Case 13: The Burning Red Rider Part 2

Just as Accel swings his sword at the powerless Makiko, W stops him in time by using his Metal Shaft to block his sword.

"W, have you lost your mind?!" Accel said in shock.

"That's my line!" W-Mitsuki said as he moved Accel in front of him to protect Makiko. W then turns Makiko. "Hey! Hurry and run!"

Makiko soon took this chance and ran away.

"She took everything from me! She's the owner of the W Memory!" Accel told him.

"W?!" W-Mituski said in confusion.

"What's the W Memory?!" W-Philip asked.

"Don't…ask me questions!" Accel said as he pushed W away and began to slash on him several times.

W was able to block most of his attacks but each of Accel's attacks became more powerful and ferocious as he pushed W back before he managed to land a stab on his chest sending W rolling on the ground as he reverted back into Mitsuki.

Mitsuki managed to stand up on his knee, foot, and hand as he looked up at Accel as he lowered his sword.

"Aren't you…" Mitsuki said as he stood up on his feet. "...becoming a Kamen Rider?"

"What was that?" Accel asked.

"Hate crime…don't hate the person. That is the Kamen Rider the people of Fuuto wish for." Mitsuki said.

Accel tightly clenches his hand.

"Naive…Don't say such naive bullshit!" Accel exclaimed as he charged at Mitsuki to attack him.

"That's enough!" Kanade said as she moves in front of Accel to protect Mitsuki as the Red Rider stops.

Then Tsubasa and Chris moved beside her as they pointed their weapons at Accel.

"You need to stop. Aren't you doing the same thing that Makiko-san did?" Tsubasa asked.

"Yeah, you're supposed to be a cop, right? Aren't you supposed to uphold the law or something like that?" Chris asked.

Accel clicks his tongue as he lowered his sword and changed back into Ryu.

"This city is rotten!" Ryu told them as Tsubasa and Chris lowered their weapons and changed back into their normal clothes as they continued to listen. "That's why the people are rotten."

"Nani?!" Mitsuki mutters as he moves in front of Ryu.

"I loathe this city!" Ryu said as he turned around and left.

"Terui Ryu!" Mitsuki said as he follows him by limping before he falls on his knees and hands before Kanade and Tsubasa knelt down to him as Ryu continues to leave.

(Bloody Stream by Coda)

(Instrumental)

(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Shijima no soko kara…)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Mezameru sono hashiratachi toki wo koe…)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Shinku no chishio ga…)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(Tachiagaru yuuki wo hikiawaseru!)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(Uketsugu ai wo sadame to yobu nara!)

(The mysterious Shroud is seen walking in a dark alley before she turns to the screen showing her white bandage covered face with black sunglasses.)

(Hohoemu me de tsugi no te wo…)

(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)

(Yami wo azamuite setsuna wo kawashite! Yaiba surinuke yatusra no suki wo tsuke!)

(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)

(Tsuranuita omoi ga mirai wo hiraku!)

(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(Like a Bloody Storm atsuku Like a Bloody Stone! Ketsumyaku ni kizamareta innen ni…)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)

(Ukiagaru kienai hokori no kizuna nigirishimete!)

(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)

Tsubasa, Kanade, and Chris had managed to bring the wounded Mitsuki back to the Agency as Kanade laid him down on the bed so he could rest. Philip was seated on a chair reading his book.

"You just stay there and rest." Kanade told him before she stood up as Tsubasa and Chris were talking about Ryu.

"Man…Just what was up with that Ryu guy? At first he was cold and arrogant, but when he transformed it was almost like he was a completely different person." Chris said.

"Indeed." Tsubasa nodded in agreement. "But what really scared me is how he reminded me of…"

"Let me guess? Me?" Kanade asks as Tsubasa stops as she turns to her old partner.

"Well, I…" Tsubasa mutters.

"You don't have to say it. I know." Kanade said as she sat down on a chair beside Philip. "It was almost like seeing a mirror of me. But where does that rage come from?"

"Those freezing incidents…" Mitsuki said, getting his friends' attention. "He must have some personal connection."

"Hard-boiled." Phillip said.

"Huh?" Mitsuki said.

"Is that not what a man like him is called? Cool-headed to a point. Enforcing one's personal convictions. A man of steel." Philip said as she turned to his partner, and Mitsuki huffed with a smile on his face.

