Few hero families last more than a few generations. Whether it be to death, lack of success and or drive or scandal, it matters not. Still, any family of heroes is often treated with the utmost respect and praise.

In America, it is the Walker family. From the starting days of the country, even before and during the war for independence, the family was dedicated first and foremost to protecting their homeland and its people from whatever threats rose, be it invasions, natural disasters, or Villains.

Once Quirks manifested, they became even more fearsome.

Current Patriarch; the Grey Hero John Doe, the former #2 American Hero before an explosion at a Remembrance day parade robbed him of his sight and forced him into retirement. A controversial hero, even more than his father, Ink-Bolt the Black-White Hero, whose actions created the Illegal branch of heroes known as Vigilantees…and who John NEVER speaks about.

A gunslinger and powerful wrestler, John Doe rivalled Japan's Endeavour in most accomplished cases and was a regular on the front lines of any war or peace-keeping operation the USA took any part of. In interviews, he often states that all he cares about is eliminating the newest threat and ensuring the safety of the future. And with his Quirk; Grey Gaze, which enables him to see through lies and view the thoughts of those he fights, few fault him.

Current Matriarch; Marion Maid, the idol of millions; beautiful, successful...and pretty darn strong too. While she'd never made the top lists, despite many wishing she would, she was without a doubt one of the most beloved heroines in America, doing charity work and community services on top of fighting Villains and encouraging girls follow their dreams.

With her Quirk, Pain Power Point, she can share the pain and emotions of all in her area with her targets, which can be both empowering and deliberating. She credits this to her amazing career and success, along with her long and happy marriage to John Doe and motherhood.

The current generation of the Walkers was most famous for the sextuplet sibling team; the Walker Sisters. Each of them was beautiful, skilled and dedicated to saving the day. They were also a famed, multi-award-winning band and the idol of many tween and teen girls all over the world; taking both their own feelings on the field and fan letters for their inspiration. In battle or on the stage, they each wore a different single coloured cowgirl outfit.

Amber, AKA Walker Orange, was the hotheaded mistress of the whip and the one most eager for a fight and to show-off. She was kind of slow in terms of thinking before she acted, but she was also loyal to a fault.

May, AKA Walker Green, had the Quirk of Conversion; with a single bright glow she could turn the harmful into the harmless/helpful: Her go to choice of action was turning weapons into handkerchiefs.

Vicky, AKA Walker Purple, was the leader of the group, priotising her sister's safety over her own. With her Sneak peek quirk, she could see a few milliseconds into the future, and th

Debbie and Hilary, AKA the twins Walker Red and Blue, where the usual polar opposites; Hilary was more analytical and calmer to Angelina's proud and often provocative acts on and off the job…but those Quirks did help them bring down many a villain, so few complained.

Patricia, AKA Walker Yellow, was the comedian and deadpan-snarker of the group. She also had the best defense of her sisters, her Quirk being a deflecting barrier that returned whatever struck it to sender.

And finally Rachel, AKA Walker White, the most motherly or sisterly of the seven; although also the most brutal in a fight: She proved she was her father's daughter by never letting her enemies monologue and going for the knockout/kill shots…but she'd always make time for her fans and family. In interviews, she often spoke about settling down and becoming a mother once she felt she'd done enough.

What only a handful knew until earlier this year, is that there was one more Walker…A single son, born seven years after his sisters. His parents had called him a nice little surprise and his sisters adored him. Sadly, circumstances led to his existence being hidden from the public for years, and when he was known, declared dead.

Bobby was no older than three years old and the family had been on vacation to Nigeria. His mom was doing some charity work and his dad was helping clean-up after in the defeat of Mkango, the top African Villain at the time.

In hindsight, letting him remain in power would've been better than letting Adam-1 take over…moving on.

It was an insanely fun time; Bobby had seen so many cool animals and plants, made friends with the local kids. There was that...one incident with an out of control elephant…bnut thankfully his ststers were there to save him.

But something bothered him:

"Why?" Bobby asked as their plane flew up so high he could no longer see his friends.

