Case 14: The T Returns

It was the middle of the night in the city of Fuuto, in an alleyway, Himuro, a corrupt police officer was selling police info to a Gaia Memory dealer for a large sum of money.

"It's this month's list." Himuro told the dealer as he showed the info from his envelope and the dealer did the same by showing the money.

Then both men exchange envelopes but then…

"That's far enough, Inspector Himuro." Both Himuro and the dealer looked and saw Ryu along with Makura had arrived as they pointed their guns and showed their badges to them. "I'm Terui of the Extraordinary Crimes Investigation Bureau."

"I'm Makura!" Makura said and Himuro nonchalantly raised his hands while Ryu put away his badge.

"We knew someone was leaking police info to the organization distributing Gaia Memories. We had you marked." Ryu told the corrupt police officer.

Then Himuro manages to throw a pile of metal pipes and soon runs away while leaving the Gaia Memory dealer to face Ryu and Makura as he faced the two cops before two more dealers had appeared beside him and the two cops soon noticed three more had also appeared behind them.

The dealer and his allies bring out the Masquerade Memories.

[MASQUERADE]

They soon inserted the Gaia Memories into their bodies and transformed into Masquerade Dopants.

"Y-You're all under arrest! Stand down!" Makura told the Dopants while sounding a little scared right now.

As Makura was turned at the Dopants around him and Ryu, he accidentally slips on a pipe and falls to the ground and hits his head which knocks him out.

"Now, I don't have anything to worry about…" Ryu said as he holstered his gun and brought out his Driver. "...as I rampage!"

Ryu soon puts on his Driver and brings out his Accel Memory.

[ACCEL]

"Henshin." Ryu said before he inserted his Accel Memory into his Driver and twisted on the handlebar.

[ACCEL]

Ryu transforms into Kamen Rider Accel.

The Masquerade Dopants charge at Accel in both the front and back to attack him at both sides.

Accel walks forward and kicks the first one and dodges an incoming punch from behind before he spins at that Dopant and throws him to the ground.

Just as one Masquerade Dopant was about to punch Accel, he punches on him first followed by landing a punch on another Dopant which sends him flying as he falls on a pile of barrels.

Accel punches one Masquerade Dopant on the chest, sending him to the ground.

Accel blocks one's punch and lands a punch on the Dopant's head followed by landing two punches on another Masquerade Dopant and dodges the third's Dopant punch by spinning to the side and throws that Dopant to a nearby wall before he falls to the ground.

(Meanwhile)

As Himuro continues to run away he bumps into a wall before he runs and stops in another alleyway. Himuro took a moment to rest to catch his breath but he then heard someone whistling.

As Himuro listens to that whistling he begins to recognize it.

"This whistling?! It can't be!" Himuro said in shock as it wasn't possible to hear that whistling after all this time.

Himuro looked and saw a shadowy figure had entered the alleyway as they approached the corrupt police officer.

While the figure couldn't be seen clearly due to the shadows, it was clear to Himuro that it was a Dopant.

"Long time no see, Himuro." The Dopant greeted him with a man's voice and Himuro recognized that voice.

"Mizoguchi-kun?! No…You…You should be dead!" Himuro stated.

(Back with Accel)

Now wielding his sword, Accel slashes one Masquerade Dopant on the chest. Accel soon opens his Engine Blade and inserts his Engine Memory into it.

[ENGINE]

As Accel parries three incoming attacks from three Dopants, he soon pulls the trigger on his sword.

[ENGINE: MAXIMUM DRIVE]

Accel then slashes the Dopants around him while making a large red 'A' at the same time with each slash.

"Each of you has despair as your goal!" Accel coldy told the Masquerade Dopant before they exploded.

Accel then manages to catch up to Himuro but was too late as the unknown Dopant had killed him with a ball of energy turning his body into ash.

"That's one down." The Dopant said as he looked at his hand.

"So you shut him up?!" Accel asked before the Dopant turned at the Red Rider.

"Out of the way! I have no business with you." The Dopant warns Accel.

"Sorry, but I can't say the same!" Accel said as he pointed his sword at the unknown Dopant before he charged at him.

Accel slashes at the Dopant but he manages to parry and pins it to a nearby stair railing. The Dopant then lands a punch on Accel which sends him flying before he smashed into a wall and rolled on it.

Accel turns back to the Dopant only to see that he is now gone. Accel sighs in disappointment that he got away before he goes back to where he left Makura and changes back into his civilian form.