Mitsuki then begins to slowly sit up while remembering Ryu's words about this city.

"This city is rotten! That's why the people are rotten!"

"It's the city's fault? Is that really true?" Mitsuki said before he began to stand up.

"Hey, you shouldn't get up yet!" Kanade told him as she walked and placed her hands on his shoulders before Mitsuki began to move to the door. "Where are you going?!"

Mitsuki stops for a moment to answer her.

"Terui is wrong. I will handle this case my own way." Mitsuki said as he moved to the door.

"Honestly, men…At least wait for me!" Kanade said as she followed him.

"Suppose I should go with them." Tsubasa said as she followed them.

Philip smiles at his partner's resolve before he thought about Ryu's personal connection to this case.

"The W Memory?" Philip said and Chris turned to him.

"What? You got an idea about it?" Chris asked.

"Maybe. I need to see for myself." Philip said as he stood up and went into the Gaia Library.

(Meanwhile)

In the Fuuto police department, Ryu was in his team's office, the Special Crimes Investigation where members of his team, Shun and Mikio are now reporting to him.

"Suspect Katahira Makiko has disappeared!" Shun told him as Ryu was leaning on his chair while twiddling his fingers. "We're currently using all our forces to find her!"

"There's been no proof that the flower seller has used a Memory, right?" Mikio asks and Ryu slams his hand on the table before he spun his chair and is now facing the window.

"Just a child's report?" Ryu asked.

"Yes. Ummm…" Shun said before Ryu suddenly stood up and spoke.

"Good work. I'll handle the rest by myself." Ryu states as he leaves the room as the two detectives watch him leave.

(With Philip)

Philip was in the Gaia Library to look up the 'Ice' Dopant's 'W' Memory.

"Winter? White?" Philip said as the thousand bookshelves began to move but several more still remain.

"Well, how's it going in there?" Chris asked.

"It's not specifying a book. No initial 'W' ice Memory conforms to this current case." Philip told her.

"So what? Are you saying that Katahira Makiko is using a different Gaia Memory?" Chris asked.

"Doubtful. We must be overlooking this somehow. For intense, is it really W?" Philip thought about it and soon got an idea. "Let's look up all previous Fuuto freezing incidents."

At Makiko's flower shop, her son Kiyoshi manages to quietly sneak through the back entrance without letting the cops notice him. He then looks around before he runs on the road, but unknown to Kiyoshi is that Ryu was spying on him before he follows him.

(With Mitsuki)

Mitsuki along with Kanade and Tsubasa were having a meeting with Watcherman for any info he has on Makiko and Kiyoshi.

"I see. So that mother and son will meet soon? So, where are they meeting?" Mitsuki said as he handed Watcherman a can of his favorite drink.

"Probably Ayumi Park. The flower bed there is the shop owner's territory. There are a lot of places to hide." Watcherman told them as he smiled and waved at Kanade and Tsubasa as they stepped away from the infobroker.

Makiko was seen standing in Ayumi Park. She looks around and could remember some fond memories she shares with this place.

"Kiyoshi, come on!"

She then turns to the swing as she hears some laughter before she smiles at the swing in nostalgia as she remembers playing with her son when he was a child chasing each other as they run around the swing.

"Kaa-san!" Makiko looked up and saw her son had appeared in front of her as he stood next to the swing. "What are you thinking?!"

"Kiyoshi!" Makiko said as she ran to her son.

"How reckless. Do you know how much you worried me?!" Kiyoshi told her as his mother grabbed hold of his shoulders.

Unknown to them is that Ryu was hiding in the bushes close to them as he was spying on mother and son.

"What are you saying? I did this knowing the consequences…" Makiko told her son before he turned away from her.

"What'll we do next?" Kiyoshi told her and Makiko didn't answer. "Enough. It's not my problem."

Kiyoshi then walks away, leaving his mother behind.

"Kiyoshi!" Makiko calls out to him, but Kiyoshi ignores her before she lowers her head in sadness.

"So the son is tired of covering up for his mother?"

Makiko looks and sees Accel, armed with his sword, has walked out of his hiding spot as he slowly walks to Makiko as he swings his sword at her, and Makiko screams as she dodges it by falling on the ground.

