'Formula one is a very tough sport as a driver.' Lewis Hamilton said. 'You can be on top of the world one moment, and then find yourself in a dark valley the next moment.'

'All people will remember is your most recent race, make sure it's a good one.' Alex Albon said.

'You always have to be on it, every weekend again.' Zhou Guanyu said.

'We all want to be world champion.' Pierre Gasly said. 'But in the end, only one can achieve it each year.'

'I still want to open a restaurant.' Yuki Tsunoda said with a smile before both him and the people behind the camera started laughing.

'Driving in Formula one is the peak of your career, even if you do a bad job and are out as fast as you came in, getting the experience of driving those cars gives you such an advantage in any other series. It shows how crazy the drivers who are in Formula one all season long are.' Will Buxton said.

'One thing that in CF1 really comes into play, are the reserve drivers. Drivers chosen by teams to be the back up for if anything happens to their main drivers.' Jennie Gow said.

'Im 2023 the FIA used a system that has now been massively changed for 2024. In 2023 the FIA wanted to make sure all reserve drivers got equal running which meant that each time a driver would crash randomly one of the reserve drivers would be chosen to drive in their spot for the feast of the season. This meant some reserve drivers got to drive for five different teams in a single season!' Will Buxton explained. 'From 2024 onwards reserve drivers will be assigned to one team and if another team in relations with that tea, needs a second reserve driver that reserve driver can drive there.'

'At the start of the season these drivers had little to do. As the season moves on though, drivers got faster and less maneuverable, which means more crashes, which meant more reserve drivers. One weekend there were so many crashes almost half the grid was a reserve driver and a reserve driver had to be replaced BY A RESERVE DRIVER because the reserve driver himself crashed. It certainly was a very interesting race to watch.' Jennie Gow said.

'Some reserve drivers are there to gain experience, they are young, most likely in CF2 or fresh out of CF2. They prepare themselves and hope to get an CF1 seat in the future. And some others are ex CF1 drivers who need to show they still got it. Some of them are young but most are a little older and more experienced, most likely driving somewhere else when not reserve driving in CF1.'

'A few of the youngsters are Dennis Hauger, Zane Maloney, Robert Swartzman and Jack Doohan. Some ex CF1 drivers are Daniel Ricciardo, Mick Schumacher and Stoffel Vandoorne. Some of these drivers have really made headlines.

'Jack Doohan becomes the first reserve driver point scorer!' A commentator said.

'STOFFEL VANDOORNE, finishes THIRD in the slide event.' Crofty said excitedly.

'Ahh thank you so much for giving me this opportunity guys!' Stoffel said with a clear smile on his face.

'Daniel Ricciardo, he has finished the race AHEAD of Max Verstappen. That is incredible from place 18 on the grid!' Martin Brundle noticed.

'Some drivers, both full time and reserve drivers are really taking the world by storm. Some being veteran drivers who show they still got it in them and some being young guns that show the next generation of world champion worthy drivers. It's incredible to see.' Jennie Gow said.

'Zhou Guanyu, you have won the sprint, again!' Zhou's race engineer said excitedly as the team cheered.

'Zhou Guanyu is one of the main ones to talk about. At the start of the season he was discreetly getting in decent performances, but as the season has moved on, he's become a more obvious candidate for the world championship.' Will Buxton said excitedly. 'The guy is a six time sprint race winner already, that says something.'

'He is carrying his team Alpha Romeo on it's back and the team is currently in second in the constructors standings fighting Ferrari. A position this team hasn't been in a Very. Long. Time. His teammate Valterri has had some podiums but he is doing nothing of importance really to help this team thanks to his 8 DNF's in the season.

'To be honest I did not expect to be here at this point, but I am happy I am able to fight towards a world championship in only my second season in formula one and of course like every one else my first season in CF1. It's absolutely incredible and I couldn't be happier.' Zhou Guanyu said.

'The championship fights switches a lot. We are at race ten and we have three main fighters and two lagging behind. Nyck, Charles and now in the fight Lewis Hamilton are fighting it out at the front whilst Zhou and Alex Albon aren't far off from joining that fight.' Jennie Gow said.

