MHA Reacts to RWBY

Episodes 11 & 12

Remember the cast doesn't see the title of the episodes, it creates mystery.

Episode 11 Jaunedice Part part one. 00:30 - 00:54

The episode begins with a sparring match with Team JNPR's leader Jaune, against the Team leader of Team CRDL, Cardin Winchester.

"So it's combat class," Aizawa said. "I guess, because this isn't Combat School, weapons are allowed within the university." We watch closely, he can tell that the fight didn't just start. He sighs seeing that it is about to end, and sadly he cannot tell who among the two leaders will win.

It was shown that Cardin was able to dodge Jaune's strike easily, the Leader was even able to knock Jaune's shield off his hands.

Izuku didn't like that Jaune was losing.

He knows that Jaune just unlocked his aura with help from Pyrrha. To his own belief, that is like unlocking a quirk, sort of.

Izuku recalls his first week of battle against Bakugo. True, he didn't have a handle to use One For All at the time, but he did learn how to fight from all those years of analyzing. But from the looks of it, Jaune doesn't.

Which makes no sense.

Surely he would retain any combat experience from his days at Combat School, that is at least 4 years of hard work. His student application should have been really good, to even get accepted to Beacon, or any Huntsman schools, they are still universities after all.

Sadly, he accepted that Jaune didn't win this fight. Seeing that Cardin only blocks Jaune's sword.

00:54 - 01:10

"Oof, that gotta hurt," Mina said seeing Cardin kneed Jaune at his tummy.

Thankfully, Goodwitch ended their match.

Aizawa is curious about what Glyda has to say. He would put out his own marks, but knowing that this is a world of Auras not quirks. She would be the expert in this class.

01:10 - 01:23

The next scene shows the whole class.

The audience widened their eyes to learn that there is a technology that can track the level, of one's very own aura. They learned a lot from this one device.

"So, the aura can be weakened at battle. Either sparring with someone or fighting a Grimm. Seeing that Jaune's Aura is now in the red zone." Snipe said. "Let's say a Huntsman went out to slay some Grimm, such as a Beowolf. They would have to be wise and make sure that their aura's doesn't get damaged. You don't want it to reach its breaking point, the red zone."

Midnight continues for him. "Let's say someone like Ruby and her fight with the pack of Beowolves from the first time we saw her." The audience recalls the first time they met Little Red and saw her in action. "We know that Ruby can slay a whole pack. She did pretty well, and it probably drains her aura during the fight, right to the amber zone."

"Amber zone, what do you mean Ms. Midnight?" Sen asked wondering what the teacher meant.

"Oh right, you students are too young to learn about driver's ed. Well, in driving you have seen the traffic light, right?" she asked her students and they all nodded. "Well, think about Aura like the traffic light, more importantly, the three colors and their meaning. Green means Go, Amber means to slow down, while Red means stop, or in Huntresses' terms. Go, Slow Down, and rest. I believe Aura works similarly to the traffic light system. As we see on their monitors. Cardin is in green, meaning he still has the amount of Aura to continue. Jaune started in Green, then at some point in the match his aura reached Amber, and then at the end, he reached red."

Both sides listened to Midnight and thought that she had a point. If they see Aura in terms of the traffic light system. It does make sense.

In the terms of quirks. They work like a muscle, at some point during an activity such as training. The body will eventually feel tired. A good example is when Bakugo and Kirishima fought during the Sports Festival. Bakugo just used basic quirk knowledge to defeat Kirishima. Seeinga Eijiro used his quirk the whole day. He had to be tired, making this quirk control tired as well, at the time before the camp training.

Learning about the possible Traffic Light system theory. The audience wonder. If Aura can be trained. Like how the students trained their quirks during camp?

There are other questions, after seeing abilities like Ruby dashing so fast, she turns into rose petals, or Blake's shadow clone. How are those abilities tied to Aura, or were their abilities and aura tied from the same string?

They got one possible correct answer, but a lot more questions to fill, in about the lore of this world.

