Case 22: She who calls the Thunder
"If it means protecting Hibiki and saving Miku along with Lily-san, then I don't care what happens to me!" W-Mitsuki shouted.
"Stop it! Please stop!" W-Philip pleaded.
W-Mitsuki pushes W-Philip's hand away and inserts the Heat Memory into the belt's Maximum Drive Slot.
[HEAT: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
But then something went wrong as his Driver continued to shout out…
[MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE MAXIMUM DRIVE]
W roared as his body was set on fire while everyone looked at him in concern.
"The hell?" Chris said.
"What's happening to Mitsuki and Philip?" Tsubasa said in worry while Ryu stared at him.
The Weather Dopant soon got ready as he channels an icy wind around both of his hands.
Then as W stops roaring, he slams the Maximum Drive slot on his belt which forced his Driver to stop repeating itself and with that W aimed his Trigger Magnum at the Weather Dopant and fired an enhanced version of his Trigger Explosion which also had a large fireball in front of it.
The Weather Dopant then blocks the attack with his icy winds which create a large explosion.
Then as everyone looks at the explosion, the flames around W's body have died down before his armor shatters into pieces and an injured Mitsuki falls to the ground along with the Trigger and Heat Memories.
"Mitsuki!" Tsubasa shouted in worry as she stood up and rushed to his side to check on him. "Are you alright?"
Mitsuki wasn't able to respond as he was barely conscious and was groaning.
In the Narumi Detective Agency, Philip's mind returned to his body as he quickly sat up and was now worried for Mitsuki.
"Mitsuki!" He shouted his partner's name.
Then when the smoke cleared, everyone saw that the Weather Dopant had survived W's attack as he stood up while laughing.
"No way…He withstood an attack like that?!" Chris said as she stood back up.
The Weather Dopant huffs before Saeko appears and hides behind one of the bridge's support pillars as she smiles at him.
"Sensei is so amazing. He's able to bring both the Kamen Riders and the Symphogear warriors to their knees." Saeko said as she's now convinced that her new ally is the perfect partner, she needs to make her ambitions a success.
Just as the Weather Dopant was ready to finish them off, he sensed something behind which caused him to turn around and saw the Terror Field appearing behind him.
Both Tsubasa and Chris recognized the presence hiding within the Terror Field and Philip recognized it as well due to him and Mitsuki still wearing the Double Driver.
"This feeling…The root of our enemies?" Philip said.
Then emerging from the Terror Field was the Terror Dopant himself as he laughed.
"Otou-sama…" Saeko said as she wondered why her father was here.
"It's him…" Chris said as she began to sweat just by seeing the Terror Dopant again while Ryu looked at him as well.
Tsubasa, on the other hand, held her arms and lowered her head as she began to tremble in fear just by being near the Terror Dopant. She then remembers her first attempt to fight the leader of Museum, but just by one look in his eyes was enough to put the feeling of every fear in the world into her very soul.
Tsubasa tightly closes her eyes and covers her eyes just to prevent herself from even looking at him along with hearing his voice.
"What could you want?" The Weather Dopant asked.
"Can't you see? This is an invitation to have tea, Isaka-kun." The Terror Dopant offered. The Weather Dopant hummed and gave his answer for the invitation.
"I am honored. I will go with you." With that both Dopants sink into the Terror Field before it vanishes and Saeko then takes her leave as well before anyone could see her.
After they left, Philip stood up and said.
"Why did he save us?"
Even though the Terror Dopant was gone now, Tsubasa continues to whimper in fear almost like a scared child not noticing that someone was shaking her shoulders and shouts at her.
"Hey! Hey!" Now fed up with Tsubasa's whimpering, she clicks her tongue before raising the sword user's head and slaps her so hard her cheek was now red.
Thanks to that, Tsubasa snaps out of her trance of fear before she sees it was Chris who had just slapped her.
"Yukine…" Tsubasa mutters.
"Did that snap you out of it? Because you have time to cry, then you should worry more about what's important right now!" Chris shouted, Tsubasa was surprised at first before she nodded knowing that she's right.
Tsubasa quickly wipes away her tears and the sweat on her forehead before grabbing onto Mitsuki to rest his back on her arm.
"Honestly…How can you be so reckless?" Tsubasa said in worry for him as Ryu stood up and walked to them.
"When I saw Terui's face in tears, my body acted on its own." Mitsuki told them before they looked at the Red Kamen Rider. "He's our comrade now, after all."
"You reap what you sow. I told you not to interfere, but you butted in." Ryu said.
"What was that?!" Chris exclaimed as she grabbed Ryu's shirt to glare right at his face. "In case you've just forgotten that idiot risked his life to save your sorry ass! It won't kill you to show some gratitude!"
"I only spoke the truth." Ryu said as he removed her hand off of him.
Despite that, Mitsuki just chuckles.
"Yeah, well…I have a friend who's quite the meddler. And she would've done the same in my shoes. Take care of the rest, Terui…Lily-san…needs saving. We…are this city's…Kamen Riders." Mitsuki mutters as he picks up and puts on his hat before he passes out and falls asleep.
"Mitsuki! Mitsuki!" Tsubasa shouted in worry for him.
"And you're still concerned about that Dopant woman?! Fool!" Ryu said and Philip was able to hear that and was quite upset to hear that.
"What?! Terui Ryu!" Philip exclaimed at the red Kamen Rider.

(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)

(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)

(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)

(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)
In the mobile base of Maria's group, Miku had watched her friends' battle against the Weather Dopant, right where Mitsuki critically injured himself in his near suicidal attack against the Dopant and seeing Miku covered her mouth in worry the state Mitsuki was left in as she begins to cry.
"Mitsuki…" Miku mutters.
Dr. Ver was watching the battle with her while having a smile on his face before he turned to Miku and saw the current state, she was in.
'I have to say, Isaka-san has a twisted sense of humor. But I suppose just this once, I'm grateful for his assistance.' Dr. Ver thought to himself before he spoke to Miku.
"My, that is truly heartbreaking, isn't it?" Miku turns to the mad doctor. "To think he nearly killed himself just to save little old you. And if I recall, Tachibana Hibiki is also similar to him, isn't he?"
Miku then lowered her head.
"It truly must be frustrating for you. Letting both of your precious friends risk their lives every day to save the innocent while you on the other hand, you're powerless to do anything about it." Dr. Ver stated.
Miku closes her eyes as her teardrops fall to the floor. It's true, every day she worries for both Mitsuki and Hibiki every time they fight and protect others while she can't do anything to help them. And now, just learning how Hibiki was slowly dying because of that was bad enough, but now Mitsuki had nearly died all because he just wanted to save her.
This is where Miku truly realizes she was powerless to do anything for them and just waits here in this cage for her friends to save her no matter the risks.
"But if you want, I can give you the power to change that." Dr. Ver said, which got Miku's attention as she looked up at him.
"What?" She said in confusion.
"I have something that would be perfect for you. A power that can change the fate of your friends, where they can live in a peaceful world where they don't have to fight anymore. That is only if you're willing of course." Dr. Ver said before he offered his hand to her. "What do you say? Interested?"
Miku blinks before she looks at his hand, knowing she was left with an important decision that will change her life forever.
After the Weather Dopant had gotten away, Ryu, Tsubasa, and Chris had brought the injured Mitsuki to the Narumi Detective Agency where Mitsuki had bandages around his body and was resting on Philip's couch in the hangar.
But that's when an enraged Philip had pushed Ryu on a wall as Kanade tried to defuse the situation.
"Hey! We should focus on Mitsuki's treatment first!" Kanade shouted at them.
"Kanade's right. We should take him to the base." Tsubasa told them.
"Even with Genjuro-san's help, normal medical treatment isn't effective against damage caused by a Gaia Memory. All we can do is trust in his ability to heal." Philip told him.
"Okay. But why fight?" Kanade asked.
"I just completed a lookup." Philip said as he remembers looking at a book in the Gaia Library about the Invisible Memory. "There is only one way to save Lily Shirogane from Isaka's entrapping Memory. And only Accel can do it. But he refuses!"
"Instead of doing that…lookup Isaka's location." Ryu demanded.
"Whose fault is it that Mitsuki is in this condition?! Right now, you're the only Kamen Rider we can depend on." Philip told him, but Ryu grabs his hand and removes it off of his shirt.
