Ok, we finally passed 100k words! I'm so excited! When I first started out, I did not imagine my writing to improve this much! Not to mention the chapter lengths. Which reminds me. I'd like to know if you guys want me to rewrite the earlier chapters. I know the quality was meh and the length was not there. So, feel free to let me know! Also, I'm SOOOOO sorry for getting this out SUPER late! The past few days have been CRAZY busy for me! I apologize! Anyways…

Review Shoutouts:

Walter (Guest): I understand why you think that. I will try to make more Preyna and less Annabeth starting very soon. Don't worry, your concern is noted and i will take it into much account! Thanks!

iNeptune: Man, you are amazing, iNeptune. You are my biggest supporter! Thanks for the congrats! I'm really happy for reaching those checkpoints. Also, thanks for your feedback! I will get around to rewrites if enough people want them. (Or if the quality just annoys me too much, haha!)

Alright, disclaimer: (I don't own.)

When Percy woke up, he felt almost as if he was in a daze. His skull felt like it had a heartbeat. Then, he remembered the events of last night, and he smiled.

His dream also came back to him, too. Once he had fallen asleep, dreams over took him, as they do for demigods. But these ones were different. They were romantic dreams, and Percy did not get a lot of those.

He grinned as he remembered one part of his dream that stuck out to him. He and Reyna kissing in the rain, right next to the Little Tiber, which is where he had originally kissed her for the first time. He still got tingly thinking about Reyna's soft lips on his, and the smell of her hair mixed with the rain.

The outift she was wearing stood out to him the most. She had been wearing A Camp Half-Blood T-shirt and a bead necklace, like the ones demigods earned from the camp on Long Island. He had no clue why she would be wearing those things; she had never been to Camp Half-Blood in her life. But the shirt and necklace made Reyna look even more attractive to Percy.

He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and slid out of bed lazily. He started to think about last night, and the dance specifically. It had been awesome. Not just dancing with Reyna, which was amazing enough, but also releasing the eidolon from Terminus. It had given him an adrenaline rush.

Percy yawned and stripped out of his pajama pants with little tridents on them. He slipped into some jeans and a Camp Half-Blood shirt, just because it reminded him of his dream. He also made a point of slipping on his bead necklace. He usually wore it anyways, but lately he had been forgetting. Now seemed like the perfect day to wear it.

Percy was so exhilarated by his dream, that he was having thoughts about telling Reyna about it. He thought better of it though. She'd probably just blush and shrug it off as nothing. But if the time was right… he might tell her.

Percy tried combing his hair, but ended up messing it up again. He liked it better that way. It was more natural and laid back.

Percy put on some sneakers and headed out into a particularly chilly wind. He shivered a bit, but continued the trek towards the mess hall.

Suddenly, out of the blue, he heard, "BOO!"

Now, you wouldn't think that this would scare a guy like Percy, who fights monsters on practically a daily basis, but he thought he was alone, so it really scared him.

He turned arond quickly, and with blinding speed, took out Riptide and uncapped it, reaveling his sword. He swiped it in front of him, nearly taking out the figure standing there.

Luckily, the person ducked out of the way. Percy realized that it was Reyna and immediatley felt embarassed.

"Woah. Sorry," Percy groaned, helping Reyna back up. She dusted off her jeans and nodded.

"I didn't think I'd scare you that bad," she laughed.

"You didn't," Percy suggested. His eyes caught something behind her back. "What's that?"

Reyna held it out. "My hoodie. You looked cold."

Percy was a little stunned. It was a small gesture, but a sweet one."Well, aren't you cold?"

Reyna smiled. "A little. Here, take it."

Percy hesitated, but took the hoodie and put it on. It was a Camp Jupiter hoodie that was far too small for him, but it made him warm at least.

"You know, it's usually the guy who gives the girl the jacket," Percy said.

"Well… it's usually the girl who is cold."

Percy nodded. "Good point."

Reyna and Percy began walking towards the mess hall again. Percy slowly inched closer to her until he was close enough to interlock his fingers in hers. He reached for her hand and she pulled away teasingly. Percy frowned, and Reyna laughed. She took his hand in hers and they started walking again, hoping no one would see.

Once the mess hall was in earshot, Percy dropped Reyna's hand, sad that he had to abandon the touch of her soft skin. She seemed disappointed as well, but they both knew that it was for the best.

Percy invited Reyna to sit by him and his group during lunch. After all, she had been with them for a good part of the night last night, and none of them seemed to mind.

Reyna reluctantly agreed and followed Percy to his regular table. Percy sat down, and he made sure to save a spot for Annabeth. She would be disappointed if he didn't. Reyna seemed to understand and sat across the table from Percy.

The others showed up, chatting and laughing, going over memories from last night.

"Remember when Octavian spilled punch on himself?" Piper snorted.

"Wait, he did what?" Percy asked. He hadn't heard that.