Ryu runs to his unconscious subordinate before he knelt down. Ryu then gently pats on his cheek to wake him up.

"Hey. How long are you going to sleep?" Ryu asked.

Unknown to Ryu is that someone in the shadows was aiming their gun at him to shoot, and Makura soon woke up as he sat up and that's when he saw the soon-to-be shooter.

"Ah! Behind you!" Makura told him and Ryu turned and saw it was a Masquerade Dopant aiming the gun at him as he walked out of his hiding spot.

Just as the Dopant was about to pull the trigger, someone shot at him first as his back exploded before he fell to the ground.

Ryu and Makura soon saw the Dopant's shooter walking out of their hiding spot and revealed herself to be a woman.

She appeared to be in her mid-to-late 20s and has black hair that reaches above her shoulders with black eyes. She was wearing a black long tail coat with a white shirt and a black skirt with matching shoes.

The female shooter puts her gun away and soon introduces herself to the two police officers while showing her badge.

"I'm Kujou Aya. Starting today, I'm joining the Fuuto Police Extraordinary Crimes Investigation Bureau. Nice to meet you." She finished with perfect English as she put her badge away.

(Bloody Stream by Coda)

(Instrumental)

(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Shijima no soko kara…)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Mezameru sono hashiratachi toki wo koe…)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Shinku no chishio ga…)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(Tachiagaru yuuki wo hikiawaseru!)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(Uketsugu ai wo sadame to yobu nara!)

(The mysterious Shroud is seen walking in a dark alley before she turns to the screen showing her white bandage covered face with black sunglasses.)

(Hohoemu me de tsugi no te wo…)

(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)

(Yami wo azamuite setsuna wo kawashite! Yaiba surinuke yatusra no suki wo tsuke!)

(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)

(Tsuranuita omoi ga mirai wo hiraku!)

(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(Like a Bloody Storm atsuku Like a Bloody Stone! Ketsumyaku ni kizamareta innen ni…)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)

(Ukiagaru kienai hokori no kizuna nigirishimete!)

(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)

It was morning, and today was pretty peaceful for the residents of the Narumi Detective Agency but their peace and quiet were interrupted as Makuro opened the door.

"Please!" Makura calls out to Mitsuki as he stops doing his paperwork and looks at him.

"Help me!" Makura requests as he runs to Mitsuki and stops in front of his check. "Mitsu-chan! Mitsuki-san. Mitsuki-sensei!"

Mitsuki, Philip, Kanade, and Chris were a little dumbfounded by Makura's behavior towards Mitsuki.

"What is it, Makki?! Bursting in here like that?!" Mitsuki asked.

"Yeah, you usually don't like this towards Mitsuki." Kanade said.

"That's because…" Makura said before he moved to Mitsuki's side and bowed his head towards the private detective. "I need your help on an investigation!"

Mitsuki simply laughs as he turns away from the police officer who usually looks down on him.

"Sorry." Mitsuki said and Makura raised his head at him. "I don't get along with authorities like the coppers. That is…"

Mitsuki inserts two of his fingers into Makura's nostrils and pulls him up.

"A hard-boiled detective's iron-clad rule." Mitsuki told him before Makura moved his fingers.

"Special price! We'll accept it if you pay triple the normal rate!" Kanade offered.

"Hey, Kanade! Acting on your own again?!" Mitsuki exclaimed as he stood up and faced the red head.

"For Inspector Makura to prostrate himself before you…it surely must be quite the predicament. I am deeply interested. It should be worth hearing him out." Philip said with an excited smile.

"Thank you!" Makura said as he stood up while Mitsuki sat down and Makura explained why he needed their help. "Recently, a female inspector from Los Angeles joined my department."

(Flashback)

Ryu along with Makura, Mikio, and their newest member Aya were training in the police station's gym wearing workout clothes.

Aya was sparring against Ryu as she throws two punches at him and Ryu parries her punches before Aya punches with her left, Ryu parries it and counter punches and Aya stops it by placing her forearm against his and soon blocks another punch from Ryu.

Aya throws a right hook at Ryu and he dodges it by ducking under it and throws a punch at Aya and she blocks it in time before blocking a punch towards her stomach and dodges another punch to her head.

Aya and Ryu continue to spar by throwing punches and kicks at each other while Mikio and Makura watch them while sparring against each other as well but in a slow and effortless way compared to those two.