"My revenge comes first!" Ryu told him.
"Hey…" Philip said before he grabbed onto Ryu's shirt once again. "Just what does being a Kamen Rider mean to you?!"
Ryu removes his hand once again and punches Philip on the face, sending the bookworm falling on the catwalk.
"Philip!" Chris said in worry before she knelt down and helped him sit up, she then angrily glared at Ryu.
"Don't…ask me questions." Ryu said before he left.
"And don't come back, asshole!" Chris shouted at him before she helped Philip stand back up. "You okay?"
"Physically…" Philip sighed. "As for the rest, I'm not sure."
They heard the door opening once again and saw Hibiki as she rushed on the catwalk before she stopped and took a moment to catch her breath.
"Hibiki-chan?" Philip said as she and the others were surprised to see her.
"I…I heard what happened. Where's…?" Hibiki said before she spotted the injured and unconscious lying on the couch.
Stunned by this, Hibiki slowly approaches the unconscious Mitsuki before she falls to her knees.
"Hibiki…" Kanade said before she placed a hand on her shoulder.
"W-Will he…" Hibiki mutters.
Kanade then sadly turns her head away.
"We did the best we could. Philip said the rest is up to him now." She told her.
Hibiki slowly grabs onto Mitsuki's hand before she suddenly begins to cry.
"Mitsuki…"
The others sadly lowered their heads even if the Terror Dopant had interfered, it still doesn't change the fact that the Weather Dopant has the upper hand on them and is getting closer to his personal goal for Lily.
But Kanade felt even more saddened and frustrated by this. She had it easy and stayed behind while her friends risked their lives fighting against the Weather Dopant, all while being powerless to do anything.
(Later at night)
In her room, Lily Shirogane was picking out some clothes to help with her grandfather's performance tomorrow. But then, she started to feel her Gaia Memory acting up as she began to feel weak before she sat down on the floor and leaned on the wall.
"How strange…I'm really tired even though I'm not invisible." Lily said before she began to pant. "I have to do this."
After regaining some of her strength, Lily stood up and resumed checking out her outfit.
(Meanwhile)
In the Sonozaki mansion, Isaka was eating dinner with his associates from Museum and told them his plans for Lily Shirogane.
"I call them super compatible people. A human with an extremely high compatibility with Memories. That is what Lily Shirogane is with Invisible." Isaka told them before he took his last bite and placed his fork and knife on his plate.
But that wasn't his only plate as there were several more plates on his side of the table with some being piled on top of one another.
"Oh, excuse me. You provided not just tea, but a meal for me as well." Isaka said as he cleaned his mouth with his napkin.
"Well, you have burned an extreme amount of calories, it seems. That is what you are. A human greedy enough to absorb multiple Memory powers." Ryubee said before Wakana turned to the doctor.
"What a creepy person." Wakana said before she turned away from him.
"Wakana!" Saeko said.
"What an audacious man you are. I am amazed you can swallow food in this situation." Ryubee said before he quickly leans forward and stares at Isaka. "Just what can you be plotting with Saeko, Isaka-kun?"
Hearing that forced Saeko to put her utensils and Wakana stood up and walked to her father's side.
"Did you really think you could hide anything from me? You even disturbed Wakana." Ryubee said before he held hands with his second daughter. "I will not allow anything in this land that disturbs my family."
On edge about this, Saeko brings out her Gaia Memory from under the table ready to transform in case things get dire.
Undisturbed by this, Isaka stood up as he took off his tie, he then unbuttons his shirt and opens it revealing that he had several Living Connectors all around his body.
'He has so many Connectors!' Wakana thought as she was shocked by this, she knew that Isaka wasn't an ordinary man, but this was beyond anything she had ever thought about him.
Saeko smiles to see that while Ryubee simply stares at him.
"You will find no patron of the Museum as zealous as me, Sonozaki-san. You, I, and Saeko-san have the same desire to find the truth behind the Gaia Memories. I do it all for you. If you wish, I will be a test subject." Isaka told the leader of Museum.
Ryubee then laughed in amusement before he stood up.
"You are quite the man." Ryubee said before he handed Mick to Wakana, and she held the family cat in her arms. "You can't return to your hospital, right? For now, you may relax here."
Ryubee and Wakana then left the room. Saeko then looks at Isaka as she was impressed that the doctor managed to win over her father like that.
'He got past Father…' Saeko thought to herself.
(Next day)
Philip was inside the Gaia Library to look up any other possibilities to save Lily Shirogane.
"Keyword: Super compatible person. Gaia Memory. Extract." Philip said and with that a black book appeared before him and the word 'Dead' appeared on the cover as red letters. "Death?"
Knowing that book won't do him any good, Philip said another keyword.
"Next keyword: Accel."
With that the bookshelves begin to move once again before a white book appeared before Philip and the word 'alive' appeared on the cover.
Philip then left the Gaia Library where his friends were waiting for him while Hibiki gently dab a towel on Mitsuki's forehead.
"Well, Philip, anything?" Kanade asked.
"The results are the same no matter what we do. We can't save Lily-san without Accel's power." Philip said.
Hibiki then turns to Philip.
"Then maybe we should ask for his help again." Hibiki suggested.
"I'm surprised you can even suggest that? Especially after what happened." Chris said as she looked at the injured Mitsuki.
"I know. But right now, Ryu-san is our best chance in saving Lily-san. We should at least try." Hibiki said.
"I don't want to. It's his fault that Mitsuki…" Philip said as he looked at his injured partner.
Hibiki then stood up and grabbed onto Philip's arms.
"But…Lily-san's life is at stake!" Hibiki said, but Philip silently turned away from her. Hibiki then turns to the unconscious Mitsuki and knows exactly what he'll do if their positions were reversed. "Then…I'll go!"
Hearing that surprised her friends as she headed to the door.
"Wait, Hibiki!" Kanade said but was ignored as Hibiki left the room.
Tsubasa sighed to see Hibiki leave, despite her warnings and the state Mitsuki is in, she's still willing to help others.
"Suppose I have no choice. I'm going with her." Tsubasa said before she picked up her helmet along with her jacket and followed Hibiki.
Hibiki and Tsubasa had arrived at the police station with Tsubasa giving her a ride on her motorcycle. They were now in Ryu's office and found Makura as they began asking him where to find Ryu.
"Please! We really need to find him." Hibiki pleaded.
"Look I keep telling you, I can't reveal secret police information like where Superintendent Terui is currently investigating." Makura told them.
Hibiki's face then turns serious, and Makura was a bit frightened of what she'll do, but surprisingly Hibiki sat down on her hands and knees and bowed his head on the floor.
"Please. I just want to talk to him." Hibiki told him.
"Tachibana." Tsubasa said as she looked at her, before she made a determined face and sat down on her knees and bowed her head as well. "Please. It's important that we find him."
Seeing those two bowing their heads is working on Makura before he rubs his hand on his head.
"Ah mou…Alright, fine, but just don't tell him I said anything." Makura said.
After getting the intel they needed from Makura, Tsubasa called Kanade who was now in the office.
"What? He's at Lily-san's place?" Kanade said.
"Yeah. It's most likely he's keeping watch in case she's inside or not. Me and Tachibana are going there right now." Tsubasa said.
"Alright. But if anything changes, just let me know." Kanade said before she ended the call.
She then looks at her phone and feels a bit frustrated right now. Despite the condition Hibiki was in now, she was still able to make Makura tell both her and Tsubasa where Ryu was at while Kanade herself is just standing here receiving the news.
"Despite the condition she's in, Hibiki's still pulling her weight…Damn it." Kanade mutters to herself. "I'm sick and tired of standing on the sidelines. If only…If only I have the power…"
Kanade then heard something barking at him and saw it was the Fang Memory as it approached her.
"Fang? What is it?" Kanade said before she notices that Fang was holding an envelope in his hands and the living Memory offers it to her. "Is it for me?"
Fang answered by barking and nodding.
Curious about this, Kanade accepts the envelope and looks at it. It doesn't have an address or a return address; there wasn't even a name on it.
Kanade then opened the envelope and pulled out a letter that was inside of it. She unfolds the letter and sees there was a written message inside, when she reads it, Kanade's eyes widened in shock at what it said.
'If you want the power to fight again, meet me here.'
Beneath the message was a location that will lead Kanade to whoever had sent this letter.
