When 2B wakes up from a decades long coma, she finds herself in debt to a lone human man named Kouki, and stuck in a desolate city overrun by Machines. With nothing left to her but her name, 2B swears her loyalty to Kouki, and together the two of them seek to escape the city, and perhaps for 2B to unearth her own past along the way.

What happens when the world is empty, and your reason for living was a lie? Find a new reason. Or, perhaps if Fate is willing, an old reason, re-purposed. 2B, 9S, and A2 now have to discover their own truths in a world following the rise and fall of the Tower. And, they have a special companion at their side that might change their fates.

Our main characters have been given another chance at life! However, things don't go quite as one would expect. 9S remembers everything, and ****s 2B. 2B realizes what she has done, and makes a difficult choice. A2 learns about their past, and no longer sees 2B the same way.

The sky opened and two monstrous beings came out of it while a man named Alan is sent to the distant future, lost in an unknown yet similar world. Now Alan must survive amidst a war between androids and machines while he roams the world, spreading human knowledge. With the help of his faulty companion, POD 000, Alan will record and transmit all his knowledge to those who listen.

For 2B and 9S, the memories they share are their most precious treasure. I stole those memories. All of them. Even the ones 9S lost long before 2B's demise. Like it or not, her experiences are part of me now. So are her feelings for 9S. If I had more time, I would wonder where I fit into it all. [An exploration of A2/9S. Rated T for now.]

It is probably not a fortunate time to awaken from self-induced sleep, but it is out of your hands now. Decisions have to be made, and an alliance has to be forged anew. All hope rests on Vanguard One, the only remaining human unit active.

Swindled out of all their money and plunged into extreme, overwhelming debt, 2B and 9S must battle against a series of unfortunate events in order to crawl their way back to financial stability. Between demon fish, rabid boars, machine pirates and more...I'm not sure if these two will get through this with their sanity in tact. And you thought Yoko Taro was cruel.
