86. Goodbye Digital World

-chapter 86, goodbye digital world-

Eventually the next morning arrived. Phoebe was already awake when I woke up.

"Goodmorning Cj." She said, in a much better mood than the night before.

"Goodmorning baby girl. You just waiting for me or what are you doing?" I replied, tiredly.

"I'm waiting for you and Kitty because I want to play with her too." Phoebe said.

"Oh, well, you're going to be waiting for a while then, she'll be more grumpy than you last night if you wake her up now." I replied.

"I see." She replied.

"Well, maybe we can play in the shower and get back to her later?" She suggested.

"Yeah, ok." I replied.

-a few minutes later-

"Yeah good girl, just stay nice and quiet, we can't wake her up." I said to her softly as we made love.

"I know, but it feels so good." She said.

"You're playing in the shower without me?" Kitty asked as she stood in the aisle, naked.

"Stop Cj, she's up." Phoebe said.

"Oh fuck." I said as we stood there slightly embarrassed.

"Didn't think you'd wake up so soon. Was hoping you'd be ready for round two." I said.

"But I'm up now." She said.

"I see that." I replied.

"You want to come in here or you want us out there?" Phoebe asked.

"Can we all fit in here?" I asked.

"Wait, yeah we should go out there." Phoebe said.

"You know I hate showers." Kitty said.

"I know, I was just thinking since you have your new human form." Phoebe said.

"No." Kitty refused.

"Well it's too tight for the three of us anyway so we'll just head out there and have some fun on the bed." Phoebe said.

"Ok." Kitty replied.

"Cj can you hold her as I go down on her?" Phoebe asked.

"Ok." I replied.

"I want to see how much she squirms." Phoebe said.

"You ok with that Kitty Kat?" I asked.

"Yeah let's go." Kitty replied.

"Well, there goes our last morning sex in the digital world." I said as I held them both close.

"Yeah." Phoebe agreed.

"Where are we going next?" Kitty asked.

"Hopefully home, but probably not." I said.

"There's probably more deusmon-like beings we're destined to stop first." Phoebe said.

"Fuck you're right, he probably isn't the only one." I said.

"I don't even want to know what else is out there really." Phoebe said.

"Me neither, but we'll probably learn eventually." I said.

"Let's not think about it right now." Phoebe said.

"Ok, well then is it time to get dressed and head outside? Your boobs back to normal yet?" I asked.

"Close enough." She replied with a laugh.

"Ok then let's go." I said.

"I'll just change form." Kitty said.

"You'll have to be in that form or Ophanimon won't let you go, so just get dressed in the clothes we got you yesterday." Phoebe said as she got up and picked out one of her dresses to put on.

"Yeah and then once we're outta here you can change form." I added as I retrieved some clothes from a bag the cargo rack as well, since we didn't think to put any cupboards in here.

"Okaaaay." Kitty said disappointedly as she sluggishly retrieved some of her new clothes.

"It's not like it's that big of a deal, we have to get dressed every day." I said.

"I know." She said.

"Do you need help?" Phoebe asked half-jokingly, she was pretty much dressed already.

"No, I can dress myself." Kitty insisted.

"You don't think Ophanimon was serious about staying undercover in other worlds?" Kitty asked.

"I have no doubt there's a lot of dangerous worlds out there, but not only do we have many other ways of staying hidden, there's no guarantee the next world will have what we would consider normal looking humans and even if it did, then all the newbies and Zari would stick out, so it's kind of pointless, as far as other gods and goddesses are concerned, with all the worlds we've been too, which you weren't there, but it's been a lot more than just here, space land, and home, we haven't come across a single one until now." I said.

"You forgot my world." Phoebe said.

"We went to your world so often it might as well be considered home too." I replied.

"True." Phoebe agreed.

"But you don't want me to listen to her?" Kitty asked.

"Do what you want Kitty Kat, but I don't think she knows what she's talking about." I replied.

"Are we ready to go?" Phoebe asked.

"I'm ready what about you?" I asked.

"Mhm." Phoebe replied.

"Kitty Kat?" I asked.

"Where'd my flip flops go?" She asked barefoot and confused.

" No idea? Are they by the door?" I asked.

"No they're under the table." She said as she found them.

"Ok." I replied, wondering for a moment how that happened or more so why she put them there, but I let it go by the time we headed outside.

"So what do you want to do now?" I asked.

"I don't know, I think Kiera is asleep. Um, stay quiet for a moment. My psyhorn isn't all the way out yet, but let me try." She said as she closed her eyes.

"Kiera is heading to the palace, probably to talk to Ophanimon about giving the mechanorimon human forms. Yep there it is." She said.

"And Tabitha?" I asked.

"I don't know, I can't read her because she's a digimon, she's not with Kiera.

"What about the other newbies?" I asked.

"All of them are asleep I think, Arceus, Kitty what are you thinking about? You're really loud." Phoebe said.

"I'm not saying anything." She defended.

"I mean your brain, I um, I think, it's really loud. Like radio static at full volume and I can't understand any of it." Phoebe said.

"My brain is loud?" Kitty asked.

"Mhm." Phoebe said.

"What am I supposed to do about that?" Kitty asked.

"Stop thinking about things?" Phoebe asked.

"Ok, I'm not." She replied as she stared vacantly into the distance.

"No change." Phoebe said. "So I guess it doesn't matter what you're thinking it's just loud regardless."

"That's going to get annoying." She sighed.

"Sorry." Kitty apologized.

"Oh don't worry about it, it's really not your fault this time. " Phoebe said.

"What if you cover your ears?" Kitty asked.

"That's not how that works, don't touch my ears." Phoebe said.

"Then how does that work?" Kitty asked.

"This big red horn, in my chest, duh." Phoebe said.

"Then cover this thing up." Kitty suggested as she tried to do so, poorly.

"Kitty, it also doesn't work like that, and . . . . those are my boobs." Phoebe said.

"Sorry." Kitty nervously replied with an awkward smile as she drew her hands back.

"I don't want to annoy you, sister." Kitty said, somewhat distressed.

"Ok well listen sweetie, You're annoying me more trying to not annoy me. It's no big deal I can tone it out most of the time, it's only annoying when I'm trying to read other people ok? And I know now you can't control it in that form, so it's allright. Besides I can still get a reading on them even when you're right next to me, they're pretty far away and my psyhorn isn't even back to normal yet from this morning, so it's no big deal." Phoebe said.

"Ok." Kitty replied.

"Is Zari up yet?" I asked.

"I'm not answering that." Phoebe replied.

"Well how am I supposed to stay away from her if you won't tell me where she is?" I asked.

"I will keep you away from her, without telling you." She said with a mischievous smile.

"Do you want things to work out with her or not?" I asked.

"Not right now. I'm just getting used to Kitty." Phoebe said.

"All right, we'll deal with that some other day." I said.

"Mhm." She replied.

"Let's go exploring." She said with a sigh a bit later as we were all unsure what to do at the moment, not much was going on this early in the day.

"Where are we going to explore?" I asked.

"I don't know, let's just go over this way for a bit." She said.

"Ok." I replied as I followed her, without much better to do. Kitty caught on and followed as well.

"You wanna go hang out in that tunnel we found, maybe see if we can figure out who's floor we ruined?" I asked as we walked along.

"Yeah we should probably fix that before we go huh?" She asked.

"I guess so yeah." I said.

"Well it would be the nice thing to do." She said.

"Ok then." I replied.

"What if they get mad?" Kitty asked.

"What are they going to do really Kitty Kat? They're probably just another rookie." I pointed out.

"Probably." She shrugged.

-A few minutes of walking later-

"I think this is the house." Phoebe said.

"Anyone inside?" I asked.

"I don't know, they might still be asleep. It'd be rude to wake them." Phoebe said.

"Yeah let's wake them up and tell them we're the ones that cut that hole in their floor." I said with heavy sarcasm.

"Ok." Kitty said as she headed for the door.

"Kitty I was being sarcastic, don't." I said.

"Oh." She replied.

"Should we go up and check the windows?" Phoebe asked.

"We could." I replied.

"If I switched forms I could probably smell if somebody is in there or I could atleast see better through the window." Kitty replied.

"Won't you be naked if you switch back though?" Phoebe asked.

"I could go back to the bus and get dressed again." Kitty replied as she went and changed back to her persiamon form, causing all the clothing she was wearing to fall through her body while it was changing and ending up in a loose pile on the ground. Of course, as a persiamon she was already dressed in the usual clothing she wore in that form, which were removable but also technically a part of her. Digimon are strange beings.