Ryu was standing across the street where Lily Shirogane lives with her grandfather while leaning on his bike.
That's when heard the sound of a motorcycle engine, Ryu looked and saw it was Tsubasa's bike with Hibiki riding behind her. They soon took off their helmets and stood off the bike and approached Ryu.
"Hello, Ryu-san. It's me, Hibiki, remember?" Hibiki asked.
"Don't ask me questions." Ryu said as he turned back to the house. "You two should go home. Especially you, Tachibana. I know about the condition you're in. A burden like you should stay away from the battlefield."
Hibiki lowered her head to hear that.
"I guess it's true that I am a burden, but I'm not here to fight, I'm only here to help people. Especially you." Hibiki said, which made Ryu turn to her.
"Help me? How?" Ryu questions.
Hibiki smiles before she turns to Lily's house.
"You try to hide it, but I think you're worried about Lily-san." Hibiki said.
"Don't be ridiculous. My only connection to Isaka now is that woman. So standing watch here is the only way." Ryu told them.
Hibiki then moved in front of him.
"Then I'll ask in Mitsuki's place. Help us." Hibiki requested.
"That woman is a Dopant. She's a criminal who obtained a Memory for the ridiculous motive of doing magic." Ryu told her.
"That may be true. But if you ask me, I think you and Lily-san are more alike than you think." Hibiki said and Ryu turned to her in disbelief.
"What?! What makes you say that?!" Ryu exclaimed.
Before Hibiki could explain to whoever, an elderly man approaches them and calls out to them.
"Nii-chan."
They looked and saw it was Frank Shirogane, Lily's grandfather.
"Don't wait there. Why not come in?" Frank offered.
After accepting Frank's invitation, Ryu, Hibiki, and Tsubasa were now seated in the living room where Frank had brought them cups of tea while chuckling.
"What a face." Frank said as he placed the tray on the table while looking at Ryu's grumpy face. "You look like an oni."
Frank soon grabbed hold of Ryu's hand and pulled out a string between his hand and Ryu's as the said string held national flags. Hibiki was left amazed by that.
"Sugoi!" Hibiki said as she clapped her hands, even Tsubasa was amazed by the magician's trick.
Frank then showed them another trick by flicking his other hand and showed a small toy police motorcycle on top of his hand.
"You like police bikes, right? You can have this." Frank said as he gave the toy bike to Ryu.
While Ryu looks at the toy in his hand, Ryu admits that Frank's tricks were impressive and Frank smiles seeing the looks on his young guests' faces.
"That's the face!" Frank said as he gathered up the string and flags to put them away. "Seeing my audience surprised, laughing, and having fun makes all my hard work worth it. That's what being a magician is. Lily is a proper magician-in-training. That makes me extremely happy…Even if…she is doing something illegal…"
"What?" Hibiki was surprised to hear that.
"So, you know about the Gaia Memory she has?" Tsubasa asked, and Frank nodded.
"You knew?! You knew what she was doing?" Ryu asked as he put the toy bike away.
Frank then stood up and turned to the wall.
"I didn't know for sure what it was, but I had a feeling. She said she wanted to do a big disappearing act using a trick she thought up. Normally, Lily wouldn't say something like that. It's just…" Frank said before he lowered his head.
"Just?" Tsubasa said.
Frank then turns to them.
"I am worried about her as my granddaughter." He told them.
Hearing that, Hibiki thought back to her own grandmother and wondered if she worried about her sometimes. Tsubasa then remembers some dark memories with her own grandfather.
Ryu was left in deep thought about this.
That's when they heard the door opening and it was Lily who had returned from grocery shopping as she was holding a bag in her hand.
"I'm back." Lily said before she saw Ryu along with Tsubasa and Hibiki in her home. "You!"
Lily drops her bag and quickly leaves her house.
"Hey, wait!" Ryu calls out as he stands up and chases after her while Tsubasa and Hibiki stand up and watch them leave.
(Meanwhile)
Kanade walked through the forest, clutching the letter to her chest with the right hand. She turned her head left and right, looking at her surroundings with narrowed eyes, searching for the one that called her here. Yet no matter how hard she searched, Kanade couldn't see anyone here in the forest.
Deciding that she's had enough of this game, the former Symphogear user stopped in her tracks and called out as loud as she could.
"Alright, I'm here just as you wanted! Who are you and what do you want?!"
At first there was no response, much to Kanade's annoyance since she's starting to think this was a prank. However, right when she was about to turn around and walk away, the forest's silence was broken.
"I'm glad you made it in time, Amou Kanade." A feminine voice with an ego started, getting Kanade to widen her eyes in surprise.
She looked to her right, where she saw a black clothed woman standing 10 feet away. She had long brown hair, but for some odd reason her face was completely covered in bandages and had black sunglasses.
Kanade felt a small chill as she looked at this unknown woman, but still turned to face her fully.
"Are you the one that called me here?" Kanade questioned the unknown woman, who gave a nod of her head.
As she stared, Kanade suddenly thought back to a conversation with Ryu on how he got his Driver. Recalling who he said gave it to him, she had a good idea who this woman is now.
"Are you... Shroud?" Kanade questioned the woman for her identity, which the black clothed woman nodded once more. The former Symphogear user widened her eyes in surprise at this woman confirming her suspicions of her identity.
Kanade narrowed her eyes at Shroud in suspicion, wondering what she could want with her.
"Why did you call me here?" She questioned Shroud, wasting no time and cut straight to the chase.
Shroud stayed silent for a few moments as she stared at Kanade. She eventually spoke, but it wasn't in the form of an answer.
"What do you hope to accomplish?" Shroud questioned Kanade, a question that made the young woman let out a low gasp at.
Kanade silently stared at Shroud, who patiently waited for an answer, before she lowered her head in shame.
"I wanted...to protect them. Tsubasa, my friends and innocent people. I was even willing to give up my life to do so, but my last sacrifice was for nothing. I was saved, but I lost the power to fight and to sing. I couldn't do anything then and now. All I can do is just stand at the sides and watch, hoping that everything ends well." The rookie detective explained, speaking from the heart as that's how she truly feels.
"And you let it end there?" Shroud questioned, grabbing Kanade's attention.
The former wielder of Gungnir raised her head to look at the mysterious black clothed Shroud, and despite the sunglasses, she could feel Shroud staring into her soul.
"So, you thought you could've put down your arms and stopped fighting?" She said as if she were stating a fact, something that struck Kanade's nerves.
"Believe me, I never want to just stand by as my friends risk their lives! I want to help them, fight with them to protect our home and innocent people from Museum, the Noise and even the Dark Riders! I want to live in a world where we can all live in peace!" Kanade exclaimed before lowering her head once again and gritting her teeth in frustration that she can't back up that talk.
Shroud was silent for a moment, but then spoke.
"If you have any desire to fight once more, I will give you a chance to gain a new power. A power that'll let you stand against any threat." Her words captured Kanade's full attention.
She looked up at the mysterious Shroud with wide eyes full of hope. She was silent for a moment or two, but then found her voice to speak.
"If I use that power, can I truly help my friends? No matter what kind of foe we face?" Kanade asked to be certain that this power Shroud was offering was what she's looking for.
"That all depends on you. If you have the resolve to return to the battlefield." Shroud answered.
The former idol stared for a moment, then lowered her head and closed both eyes.
"I am Kanade Amou! Former Zwei Wing member, partner of Tsubasa Kazanari and former wielder of Gungnir, and there are things I must do!" She shouted with pure conviction, before opening both eyes to reveal unmatched determination inside them. "As someone that once fought the Noise in hopes for a better world, there are hopes I want to keep alive! I want the power to achieve that!"
Shroud gave Kanade a nod.
"Well said, now follow me. I will give you a chance to earn the power you seek." The black clothed woman told Kanade before she turned around and began walking away not before finishing with this. "The power of Thunder."
Kanade blinks to hear that. Kanade regrew her determined face and followed Shroud as the black clothed woman led the young woman to her destiny.
(Back with Ryu)
Ryu had followed Lily in an entrance that leads to the parking lot. When he got close enough, Ryu grabs onto her shoulder and Lily spun around and kicks at him, Ryu dodges the kick and grabs onto her arm, but Lily frees herself from spinning around. Just as Ryu was about to charge in to grab her once again, Lily did a few backflips which forced Ryu to stop his attempted action.
