I notice that I have brought Melissa Shield to the fanfic since the very start. However, since Snipe is here and doing the most talk about weapons I decided to return Melissa to their world. So Melissa is out, and Snipe is staying.

Volume One, Episodes 9, and 10
Remember the cast doesn't see the title, it creates mystery.
Episode 9: The Badge and The Burden. 00:30 - 00:52
After the opening credits.
The new episode starts in the dorm rooms of Team RWBY.
The first scene showed Weiss waking up peacefully. Many of the students liked the ASMR music playing in the background. Even Kyoka Jiro liked it.
"Bliss." Jiro was awed at the music, believing nothing would ruin this moment.
Until Ruby whistled the blissful peace away.
Good Morning Team RWBY!
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!" Kyoka cried out furious that little red ruined the ASMR.
"Cheer up Jiro, it's only the start of the day. Good Morning Team Team RWBY!" Denki energetically said making Jiro more
The audience sweat drops believing it's only the beginning.

Then it revealed that Blake and Yang are up with RWBY, mentioning that they as a team still need to work. at their dorm such as decorating and cleaning.
"Oh, mon putain de Dieu! Are we going to get a decorating montage? Yuga Aoyama squeals in excitement. "I always want a Barbie Dream Dorm!"

"Banzai!" The students cheered along as Team RWBY went to decorate.

The pop music starts playing in the background.
The students like the music as they continue to watch Team RWBY Decorate. They watched as Yang placed a poster of boys, Weiss hung a painting of a forest, and Blake stocked her books, but casually hid one romance book called, 'Ninjas of Love'.
"Well, someone likes it spicy." Mina teasingly said at Blake wondering why she was hiding a romance novel.
Tenya Iida got angry with Ruby for using Crescent Rose to cut the school dorm curtains. "MISS ROSE, HOW DARE YOU! THOSE CURTAINS ARE PROVIDED BY BEACON. THEY WERE ONCE USE BY THE STUDENTS BEFORE YOU!"
Neito just cleans his ears after the yelling. Class 1A's Class President. "Geez Louise, Here I thought Jorota has a stick up his ass, Now 1A's Class President of 1A has a stick further and thicker up his ass."
"Be great, Kendo isn't like that," Setsuna said insulting Kendo. Leaving the girl shocked by her words. "What it's true!"
as the decorating has finished their stuff is nicely placed, but not their bed.
"How did this happen?" Snipe wonders how unpacking turned the bed into a disaster area.

"Bunk beds, like going to IKEA and shopping for bunk beds?" Izuku said and from his words, that is what everyone has thought in their minds.
But they're not ready for what's to come.

"It looks like everyone likes the Buck bad idea," Fuyumi said
"But not Weiss," Natsu said seeing that the Heiress did not like the idea of bunk beds.
02:14 - 02:21
From the mention of bunk beds. The audience was thinking of the traditional bunk beds. Two beds hanging one above the other and being held up by steel bars, or from wood.
However, that isn't the case, that way the audience got their eyes widened toward Team RWBY's creative solution for bunk beds.
"OMFG!" said everyone in unison after seeing the bunk beds of Team RWBY.
"It's it even safe?!" Nemuri freaking out about bunk beds.
However, Mirko just laughed at the situation. "I have to admit this is a clever and creative way to make Bunk Beds."
"Is a trip to IKEA not an option, why not online shopping? Weiss, you're rich. Why couldn't you order bunk beds online? It is way better than what we have now!" Tenya said freaking out towards the bunk beds.

As the Bunk beds are settled. It is time for class.
They're going to be late because it starts in 5 minutes.
"I guess Team JNPR will be late too, Also are they sleeping in the same dorm room?!"
(In Ice Queendom it was shown that Team JNPR has curtains that separate the boys from the girls.)