'It won't be easy for them though, Lewis coming in to challenge Nyck and Charles has really motivated them to fight harder, getting in between there is gonna be difficult.' Will Buxton said. 'It all starts in qualifying, Nyck got his first pole last week, if Zhou or Alex can show that they have true pace by grabbing pole position, they are going to get into the championship contenders minds.'

'Knowing they are watching you because they see you as a threat is an addicting strengthening feeling. If that feeling would be fear you shouldn't be in formula one.' Alex Albon said confidently.

'That strengthening feeling becomes stronger then the pressure you feel earlier. As soon as that strength comes in you know you're in for a good shot.' Zhou Guanyu explained.

'Ladies, gentlemen and cars, welcome to qualifying of week ten in the CF1 world championship. Anything can happen in the coming hour, I'm really excited, aren't you Martin.' Crofty said excitedly.

'You get in your car, drive out of the pit lane and put your visor down. All sound disappears. It's just you against the track.' Alex Albon said.

'Nyck, Lewis and Charles are very close in the championship, a good result here could set them up well for the summer break coming after this weekend.' The DTS commentator said.

'It all comes down to this, ten drivers remain in qualifying, this lap determines who gets pole position! A lot of drivers looking quick today, but who will come out on top here?' Crofty asked to hype the viewers.

'Will it be Max, Sergio, Zhou, Alex, Nyck, Oscar, Fernando, Nico, Pierre or Lewis?' Martin Brundle asked, also hyping up the crowd and viewers.

'Charles has already been eliminated and will start both the sprint and the race from P18, not a good start to his weekend.' The DTS commentator said.

'Alright Alex, you are free to go for your final lap, I repeat this is your final lap.' Alex's race engineer told him.

'Copy.' Alex said.

'Because of my results earlier in qualifying I started my lap quite late. It means there are many cars on track that I have to avoid. The lower your position, the higher the chance you get stopped by a car on track, it's part of the game.' Alex Albon explained.

Alex's onboard shows him launching through the field, he's looking fast.

'Talk about a surprise, ALEX ALBON is on provisional pole, but he's not the final car to be launched, he'll have to wait for the others to finish.' Martin Brundle commented.

'Nyck across the line, goes right under the Red-Bull's in second and third.' Crofty said. 'Only Zhou and Lewis now. Zhou crosses the line, he's looking quick! ZHOU FASTR THAN ALBON! Zhou now on provisional pole, can Lewis beat him?'

'Ohh this is gonna be close.' Martin Brundl commented,

'Lewis comes across the line, HE'S MADE A MISTAKE SOMEWHERE IN SECTOR THREE! Lewis only goes sixth behind Nyck de Vries. Zhou Guanyu grabs pole position with Alex right behind him. Sergio, Max and Nyck behind them.' Crofty yelled with excitement.

'Second place only behind Zhou, that is a mighty good job mate.' Alex's race engineer told Alex.

'Eeeiiiiiii, awesome!' Alex said with excitement.

'That is pole position, first of the season somehow, awesome job Zhou.'

'WHOOOO, I need new pants after that one.' Zhou said excitedly.

'These young fast drivers really showed those title contenders that they had to watch out. They realize that even more title contenders are entering the scene, this is really becoming a guess who game at this point.' Will Buxton said.

'These drivers haven't made their careers because of this qualifying though. They will have to show long term pac if they really want to fight for the title. Some drivers are getting new cars after the summer break. The question is if these cars are good and if it takes them time to get used to these cars. The time that takes could cost some divers a shot at the championship.' Jennie Gow explained.

'This could truly mean the end of Alpha Tauri's good form.' Will Buxton said seriously.

'This is ridiculous, I need to speak to Christian.' Nyck said angrily.

'Guenther Steiner will not remain with the team for 2024.' Gene Haas said.

'Do not flip-smash my door again!' Guenther Steiner said before the door was slammed by Kevin yet again. 'Yes Gene, he's done it again for flip sake.'