"Why?!" Accel exclaimed as he looked down at Makiko as she slowly crawled away from him. "Why did you…my…"

Makiko screams as she lowered her head.

"Stop it!"

Accel looks and sees Mitsuki, Kanade, and Tsubasa running towards him and Makiko.

"Again, Hidari?!" Accel said in annoyance.

"Listen to me, Terui!" Mitsuki told him.

"There is nothing I want to hear!" Accel exclaimed as he raised his sword to swing it at Makiko which frightens her before the Fang Memory comes to her rescue as the living Memory blocks Accel's sword.

Accel then saw Fang heading towards its master as it jumped onto Philip's hand as Chris was beside him.

"Good job, Fang." Philip told the living Memory.

"The right side too?" Accel said in annoyance once again.

Makiko soon took this chance to stand up and run away, and Accel soon noticed that.

"Wait!" Accel said as he was about to give chase but stopped as Mitsuki moved in front of him blocking his way. "Cut that out! Do you know what you're doing?!"

Accel soon slashes at Mitsuki as he dodges his attacks as they move to a different spot as Philip follows them.

"Mitsuki! I'm better suited for stopping him." Phillip told his partner as Mitsuki moves away from Accel.

"Got it. I'm counting on you, partner." Mitsuki said as he put on the Double Driver and Philip's Driver appeared as well.

The Fang Memory soon jumps on Philip's hand before he changes it into his Memory Mode.

[FANG]

Mitsuki soon brings out his Joker Memory.

[JOKER]

Soon both Mitsuki and Philip strike their pose.

"Henshin!" Both Mitsuki and Philip said.

Mitsuki soon inserted his Joker Memory into his Driver as it soon transferred to Philip's Driver as he pushed it down and inserted his Fang Memory into the other slot.

[FANG-JOKER]

Mitsuki's mind leaves his body as it falls to the ground as Philip transforms into W Fang-Joker as he charges at Accel before he parries a slash from Accel as they move beside each other.

Accel spun around to slash at W, and he dodged it before dodging the next slash by rolling on the ground.

"You bastard! Bastard! Bastard!" Accel shouted as he managed to land a slash on W before he dodged the next slash by stepping away from the Red Rider.

"He's lost it!" W-Mitsuki said as he dodges another slash by rolling on the ground.

W manages to block Accel's next slash by using both of his arms as he jumps away from him.

Accel then opened his Engine Blade and inserted his Engine Memory into it.

[ENGINE]

Accel soon closed his sword and pulled on its trigger.

[JET]

The tip of his Engine Blade glows red before he fires an energy shot at W which he dodges in time before dodging another and deflected the next shot and avoided the next two shots by rolling on the ground while moving towards Accel before W lands an attack on Accel before the Red Rider slashes at W a few times as he dodge his attacks before he lands a punch on Accel's head and dodge a stab from him and pushed him forward.

Accel quickly turns at W and slashes at him, and W jumps in the air and lands a double kick on Accel's sword which slightly pushes him back as W lands on the ground.

Accel then swings his sword down at W which he dodges in time by rolling as it smashes into the ground before W jumps over Accel as he turns to him as W lands on his hand, knee, and foot.

Accel then pulled on his Engine Blade's Trigger again.

[ELECTRIC]

Electricity appeared around Accel's sword as he charged at W as he stood up, and Accel landed some powerful slashes on W which sent him rolling on the ground before he tops on his knee and foot.

"Energy shots and electricity?" Tsubasa said as she was amazed by the Engine Blade's abilities.

"What else can that sword do?" Kanade said in wonder.

W soon pressed down the Fang Memory's horn twice.

[SHOULDER FANG]

W's Shoulder Fang appeared as he pulled it out and threw it at Accel as it slashes around his body, and W used that chance to jump over Accel and lands behind as he soon grabs hold of the Red Rider.

"Looks like you're not that powerful since you lost your composure." W-Philip stated as Accel struggles to break free. "Calm down, Terui Ryu!"

"Why do you get in my way?! As a guardian of the law, I am merely carrying out justice!" Accel told him.

"Your actions are not of justice! It's just personal revenge!" W-Phillip said and Accel was surprised to hear that.

"Revenge?" Kanade said in confusion and Chris had an understanding look on her face.

"You research me?" Accel asked.

