddenly feels weak.

"What?!" The Nasca Dopant said as he fell on his knee and hand. "My body can't keep up with the super speed…"

As the Nasca Dopant struggled to stand back up, W stood up on his feet and was going to use this chance to counterattack.

"Now!" W-Philip said as he charged at the Dopant and swung his Saber at him as Nasca stood back up, but then…

"Stop, Philip!" W-Mitsuki shouted as he stopped his partner by grabbing his right arm as the Arm Saber stopped a few inches away from the Dopant's neck.

"Why...did you stop?" The Nasca Dopant asked.

"Don't know. Just...that caught my eye." W-Mitsuki told him as he lowered the Arm Saber and turned to something that was behind the Dopant.

The Nasca Dopant turned to what he was looking at and saw that it was a picture of Fuuto-kun the city's mascot that he created.

"And it could be you've just reminded me of my friend." W-Mitsuki said and that got Nasca's attention. "You remember what I told you yesterday, well I didn't say the whole truth. She's actually close to death doors right now. I don't know why, but seeing weak like that...it just reminded me of her."

The Nasca Dopant then looked down at his chest as he placed a hand on it.

"You said before...You love this city." W-Mitsuki said as the Nasca Dopant turned to him. "If that's true, then don't let that happen to children again."

W soon turns to Akane as she is holding the in pain Touma as she cries.

"Touma, don't die! Please! Don't die! Please!" Akane told him.

W soon removes his Gaia Memories as he turns to the Nasca Dopant as he changes into Philip, and the Dopant changes back into Kirihiko.

"Hurry and take him to a hospital." Kirihiko told him before he left.

Philip then turns and walks to his friends and the crying Akane and injured Touma.

Mitsuki's mind soon returns to his body as he wakes up and stands up, he then turns to the leaving Kirihiko before he turns to Akane and Touma as he knelt down to the unconscious boy.

"First, the hospital." Mitsuki said as he begins to pick Touma up on his back with the help of Chris and Akane as Philip walks to them.

"The reason the Memory didn't break…" Philip said as he knelt down and rolled up Touma's sleeve where his Living Connector was. "Might be related to this side effect."

Akane then quickly removed Touma's arm away from Philip's hand and that's when Philip saw something on her arm as he looked up at the girl.

"Hurry to the hospital!" Akane said as she and Chris begin to move Touma on Mitsuki's back as he carries him to the hospital while leaving Philip a little curious right now.

(Bloody Stream by Coda)

(Instrumental)

(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Shijima no soko kara…)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Mezameru sono hashiratachi toki wo koe…)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Shinku no chishio ga…)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(Tachiagaru yuuki wo hikiawaseru!)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(Uketsugu ai wo sadame to yobu nara!)

(The mysterious Shroud is seen walking in a dark alley before she turns to the screen showing her white bandage covered face with black sunglasses.)

(Hohoemu me de tsugi no te wo…)

(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)

(Yami wo azamuite setsuna wo kawashite! Yaiba surinuke yatusra no suki wo tsuke!)

(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)

(Tsuranuita omoi ga mirai wo hiraku!)

(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(Like a Bloody Storm atsuku Like a Bloody Stone! Ketsumyaku ni kizamareta innen ni…)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)

(Ukiagaru kienai hokori no kizuna nigirishimete!)

(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)

After Mitsuki, Philip, and the others had brought Touma to the hospital they soon return to the Agency with Akane. Philip was in the building's hangar as he began his search in the Gaia Library.

"The Memory's name is Bird." Philip said as the bookshelves began to move and soon left one book. "So, it's as I thought."

Philip walks to the book and picks it up and begins reading it.

Meanwhile, Mitsuki, Kanade, and Chris were in the main room of the agency as Akane was with them as she was seated on a chair.

"Akane-chan." Mitsuki said as he turned to the girl as he sat down on a chair in front of her. "Why don't you want to return home? Why won't you say anything?"

"Come on, kid, you're only making this hard on yourself by staying silent. Two of your friends are in the hospital now because you were playing with that Gaia Memory." Kanade told her.

That is when they saw Philip left the hangar and he told them the keywords he looked up.

"A convenience store, travel agent, police station, a dentist." Philip said as he stopped by to his friends.

"Okay? And what does that mean exactly?" Chris asked.

"They're locations attacked by Fujikawa Touma. My lookup reveals that these seemingly random locations have a common thread." Philip told them.

"A common thread?" Mitsuki repeated.

"Like what exactly?" Kanade asked.

"Egusa Akane's track rivals." Philip answered and Akane stood up with her head lowered in some shame and guilt as she turned away from. "All the locations attacked were places where those rivals' parents work.