When Lily lands on her feet, she turns invisible and runs away. Ryu then puts on his Driver.
"So she's a Dopant even in that form?!" Ryu said before he brought out his Accel Memory.
[ACCEL]
"Hen…shin!" Ryu inserts his Memory into his Driver and transforms into Accel armed with his Engine Blade to use one of its attacks.
[STEAM]
With a swing of his sword, Accel fired some steam at the invisible Lily which hit her forcing Lily to stop.
"Hot! Hot!" Lily said before she turns visible once again and looks at Accel in worry.
"There you are." Accel said before he changed back into his civilian form.
Ryu then moves in front of Lily and grabs her wrist to take her to the station, but Lily stops and pulls her wrist free.
"Let go! Let go! I'm appearing on stage!" Lily told him.
"Quit while you're ahead. It seems that continuous use of your Memory leads to death." Ryu warned her.
Lily remained silent for a moment and soon spoke to Ryu.
"This is a big performance for Grandpa. That's why I want to try doing a big disappearing trick. I need him to feel comfortable retiring." Lily then grabs onto Ryu's arms. "Please let me go. Just let me do this performance."
"Give it up. Do you want to die?" Ryu questions.
"So what?! I don't care what happens to me. I don't even care if I die!" Lily said with a strong determination.
"You're the only one who thinks that!" Ryu exclaimed and moved Lily's hands off of his arms. "Look around you! You've got a family that's worried about you!"
After saying that, Ryu then remembers how Mitsuki told him those very same words.
"You're the only one who thinks that! Look around you! There are people who are worried about you."
'I said the same thing as Hidari.' Ryu thought to himself before he remembered Hibiki's words when they met earlier.
"But if you ask me, I think you and Lily-san are more alike than you think."
Ryu then looks at Lily and sees himself in her which also made him realize that Hibiki was right that they were a lot alike than he realized along with Mitsuki.
That's when Ryu had made his decision.
After waiting for a while, Hibiki and Tsubasa along with Frank heard the door opening and saw that both Ryu and Lily had returned as they walked inside.
"Is this the end?" Frank asked.
Lily was about to answer, but Ryu stopped her as he grabbed onto her shoulders and made her look at him.
"It's your last stage. Do it with no regrets." Ryu told her.
"Policeman-san…" Lily was surprised by this while Hibiki smiles to hear that.
"However…When the last stage is over, be sure to turn yourself in to me." Ryu said before he removed his hands. "My…My companions have found…a treatment to save you."
(With Kanade)
Kanade had followed Shroud for a while now. While she was growing a bit impatient, she still continued to follow before she asked Shroud a question.
"Hey, Shroud, are you really the one who gave Ryu his Memory and Driver?" Shroud nodded.
"That's right, I am." Kanade narrows her eyes to hear that.
"Okay, but why would you do that? Because you gave him that power, he almost made mistakes that would never be taken back. And now, he's finally found the target for his revenge, because of that my friend got hurt trying to save him." Kanade told her.
"And that's precisely why I chose him." Shroud answered, which shocked Kanade.
"What?"
"The reason why I made Terui Ryu a Kamen Rider is because of the revenge in his heart. I figure that he'll be the perfect tool for me." Shroud said, and hearing that upset Kanade as she glared at her.
"A tool? That's what he is to you?" Kanade questions, and Shroud nodded.
"That's right. Did you actually think I have another reason to give him the Accel Memory and his Driver." Shroud said. "The same applies to Hidari Mitsuki and his partner, Philip. They may not know it, but they're also working as tools for me."
Kanade was even more angry to hear that she could even say that about her friends.
"And what if Ryu ends up getting himself killed for his revenge?" Kanade asked.
"Then he'll prove that he was useless to me." Shroud said.
"And here I thought you were supposed to be on their side. But you're nothing but a cold-hearted bitch, aren't you?" Kanade said.
After hearing that, Shroud stops walking and Kanade stops as well.
"Do you have any right to judge me about that?" Shroud asked and Kanade blinked. Shroud then turns to Kanade. "I know all about your past, Amou Kanade. I know how you lost your entire family all because of Finé's machinations. And how you were more than willing to become her lab rat, all to gain the power to avenge your family."
Kanade narrows her eyes at Shroud before she lowered her head.
"I'm not judging you for it. Finé is a master of deception, I doubt I would see past her lies as well. But it was thanks to that, you gained the power you wanted but only to lose it over time. And now here you are, hoping to gain the power to seek your revenge once again." Shroud stated, and Kanade raised her head.
"No! It's not like that!" Kanade denied as she shook her head.
"Is it really?" Shroud question.
Kanade slightly grits her teeth and clenches her hand before she calms down and questions Shroud.
"Just tell me this. What do you hope to accomplish by doing this? What do you possibly want?"
"Oh, that's simple really. What I want…is revenge." Shroud told her.
"Revenge? On Museum?" Kanade asked, and Shroud nodded. "But why?"
Shroud then placed a hand on her bandage face and told Kanade this.
"Let's just say they took everything from me, and I plan on taking it back." Shroud then removes her hand and stares at Kanade. "But that's enough about me. We should focus on you, and the power you want."
Shroud then pointed her finger at Kanade.
"But know this, Amou Kanade, the moment you choose to accept this power, you too will become a tool for my revenge. What's it going to be?" Shroud asked and Kanade was in deep thought about it.
(Meanwhile)
In the Sonozaki mansion, Isaka was in one of the guest rooms wearing a gown and Saeko soon arrived to see how he was doing.
"How are you finding the room?" Saeko asks before he walks to a nearby window to open the curtains while Isaka looks at the gown he was wearing.
"Besides the gown's size not fitting me, everything is most pleasant." Isaka told her and Saeko turned to him after opening the curtains.
"I'm sorry. All we had were my previous husband's things." Saeko told the doctor.
Curious about this, Isaka pulled on the gown and saw the deceased Kirihiko's name on it before he stopped looking at it.
"So…" Isaka said before he stood up. "I'm going out to play a bit."
(Back with Kanade)
Kanade was still silent as Shroud was still waiting for her answer. After making her decision, Kanade looks at the mysterious Shroud with a strong determination in her face.
"Fine. I'll accept your offer, but know this, I won't become your tool." Kanade said, and while it didn't show Shroud was curious about that before she went on. "I made that mistake once, and I'm never going to make it again. So, I'm here on, I'll decide how I fight and how I live my life. That's the kind of Kamen Rider I want to be."
Shroud huffed to hear that.
"We'll see about that." Shroud said before she snapped her fingers.
With that, a bolt of thunder crashed down in front of Kanade which forced her to cover her eyes for a moment, and when it died down Kanade lowered her arms and saw a spear placed on top of the burn ground as it gave off a radiant light with small traces of electricity appearing around it.
The light around the spear died down and Kanade studied its appearance.
The spear was shaped like a thunderbolt, colored purely white with golden metal pieces beneath it with a golden blade on the front and tip of it. The grip of it was colored white and the Gaia Memory slot was seen between the grip and lance, and the back of it was three green color pieces.
Kanade looks at the spear in awe.
"It's impressive, I know. I call it the Thunder Driver, not only will it act as your means to transform but it will serve as your main weapon. I figure it would be a perfect fit for you since you once wielded the legendary Gungnir." Shroud said before she gestures to Kanade to take it. "Go ahead, touch it."
Kanade looks at Shroud in suspicion and figures that something about this is off. Regardless, Kanade walks to the Thunder Driver and attempts to grab it to pull it out of the ground but the moment her finger touches it, the spear zaps her with electricity forcing her to retract her hand.
"Ah yes, I forgot to mention that." Shroud said, gaining Kanade's attention. "That Driver sort of has a mind of its own and can be quite picky about its user. So, there's a good chance you might die if you attempt to pull it out."
"Should've figured there was a catch to this." Kanade mutters as she massages her wrist and flicks her hand.
Despite Shroud's warnings, Kanade refuses to give up and once again grabs hold of the Thunder Driver to pull it out, but the Driver begins to shock her with electricity as it appears between her hand and the spear's grip.
Despite the Driver shocking her, Kanade refuses to let go and tries to pull the spear out of the ground, but it refuses to even budge. Then during her attempt to pull the Thunder Driver out, the electricity it was giving off to shock Kanade begins to appear around her body.