"Yeah." W-Philip responded before Accel pushed him off as he reverted back into Ryu.

W then changes back into Philip and Mitsuki's mind returns to his body as he slowly sits up.

"Revenge?" Mitsuki said.

"That's right. I learned it after looking up previous freezing incidents in Fuuto. His family…was killed by an ice Dopant." Philip told his friends, and they were surprised to hear that.

Ryu then slowly walks in front of Philip before he grabs onto his shirt to glare in front of his face.

"What do you know?! How much can you know about that day, lookup boy?! Can you look up the scream of a man's heart?!" Ryu exclaimed before Chris grabs hold of Philip and manages to pull him away from the Red Rider as she pushes his hand off of him.

"Hey! I know he can be a pain, but you shouldn't take it out on Philip just because he wanted to learn more about you." Chris told him.

"It's alright, Chris-chan." Philip told her as he gently removed her hands before he faced Ryu. "Also to answer your question, no, I cannot look up a person's heart. So, please tell me what happened to you."

"What?" Ryu said.

"Because…your request was for us to solve this, right?" Philip said and Ryu lowered his head as Mitsuki managed to stand up.

(Meanwhile)

The Sonozaki Sisters, Saeko and Wakana were in a meeting room as two attendants were doing their nails and applying makeup on them to prepare for an important meeting.

"Keep up appearances, Wakana." Saeko told her sister as she looked at her manicured nails. "Be sure not to be rude."

The two attendants bowed their heads and left the room.

"The person I am introducing you to today is the most important person in our Museum." Saeko told her.

"Where is Otou-sama?" Wakana asked as she remembered their father's words about this said person.

"That person might be a bit dangerous…"

"That's what he said." Wakana said.

"That's true." Saeko said as Wakana turned to her. "He is the key player in the serial freezing incidents rocking Fuuto. And he was introduced by Otou-sama himself to help Maria Cadenzavna Eve's group as their new ally."

"Then this man must be pretty amazing. What Memory does he have?" Wakana asked.

"The initial is…W." Saeko told her.

(Back with Mitsuki, Philip, and the others)

Ryu slams his clench hand on a nearby wall before he tells the two detectives and their friends a bit of his background.

"I had a father, mother, and a little sister. Just an ordinary family." Ryu said as he remembers taking a family photo with his family on the day of his graduation from the police academy.

His father was also a cop as he was wearing his uniform while his little sister playfully knocked his hat off his head.

"But last August…" Ryu said as he remembers the day when he lost everything.

(Flashback)

"When I arrived home…"

Ryu had arrived at his family's home to celebrate his sister's birthday, but to his shock he found that his room was completely frozen and covered in snow and ice, including his family as his father was hugging his wife and daughter.

"Tou-san?! Kaa-san?! Haruko?!" Ryu said in horror at the state his family was in. "What the hell happened?!

The frozen Terui Yuji, his father, manages to turn his head at his son as he quietly calls out to him.

"Ryu…"

Ryu looks at his father.

"What is it, Tou-san?!" He asked.

"Ice…An ice kaijin…" Yuji mutters as Ryu knelt down to his frozen father. "A W Gaia Memory…"

"What is that?!" Ryu said as he grabbed onto his father's shoulder which was a mistake as Yuji's body began to crack up and Ryu's entire family shattered like frozen glass.

Left horrified by this, Ryu screams in agony over the loss of his family as the same blue flower could be seen on the table next to him.

(End of flashback)

Ryu once again punches on the wall.

"That was the beginning of it all!" Ryu said.

Mitsuki, Philip, and their friends couldn't help but feel sorry for Ryu and the loss of his family.

"Why do you have the Accel Gaia Memory?" Philip asked.

"After what happened, she appeared before me." Ryu said as he remembered another moment that changed his life forever.

(Flashback)

One day, Ryu had met the mysterious woman, Shroud, in a park.

"Who are you?!" Ryu asked.

"I am Shroud." She introduced herself. "I have experienced the same suffering as you."

"Shroud?" Ryu said in confusion.

"You hate the culprit, correct?" Shroud asked as she pointed her finger at Ryu. "I will give you power."

Shroud then pointed her finger on the ground and Ryu looked and saw the Engine Blade stabbed on the ground as a flaming circle was around it.