"Why what, buddy?" The middle sister, Rachel, asked her brother, distracted from her TV by his inquiry.

"Why are they all so poor and hungry?" Bobby asked. "They're good people and the bad guy's gone, so why...?"

He had lost his train of thought with the passing of what looked like a crane, but his point was clear to all. He found himself being pulled into his mother's lap, and his attention turned to her.

"It's one of the problems with the world, sweetheart." Marion answered. "Those in powerful positions...many want to do good, but some don't. And those who don't make it clear no one can stop them, because for all the bad they do, they do do some good."

And with those words, Bobby's life was set.,

"When I become a hero, I'll fix everything!" With all the passion and determination of a toddler

That declaration had brought a smile on his family's face: Something told them he would.

MHPP

Just a week after their time in Africa, the Walkers had gone to Japan to catch up with an old friend of Doe's: Jiro Yayorozu, the head of a massive conglomerate, his wife Setsuna, a successful investor, and their young daughter Momo.

A fast friendship had struck up between the two children since they were in diapers; with them often running throughout the Yayorozu manor as they played tag and Bobby tried to come up with something Momo couldn't create with her quirk.

"Rubber band!" He challenged.

"Easy!" Momo beamed as she produced the object, which she flung at Bobby, who did the same before coming up with another challenge:

"Monster truck tire!"

Momo created said object with a bored yawn.

"Rubber ducky!"

Again, she did the same.

"Come on, Bobby! Give up!" She smirked. "You're never going to..."

"Rubber Goose!"

"That's the same thing!"

"No, it isn't!" Bobby pointed out,

"Yes, it is!"

"No, it isn't!"

"Yes, it is!"

"No, it isn't!"

"Yes, it is!"

"No, it isn't!"

"Yes, it is!"

Their parents watched the scene in delight, sipping their tea. Bobby's sisters meanwhile, were awestruck by anime, primarily the magical girl subgenre.

"Bobby!" Marion called. "Come and have some Mochi and tea!"

"Momo darling? The Walkers brough Peanut Brittle cookies!" Jiro called for his princess.

The two forgot their squabble and enjoyed tea in their parents' laps.

"I'm sorry, but it seems young Bobby will never have a Quirk,"

The tweleve most painful words. The single sentence that changed my life.

"Well, in most cases, a child will inherit a fusion of their parents' Quirk, or one of their quirks. Sometimes, like in the case of your daughters, the quirk is completely new"

It was true. As stated earlier: Not even one of the Walker sisters had a Quirk that was remotely like their parents.

"However, there is still a 10% chance of a child inheriting no Quirk at all."

"Well...C-couldn't it be that he's just a late bloomer?" John asked desperately, tears stinging his eyes as they did the same to Bobby's. "I mean, I didn't awaken Grey Gaze until I was almost nine! I hate to say but, maybe Bobby's quirk just needs some kind of…?"

"Jonathan Walker, don't you dare imply putting our baby in danger 'just to see!'" Marion snapped, holding Bobby close. She then calmed down and checked if he was okay, wiping tears from his eyes.

"I'm sorry, there is no treatment. But, if I may?" The doctor asked, turning around and handing them a pamphlet. "Recently, a sort of Quirkless community shelter and home was started up."

MHPP

If there was one thing that truly did make the West great in the Quirk society, it was that they NEVER forgot the greats before Quirks manifested.

New York's Natural History Museum had an entire building dedicated to the likes of Martin Luther King, Amelia Airheart and others who had changed the world with nothing but sheer grit, will and determination, no powers whatsoever.

So, with these stories available, it was little surprise that Bobby didn't immediately give up on his dream in following in his parents' business. Especially when John took a day off to help him see these greats. He even told Bobby about how he, Amber and Rachel were technically Quirkless in terms of 'flashy quirks', so if they could become great Pros, his son could to.

This was also why they didn't initially take the doctor's suggestion. Sadly, John and Marion would….all because of one game gone wrong:

The girls had been playing with Bobby when Amber, recalling her father's words about 'late bloomer' and 'quirks needing stimuli', somehow coerced her sisters, minus Debbie and Rachel, who was shooting with her father, to use their Quirks on Bobby and see how he reacted.