"Cj can you hold my clothes for a bit?" She asked.

"Yeah allright, do your thing babe." I said as she went sniffing around.

"Weirdo." Phoebe mumbled.

"Hey, be nice, she can sense other digimon, you can't." I replied.

"I know but still, it's weird." She quietly replied.

"Um, I don't think there's anyone in here." Kitty said.

"Ok." I replied.

"I can see the bed, it's empty, and no lights are on. And there's the hole I made." Kitty said as she peered through one of the side windows.

"So I guess we're off the hook then, it's nobody's house." I said.

"Maybe they already left for the morning." Phoebe said.

"You just want to wait around like a bunch of weirdos and see if they come back?" I asked.

"No." Phoebe replied.

"But somebody has to live here, they made that tunnel to escape, which means somebody at some point cared enough to come along and fix the floor to begin with right?" Phoebe reasoned.

"Is there any scent you can pick up at all Kitty?" I asked.

"Not really, not from here." She said.

"Allright, then. " I replied.

"Maybe they spent the night at a different house because of the hole in the floor?" Phoebe suggested.

"I don't know." I said.

"Is the front door locked?" I asked.

"Um, let me see." Kitty replied as she struggled a bit with the door because of her claws, but she eventually got a grip and managed to open it.

"Nope, not locked." She replied.

"There is no lock." Phoebe pointed out.

:"There's isn't?" I asked.

"No, haven't you noticed that by now? Most of their houses don't have locks." Phoebe said.

"Does that one though?" I asked.

"No it just has a knob, can't you see from here?" Phoebe asked.

"Well fuck." I said.

"Any weird smells inside Kitty kat?" I asked.

"No, I already checked." Kitty replied.

"So there's nobody in there?" I asked.

"I don't think so." She replied.

"Ok then why don't you go in there and change back? I'll bring you your clothes." I said.

"Ok." She said.

I brought her her clothes and then Phoebe and I waited outside for a bit for her to change back to her human form and get dressed.

"Ok well, we could wait out here and see if somebody shows up, which they might not, or we could go find something else to do." I said.

"Let's find something else." Kitty said.

"Yeah, ok." Phoebe agreed.

"Either of you have anything in mind?" I asked.

"Do you?" Phoebe asked.

"Not really, no, just have to wait till everybody is up and then go to the palace." I said.

"Well maybe we should make sure Lilly and Violet stop messing around and get human forms too?" Phoebe asked.

"Do we know where they are?" I asked.

"The house across from Henry's." Phoebe said.

"Oh, ok, I guess we can go check." I said.

"Allright then, I guess we're just waiting on Kitty." Phoebe said.

"Ow!" Kitty yelled from the inside the house.

"The hell?" I asked.

"I'll go check on her." Phoebe said before teleporting inside, she came back a few seconds later.

"She fell down the hole?" I asked.

"She fell down the hole." Phoebe confirmed.

"Atleast there's no spikes this time." I said as we both approached the door.

"Yeah, she's fine, I just teleported her back out." Phoebe said.

"Allright." I said.

"She was back in her human form?" I asked.

"Yeah." Phoebe replied.

"I guess she's still pretty durable then." I said.

"Yeah, to fall that far and not get seriously hurt." Phoebe said.

"Well that's good to know." I replied.

Kitty emerged from the house, fully dressed in her human form a few moments later.

"Kitty Kat? You allright babe? I asked.

"I was trying to put on my pants and I tripped and fell and, I don't want to talk about it anymore." She said.

"Eh atleast you're ok and there's no spikes this time." I said.

"Yeah, so what are we doing now?" She asked.

"We're going to check on the flower girls and make sure they go to Ophanimon to get human forms instead of just screwing around all morning." Phoebe said.

-a few minutes of walking later-

We approached their house and started banging on the door to hopefully get their attention, knowing by now what they were probably up to. Phoebe was always a nympho, but these girls…they seemed to spend more time playing with each other than anything else. Anyway, predictably it took a little while before Violet finally answered the door, naked.

"Um, you might wanna you know get dressed before you open the door next time?" I suggested.

"Yeah." Phoebe agreed.

"You need something?" She asked, unphased by her nakedness.

"Are you going to go to Ophanimon's palace and see if she'll give you human forms so you can come with us? We kind of want to be out of this world by today." Phoebe said.

"Oh um, yeah, we'll go in a few minutes." She said.

"Just get dressed first." I said.

"Right." She replied before closing the door.

"It's great they found each other, but wow they need to slow down." Phoebe said as we started to aimlessly wander down the street.

"It's like when Kitty and I were alone on the ship, there was fuck all else to do." I said.

"I miss those days." Kitty said as she lovingly draped herself around me.

"They were fun." I said. "But now I have my Pheebles back and now I got both of you." I said as I huggled them both.

"Oh Cj." Phoebe amorously sighed.

"So who should we go bug now?" I asked.

"I don't know, maybe, you wanna go play a joke on Lussy?" Phoebe asked.

"Why?" I asked.

"Just for something to do." Phoebe replied.

"I guess you mean Selly and Chally too huh?" I asked.

"Mhm. Also we could remind Tabby to see Ophanimon too incase she wants to come with us." She replied.

"So, how mean is this joke?" I asked.

"Not very." She said, right before some kind of alarm went off near the front gate of the village, while we were trying to figure out where that was coming from, a bunch of angemon and angewomon flew overhead towards the gate. Some landed out front, others remained in the air.

"Fuck are the goddesses attacking already?" I asked.

"They better not or there goes any chance of getting out of here today. Let's go see." She said as she offered us her hands.

She teleported us all over to the front gate.

"Ow, that's loud, ok." Kitty said as she covered her ears.

"Yep it's kind of supposed to be." I said as Phoebe and I did the same, she brought us in a little too close.

"Can you make it stop?" Kitty yelled.

"I don't know how, I don't know where the controls are." I said, yelling back at her, as Phoebe took both our hands again and teleported us a bit further away.

"Sorry, I didn't know it was going to be that loud." She apologized.

"I'm going to go up and see who is attacking." She said as the angemon and angewomon took defensive positions around the gate.

"It's the Bubblemen." She said with a sigh once she came back.

"Good, so we can still keep our cover." I said.

"Mhm." She replied.

"But how the heck do they keep finding us?" I asked.

"The monitamon must have gotten in somehow." Phoebe said.

"God dammit those things know how to hide." I said.

"Mhm. Let's just hope they didn't see too much." Phoebe said.

With their army significantly weakened, Volkheim surprisingly had the sense to decide not to attack but approached peacefully instead, with the Bubblemen themselves riding in their little electric carts with a small force of ogremon and musyamon following them, along with a handful of low flying airdramon and devidramon. As soon as the angemon realized there wasn't going to be a fight, somebody shut the alarm off.

Their journey to the far north hadn't gone well and nearly all the plant and insect digimon under their control decided they didn't want to deal with the cold and ended up going awhol. So even before the fighting started they already took a huge hit to their numbers. After losing even more to deusmon, their numbers took a sizable hit for yet a third time after deusmon's defeat when many others among their ranks ditched because of lack of faith due to their inability to acquire any of his power. Down to a fraction of the numbers they used to have, they were also unable to convince any of darkdramon's forces to join them.

"Wait they're not attacking?" I asked after we noticed the alarm was shut off.

"I guess not." Phoebe replied.

"You want to get revenge and spy on them a little bit?" Phoebe asked.

"Sure." I replied.

We found a safe spot behind the wall where we could listen in on their conversation with the angemon guards through one of the tiny gaps between the logs.

"What is your business approaching us in such large numbers?" An unknown angemon asked.

"We are human, we wish to leave." Volkheim said as he clambered out of his cart.

"Oh, I remember now, you're the ones that slipped through the portal on accident. If you weren't so peculiar and we weren't so desperate you would've been sent right back just like that train and its crew." The angemon said.

"So the interdimensionals were supposed to come here?" Volkheim asked.

"The ones on the train you mean? They were brought here deliberately, yes, you just happened to follow them here." The Angemon said.

"Are they here?" Volkheim asked.

"Please don't answer that." I said, quietly, as the three of us sneakily listened in through the wall.