"Yeah, as we were leaving, Octavian snuck some punch. And then, he crashed into a pillar and spilled the whole cup on his toga," Leo grinned.

Percy couldn't hide his snicker. Reyna smiled, too.

Everyone took their seats, greeting Reyna. Annabeth looked a little miffed over Reyna's presence but was at least glad that she got to sit by Percy.

The group got their food and began eating, chatting about last night's events. Percy smiled at Reyna. He was glad that she was trying to socialize with the other demigods. And not just as a superior, but as a friend. Reyna returned the smile and jumped into a conversation about the music selection at the dance.

Suddenly, Annabeth leaned off of Percy and seemed to notice his hoodie for the first time. She eyed it suspiciously.

"That's too small for you," she pointed out.

Percy started to panic. He had completely forgotten that he was wearing Reyna's hoodie! Of course Annabeth would notice! She was the most observant person he'd ever met. What was he supposed to tell her? Reyna looked up from her food and met Percy's eyes.

Percy looked down at Annabeth. "Oh, uh, yeah… I'm, uh, borrowing this." It wasn't the full truth, butt it wasn't a lie…

Annabeth eyed him. "From who?"

The blond girl glanced at Reyna and was about to say something, but Reyna abruptly stood up, her armor and medals gleaming in the early morning sun.

She held up her arms, gaining all the campers' attention. "Just because we had fun last night doesn't mean that you can slack off today! All assignments will be enforced in full!"

Loud groans could be heard thhroughout the mess hall. Percy, on the other hand, was relieved. Not that he had assignments, but that Reyna had changed the subject before Annabeth could say anything more on the hoodie.

As Reyna sat back down, Percy gave her a grateful look. Annabeth didn't say anything more unntil breakfast was over.

"I'm heading to the arena," she mumbled, standing up and gripping her dagger.

Percy made eye contact with Reyna, silently telling her that he was going to go follow his girlfriend. He knew she was upset, and being her boyfriend, he had to try to make it better.

He ran after the blond girl and wrapped his arm around her waist when he caught up to her.

She just mumbled, "Percy."

Percy sighed. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"You can't expect me to believe that."

Annabeth looked up at him. "Just some built up stress. That's all."

Percy frowned, dropping his arm and taking her hand instead. "Do you want me to join you?"

"Join me with what?"

"You were heading to the arena, right?"

Annabeth nodded. "You can come." She held back a smile. "If you want to lose."

Percy grinned. "That's my girl."

And so Percy and Annabeth headed to the mess hall. Annabeth seemed to be feeling better, probably glad that Percy was coming with her instead of hanging around Reyna.

Percy felt guilty over just leaving Reyna like that, but he knew Annabeth would be even more upset if he chose Reyna over her, especially since she was already in a bad mood.

He would make up for it by spending some time with Reyna later.

Woah, was that what this had come to? Simply him choosing who to spend his time with between two girls he loved? No… He had to prioritize one girl over the other…

Reyna's POV

Reyna watched Percy leave for the arena with Annabeth. She'd seen him do this before, but this time hit her hard. Again, he had chosen Annabeth over her.

Well, he can't choose you with Annabeth around, her heart said.

Her brain retaliated, He'll always choose Annabeth over you.

But he loves you more than her, right?

If he did, he'd already have broken up with Annabeth! Her brain said.

He knows he can't! Not yet anyway… Her heart replied.

Even if he does, Annabeth's not gonna take it well.

Annabeth will… survive…

Reyna shook her head, ignoring her thoughts. Her brain had been making way more sense then her heart. She wanted to stop before her heart had made a fair point.

Reyna wanted to believe that Percy would choose her over Annabeth, but that wasn't fair for Annabeth. She had known him longer, and they seemed to be perfect for each other! But what about Reyna?

Reyna was confused she wanted to scream. She wished deep down that she could just simply ask Percy to break up with Annabeth, but that was completely unreasonable. Percy wouldn't do that… would he?

Part of Reyna simply wanted to give up on Percy and boys in general. Jason hadn't worked out, and with the direction Percy was going, she wasn't so sure anymore.

But her heart spoke up again. But you love him! You can't simply ditch love because it isn't working out! And Percy seems to love you, too. He seems to care for you… There's gotta be a little hope in that!

Reyna sat in silence for a bit. Well, she had been silent ever since Percy had left, but still.

"Reyna?" Piper asked, noticing her downcast look. "Are you okay?"

Reyna looked up at her. "Yeah. I- I'm fine. Long night, I guess."

Piper nodded, but she dind't look fully convinced.

If there was one thing Reyna loved about Piper, it was that she didn't hold grudges. Piper easily could've hated Reyna for liking Jason earlier, but she didn't. Piper was sweet to Reyna, despite the Jason situation.

Reyna wasn't so sure that Annabeth would react the same way if the Percy situation ended the way that Reyna wanted it to. The daughter of Athena seemed to be a bit more vengeful, though she wasn't necessarily mean.