01:23 - 01:44

They listened to Glynda mentioning that Jaune hasn't improved his fighting since Initiation. What happened with the Initiation can be considered to be dumb luck, but Jaune has to improve. You never know when Team JNPR will be out there slaying Grimm. Huntsmen Academy they improve by fighting, which also means slaying Grimm.

The students have hope for Jaune his training from combat school should at least give him some kind of edge. The Teacher otherwise thinks the same as Glynda they don't want him to be eaten by a Beowolves.

Izuku understood Jaune, he too had the catch-up with his peers when the first week of school started. He believed that Jaune would find his way.

01:44 - 02:01

Before class ended, Gylda mentioned the Vytal Festival and a combat tournament that is included at the festival, and what's interesting. Other Academy students from the four kingdoms would be coming as well to compete against the other schools, just like Beacon.

"This is so cool, so there this Vytal Festival, is like the UA Sports Festival, but instead of just having UA to have some competition, other schools would compete at the combat tournament," Izuku said excitedly as much as the other students.

"That is so manly, the other four academies fighting to earn themselves victory for their school. Midoriya is right, this is exciting!" Eijiro said feeling pumped up as the rest of the students.

"Tsk," Bakugo muttered not liking that he could not be part of the festival, and in all honestly, the other students too wanted to compete. From the first years of 1A, 1B, and the Big Three, they wanted to present what they could do, even if they didn't have auras, awesome weapons, or even dust.

They couldn't wait for the festival.

02:01 - 02:33

The scene shifted to lunchtime, having Nora explained an epic story about She and Ren defeating an epic amount of Grimm. The students had their eyes and ears glued to Nora, listening to their every word. They were able to turn Grimm fur in exchange for money.

However, their face went from joy to disappointment when Ren mentioned that it was just all a dream.

Nora was able to fool everyone, except for Shoto Todoroki. "You wouldn't be able to sell Grimm fur, they would eventually turned into ashes once they're killed," he said raising an eyebrow.

02:33 - 02:50

The audience watched as Pyrrha was able to tell that Jaune wasn't okay, even the boy tried to hide it by smiling.

Izuku frowned, he used to do the same thing before UA, back at his old schools. He had to wear a big fake smile because that's what All Might would have done. How much he smiled the pain didn't go away.

Now seeing someone that Izuku was once in, he couldn't help but feel sorry for Jaune. Looking at Jaune now, was like looking through his reflection of his old self. He hid his pain for so long that he convinced his mind that he was okay, but his heart knew the truth because it carried his pain. Now history repeats itself, and Izuku can only watch.

02:50 - 03:04

When Pyrrha confronts Jaune about Cardin messing with him, it hits hard for Izuku emotionally.

It hurt harder when Ruby said a certain word that hurt his heart a lot.

"He's a bully."

Just the word itself triggers some old memories and pain, from his days before UA.

03:04 - 03:13

There was a flashback of Jaune just walking in the hallways casually, then there was Cardin slapping Jaune's phone to the ground.

Just like a certain ashed blond did to Izuku in junior high when his mom gave him his first smartphone.

03:13 - 03:21

The next memory showed how Cardin was able to block Jaune's path by using his shield against him.

Izuku remembered that a certain ashed blond boy used to trip him on the way to his classroom.

03:21 - 03:40

The last memory was extreme.

The audience is familiar with the old shoving nerds into locker bit from sitcoms, but the lockers from Beacon are a lot more, extreme being a rocket too.

For Izuku, the certain ahsed blond boy may not shoved him into lockers, but he did use his quirk on his notebook and threw it out in the window. Let's not forget the suicide baiting.

03:40 - 03:50

After the flashback ended, Nora gave out her suggestion for how to deal with Cardin.

We'll break his legs.

That causes the entire audience to sweat nervously knowing that Nora is serious.

"Nora, let's call that option B., any other ideas… guys?" Itsuka asked nervously hoping anyone could give another suggestion that doesn't have to do with breaking one's legs. However, no one gave the 1B president an answer.