"No way." Kanade said as she turned back to Akane. "So that means…"

"Yes. He did it for me. I twisted Touma!" Akane told them as she ran to the other side of the room and leaned on a table.

Philip then walks to the girl.

"And...the Bird Memory didn't start with Fujikawa Touma. You were the first to obtain it, right?" Philip asked as Akane lowered her head once again and Mitsuki stood up as he was stunned to hear that.

"Mitsuki." Philip said as he rolled up Akane's sleeve to reveal a Living Connector on her arm. "On her arm is a Living Connector that the others don't have."

Akane then turns to Mitsuki as he is looking at her and Philip as he let's go of her arm as Akane turns away from Mitsuki.

"I...was really depressed back then." Akane told them as she remembers having trouble during her track and field practice. "Very soon...It won't be tournament time...but I didn't have any energy. That's when…"

(Flashback)

Akane was now walking back home after practice was done for today, but was looking depressed at the failures of her practice, that is when a woman wearing a black dress approached her carrying a purse in her hands.

The moment they were close to each other the woman wearing the black dress called out to Akane.

"Miss." Akane turns to her as the woman stops walking. "Do you want my help?"

The woman then turns to Akane and opens her purse to show her the Bird Memory she and her friends now used today.

"If you use this...everything will go well."

She then brings out a Connect Shooter and loads the Gaia Memory into it.

"Stick out your arm." The woman requested but Akane was hesitant about doing this as she held her arm. "It's okay."

Akane then brought out her arm as she rolled up the sleeve, and the woman pressed the Shooter onto her arm and pulled the trigger to insert the Connector on her skin and flesh.

Akane was looking at the freshly made Connector on her arm as the woman in the black dress offered her the Bird Memory.

"Good luck." She told her as Akane accepted the Gaia Memory.

As a result of using the Bird Memory's power, practice was doing well for Akane as she broke some of her old records.

"After transforming into Bird, I could feel my body filling with power. It made my slump seem like it never happened." Akane explains.

During a high jump it felt like she was flying like the Bird Dopant.

(End of flashback)

"But I...become scared." Akane said as Mitsuki sighed as he put the pieces together.

"So you showed your Memory to Touma." Mitsuki concluded.

"And then...Touma said, 'Let me try it too'." Akane said as she remembers giving Touma her Bird Memory as he inserted it into his arm without a Living Connector but was able to transform into the Bird Dopant despite that, and Akane was shocked to see that.

"I let him since I thought only I could use it. I was shocked. I'm sorry!" Aken shouted as she lowered her head in shame and regret before she fell to her knees. "If only I didn't take that Memory...I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

Mitsuki then walks to the crying girl as he knelt down to her and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"It's not your fault. It's the fault of those who gave the Gaia Memories to you innocent guys." Mitsuki told her as Kanade knelt down to her as well and placed a hand on Akane's other shoulder.

"That's right. You have nothing to apologize for." Kanade told her.

As Philip and Chris were watching them the user of Ichaival whispers to Philip.

"But still, if Akane is the true user of the Bird Memory, how were those guys able to use it? Especially without a Connector?" Chris asked before Philip whispered.

"Not sure. But I'm going to look into it." Philip answered.

(Meanwhile)

Kirihiko had returned to the Sonozaki mansion, he was walking towards the room of his wife Saeko to ask her a few questions.

"Saeko." Kirihiko calls out. "Saeko."

Kirihiko was able to open the door but soon heard something mechanical that was nearby. Kirihiko looked and saw it was a hidden door as it was opening, and behind it was Saeko, seeing her, Kirihiko quickly hid behind the wall and carefully watched his wife as she flips the switch on a nearby lamp which was the switch to the hidden door as it began to close.

Kirihiko quickly looks away and while he didn't notice his sister-in-law, Wakana noticed him as walked onto the second floor as she turned to him.

Saeko then enters another room as she opens and closes the door and Kirihiko sneakily walks out of his hiding spot and heads to the secret door which was under the disguise of a shelf with different small status in it.

"What is in here?" Kirihiko said in wonder as he didn't know about this hidden door until now.

Kirihiko then flips the switch of the lamp to open the hidden door and behind it was a hidden hallway as he walks inside to see what else his in-laws were hiding from him, and unknown to Kirihiko is that Wakana was spying on him and looks a little worried.

Kirihiko continues to sneakily move through the hallway and finds an elevator as he walks to it and presses on the button and the elevator soon opens for him as he walks inside.

In the Narumi Detective Agency, Akane was seen sleeping on the bed as Kanade was watching over her as she was seated beside her.

"She's asleep." Kanade said as she stood up and walked away from the sleeping Akane. "She cried herself to sleep. Poor thing."