"Hey, look. That new girl is fighting on the same level as Section Chef Terui." Mikio said as he was a little impressed by that.

But Makura couldn't help but admire Aya as he was enthralled by her beauty and skill before he stops sparring with Mikio as he continues to admire Aya some more.

"Aya-san…she sure is beautiful." Makura said with a loving smile on his face.

As Ryu blocks another punch from Aya, he soon grabs onto her arm and she soon speaks to him.

"My sources tell me, Himuro was just the 'ticket window'. Someone else is the real insider." Aya told him.

"Any idea as to who?" Ryu asked.

"I do." Aya said before she manages to slip out of Ryu's hold on her and kicks him and he dodges it before catching an incoming punch from Aya.

Ryu lets go of Aya's hand before he turns around and leaves.

"Then get some evidence, and we'll get him." Ryu told her.

"Got it, Ryu." Aya said in English which made him stop and turn to her. "Sorry. I'm used to calling people by first names."

Aya then walks to Ryu.

"But…is it okay for me to continue calling you that?" She asked.

"Do what you want." Ryu answered before he left and Aya followed him as Makura and Mikio watched them leave.

"Hey! Did you see that?" Mikio asked his partner. "People back from America really have a different style. I wonder if she'll call me Mikio? 'Hi, Mikio!' Today too very handsome."

Mikio then turns to his partner as he wasn't paying attention to him.

"Hey! What is it?" Mikio asked, getting Makura's attention.

"N-Nothing." Makura said.

Then from afar two officers stopped their sparring before they turned to Mikio and Makura as one of them was mostly focused on Makura as he was a little distracted right now.

"Hey! You over there! Why are you goofing off?!" He exclaimed as he marched towards Makura and grabbed onto his shirt.

"I wasn't!" Makura said before the officer threw him to the floor as he landed on his back.

(End of flashback)

"In other words…Makki just wants to surpass Ryu…to impress that female inspector?" Kanade asked.

Makura nervously chuckles as he rubs on his head.

"No…" Makura mutters.

Chris just sighs to hear that.

"Men…one track mind. All of them." Chris said.

"What a boring predicament. It was not worth hearing him out." Philip said in disappointment as he and the others quickly lost interest in helping him, except for Mitsuki.

"No…I understand." Mitsuki said, getting everyone's attention. "I understand."

Mitsuki then turns to Makura and leans on his desk.

"Terui needs a good trouncing." Mitsuki said and Makura moved in front of the detective.

"Detective! You'll help me?" Makura asked and Mitsuki nodded before he stood up.

"Of course." Mitsuki said before the two shook hands.

But Mitsuki's friends could only shake their heads in disappointment.

After agreeing to help Makura with his investigation, he along with Mitsuki, Kanade, and Chris had met up with Watcherman to see if has any info that might be useful.

"A police insider?! Even I don't have such deep info." Watcherman told them.

Mitsuki then thought of something else that might help.

"Then have you heard any fishy rumors about any of the inspectors?" Mitsuki asked.

"Well…I can't exactly de…" Watcherman said before Makura interrupted him as he grabbed onto his shirt and pushed the info broker to a nearby wall.

"Who is it?! Just who is he and where is he?!" Makura demands from the info broker, Kanade soon brings out her slipper and smacks the police officer on the head as she pushes him away.

"He can't talk like that!" Kanade told him and Watcherman nodded in agreement.

"So that inspector?" Mitsuki asked.

"A-ku-tsu." Watcherman spelled out before he explained. "In the underground, he's infamous for being a corrupt detective. There's a rumor that many unemployed guys around him have gone missing."

Thanks to Makura's guidance, they were able to find Akutsu's apartment and tailing the said suspect.

Akutsu appears to be a man between his 30s to 40s with black hair and eyes with a stubble, and wears a light brown coat with a suit and tie.

They followed Akutsu in a hallway before they hid behind a way and poked their heads out one at a time to spy on Akutsu.

"Akutsu Ken, an inspector for Fuuto Police's Investigation Bureau I." Mitsuki said before Akutsu stopped to greet his next client.

"I hear you've been crying because you haven't had any work lately?" Akutsu asked.

"Well…I've always been a seasonal worker." Said Santa-chan as he came out of hiding.

"Isn't that Santa-chan?!" Mitsuki said as he and the others were surprised to see him.

"Let's go." Akutsu said as he grabbed onto Santa-chan's shoulder to take him away and Santa-chan was a little excited.

"Where is he taking him?!" Kanade asks in worry as the two begin to walk away.