"Shhh." Phoebe shushed me,

"Why do you need to know? We've seen you antagonize them, sadly, skyland fell before we could send you back, otherwise you wouldn't be here right now." The angemon said.

"Well, f you won't tell us that, can we enter atleast?" Volkheim asked.

"Not at this time. We will send you out of the digital world if you wish, but we have other things to take care of first. If you want to camp out here we can tell you when we are ready." The angemon said, seemingly covering for us.

"Atleast they aren't letting them in." Phoebe said.

"But they'll let them stay right outside." I said.

"Hey Kitty can you smell a monitamon?" I asked.

"I don't know." She replied.

"Shouldn't she have noticed them before if she could?" Phoebe asked.

"I guess they could cover their scent somehow, if they had the foresight to do so." I replied.

"Yeah or maybe they just don't smell." Phoebe suggested.

"If we find one we're capturing the little fucker." I said.

"Mhm." Phoebe agreed.

"What are we going to do with it then?" Kitty asked.

"Destroy it and take its data." I said.

"Tie it up in a dark room so it can't see anything and can't escape." Phoebe said.

"Why so the others can sneak in and bust it out?" I asked.

"It's just a rookie isn't it?" Phoebe asked.

"So were those machine gun carrying commandramon." I pointed out.

"Yeah but they don't have guns and the digivice says they're pretty harmless." Phoebe said.

"They are working for the Bubblemen, they aren't harmless. They're why they even came here and partly why I got taken hostage the other day." I replied.

"Yeah but, the Bubblemen aren't even that strong. There's only like 5 of them following us. We probably could have finished them off easily when we rescued you, but I didn't want to." Phoebe pointed out.

"Yeah, I know babe." I said.

"They're really not much of a threat." Phoebe said.

"Until they are and somebody ends up dead. It's not like they haven't tried to kill us before, more so just me they favor you for some reason and I doubt they'd hesitate to kill our friends as well if they got in the way." I said.

"Well we're not killing them, and I don't want to talk about this anymore." She said.

"Ok ok, but you know it's a huge liability risk." I replied.

"I know." She said.

"I want to see what's inside their suits." Kitty chimed in.

"They're just humans." I said.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah." I replied.

"They don't just have like a human head and aren't like a fish person like Saphy or something under the suit?" Kitty asked.

"No, they're human. They're from Henry's universe." I replied.

"Ok." She replied.

"Though I guess they're kind of a cyborg too?" I said.

"A wha?" Kitty asked.

"I don't know, maybe not." I replied.

"Are they really just going to stay right outside the gate?" Phoebe asked.

"I guess so." I replied.

"Should we tell the others?" Phoebe asked.

"If you wanna go around and find them all, they'll probably all stay within the walls aside from Henry and Claire though.

"So let's go talk to them then, we can't risk the Bubblemen trying to harass them or whatever they have in mind, and they have to know we're here if the monitamon saw us. So, it's only a matter of time before they try something." Phoebe said.

"But they asked if you were here." Kitty said.

"I heard them too Kitty, but that doesn't mean they don't know. He could just be using it as a probe to find out whether the angels are willing to protect us or not." Phoebe said.

"A what?" Kitty asked.

"Never mind just trust us." Phoebe said.

"Cj, let's go." Phoebe said.

"Right." I replied.

"Everyone just keep an eye out for those computer headed bastards." I said.

"I'll search the roofs if you two wanna search the streets while we make our way over to Henry's." Phoebe said.

"Ok." I replied.

It gave us something to do on the way over there, though spotting them was one thing, capturing them was another.

"Kitty, you might want to switch to your other form again in case we find one." I said.

"I can catch them as a human, they're not that strong." She replied.

"We could probably just stash your clothes in the digivice since they were made here." I said.

"Then I would have to get dressed again before we leave, too much of a hassle." She said.

"Well would you rather do that or risk letting a monitamon get away?" I asked.

"What's so bad about one getting away?" She asked.

"It's not really bad, it's just one less they could use to spy on us." I said.

"So it's not really that big of a deal?" She asked.

"Well Pheebles is taking this seriously atleast." I said, trying another angle.

"How do you know? She's up on a roof somewhere" She asked.

"Because I know my Pheebles, and she's literally right over there." I said as I playfully waved at her.

"Do you now?" She asked as Phoebe waved back at me for a bit.

"And I know, that when she spots a monitamon, she's gonna chase little fucker halfway across the city if she has to, to catch it." I said.

"Yeah well, that's her choice." Kitty said, dismissively.

"Yeah and she's going to look fucking sexy as well while doing it." I said.

"WHaaa?" She asked.

"Yeah, it's going to make me want her so so bad, I have no idea how I'm going to wait until tonight. Or even longer if things don't go smoothly in the next world." I said.

"Well, I could." She said.

"Nah that'd be too much of a hassle for you wouldn't it? Besides, you don't have permission." I said as she started to seethe with jealousy.

"Well what do you want from me then?" She asked.

"What I would like is to not have to tell anyone that a monitamon got away because it was too much of a hassle for you to have to take 2 minutes to redress yourself. Had to deal with enough of that shit in the U.S.C, and before you say anything, not just from you. I'd love to tell them we did our best and managed to catch that bastard and got him to squeal about where all the other ones are, and if that's not in the cards then I'd atleast like to say we did our best but the damned thing escaped. Kitty babe, you know I love you to the god damned possibly fake moon and back, but seriously?" I said.

"Ok, you've made your point." She said.

"Thankyou." I replied.

She changed form, I stashed her clothes in the digivice and we continued down the street.

Unfortunately even with that, our brief monitamon hunt was completely unsuccessful as either there were none around or they were smart enough to be able to elude all three of us. My guess was on the later. We didn't even make it to Henry and Claire's as we spotted them walking down the street.

"Hey you two, don't leave the perimeter wall, the Bubblemen are camping right outside." Phoebe said.

"That's what that alarm was about?" Henry asked.

"Mhm, they found us again." Phoebe said.

"Doesn't she need to be in human form?" Henry asked, referring to Kitty.

"Yeah she'll change back in a bit, we just went on a monitamon hunt so we needed her extra strength." I explained.

"Yeah." Kitty agreed.

"Did you find any?" Henry asked.

"We searched high and low and didn't spot a single one." I said.

"Damn, those things are driving me crazy." Henry said.

"Yeah, fuck knows all the shit they've seen." I replied.

"You think Volkheim has seen it too?" Claire asked.

"You think he can…fucking, jerk himself off in that suit?" Henry asked.

"I don't know, I don't wanna know." Phoebe replied.

"Well anyway I guess tell anyone else you see about the Bubblemen and we'll probably all meet at the palace sometime this afternoon." I said.

"Right, see you then." Henry replied.

"See you." Claire added.

"Did Ninjamon leave?" Phoebe asked.

"Nah, he's hanging out with IceLeomon today, he'll probably be at the palace later to say goodbye to everyone." Henry said.

"Ok." Phoebe replied.

"Have you seen Saphy in her human form yet? She looks completely different!" Phoebe said.

"Really?" Claire asked.

"Yeah, she's just a tiny little blonde." Phoebe said.

"You're still tinier." I said, somewhat teasingly.

"Yeah, we're both pretty tiny, but I'm pretty normal size for a gardevoir, she's tiny by human standards." Phoebe agreed.

"No, you're a bit small for a gardevoir too." I teased.

"Not as small as she is for a human." She said.

"Yeah, I guess that's true." I agreed.

"Well there's not much else to say, just kind of prepare for whatever the next world may bring." I said.

"How are we supposed to prepare, it could literally be anything." Henry said.

"Well just think of the worst things it could possibly be and do you best to prepare for it." I said.

"Instant death?" Henry asked.

"I doubt it, haven't had that problem before. If we end up getting reunited with that train, we might end up somewhere with train tracks, but I have no idea." I said.

"That angemon we listened in on earlier said Ophanimon sent that train and its crew back to the nexus." Phoebe said.

"Oh yeah." I said, having already forgotten.

"Can we go back there?" Henry asked.

"That is a way we could get to a lot of worlds really quickly, but is our home world one of them?" I asked.

"Yeah, but what's your other option? Some other random world that may or may not even have another portal to go through?" Henry asked.

"Never had that problem before either." I said.

"She said she would send us to one that is closer to our home." Phoebe said.

"But can you trust her to do that?" Henry asked.