Mitsuki, Philip, and Chris were seated on different charis as Philip was reading his blanked book. Mitsuki soon stood up and walked to the door.

"I'm going to see the barber." Mitsuki said as he picked up his hat, jacket, and helmet. "The least I can do is tell Master that Akane-chan is safe."

"Have a safe trip!" Kanade said as Mitsuki left the building. "Looks like we've settled things."

"We'll see." Chris mutters as she leans on the chair.

"Agreed." Philip said in agreement as he flipped the pages of his book.

But unknown to our heroes is that Akane was only pretending to be sleeping as she opened her eyes.

The elevator Kirihiko was in is going down for a few minutes before it reaches its unknown destination.

The doors soon opened for Kirihiko as he saw a stone hallway tunnel that had large lamp posts for lights.

"This place is…?" Kirihiko said as he walked out of the elevator and through the stone hallway. "This area is right under the Sonozaki mansion?"

Kirihiko walks through the stone hallway to see where it leads, and he soon finds himself in a cave that was clearly man made, like it was excavated years ago but left incomplete.

That is when Kirihiko then saw something in the end of the cave as he walked up some stone steps and saw it was a well that was built using metal parts and pumps and has a computer connected to it.

Kirihiko looks at the mysterious well as there was a mysterious glow inside of it.

"This is…? What is this?!" Kirihiko said in wonder as he looked inside.

"In this location, we obtain memories from the Earth itself." Said Sonozaki Ryubee carrying his cat Mick in his arms as he walks out of his hiding spot to face his son-in-law. "This is where the Gaia Memories are born."

"Otou-san." Kirihiko said.

"Kirihiko. Welcome to Museum!" Ryubee told him as he turned away from Kirihiko and walked to the stairs attached to the well and placed Mick on it. "Even now, there are many mysteries in the Earth's memories. That's why experiments are needed!"

Ryubee then walked to the computer and told his son-in-law these words.

"That is the reason the Museum…" Ryubee said as he pressed on a few buttons on the computer and soon a colorful and digital energy code appeared out of the well. "...distributes Gaia Memories throughout Fuuto."

Kirihiko was a little stunned to see that energy as he covered his eyes and Mick looked up at it, and then Ryubee entered a code on the keyboard to stop the flow of energy from the well as Kirihiko turned to his father-in-law.

"Right now, the one I'm interested in is the Bird Memory." Ryubee told him and Kirihiko was surprised to hear that.

"It can't be...the one to give those children the Bird Memory…" Kirihiko mutters as Ryubee has a smirk on his face.

"Children who aren't quite adults...can provide more precise, good data. Those pure minds and bodies...will surely evolve the Bird Memory rapidly." Ryubee said as he turned away from Kirihiko and walked away a few feet before he stopped and told his son-in-law this. "And then, it will hit the eventual limit."

"Are you saying that people who've used it have died?!" Kirihiko asked as he moved to his father-in-law before stopping beside the well.

"The deaths were not in vain. The data we've received from them was a big contribution to the Museum." Ryubee told him and Kirihiko was in further shock to hear this.

"They're just children!" Kirihiko told him and Ryube turned to his son-in-law.

"So what?" Ryubee asked.

"I won't allow that!" Kirihiko said as he brought out the Nasca Memory.

[NASCA]

(At the same time)

Kanade was on Mitsuki's desk sorting the case files while Chris was eating a bag of chips and Philip was still reading his book.

Unknown to them is that Akane soon stood up and put on her shoes as she walked to Philip as the bookworm soon noticed her as he stood up and Akane slaps him on the face sending him to the floor.

"Philip?!" Chris said in worry as she stood up and glared at Akane. "Damn you!"

Chris runs to Akane and is going to grab her but Akane grabs hold of her first as she tightly holds her wrists and tightens her hold on Chris as she growls in pain.

"The hell…? How are you so strong?!" Chris growled as Akane pushed her to the floor.

Kanade quickly stood up and grabbed hold of Akane to hold her back.

"Akane-chan!" Kanade told her before Akane easily pushed her to the floor as Kanade fell on top of Philip.

"I want my Bird Memory! I want to fly more!" Akane demanded.

"What happened?!" Kanade said as she and the others sat up.

"The Memory is having a stronger influence than I thought!" Philip concluded.

Akane screams as she jumps over the trio and runs out of the building but not before Philip throws something at her as it lands onto her shirt.

"Oh no!" Kanade said in worry.

"Let's call Mitsuki. I attached one of these to her." Philip told them as he showed both Kanade and Chris a tracking device in his fingers as they looked at it.

"A transmitter?!" Kanade asked.

"Man...for such a scrawny guy you sure are fast." Chris said.