As the electricity begins to shock her entire body, Kanade screams before she falls on one knee. Seeing that, Shroud was left disappointed as she shook her head.
"It would appear that I was wrong about you. Such a shame." Shroud said before she turned around. "You can leave the Thunder Driver there. Like you, I have no need for a useless tool."
Shroud was about to leave, but…
"Not yet!" Kanade shouted.
Shroud stops before she turns back to her as Kanade begins to slowly stand back up.
"Who said…I was done yet?!" Kanade shouted as she grabbed onto the Thunder Driver with her other hand.
Despite the Driver continuing to shock her, Kanade fought through the pain as she roared and used all of her might to pull the spear out of the ground. Then inch by inch, Kanade slowly removes the Thunder Driver from the ground, and with one loud roar, she manages to pull it out of the ground and lifts it up.
Kanade took a moment to catch her breath as she was breathing heavily. That's when she noticed the electricity that shocked her was now gone before she looked at the Thunder Driver which was now standing above her head as she held it.
Kanade then brought the Thunder Driver down to her waist as she rested the blade on her left hand as she looked at it. Not only is the Driver not shocking her with electricity anymore, but it was also now as light as a feather to her. Despite that however, Kanade could still feel how powerful it is.
"Amazing…" Kanade mutters.
"I suppose we can call that a mild success." Shroud said, gaining Kanade's attention. "But you did well I suppose."
"Thanks…I think." Kanade said before she lowered her newly acquired Thunder Driver. "So, will this be the last time I'll see you? Or will you magically appear before me again?"
"Hard to say." Shroud shrugged before she brought something out from her packet. "But in any case, here."
Shroud throws another gift to Kanade as she catches it in her hand.
Kanade looked and saw it was a Gaia Memory that was just like Mitsuki, Philip, and Ryu's Memories.
The Memory was colored yellow with a 'T' shape like thunderbolts along with the word 'Thunder' beside it.
"From now on, you'll be known as Kamen Rider Thunder. Rider who calls upon the forces of thunder and lightning." Shroud told her and Kanade looked back to her only to see that she was now gone.
Kanade looked around for Shroud but couldn't see any trace of her. She then looks at her newly acquired Thunder Memory.
Ryu and Tsubasa were seated on a bench that was a few feet away from a stage where they were setting things up for the Shirogane family's last performance.
The reason Hibiki wasn't there with them, is because Tsubasa managed to convince her that her place should be with Mitsuki's side when he wakes up. So Hibiki returns to the Agency to watch over her childhood friend.
Besides waiting for Lily and Frank's performance to start, they were also waiting for two other people, and they then saw Philip and Chris had arrived.
Ryu stood up as Philip walked in front of him.
"Philip. I'm counting on you. I…" Ryu said, but before he could finish, Philip punched him in the face which sent him to the ground.
Both Tsubasa and Chris were shocked by this.
"Philip, what are you doing?" Tsubasa asked as she stood up.
Philip then placed a thumb and a finger on his chin.
"Mitsuki taught this to me. In this ritual, we make up after the punch." Philip said before he offered his hand to Ryu.
Ryu smiles before he grabs onto Philip's hand and stands up.
"Hidari knows some stylish things." Ryu admitted.
"I heard from Hibiki-chan. I will tell you how to extract the Memory." Philip said and told them the full details of his plan.
After a while, the Shirogane family's show begins with Frank greeting the audience with his two assistants standing beside him as they wave at them.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to Frank Shirogane's magical stage!"
Then entering the stage by flipping was Frank's granddaughter, Lily. When Lily lands on her feet, one of the assistants gave her a magician's hat and she puts it on and smiles at the audience.
While they couldn't see it, Lily's Living Connector is seen under her right bicep.
Philip, Ryu, Tsubasa, and Chris continue to watch with the audience while also keeping watch for Isaka.
"Really clinch it this time, Lily." Ryu said.
That's when Isaka appeared as he walked beside the heroes.
"My, my. What a coincidence." Isaka said before he stopped and looked at them, which made Riders and Symphogear users turn to him as they stood up.
"Isaka!" Ryu said.
"What an opportunity this is. I can finish you off here." Isaka said as he took off his hat and soon brought out his Weather Memory.
[WEATHER]
Isaka then inserted the Gaia Memory into his ear and transformed into his Dopant form. The Weather Dopant then pointed his finger at Ryu.
"The lone survivor of your poor family." He mocked Ryu, but despite that Ryu remained calm and won't let the Weather Dopant get the better of him this time.
"I don't have time to deal with you." Ryu told him, and the Weather Dopant was surprised by this.
"Nani?!"
(Cue: Kamen Rider W OST Track 27)
Philip, Tsubasa, and even Chris smile to hear that.
"I am going to save Lily." Ryu said.
Lily was now seated in a clear glass box.
"Please watch my beloved granddaughter Lily's disappearing act!" Frank told the audience, and they applauded as Lily lay down in the box.
The assistants closed the box and tied the iron chains around it, they then secured them in locks and placed a large cloth above it to hide Lily.
"That woman will soon die…Why do such a useless thing?" The Weather Dopant asked.
"She is a magician-in-training. And I am…a Kamen Rider-in-training!" Ryu proudly declared.
The Weather Dopant laughs to hear that.
"That's why you use a Driver like a greenhorn!" The Weather Dopant shouted as he fired a fireball at them.
Acting quickly, Ryu uses his Phone to call upon the Gunner A as it jumps down and blocks the fireball. Ryu then pressed a button to make the Gunner A to charge at the Weather Dopant to attack, but the Weather Dopant stops the Gunner in its tracks by using both of his hands.
The Weather Dopant then uses his powers to freeze the Gunner A as ice appears around its body.

"Hurry!" Ryu told them as they moved to begin their plan to save Lily.
(Meanwhile)
In the agency's hangar, Hibiki was seated beside the unconscious Mitsuki as she watched over him.
While she looks at him, Hibiki then remembers her conversation with Philip on why Mitsuki was avoiding her and why he said those things when they learn that Miku is still alive.
(Flashback)
"Eh? Really?" Hibiki said in shock and Philip nodded.
"Yeah. The only reason why Mitsuki kept his distance was to keep you safe, because he thought he'll only bring you into more danger. That's also why he said those things to you when we learned that Miku-chan is still alive. Even if it meant if you end up hating him forever." Philip said.
Stunned by this, Hibiki lowered her head as she remembered the times that Mitsuki tried to keep his distance from her and why he said those things on that day.
All this time, he was just trying to keep her safe and to keep her out of danger, even if it meant that she'll end up hating him for it.
(End of flashback)
Hibiki then lowered her head in shame and sadness. Then tears begin to form on her eyes.
"Mitsuki…you were just trying your best for me. But I…I only end up hurting you. I'm sorry." Hibiki said while sobbing.
That's when she felt someone placing a hand on top of her head which made Hibiki stop crying as she blinked.
"No…I'm sorry. I never should've pushed you away like that…"
Hibiki's eyes widened before she saw that Mitsuki had woken up while smiling at her with his hand on top of her head. Hibiki then cries out of tears of joy and smiles that Mitsuki has woken up.
"Mitsuki…" Hibiki said.
Frank then pulled the cloth off of the box which showed a missing Lily as the lock and chains were undone as the assistant opened the box. The audience were amazed by this as they applauded.
Using the Invisible Memory's powers, Lily appeared before the audience while sitting on a box with the spotlight showing her location.
The audience continue to applaud the Shiroganes' performance as Lily walks to her grandfather's side as she smiles and waves at them.
Lily and Frank turn to each other, but then, Lily's Gaia Memory begins to act up causing her great pain. She quickly turns away from her grandfather and rushes to the backstage.
Lily soon arrived outside of the stage using the back entrance. Her Gaia Memory acts up once again as she was forced to stop.
Frank soon arrived and saw the state his granddaughter was in.
"Lily!" Frank said in worry.
Lily then turns to her grandfather and slowly turns invisible as she could no longer control the Memory's powers anymore. Philip, Ryu, Tsubasa and Chris soon arrived and saw what was happening to her.
Lilly turns to the young heroes and mostly smiles at Ryu feeling gratitude towards him.
"Thank you for letting me see this through to the end. Goodbye. You were kind of scary…but cool, policeman-san." Lily said before she fully became invisible.
Refusing to let the Weather Dopant have his way with Lily, Ryu soon brings out his Accel Memory.