"And even in the nexus we can't actually tell what world are closer to our home or not. Are we going closer the further we go down the track? Or farther away, or are they just in some random order, is our home world even accessible from it? There's a lot of questions and not a lot of answers." I said.

"You trust Ophanimon to know which way is closer to your home?" Henry asked.

"She's the only one we know with any chance of knowing more about it than we do." I said.

"Look we're all immortal now, it will be allright, as long as we survive, we should make it back eventually." I said.

"Mhm." Phoebe agreed.

"Yeah well, you could be in it for quite a while." Henry said.

"Anyway I guess we've said everything that's worth saying, for real now, so cya around." I said.

"Cya." Henry replied.

"Bye." Claire said.

"Ok what now?" Phoebe asked as they walked away.

"I don't know, is Kiera still talking with Ophanimon?" I asked.

"I think so." Phoebe replied.

"We could check in on her after she's done." I said.

"You want to maybe see if we could play with Saphy and Zari until then?" Phoebe asked.

"No, but I'll play with Cj until then." Kitty objected.

"You really want to try to do that right now with the Bubblemen right next door?" I asked.

"Well when you put it that way no, it was just a suggestion." Phoebe said.

"Ladies, you know I love you both but we can't do that all the time." I said.

"Mhm." Kitty agreed.

"I know." Phoebe replied.

"I could go train with Saphy." Kitty suggested.

"That's not the worst idea for a time killer." I said.

"Cj could paint our nails and then we could reward him." Phoebe teased.

"I'm not staying in that human form any longer than I have too." Kitty said.

"Oh ok." Phoebe replied.

"That's hardly any better than your last idea. Just think Pheebles, What if the Bubblemen decided to do something and we need to help the rest of our group but you're too busy playing with my dick." I said.

"Well what's your idea?" Phoebe asked.

"We could keep spying on the Bubblemen?" I asked.

"Just watch them set up tents and stuff? Sounds boring, besides if they see us they probably will attack." Phoebe asked.

"They might try to find a way over the wall, they only have angemon guarding the gates so if they go far enough around." I said.

"And then there's that tunnel." Phoebe chimed in.

"Yeah, if they know about it." I said.

"They might. We don't know what they know." Phoebe replied as I noticed Kitty was no longer standing with us. Then I spotted her running away towards one of the houses on the other side of the street.

"Kitty where are you going?" I asked.

"I saw a monitamon!" She yelled as she ran towards it, I finally spotted it as well and saw that it was running from her, but with its stubby legs she was quickly gaining on it.

"I see it." Phoebe said.

"Go help her." I replied.

"Right." She said before teleporting away to a spot in front the poor fucker, cutting him off. Then she easily pinned it to the ground with her powers before it could use a smoke bomb or some other escape technique as Kitty and I caught up to her.

"Ok, so we're just shoving him in a dark room then?" I asked.

"Yeah." Phoebe replied.

"Water Dragon." Another one said before appearing out of nowhere attacking Phoebe with a pretty pathetic water gun, which didn't hurt her much at all, but broke her concentration.

"Fuck there's another one." I said.

"I got it, Kitty get that one before it does something." Phoebe said as she turned her attention to the one that shot her and pinned it as the other one managed to get back up only for Kitty to tackle it before it could do much of anything.

I pulled the musyamon sword out of my digivice, seeing as both my ladies were occupied now.

A third jumped off a nearby roof to attack which turned out to be pretty much suicidal as it couldn't dodge whilst airborne. I didn't even need the sword's abilities to take it out. It didn't bleed at all which is bizarre, considering it's human like body-aside from its head, but it did turn into a data cloud.

"And that's three." I said.

"Cj, you killed it." Phoebe said, disappointedly.

"Not really, I just turned it into a data cloud. You know? It'll be fine in a few hours." I said.

"hmmm." She pondered. "I guess that's one way we could easily move them."

"Wait no, no no no no no no no no no no!" The one she had pinned said in horror before she used her powered to crush it's head, shattering it's screen. "Killing" it quickly.

And then we both looked at Kitty, expecting her to do the same, but she just looked at me confused.

"Am I supposed to?" She asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Go on, just do it quickly." Phoebe said.

"No please no it hurts." The one she had pinned said.

"Sorry." Kitty said as she pushed her claws into its chest, turning it into a data cloud as well.

"Ok now where the hell are we going to take them?" I asked.

"Do you think Ophanimon has a prison?" Phoebe asked.

And so, with Kitty carrying the three idiot's data clouds we headed to the palace.

"The stupid idiot got me all wet." Phoebe said squeezing some water out of her dress as we made our way there.

"Eh I've gotten you wetter." I said, teasingly.

"You perverted goofball." She replied.

"Atleast I didn't get wet." Kitty said.

"Eh there's always next time." I teased.

"Mhm." Phoebe agreed.

" No no no no no no, we're leaving there won't be a next time." Kitty said.

"Oh well, I'm sure there's plenty of other bad guys across the whole multiverse packing water pistols." I said.

"No just real guns." Kitty said.

"Yeah, but they make you bleed." I said.

"It dries." Kitty said.

"So does the water without hurting you in the process." I said.

"It's not as wet." She said.

"Ooookaaaay, if you say so." I said, not really sure how to respond to that.

"It stains your fur red though." Phoebe decided to take a whack at it.

"I like red." Kitty replied.

"She's gotta be playing us." Phoebe told me telepathically as she gave me a cynical look like I was somehow responsible for this madness.

"You never know with her." I replied.

Ophanimon was busy with Kiera when we got there, Tabitha, and the flowers, apparently working on new forms for them and the mechanorimon, so we were left to talk to another angewomon instead who introduced herself as Astrid.

-several minutes later-

"So you murdered several digimon?" Astrid asked.

"They're monitamon, they've been spying on us, they work for those guys that set the alarms off a while ago. And we didn't murder them, they'll wake up in a few hours won't they?" I said.

"Yeah, that's true, so you want me to throw them in the dungeon?" Astrid asked.

"Not sure what else to do with them, Phoebe doesn't want to kill them." I said.

"Ok I guess we could keep them in there until we send you away, all the cells are empty at the moment." Astrid said.

"Also, can you get Ophanimon to send the Bubblemen to a different place than the one you send us too?" Phoebe asked as the angel digimon led us down into the dungeon.

"The bubblemen?" Astrid asked.

"The guys that set off the alarm a little bit ago. The ones that followed us here when Ophanimon brought us in." Phoebe said.

"Oh, those guys, well, no guarantees, I'm not sure how that whole thing works. You'd have to take that up with Ophanimon yourself when you're ready to leave. Though we won't send them away until you're gone." Astrid replied.

"Ok, then I have just one more question, she can either send us to a world she thinks will be closer to our home world, or she can send us back to the nexus?" Phoebe asked.

"Yes, that is correct. Have you decided which one you prefer?" Astrid asked.

"We'll have to talk that out with the others." Phoebe said.

"Right, I'll show you to the dungeon then, we should get them locked up before they wake up." Astrid said.

She led us down there, we put them all into an empty cell, they were locked inside, and then we headed back up and left the palace.

"I feel better now that they're not wandering around." Phoebe said.

"There could be more out there though. We don't know how many they have." I said.

"Yeah well, atleast there's less of them now." Phoebe said.

"Hey Kitty Kat, good job spotting those guys." I said.

"Um thanks." She said.

"Did you notice if they had a scent?" I asked.

"Not really, they just smell like a computer and not enough to tell me where they are unless they're right next to me." She replied.

"Great, so they're stealthy in that regard too." I said.

"What's that mean?" Kitty asked.

"That they're good at hiding." I replied.

"Oh." She said.

"Well I just saw that one as it was trying to climb up onto that house or something I don't know, it wasn't hiding very well at all." Kitty said.

"Well still, good job." I replied.

"So what now? Are we still going to look for them?" She asked.

"I don't know, if we had to eat we could have lunch now but there's not much point to that really." I said.

"Oh Arceus, I just realized we're going to have to go back to eating again in the next world." Phoebe said.

"Probably yeah, unless it's another digital world." I said.

"Well, since I guess it's a bad time to mess around, you wanna go bug the newbies or something?" Phoebe asked.

"What do you have in mind? And why do you wanna bug them so bad?" I asked.

"Because they're young and inexperienced and who knows what we can get them to do." Phoebe said.

"We already banged them all." I said.

"I meant silly things, for fun." Phoebe said.

"Oh you mean like that time they made Lussy run half naked through the snow?" I asked.

