Case 24: The Steed of Thunder, Brightstar
In the dream world, W continues his battle against the Nightmare Dopant, but the latter still has the upper hand as he attacks the Rider and sends him to the ground.
The Nightmare Dopant chuckles as he brings his dream catcher to finish W, but that's when an Edo version of Chris has appeared as she searches for W.
"Osuki! Osuki!" Edo Chris calls out before she turns to W and rushes to him. "Osuki!"
"Huh?" W said as he turned to her before she grabbed him by the arm.
"Philipachi is in trouble!" Edo Chris told him.
"What's wrong with Philip?!" W asked.
"Does it matter?! You have to help danna-sama!" Edo Chris told him.
"Danna-sama?" W said in confusion. "Anyway, I get it already! This is a dream! Wake up, me! Wake up!"
W slapped himself on cheeks a few times before he shook his head to make himself wake up.
"It's no use. I control this dream. You can't wake up by your own will." The Nightmare Dopant told him, despite that W continues to try to wake himself up. "Be good and disappear!"
The Nightmare Dopant attacks by throwing his dream catcher and W and Edo Chris avoids it before it lands on the ground and returns to its user's hand.
W stands back up as the Nightmare Dopant approaches him while Edo Chris moves to the Rider as she continues to warn him that Philip is in danger.
"Osuki!"
"I know already! Go over there, Oyuki!" W said as he tried to push Edo Chris away but she kept on approaching him to keep on warning him.
But suddenly, the Nightmare Dopant stops walking as he speaks to himself.
"Cleaning? Do it later. Hey! Don't open the door without permission!" The Nightmare Dopant exclaimed before W and Edo Chris turned to him as they were confused on why he's talking to himself.
"Hey…What are you saying?" W questions him.
"Ah mou! Damn people coming in. Your dream is dangerous! I'm never entering it again." The Nightmare Dopant said before he disappeared.
As a result, the dream world begins to break down and disappears around W as everything and everyone turned into cubes while leaving only darkness, then a light appeared within the darkness.
Mitsuki then woke up in the real world before he quickly sat up and removed the headgear he was using.
"I'm awake." Mitsuki said before he heard the sounds of a battle.
Mitsuki looked and saw his friends Thunder and Tsubasa still fighting against the black robot horse and was surprised what was happening while he was sleeping.
"The heck? What did I miss?" Mitsuki said before he heard Chris' voice.
"Philip! Wake up! Please, say something!"
Mitsuki turns to the chairs and sees Chris shaking Philip's begging him to wake up while the Weather Dopant approaches them.
"Isaka?" Mitsuki said in shock before the Weather Dopant notices that he's awake.
"So you're awake? Good timing. I'm just about to finish off your other half." The Weather Dopant said before he set his sights on the unconscious Philip.
Chris then begins to shed tears as they fall onto Philip's face.
"Philip…Come on…you can't do this to me. I-I still haven't told you…" Chris sobs before she remembers the memories she made with Philip.
When they first met, the times when he reach out and help her, the times when she would always get jealous how Philip would always gossip about Wakana, the time when she held Philip's body when they lure the Liar Dopant into a trap, and most importantly how he gave her the encouragement to sing during the Lydian festival.
"I love you…" Chris mutters before she shouted. "I love you dammit! So please…I'm begging you…Don't die Philip!"
Everyone heard it and Thunder couldn't help but laugh.
"Hahaha! She finally said it."
Tsubasa then blocks an incoming attack from the robot horse.
"Kanade! Now's not the time!" Tsubasa told her.
"Oh how touching. It almost makes me feel sad to do this. But that would be a lie." The Weather Dopant said before he raised his finger ready to strike down his thunder on top of Chris and Philip.
Chris quickly moves to use her body as a shield to protect Philip and Mitsuki quickly stood up and rushed to them.
"Hey! Stop it!" Mitsuki shouted.
The robot horse then sets its sights towards Mitsuki and dashes to him to attack.
"Hold it right there!" Thunder said as she jumped at the horse and landed on top of it.
The horse neighs as it jumps on its feet to throw Thunder off its body, Thunder tries to hang on to the horse but in then process a flash of appeared in her hands and between the horse's head before it suddenly disappeared.
"What the…?" Thunder said as she wondered what that light was about before the robot horse threw her to the ground.
"Kanade!" Tsubasa said before she knelt down to her friend. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah, I think so." Thunder said.
The robot horse then roars as it stands on its rear legs before it leaves by running and jumping on the ground.
"Just what was that about?" Thunder said before she looks at her hand but remembers that Philip and Chris were in trouble. "Philip and the brat!"
As Mitsuki continues to rush to Philip to save him, a robotic bird flies over him and heads to Philip.
With a flick of his wrist, the Weather Dopant shot down red lightning at Philip and Chris but the robotic bird made it in time and took the hit to protect Philip.
Everyone then looks at the robotic bird in shock and has a good look at its appearance.
The bird's body was colored mostly black with clear silver wings along with having gold feet and a matching tail that was shaped in the shape of two 'L's back-to-back and has a green head.
As everyone wonders what the robot bird was, it brought out a green light beneath its body as it shines above Philip's body.
Then Philip's body turned into green data as the bird absorbed that very data which was Philip into its own body.
"The hell?" Chris said as she looked at the bird and Mitsuki stopped as he saw what it was doing.
"What…is that bird?" Mitsuki said.
After storing Philip into its body, the robotic bird was about to fly off with him.
"Hey, stop! He's my prey!" The Weather Dopant said before he shot down bolts of lightning at the bird but it was able to avoid and withstood most of his attacks.
The Weather Dopant then creates and sends a tornado at the robotic bird and it hits in front of it, but the bird was able to push the tornado back at the Dopant which sends him flying away.
After that, the robotic bird then flies away taking Philip with him.
"Wait! Come back!" Chris calls out but the bird ignores her. "No…Philip…"
Chris then changes back into her regular clothes and Mitsuki, Kanade and Tsubasa run to her.
"Hey, Chris!" Mitsuki called out and Chris stood up.
Mitsuki then looks around and wonders if this was a dream or not.
"This…isn't a dream, is it?" Mitsuki asked.
Kanade then brings out her green slipper and whacks him on the head.
"Well? Still feel like you're dreaming?" Kanade asked as Mitsuki rubs on his head.