"I will save you." Ryu swore before he pressed the Memory's button.
[ACCEL]
"Hen…shin!" Ryu inserts the Accel Memory into his Driver and twisted the handlebar.
[ACCEL]
Ryu transforms into Accel.
"Philip." Accel said.
"Yeah." Philip soon brings out the Denden Sensor.
[DENDEN]
Philip pressed the button on the Sensor and used it to scan the invisible Lily using a green light to make her briefly visible and locate the Invisible Memory in her body.
Accel brings out his Engine Blade and loads the Engine Memory into it.
[ENGINE]
Accel closed his Blade and pulled its trigger.
[ELECTRIC]
Accel approaches the invisible Lily and soon assumes his stance with his Engine Blade, concerned about this, Frank walks down on the stairs.
"What are you doing?!" Frank said in worry.
"Please die." Accel said as he strikes Lily with an electric enhanced slash with his Engine Blade.
Lily screams as the Invisible Memory ejected out of her body making her visible once again. The Invisible Memory falls close to Accel's feet while Lily falls to the ground.
Frank gasps in shock as he could only fear the worse.
Accel spun his sword to its backside and approached the unconscious Lily, he then brought the Engine Blade above her chest which shocked her with its electricity and jump started her heart as she gasped and miraculously woke up.
Frank cheered in relief as he rushed to his granddaughter and helped her sit up with the others approaching her as well.
"Lily!" Frank said in joy.
Accel then steps away and picks up the Invisible Memory.
"I'm…alive?" Lily said in both shock and confusion.
That's when they heard a loud noise and saw the Weather Dopant had arrived.
"What have you done?!" The Weather Dopant said and to his shock, he saw Accel holding the Invisible Memory in his hand and saw that Lily was still alive despite that. "How did you extract the Memory without her dying?!"
Lily looks up at Philip who smiles at the Weather Dopant.
"She did die." Philip stated which confuses the Weather Dopant before he explains. "I had to think backwards. If there is no way to remove the Memory without killing her…then her death had to be a prerequisite. First, stop her heart. Then the Memory acknowledges that she's dead and comes out of her body."
"Masaka!"
"Finally, we use an electric shock to restart the heart." Philip said before Accel showed the Invisible Memory in his hand.
"Quite a magic show, isn't it, Isaka?!" Accel said before he crushes the Memory shattering into pieces as it falls to the ground.
The Weather Dopant looks at the shattered Memory.
"A Memory that had the power to kill its user…I was so looking forward to experimenting with it on myself…" The Weather Dopant said before he angrily glared at the Riders who just ruined his plans. "I won't forgive this!"
Accel charges at the Weather Dopant with Tsubasa and Chris following him as they change into their armor.
Accel is seen rolling on the stage as the Weather Dopant approaches him. After seeing those two, the audience screams as they quickly stand up and run away.
Accel quickly stands up and attacks the Weather Dopant with his sword, but he grabs onto the Red Rider and throws him to the ground as he smashes onto a nearby box.
Tsubasa charges at him and slashes at him several times, but the Weather Dopant dodges his attacks and catches her sword, he then uses his powers to heat it up just like before.
"Not this time!" Tsubasa said before she lets go of her sword and flips onto her hand.
She then spun around and attacked the Weather Dopant with ankle blades.
Reverse Rakshasa
The Weather Dopant avoids her attack by jumping into the air, that's he saw incoming bullets fired by Chris using her guns heading towards him.
The Weather Dopant uses a tornado to redirect the bullets, when he dismissed the tornado, the Weather Dopant saw Chris was now armed with a sniper rifle as she aimed it at him while smirking.
RED HOT BLAZE
The Weather Dopant is shocked by this before she fires a fast energy shot at him, but the Weather Dopant narrowly dodges it as it manages to graze his shoulder. Chris clicks her tongue that he manage to dodge it.
"Damn it! I hate missing!" Chris growled.
When the Weather Dopant landed on the stage, he soon saw Tsubasa charging at him armed with her double-bladed longsword as she spun it around with flames around it.
Wind Ring's Fiery Blades
Just as Tsubasa wings her weapon at him, the Weather Dopant unleashes an icy mist in front of her, which forces Tsubasa to stop as she blocks it with her double-bladed longsword as the Weather Dopant's mist extinguishes the flames around it.
"Bakana!" Tsubasa said in shock before the Weather Dopant grabbed her on the neck.
"Hey! Let her go!" Chris said as she brought out her crossbows and aimed them at the Dopant.
The Weather Dopant huffed as she threw Tsubasa at Chris, Chris was surprised at first before she caught Tsubasa.
"You okay?" Chris asked.
"I'm fine. Right now…" Tsubasa said as they turned back to the Weather Dopant.
But in that moment, the Weather Dopant created an icy mist around them, Tsubasa and Chris try to shield themselves with their weapons, but the mist begins to freeze their weapons and armor as both ice and frost appear around them.
Then when it died down, while their armor kept them alive, both Tsubasa and Chris' armor were now so frozen in place as their armor were now stiff and they could barely move because of it.
"I can't…move!" Tsubasa said as she could barely lift a finger.
"Now this is just great." Chris said while her jaw was clicking due to the cold she was feeling.
The Weather Dopant chuckles before he turns back to Accel who stood back up. Accel thrust his sword at the Weather Dopant, but he dodges it and lands a punch on Accel's helmet which sends him rolling on the ground before he lands on his knee and foot.
Accel stands up and charges at the Weather Dopant to attack him once again, but the Dopant stops it by blocking his arm against Accel's and punches him on the chest, sending him to the ground once again.
The Weather Dopant grabs onto his personal weapon from behind his waist and pulls it out. The weapon was whip-like and was in his colors, this is the Weather Mine.
Accel slowly stood up before the Weather Dopant said.
"Freezing is too good for you! Turn to dust!" The Weather Dopant then attacks Accel with his weapon using a whip made out of electricity.
The Weather Dopant landed some good hits on Accel, dealing major damage to him. Just as the Weather Dopant swung his whip once again, it was deflected by someone's lance which forced the Dopant to pull back his whip.
Then to everyone's surprise, it was deflected by Kanade armed with her Thunder Driver.
"Kanade?/Old hag?" Tsubasa and Chris said in shock that she's here.
"Amou?" Accel said he was surprised to see her here as well.
"And who are you supposed to be?" The Weather Dopant asked, and Kanade smirks.
"Me? Well...I guess I'm another Kamen Rider-in-training." Kanade said before she showed her Thunder Memory.
[THUNDER]
Everyone was shocked to see that, before the Weather Dopant got a good look at the Thunder Driver.
"That spear…How did you-?" The Weather Dopant said.
But before he could finish, Kanade inserted the Thunder Memory into her Driver.
[THUNDER]
She then raises her Thunder Driver above her head and then that's when everyone sees that dark clouds begin to gather together in the sky as bolts of thunder begin to appear between them.
Then appearing on her right and left sides were armor pieces made of out electricity with a helmet appearing above her head. That's when the bolts of thunder begin to channel themselves in one point and above Kanade.
"Henshin!" Kanade shouted before she thrust spear on the ground and the armor pieces around her attached themselves onto her body and a thunderbolt struck down above her creating a large explosion with a smoke cloud.
Both Accel and the Weather Dopant were forced to step back, and then when the smoke cleared everyone then saw Kanade in her own Kamen Rider form.
Kanade was now wearing a white bodysuit underneath matching armor which resembles a knight's armor with golden thunderbolts. Her chestplate had two thunderbolt marks with a 'T' symbol on the center. The edges on her shoulders and arms were shaped like bolts of thunder. The armor on her legs had golden thunderbolts while the edges of her boots were shaped like bolts. She also had armor pieces around her waist with white cloth around it as well. The palm of her gloves was colored gold with the top being white. Her helmet had a visor that was lifted up which showed the gold-colored lenses that had thunderbolt shape edges with a silver mouthpiece. Lastly, she wore a white and gold colored cape shaped as four thunderbolts.
This is Kamen Rider Thunder, the Rider who calls the forces of thunder and lightning.
"Kanade…" Tsubasa mutters.
"She became a Kamen Rider?" Accel said in shock.
"No way…" Chris said as she couldn't believe even if she was seeing it.
"Impossible!" The Weather Dopant said in disbelief.