Spoiler warning:….Not well.,

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU MORONS DOING?!" The others turned to see Rachel storming into the room, pushing anything that got in her way, her angry turning to fear and sadness when she saw the battered state Bobby was in. "He's only six years old!"

"He's helping us train!"

"We could do better than that when we where his age." Amber noted.

"Amber said that Dad said it'd toughen him up!" Patricia added, knowing what was coming.

"AND YOU BELIEVED HER!?" Rachel snapped as she picked Bobby up gently and raced to the family doctor. Bobby was in pain from the attacks but made out a few of sisters' words.

Patricia sighed in disappointment.

"Weakling." Amber noted.

"How could we even be related to that?" The twins whispered.

His sniffles tuned out others.

"come on, little buddy." Rachel cooed softly to her whimpering brother. "Let's get you to Jeeves and then mommy."

She shot her sisters one more angry look before doing as she had promised.

After that, Marion decided to sign Bobby up for a Pen-pal program, as she could no longer trust anyone but Debbie and Rachel around their brother. Bobby had opposed, actually WANTING to got to school and meet other kids, but being only 6?

So, he started writing. A few days later, a letter back came. and soon, Bobby didn't mind being stuck on the island so much.

MHPP

"Wake up."

Bobby was awaken in the middle of the night by Rachel gently slapping his cheeks.

"H-huh? Rachel? What's wrong? It's 2 in the morning.…"

"You have to leave." Rachel said as she started tossing his clothes and some toys in the duffel bag.

"W-when?"

"Now!" Rachel whispered, picking him up and sneaking towards the launch site of their father's jets, jeeps and other vechiles.

"But I'm…" Bobby started again, Rachel covering his mouth.

"I don't trust that place mom and dad are sending you too." Rachel said. 'It just…feels wrong."

She handed him a card, not unlike the ones he had seen his mama and daddy use to pay for everything.

"This is a special black credit card." Rachel explained. "No limit, no name. Use it when you need. If I turn out to be wrong, we'll come and find you, so use it!"

With a final kiss on the forehead, Rachel closed the pod and jettisoned her baby brother as far from the Walker complex as possible.

"I love you, Bobby."

It would be years until they saw each other again.

MHPP

Once his jet had landed, Bobby raced through the streets as fast as he could, a duffel bag containing everything that his 8 year old mind was convinced he could not live without.

Seeing these hungry people, Bobby looked at what he had in his bag, then gave them another look. With a sigh, he emptied his bag, took a single bag of chips and left.

"Thank you!"

Bobby paused, a warm sensation filling him

He was still hungry, but having helped those people had made it worth it.

MHPP

That's how it went for two years; while using the card to buy his homeless neighbors and himself toiletries and food, he'd otherwise look through garbage cans for food at first, before finding out when various restaurants threw away their leftovers and eating those instead. He did little odd jobs whenever he could.

Occasionally, a kind grocer or baker would give him an apple or loaf of two, and Bobby would try and return the favour by cleaning up for them.

Eventually, he found himself at a youth home, where he found a roof over his head. He continued doing whatever odd jobs that he could.

He had already realized something had gone wrong, but focused elsewhere.

And then came the day everything changed for him.

MHPP

Nine year old Bobby had just been walking along Main Street, minding his own business. A full two years had passed ever since he ran away from home after being deemed Quirkless and learning he was going to be sent to a 'shelter' for Quirkless children. Two years of learning when to pick from dumpsters, how many recycled newspapers made a good enough blanket and where/when to look into shleters without anyone identifying you.

He missed his parents despite it all. He missed Momo-chan, his truest friend...even if she was on the other side of the world. He missed the letters he and his Pen-Pal Izuku had been sharing before he ran away...

Then an explosion had erupted, bringing the boy out of his musing of where he was going to lay his head down that night. Following the crowd, he saw something that he had heard his parents defuse many a times, but never before in real life:

Someone was holding an entire bus of schoolchildren hostage and littering the area with the bodies of those unfortunate enough to have been caught in the blast or try to escape...all with an evil grin on his face. Already, several heroes were on the scene.