"Nope. Thanks for that." Mitsuki said, for once he was grateful for Kanade's slipper.
Chris soon moves in front of Mitsuki and grabs onto his shirt.
"Mitsuki! What was that bird?! Where did it take Philip?!" Chris questions the detective who raised his hands.
"Whoa, Chris, calm down! I don't know. I'm just as confused as you are." Mitsuki told her.
Chris grits her teeth before she lets go of his shirt and turns to the railings to slam her hands on it.
"Poor Yukine. Mitsuki, do you think Philip is alright?" Tsubasa asked.
"I have no idea." Mitsuki said before he looked down at his Driver which was now missing the Cyclone Memory. "Wait…let me try something."
Mitsuki placed his hand on the Driver and closed his eyes to mentally call out to his partner.
"Philip…can you hear my voice?"
He could sense the robotic bird moving with Philip's body but most importantly, he could sense Philip's mind as well. Mitsuki opens his eyes and turns to his friends.
"I can sense his mind." Mitsuki told them and Chris turned to him.
"Really?" Chris asked.
"Yeah. Philip's not dead. He's still alive." Mitsuki said and they smiled to hear that.
"Thank goodness…" Tsubasa sighed in relief with a hand on her chest.
Kanade chuckles before she smacks on Chris' back.
"You heard that brat? Philip's alive. Guess you cried for nothing." Kanade said with a teasing grin on her face.
Chris flinches before she wipes away the tears on her eyes.
"What are you talking about, you old hag? I wasn't crying…I just had something in my eyes." Chris said. "But still, I'm going to pay Isaka back for hurting Philip. And I'm going to turn that bird into fried chicken after we find it."
"Before we do that, we still need to solve this case." Mitsuki said and Tsusbasa nodded.
"Right. Himeka-san is still in danger." Tsubasa said.
"And I now know how we can solve this case." Mitsuki said before he put his hat on.
(Bloody Stream by Coda)
(Instrumental)
(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(The mysterious Shroud is seen walking in a dark alley before she turns to the screen showing her white bandage covered face with black sunglasses.)
(Hohoemu me de tsugi no te wo…)
(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)
(Yami wo azamuite setsuna wo kawashite! Yaiba surinuke yatusra no suki wo tsuke!)
(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)
(Tsuranuita omoi ga mirai wo hiraku!)
(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)
(Ukiagaru kienai hokori no kizuna nigirishimete!)
(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)
After the battle, Mitsuki had contacted Hibiki telling her that she could meet with them along with Himeka in Fuuto University. When Mitsuki, Kanade, Tsubasa and Chris had entered and walked in the university Mitsuki did his usual thing.
"A Dopant who can enter dreams. He terrorizes a princess' dreams to the point that she can't sleep. This case all started when she made her request. But…"
That's when they saw Hibiki and Himeka in the room before the client waves at Mitsuki.
"Detective-san!"
Himeka speed walks to Mitsuki to hug him and Hibiki, Kanade and Tsubasa could only look in some jealousy. Mitsuki then removes her hugs and looks at her.
"Himeka-chan…your fated prince…You've said that to everyone in your lab. Isn't that right?" Mitsuki questions her.
Hibiki, Kanade and Tsubasa blinked to hear that. Hibiki just laughs thinking that it was just a joke.
"Hahaha! Nice joke there, Mitsuki. But there's no way that's true." Hibiki said.
"Yeah. I'm with Hibiki on that one. That's a bit far-fetched even for her." Kanade said but Himeka just smiles and answers.
"I did."
"No way!" The others said at the same time.
"When guys are nice to me, I can't help but think that." Himeka said.
She then remembers giving each member of Akagi's lab a hug and often said this.
"Are you…you are…you are my prince?"
"Seriously? Talk about shallow." Chris said.
"Indeed." Tsubasa nodded.
"Those words have caused someone to turn into a monster." Mitsuki said before he walked forward. "A prince who put his romantic rivals into a coma."
Himeka then had a guilty look on her face.
Mitsuki and his friends had arrived in Akagi's lab to question their number one suspect, Akagi's assistant Fukushima Hajime. When they arrived, Fukushima turned to them while the female janitor was cleaning the lab.
"What do you want from me?" Fukushima asked.
"Well…" Mitsuki said.
Then Fukushima saw the janitor dusting on a statue on the table.
"Hey! Don't touch that!" He told her.
"Ah…I'm sorry!" The janitor said as she put the statue back down and left.
Mitsuki then remembers the words the Nightmare Dopant had said before he left his dream.
"Cleaning? Do it later. Hey! Don't open the door without permission!"
There's no doubt in Mitsuki's mind that the janitor being in the lab was no coincidence.
"So, what did you want?" Fukushima asked as he headed to the table. "I'm really sleepy right now. Can we do this later?"
Fukushima then took a seat on the table to read some research notes.
"Then I'll get straight to the point. You are the Dopant, right?" Mitsuki questions him but Fukushima remains silent.
"Well? Are you silent because you admit to it? Hmm?" Kanade questions him but Fukushima refuses to answer them.
"Hey! How about saying something?" Mitsuki said as he moved to Fukushima's side and grabbed onto his shoulder to pull him back.
But to their shock, they saw that Fukushima was now in a comatose state and had the H mark on his forehead.
"No way!" Kanade said.
"He has the H mark!" Hibiki said.
After calling the ambulance, they soon carried Fukushima out of the building and to the hospital leaving Mitsuki and his friends in deep thought on what the Nightmare Dopant's true identity is.
"It wasn't him." Kanade said.
"Meaning we're in another deadend." Tsubasa said.
"Damn it. Just what are we going to do now?" Chris asked.
"No choice…I'll just have to check through my dreams again and get the answer." Mitsuki said.
"Isn't that a no go? I mean didn't the Dopant say that he won't visit your dreams again?" Kanade asked.
"Yeah. Good point." Mitsuki said before he wondered what to do.
Hibiki then spoke out to gain their attention as she raised her hand.
"Ano…How about I do it then?" Hibiki asked, which surprised them, especially Mitsuki.
"What? No way. I'm not gonna let you take that risk, Hibiki. You'll just end up as another victim." Mitsuki told her.
"I know. But it will be alright." Hibiki said with a smile on her face. "Even if I fall into a coma, I have faith that you, Tsubasa-san, Kanade-san, and Chris-chan will pull for me. Plus it will be nice to be useful again."