As Mitsuki wondered what to do, he soon spotted Ryu along with Aya in a parked car as they were spying on Akutsu as well.

"Of course! This works perfectly for me!" Santa-chan said.

"So Terui's here too?" Mitsuki said and the others spotted Ryu and Aya in the car.

"Huh? Guess he's a step ahead of you again." Chris said with a smile.

"Please don't say it like that." Mitsuki mutters as he shakes his head.

"Aya-san." Makura said as he saw this as his chance to impress her. "Alright!"

Makura soon runs out of the hiding spot and charges at Akutsu.

"Hey! Stop!" Mitsuki calls out but Makura ignores him.

"Akutsu!" Makura calls out as he stops close to him and Akutsu and Santa-chan stop walking too. "We know you're the one leaking info to the Gaia Memory distributors!"

"Inspector Makura." Aya said as she and Ryu were surprised to see him here before they took off their seatbelts and opened the car doors.

"You're under arrest!" Makura told him.

Akutsu turns to the rookie cop before he throws Santa-chan at him and both men fall to the ground as Ryu and Aya run to them while Akutsu takes this chance to run.

"What are you doing?!" Aya asked in English. "Don't act on your own!"

"Sorry!" Makura said with a guilty look on his face.

They soon saw that Akutsu was getting away.

"Ryu, I'll go this way." Aya told him.

"Understood." Ryu said and both police officers ran in different directions to entrap Akutsu.

Ryu jumps over and down some stairs while avoiding some walking people.

Akutsu opens the front doors of the building as he continues to run away but stops as Ryu has appeared in front of him to block his way.

"You're also a detective?" Akutsu asked. "Never seen you before. Which department are you in?"

"Don't ask me questions." Ryu told him.

"You brat. Don't act so tough!" Akutsu said as he threw a punch at Ryu who easily blocked it and pushed the dirty cop to the ground which sent something on the ground.

Just as Ryu was about to approach Akutsu to restrain him, he stopped as he soon heard whistling.

"This whistling…" Ryu said.

Ryu and Akutsu turned to the source of the whistling and saw the same Dopant that killed Himuro had appeared as he walked towards them.

The Dopant resembles a human-shaped triceratops with light pink armor around his body with a robe around the waist and has golden horns sticking out around his body with golden teeth in his mouth.

This is the Triceratops Dopant.

As Akutsu stares at the Dopant, Ryu walks forward while wearing his Driver and soon brings out his Accel Memory.

[ACCEL]

The Triceratops Dopant charges at Ryu and before he could transform, Ryu dodges an incoming headbutt from the Dopant, the Triceratops Dopant throws a punch at Ryu which he dodges.

The Triceratops Dopant soon grabs onto Ryu and pushed him back before they stop close to some railing and let's of Ryu to throw a punch at him, Ryu dodges the punch but the Triceratops Dopant lands a second punch on him which sends Ryu over the railing and falls to the ground below but thankfully he had fallen on a pile of trash bags and boxes which broke his fall.

The Triceratops Dopant grabs onto Akutsu's shirt and picks him up.

"Long time no see, Akutsu!" The Dopant greeted him, and Akutsu was able to recognize his voice.

"Mizoguchi?! That's not possible! You're dead!" Akutsu stated.

"I've come back from hell. For you guys!" The Triceratops Dopant shouted as he threw Akutsu to the ground.

Akutsu soon sits up and turns to the Triceratops Dopant as he soon produces an energy sphere above his hand. Akutsu was too scared to even move.

"S-Save me!" Akutsu calls out.

Arriving in time to help him was Mitsuki as he soon arrived and turned to the Dopant.

"Philip!" Mitsuki calls out as he brings out and puts on the Double Driver.

Philip heard Mitsuki's call as the Driver appeared on his waist.

Both Mitsuki and Philip bring out their respective Gaia Memories.

[CYCLONE]

[JOKER]

"Henshin!" Mitsuki and Philip said as he struck their poses.

Mitsuki soon transforms into W as he runs to the Dopant and kicks on his hand which dismisses the energy sphere.

"I can't let him be killed, even if he is a villain." W-Mitsuki said before he flicked his wrist and charged at the Triceratops Dopant.

W lands a kick on the Triceratops Dopant's chest followed by a punch. The Triceratops Dopant then throws a punch at W which he blocks in time and punches the Dopant on the chest again but the Triceratops Dopant didn't even feel it as he throws a punch on W's side which sends the Rider stumbling to the side.