"I…will support your revenge." Shroud told him.

"I don't know who that woman was…But it doesn't matter!"

Ryu then walks to the Engine Blade.

(End of flashback)

"As long as I get revenge against the devil who took away my family!" Ryu told them.

'Just like me…' Kanade thought to herself as she remembers the day her family was killed by the Noise and how she became a Symphogear user to avenge them.

"That was your…" Mitsuki started.

"Begins Night." Philip finished.

Ryu then turns to Mitsuki.

"This city is a den of demons." Ryu said before he turned to Philip as he took a few steps forward. "I have finally found the demon who took my family away. I am eliminating Katahira Makiko. You people have no right to stop me."

Ryu then begins to walk away.

"Ryu! I know exactly who you feel." Kanade calls out to him. "I lost my family too. So I get it, you're filled with so much rage and anguish that you want to kill the one responsible. But trust me, it won't end well for you."

"Kanade's right. I also feel your pain and anguish…but because of that, you nearly killed the wrong person!" Mitsuki told him and Ryu stopped walking when he heard that.

"What did you say?" Ryu asked.

"The culprit…is not Katahira Makiko." Mitsuki told him and Ryu turned to him in both shock and confusion.

Makiko's son, Kiyoshi was holding a party as he was dancing in a club as he was on the small center stage as the people, he invited were dancing with him and he was on the big screen.

But then suddenly the music was turned off and the people in the club began to complain about that.

"Hey, hurry and play the music!" Kiyoshi shouted at the people upstairs, and walking on the balcony was Mitsuki, Philip, Ryu and their friends before Mitsuki leaned on the railing.

"Break it up, boy." Mitsuki told him as he pointed his finger at Kiyoshi.

Kiyoshi groans in annoyance before he turns to the other people in the building.

"Go home!" Kiyoshi told them.

"What?! Why?!" They said as they didn't want to.

"Argh! Shut up! Go home!" Kiyoshi told them.

"Why?! What the heck?!" They said in annoyance as they reluctantly left the building.

As they were now gone, Kiyoshi looked up at the Kamen Riders and their friends before they walked down the stairs to confront him.

"Don't tell me…he is…" Ryu said as he slowly began to realize.

"Yes. He's the true culprit. The son. Katahira Kiyoshi." Mitsuki said.

"You…were that Dopant." Ryu said as he glared at Kiyoshi.

Kiyoshi smirks as he nods.

"I just got it back from my mother in the park." Kiyoshi told them as he showed his Gaia Memory.

"It's just as Watcherman's info said. It isn't really the mother whose reputation is bad." Mitsuki said before he took a few steps forward and stopped. "It's the son who secretly uses that money to play around."

"It seems all the people attacked were customers who angered him." Philip concluded as he walked down the stairs.

Kiyoshi chuckled before he made an annoyed face.

"They all mocked me! They all said I'm a useless son who sponges off his mother. That's why I got this." Kiyoshi said as he looked at his Gaia Memory before he turned back to Mitsuki and Ryu. "I'll freeze everyone who pisses me off. Including that Ikeda bastard…and you too."

"Huh?" Mitsuki said in confusion.

Kiyoshi then remembers that time when Mitsuki bumps into him as he follows Ryu before he apologizes to him. But despite his apology, Kiyoshi vowed to make Mitsuki pay for that.

"Really? You're that mad about something so trivial?" Kanade said.

"And you said I'm a brat." Chris said to Kanade.

"I will freeze anyone who ruins my mood." Kiyoshi told them.

"Then…Katahira Makiko is…" Ryu said in realization.

"She's just covering for her son. She was intentionally distributing flowers at those scenes…to draw attention to herself." Mitsuki said.

(Flashback)

As the Ice Dopant was running away, he soon turns back to Kiyoshi as he continues to run.

"Kiyoshi!"

Kiyoshi stops as he sees his mother running to him.

"Hurry and run!" Makiko told him before she took his Gaia Memory. "Let me have this! Now hurry!"

Kiyoshi soon runs away and leaves his mother to draw the Kamen Riders and the Symphogear users' attention to her, before she saw that Accel had arrived.

(End of flashback)

"I almost got…the wrong person…?" Ryu said as he was stunned by this revelation.

Kiyoshi chuckles.