"Hibiki…" Mitsuki mutters and sees the look in her eyes as they show she won't back down no matter what he says. Mitsuki sighed. "I swear…You'll just end up doing it no matter what I say."
Hibiki smiles before Kanade speaks to them.
"Even if the Dopant visits you in your dreams, how exactly will you convey the information to us?" Kanade asked.
Hibiki nervously chuckles and rubs the back of her head.
"Well…It's not something I'm exactly fond of…but sometimes I talk in my sleep." Hibiki told them.
(Meanwhile)
After he was forced to retreat, Isaka had returned to the Sonozaki Mansion. He was in the dining hall having dinner with the Sonozaki family where he told them what had happened in his battle against Thunder and the Symphogear warriors.
"A black pony and a bird-shaped Gaia Memory?!" Wakana said before she burst out laughing. "Oh man! That's super funny!"
Isaka was eating a large pile of pasta as he gathered some of it up with his fork.
"It looked like it came to save W's right side. It put me through a terrible experience." Isaka said before he ate his pasta.
Ryubee has a good idea what the bird-shape Memory is called as he said its name.
"The Xtreme Memory, eh?"
Saeko then turns to her father.
"Xtreme? Otou-sama…what is that?" Saeko asked as she had never heard about this Memory before.
"I see…So at last, she's made her move?" Ryubee said with a smile on his face.
Philip is seen sleeping on a chair before he hears someone calling out to him but in a different name.
"Raito…Raito…"
After hearing that voice, Philip woke up before he stood up.
"Who is calling me?" Philip asked before he looked at the area he was now in.
Philip was standing in a dark space with ever-changing green data around him moving in a stream motion in the ground he was standing on and moving up and down around, in fact even the chair he was on was data as it entered the data stream on the ground.
"What the…Where am I?" Philip said in confusion.
That's when an image of Shroud appeared within the data as she uses it to speak to Philip.
"You are inside the Xtreme Memory." She told him.
"I am in a Memory?" Philip said before he notices that his wounds were healed and the damages of his clothes were also gone. "My wounds are all healed!"
"You cannot die yet." Shroud said before most of the data inside the Xtreme Memory begins to gather around her to form a body as she approaches Philip. "For this planet…And for me…you are indispensable."
"Are you…Shroud?" Philip asked and Shroud answered him by nodding.
Mitsuki along with his friends had returned to the agency. Shortly after they had arrived, Hibiki was sleeping on the bed while wearing the headset.
"Do you really think this is gonna work?" Kanade asked and soon got her answer.
"I'm getting married." Hibiki talked in her sleep which surprised the others minus Mitsuki. "I'm going to be a bride."
"I didn't expect it to be so clear." Chris said and Tsubasa nodded.
"Yeah. Especially from Tachibana." Tsubasa said.
"This might work." Mitsuki said.
"But why marriage of all things…?" Kanade said.
Inside a chapel, Hibiki was dressed in a wedding dress with a veil over her head and holding a bouquet of flowers in her hand.
"I'm going to marry the man of my dreams. In fact, I'd known him ever since we were kids." Hibiki narrated herself.
That's when her friends had appeared, the men were wearing suits while the girls were wearing dresses.
"Wow! You look so pretty in that dress, Tachibana." Shiori said and Hibiki chuckled.
"Hehehe…You really think so?" Hibiki said and the others nodded.
"Yeah! Yeah! You look like you appear in an anime!" Yumi said.
"Man, I'm so jealous. I wish a handsome gentleman would propose to me." Kuriyo said.
"Don't worry, I'm sure your time will come." Miku assured her before she gave Hibiki a supporting smile. "But still, congratulations Hibiki."
"Thank you, Miku." Hibiki said before she turned to Philip. "Also, Philip-kun, how is your lookup coming along?"
"It's going okay. But lately nothing has gotten me excited." Philip said.
That's when the doors opened and Hibiki saw her groom walking in the chapel and towards her.
"There he is." Hibiki said.
The groom is Mitsuki who smiles and waves at her, Hibiki smiles back at him before Mitsuki gives her a stern look and shouts at her.
"Hey, Hibiki!" In the real world, Mitsuki shouted in Hibiki's ear. "I hate to ruin the moment, but don't forget you have a target!"
"Eh?" Hibiki blinks before she remembers that she was in a dream right now and that she needs to find the Nightmare Dopant. "Oh, right. I'm in a dream and I need to find that Dopant."
Hibiki pouted before she removed her veil.
"Honestly, Mitsuki, you could've at least let me enjoy it a bit longer." Hibiki said before she looked for the Dopant. "Okay…So where is the Dopant…?"
That's when she saw the Nightmare Dopant facing the wall while showing the face on its back.
"Oh, there it is." Hibiki said before the Nightmare Dopant turns to her.
The Nightmare Dopant then turns to the dreaming Hibiki.
"You saw me? Then you can't go back." The Nightmare Dopant stated.
"Don't bet on that." Hibiki said before she looks down at her chest and soon hardens her resolve as she sings. "Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron…"
In the real world, Mitsuki and the others were a bit worried to hear her sing as they took a step back but saw that Hibiki hadn't changed into her armor and is currently fine.
"She didn't transform." Mitsuki said.
"Yeah, we could see that." Chris said.
"But why?" Kanade said.
"Maybe because she's sleeping.
In her dream world, Hibiki had changed into her armor but there was an added twist to it.
[CYCLONE-JOKER]
A familiar music tone was heard and Hibiki blinked before she looked at her armor and to her surprise it was slightly different but its color scheme was completely different.
Instead of the usual white and orange color scheme, Hibiki's armor was colored green and gold on the right side while her right side was colored black and purple and her scarf was now colored silver. She also has W's antenna on her forehead and saw she was wearing the Double Driver on her waist as it had the Cyclone and Joker Memories.
"Eh? Eeehhh?! Eeeeeehhhh?!" Hibiki said as she looked at her armor and touched the Driver and the antenna. "What the…I look like W now!"
The Nightmare Dopant chuckles before she sees him approaching her.
"Guess I don't have time to question about this." Hibiki said before she jumps at the Nightmare Dopant to punch at him and he dodges it as Hibiki's fist. Hibiki smirks before she points her finger at him. "Saa, omae no tsumi o kazoero!"
"Yatta! I always wanted to do that!" Hibiki said as she jumped on her feet.