The now transformed Thunder lifted her spear and pointed it at the Weather Dopant.
"Now…Who's ready to call the thunder?" Thunder declared.
(Cue: Gajouzakura to Yain no Gekkou by Nana Takahashi)
The Weather Dopant huffed at Thunder.
"Please. Like a new Rider can change anything!" The Weather Dopant said before he fires bolts of lightning at Thunder.
"Kanade! Watch out!" Tsubasa said.
Thunder quickly assumed her stance and pulled the trigger on her spear which made the first green light part lit up.
[FIRST CHARGE]
Then as the Weather Dopant fired bolts of lightning at Thunder, she dodges them by moving as fast as lightning while leaving a trail of electricity behind her.
"Nani?!" The Weather Dopant said in shock.
Thunder then thrusts her spear at him, and the Weather Dopant dodges it, but Thunder was able to land a hit on his shoulder dealing him some damage.
The Weather Dopant placed a hand on his shoulder as sparks appeared around it, while Thunder managed to stop while skidding but stumbled slightly forward but quickly regained her balance.
"Whoa! That was fast…" Thunder said before she looks at her Driver/Weapon. "Seems like I need more practice with this thing."
Thunder turns to the Weather Dopant who angrily glares at her.
"How dare you!" The Weather Dopant exclaimed before he brought forth a massive fireball at her.
Thunder quickly pulled the trigger on her Driver twice making the second light lit up.
[SECOND CHARGE]
Thunder spun her lance around as electricity appeared around it and stabbed it on the ground which created a wall of thunder in front of her and absorbed the fireball and turned into electricity.
While the Weather Dopant was shocked by this, Thunder thrust her spear into the wall of thunder as it absorbed along with the extra power it had just absorbed as yellow energy with sparks appeared around the blade.
Thunder roared as she spun around a few times and sent a massive thunder energy slash at the Weather Dopant.
The Weather Dopant blocks it with both of his arms and stands his ground against, but Thunder's attack begins to push the Dopant back as his feet begin to skid backwards, inch by inch, before the thunder wave broke through and exploded in front of the Weather Dopant sending him rolling on the ground.
(End of song)
Despite that, the Weather Dopant still had the strength to stand up as Thunder looked at him.
"Had enough yet?" Thunder asked.
"Hardly! It will take more than this to stop me!" The Weather Dopant said, that is when the Fang Memory appeared and attacked him.
That's when Philip arrives wearing his Double Driver before Fang jumps onto its master's hand.
(Cue: WBX - W-Boiled Extreme by Aya Kamiki & TAKUYA)
Philip then changed Fang into its Memory Mode and pressed the button.
[FANG]
"Let's go…aibou." Philip said and both Accel and Thunder were surprised to hear that.
Mitsuki manages to sit up with Hibiki helping him.
"Yeah, Philip." Mitsuki said before he pulled out the Joker Memory.
[JOKER]
Then Philip and Mitsuki strike their pose.
"Henshin!"
The Joker Memory soon appeared in Philip's Driver before he pushed it down and inserted his Fang Memory and opened the Driver.
[FANG-JOKER]
Philip soon transforms into W Fang-Joker form.
"Hidari! You're awake?!" Accel asked.
"That's right, Terui." W-Mitsuki answered.
Thunder along with Tsubasa and Chris smiles to hear that.
"What a relief." Tsubasa said.
"About time you got off your sorry ass." Chris said.
W then did a thinking pose.
"You're okay, right, Mitsuki?" W-Philip asked.
"Don't worry about me! Finish this already so I can go back to bed." W-Mitsuki told his partner and W-Philip chuckled.
"Roger that." W-Philip said before he pushed down the Fang Memory's horn.
[ARM FANG]
The Arm Fang appears on W's wrist before he jumps to the Weather Dopant and lands a slash on him.
Accel follows by slashing at the Weather Dopant, but he blocks it and kicks Accel back.
Thunder then follows by attacking him with her spear, but he dodges her attacks and punches her on the chest.
The Weather Dopant then dodges incoming kicks from W and blocks an incoming slash with his Arm Fang.
The Weather Dopant then blocks another slash from Accel and kicks on him forcing Accel to stumble back.
The Weather Dopant then dodges an incoming thrust from Thunder and lands a kick on her face.
The Weather Dopant then blocks another slash from W and lands an uppercut on him which sends W spinning backwards and manages to land on his hands and feet.
Accel manages to land a slash on his chest, Accel continues to assault on the Weather Dopant by spinning rapidly, slashing on him several times before he stumbles back and stops on the edge of the stage.
Then all three Kamen Riders landed a coordinated attack on the Weather, with W throwing a kick, a slash from Accel, and a thrust from Thunder.
The Weather Dopant blocks their attacks, but their combined force is able to send the Dopant flying and off of the stage, the Weather Dopant lands on his feet.
The Weather Dopant glares at the Riders before he crosses his arms and summons a powerful tornado around him.
"Oh. Looks like something bad's coming again." W-Mitsuki said as he and the others looked at the raging tornado.
"Accel, Thunder, let's go with a Maximum. You can do it, right?" W-Philip asked.
Instead of answering, Accel pulled the clutch on his Driver.
[ACCEL: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
Accel's visor lit up before he twisted the right handlebar on his Driver. W chuckles to see that.
"That's how it's got to be." W-Mitsuki said before he pushed the Fang Memory's horn thrice.
[FANG: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
Then the Maximum Fang appeared on W's ankle.
"Yeah. But he wouldn't be Ryu that way." Thunder said.
Thunder follows by pressing the trigger on her Driver thrice making the third and final light lit up.
[THIRD CHARGE]
[THUNDER: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
Then a blade of yellow electricity appears around Thunder's Driver/Weapon making it twice as large.
The Weather Dopant roared as he was ready to send the tornado at the Riders.
"Listen, we've got to get the timing right. It's a Rider Triple Maximum." W-Mitsuki told them and Accel turned to him in shock.
"Me too?" Accel asked.
"You too." W-Philip nodded.
The Weather Dopant then throws the tornado at them, as it was heading towards them all three Kamen Riders assume their stance as energy appeared on W's Maximum Saber while flames appeared around Accel's body.
"Now, I shake free from my cursed past!" Accel declared.
Then both W and Accel jump and throw their signature kick attacks at the tornado while Thunder thrusts her spear forward which extends the length and size of the energy blade around it.
"Rider Triple Maximum!" They shouted at the same time.
The Riders' combined attack was able to split the tornado into three and send it back at the Weather Dopant.
"Nani?!" The Weather Dopant said in shock.
The split tornado clashes against the Weather Dopant and each other creating an explosion as the Weather Dopant screams.
Both W and Accel landed back on the stage with Thunder standing between them.

Thunder breathed out before she placed her spear on the ground and took a moment to rest as she leaned on it and on her knee.
"Man…I think I'm more out of shape than I realized. But at least we pulled it off." Thunder said.
"Agreed. But you did well on your first day, Kanade." W-Philip said, and W-Mitstuki nodded.
"Yeah, I quite agre…Wait..Kanade?! That's really you in there?!" W-Mitsuki said in shock.
"Yeah. Who else would it be?" Thunder shrugged.
"But when did this happen?" W-Mitsuki asked.
"I'm curious about that myself." Accel said.
"Well…That's a bit of a long story." Thunder said as she rubbed the back of her head.
"Hey!" Chris calls out which made the Riders turn to her and Tsubasa as their armor was still stiff and frozen. "I hate to ruin the conversation…But do you think you can help us out before we freeze to death?!"
"I-I have to agree with Yukine about that…A-A-Achoo!" Tsubasa sneezes before she begins to shiver because of the cold.
"Oh, right, sorry." Thunder said before she approached them.
"Don't ask me questions." Accel said before he moved to them to help as well.
"Man…This case sure was filled with surprises." W-Mitsuki said.
"I quite agree." W-Philip said.
After freeing Tsubasa and Chris from the ice, the Riders and Symphogear users search for any signs of Isaka along with the Weather Memory but find no sign of them.
"No sign of Isaka or the Weather Memory." Ryu told them.
"Then…He must've gotten away." Tsubasa said before she breathed in her hands to warm them help as they still felt a bit cold.
"But Lily Shirogane was saved. Thanks to you, Terui Ryu." Philip said. "You didn't hesitate despite that dangerous method of extracting the Memory. Furthermore, you did precisely. You are an amazing man."