The first class started in Grimm Studies.
They had met one of the professors of Beacon who happens to be a Huntsman too.
The Pro Heroes learn that the professors in Beacon aren't just teachers but also Huntsmen and Huntresses, similar to UA High.
The Audience learned the names of the Grimm that they saw at the Emerald Forest that were written on the whiteboard.
Besides that, they learn the duties of a Huntsmen and Huntresses to protect those who need it.
They also learn that there are three more kingdoms besides the Kingdom of Vale.
"I guess the whole point of Grimm Studies, is to understand what kind of opponents they have to face. During their time in Beacon, and once they graduate as Huntsmen and Huntresses." Hawks said listening to the lecture from this professor.
03:51 - 04:28
Then the Professor went out to tell a story about when he was younger.
While he does so, the teachers notice that Ruby isn't paying attention to his lessons. Which is very annoying to the teachers having to deal with students like Ruby before.
To Nemuri she had dealt with boys not paying attention to her lessons, more like on her hot body.

They listen to the Professor's story and learn a valuable lesson during his time fighting the Grimm.
A True Huntsman must be honorable, dependable, strategic, well-educated, and wise.
The Teachers heard the Traits of a Huntsman. They agree the same can be said about becoming a Pro Hero. Those traits match their ideals of becoming a hero.
It's not something they would teach their students vocally, it is something they would have to learn on their own time.
How else would they learn, if the answers were given to them?
05:02 - 05:12
Weiss volunteered to prove that she does carry those traits of a True Huntress-in-training.
"I'm sorry, but how exactly would Weiss prove that she is a true Huntress-in-training?" Spinner asks giving a questioning thought to the audience.
However, they'll get the answer in the next episode.
Episode 10: The Badge and the Burden Part 2: 00:30 - 00:41
The next episode starts as members of Team RWBY cheer for Weiss.
"Go, Weiss!"
"Do it for Team RWBY!"
"Hakuna Matata!" Denki cheered for Weiss. "It means no worries!"
The students' sweat dropped but they continued to cheer for Weiss.

The audience wondered. how would Weiss prove that she does have the traits of a true Huntress?
They got their answer most unexpectedly.
By fighting a Grimm.
The audience's eyes widen that the Professor was able to bring a Grimm. a creature that is meant to kill them. to Class.
"HE BROUGHT A GRIM TO CLASS!" The cast yelled in unison as the Boarbatusk charged at Weiss.
00:51 - 01:51
The fight continues seeing that Weiss lost her weapon after trying to strike it in front of the Boarbatusk.
"So unlike the Ursa and the Beowolves. The Boarbatusk is heavily armored. Piercing it in front isn't the best option, including cutting it from its sides." Izuku said examining the Grimm. "There was be a body part without armor?"
Aizawa heard Midoriya's analyzing impressed him. he can analyze his foes easily, including Grimm.
"Maybe, use some dust to kill the Boarbatusk?" Shoto gave out his own opinion. In fairness, He would use his elemental quirks to try to defeat the Boarbatusks.
The students thought about what they would do if they were in Weiss' shoes and had to fight the Boarbatusks. Now not knowing much about Grimm's biology there isn't much they could do. but after that, they saw. Maybe if they can cut it or use their emitter-type quirks they have a chance. Like Lightning or Acid.
01:05 - 1:55
They continue Weiss fights the Boarbatusk.
The audience watches how she uses her glyphs and what color they change.
Izuku and Shoto paid attention to the glyphs. They have seen a few colors, such as the black one.
"I think when her glyphs turned black. It is caused by dust. I think Black dust can manipulate Gravity. While white ones are standard and most used, I don't require dust. They work like a platform to stand on when Ruby was beheading the Nevermore." Izuku explained.
Shoto went to continue for him. "Speaking of the Nevermore. When Team RWBY was shooting their projectiles at the Nevermore. Her glyphs are the ones creating her projectiles, and I do believe Dust played a role in creating those projectiles." He continues. "Also, when we first saw her fighting the giant armored Grimm. I recall her glyph turning the color red, A long with her blade turning the same color as one of the dust at her chamber. I think the red glyph can launch things. Like the giant armor, or Launching Ruby to the nevermore."
Shoto continues. "There are more Dust within Myrtenaster. I think there is more dust that we haven't seen yet. I mean, Izuku and I just talked about her glyphs, but not about the actual effects of Dust. What we know so much about Dust was the Dust Crystals that Roman Torchwick and his men were stealing. We haven't truly scratched the surface about the lore of dust."
After hearing his students try to explain what they saw. Shota Aizawa admits that they are right. There is so much info that they don't know yet about Dust.
However, he did like that his two students were paying attention and learning more about this world. "Good Job Todoroki and Midoriya for the information. You two did an excellent job learning more about Dust and the powers of the characters of this world.
At the very end, Weiss was able to kill the Boarbatusk. However, many felt uneasy.
Before Weiss was able to give the Grimm her final strike. The Heiress screamed at her Team Leaderl
"Uh, what's with Weiss?" Mina asked wondering what puts the Heiress in a bad mood.
The students wonder that too.
Ruby gave good advice on how to kill the Boarbatusk.
They wonder what caused Weiss to have a bad mood.