Hibiki then pulls on her right gauntlet and throws a punch at the Nightmare Dopant which unleashes a powerful gust of green winds which sends the Dopant flying as he smashes through the wall and heads outside.
Hibiki then looks at her fist in amazement.
"Sugoi…" Hibiki said before she jumped through the hole to follow the Dopant outside.
[HEAT-METAL]
Hibiki soon battles the Nightmare Dopant outside the chapel in W's Heat-Metal colors.
Hibiki lands powerful fire punches with her right fist along with hard metal punches with her left, pushing the Nightmare Dopant back.
[LUNA-TRIGGER]
Hibiki now in W's Luna-Trigger colors is seen throwing yellow and blue energy punches at the Nightmare Dopant before she swung her leg to send a crescent shape energy slash at the Dopant which sends him flying and Hibiki chases at him.
[CYCLONE-JOKER]
After changing into W's base form colors both Hibiki and the Nightmare Dopant landed on top of Fuuto Tower.
Hibiki roars as she charges at the Nightmare Dopant to attack him with a punch, but with a snap of his fingers, Hibiki's armor shatters along with her clothes.
Hibiki blinks before she looks down and sees that she is now in her birthday suit.
"Aaaaahhh!" Hibiki screams in embarrassment as she covers her private parts and hunch down in humiliation.
The Nightmare Dopant laughs at her.
"In this world, everything is an image except me. That includes you, transforming into a Kamen Rider knockoff." The Nightmare Dopant told her.
"But you could've at least left my clothes intact!" Hibiki said.
"What? Are you really that embarrassed? Too bad for you, but I only have eyes for one woman." The Nightmare Dopant told her.
"And it's Himeka-san, right?" Hibiki asked. "I bet you think Himeka-san likes you! But you're just a pathetic guy and a pervert, right?! Right?!"
"What was that?!" The Nightmare Dopant said as he was offended by what she said.
"Yeah! If you don't like that, then say your name!" Hibiki said and her friends in the real world heard before she snores.
"Dang…You go Hibiki!" Kanade said.
"Nice! Keep going, Hibiki. Keep pressing him like that!" Mitsuki said as he grabbed onto her hand.
"Fine. Even if I tell you, you can't tell anyone else." The Nightmare Dopant said before he approached Hibiki and brought out his dream catcher to use it on her but not before he told her his secret identity. "My identity is…"
Hibiki listens closely as the Nightmare Dopant brings his dream catcher on top of her.
"Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!" Hibiki screams inside the Narumi Detective Agency.
Hibiki was now in a comatose state and had the 'H' mark on her forehead, but she was able to tell her friends the Nightmare Dopant's identity.
Mitsuki walks to his hat to pick it up to put it on before he turns to the comatose Hibiki.
"Good job, Hibiki. I'll return you to normal soon." He said before he left and the others followed him.
Mitsuki and Tsubasa sat on their respective motorcycles and Chris sat behind Mitsuki. Kanade was about to sit down behind Tsubasa, but not before they heard a familiar horse cry and saw the dark robotic horse on top of a building before it jumped down and glared at them.
"Great…The pony again!" Chris said in annoyance before she and Tsubasa brought out their pendants to transform and fight it, but Kanade stood in front of the robot horse with her back against her friends.
"Kanade?" Tsubasa said.
"What are you doing?" Mitsuki asked.
"You guys go on ahead. I'll handle the horse." Kanade told them.
"What?" Chris said.
"Are you sure?" Mitsuki asked, and Kanaded nodded and gave him a thumbs up.
"Yeah. I got this. Besides…" Kanade said before she turned to the horse and remembered when that flash of light appeared in her hand when she mounted it. "He and I have unfinished business."
Mitsuki nodded in understanding.
"Alright. Good luck." Mitsuki said before drives away with Chris riding behind him but Tsubasa stayed behind.
"I know you're too stubborn to listen to me, so I won't even try to talk you out of this. So you better not lose." Tsubasa said.
"Honestly, if that's your best pep talk then you need to work on that, Tsubasa." Kanade told her.
"Well that's just who I am. You should know that better than anyone." Tsubasa said.
"Yeah. I guess there's no denying that." Kanade said before she and Tsubasa did a high five. "But don't worry, I won't let some bucket of bolts get the better of me."
"Good. That's my Kanade." Tsubasa said before she followed Mitsuki and Chris.
Kanade watches her friends leave with a smile on her face before she turns to the black horse as it glares at her.
"Alright. You want me? Then come and get me!" Kanade said before she brings out her Driver and Memory.
[THUNDER]
Kanade then inserts the Memory into her Driver.
"Henshin!" Kanade said before she transforms into Thunder.
She then assumes her stance, ready to fight the horse who in turn is ready to fight as well as it kicks its feet back.
Then both Thunder and the robot horse charge at each other as they roar.
(Back to Philip)
"I am grateful to you for saving me. But…I need to return soon. Mitsuki is waiting." Philip tells her before he turns around to walk away but Shroud stops him by speaking to him.
"You must not go." Philip turns back to her. "Hidari Mitsuki…that man is incompatible with you. You must not be together."
"Why would you say that?" Philip asked.
"Because…you're nearing the stage where you'll unlock your true power. But Hidari Mitsuki is too weak to keep up with you. If he keeps on fighting with you as W, he'll only drag you down with him." Shroud said.
"Eh?" Philip said in confusion.
In Fuuto University, Himeka is seen drawing a picture of herself being carried by the prince of her dreams. Himeka then yawns in front of her hand before she looks at the picture in longing.
"Prince…Hurry and come for Himeka." Himeka said.
"That is your dream, isn't it?" A familiar voice said to her.
Himeka turned around and saw Mitsuki was approaching her with Tsubasa and Chris following behind him.
"Detective-san." Himeka said before Mitsuki tilted her hat to her. "Ever since Himeka was a little girl, she's had the same dream."
"Eh?" Mitsuki said.
"What dream?" Tsubasa asked, but she already had a good idea.
"A dream about the prince. He would appear when Himeka is in a pinch, and gently say this…'I am connected to you by fate. So someday, we will definitely meet.'" Himeka told them before she chuckled.
"Should've figured as much." Chris shook her head.
"Agreed. I don't even know why I ask." Tsubasa said.
"That's why, whenever someone is nice to you…you always call him your fated prince." Mitsuki said as he stepped forward and turned his back towards her.