Godzillo, Captain Celebrity, Cowgirl and a few other heroes (Sky High graduates, he later learned) were against the kidnapper...who Bobby was quick to recognize from what he had caught on news reports.

Mason Jingo aka the Mad Bomber, one of the few villains he remembered his parents saying deserved the Death Penalty for his acts of terrorism and mass murder in the name of 'paying back disrespect to soldiers.' He was almost as tall and muscular as All Might, with wild orange and brown hair in camo pants, combat boots and a sweatshirt that barely hid his muscles.

He had been on the run for months, rampaging across the states...and now he was in the Big Apple.

Godzillo brought a might fist onto the villain, who smirked as he met the giant fist with an open palm. The second they made contact, the giant finger exploded. The Sky high students had raced to villain, who simply stomped on the ground, bringing himself and his hostages into the sky before he hit the bus, forcing it to be stuck in a building.

The Bomber then reached inside the bus and pulled a hostage out before returning to the ground.

"DROP YOUR WEAPONS AND OR GEAR AND THEN BACK AWAY!" The villain demanded, flinging a girl with rainbow hair in his grip and placing his free hand near the buliding holding the bus. "OR THEY ALL GO BOOM! AND WE ALL KNOW HOW MESSY THAT GETS...!"

The heroes did as they were told.

"HEY YOU! KID IN THE DIRTY HOODIE!"

Spying that he was indeed the only one in a hoodie, Bobby pointed to himself.

"YEAH YOU, DUMBASS! BRING THE HERO'S WEAPONS AND GEAR UP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS!"

Bobby did as he had been ordered, picking up Captain Celebrity's phone, Cowgirl's horntips and with struggle, some star shaped weapons from a heroine that he didn't recognize. He then made his way toward.

As he struggled, Bobby couldn't help but hear the fearful cries of the children and their parents, along with the worried chatter of civilians and heroes alike.

"Bout time." Mason grumbled when Bobby finally made it to him. "Then again, must be a lot to carry...unlike this loud brat."

He glared at the young girl he was holding; her hair a rainbow of colors and her attention focused on a certain burning spot on a destroyed tour bus.

Then a question and idea came to the boy He didn't stop to think about the consequences, he just outright asked the Mad Bomber:

"If I give these to you, will you let them go back to their mommies and daddies?"

The kids had stopped crying, and the villain seemed surprised by the question.

"What?"

Bobby took a deep breath and, not realizing that all eyes were on him and all were listening, repeated:

"If I do as you ask and give you this stuff, will you let them go back to their mommies and daddies?"

"No can do kid. Need to make my get away." He then smirked. "And you alone aren't worth all of them, so while it's cute of you to do so, don't even…"

Bobby lifted up his mask and put a finger to his lip to silence the man.

"So...will you let them go?"

Mason smiled evilly, flinging his hostage into the crowd, where she was thankfully caught by a sidekick of Electrophant. Bobby took her place in an instant.

"Well brats, today's your lucky day! This kid is worth more than everyone in this block!"

Bobby had quickly scanned the group he was saving before he had been grabbed. All with tear-stained cheeks, some confused...but all safe.

That was all he wanted.

"FOLLOW ME AND HE DIES!"

And with that, Mason had unleashed an explosion that sent many flying, including him and his hostage.

10 minutes later, the villain had found an abandoned auto-factory to hide in and tossed Bobby to the ground as he looked out the window. After a few minutes, he looked over to the boy, an evil smile on his face.

"No one around for miles, kid."

And then the fear had finally hit Bobby.

"Just you and me."

This guy was going to kill him, Bobby realized as he tried to shirk back.

"Now now...Don't run. Weakness isn't allowed in real heroes or soldiers. We endure. You knew this was coming."

Suddenly, Mason was in Bobby's face and a strong palm slammed into the boy's chest...which suddenly burts into smoke, flame and blood, sending him flying into a wall.