As Akutsu continues to watch W's battle against the Triceratops Dopant, he soon sees that Ryu had walked up the stairs before he fell on his knee. Akutsu took this chance to run away.

"Akutsu!" Ryu said as he stood up and chased after the dirty cop.

The Triceratops Dopant then throws W at Ryu which bumps W onto Ryu as he falls to the ground.

"Sorry." W-Mitsuki said before he charges and kicks at the Dopant.

Ryu turns back to Akutsu only to see that he is now gone, and that's when he saw the item Akutsu had dropped and saw it was a keychain with a plastic tag with the word 'Catherine' on it.

Ryu picks the keychain up.

The Triceratops Dopant, now wielding a large club, had pushed W to the parking lot as he walked to him.

(Cue: Free your Heat)

W kicks at the Triceratops Dopant but he doesn't even feel it before he punches on W forcing him to stumble back.

"What tough armor!" W-Mitsuki grunted before he punched the Dopant's chest which only bounced off his armor.

The Triceratops Dopant slams his club on W which sends him rolling on the ground before he lands on his knee and foot.

"Mitsuki, for this type of enemy, use Heat-Metal!" W-Philip advised his partner.

"Alright!" W-Mitsuki said as he stood up and inserted his Heat and Metal Memories into his Driver.

[HEAT-METAL]

W changes into his Heat-Metal as he stands up and the Triceratops Dopant charges at him to swing his club at W and he blocks it as he pulls out his Metal Shaft and lands a kick on the Dopant, forcing him to stumble back.

The Triceratops Dopant once again swings his club at W and he parries it which forces the Dopant to stumble forward.

W charges at the Triceratops Dopant who turns back at him to swing his club at him again and W dodges it and smacks the Dopant's back before W blocks another attack from his club, W soon pushed it back and thrust his Metal Shaft on the Dopant's stomach forcing him to stumble back followed by two more attacks.

"Take this too!" W-Mitsuki said as he landed a low sweep on the Dopant's leg which sent him falling to the ground before he rolled on it.

The Triceratops Dopant soon stood back up and fired an energy sphere at W as it landed in front of his feet and exploded as a purple flame.

(End of song)

When the flames died down, W soon saw that the Triceratops Dopant was now gone.

W lowered his Metal Shaft and removed his Gaia Memories to change back into Mitsuki.

Mitsuki then saw his friends running towards him before he walked towards them as well and Aya soon appeared as she ran out of a different tunnel.

"Where's Akutsu?!" Aya asked.

"He got away." Ryu answered.

"Damn it!" Aya said in English. "And we finally had an opening to attack the organization!"

"The thread is still connected." Ryu said, getting everyone's attention before he pulled out and showed Akutsu's keychain. "Akutsu dropped this."

Mitsuki looks at the keychain to read the name.

"Ca-the-rine…Catherine! Is that a hostess name?!" Mitsuki said and Kanade whacked him on the head.

"Don't be a prev!" Kanade told him.

"Eh?!" Mitsuki said.

(Meanwhile)

In her office building, Saeko was watching footage of Accel's battles on her computer.

"A new Kamen Rider, Accel. Seems he has an unusual connection to the man with the W Memory." Saeko said.

With her was Wakana and Mick as the former was seated on a different chair with Mick on her lap as she pets the cat making him purr.

"Also, Wakana. Why did you bring Mick to the company?" Saeko asked, and Wakana smiled before she stood up while carrying Mick in her arms.

"Oh? Is that not allowed?" Wakana asked with a smile.

Saeko soon stood up and walked to her sister to slap her on the cheek.

"This job isn't a game. You still don't know anything. Nothing about the Gaia Memory's true power…Or how fearsome it is." Saeko stated before her phone started to ring, and she soon brought it out to answer it while Wakana held Mick close to her face. "Hello?"

The one who called Saeko was Akutsu who was using a pay phone.

"Oh…It's me! The police found out! Plus a monster is after my life! Please save me!" Akutsu pleaded.

In the Narumi Detective Agency, Philip was seated on the floor while reading his book before he noticed his friends had returned along with Makura and Aya.

Aya then walks to Philip to greet the bookworm.

"You're Philip? Nice to meet you." Aya said in English as she reached out for a handshake.

Instead of greeting her back, Philip notices something about her leg.

"Is your right leg hurt?" Philip asked and Aya was taken aback by that.