(With Mitsuki)

When Mitsuki had arrived at the barber shop, he soon received a call from Philip on his Stag Phone and looked at his Spider Shock as he soon got the location of the transmitter on Akane's shirt.

"I've got the location. I'll definitely get Akane-chan." Mitsuki told them before he ended the call as Akane's father walked out of his shop to greet the young detective.

"Mitsu-chan. What happened to Akane?" He asked in worry.

"It's okay. Just wait." Mitsuki told him as he puts on his helmet and drives on the street to head to Akane's location.

"I'm counting on you!" He told him.

Akane was seen walking down a stairway as she muttered only one thing.

"Bird...Bird...Bird…"

That is when the woman in the black dress who had given Akane the Bird Memory appeared as she walked to her. Akane looked up at her and recognized her.

"Bird…"

The woman in front of her was Sonozaki Saeko, the Taboo Dopant. Saeko smiled at her.

"We meet again...Ojou-chan." Saeko greeted her father's little test subject.

(Meanwhile with Kirihiko)

Shortly after Kirihiko had transformed into the Nasca Dopant, he brought his sword to Ryubee's neck as Mick watched as he growled slightly and Ryubee calmly smiled despite the situation he was in.

"Tell me. How can she be saved?" The Nasca Dopant demanded, normally Ryubee wouldn't give such information to just anyone, but considering it was his son-in-law, he'll make an exception.

"Just find the specific location in the body where the Bird Memory is and destroy it. But why are you asking that?" Ryubee asked.

"It's obvious! I will…" The Nasca Dopant said before he started to groan in pain as he fell on his knees and placed a hand on his chest, and Ryubee smiled as he had predicted this would happen. "Again?!"

The Nasca Dopant soon dropped his hands on the ground as the pain became even worse than before.

"Kirihiko-kun. Looks like your body condition is not that great. You made it to level two and obtained the power of super speed…but it seems that's your limit." Ryubee said as the Nasca Dopant uses his sword for support, but then he realizes another thing after his father-in-law had said that.

"It can't be…" The Nasca Dopant mutters as he looks up at Ryubee.

"Yes." Ryubee said as he walked past the Nasca Dopant. "You are also a test subject. All to solve the mystery of the Nasca Memory."

The Nasca Dopant was in shock to hear that as Ryubee told him this.

"Very soon, you will die."

"Nani?!"

Ryubee then turns to his son-in-law...or rather his little lab rat.

"Does it hurt? But very soon, I will put you in peace." Ryubee told him as he puts on his Gaia Driver and brings out his Terror Memory.

[TERROR]

Ryubee soon inserted the Terror Memory into the Driver as he transforms into the Terror Dopant.

The Nasca Dopant slowly stood back up and faced the Terror Dopant.

"It is a pity...to lose a member of the family." The Terror Dopant said as he levitated into the air and brought forth the Terror Field as it quickly covered the ground beneath himself and the Nasca Dopant as the leader of Museum began to laugh.

The Terror Field soon begins to deal major damage against the Nasca Dopant as he falls on one hand and knee, but the Nasca Dopant was able to fight through the Field's power and his internal damage as he shouted…

"Super speed!"

The Nasca Dopant soon uses his super speed to dash out of the Terror Field and out of the cave. The Terror Dopant then turns to his pet cat.

"Mick."

The user of the Smilodon Memory looks up at his master.

After driving for a few minutes, Mitsuki had soon arrived at Akane's direct location as he soon found her as he stopped by the girl and called out to her.

"Akane-chan!"

Akane stops walking as she turns to Mitsuki as he lifts up his helmet's visor.

"Let's go back." Mitsuki told her before he stood off his bike and took off his helmet, but to Mitsuki's shock he saw that Akane now had the Bird Memory in her hand as she stepped away from him.

[BIRD]

"How did you get that Memory?" Mitsuki asked.

"I was given it." Akane answered as Mitsuki slowly walked to her as Akane continued to back away. "With this I can fly more!"

Akane soon rolled up her sleeve to reveal her Connector.

"Don't!" Mitsuki shouted but it was too late as the Memory's influence on her was too strong as she inserted the Memory into arm.

Akane soon transforms into the Bird Dopant as she laughs joyfully to feel it's power once again.

"This is the best feeling!" The Bird Dopant said in joy as she turned away from Mitsuki and left.

"Why?!" Mitsuki mutters as this reminded him of Hibiki's condition and that he was powerless to stop it. "Why did this happen?!"

Mitsuki soon brings out the Double Driver.

(With Philip)

Philip's Driver appeared on his waist as he stood up and closed his book.

"Mitsuki...It's unknown how much the Bird Memory is controlling her. If we mess up when fighting, she might die." Philip said as both Kanade and Chris saw this as they stood up as well.