"It sure is fun to freeze people." Kiyoshi said as he began to laugh.

"Kisama…" Mitsuki mutters in rage as he moves to Kiyoshi to give him a piece of his mind.

"Wait!"

Mitsuki stops as he and everyone else sees Makiko has entered the building as she walks to her son.

"Please wait! Give me time. I will stop him!" Makiko told them before she walks on the stage and hugs her son. "Kiyoshi, please stop."

"Just stop it!" Kiyoshi exclaimed as he pushed his mother off of him as she fell to the ground. "No one asked you to cover for me."

"You…How dare you do that to your mother!" Mitsuki said in pure rage and disgust before he ran to Kiyoshi.

"Can you stop me?" Kiyoshi asks before he runs away as he transforms into his Dopant form.

The Ice Dopant stops as he fires his icy mist at Mitsuki as he stops to cover himself with his arms as he was forced to move away from the Dopant.

Makiko could only lower her head, which Mitsuki noticed and gave her some encouraging words.

"We'll stop him." Mitsuki then walks to Makiko. "I won't let you ride the merry-go-round alone anymore."

Makiko looks up at Mitsuki.

"Detective-san…" Makiko mutters as Ryu listens as well.

"I just can't forget seeing the lonely expression on your face as you rode horse six. That's all." Mitsuki said as he turned back to the Ice Dopant before he ran away. "Let's go, Philip!"

"Yeah." Phillip said as he and Mitsuki chased the Ice Dopant.

Kanade, Tsubasa, and Chris move to Makiko to check on the flower shop owner.

"Are you okay?" Kanade asked.

"Naive." Ryu mutters, which draws the girls' attention at him.

"Terui?" Tsubasa said.

"It's so naive…" Ryu said as he gritted his teeth and lowered his head. "...I can't stand it."

"It's because he's half-boiled." Kanade said.

"No…If his personality weren't like that…At this point I would have…" Ryu said.

Both Mitsuki and Philip had followed the Ice Dopant to a nearby large lake as the Dopant runs down the hill and heads to the lake as the two detectives stop running.

"Let's make this hot." Mitsuki told his partner.

"Roger that." Philip said.

(Cue: Free your Heat)

Philip brings out his Heat Memory and Mitsuki brings out his Joker Memory.

[HEAT]

[JOKER]

Then both Mitsuki and Philip strike their pose.

"Henshin!" Both Mitsuki and Philip said.

Philip inserted the Heat Memory into his Driver and it soon transferred to Mitsuki's Driver as he pushed it down and inserted his Joker Memory into.

[HEAT-JOKER]

Philip's mindless body falls to the ground as Mitsuki transforms into W Heat-Joker form.

W flicks his wrist as he jumps at the Ice Dopant as the latter stops and turns at W as he lands a fire enhanced punch at the Dopant's face which sends him to the ground.

The Ice Dopant stands back up before he turns at W and quickly turns back to the lake. W was confused by that before the Ice Dopant was able to levitate a large amount of the lake's water and turned them into large ice spikes as he sent them at W.

W was able to dodge most of the ice spikes by rolling on the ground as they kept coming at him.

"Not done yet!" W-Mitsuki said as he brought out his Trigger Memory.

[TRIGGER]

[HEAT-TRIGGER]

W soon changes into his Heat-Trigger form as he pulled out his Trigger Magnum and fired fire bullets at the Ice Dopant's ice spikes and both attacks were on even ground as they clashed against each other before one spike knocks W's gun out of his hand before the Ice Dopant fired three more spikes at W and he dodges two of them and catches one in his right hand before he melted it using his Heat power.

The Ice Dopant then jumps and lands in front of W as he lands a few punches on him before he grabs onto W's shoulders and spun around and punches on W again which sends him rolling on the ground.

(End of song)

The Ice Dopant chuckles as he dusts his hands.

"Listen to the sound of yourself falling apart." The Ice Dopant declared as he channeled his icy mist around his body before he charged at W to finish him, but then the Engine Blade was thrown at the Dopant and hit him which forced him to stumble away from W as it stabbed into the ground.

The Ice Dopant turns to the Engine Blade as its user Ryu runs behind it and glares at the Dopant.

"Terui Ryu…" W-Philip said as he stood back up.

"You…" W-Mitsuki said.