"I owe your old man a hell of a lot. Try and stay alive long enough for at least a third of it."

Sizzling flesh and searing pain in his form, Bobby screamed in pain and even louder when Mason grabbed him by a madly swinging leg and flung him into a wall before landing a foot onto his back

"You 'heroes'...make me sick. It used to mean something to go out and put yourself on the line. You earned whatever you made honestly; dedciated blood, sweat, tears and all kind of shit to making it to the top. Now? Any luck prick with a Quirk can get that done and a damned toy line or movie out of it."

"So you kill innocent people?!" Bobby snapped in spite of the pain, reaching into his pocket and grabbing something, which he pressed. "Cause you're jealous?"

Bobby was dropped onto teh ground and felt the boot slam into his back again, this time with an explosion.

"Casualties of war. Sides, no one is innocent. Look at you; little hero."

He slammed Bobby into the floor, breaking his nose.

"Arrogant enough to think you could bring me down? You think one saves many? Please! Tomorrow I'll be out of town and wrecking whatever I want. You stopped nothing and will die amounting to nada."

He chuckled.

"Actually...maybe you are going to die being worth something. Maybe after you die your family will stay in that fancy mansion and leave fighting to us...professionals."

"Heroics." Bobby spat weakly.

"...Same thing, dumbass." Mason snapped as he threw Bobby towards another wall. In spite of everything, Bobby kept pressing whatever he had felt in his pocket.

"A-all you do is hurt people." Bobby teared. "And you laugh! Those people down there, those people you hate? They care about others; they try to help...!"

An uppercut sent him flying.

"Like I said. Weakness." The Bomber said, cracking his knuckles. "I think you've chatted enough. I wasn;t expecting such a mouthy brat, so this ain't as fun as I imagined."

It was then that Mason realized Bobby had been smiling.

"The hell you smiling at kid?"

Despite the unbelievable pain, smell of burning flesh and blood in his mouth, the 8 year old managed to say:

"…I was distracting you, dumb butt."

The wall then crashed down, and Bobby lost consciousness as a shining light blinded the Bomber and an enraged voice called out the villain's birth name. As his world turned black, one of Commander Comet's Star-Searchers fell out of his hands, revealing how the heroine had found him.

MHPP

The young boy awoke on a bed, his wounds bandaged and him being watched by a heroine he hadn't recognized: she looked like a living galaxy.

"Oh, thank god! You're awake! Here, drink this."

She gave Bobby some water, which he downed quickly.

"We'll get you something to eat later. Just soup for now, you've been out for a week. Oh jeez, my manners! My name is Michelle Star." The woman said. "I'm…I was taught at Kirby alongside your sisters. Rachel spoke very highly of you."

That got Bobby's attention.

"Yes, they all kept looking for you….Turns out that place they were going to send you to? It belonged to a very dangerous Japanese Villain who…." She gulped. "…Better you don't know."

"T-then why…?' Bobby started.

Michelle sighed and pulled out her phone to play a video; Marion and John's face appeared; tired and red eyes accompanied by tearstains on their faces…and they were in this room, standing beside him.

"Bobby, if you're watching this then you've finally been found. And…and.." They struggled. "We failed. We failed so god damn hard. We were supposed to support you, protect you…and Rachel did that far better than we ever did."

They began to sob and the camera was turned to Rachel, whose eyes were similar. Their other sisters were in the background, wiping their eyes and trying to hide.

"I'm so sorry, Bobby." Rachel managed. "I thought it would be so easy to find you….But you survived, no, thrived without us. And since no one else can right now, I'll say it: We are so God damned proud of you."

Hearing that from Rachel meant the world to Bobby, who began to cry himself.

"But after all we did, after how long it took for us to find you?" Rachel managed. "…No. No, we don't deserve you. So…"

She placed the camera onto a still and then grovelled at her feet

"Please, Michelle! Look after my baby brother and teach him to become the hero we couldn't."

The video then ended.

"You angry at them?"

Bobby nodded.

"But you see where they're coming from?"