03:50 - 03:57

Hearing Jaune still defending Cardin hurt Izuku's heart so much because he used to make excuses for Bakugo.

For the longest time before UA High. Izuku kept making excuses for Bakugo's treatment of him. Such as that Izuku sees that Bakugo would be a great and powerful hero one day, hence why he makes those excuses, but after seeing Jaune he had enough.

Cardin is a jerk, a bully. Sure he has the skill to be a great huntsman, but Izuku wouldn't call him a hero. He calls Ozpin's speech about the duties of Huntsmen and Huntresses that they serve and protect those who cannot defend themselves from the Grimm. When he sees Cardin Izuku doesn't feel safe around him, let alone comfortable.

What does this mean for his views towards Bakugo from now to later?

Will his views change, or will it be different?

Unknown to Izuku, he isn't the only one who felt an impact from watching Cardin. Just like how Izuku sees himself in Jaune, the other can see himself within Cardin.

More of his thoughts later.

03:57 - 04:21

The Audience hears a girl getting hurt. They noticed it was a girl's ear being pulled, what got them surprised was that Cardin wasn't pulling her human ear, but her long rabbit ear.

"What the hell?" Spinner's eyes widen in surprise towards the atrocious scene that Cardin was doing to the poor girl. He and the other audience members are surprised to see that her rabbit ears are real and part of her body.

Spinner and the other mutant types like him felt offended seeing what Cardin was doing to the Faunus girl. They learn what a Faunus is thanks to Yang. They weren't sure what it was at first, but now they know.

"So that's what a Faunus is." Spinner sadly said. He recalls the news broadcast back at the Airship recalling that there was a Civil Rights Protest rally gone wrong. Recalling a once peaceful Faunus organization called The White Fang ruined it.

Spinner wasn't the only one who recalled the news broadcast. Other mutant types such as Fumikage, Tsuyu, Mina, Togaru, Jurota, Shihai, and others like them remember the new broadcast. They remember the people in the crowd who had animal features such as a girl with bear ears. At the time they only thought it was just accessories, but but now they know it wasn't.

Just like the girl with bear ears, this girl with the rabbit ears. Those are part of their bodies.

Right now the audience knows that Faunus are human-looking humans with extra animal parts. They'll learn more in this education journey besides appearances they'll learn about the prejudice that comes with the lore.

Episode 12: Jaunedice Part 2 00:33 - 01:11

The next episode shifted back to Professor Obleck, the Audience listened to a history lesson about Faunus' Rights, which ended up becoming a civil war between Humans and Faunus.

"So in this world, Humans aren't the only species. Besides animals and plants that live beside humankind, there was also the Faunus. A whole different species that isn't considered to be human despite appearances, they probably even have different biology compared to humans. Such as the girl with the bunny ears. Because she has another pair of ears. That can also include increased hearing, and probably even a different appetite, or diet." Midnight said, giving out her thoughts about this history of Faunus.

"I can't believe a simply equal rights movement for Faunus turned into war. They're people too despite extra animal parts." Ochaco said angrily, she was not happy that a simple act of equal rights turned into war.

She recalls what Aizawa told her after Bakugo's Ball Toss during the first day of school. That the world isn't fair. She is human herself, theoretically, she would be on the human side, but she believes that the Faunus have a voice and they should be allowed to speak it and to live among the humans without fear or hate. She hopes to see that the people of this world would grow and get along with one another without conflict due to race.

If her friend Tsu was considered to be a Faunus back in their world. She would want to fight for their equal rights as much as the other Faunus such as the Bunny Girl.

Speaking of the Bunny Girl, they heard the question from the professor about who among the Faunus face prejudice, and many people such as Spinner weren't happy to hear that Racism is a struggle in this world too, as much as their world is with Mutant types.

Spinner and the Bunny Girl weren't the only ones who had faced prejudice for simply being born as a mutant. 1A's Mezo Shoji is a prime example. When he was younger was beaten up for simply being born as a mutant type. Which is why he hides scars underneath his scar like a ninja.