Ryu eyed W before he turned back to the Dopant and brought out his AccelDriver and put it on and soon brought out his Accel Memory.

[ACCEL]

"Hen…shin!" Ryu declared as he inserted his Gaia Memory into his Driver.

He then twisted on his Driver's handlebar a few times.

[ACCEL]

Ryu soon transforms into Accel.

"Now…" Accel said as he pulled his Engine Blade out of the ground. "Let's shake it off."

Accel then charges at the Ice Dopant and lands a few strong slashes on his chest before he falls to the ground. Accel grabs onto the Dopant and picks him back up as he smacks the bottom part of his sword in front of the Ice Dopant thrice before landing a powerful slash on his chest, sending the Ice Dopant on the ground.

As the Ice Dopant rolled on his chest and looked up at Accel, Kanade, Tsubasa, Chris, and Makiko had soon arrived.

Accel soon opens his Engine Blade as the Ice Dopant stood back up and levitated the river's water while Accel inserted his Engine Memory into his Blade's Maximum Drive slot.

[ENGINE]

Accel closes his sword as it soon makes engine sounds as the Ice Dopant turns the water into ice spikes, the Dopant then launches them at Accel as he pulls on his sword's trigger.

[STEAM]

Accel soon unleashed heated steam from his Engine Blade at the ice spikes which was both hot and powerful enough to melt them.

Accel soon charges at the Ice Dopant as he pulls on his sword's trigger again.

[ELECTRIC]

Electricity appears around Accel's sword before he lands an upward slash on the Ice Dopant which sends flying high in the sky.

Accel assumes his stance as he pulls on his Engine Blade's trigger once again.

[ENGINE: MAXIMUM DRIVE]

As the Ice Dopant falls to the Accel, the Red Rider thrust his sword at the Dopant which fired a giant 'A' shape energy shot at him creating an explosion as the Ice Dopant falls and around on the ground which made Makiko worry for her son.

As the Ice Dopant attempts to stand back up, Accel coldly looks at him.

"Despair is your goal." Accel declared as he opened his Engine Blade, and the Engine Memory ejected out of it.

As the Ice Dopant stood on his feet he screamed before he exploded.

A now human, Kiyoshi, was rolling on the ground as he stopped on his chest.

"Kiyoshi…Kiyoshi!" Makiko said in relief that her son is still alive.

W with his Trigger Magnum on his chest was watching them.

Accel then closed his sword as he slowly approached the depowered Kiyoshi as he crawled away from him before he stopped as the river was behind him.

"You…killed my family!" Accel mutters in rage.

"Oh no!" W said in worry as he runs to Accel to stop him.

"Wait!" Makiko calls out as she runs to her son.

"That bastard!" Chris said as she ran to them to stop Accel.

"Stop, Terui!" Tsubasa said as she and Kanade ran as well.

W reverts back into Mitsuki as he continues to run to Accel.

"Stop, Terui! Stop!" Mitsuki calls out to him.

"Please wait! Kiyoshi! Kiyoshi!" Makiko calls out.

"Ryu! Don't do it!" Kanade calls out as Tsubasa and Chris pull out their pendants.

As Accel was now close to Kiyoshi before he raised his sword to finish him.

"Save me! Save me!" Kiyoshi shouted in fear as he covered his head with his arms.

"Don't kill him!" Makiko shouted.

"Stop it!" Mitsuki shouted.

Tsubasa and Chris were about to transform…

As Kiyoshi was cowering on the ground, Ryu, now out of his armor, placed a handcuff on his wrist as everyone stopped running and watched in shock.

Kiyoshi looks at the handcuff on him before he looks up at Ryu as he no longer has the look of rage in his face and eyes.

"Let's change directions. Your goal is…prison." Ryu said as he put the other cuff on Kiyoshi's other wrist before Ryu made him stand up. "Stand up!"

Ryu then begins to drag Kiyoshi with him as the others watch him.

"Half-boiled." Philip said and Ryu stopped walking.

"Seems that's your style." Ryu said as he turned to Mitsuki.

"Eh?" Mitsuki said in confusion.

"This city needs both styles together. I'm also…a Kamen Rider, after all." Ryu said.

"No. I'm not necessarily half…" Mitsuki stated, and his friends and Makiko smiled before Makiko walked to her son and placed his jacket on his shoulders before she hugs onto him as Ryu steps away from them to give both mother and son some space.