"Eh?"

"Just now, it appeared as if you were covering it." Philip said and Ryu turned to her.

Chris smacks Philip on the head.

"Hey now! Don't you start acting like a perv too!" Chris exclaimed before she picked him by grabbing his ear.

"Itai! Itai!" Philip said before Chris let go of his ear and Philip turned to her while rubbing his ear. "What was that for?"

Chris simply huffed as she turned away from him and folded his arms, and Kanade moved to Philip's head.

"Sorry about that. He's a bit eccentric." Kanade said as she made Philip bow his head to apologize to the female inspector.

"There's one thing I want to confirm. Akutsu called that Dopant…Mizoguchi." Ryu told them, and Makura felt like he heard that name somewhere before.

"Mizoguchi? Where have I heard that before?" Makura said in wonder.

"Mizoguchi Masaki. Fuuto Police Investigation Bureau I inspector. My coworker." Aya said as she remembers working with Mizoguchi before she transferred to Los Angeles.

Makura soon stood up as he remembers now.

"I remember! He's the man who was fired half a year ago for taking illegal bribes. He was pressured by society and the media…He eventually jumped off a cliff. He's the worst kind of inspector!" Makura stated.

"No!" Aya said in English as she turned to Makura. "You're wrong. Mizoguchi was a fine inspector. I respected and looked up to him. He's the one who pushed me to pursue my dream of going to the Los Angeles department. Everything I am now is thanks to him."

"Why would such a fine inspector go corrupt?" Mitsuki asked.

"The accusations were false. He was proud of being a policeman." Aya told them.

"Inspector Mizoguchi was framed…and then erased?" Ryu asked.

"Probably. By Himuro and Akutsu." Aya said.

"Dang…That's brutal." Kanade said.

"So this is how it is: Mizoguchi is actually alive and has become a Dopant. And has begun taking revenge against those who framed him." Mitsuki concluded.

"Seems like it to me." Chris said in agreement.

"He's still scum then!" Makura said loudly as everyone turned to him. "A good cop would arrest the culprit. Let the law judge them! How can he become a Dopant and take revenge?!"

Ryu placed a hand on Makura's shoulder.

"What do you know?!" Ryu asked as she smacked him on the face and Mitsuki could feel his pain.

Makura with a hand on his face stumbles to Philip's side.

"Did I say something wrong?" Makura asked.

"Even a reasonable argument will sometimes anger your listener." Philip answered.

"No way!" Makura said as he leaned on the wall and fell on his rear.

Ryu then shows the keychain to Philip before he places it on his hand.

"Please look into this." Ryu requested before he leaves.

Ryu was standing on the roof of a building to look at Fuuto Tower before Aya called out to him.

"Ryu." Ryu turns to Aya as she walks to him. "Did you hit him just now for me?"

"No. There was a fly on his cheek." Ryu answered, which caused Aya to chuckle.

"So even you make jokes like that?" Aya said before she moved to his side.

"Were you lovers?" Ryu asked, and Aya turned to Fuuto Tower to admire it.

"We would often look at Fuuto Tower like we are doing now. During those times, he would always whistle that certain song.

(Flashback)

Aya was walking towards Mizoguchi who was whistling as he looked at Fuuto Tower.

"Hey, what song is that?" Aya asked.

"Huh? What is it?" Mizoguchi said as he wasn't sure himself.

"What is that? You whistle it without knowing?" Aya asked and Mizoguchi chuckled.

"Is that strange?" Mizoguchi asked. "But…this song suits this city, doesn't it? That's why I like it."

Mizoguchi soon continues to whistle that song as Aya looks at him with a smile.

(End of flashback)

"I also liked it. That song…and his smile. But…" Aya said before her face saddens.

"...things are no longer the same as back then. Revenge is a powerful feeling." Ryu said as he could understand that feeling all too well.

"Can you understand…how he feels?" Aya asked.

"Yeah. Because there is someone whom I need to take revenge upon as well." Ryu told her.

"Eh?" Aya said.

"The owner of the W Memory. He slaughtered my family." Ryu told her.

Philip was in the Gaia Library to begin his search for the keychain that Ryu had given him.

"Keyword: Akutsu Ken. Fuuto Police Investigation Bureau I Inspector. Serial disappearances of unemployed people." Philip said as his real body was standing in the Agency's hangar with his friends watching him.

"And Catherine." Mitsuki told him.

Thanks to that, Philip was able to find the book he needed before he picks it up and begins reading it.