"Yeah." Phoebe said.

"Maybe we could get them all wet." Kitty said.

"Naaaah, that's a bit on the mean side." I said.

"Yeah or the pervy side depending on which one she means." Phoebe agreed.

"NO! I mean with water!" Kitty said when she realized what she meant.

"Then they'll think they can go and spray you with water." I said, teasingly.

"Wait, no, let's not do that then." Kitty said.

"Oh, let's just go bug them and see what they're doing and take things from there." Phoebe said a few seconds later.

"Ok, if that's what you want baby girl." I said.

"It is. I don't have any other ideas." She replied.

"Then lead the way baby." I said.

"They're in the church library again?" I guessed as she started to lead us over that way.

"Yeah, they're bored too." Phoebe replied.

So we followed her back to the library where the newbies were hanging out again, aside from Kiera.

"What are you silly goobers up too today?" Phoebe asked.

"Silly goobers? Really?" Selly asked.

"We got bored so we decided to bug you!" Phoebe said playfully.

"Pheebles you goobus! What was that alarm all about? It woke me up!" Lussy asked.

"The bubblemen were going to attack but apparently decided not to and are just camping outside the main gate instead. The angel digimon let them for some reason." Phoebe said.

"Are you going to drive them away?" Lussy asked.

"There's not much point, they'll just come back, and then they'll know for sure that we're here if they don't already." I said.

"Aren't we supposed to be leaving today?" Lussy asked.

"Yes, hopefully, and hopefully they'll stay in their camp until then." Phoebe said.

"The monitamon won't." Kitty chimed in.

"Yeah, we did capture a few monitamon, but there could still be more out there so keep your clothes on when you're outside unless you want Volkheim and his band of weirdos seeing you." Phoebe said, somewhat teasingly.

"Yeaaah, I'm not doing that again. I learned my lesson." Lussy said while Chally and Selly quietly laughed.

"What lesson was that?" Phoebe asked.

"You don't need to know." Lussy replied.

"Should we tell them?" Selly asked.

"Nah, we'll just keep it between us." Chally said.

"Well, I can read both of you so you can't really keep it secret, but, I'll respect your decision and not tell these two." Phoebe said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Cj, with great power, comes great responsibility." She said.

"Allright, I understand." I said.

"So, did you take her human form's virginity yet?" Lussy asked.

"You want her to keep a secret and then you immediately ask that." I said.

"Oh come on, you can tell us." Lussy said.

"We already did it twice." Kitty said.

"Kitty Kat." I scolded her.

"Damn, that was fast." Lussy teased.

"Well we already love each other, so." I said.

"Yeah." Kitty agreed.

"When do we get to play with you?" Lussy asked.

"Not right now, and probably not today. We shouldn't be messing around when the bubblemen could try something at any moment." Phoebe said.

And then, like magic, the alarm went off again.

"Well that didn't take long." Lussy said.

"I think you jinxed us Pheebles." I said.

"We better go check this out." Phoebe said.

"Just don't teleport us into the loud again." Kitty said.

"I won't, that was an accident the first time." Phoebe said.

And so we took her hands and she blipped us back over to the front gate where Volkheim and his army were making their way into the village.

"Get out of here, you're not allowed inside." Phoebe said.

"What the hell are you doing Volkheim?" As I asked as we cut them off.

"It's the interdimensionals! It figures you show up when we have more pressing matters." Volkheim said.

"Like invading this village?" I asked.

"Invade? They let us in." Another Bubbleman said.

"Why would they do that?" Kitty asked.

"To keep us safe because there's another army invading. Friends of yours?" Volkheim asked.

"What?" I asked.

"Oh Arceus no." Phoebe said as we both started to grasp how bad things were about to get.

The alarm system was loud enough it could be heard from pretty far away, to the point where the goddesses had heard it as well when Volkheim and co set it off, and, not knowing the bubblemen were here, they assumed something went wrong on our end. With Venusmon overly concerned for my safety, and Mervamon getting impatient and just out for blood in general, Dianamon was unable to talk either of them out of it, and not one of them thought to use the mechanorimon we left with them to try to send a message and simply ask what was going on. So they decided to go ahead and attack as well.

"It's three of the twelve olympos." An angemon said from one of the gate towers.

"Aren't there only ten of them now?" Another asked.

"I guess Samael forgot to lock their cages." Another said.

"What are you idiots standing around for? Somebody go tell Ophanimon!" The one in the tower said.

"Right." One of the ones on the ground said before leaving.

"Oh it's these idiots again. Did they set that alarm off earlier too." Zari said as she showed up along with Saphy.

"Yeah, but, actually it's not them this time." I replied.

"You stay away from her." Kitty whispered to me as she loosely grabbed my arm.

"Oh relax babe this isn't time for romance now anyway." I said.

Then she decided to pull me close and kiss me.

"Kitty what the hell?" I said.

"Romance." She replied.

"Ehem?" Phoebe asked.

"It was worth it." Kitty said.

"Anyway Saphy, I'm glad you're here atleast because we might have a situation." Phoebe said.

"Really?" Saphy asked.

"Yeah, but, we'll have to see." Phoebe said.

"That's great, we're going to go out the back gate if there is one." Volkheim said.

"Right, bye." Phoebe replied.

"You're just letting them go?" Zari asked.

"They're scared, they won't try anything." Phoebe said.

"So, what do we do?" I asked.

"You want to maybe go out there and try to talk them down?" Phoebe asked.

"We could try." I said.

"What is this nonsense first those bubble guys now this?" Ophanimon asked as she approached one of the guards.

"Goddess Ophanimon, it's the olympos, they've assembled an army and are attacking." A rather panicked angemon said.

"I guess I'll just have to settle this then." Ophanimon said.

"Wait, Ophanimon." Phoebe said.

"No, human, this has to be done." She replied.

"Venusmon has a huge crush on Cj, we can try to talk them down." Phoebe said.

"What, but why? How?"

"They helped us defeat the dark rulers and deusmon, we needed them they were the only ones we could find and in exchange we sort of led them to you." Phoebe admitted.

She looked at us for a while.

"Please don't get mad." Phoebe pleaded.

"I can't, you saved the digital world, I've failed as a goddess and now I have to atone for that." She replied before solemnly walking out the door, toward the approaching army of our one time friends.

"You want to maybe try to go save Venusmon?" I asked.

"Don't tell me you have feelings for her now too." Phoebe said.

"I don't want to let her die, Pheebles." I said.

"I get it." She replied.

"Zari can I trust you to take charge of Kitty and Saphy while we go rescue yet another of Cj's girlfriends?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah." Zari replied.

"Good, that's one step closer to becoming our new virara." Phoebe said.

"What about me?" Kitty asked.

"You'll still be our virara alongside her, no time to talk about this now, sorry, let's go Cj." Phoebe said.

She teleported us out there and we started looking around for Venusmon who walking alongside her sisters towards the back.

"Oh Cj, you're ok? I was so worried. I heard the alarm go off I thought she found out and you tried to escape or something and she killed you." Venusmon said as she held me close after kissing me several times.

"You need to call off this attack, and stop kissing all over my husband! I was trying to be nice and let you have that one night with him to say goodbye." Phoebe said, thoroughly annoyed.

"Sorry, sorry." Venusmon said. "But we can't call off this attack they know we're here now." Venusmon said.

"Well then atleast let us take you out of here, she'll kill you." I said.

"Thankyou for the offer, my love, but, if that happens so be it, we have to settle this now, there is no way Mervamon is going to back down and I'm not going to abandon my sisters. Stay safe, both of you."

I pulled her close and passionately kissed her.

"Cj" Phoebe complained.

"I have to, just this once." I said.

"Never mind, I get it." She replied.

"For good luck." I said, looking into her eyes if she didn't have them covered.

Then she kissed me back.

"Ok ok that's enough missy the first was enough." Phoebe said as she tried to split us up.

"Sorry, so sorry."

"You'll get yours in a bit don't worry." I said.

"Let's just get out of here before Ophanimon thinks we're helping them." Phoebe said.

"Right." I replied as she took my hand and teleported us away.

"Boyfriend not staying?" Dianamon asked.

"Atleast if we die today he'll live on." Venusmon said.

"Atleast you got to have a taste of love too." Dianamon said.

"Yeah." Venusmon replied.

"Don't let that cloud your judgement though." Dianamon said.

"Yeah." Venusmon replied.