Bobby nodded again.

"But why would you help me?" Bobby asked. "I'm a Quirkless.."

"So what?" Michelle asked. "It's a hero's job to protect. And what you did a week ago? If that doesn't prove you're worthy becoming a hero? Nothing does."

Bobby took a minute to process what she'd said.

"Y-you mean….?"

"It'll be hard, but yeah." Michelle started. "You'll have to be smarter, tougher and be able to put up with more crap that a hertomorph at a redneck church-goer comic con. Then again, spending three years homeless? I think you've already got a pretty tough skin."

She then turned to the boy and gently hugged him.

"Bobby, you can be a hero and I'll make it happen!...As soon as you've healed up."

And thus began five years of intense training and home-schooling.

Sleepless nights of studying history, math, science and politics. Long days spent pushing his body to the utmost limits, even defying Michelle's recommendations top surpass others.

But it was worth it, because years later, Bobby stood in front of the same school his parents and siblings had graduated from and walked inside.

MHPP

And now, here they all where. After so many years. They were standing right in front of him, Riley, Izuku, Ochacko, Eri and Cyan.

John, no longer hiding his now blinded eyes, shook as he reached to touch Bobby's face. Bobby let him, tears stinging his eyes soon matched on his father's face.

"B-Bo-Buddy?" John managed, feeling ashamed to even say that.

"..H-hi dad…We got Mason for ya…" Bobby weakly managed to say, overwhelmed by the feels of shame coming from his father…and his mother, who was keeping her distance. "Mommy?"

At that one word, any resistance vanished and Marion, still aging gracefully with streaks of white in her hair, hugged her husband and son, sobbing freely and kissing them.

Izuku, Ochacko and Riley all teared up slightly, which grew when Cyan tugged on Bobby's leg and wordlessly asked to be picked up. Her uncle did so and the 4 year old began to try and clear away her grandparents' and uncle's tears. She didn't know why they were sad, but she was also happy when they smiled.

It reminded Bobby so much of her mother and filled him with pride in his niece.

That just left Bobby's sisters, who weakly waved.

"Back off!" Riley said, leveling her axe at them and making them step back. "I don't care if you're practically Hero Royalty and your songs inspired me, Brit and all our classmates! Aside from Debbie and Rachel, God rest her soul, NONE of you wicked witches of the wild, wild west are stepping a foot closer to Bobby and yeah, I said witches, there are two little girls here!"

The Walkers gave Bobby a look.

"I don't keep secrets from her." Bobby said without room for argument. "Sides, you all know what you did."

The younger American women looked down at their feet. Marion made her way over to Riley, who suddenly faultered and began to shake…only to be taken into a hug.

"Thank you. Thank you so much for loving my son."

Riley dropped her axe and returned the hug, half fangirling over hugging Marion FREAKING Maid and delighting at her future mother-in-law approving of her…as did John.

"I don't even need my eyes to see you fell for a damn good girl, Bobby."

Bobby chuckled, then remembered they weren't alone.

"Oh! Um, mom, dad? You remember my Pen-pal, Izuku Midoriya?"

"Wait…the boy All for One called out?" Amber asked. "…Kinda scrawny for a successor of All Might."

"Hey! Deku and Mr. Everyman took down Overhaul!" Eri cut in, making Amber back away. Her sisters giggled at that, before Debbie, spying Izuku's concerned look, explained.

"Yeah, the fight between All Might and All for One was sent to all top 10 pros and hero schools. It's an open but well kept secret all over the world that you're All Might's protégé, kiddo."

Izuku felt faint and just about did fall over before Ochacko caught him,

"So…um…?" She started.

"We picked on Bobby when he was labelled Quirkless, were going to send him to what turned out to be a Nomu factory and in shame of our actions, asked Rachel's bestie to train him, with us footing the bills." May said, wanting to get this band-aid ripped off.

"Okay, that...is a Big Oof..." Ochako winced nervously. Eri and Cyan nodded.

Amber after being slapped by Vicky, made her way forward.

"…I won't ask for what I don't deserve. But, I….we all.. are so, so sorry." She manged.