"But that's not okay, is it?" Himeka asked before she sat down on a chair. "Himeka's words have hurt someone. He has become a terrible monster."
"To protect you, I come to tell you the truth. The man who is making you suffer in your dreams…His name is…" Mitsuki said before Tsubasa tabs on his shoulder.
"Ummm…Mitsuki." Tsubasa said before she pointed at Himeka.
Mitsuki turned to her and saw that she had fallen asleep.
"Eeeeehhhh?!" Mitsuki cries out before he rushes to Himeka and shakes her shoulders to wake her. "Himeka-chan! Hey! Don't sleep! Himeka-chan!"
Himeka wasn't able to hear his voice as she was a heavy sleeper right now.
"And I thought Hibiki was an idiot." Chris said.
"This is bad…At this rate, Himeka-chan will fall into a coma too!" Mitsuki said.
"Then we need to hurry and find the Dopant." Tsubasa said.
In her dreams, Himeka was wearing a princess outfit and was wandering in the forest to look for her prince as she called out to him.
"Prince! Where are you? Answer me. Prince!"
Himeka continues to look for her prince before she hears a familiar voice except that it wasn't the one she was looking for.
"I'm here. You saw me? Then you can't go back." Said the Nightmare Dopant as he appeared before Himeka.
Himeka screams before she runs away and the Nightmare Dopant chuckles as he follows her by walking while rubbing his hands together.
"I'm serious today. Today you will fall in love with me!" The Nightmare Dopant said as he ran after her.
"No! Don't follow me!" Himeka said before she fell to the ground.
She then sat up and looked at the Nightmare Dopant.
"Chance!" He said before he brought out his dream catcher and walked to Himeka. "Let's have some alone time."
"No!" Himeka said.
"If we do that, we'll form a connection. Here in the world of dreams, eternally." The Nightmare Dopant said as he was ready to use the dream catcher on her.
"Save me, prince!" Himeka calls out and her prince has finally arrived.
The prince pulls out his sword and throws it at the Dopant's dream catcher as both weapons land on a tree. The Nightmare Dopant and Himeka turn to the prince as he approaches them.
"That is a delicate lady…" Said Prince Mitsuki before he flicked his cape and kissed his fingers. "You better not make her cry."
"Nani?!" The Nightmare Dopant said in shock that he's here.
"Could you be…my fated prince?" Himeka asked.
"No…I'm not." Mitsuki said before he took off the prince hat to replace it with his usual fedora hat. "I am…"
In the real world, Mitsuki along with Tsubasa and Chris had entered Akagi's lab.
"Someone who loves this city. A detective." Mitsuki said before he pointed his finger at the Nightmare Dopant as he turned to them.
"You! How could you know I was here?" The Nightmare Dopant questions him but Mitsuki raises his finger.
"Hold on there. Answer my question first. The H on the victims' foreheads…Is that your initial? Fukushima Hajime!" Mitsuki said.
"No." The Nightmare Dopant responded before he removed his Gaia Memory and stood up, revealing he was indeed Fukushima Hajime. "Those are Himeka-san's and my initials."
"So it was you this whole time." Tsubasa said.
"Have to say, you really throw me in a loop. I was surprised when I heard it from Hibiki." Mitsuki said before he approached the very chair where Fukushima faked his coma as he pulled it out. "Earlier…You appeared to go comatose here."
Mitsuki then remembers how he watched footage of Fukushima where he woke up from his fake coma and removed the H on his forehead which was actually red tape and soon left the hospital room.
"But…when I called the hospital, they said the last one woke up and went home." Mitsuki said.
"I thought you would suspect me, so I faked it." Fukushima said.
"Well…You should've watched what you said." Mitsuki said before he remembers his words in their battle in the dream world and seeing that janitor in the lab as well. "Then my second question. Why scare Himeka-chan? Don't you like her?"
"You don't get it. She likes me. She thinks I'm her fated prince. Yet she smiles at other men. Even that cop, or you, even that weirdo professor. It was so painful. I wasn't able to sleep for days. That's why I wanted her to go through the same thing. I wanted her to suffer my pain of not being able to sleep." Fukushima explained to them.
"So that's your motive? What a pathetic guy." Mitsuki said.
"Yeah. I thought Himeka was shallow, but I think you're worse than her." Chris said.
"Hey, now." Fukushima said before he turned to them and was ready to inject his Gaia Memory into his arm. "What are you looking down on me for?"
Fukushima then inserted his Nightmare Memory into his arm and transformed into his Dopant form.
[NIGHTMARE]
"That pisses me off." The Nightmare Dopant said before he grabbed Mitsuki on the neck.
"Mitsuki!" Tsubasa said as she and Chris pulled out their pendants ready to transform.
"This time, I will eliminate you." The Nightmare Dopant said before he pushed Mitsuki out of the lab.
The black robot horse throws a kick at Thunder using its rear legs, she blocks it with her spear, but the force of its attack sends Thunder skidding back.
Thunder soon stops skidding, but then the dark horse charges at her to attack and Thunder blocks it before she moves around the horse and thrusts her spear at it, but the dark horse avoids her attacks by jumping back.
When it lands on the ground, the dark robot horse glares at Thunder as it kicks its feet back.
"Dang it…I'm not going anywhere like this. Just what can I do to beat this thing?" Thunder said before she remembers that flash of light again when she jumps onto the horse. "Wait…could that be the key?"
But the dark horse got her attention by roaring and standing its rear legs before it charged at Thunder to attack her once again.
"Looks like I have no time to think about it! I'll just have to wing it!" Thunder said before she charged at the horse.
Thunder then thrusts her spear to the ground and uses it to jump over the dark horse and lands on top of it. The dark horse roars as it begins to jump on its feet in the attempt to throw Thunder off its back, but she refuses to let herself be thrown off it.
"Come on…Come on! Where is it?" Thunder said as she searched for that flash of light and found it as it once again appeared in her hands but it disappeared. "Oh come on!"
The dark horse then stands on its rear legs in the attempt to throw Thunder off of its body, while it is close as Thunder slightly falls back, she manages to pull herself back up and grabs onto its neck before its front legs lands on the ground as it begins to run around while jumping.
"Okay…That's it! You really need to settle down!" Thunder exclaimed as the flash of light appeared in her hands and now she got a good look at it, it was actually reins made out of electricity as it appeared between her hands and the dark horse's head. "Wait…could this be?"