"Hey, pay attention sister." Dianamon said.

"Where are we going to go now?" I asked once we were back inside the village.

"I don't know, I can't stop thinking about you kissing her like that." Phoebe said.

"She might die today, I was trying to give her one last decent memory so atleast she could die happy." I said.

"I know, and that's really sweet, but that passion, " She said before I pulled her close and kissed her passionately as well.

"Oh Cj…" She said cutely as I held her close.

"Fuck we need to do something we can't be getting all horny right now." I said.

"Right." She replied.

"Let's just see how this goes and if we need to evacuate our group from here we will. If you want to go around and check on everyone." I said.

"Mhm, but you better not kiss Zari like that." She teased.

"I won't, Kitty maybe, but, I don't know." I said.

"She already kissed you." Phoebe said.

"I know I know." I replied.

"But go on anyway." Phoebe said.

She blipped away then I went over to where Zari was standing with the digibabes.

"You save your girlfriend?" She asked, teasingly.

"She won't abandon her sisters." I said.

"Did you hug her? I can smell her on you." Kitty asked.

"Yeah and I kissed her like this." I said before pulling her close and kissing her passionately.

"Why?" Kitty asked.

"Because she might die today." Zari said.

"Right." I replied.

"And we might get stuck here." Zari continued.

"Also right." I said, regrettably.

"Do I get a kiss too?" Zari asked.

"Phoebe specifically requested that you don't." I said.

"Dam." Zari replied.

"Where is Phoebe?" Zari asked.

"Gathering everyone else in case we need to get out of here." I said.

"So we're not fighting?" Zari asked.

"We're either fighting the goddesses or Ophanimon, so no, we're not, not this time." I said.

"What's your plan here? Your cover is going to get blown." Tabitha said as she approached us.

"It already is, Phoebe already told Ophanimon everything and she just walked right out there on her own." I said.

"She didn't punish either of you?" Tabitha asked.

"Nope. Did you get a human form?" I asked.

"Yeah, she already had a few around for us angel digimon, I just need to get some human clothes." Tabitha said.

"What about the others?" I asked.

"She already started working on ones for the flower girls thinking they would ask, and I don't know what she's doing with the mechanorimon." She replied.

"So you're coming with us then?" I asked.

"If Ophanimon wins yes, if not, I'm not sure how we're going to get out of here." She said.

"The goddesses could send us out if they get her power right?" I asked.

"Yeah, if they know how." Tabitha replied.

"Tabitha we're going to need you up here." Another unknown angel digimon said.

"Well I have to go." She said.

"Keep your head down kid." I said.

"I haven't been a kid in a long time." She replied before joining the rank of angels guarding the front gate.

"You gonna kiss her too? She could die." Kitty pointed out.

"She doesn't have a huge ass thing for me like Venusmon does." I replied.

"What are you getting all jealous for? He's not even allowed to kiss me. " Zari pointed out.

"Well he shouldn't, you're not his virara, or his digimon." Kitty said, making me briefly question whether it was normal for digimon to sleep with their tamers, then I remembered most tamers are kids, so yeah, that's definitely a no.

"Well maybe I want to be someday." Zari said.

"Well, maybe I won't let you." Kitty said.

"Like it's really your choice it's all up to Phoebe anyway." Zari said.

"Yeah well, she likes me more than you now." Kitty said, confidently.

"Ladies." I said.

"Tell her how you really feel about me CJ." Zari said.

"There's a way more important fight going on right now."

"Fuck, you're right, there is." Zari said.

"And even though Kitty doesn't really have a say, if you want any chance of this working you're going to have to get along with both Pheebles and Kitty." I said.

"Mhmm." Kitty said, teasingly as she huggled me.

"Ok I got everyone to head over here, what'd I miss?" Phoebe said after blipping in.

"Not much, Kitty and Zari started fighting but I think it's over now." I said.

"Oh really? Over you?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah, pretty much." I said.

"Zari you know you're going to have to get along with her if you wanna be a part of this." Phoebe said.

"I know, he just told me the same thing." Zari replied.

"Cj why don't we go watch the fight?" Phoebe asked.

"Ok." I said.

"You guys just stay here the others will join you soon. If we need to leave I'll come back and teleport you out." Phoebe said.

"Ok." Zari replied.

A bit later-

"If you want this to work with Zari we need to get those two to get along." Phoebe said.

"I know, do you want things to work out with Zari?" I asked.

"Well we need to figure that out at some point don't we" Phoebe asked.

"Well how are you with Kitty yet?" I asked.

"Well, you know you love her, and she adores you, she's strong, and I know I can rely on her to help keep you safe. She's like the idiot little sister I never had, and she's such a cutey when she wants to be. I want her with us, and I want her around. So there's no going back, for me atleast" Phoebe said.

- "Well, you know I want you both and she's always going to be my second, and you're always going to be my number one." I said.

"I know. Now let's watch this." Phoebe said.

With her head down, Ophanimon calmly advanced towards the approaching army until she was pretty close, then she kneeled down before them. The whole army stopped for a moment.

"What the hell is going on? Keep moving forward you idiots!" Mervamon said as she pushed and shoved her way through the ranks to see what made them all stop.

"Ophanimon? What is this? You're not going to fight."

"Spare the village and my followers, I'll surrender." Ophanimon said.

"You're kidding? You infuriating little bitch." Mervamon said before kicking her in the ribs.

"Calm down sister, it's a fair deal." Dianamon said.

"She's in no position to be making deals." Mervamon replied as she prepared to kill Ophanimon.

"What about the humans? How are they going to get out of here? Do either of you know how to do that?" Venusmon asked.

"Merukimon did." Dianamon said.

"And we haven't seen him in forever." Venusmon said.

"So she needs to send the humans away then give us the goddesshood." Dianamon said.

"Are you seriously telling me I can't kill her right now?" Mervamon asked.

"It's 2 against one, you're overruled, sorry." Dianamon said.

"I need some time to complete some new forms for their digimon as well." Ophanimon said.

"New forms?" Venusmon asked.

"How dare you keep asking us for things!" Mervamon said, enraged.

"Ok, that's fine, but when that's done, you're done." Dianamon said.

"Mhm." Venusmon agreed.

"Why do you keep giving in to her demands?" Mervamon asked.

"Because you idiot we're close enough to her she could easily kill us all right now if she wanted. So there's no reason not to trust her." Dianamon said.

"That is the truth. I don't want this power anymore." Ophanimon said.

"Shut up!" Mervamon said.

"You will be confined to your palace until your work for the humans is finished. Until then we will set up camp here. How does that sound?" Dianamon said.

"I'd rather just kill her now." Mervamon said.

"I didn't ask you." Dianamon replied.

"I agree to your terms." Ophanimon said.

"Good, allright then, you two weregarurumon, take her to her palace." Dianamon said to the two soldiers that were closest to her.

"Yes mam." The militant digimon replied as they help Ophanimon get back up.

"I'll take her." Mervamon said.

"No, sister, you've kicked her around enough already." Dianamon said.

"Did you forget what happened to Jupitermon and Junomon?" Mervamon asked.

"I didn't forget, just as I didn't forget all the digimon we lost up north on those stairs. Why should we put more at risk when it's not necessary?" Dianamon asked.

"How dare you mongrels lay hands on our goddess like that?" An unknown angemon yelled at the two humanoid wolf digimon escorting her back to the front gate.

"It's ok, stand down, everyone will be safe." Ophanimon said.

"Goddess?" The angemon asked, looking very concerned.

"Not anymore, it's just Ophanimon now." She replied.

"Well this is not what I expected. What are they even doing?" I said to my beloved as we watched from the sidelines.

"Maybe they're leading her into town to be executed?" Phoebe asked.

"You think so?" I asked.

"I don't know, let's go see." She said as she offered her hand.

We blipped back over to the other side of the village wall where the rest of our group was gathering.

"If they are do we really wanna watch this?" I asked.

"No, but, we need to know for sure." Phoebe said.

"No battle?" Kitty asked.

"Doesn't seem like it, I think Ophanimon surrendered, so, they're bringing her back to the gate for some reason.

"So we don't have to leave?" Zari asked.

"I don't think so." I said.

"They might kill Ophanimon though." Phoebe chimed.

"Then how are we going to get out of here?" Zari asked.

"The goddesses will take her power and they can send us out, or if we have to we can head back south and try to figure out how indramon made that portal machine." Phoebe replied.