Reyna stood up from the table again, and some legionnaires looked at her warily, as if she was going to make another terrible announcement, but Reyna simply excused herself from her table.

She walked towards the Principia, cloak billowing, hoping that she could get some work done. Last night had been exhilarating, what with the dance, and freeing Terminus and all, but Reyna knew she needed to get back into the flow of work. She was still a praetor, after all.

Reyna entered the Principia and sat in her regular spot, taking out some paper work that was sitting on the table.

She started humming a song, signing papers as she did, but Percy still kept coming to mind. Part of her hoped he would walk in right then, and the other part wished he would stay away from her forever.

She wanted to throw her pen across the room. Why was love so complicated?

She restrained herself from making a writing utensil a projectile weapon, and read through the next paper, willing herself to push Percy from her thoughts.

Percy's POV

Percy and Annabeth had just parted ways after some vigorous and tiring training. Annabeth was going to go hit the bath houses, and Percy would've cleaned up as well, except he needed to talk to Reyna, and now was the best time to do it.

Sweating like crazy, he headed towards Reyna's room/cabin where he thought she might be. He knocked on the door, but she didn't reply. He knocked once more. Again, nothing. Percy called her name but no one responded.

He came to the smart conclusion that she was not in her room. He then came to the conclusion that she might be in the Principia, finishing some work. Knowing her, she probably wanted to feel productive after a not-so productive night.

Percy headed towards the Principia and once he was there, he let himself in. Hey, he was a praetor. He could do what he wanted, and go where he wanted to go. Mostly.

Percy slowly walked into the main room of the Principia. There she was. Reyna in all her glory. Signing papers.

Percy was about to announce his presence, but an idea came to him. He was going to give the daughter of Bellona a taste of her own medicine. A little payback for earlier that day…

Percy snuck up on her quietly and shouted, "BOO!"

Reyna screamed and fell out of her chair and onto her butt.

"Percy!" She yelled angrily. "You little-"

She didn't get to finish her sentence. Percy was laughing too hard.

"So, how does it feel to be scared of a little 'boo?'" Percy asked, chuckling.

"Fine, fine," Reyna growled. "I get your point."

Percy smirked. "Man, that felt good."

Reyna rolled her eyes.

"What are you doing?" Percy asked, taking a seat to Reyna's right, after she sat back in her chair.

Reyna passed some papers over to him. "Signing papers. Care to join?"

Percy was about to protest, but Reyna's look told him that wouldn't be wise.

Percy grabbed a pen and started reading some paperwork. How do I get out of this? He asked himself. This is torture!

After a few minutes of excruciatingly painful reading, Percy looked up at Reyna. "Hey… Sorry for leaving you at the mess hall today."

Reyna looked up, a few strands of loose hair in her face. "It's fine."

"It just feels wrong…" Percy admitted. "I mean, yeah, I was going to comfort Annabeth, but still… It felt wrong."

Reyna smiled. "Percy… I get you have a girlfriend. You act as if I don't know that."

Percy pushed the strands of hair behind her ear. "It's just… I feel like I should put one girl over the other."

Reyna blushed and looked down. "Oh?"

She looked back up and Percy held her gaze for what seemed like forever, but was really only a few seconds.

Percy wasn't sure who made the first move. It was all a blur to him now. They both stood up almost simultaneously and moved towards each other, their lips meeting. Percy wrapped his arms around Reyna's slim waist, which was kind of hard considering she was wearing Roman armor, but he made it work.

Reyna wrapped her hands in Percy's messy hair. He pinned her against the nearest wall, closing his eyes. Part of him felt tempted to French-kiss her, but he wasn't sure if that was too much. After all, he had only ever French-kissed Annabeth once, and that was just for a few seconds.

Percy refrained from putting his tongue into the kiss, and put more pressure on her lips instead. She made an adorable little squeak which made Percy feel even more passionate. He moved his hand down to her lower back.

Reyna eventually groaned a little bit, so Percy took that as a sign to let go. Reyna looked up at him, her eyes shining. Percy was just as memorized. Soon, they came to their senses and sat back down at the table, their eyes still locked on each other.

Percy finally dropped his eyes and cleared his throat. "So, did you want your hoodie back?"

Reyna raised her eyebrows. "Are you still cold?"

Percy shook his head.

"Then, I'll take it back," Reyna said, smiling.

Percy slipped off the warm hoodie, disappointed to see it go, but he handed it over.

Reyna set it down next to her. "Ok, time for more signing!"

Well, that was more of a filler chapter. I pinky-promise that there will be more action and romance next chapter! Thank you for your patience! I really appreciate it. Anyways, I really liked writing the kiss at the end. Don't worry, the kisses will get even better! (Cue evil laugh.) Okay, enough ranting. I hope you enjoyed, please review and let me know what you wanna see! Review, review, and REVIEW!