"I mean, I WAS kind of mad." Bobby confessed. "But I've followed you all. Mom and dad; you say you failed me…but failures give up. You kept fighting the fight no matter what. And girls? Yeah, Rachel will always be the best among you in my eyes, but…you're still my sisters. And you were just dumb teenagers when that all happened. You've grown up and done so much for other people….I'm proud tyo call.."

Before more could be said between everyone, a sudden explosion rocked them off their feet.

"What the heck was that?!" Ochacko exclaimed as Eri clung to her fearfully, Cyan doing the same with Riley before they realized Izuku and Bobby were already on route to the scene.

Elsewhere, several American students crept out of an alley, shivering but smiling.

"Isabella? Would it kill you to add some heat in the shadow relam or whatever you call that space your Quirk makes?" Donna asked as Dennis draped his coat over her shoulders.

"That defeats the whole point of shadows and the void, idiota." Isabella groaned; it was a common complaint about using her Quirk to travel: Fast, yes. But cold!

"I don't mind sharing body heat…" Brittany flirted, batting her eyes at Isabella, who blushed but didn't fight.

Reggie, seeing Nancy was shaking, gently blew onto his own hands before taking her own into his and rubbing them to warm up. She smiled at the gesture…as did a squealing Natalie.

"Look! Look!" She pointed to an adorable sight straight out of a 1950's movie or comic. "Mr. E and Miss Machine sharing a shake!"

Indeed, there was Equniox and Machine Maiden, sharing a shake while staring lovingly into each other's eyes. So deeply they were staring, that they didn't spy their students taking some pictures.

"So…" Henry yawned. "What're we going to do?"

"I wanna check on Ingenium's agency! Get to know my future hubby's family and all." Odessa smirked.

"…Why him anyway?" Terrance asked. "Dude takes his shit too seriously and seems on the spectrum."

"He's smart, devoted and cute." Odessa explained.

"Much like what drew me to Ben/Meggy."

The kids saw their teacher and his date smiling knowingly. Before another word could be said, a nearby building exploded.

Mandalay and Perry were still having a nice time at Stan Lee's, laughing at a few of their more 'embrassing rescues when they spotted two more familiar faces:

"ENJI?!" Perry snapped at Endeavour, who turned at his name and tensed.

"Ah. Perry."

"Don't you 'Ah, Perry' me!" The Falcon headed pro growled. "You…"

"Whoa, whoa!" Hawks, the new #2, gently pushed in. "Sensing some hostility here….What's this all about?"

Perry, spying a fellow bird Quirk user, composed himself and gave a bow.

"Pleasure to meet you Hawks. Jet Falcon."

"Oh wow, I remember watching your rescues!" Hawks beamed; this guy had been an almost second hero of his growing up: A little slower but a better fighter and NEVER losing anyone. "What brings you to Japan?"

"Class trip." Perry explained, then turning his gaze to Enji. "So…finally #1. And all it cost was Rei's mental health and your kids' childhoods."

Mandalay wrapped an arm around Perry's and shot him a worried look. He calmed down and gently patted her hand.

"Only because All Might retired." Endeavour grumbled. "I know I'm not the hero Japan needs…You're lucky with Stars and Stripes."

Before more could be said between everyone, Hawks suddenly noticed a distant shape out the window...and it was coming closer. The other pros puicked up on this and readied for an attack

"Um, everyone...?" he began as a waitress came in.

"Excuse me? Your bill and drinks" she started, only to also notice what Hawks saw...which crashed straight through the window.

What came through was a Nomu, but it was much different from all the others that had appeared before it; It had a large muscular build and a comparatively long neck, which had several large vertebrae jutting out of it. His skin was dark purple/black and his head was shrouded in darkness by a hood of skin, with yellow ghostly eyes as the only facial feature under it. The muscles on his neck and shoulders were left exposed.

"Who's the best here? The strongest?" The Hooded Nomu asked in a deep, raspy voice.

"It can speak?!" Mandalay gasped.