"So we're safe then?" Henry said.

"Yeah the goddesses just want Ophanimon not us." Phoebe replied.

"So what happened to the bubblemen?" Claire asked.

"They ran away." Phoebe said.

"There she is let's go see what they're going to do. Is everyone here?" Phoebe said.

"Everyone except Tabby, Kiera, all the mechanorimon and the flower girls." Lussy said.

"Well they're all in the palace and Tabby is working so that's fine." Phoebe said.

"So there's not going to be a fight?" IceLeomon asked.

"Sorry to disappoint you, but no, and please don't start any. Anyway she's through the gate so I'm going to follow her, come along if you want but I can't teleport all of you at once so don't ask." Phoebe replied.

Of course I went with my beloved and Kitty decided to come along too, then Zari, then everyone else. And of course there was a load of civilian digimon gathering around as well, harassing the weregarurumon escorting her despite being way weaker than them. Ophanimon told them to stop every time they started to get out of hand, but they didn't listen very well.

"Where is your palace?" One of the escorts asked.

"It's invisible, it's that big empty space over there." She replied.

"Okaay." He replied, surprised, but only a little bit, as bachusmon used a similar sorcery on the western terminal.

"I can't let you enter, only Ophanimon is allowed inside." The angemon guarding the palace said once they reached the gate and were passed the invisibility field.

"It's allright, let them do their job." Ophanimon said.

"You, you can't be serious." The angemon said.

"I am, I am done, being the sole goddess of the digital world, it's just not worth it anymore." Ophanimon said.

And so she was led back to her room, where she went back to her work, while the goddesses army set up camp outside the village with a few of them coming inside to see the limited amount of sights, though the civilian population and most of the angel digimon were not taking her surrender so easily, there was quite a bit of animosity in the air, though there wasn't really much any of the mostly rookie level villagers could do.

"Hi." Venusmon said as she approached.

"Hey Cj, your girlfriend is back." Phoebe teased.

"Pheebles you've been here this whole time." I said.

"Yeahhhh." She said, not knowing how to respond to that.

"And so has Kitty." I said.

"Mhm." Kitty agreed.

"Soo, are you going to kill Ophanimon or what's going on?" Phoebe asked.

"Not right now, she has to finish her work for you first, atleast, we didn't want you to be stranded here." Venusmon said.

"Are you going to kill her though?" Phoebe asked.

"Mervamon will go crazy if we don't. She's getting pretty testy as is. You don't know how long she's been waiting for this." Venusmon said.

"Well atleast you're still alive." I said.

"Yeah, so what's this thing about her making new forms for the digimon?" Venusmon asked.

"She thinks if our digimon have human forms then other gods and goddesses won't be able to trace them back to this place and cause all sorts of trouble. Honestly, I think it's a load of crap because we've been through several other worlds, this is the only one where we've come across any beings with god-like power. That and there's no guarantee the world she sends us too will be populated by what Pheebles and I know as normal humans anyway." I said.

"Yeah, but after deusmon, maybe its best we don't take unnecessary risks." Venusmon said.

"Maybe, Kitty hates her human form though." I replied.

"Yeah, it sucks." Kitty chimed in.

"You sure you can't talk Mervamon out of killing her?" Phoebe asked.

"Not the way she is now, maybe she'll cool down by the time you leave, but even then, you know, we can't just let her go." Venusmon said.

"Well come walk with me for a second." Phoebe said before leading her away from the group so they could talk in private.

"Looks like you're going to be playing with Venusmon soon." Lussy teased.

"There she goes, selling me out again." I said.

"Atleast she's not saying it in front of everyone else this time." Zari pointed out.

"I guess that's a slight improvement, not that it helps because we all know what she's saying anyway." I said.

"Eh, we could all be wrong." Henry said.

"Yeah, but probably not." Claire said.

"Weren't we supposed to leave like today?" Henry asked.

"I don't know, I guess getting forms for the mechanorimon, Tabby and the flower girls, and this of course, might have pushed that back a bit. Plus Ophanimon might try to stall a bit considering she's dead as soon as she's done, and I honestly can't blame her for that." I said.

"Cj come here, you were supposed to follow me silly!" Phoebe yelled.

"Well how the fuck was I supposed to know?" I yelled back.

"Let me guess you sold me out again?" I asked when I caught up with her.

"Um… no, she doesn't think her sisters will go for it." Phoebe said.

"So you tried?" I asked.

"I suggested it, but Cj, this isn't just for fun, Ophanimon's life is on the line." Phoebe replied.

"Yeah, ok I guess that makes it a little better. I just wish you'd stop trying to fix everything with sex." I replied.

"Sometimes it works." She shrugged.

"So what are we doing then?" I asked.

"We need to get Dianamon on our side somehow." Venusmon said.

"You don't want to kill Ophanimon?" I asked.

"If you don't." Venusmon said.

"Well Pheebles doesn't so I don't." I said.

"She's been pretty nice to us." Phoebe pointed out.

"Ok well, then I don't. So we're back to getting Dianamon on our side." Venusmon said.

"You sure she wouldn't be open to playing around? Cause I want some and Kitty will and you and Dianamon might as well come with us too and we can all just go out into the forest where the grass is nice and soft." Phoebe asked.

"And the bubblemen are probably hiding." I interrupted her.

"Yeah, probably I guess we can find somewhere else then? There's that tunnel, I doubt they've found it." She said.

"If you want it that bad we can go to the bus real quick." I whispered to her.

"No, saving Ophanimon comes first." She cutely insisted.

"I know, but if you can't stop thinking about sex, you don't see how that can be a hindrance? Besides if anyone can talk Dianamon into sparing her it's you, and then probably her, you knucklehead." I replied, referring to Venusmon.

"I can wait until she is safe." Phoebe said.

"Oh you can?" I asked.

"Yeah it will be our reward for saving her." She said.

"Hehehe, if you say so." I replied.

"What about mine?" Venusmon asked.

"Yeah ok, one last time, is that allright with you Cj?" Phoebe asked.

"Last time was supposed to be the last time." I said.

"Yeah, well things went weird." Phoebe replied.

"Ok, but don't bring anyone else in." I said.

"What about Kitty?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah Kitty can come too." I said, because I love her.

"And Zari?" She asked.

"No, too much." I said.

"Just checking." She said with a mischievous smile.

"So, let's go try talking to Dianamon, where is she?" Phoebe asked.

"At the palace." Venusmon replied

-a few minutes later at the palace-

"Absolutely not, that is not negotiable, she must pay for what she has done. You don't know what it was like, so I don't blame you, but, no and before you ask, sex is not going to change my mind." Dianamon said.

"Told you." Venusmon replied seemingly rolling her eyes that were as bright as galaxys, of course she had them covered up at the moment.

"Ohhhh, wasn't that several reformations ago? Come on!" Phoebe pleaded.

"That doesn't matter, she deliberately assisted in the murder of our comrades." Dianamon said.

"I guess we could try talking to Mervamon then." Phoebe said.

"No! Don't even speak to her! You will only piss her off more. You're all lucky I was able to convince her not to kill Ophanimon before she can send you out of here." Dianamon said, sternly.

"Yeah, that's a terrible idea." Venusmon agreed.

"There's nothing we can do? Not even sex?" Phoebe asked.

"Not even sex. I'm sorry, but this is just the way things are going to go." Dianamon replied.

"Um, Cj, can you take me to the bus?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah, ok." I replied.

A bit later on the bus. –

"So you want to do it or?" I started to ask.

"I just want you to hold me for a while." She said, cutting me off.

So we layed down on the bed and I held her close.

"So your letting this get to you?" I asked.

"Well what are we supposed to do Cj? I don't want her to die." She replied.

"I don't know." I replied.

We heard Kitty knock on the door, because of her claws she does kind of have a distinctive knock, atleast as a persiamon.

"And that's Kitty." I said.

"What's she doing here?" Phoebe asked.

"Well we kind of just left her behind so she tracked us down, because she loves us and wants to know what we're up too. I guess, I don't know, maybe she's mad we kind of ditched her. Should I let her in?" I asked.

"Tell her she can stay with us tonight but right now I just want to be alone with you so we can talk about this." Phoebe said.

"That sounds more like something you should tell her yourself." I said.

"Tell her I'm too sad to tell her myself." Phoebe said.

"You don't look so sad to me." I said.