"The professor was right. It is dreadfully." Mezo said feeling sad for the Faunus.

01:55 - 02:11

The professor continues to mention his history lesson, mentioning that there was a turning point that led the Faunus to the advantage.

Thanks to Weiss she mentioned it happened during a battle at Fort Castle. The student watched as the Professor gave out a question to Jaune. The student felt bad for Jaune trying to answer the question he doesn't know.

"Oh dear god, it's like looking through a mirror… but, I'm more handsome," Denki said as he gave a flirtatious smirk at Shinso. "With abs."

Shinso looks away with a blush on his face.

The audience continues to watch as Jaune tries what Pyrrha is trying to work out the answer with her hand gestures.

"The Faunus has the advantage against the enemy because… of boobs?" Twice said trying to read Pyrrha's gestures. "Yes, the humans lost because of boobs. That is a way I want to die, death by boobs."

"I think, she's trying to say it had to do with eyes. Maybe the Faunus had the advantage by eye gouging" Toga said rubbing her hands together. "Yes. that is the way I want to die."

Dabi sweat drops towards Toga and Twice. "You two have the weirdest kinks." He pointed at Twice. "The boob thing makes sense, but dying from boobs… you're one sick motherfucker."

Finally, Jaune gave his answer, and it was wrong.

"Damn it, I was expecting death by boobs," Mina said as Jiro gave a questionable brow to the pink girl.

"You were hoping for death by boobs?"

"It sounds funny." Jiro's eyes widen after getting Ashido's answer.

02:11 - 02:42

Pyrrha and Blake gave the right answer, including more lore about the Faunus. Pyrrha mentioned that the Faunus has excellent sight at night due to night vision. they were a common trait for most Faunus.

Izuku wrote it down in his notebook. "So Faunus has a unique biological trait that makes them more different from humans besides their animal traits like rabbit ears, such as night vision, and most Faunus have a natural night vision. That ain't a quirk." He continues. "Like a dog Faunus with extra dog ears have night vision, or even a ram Faunus with ram horns they too would have night vision."

Even Pony Tsunotori understood what Midoriya mentioned. "I see, if I was a Faunus, people like Mirko, and Togaru would have night vision."

Togaru sighs, "Sleeping would be so difficult having the ability to see the dark." he whines if ever he was born a Faunus.

"Look at the bright side, you can read a book with the lights out, do your homework with the lights out—

"Masturbate with the lights out."

"Even masturbate with the—- wait what?!" Juzo raises an eyebrow at Sen's suggestion.

Togaru chuckles. "Good one, Kaibara."

Spinner laughs at hearing that Blake even insulted Cardin by comparing him with the general who ended up being a failure due to their lack of education in simple Faunus biology. "Burn!"

02:42 - 02:53

Denki gulped hearing that the professor wanted both Cardin and Jaune to stay a bit longer after class.

"I don't like where this is going."

They continued to watch as Pyrrha decided to stay and wait for Jaune.

"Pyrrha is being such a good friend," Hitoshi said.

03:00 - 03:31

After Class ended the Professor went to talk to both Cardin and Jaune.

"So apparently both Cardin and Jaune are struggling in this class, which may affect their stay at Beacon," Aizawa said understanding what the professor said. "If they don't improve, they might get expelled. This could be a wake-up call for both to do better. For both on paperwork and in combat."

"This is bad for both of them. Beacon Academy isn't like UA High." Midnight agrees with Aizawa. "Like Obleck said. They only accept the best to get into Beacon, the same with UA. Sure, someone like Mineta and his behavior with the opposite sex is uncomfortable, but he is in UA for a reason. His grades are good and he is doing mediocre at his hero training, but he does deliver good results." She continues." If Cardin was a UA student he was racist towards Faunus. Imagine what he would be like towards the Mutant Types. His bullying isn't acceptable. UA High has zero tolerance for bullying. He would be expelled no doubt."