The dark horse neighs angrily as it continues to shake Thunder off of its body.
"I don't think so! You're mine now!" Thunder said as she pulled on the reins to control the robot horse.
The dark horse tries to resist but Thunder continues to master control of it by pulling on its reins as it slowly begins to slow down while doing less jumps.
Thunder roared as she pulled on the reins very strongly which made the dark horse roar as it stood on its rear legs and it black colors soon turned white and a golden unicorn appeared from its head.
This is the true form of the robotic horse which is the personal Rider Machine for Kamen Rider Thunder.
The once dark horse stood on all four legs. When Thunder looked at the horse's new form, she saw a message appearing beneath her visor.
Iron Thunder Horse: Brightstar
"Brightstar?" Thunder said before she realizes that it must be the horse's name. "So I guess that's your name?"
Brightstar answered by snorting like a horse and Thunder smiled at her personal Rider Machine/new partner.
"Then let's see what you can do! Hah!" Thunder said as she slaps on Brightstar's reins made out of electricity.
Brightstar roared as it stood on its rear legs before it dashed forward with Thunder controlling it.
The Nightmare Dopant soon brings Mitsuki outside of Fuuto University as he slams him against a stair railing.
Just as he was about to attack him, he was shot from behind by bullets and saw it was Chris armed with her guns and then he saw Tsubasa armed with her sword as he jumps and slashes on his arm to free Mitsuki and lands a slash on his chest forcing the Nightmare Dopant to stumble back.
"You okay, Mitsuki?" Tsubasa asked as she and Chris moved in front of the Nightmare Dopant to protect Mitsuki.
"Yeah. Thanks for the save." Mitsuki said as he didn't mind having their protection since Philip is MIA.
"Honestly. Yet another nuisance. Give me a break." The Nightmare said in annoyance.
"Oh, I'll give you a break alright!" Chris said before she fired her guns at him.
The Nightmare Dopant soon brings out his dream catches and uses it to block her gunfire. That's when Tsubasa jumps over it to slash at the Nightmare Dopant and he dodges her attacks and counters by firing energy shots at her and Tsubasa deflected them but the Nightmare Dopant uses this chance to land a punch on her cheek forcing Tsubasa to stumble back.
"Tsubasa, you okay?" Mitsuki said.
Tsubasa wipes off the blood on her lip.
"I'm fine. But we shouldn't assume he's weak out of the dream world." Tsubasa said.
"That's right." The Nightmare Dopant said before he throws the dream catcher above Tsubasa and Chris as it falls on top of them to entrap the Symphogear warriors.
"The hell?!" Chris said as she and Tsubasa struggled to break free.
"Now then…" The Nightmare Dopant said as he turned to Mitsuki. "Where were we?"
The Nightmare Dopant then jumps at Mitsuki and grabs onto his shoulders to throw him down the stairs.
"Mitsuki!" Tsubasa said in worry as she and Chris continued to break free from the dreamcatcher.
When Mitsuki stops and stands up, the Nightmare Dopant lands a punch on his face which sends him flying off the stairs and rolling on the ground.
Mitsuki stood up and saw the Nightmare Dopant walking towards him while laughing. Mitsuki then puts on his Double Driver in the hopes of reaching out to Philip.
In the Xtreme Memory, Philip's Driver appeared on his waist showing that Mitsuki needs his help.
"Mitsuki…"
"Raito. Leave that man. If you don't…it will result in disaster." Shroud warns him as she turns into data once again.
But Philip only has Shroud a look of resolve and won't back down to her.
"I'm going. My partner is in a pinch." Philip told her.
Seeing the look in his eyes, Shroud sighs in disappointment.
"Very well. But you should do well to remember our conversation. Because one day, you'll see that I was right." Shroud said before she disappeared.
The Nightmare Dopant picks up Mitsuki and throws him to the ground as he rolls on it. The Nightmare Dopant then aims his bird head at him to fire his energy shots to finish him.
Mitsuki quickly stood back up and brought out the Frog Pod and inserted its Giji Memory into it.
[FROG]
Mitsuki then did the same for the Bat Shot.
[BAT]
Then both Memory Gadgets transform and charge at the Nightmare Dopant to defend Mitsuki as they take the hit of the energy shots, but one of the Dopant's landed and exploded in front of Mitsuki's feet which sent him flying.
Mitsuki rolls on a nearby slope and falls on the ground.
Tsubasa and Chris who were now free of the dream catcher had arrived and saw what happened before the Nightmare Dopant arrived as well.
"Finally out of steam? Game over. This next attack will put you at peace." The Nightmare Dopant said but Mitsuki showed a determined look as he wasn't going to give up and let him win.
"There's no way in hell that I'm falling to a coward like you…" Mitsuki said as he struggled to stand back up.
The Nightmare Dopant chuckles and rubs his hands together.
"Save the dream talk for when you're asleep." He said before he fired an energy shot at Mitsuki.
"Mitsuki!" Tsubasa and Chris said as they rush in to save him but they won't make it in time.
Just as Mitsuki braced himself from the incoming attack, the bird-shape Memory known as the Xtreme Memory cries out and flies to Mitsuki's aid as it flew in front of the energy shot and deflected it back at the Nightmare Dopant as it hits and sends him to the ground.
Everyone then looks at the Xtreme Memory as it flies forward.
"Isn't that…?" Chris said.
The Xtreme Memory then stops and brings out a data stream beneath its body and appearing within the data was Philip. Everyone smiles to see that.
"Philip!" Everyone said and Chris had some tears in her eyes.
Philip then turns to his partner.
"Yo, Mitsuki. Looks like I'm late." Philip said and Mitsuki chuckled.
"Yeah. But at least you made a cool entrance." Mitsuki said before Philip walked to him to help Mitsuki stand back up.
"We can celebrate our reunion later. First defeat him, and wake everyone up." Philip said before he and Mitsuki faced the Dopant as Mitsuki grabbed onto his hat to blow on it.
"That's right." Mitsuki said before he put the hat on again. "Shall we do this, aibou?"
Both Mitsuki and Philip bring out their Gaia Memories.
[CYCLONE]
[JOKER]
Both partners then strike their poses.
"Henshin!" They said before they insert their Gaia Memories into their Drivers.