"Hawks! Mandalay, get the civilians to safety!" Endeavor shouted as he pulled his flaming fist back. "Jet Falcon, you're with me!"

"Roger!" Perry retorted as he slammed his hand onto his watch, his costume erupting from as the #1 Japanese hero went on the offensive:

"FLASHFIRE FIST: JET BURN!"

Concentrating the flames on his fist into a white-hot point, Endeavor sent a fiery beam at the Hooded Nomu, sending it flying back.

"Huh, didn't know you could fly." Jet Falcon smirked as Endeavor was propelling himself with flames from his feet.

"This isn't flying, Grin. More like falling with style!"

Perry grimaced.

"You and pixar do not mix."

"Be careful, he's just getting started!" Mandalay warned as she and Hawks moved to evacuate the civilians.

"Not a worry! The Staff and students Kirby are here to help!" Megumi's voice was heard as she flew, catching several falling civlians. A gigantic Quetzalcoatl in a pit-helmet quickly joined her and much of the debris suddenly paused before floating away or being blasted:

It was Terrance and Henry, joined by Kianna and Nancy commandinger Ice and vines to keep the top of the building from falling.

"You pros just keep on fugly!" Terrance ordered. "We students can handle debris and civilians!"

"Already setting up a perimeter!" Reggie and Nancy allowed.

"And I'm warming up…just need a few minutes and clear shot." Brittany added.

"You-You really thought...that fire could...kill...kill...kill...me?" The Hooded Nomu said, its voice sounding almost like a broken record as it regenerated from the burns.

"No, but this might!"

Suddenly, a massive stone hammer slammed the Hooded Nomu square in the head, sending it flying all the way to the ground and creating a crater on impact. Fortunately, everyone had gotten out of the way in time as Endeavor and Jet Falcon looked to see Equinox there.

"Ben!" Perry smiled as Equiniox gave a two-finger salute.

"Hey-o! Batman meets Inferno!" Ben smirked at Endeavor. "Would say it's a pleasure to meet ya, but…well your PR speaks for itself. That and you remind me of Terrance's old man…at least your slightly better."

Endeavor grumbled at that as Equinox raced to meet the Nomu, who grew two arms that stretched, only to be frozen and shattered before the Elemental hero slammed him onto the ground with a tornado.

"THIS is your number two?" Endeavour asked.

"He'll surprise you." Perry smirked as they flew down to face off against the Villain.

"Are you strong?" The Hooded Nomu asked, showing a jagged tooth smile.

"It talks, then that must mean..." Endeavor realized before taking a stance. "I'll take you alive and make you cough up everything you know!"

The Hooded Nomu simply leapt forward, a psychotic grin on its face.

To be continued….

Knightmare Lord A/N:

It's time for Endeavor's first test as the new #1 Pro Hero. Also, we finally see the rest of the Walker Family and learn the truth of why they were a sore subject with Bobby until now.

Things are heating up now, what's gonna happen next? Stay tuned, true believers!

Mrotrax A/N:

This arc was, as it had not started when I wrote it, NOT included in the original Pen-Pal. However! Part 2 of Pen Pal was going to open with a mirror of the Hood arc, focusing on Bobby's father (and every other Top Hero) facing off against a similar threat as the International Cabal readied to start a new World War. That is as far as I had for the Pen-Pal verse…until now.

In the original version of the story, after the Walker reunion, Bobby would've been forced to go with the Trio after they threatened Cyan and or Riley. The story would then move towards Cash essentially holding Japan hostage and having 1A and the Kirby kids teaming up to save Bobby after Endeavor fails.

All in all? This is MUCH better, I feel!

The first half of this chapter comes from a 'Kirby Origins' story I started but put on the backburner. Readers who've read other stories will recognize certain scenes and characters…Rachel and Mason in particular.

Sorry for the wait, the biggest problem was handling the actuial reunion between Bobby and his family; I wanted it to be bittersweet but showcase how everyone had their own reasons, which I hope where understandable.

Did I do okay on that end?

Anyways, next time we deal with Hood! Keep on reading and reviewing!