"We wonder too Jaune?" Fuyumi said curious why Weiss was in a bad mood.

The next scene shows Ruby and Weiss having a conversation.
Then Weiss let out all her thoughts about Team RWBY and why Weiss should have been the leader rather than Ruby.
Weiss mentioned that Ruby didn't earn her position as team leader, unlike Weiss. The Heiress did the hard work. She studied, she trained for years. She admits that she does want to work as a team.
Just not led by Ruby.
The students felt sorry for Ruby.
Everyone had faced criticism before and dealt with it. However, in Ruby's case, this isn't simply criticism, but also judgment of her role as Team Leader.
The responsibilities of the role are heavy enough and it does place a lot of pressure. Many of the students wonder what are feeling. Being Team Leader meant they their not just responsible for their own sake, but the whole team.
Outside of school work and out to fight Grimm. The Team Leader is responsible for all the faults and losses that will happen in the field of battle.
The Pro Heroes in the room know what Ruby is feeling, and being told that you're not good enough. Makes the feeling a lot worse.
Shota Aizawa knew the responsibilities of being the Homeroom teacher of a Hero Course. It is risky and he has to put his life on the line. Like what happened in the USJ incident. He had to take the role of leader and ordered Thirteen to take the children away to safety, and he had to hold back the villains as best as he could.
He may not be in here with them in this Manga Cafe, but Aizawa believes if ever the USJ Incident happened for 1B instead of 1A. He believes that Vlad would have done the same thing and put his life on the line to protect his students.
In some way, the Big Three would have done the same thing as Mr. Aizawa, and Mr. Kan would have done.
The first students may have their moments in which they have to make shift decision making. For how the boys of 1A have to chase after Mr. Compress back in camp to save Tokoyami and Bakugo.
It's not the same responsibility of the Team Leaders of Huntsmen and Huntresses in training.
The first years are wondering if Ozpin made a mistake.

Surprisingly enough Ozpin heard everything.
And oddly enough Weiss spotted Professor Port and mentioned that she should have been the Leader of Team RWBY.
"Well, things are getting interesting. I wonder what would the two professors say to Ruby and Weiss." Midnight said as they continued to watch the show.