"But...We're the only ones who can stop her!" Mitsuki said as he brought out his Joker Memory.

[JOKER]

Philip soon brings out the Cyclone Memory.

[CYCLONE]

Soon both Mitsuki and Philip strike their pose as Chris runs next to Philip.

"Henshin!" Both partners said.

The Cyclone Memory soon appeared in Mitsuki's Driver as he pushed it down and then inserted his Joker Memory beside it and pushed the slots.

[CYCLONE-JOKER]

Mitsuki soon transforms into W as the Bird Dopant turns to the Rider.

"Will you play with me?" The Bird Dopant asks before she flies into the air and fires feather shots at W as he dodges them by rolling on the ground.

The Bird Dopant laughs as she flies away as W sees this. W soon brings out his Stag Phone and enters the code to call the RevolGarry.

(At the same time)

Despite the intense pain he was feeling, the Nasca Dopant was able to escape the Sonozaki mansion but the Smilodon Dopant soon chased after him as he managed to hunt him down to a nearby park with a water fountain.

The Smilodon Dopant's attack caused Nasca to stumble back as the former kept on attack him ruthlessly as the Smilodon Dopant pushed Nasca to the ground and the moment he stood up the Smilodon Dopant attacks Nasca once again as he rolled on the ground and reverted back into Kirihiko.

Kirihiko was groaning as the Smilodon Dopant hisses and growls at him before he jumps and attacks Kirihiko again and he was able to dodge his attack in time that is when someone had arrived to stop this as both the Dopant and Kirihiko stood in front of each other.

"Mick, stop!"

Both the Smilodon Dopant and Kirihiko saw it was Wakana, but the Dopant ignores her command as he charges at Kirihiko to attack him as he dodges the Dopant's attack.

"Not listening to me?!" Wakana asked as she brought out her Claydoll Memory and Gaia Driver as she put on the Driver.

[CLAYDOLL]

Wakana soon inserted her Gaia Memory into her Driver as she transforms into the Claydoll Dopant and soon fires at the Smilodon Dopant which he dodges in time as he jumps away from Kirihiko.

The Smilodon Dopant turns at Claydoll as she gives him a warning glare and aimed her cannon at him, not wanting to anger or hurt the Claydoll Dopant, Smilodon retreated.

As he was now gone, the Claydoll Dopant lowered her cannon and turned to her brother-in-law as he fell on his rear.

"Kirihiko-oniisama, what happened to your usual cool self?" The Claydoll Dopant asks as she walks to Kirihiko as he smiles at her in gratitude.

"Thanks, Wakana-chan." Kirihiko said as Wakana changed back into her human form. "I thought for sure that you hated me."

Wakana smiles as she turns away from him.

"That's true. I wonder why?" Wakana said as she wasn't sure why she helped him herself.

Kirihiko chuckles before Wakana helps him stand back up.

"Just what happened?" Wakana asked.

"It's better that you don't know." Kirihiko answered but Wakana still had a good idea why the Smilodon Dopant was attacking him.

"Could it be...Otou-sama…?" Wakana asked.

Kirihiko looked at her before he took a few steps forward.

"If...you were betrayed by someone you trusted…" Kirihiko said.

"Eh?" Wakana said in confusion before Kirihiko turned to her and asked her this.

"At such a time, what would you do?"

Wakana thought about it and soon came up with an answer.

"I would try asking my heart. What does the real me want to do?"

"The real...me?" Kirihiko asked as he was in deep thought about her words.

He then remembers his memories as a child.

(Flashback)

In his elementary class, a young Kirihiko was drawing something in his book as his teacher walked to him.

"Kirihiko-kun, what are you drawing?" She asked.

"Fuuto-kun!" Kirihiko answered as he continued to color and draw the character who would soon become the famous mascot of the city he loved.

Kirihiko then remembers Mitsuki's words in their battle.

"You said before, you love this city. If that's true, don't let this happen to children again."

(End of flashback)

Kirihiko smiles as he looks up at the sky as he now knows what to do.

"I see." Kirihiko said as he turned to his sister-in-law. "Thanks to you, I know what to do."

Kirihiko soon begins to leave as Wakana calls out to him.

"Hey, where are you going?" Wakana asked.

"There's something I have to say to W." Kirihiko answered before he stopped and showed Wakana a smile on his face. "Later, Wakana-chan. I really like your radio show." He said as he left as Wakana smiled at him.

The Bird Dopant soon arrived at the shipyard as she continued to fly above the ground while laughing as W chased after her riding on his HardBoilder.

The Bird Dopant fires her feathers at W as she laughs as W dodges her attacks, that is when a familiar engine sound approaches behind him.

"It's here?" W-Mitsuki said.