The Cyclone transfers to Mitsuki's Driver before he pushes it down and inserts his Joker Memory into the other slot before he pushes both slots sideways.
[CYCLONE-JOKER]
As Philip's body falls to the ground, Mitsuki transforms into W and Chris is able to catch his body in time.
Chris then turns to W as he turns to her as well.
"Honestly, you really had me worried." Chris said.
"Sorry. I'll be sure to make it up to you." W-Philip assured her.
The Nightmare Dopant then turns to W in shock that he really was the famous Kamen Rider.
"You're…a real Kamen Rider?!"
W-Mitsuki chuckles.
"You're only now getting it?" W-Mitsuki asked before he flicked his wrist and charged at the Nightmare Dopant.
W lands a punch on the Dopant's chest and dodges an incoming kick from him, W then lands another punch on the Nightmare Dopant's face followed by two kicks.
W soon dodges a punch from the Nightmare Dopant and lands a few punches on him and kicks on his back as he stumbles forward and rolls on the ground.
When the Nightmare Dopant stands back up, W charges at him and lands a kick on him and he stumbles back once again before W lands a punch on his face.
W then avoids an incoming punch and counters by kicking on the Nightmare Dopant's head, sending him rolling on the slope beside them and falling to the ground.
"We're no longer in a dream. We're not losing again!" W-Philip said before he jumps at the Nightmare Dopant and lands a flying kick on his back as he stands back up and the Dopant falls to the ground.
A now fearful Nightmare Dopant quickly stood back up and attempted to run away.
"Trying to run?!" W-Mitsuki said as he was about to change Memories but…
Everyone then heard a horse roaring, they then saw Thunder riding on her newly acquired Brightstar dashes at the Nightmare Dopant and lands an attack in front of him as she moves past him.
"Kanade?!" W said before Thunder stopped beside him and waved at him.
"Hey, Mitsuki, Philip. Didn't keep you waiting, did I?" Thunder asked.
W then looks at the robotic horse she was riding and it looks very familiar to him.
"Kanade, is that?" W-Mitsuki asked and Thunder nodded before she petted Brightstar's neck.
"Yeah, it is. It may not be a motorcycle, but I like it." Thunder said and Brightstar neighs to hear that.
"So, it's able to change forms? How fascinating." W-Philip said before the Nightmare Dopant looks at both Riders in horror.
"Now there's two of you?! This is a nightmare!" The Nightmare Dopant said.
"So you're the Dopant who's been putting everyone to sleep. Good, I've been wanting to give you a good beating." Thunder said as Brightstar kicked its foot back.
That's when Thunder saw a schematic appearing beneath her helmet, it showed herself along with Brightstar combining into a new form for both of them and the name of that form appeared on her helmet.
Thunder-Brightstar: Centaur Form
"Centaur Form?" Thunder said before she looks at Brightstar who in turn looks back at her. She then smiles underneath her helmet and nods. "Alright! Then let's do it!"
Thunder smacks with the reins of lightning and Brightstar roars before she jumps into the air.
Brightstar then ejects its head out of its body and opens a hidden compartment in the front legs. Brightstar's head attaches itself to Thunder's spear to form a double-bladed weapon and her cape disappears as it turns into sparks of electricity.
Thunder then landed in the opened compartment before it closed in front of her legs and waist to secure Thunder and hidden parts attached behind the back of her legs.
Then the two shields eject off of Brightstar's rear and combine to form a single shield as Thunder catches it with her other hand.
This is the combined form of Thunder and Brightstar known as Centaur Form.
Everyone looks at Thunder in amazement.
"Wow…" W-Mitsuki said.
"Amazing." W-Philip said.
Thunder looks at her new form and smiles beneath her helmet.
"Nice! Let's see what else this bad boy can do!" Thunder said before she charges at the Nightmare Dopant to attack.
The fearful Nightmare Dopant attacks Thunder with energy shots, but she blocks it with her shield as he keeps charging at him and lands a thrust on him as she moves past the Dopant.
Thunder then stops and skids on the ground before she jumps at the Nightmare Dopant and lands a few kicks with Brightstar's feet before she jumps away.
She then aims her shield as it opens to reveal a hidden yellow gem and fires bolts of lightning at the Nightmare Dopant dealing him major damage.
Thunder then moves to W's side as she chuckles.
"I could get used to this." Thunder said.
"Yeah, I could see that. How about we finish this together?" W asked and Thunder nodded.
"I thought you would never ask." Thunder said.
W soon changed Memories to transform.
[LUNA-METAL]
After W had changed into his Luna-Metal form, he soon pulls out his Metal Shaft and Memory to insert the latter into the Shaft's Maximum Drive Slot.
Thunder then pulled on her spear's trigger thrice.
[METAL: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
[THUNDER: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
W then uses his Metal Shaft to create six golden energy rings while Thunder assumes her stance as electricity appeared around her entire body as wings made out of the same elemental appeared in the middle of Brightstar's body.
"Metal Illusion!" W said as he sent the energy rings at the Dopant and Thunder followed behind them.
W's attacks lands some good hits on the Nightmare Dopant and Thunder finishes it as she smashes through his body as he explodes.
When the explosion died down, Fukushima was on the ground and saw his Gaia Memory as it was on the verge of exploding, he then crawled to the Nightmare Memory in the attempt to use it.
"H-Himeka…we'll have a fun dream together…" Fukushima said.
W placed his Shaft back on his back and Thunder moved to his side as they stared at Fukushima.
"Everyone should wake up now." W-Philip said.
Then the Nightmare Dopant then shatters into pieces and Fukushima loses the last of his strength and passes out.
"Well that's good and all, but I think we have another problem." Thunder said and W turned to her.
"And what's that?" W asked and Thunder looked at her current form.
"How do I change out of this?" Thunder said.
In her dream world, Himeka was still wandering in the forest to look for her prince. But for some strange reason, she could hear a clock ticking.
"Prince! Where are you? Prince!" Himeka said before the prince's hat that Mitsuki had worn in her dreams disappeared and heard his voice.
"It's about time for you to awaken."
"Eh?" Himeka said in confusion.
(Later)
With the Nightmare Memory's destruction, Ryu along with the other comatose victims had woken up.
Ryu and Maki had soon arrived at Fuuto University to arrest Fukushima as they brought the now handcuffed college student to their car while some of the students had arrived and watched him being taken away.