With Ozpin.
The professor admits that he has made many mistakes in his life.
Having Ruby in Beacon two years early or making her leader isn't a mistake.
The Students smiled and admitted that Ozpin was right. It is only been one day and it's not fair of Weiss to judge Ruby. Who is a stranger to the Heiress' eyes?
"Ozpin is right Ruby, it's only been a day. I'm sure you can change Weiss' mind. Don't give up, you're doing great." Eijiro said cheering Ruby up.
The Heroes believe that Ozpin is being over dramatic when he mentions his mistakes. He doesn't look ancient, or a thousand years old.
"You're still a spring chicken Ozpin. Get your head up." Mirko said cheering the Headmaster.
However, they don't know the truth about Ozpin.
Right now, they see him as one of the greatest, but once the truth comes out. They would hate him.
03:52 - 04:23
With Port.
The Professor himself respected Ozpin and stood with his judgment. He also read The Heiress like a book.
Saying, that Weiss grew up getting everything she ever wanted. Every answer was a yes, never once she was told, no.
Stain continued to listen to Port, and saw his point. The girl did get everything she ever wanted. It was easy being a Schnee with tons of money to flex, and after seeing Weiss' reaction. It is very close to the truth.
Momo tugged her shirt, feeling guilty that she too got everything she wanted. Including a spot in the Hero Course, thanks to money.
Rather earning it from the Entrance Exam.
04:03 - 05:21
The Audience listened to both Ozpin and Port, and the students thought they had a good point.
Being a Team leader isn't just a title. It is a badge they have to wear constantly. If they're not performing at their absolute best. Then their teammate will not follow her.
At some point. Weiss is right. Ruby the whole time at Port's class goofing off. However, in Ruby's defense, Port's class was very boring. They were there too to listen to his lecture. That was more a tale about himself.
Goofing off in class doesn't show a picture of a good leader, but rather a clown. But also in Ruby's defense, it is just the first day.
Then Port let out his own words.
The grown-ups would have agreed with Port as the students listened to his every word.
True, Weiss didn't become the leader.
It doesn't mean it's the end of the world.
she could pout and whine.
Or.
Savor what she does have.
She can still hone her skills, and perfect her techniques. She may not be the Leader, but she can still be a great person.
Being a leader isn't about what's best for me, but what's best for the entire team. Being a leader is about sacrifices. Putting aside their personal needs, for the needs of their team. Weiss has to understand that Ruby is placing the best intentions for Blake, Yang, and Weiss as well, before her own.
Bakugo is processing what Port said to Weiss. He isn't the same guy from the first week of school. He had grown and learned a lot from his many losses.
If UA had the same system and Bakugo wasn't given the role of Team Leader, he would react as badly as Weiss does.
but a lot more cursing than the Heiress.
They listened to the last words of Ozpin.
Mentioning that being a Team Leader is also a burden with a daunting responsibility.
The Hero side believes that Ruby will become a great leader, it's like that saying. Rome isn't built in a day.
To All Might, he knows what it's like to have a burden. Having the Title of Symbol of Peace and the longest reign as the Number one Hero has daunting responsibilities.
Something that Enji is dealing with, being the new Protector and face by holding the title of The Number One Hero.
Izuku already knows about the burdens of having One for All, and it does have daunting Responsibilities. From his duty as Deku, and for his search for the tenth holder one day.
05:21 - 5:36
The scene shifted to nighttime in Team RWBY's Dorm room. Showing that Weiss just arrived, and she saw that Ruby was studying hard to the point she fell asleep.
"Well, look at that. Little Red is trying her best to be to study.' Tenya said. "Weiss, I hope you took Port's words to heart. Ruby trying her very best to be a leader, and you're a friend."
"Just take it slow. I'm sure you'll know her better, rather than seeing her as a stranger." Itsuka said hoping Weiss would take Port's words to heart.
In some way, Both Tenya and Itsuka are leaders of their class being class presidents, and having Yaoyarozu and Shoda as their partners.
Iida and Kendo are trying their very best, as Class Presidents.
5:36 - 06:22
As Weiss got Ruby her coffee. Weiss went to apologize.
Ruby, I think you have what it takes to be a good leader. Just know that I am going to be the best teammate you'll ever have.

The students awwed at this moment.
"Aww, I think this is Weiss' way to apologize to Ruby. She has been a sour puss the whole day." Fuyumi said liking the moment.
"Five sugars and cream. That's a lot of sugar" Natsu questioning Ruby's take on coffee.
That's wrong, by the way.
"Sweet, and she is still Weiss by the end." Dabi's sweat dropped after seeing that last moment.

The audience smiles when Weiss admits that she wanted bunk beds as a kid.
The Audience learned a lot today, about what it meant to be a leader.

Episodes 15 and 16 Are better off as their episodes. After watching Stray, having the audience learn about Blake as a Faunus would be a great ending when she shows off her Cat ears. It gives them time to think and process.
Yes, Melissa is no longer joining this fanfic. Having Snipe around is enough most of the tech talk is about the weapons. It's different from YJ and Avatar.