Philip soon returns to the real world as he turns to his friends.

"I know where Akutsu is hiding." Philip told them and his friends moved to him.

"So on which block is this snack bar?" Mitsuki asks and Kanade smacks him on the head. "Ow!"

"You're still saying that?!" Kanade asked.

"Catherine is the name of Akutsu's cruiser." Philip answered.

"Huh? It's a boat name?" Mitsuki asked in slight disappointment.

"I've heard that yachts and cruisers are often given women's names." Kanade said.

After contacting Ryu, he, Mitsuki, Aya, and Makura, who had two pieces of tissue in his nostrils, had arrived at the shipyard and that's where they spotted Akutsu's cruiser Catherine as it was still docked.

"Catherine…So it's that cruiser?" Mitsuki said.

"Let's split up." Aya said, getting the men's attention. "Inspector Makura and I will go this way."

"Then we'll go this way. Hidari, follow me." Ryu said before he moves to the ship while Aya and Makura move to a different direction.

"Got it. Don't order me around!" Mitsuki exclaimed as he followed Ryu.

Mitsuki and Ryu jump down to the deck and move to the cruiser. They soon moved onto the ship to begin their search for Akutsu.

Mitsuki and Ryu turn at each other before they move in different directions with Ryu moving to the pathway on the side and Mitsuki heads to the door that leads to a room.

When Mitsuki opened the door he soon found Akutsu was waiting for him as the dirty cop pointed his gun at him. Mitsuki slowly steps back and Akutsu moves forward.

"Perfect timing! You fell so easily into my trap." Akutsu said as Mitsuki raised his hands, and unknown to him is that Ryu was spying on them as he hid behind the wall.

Ryu then runs to Akutsu to kick his gun out of his hand. Akutsu soon runs away and the two Kamen Riders follow him.

(Meanwhile)

Aya and Makura, armed with their guns, were slowly moving to ambush Akutsu in case he runs or if the Dopant will show up again.

"Aya-san, Chief Terui hit me, but I still think revenge isn't right." Makura told her.

"I just saw someone's shadow!" Aya says before she runs forward and turns to the right but she soon screams along with some smashing sounds.

"A-Aya-san!" Makura said in worry as he ran to save her.

But Makura was thrown to the ground as he hit his head which knocked him out before the tissue in his nose popped out.

(Back with Mitsuki and Ryu)

Ryu manages to land a kick on the running Akutsu as he falls to the ground. Ryu then grabs onto the dirty cop's jacket to look him in the face as Mitsuki stops next to Ryu to look at Akutsu as well.

"Now spill it! What happened to the people you promised jobs for?!" Ryu asked, and Akutsu smiled before answering his question.

"Seems they were used as test subjects…"

"Test subjects?" Mitsuki repeated.

"...For Gaia Memory tests." Akutsu said.

(Flashback)

One of Akutsu's clients was lying on a table as a scientist injected a Gaia Memory into his arm.

"It was lucrative." Akutsu said as the test subject was screaming in pain. "Even if they disappeared, they were people no one would search for."

The subject soon died as a result of the test.

(End of flashback)

"Being in the police let me achieve many of my goals." Akutsu told them.

"So Mizoguchi became aware of that?" Ryu asked.

"Yeah, that's right." Akutsu nodded.

(Flashback)

Akutsu and Himuro had offered one of their clients to a Gaia Memory dealer and he soon paid the two dirty cops.

Unknown to them is that Mizoguchi was spying on them in hiding.

"That guy pretended to be all just and stuff." Akutsu said.

In the station, Mizoguchi had confronted both Akutsu and Himuro to give them a warning about their dealing before he left.

Then both Akutsu and Himuro had brought Mizoguchi to a cliff as he struggled against their hold on him before they threw him off as he fell to the water below.

"There's no way he could have survived that fall! Yet he got Himuro!"

(End of flashback)

"This time he's after me." Akutsu said.

"Well, I want you alive and in prison." Mitsuki said.

"No…because I'm protected…by that monster!" Akutsu shouted.

Both Mitsuki and Ryu look and see the Smilodon Dopant charging at them at high speed and land a punch on them, sending both Kamen Riders rolling on the ground.

The Smilodon Dopant jumps and lands on a nearby fence as it growls at both Mitsuki and Ryu.

Ryu soon brings out his Accel Memory.

"Hen…shin!" Ryu said as he stood up.