They head to the back of the stage to check on Lily and Frank. But unknown to them, the mysterious Shroud was watching them from afar.
"You've gotten stronger. That's good, Ryu. I'm glad you're putting my gifts to use, Kanade." Shroud said before she looked at Philip. "Raito."
(With Mitsuki)
"What happened while I was asleep?! It's odd that we're getting along…But, at least Lily-san is safe." Mitsuki said.
"Mitsuki." Hibiki calls out which makes him look at her.
There was silence between them, Hibiki was about to speak first.
"Mitsuki, listen I-" But Mitsuki stops her by raising his hand.
"No, Hibiki, you should listen." Mitsuki then sighed and rubbed the back of his head. "First and foremost, I'm sorry that I was avoiding you. That was stupid and selfish of me."
"Mitsuki, you don't have to apologize for that." Hibiki waved her hands. "Philip-kun, tell me your reasons for that. I shouldn't have slapped you like that, since you were worried about me."
"Well…Truth be told, I think I deserve that." Mitsuki said and they both chuckled. Mitsuki then stops before he lowered his head. "But…I don't think keeping you safe was the only reason. I think I only did it to protect myself."
"What?" Hibiki blinks to hear that.
"I guess deep down…I was afraid of losing, just like how I lost the boss." Mitsuki said before he remembers how his mentor, Narumi Sokichi, had died because of his mistake. "I couldn't bear that. Losing you because of me, I couldn't live with myself if that happened."
"Mitsuki…" Hibiki said.
"That's why I kept my distance, and how to trust Miku to keep you safe in my place. But I only push my burden onto her, instead of carrying it myself. And because of that, she's now in the hands of the enemy." Mitsuki huffed in disappointment towards himself. "Some hardboiled guy I turn out to be. All I really am is nothing but a sore loser."
Hibiki then rushed in and hugged Mitsuki, and he was surprised by this.
"Hibiki, what are you…?" Mitsuki said.
"Don't say those things! If anything I'm the loser…" Hibiki said, and Mitsuki blinked to hear that. "I was the one who was being selfish. I never considered what you and Miku were going through because of me. I was the one who let go of Miku's hand that day, so it was my fault that Ver has her now. And that's my sin to bear…"
"Hibiki…" Mitsuki said.
"So please…Don't blame yourself because of me. And don't ever say something like that again. Because of me, you're one of the best and greatest friends that I have along with Miku." Hibiki hugs him closer.
Mitsuki smiles to hear that as he feels his spirit being lifted.
"Thanks, Hibiki…I think I needed that. But…As much as I appreciate the hug…I think you reopen a wound or two." Mitsuki groans.
Hibiki's eyes widened before let's go of Mitsuki and jumped back as he placed a hand on his shoulder.
"S-Sorry! I didn't mean to!" Hibiki said, and Mitsuki chuckles.
"Don't worry about it. But listen…" Mitsuki said before he grabbed onto her shoulders. "I'm still going to keep my promise in saving Miku, but knowing how stubborn you are, I just know you'll do the same despite my warnings. So I'll make this promise to you, whenever you're in a pinch and when you end up in a life or death situation, I'll do whatever I can to help you, no matter what."
"Mitsuki…" Hibiki said with tears forming on her eyes before she wipes them away. "And I promise I'll do the same for you too."
Hibiki then grabs hold of Mitsuki's shoulders and gently lays him down on the couch.
"But first, you need to rest. You can't help anyone in the condition you're in." Hibiki told him.
"Says the girl who's a walking time bomb…But you're right…my own health is just as important…" Mitsuki said before he dozed off and fell asleep.
Hibiki chuckles before she places the blanket on top of him.
"Rest well, Mitsuki." Hibiki said before she kissed him on the cheek which made him smile.
In the Sonozaki mansion, Saeko was in Isaka's guest room as she waited for him. She checks the time on her watch and notices he was late.
"Isaka-sensei…sure is late." Saeko said in concern.
Saeko then felt a breeze from the window and turned to it, that's when she saw Isaka entering the room through the window as he stumbled on the bed.
"Sensei!" Saeko said in worry before she rushed to his side and sat down on the bed with him.
Isaka loosened his tie and rolled his neck.
"That was close. A bit more and my Memory would have broken. You can't underestimate those Kamen Riders. Especially since there's three of them now." Isaka said.
"Three? There's a third Rider, but how?" Saeko asked.
"I don't know. But I do have my suspicions." Isaka said as he remembers meeting a woman wearing black clothing, who showed him the Weather Dopant as she held it in her hand.
Saeko then hugs the doctor.
"Thank goodness you're okay. Don't take risks like that by yourself anymore." Saeko told him.
Despite her concerns towards him, Isaka only had one thought in his mind.
'And…I'm hungry…'
Unknown to them is that the family's pet cat, Mick, was watching them by the door as he quietly growled.
(Days later)
Thanks to some treatment and medicine from Section Two, Mitsuki greatly recovered from his injuries, and it will only take a few more days for him to fully heal.
Mitsuki was seated on the bed as he was typing his latest case file on his typewriter using only one hand while his other hand was still bandaged up and was still able to type well despite his handicap.
"The case ended. Lily Shirogane was saved. We still haven't found that dangerous man, nor are we any closer in saving Miku, but…I feel Terui has taken a step forward."
He only heard about the full details, but Makura was ready to arrest Lily and was about to put the cuffs on her. But Ryu stops him and manages to pull a few strings for her by saying she was only a victim of Isaka.
"That along with Kanade becoming a Rider herself is our biggest gain from this." Mitsuki smiles before Hibiki takes the typewriter from him.
"Hey! No typing in bed." Hibiki told him before she sat down and finished the report herself.
"Hey! Give it back! What are you doing?!" Mitsuki said
"Relax. It will be fine." Hibiki said.
"That's what you said last time, until you broke my last writer." Mitsuki said.
"That's not true! It only…suddenly stops working on me." Hibiki said.
"Sure it did." Mitsuki rolled his eyes before they began fighting over the typewriter. "Now give it back before you break it."
"I won't break this time! I promise!" Hibiki said.
"Uh-huh! So you admit that you did break my last one!" Mitsuki said.
"Don't twist my words like that!" Hibiki said.
As the two childhood friends were fighting over the typewriter, Tsubasa and Kanade were watching them.
"I guess they're back to old selves." Kanade said.
"Seems like it." Tsubasa said.
Philip walks towards Ryu who gives him a cup of freshly made coffee. On the coffee table, the Memory Gadgets along with Fang were on the table together with Chris looking at them.
"Man…It's like we have our own private petting zoo now." Chris said.
They soon heard the door opening, and saw it was Lily as she entered the building.
"Hello." Lily greeted them before she set her eyes on a certain someone. "There you are."
Lily smiles and salutes to that someone.
"I came to thank you." Lily told them.
"Oh, Lily-san." Mitsuki said as he stood up and walked to her former client while rubbing on his sore arm. "I'm fine. I am a famous detective of steel. Hardboiled Hidari Mitsuki."
Mitsuki was about to give her a hug, but Lily avoids him and moves to Ryu to hug him.
"Ryu-san!"
"Lily!" Mitsuki said before he realizes he was hugging himself and turns to Lily and Ryu in shock. "You're over there?!"
Lily then lovingly smiles at Ryu.
"I owe you my life." Lily said before she kissed him on the cheek and Ryu's eyes widened.
The girls were surprised by this and the Memory Gadgets cried out to see that.
Lily then hugs Ryu by the arm.
"Lovely Policeman-san! You've arrested my heart!" Lily said.
Ryu was a bit uncomfortable by Lily's affection towards him.
"Superficial. Much too superficial!" Ryu said.
In his despair, Mitsuki falls on his hands and knees with Hibiki rubbing him on the back to lift his spirit, though she deeply wishes he would pay more attention towards her and Tsubasa and Kanade felt the same as they look at him.
Philip and Chris look at Ryu and Lily, with Philip looking at them deeply fascinated by this while Chris gives Ryu a teasing smile.
"Well look at you. Who knew you were that popular with the ladies?" Chris said.
"How very compelling. What behavior was that just now?" Philip asked before he and Chris turned to each other.
"Don't…Don't ask me questions!" Ryu exclaimed and his voice reached outside of the agency as his words traveled across the wind.