"Kaa-san…I'm sorry." Kiyoshi said as he lowered his head in shame and regret.

Makiko smiles as she rubs her son on the head. Mitsuki smiles to see that before he looks up at the sky.

Ryu then spotted Kiyoshi's still intact Gaia Memory on the ground before he picks it up before he looks at the front of it…

[ICE AGE]

The Gaia Memory had the letter 'I' for Ice Age instead of 'W' before it shattered in Ryu's hand as it fell to the ground.

[ICE AGE…]

After hearing that, Ryu turns to Kiyoshi and the others turn to the broken Ice Age Memory in shock.

"Ice Age?!" Mitsuki said.

"It wasn't a 'W' Memory?!" Tsubasa said in shock.

"As I thought, the initial is different. That means…" Philip said.

"Kiyoshi wasn't the one who killed Ryu's family." Kanade said.

"Hey!" Ryu said as he grabbed onto Kiyoshi's shirt. "You weren't the one who killed my family last August?!"

Kiyoshi manages to move away from Ryu as Makiko stands in front to protect her son.

"I don't know anything about that! I got my Memory a week ago." Kiyoshi told him.

Ryu looked down as he was stunned by this.

"The true culprit who killed my family…is somewhere else…" Ryu mutters as his personal vendetta isn't resolved yet.

(Meanwhile)

The Sonozaki sisters have concluded their meeting with their important ally with Museum as he picks up his hat and walks to the piana as the pianist was playing a song for them.

"He smiles, but he's a scary man. I've got chills." Wakana said.

"He is a special man, isn't he?" Saeko asked.

Their ally lightly taps his umbrella on the pianist's back which makes him stop as he looks at him. He then told him to move so he could play the piano and the pianist complied.

"You can say the Gaia Memory gave birth to a mutated monster. Worthy of me…No. Worthy of the Sonozaki family." Saeko said.

Their ally then sat down on the piano chair and began to play a song on it which had a dark tone.

"Onee-sama?" Wakana said in confusion and Saeko chuckled.

"I'm joking. No one can win him over. What's important right now is to not become his enemy." Saeko said.

He then slams his fingers on the piano's key, then removes one of his hands off of it and places his Gaia Memory on it.

The Gaia Memory was colored silver with the letter 'W' for Weather.

(Next day)

In the agency, Mitsuki was typing a report of yesterday's case.

"Katahira Kiyoshi was arrested by the police. Will the family ride number six again? All I can do is believe in them."

As he was typing, someone was making coffee and had three cups ready.

Mitsuki then pulls his report out of his typewriter before he turns to the someone making coffee.

"So, one question. Don't get mad when I ask. Terui." Mitsuki said as he placed the report on his table and looked and saw it was Terui making coffee for him, Philip, and Kanade.

"What is it, Hidari?" Ryu said as he brought Philip and Kanade their cups of coffee.

"Why are you…" Mitsuki said before he stood up and moved at the police officer. "...pouring coffee like this is your own office?!"

"It's because yours is too awful." Ryu told him as he hands Mitsuki his own cup. "Even the beans cry because of it."

Mitsuki reluctantly took the cup as Philip and Kanade took a sip of their own cups.

"It's delicious!" Both Philip and Kanade said as they were both left frozen on how good Ryu's coffee was.

Mitsuki huffed as he wasn't convinced.

"No way." Mitsuki said as he took a sip from his own cup and his eyes widened in shock. "It's great!"

"Then…maybe I should be Philip's partner." Ryu said as he walked to the door. "His power isn't a good balance with yours."

"What was that?!" Mitsuki said as he put his cup on the table. "Screwing with me!"

Mitsuki then picks up the pillow on the bed.

"Never come back!" Mitsuki says as he throws the pillow at Ryu as he smirks and leaves as the pillow hits on the door instead.

"Don't run, Terui!" Mitsuki demands as he follows and picks up the pillow. "Wait up!"

Mitsuki throws the pillow once again.

Ryu is now outside and leaves by driving on his motorcycle as Mitsuki follows and throws the pillow once again.

"Never come back, you lousy detective!" Mitsuki shouted at Ryu as he picked up and threw the pillow at Ryu again.