[ACCEL]

Ryu soon inserted his Gaia Memory into his Driver.

[ACCEL]

Ryu transforms into Accel before he brings out his sword and charges at the Smilodon Dopant.

Mitsuki soon stood back up.

"Philip." Mitsuki calls out as he brings out the Double Driver.

The Driver soon appeared on Philip's waist. Both Mitsuki and Philip bring out their Joker and Cyclone Memories.

[JOKER]

[CYCLONE]

"Henshin!" Mitsuki and Philip said as they struck their pose.

Philip inserted his Gaia Memory into his Driver before transferring to Mitsuki's Driver while Philip's mindless body managed to land on the couch in the hangar.

Mitsuki soon inserts his Joker Memory into his Driver.

[CYCLONE-JOKER]

Mitsuki transforms into W as Accel pushes the Smilodon Dopant back and W kicks at the Dopant which he dodges before both Riders attack the Museum Commander.

Akutsu sighs in relief as he stood back up and took this chance to run away.

Both W and Accel continue their battle against the Smilodon Dopant as they each throw an attack at it but the Museum Commander easily parries their attacks and punches at both of them which forces both Riders to jump away from it.

"Don't let your guard down. He's an enemy commander. He's strong." W-Philip told both W-Mitsuki and Accel.

"It doesn't matter who! I will defeat every Dopant!" Accel said before he charges at the Smilodon Dopant and W follows him.

The Smilodon Dopant does the same before it dodges a slash from Accel and slashes on his chest.

W kicks at the Dopant's head but it dodges it and blocks another kick before slashing on W's chest.

The Smilodon Dopant then parries an incoming thrust from Accel's sword.

Both W and Accel throw in an attack at the Smilodon Dopant but the Museum Commander dodge their attacks by jumping at high speed and lands behind them.

As both Riders turn to the Smilodon Dopant, it soon charges at them using its fast speed to knock both W and Accel to the ground.

Accel stood back up before he opened his Engine Blade and brought out the Engine Memory and inserted it into the Blade's Maximum Drive slot.

[ENGINE]

Accel soon closed his Engine Blade and pulled its trigger.

[JET]

Accel's Engine Blade soon turns red and Accel sends an energy slash at the Smilodon Dopant which hits the Museum Commander while it was in mid-air before it falls onto a car and rolls on the ground.

The Smilodon Dopant soon stood back up and charged at the Riders.

"Alright. Then…" W-Mitsuki said as he changed to his Luna and Trigger Memories.

[LUNA-TRIGGER]

W changed into his Luna-Trigger form and pulled out his Trigger Magnum.

"Take this!" W-Mitsuki said as he fired his energy shots at the Dopant.

But the Smilodon Dopant was able to dodge the homing shots with ease thanks to its enhanced speed.

"He's fast. He dodged even Luna-Trigger's homing shots." W-Philip said.

"Then we'll use this." Accel said before he pulled his sword's trigger.

[STEAM]

Accel unleashes a large amount of steam around before the Smilodon Dopant charges at him to attack but ends up missing as the steam fades away.

The Smilodon Dopant looks up and sees that Accel was now in the air as he lands a downward slash on the Museum Commander, sending him rolling on the ground.

Before Accel could make his next move, he soon noticed that Akutsu was getting away as he was now standing on his cruiser as it set sail.

"Akutsu!" Accel said as he chased after him.

"Huh?" W-Mitsuki said as he notices it as well.

The Smilodon Dopant took this chance to run away as well, W clicks his tongue before he follows Accel to chase Akutsu.

Both Accel and W stopped as it was too late as Akutsu was now too far to follow.

"Bastard! He got away!" W-Mitsuki said.

But then Akutsu's ship exploded, taking the dirty cop with it.

"Nani?!" W-Mitsuki said as he and Accel were stunned as they wondered how that happened.

They soon got their answer as the Triceratops Dopant's club was flying out of the ship's explosion as it flew back into its master's hand before the said Dopant turned to the Kamen Riders.

"Mizoguchi." W-Mitsuki said.

"No. That's not Mizoguchi." W-Philip stated.

"Yeah." Accel said in agreement.

"What do you mean?" W-Mitsuki asked.

"It's you, isn't it? Inspector Kujou." Accel said.

"So you knew after all, Ryu." The Triceratops Dopant said as she changed into her human form which was none other than Kujou Aya herself.

"Eh?!" W-Mitsuki was shocked by this.

Aya and Accel continue to stare at each other.