Snipe agrees "I agree with Nemuri, he had expelled students before for bullying. It doesn't matter if the student is from the Hero Program or another program. At the end of the day, they are still UA students. No one is untouchable from being expelled. Even if they have potential as a Hero or not."

"We're UA teachers, we're not looking for powerful quirks, we're looking for good character."

Bakugo heard what the teachers said, and every time he saw Cardin. He feels different. Not in a way he grew a second head different, more like he has this heavy feeling around his throat. This feeling is odd, new, and unfamiliar. but his breathing was heavy. Normally Katsuki is a logical man that he can understand from science. But the weird thing is, every time he sees Cardin and what he has said and done to Jaune and the Faunus, it reminds him of his time in school years before UA.

'I don't know what the fuck is happening to me, just all of a sudden my breathing is heavy as shit. Like weights added in my shoulders and lungs just from looking at Winchester.' Katsuki looks at Cardin on the screen and recalls what the teachers said. For some reason, Katsuki kept seeing Cardin wearing the Aldera junior high school uniform, and his hair turned blond and spiky like his, and looking at Jaune he saw him with messy green hair and the same Aldera school uniform. 'Why when I looked at them now, it's like a journey to memory lane. I recall I felt proud and righteous about what I did back then, now looking back and seeing it happen from the shoes of another, it felt wrong. Just the thought Cardin felt wrong, what does that mean towards my past actions towards...'

'Izuku.'

'This emotion that I'm feeling is new, and I don't like it, and how can I stop it, and make myself feel great again?'

'I don't want to feel this emotion anymore.'

03:31 - 03:41

After the talk with Professor Obleck was over. Cardin didn't hesitate to push Jaune to the ground.

"Bastard, that's just not manly. I can't believe he is a future Huntsman-in-training. Ruby is right he is just a bully." Eijiro said with pure anger and Katsuki felt bad hearing those words from the redhead.

"I agree with you Kirishima, he is a bastard and in your words, not manly," Fumikage said agreeing with the redhead not liking Cardin.

Thankfully Pyrrha was there to help Jaune up.

Spinner chuckles towards Pyrrha's offer to break Cardin's legs. "I agree with Pyrrha, knowing the Amazon, she would break his legs perhaps much more silently than Nora… Hell, I'll kick his balls for every racist shit he ever done to the Faunus."

It was confirmed that none of the students and some villains didn't like Cardin. To Katsuki he feels uneasy, he feels like an accused false witch who is heading to be burned by his peers and to salt to his wounds. They can even make s'mores while he burns.

03:31 - 04:47

The students are curious that Pyrrha has an idea, that requires for Jaune to go to the rooftop. However, Jaune misread the idea thinking that Pyrrha meant suicide, not her actual plan.

"Sweet Jesus, She didn't mean Suicide!" Eijiro freaked out as much as the other students thankfully, Pyrrha corrected Jaune.

"Thank goodness, he wasn't going to jump. I'm glad Pyrrha isn't here to tell him to take a swan dive." Itsuka said, hearing those exact words triggered Katsuki.

"What dick would suggest anyone to take a swan dive! That is suicide bating, it is super illegal, as much as murder. That ain't heroic, that just villainous." Tetsutetsu said with spite making Bakugo's breathing much heavier and harder.

The students listen more to Pyrrha's offer, so why not help Jaune with his combat? By going to the roof no one will interrupt them.

The teachers liked what Pyrrha was offering. "That is an excellent idea Ms. Nikkos. In a way, you'll be Jaune's tutor. Who better be a tutor than never defeated champion? There are also the other members of your team who can help you with education." All Might said agreeing with the Amazon. "You should take the offer Young Arc."

"I agree with Pyrrha, everyone needs help from time to time. We were students too who would stumble now and then." Snipe said. "There is no shame in asking for help. This is a good opportunity Jaune."

Mirio agrees with his teachers. "Pyrrha is right. You made it to Beacon. This speaks volumes about your training at combat school. Don't put yourself short. You have volume Jaune Arc, and we believe you can do it."

The other third years such as Hado and Amajiki have faith in Jaune too as much as Togata. They too have years of experience on their belt. They're hoping that Jaune will take the offer from his partner.