Appearing behind W was the RevolGarry as it opens up for him and while moving in front of him, and as W's parked on top of the Garry it soon change his bike's back part with the Turbuler part as it turns to the Bird Dopant and as W flies at her with his HardTurbuler.

"Let's go!"

Both W and the Bird Dopant were flying high in the sky and above the city as W fires at her with the HardTurbuler's guns but she dodges his gunfire as she flies away from him.

"Onii-san, this way!" The Bird Dopant said in a playful tone as W continued to chase after her while firing at her and the Dopant fired back as W avoided her attacks.

As W growled in frustration before a small light on top of a building.

"I see." W-Philip said as he continued to chase after the Bird Dopant while continuing to fire at her.

The Bird Dopant continues to dodge his gunfire as she playfully waves at him and while she wasn't looking a laser shot fired on her back, and the shooter was Chris wearing her armor and armed with her sniper rifle as she was standing on the roof of a building.

"Sorry about this kid, but this is for your own good." Chris said as she continued to fire at the Bird Dopant's back and W fired in front of her dealing the Dopant some major damage.

The Bird Dopant roared in rage as her body began to change form. Her head was now encased with armor, her hands had changed into three large pairs of claws, and six pincers appeared on her chest.

Both W and Chris were surprised by the Bird Dopant's transformation as she fired red energy shots at W as he managed to avoid but barely.

"Bird's attack level went up? It evolved?" W-Philip said as the Bird Dopant now begins to chase after him as both W and the Dopant fly through the buildings.

Chris attempts to aim at the Bird Dopant but the Dopant was too fast for her to get a clear shot.

"Dammit! I can't aim at her like this!" Chris said as she struggled to aim at the Bird Dopant.

The Bird Dopant was getting closer to W as she fired at him and got even faster, until the two fire and clash attacks against each other.

"We can't counter-attack!" W-Mitsuki said before the Bird Dopant managed to overpower W's attack as she fired several energy shots around him, which knocked W off of his bike as he fell and crashed on a pile of junk and fell to the ground.

W manages to stand on his knee and foot as the Bird Dopant looks down at him and fires more energy shots at W as he dodges them by rolling on the ground.

As W stands on his feet, he soon changes to his Trigger Memory.

[CYCLONE-TRIGGER]

As W changes into his Cyclone-Trigger form, he soon pulls out his Magnum and fires air bullets at the Bird Dopant as both Rider and Dopant's attacks clashed against each other.

"We're not getting anywhere! What should we do?!" W-Mitsuki said before he heard a familiar voice.

"The only way is to precisely shoot the Bird Memory in the body." W looked and saw it was the Nasca Dopant as he soon arrived and turned at W. "That is the only way to save her life."

The Nasca Dopant then runs at W.

"Kirihiko?" W-Mitsuki said in confusion as he wondered why he's here.

With his guard down the Bird Dopant manages to land a few good shots on W as he falls on the ground, and as more was heading towards him, the Nasca Dopant soon moves in front of W to protect him from the Bird Dopant's attacks as he deflected them with his sword.

W was surprised by this as he begins to stand up before the Nasca Dopant turns at the Rider.

"I'll show you the Memory's location. Shoot there!" The Nasca Dopant told him as he deflected another energy shot.

"You're giving us support?" W-Philip asked as he was a little suspicious.

"Hey! What wind has come over you?" W-Mitsuki asked and the Nasca Dopant turned to him.

"I told you before. I also love this city." The Nasca Dopant told him.

(Cue: Finger on the trigger)

The Nasca Dopant soon brings out his wings as he flies at the Bird Dopant and lands a slash on her. The Bird Dopant fires her energy shots at the Nasca Dopant but he is able to dodge them and grabs hold of her as they both fall on the ground.

As W stood up and faced both Dopants, the Nasca Dopant grabbed onto the Bird Dopant and picked her up as he held both of her arms from behind the Bird Dopant's back.

"I'll make the Bird Memory resonate using my Driver!" The Nasca Dopant told W as the Bird Dopant manages to break free and lands a slash on his chest before he dodges another attack from her other claw and grabs hold of her.

"Let go!" The Bird Dopant demanded as she attacked the Nasca Dopant to force him off of her but still kept his hold on her.

"If I do that…" The Nasca Dopant said before he grabs her attacking arm and soon grabs hold of both of her arms from her back again. "Hold still!"

Then the Nasca Dopant channels energy into his Gaia Driver as it affects the Bird Dopant as she begins to light up as well as she struggles to break free.

"Let go!"

"Kamen Rider! This is the location of the Bird Memory!" The Nasca Dopant told him as the Bird Memory appeared inside of the Bird Dopant's chest.

"Understood." W-Mitsuki said.