Mitsuki along with Hibiki, Tsubasa and Kanade were also watching Fukushima being taken away while Philip and Chris had returned to the Agency.
Hibiki rolled her neck and yawned in her mouth.
"I have to say, despite being in a coma, I slept pretty well. So the case is finally solved?" Hibiki said.
"It's been a while since I slept so well. It's thanks to you." Ryu told Fukushima before he pushed him into the back of the car.
Before Ryu and Maki could take him to the station, Himeka soon arrived as she pushed the students in the area out of her way as she rushed to the car.
"Excuse me. Let me see him." Himeka said before Maki stopped her as he stood in her way.
"What is it?! Aren't you…" Maki said before Himeka pushed him away.
She then rushes to Fukushima to speak to him.
"Fukushima-kun. I'm sorry."
"Eh?" Fukushima said.
"I'll be waiting. Not for my fated prince…but for Fukushima-kun to return." Himeka promised him.
"Himekarin." Fukushima said as he shed some tears before he turned away from her and Ryu stared at him. "Inspector…let's go."
After Maki enters the car, it soon drives away to take Fukushima to the station with Himeka waving Fukushima goodbye.
Hibiki, Tsubasa and Kanade were a bit surprised at what Himeka had done.
"What a surprise! Didn't know she had it in her." Kanade said.
"Yeah. Guess she was able to mature a bit." Tsubasa said and Hibiki nodded in agreement.
"Well, in any case, not a bad last scene." Mitsuki said before he and his friends were about to leave but…
"Himekarin! Himekarin!"
They stop and turn back to Himeka as the other coma victims, who were admirers, rush to her.
"Everyone!" Himeka said before they stopped and smiled at her.
"I'm glad to see your smile again!" Akagi said.
"Thank you! Himeka loves you all!" Himeka told all of them.
"Eh? You love me the most, right?" One of them asked.
"No, me!"
"It's me!"
"No, it's me!"
"No! Don't fight! Himeka…loves you all the same amount!" She told them.
Mitsuki and his friends were left disappointed to see that as Mitsuki sighs and places a hand over his eyes.
"I take back what I said." Tsubasa said.
"Yeah. She didn't change at all." Kanade said and Hibiki nervously chuckled.
"Well…At least she's honest about it." Hibiki said.
"Saa…omae no tsumi o kazoero!" Mitsuki said before he and his friends pointed at Himeka.
After returning to the agency, Mitsuki is typing the case in his typewriter.
"The case has ended. Now Yukimura Himeka can sleep in peace. I hope she has good dreams. But…I can't help but wonder…"
Mitsuki then heard Hibiki talking to the rest of their friends about the dream she had when she fought the Nightmare Dopant and Philip was among them.
"My armor was in Cyclone and Joker's colors. Plus, I said W's famous catchphrase." Hibiki said.
"Ah, Philip." Mitsuki said, getting their attention as he stood up and walked to them. "Where did that bird take you? What happened?"
"Oh yeah. You never told us what it was about." Kanade said.
Philip then remembers Shroud's warning.
"Hidari Mitsuki…that man is incompatible with you. You must not be together."
"Because…you're nearing the stage where you'll unlock your true power. But Hidari Mitsuki is too weak to keep up with you. If he keeps on fighting with you as W, he'll only drag you down with him."
"Raito. Leave that man. If you don't…it will result in disaster."
"Very well. But you should do well to remember our conversation. Because one day, you'll see that I was right."
While he has some concerns whether or not that Shroud was telling him the truth, he wasn't going to let that stop him from fighting with Mitsuki.
"Right now, I can't say." Philip told them and they still had some questions, they accepted Philip's answer. "But…I can say this much…Mitsuki, you are my only partner."
Mitsuki was silent for a short moment before smiles and chuckled.
"What are you saying that right now for?" Mitsuki asked.
Hibiki then notices something on Mitsuki's face before she moves up to her childhood friend.
"Are you blushing?" Hibiki questions him.
"Baka! 'Course not!" Mitsuki told her.
"But you're all red!" Hibiki said and his cheeks were indeed red.
The others chuckle in amusement to see that.
"Yeah, she's not wrong there." Kanade commented.
"Who knew that you had a side like that, Mitsuki." Tsubasa said.
Mitsuki quickly turns away from them.
"I-I don't know what you're talking about!" Mitsuki said and they laughed some more.
Philip then remembers something.
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Hey, Chris-chan." Philip said before he turned to her.
"What?" Chris asked while blinking.
"Didn't you say something to me after I was attacked by Isaka?" Philip asked.
The others then turn to Philip and Chris.
Chris blushes as she remembers how she told Philip that she loves him after the Weather Dopant had wounded him.
'God damn it! Why did I have to say it?!' Chris said in some worry what his response is going to be now that he knows.
"What did you say again?" Philip asked nonchalantly.
Chris blinks before she turns to him.
"Huh?" Chris said while their friends blink when Philip said that as well.
"Huh?" Mitsuki and the others said one at a time.
"Truth be told, I was barely conscious when that happened. So, I was barely able to hear you. All I heard was 'you' along with 'what I can't do'…and something about 'not telling me something yet'. But the rest is a bit of a blur." Philip said but as he goes on, the blush on Chris' face slowly spreads to the rest of her face. "Care to tell me the rest. Did I do something to offend you recently?"
Chris could only lower her head as she gritted her teeth along with tightly clenching her hands as several angry marks appeared on her head and hands.
Chris then screams in rage and the sound of her slapping him on the face was heard and their friends flinch.
Chris then storms out of the agency as she slams the door very loudly.
While the others watch her leave, they soon turn back to Philip who had a hand on his cheek as there was now a bright red handprint on it while Philip was still confused about what just happened.
"What happened? Why was she so upset?" Philip asked.
Mitsuki sighed as he shook his head for his partner's lack of tact.
"I swear Philip. For such a smart guy, you can really be clueless sometimes." Mitsuki said while Philip blinked in confusion.
'He's not the only one.' Hibiki, Kanade and Tsubasa mentally commented.
Outside, Chris is seated on the stairs as she was screaming while ruffling up her hair with both hands.
One one side, she was relieved that Philip wasn't able to hear her confession but that only ticked her off more.
"Aaaahhhh mou! Why did I have to tell him if he wasn't going to hear it?!" Chris exclaimed.