To the minds of the audience. They all believe that Jaune went to a combat school for the past four years, and got accepted to Beacon Academy.

The question is, it is true though?

04:47 - 05:23

Then Jaune went out and confessed.

Unlike everyone else who went training at a Combat School for four years, passing the final exam, and earning a spot to go to this academy. He lied in his transcripts and was able to fool Beacon Academy into accepting him. That is how Jaune Arc became a student at Beacon.

It also answered a lot of plot holes in the teacher's thoughts. "Things are starting to make sense now. Why Jaune lacks combat for several weeks after initiation, because, unlike the others who came from Combat school, and was able to build them to reach the levels that they are in now. Jaune never even started. He lied to come to Beacon." Aizawa said disappointed at Jaune, and he also realized something. "What Jaune did is illegal, fauding his transcript can lead him not just to being expelled, but you can also to arrest Jaune. Did you think of the risk?"

Aizawa and the other teachers are very disappointed that why Jaune faked his college transcript.

Even the students weren't sure what to feel at this moment. They had high hopes for Jaune, but learning the truth hurt them.

"Jaune, I want to understand. Why did you do this?" Izuku asks hoping Jaune will answer.

05:23 - 06:06

Izuku and the rest of the students got their eyes widened towards Jaune's reasoning, and Izuku Midoriya understood the most, especially the fact he grew up being told he could not make his dream come true, and Jaune's words touched Izuku's heart.

Cause this is always what I've wanted to be!

My father, my grandfather, and his father before him were all warriors!

They were all heroes! I wanted to be one, too.

I was just never good enough.

Just like how Izuku wanted to be a Hero, Jaune wanted to be one too. Izuku finally sees why he sees himself towards Jaune.

Even though they have different journeys and backgrounds. They in away walk in the same shoes. They too wanted to be the Hero, to fight alongside the others rather than just watch them why they end up being hung on a tree. They wanted to help people and fight monsters along the way because that is what heroes do.

'We're the same, You wanted to be a Huntsman, just like how I wanted to be a Pro Hero, it's just our journey isn't going to be like the others. We're going to struggle too.' Izuku thought. 'Despite everything I learned about you're transcript, I believe that you can be a Huntsman.' Izuku starts to cry. 'We're no different, We both have dreams that we have to fulfill and we take so much crap we make odd excuses. There will always be people who will call us Deku and that we're not good enough. But we keep fighting… The law said, that I should arrest you for forgery, but my heart says keep fighting, and we will become heroes.'

In the end, Jaune asks Pyrrha if he wants to be alone and the Amazon does what he asks.

06:06 - 07:00 (Last Scene of the Chapter.)

Jaune's night turns to the worst when it is revealed that where he was standing on and confessing the truth, is just right under Team CRDL dorm room. What makes things worse is the leader, Cardin heard it all.

"Shit, what do you want now Cardin," Toga said she just like the students and Spinner doesn't like the racist jerk.

The audience watches as Cardin acts so friendly towards Jaune. Friendly as in, he plans to spill his secret unless you do whatever he wishes for him to do. Such as their reading assignment for Professor Obleck, and return. He'll keep his pretty little secret.

"Oh Jaune, how would you wake yourself up from this hole?" Izuku hopes that Jaune will find a way to dig himself up from this hole.

Mabuhay

Sorry for taking so long to upload. I was working on the other chapters of my other fanfic, and writing this episode wasn't easy to write. I also decided to split it into two parts instead of both Jaundice and Forever Falls into one chapter.

Forever Falls would be my last chapter that would combine more or one episode as a single chapter. The story arc with Blake is better as two chapters, instead of one.

Before I go I have two announcements.

First, Happy Birthday Dad.

Second, You can join me and the other readers on a Discord server. I'm going to put the link on Wattpad because links don't work on the FFN website.

You can join the group server by copying and pasting the link on you're computer. You can find it one the same chapter at the bottom of the page.

Til Next time.