"Hurry! Fire!" The Nasca Dopant said as he still continued to restrain the struggling Bird Dopant.

"We will settle this in one shot." W-Philip said as he brought out the Bat Shot.

[BAT]

W soon attaches the Bat Shot on the Magnum as a scope as he pulled out and inserted the Trigger Memory into his Magnum's Maximum Drive Slot.

[TRIGGER: MAXIMUM DRIVE]

As W's Trigger Magnum charges with energy he soon aimed it at the Bird Dopant as the Bat Shot's holographic scope appeared on its head.

The scope soon aimed and zoomed at the Bird Dopant's Gaia Memory.

"Trigger Bat Shooting!" W declared as he fired a precise wind energy shot into the Bird Dopant's chest and the Dopant soon exploded.

When the explosion had died down, the Nasca Dopant was carrying the now human Akane in his arms before the Bird Memory ejected out of her body and shattered on the ground.

(End of song)

"Nice shot." The Nasca Dopant told him as W sighed in relief that it worked and how the Nasca Dopant was still alright.

"How reckless." W-Mitsuki said as he ran in front of the Nasca Dopant as he handed him Akane as W now carried her in his arms.

Akane then begins to wake up as she looks up at the Kamen Rider.

"Mitsuki-oniichan?" Akane said in a calm tone in her voice which showed she was now freed of the Gaia Memory's influence on her.

"Akane-chan!" W-Mitsuki said in relief as he slowly placed her on the ground. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah. Thank you." Akane told him.

"Mitsuki! Philip!" Everyone looks and sees that Chris has arrived as she jumps down to them.

"Oh, Chris-chan." W-Philip said.

Chris saw that Akane was now human which made her smile before she noticed the Nasca Dopant standing next to her and W and she soon aimed her gun at him.

"What is he doing here?!" Chris shouted before W-Philip raised his hand in front of her.

"Chris-chan, stop! It's alright, he helps us save Akane-chan." W-Philip told her which surprised Chris.

"Nani?" Chris said.

"It's true. Without him, we would've been goners." W-Mitsuki told her and Chris lowered her gun but was still on edge against the Nasca Dopant, W then looked up at the Nasca Dopant in gratitude for his help. "Thank you. You were a big help."

"We couldn't have done it alone this time." W-Philip said in gratitude as well.

The Nasca Dopant chuckles as he turns away from W.

"I never would have imagined a day where you would be thanking me." The Nasca Dopant said as he began to walk away but stopped as electricity appeared around his body as he fell on his hands and knees as he reverted back into his human form.

"Hey!" W-Mitsuki said in worry as he stood up and ran to check on Kirihiko. "Are you okay?!"

W then helped Kirihiko stand on his knees as he rested his back against his arm.

"Hey!" W-Mitsuki said as Kirihiko looked up at him as he was panting.

"Be careful…" Kirihiko told him as he stood up. "The organization called Museum...carries a darkness that is beyond your imagination."

Kirihiko soon begins to walk away as W stands up as he watches him. Kirihiko stops as he brings two things from his pocket and soon throws them at W as he catches them.

W looked and saw it was two Fuuto-kun keychains.

"For you and your friend. Tell her I hope she recovers soon. Please take care of this city." Kirihiko told him with a smile as he left.

"What is this?" W-Philip asked as he looked at the keychains.

"A precious treasure." W-Mitsuki said as he changed into his civilian form and called out to Kirihiko. "Kirihiko!"

Kirihiko simply waved at him as he continued to walk away while leaving Mitsuki a little worried as he looked at the Fuuto-kun keychains.

(Later)

The sun was beginning to set on Fuuto. Kirihiko was seen standing on top of a building watching the setting sun as he was waiting for someone.

"What a beautiful sunset." Said his wife Saeko as she walked to him. "Why did you call me here?"

"Saeko. Will you leave the Sonozaki household with me?" Kirihiko asked before he turned to his wife as Saeko turned away from him. "Please do it…"

Kirihiko then grabs onto Saeko's shoulders to make her face him.

"If you love me." Kirihiko pleaded.

Saeko smiles at her husband and gives her answer.

"I understand."

Kirihiko smiles to hear that as he lets go of her and Saeko walks away from him a few feet as he watches her.

"That I no longer need you." Saeko said as she brought out her Taboo Memory and Gaia Driver and put the latter on.

[TABOO]

"Saeko…" Kirihiko said as he was heartbroken by this as his wife transforms into the Taboo Dopant.

The Taboo Dopant turns at her husband and fires an energy shot which landed on his chest, sending him flying as he crashed into a metal box and was mortally wounded as a result of her attack.

As Kirihiko was slowly dying, the night slowly approached as the now human Saeko walked to her husband and took his Nasca Memory out of his coat pocket.

"I'm taking this back." Saeko coldly tells her dying husband as she leaves him. "For the Museum...No, for my grand plan."

Saeko stops as she gives her husband one last look and some parting words.

"Farewell, anata." Saeko then walks down the stairs leaving her husband to die.

Despite his wife's betrayal and the fact that he's slowly dying, Kirihiko smiles in peace, if he was going to die anyway at least it's in the city he loves.

"Fuuto...It really...has a good wind blowing through it." Kirihiko said as he felt a gentle breeze blowing on him.

After he took his last breath, Kirihiko lowered his head as his body began to turn into dust as it scattered through the wind and became one with it, leaving only his clothes and his signature white scarf behind as it flew into the night sky.

(Next day)

It was now morning and the students of Lydian Academy were seen entering their school. Hibiki and Miku were seen walking to school together, but as they were walking Hibiki was looking at her phone as she sent several messages to Mitsuki but he hadn't responded yet.

"Mitsuki hadn't texted or called me for a while. I wonder if something happened." Hibiki said in worry and Miku had a nervous smile on his face.

"Don't worry, Hibiki, I'm sure he's just fine. This is Mitsuki we're talking about." Miku told her and Hibiki sighed as she put her phone away.

"I guess you're right. But still…" Hibiki mutters.

They soon arrive at the shoe lockers and as Hibiki opens her own locker to change shoes, she soon spotted something in her locker as she brought it out and looked at it.

Miku soon put her outdoor shoes in her locker and before she knew it…

"MIKU!" Miku flinches as she sees Hibiki running up to her as she has a bright and starry look on her face.

"Hibiki? What's wrong?" Miku asked.

"Look!" Hibiki shouted as she showed her childhood friend a Fuuto-kun keychain. "It's a Fuuto-kun keychain!"

"No way…" Miku blinks to see it. "You're right, but where did you find it?"

"I don't know, I just found it in my locker! Oh I'm so lucky! These things are supposed to be super rare to have! Maybe this means that things are looking up for me!" Hibiki said as he looked at the Fuuto-kun keychain.

"I see…" Miku mutters as she looks at the keychain in Hibiki's hands, and has a good idea who left it in Hibiki's locker. 'It was you? Wasn't it?'

In the Narumi Detective Agency, Mitsuki was on his desk typing a report of yesterday's case.

"Touma, who was in a coma, awoke. Akane-chan cheered up and returned to her father's home. The case I was hired for is over, but…"

Mitsuki then looks at today's newspaper, telling how Sonozaki Kirihiko had died in a sudden accident yesterday. Despite the fact that he was an enemy of his, Mitsuki was saddened about his death and knows all too well that it was no accident.

"Another person who loves this city...is gone."

Mitsuki then brought out the Fuuto-kun keychain that Kirihiko had given him before his death. Philip then walks in front of his partner.

"It seems a very precious treasure has been trusted to you." Philip said and Mitsuki sighed.

"Yeah." Mitsuki said.

Kanade was eavesdropping on them as she was making coffee for all three of them before she suddenly screams in shock.

"Kabutomushi!"

"Huh?!" Mitsuki said in confusion as Kanade turned them as she backed away from the table.

"It's a kabutomushi!" Kanade told them.

Mitsuki sighed as he stood up and while Philip was interested in this.

"There's no kabutomushi at this time of year!" Mitsuki told her as he walked to the coffee table.

But it was indeed the same robotic kabutomushi from the other day as it crawled and soon flew out of the opened window.

"It must be the kabutomushi I was trying to catch the other day!" Philip said as he walked to the table as well.

"It was." Kanade said as they looked and saw that the robotic kabutomushi was now gone.

"Where is it?" Mitsuki asked as they continued to look around for it.

"It's gone…" Kanade said.

"Maybe you were only seeing things?" Mitsuki said.

"No! It was right here and it was huge!" Kanade told him.

The robotic kabutomushi was seen flying towards someone as it flew into his hand and took the form of a flip phone.

He was a young man in his early 20s, brown hair with silver eyes. He was wearing a red jacket under a black shirt with red pants and black boots.

This is Terui Ryu.

Ryu was standing on his bike and was looking at the phone in his hand as he felt a breeze blowing in front of him.

"What an unpleasant wind." Ryu said as he stood off his bike as it was parked in front of the Fuuto Police Department. "That's why I hate this city."

Ryu then brought out a red Gaia Memory that was in the same design as W's Memories. It also had the letter 'A' on it along with the word 'Accel'.

He then throws the Gaia Memory into the air and catches it and presses on the button.

[ACCEL]

The Accel Memory made loud motorcycle engine noises.

Ryu then walks to the police department as he was almost ready to join the fight.