"Cj, Ophanimon could die and we don't know anything we can do about it." She said, getting extremely whiny and overdramatic.

"Ok ok ok." I replied as I got up and headed to the door.

"Hello Kitty." I said after I opened the door.

"You left me out there." She pointed out.

"Yeah sorry babe, it just kind of happened." I replied.

" Um, look, Pheebles and I just kind of need some time alone to talk about things, if we do anything fun we'll make it up to you ok?" I asked.

"Ok." She replied.

"You're over a hundred, you should be able to be by yourself for a bit." I said.

"Right." She replied.

'See you in a little while after we get this sorted ok?" I said.

"Ok." She said, cheerfully.

"Love you Kitty Kat." I said as I hugged her affectionately.

"Love you!" She replied as she gently hugged me back.

"She's not the brightest, but dam she's such a sweet thing." I said once I was back on the bus and she went on her way.

"You have a thing for sweet things don't you?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah." I replied.

"So what are we going to do about Ophanimon then?" She asked, getting us back on the subject.

"I guess you could teleport in there and teleport her out right?" I asked.

"Yeah." Phoebe said.

"But we'll have to wait until she's done making human forms for the others." I said.

"Yeah." Phoebe replied.

"And then she can come to the next world with us I guess." I said.

"Do you think she'll go for that or will she just want to run away from the goddesses forever? And what are the goddesses going to do to this place if she goes missing?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah, that's a good question." I replied.

"I need to talk to her." Phoebe realized.

"You think they'll let you?" I asked.

"I don't know, I'm not going to ask, I'll just play stupid if I get caught." She replied.

"Well, ok then babe." I said.

"What?" She asked.

"I guess it's time for me to tell you to not get hurt." I said, playfully.

"Yeah it is." She replied.

"You wait here, I'll send Kitty back here if I can find her real quick, ok?" She said.

"How long are you planning to be gone?" I asked.

"If I'm not back in ten minutes you can do whatever you want with her." She replied.

"Are you going to play with Ophanimon?" I asked.

"I'm not planning on it, but if that somehow happens well, you have Kitty and it shouldn't be too hard to get Ophanimon to treat you too." She said as she got up and slipped her shoes on.

"Hell if she ends up coming with us, we could get goddess pussy every day." I said.

"You already have two of them you can have every day you horny goofball." She replied.

"That doesn't hold you back on those long bus rides." I said.

"Ok that's probably fair. Love you honey." She replied.

"Love you too baby girl." I said before she stepped off the bus.

I layed there alone and stared at the ceiling for a few minutes thinking about banging Ophanimon until Kitty came in.

"You awake?" She asked.

She laid down next to me.

"So what's the plan?" She asked.

"Well, she's going to try to talk to Ophanimon, and if she's not back in ten minutes she said we could start screwing around." I replied.

"What the ?" She asked, feeling a bit overwhelmed by what she was seeing.

"You get used to it after a while." Kiera said.

"You…. You understand this?" Phoebe asked, shocked by what she was seeing.

"No, not in the slightest." Kiera replied.

"This is the reason why I didn't want you in here. Seeing the full extent of my powers, it's a bit overwhelming for most." Ophanimon said.

"I see." Phoebe said.

"So why are you here?" Ophanimon asked.

"We're secretly planning on rescuing you." Phoebe said.

"Secretly huh?" Ophanimon asked.

"The goddesses don't know, and they won't tell anyone.

"We won't?" Violet asked.

"No you won't or we're leaving you here." Phoebe replied.

"Ok." Violet agreed.

"WE WON'T TELL ANYONE." One of the mechanorimon spoke up, in its trademark overly loud voice.

"Then shut up you big metal dumbass." Kiera said.

"SORRY." It apologized.

"SHHHH!" Kiera shushed it.

"Is anyone coming?" Phoebe asked.

"If Mervamon hasn't busted in here yet I think we're ok, since, she's right outside." Kiera said.

"Ok." Phoebe replied.

It was a pretty thick door too, with a doorway big enough the mechanorimon could fit through.

"Anyway, Ophanimon, when you're done with, whatever all this is, I can teleport you out of here and you can come with us and stay alive." Phoebe suggested.

"Thanks for the offer, but making new forms for these guys will be my final act as a goddess." Ophanimon said.

"Can't you surrender your goddess hood without dying?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah, but, what else is out there for me?" Ophanimon asked.

"A lot of things, there's a whole multiverse out there and we could use someone as strong as you and well really, we just don't want to leave you to die." Phoebe said.

"Thanks for the offer again, but, my fate was sealed the moment I received this power." Ophanimon replied.

"No it's not you big dummy, you can come with us! So what, you weren't cut out to be a goddess? Most people aren't. That doesn't mean there isn't something you can't be good at." Phoebe pleaded.

"And have you thought about what will happen to this village if I run off with you?" Ophanimon asked.

" Yeah, but, venusmon." Phoebe said.

"She won't turn on her sisters, you should know better." Ophanimon said.

Phoebe started to cry.

"If I die here, the village and my followers will be safe, I've lived many times longer than most digimon could ever dream, I've wielded power most could not even fathom, and even with that, my kingdom lies in ruins and my army is down to 22 and one less now if Tabby is going with you.

"I won't if it keeps you alive." Tabby said.

"Sorry, but it won't darling. You're free to go." Ophanimon replied.

"Wait, we look really similar without our armor, if we switch clothes, I could take your place." Tabby spoke.

"Absolutely not." Ophanimon said.

"Yeah you are kind of similar naked except for your wings, but I don't want you to die either." Phoebe said.

"And we could hide them." Tabby said.

"No no no, you are not dying in my place. You're a good angel Tabby, even if you're somewhat responsible for leading the goddesses here." Ophanimon said.

"That was mostly us." Phoebe admitted.

"I'm aware." Ophanimon said.

"But the digital world is only so big and it's not like we could run forever, I don't even have Skyland to protect me anymore." Ophanimon said.

"Can't you rebuild it?" Phoebe asked.

"It'd take a really long time you realize we have to carry all the resources up their even with maker machines?" Ophanimon asked.

"Well, yeah, but you can." Phoebe said.

"Get your clothes off." Tabby demanded as she started to strip.

"Excuse me?" Ophanimon asked.

"We're switching places." Tabby said.

"No, we're not." Ophanimon said.

"Are you sure about this Tabby?" Phoebe asked.

"It will make up for my betrayal." Tabby said as she continued to strip herself naked.

"Well keep your clothes on for now, we still have time." Phoebe said.

"You're not taking my place, that's an order!" Ophanimon said, somewhat annoyed.

"Ok, well, if your mind is made up then, I've said all I can say." Phoebe said.

"There is one thing I will ask of you." Ophanimon said.

"What?" Phoebe asked.

"If any of you ever get a chance, to be as powerful as me, don't take it." Ophanimon replied.

"I understand." Phoebe said.

"And go gather up the rest of you, I'll be done here by sunset, and then it will be farewell." Ophanimon said.

"OPHANIMON!" Tabby started bawling, still half naked.

"Cut it out, you're going to make me cry." Kiera said as the flower girls covered their ears.

"You can't leave like this what will the others think?" Tabby continued to cry.

"If I don't, they'll die too. Astrid already informed the others, they all know it's for the sake of the village." Ophanimon said.

"You can protect them from the goddesses, you know you can." Tabby pointed out.

"Not all of them, I have to pay, for what I've done, and for all those I've failed, and I'm just done being a goddess, I don't want to be one anymore, and I don't want you to die in my place. " Ophanimon said.

"Whose going to bring this place back to the way it was before?" Tabby asked.

"It will get there on its own eventually. It will just take a while for all those lost to be reincarnated." Ophanimon insisted.

"Tabby get your clothes back on already, if she wants to die there's nothing we can do." Phoebe said.

"Why won't you let me serve you my goddess? What if the others knew?" Tabby said, inconsolably.

"If you want to serve me then let me atone for my mistakes." Ophanimon replied.

"I want to save you." Tabby said.

"I don't want to be saved." Ophanimon replied.

"Why?" Tabby asked after about a minute or two of just silence.

"Because I'm done being a goddess and it's time to give this up and let them take over, atleast this way everyone else can be saved." She replied.

"Tabby?" Phoebe asked, concerned.

"You can't, you can't, you can't, you can't."

"Calm down." Phoebe said.

"No no no no no no. Ophanimon no, no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no ." Tabby went insane.

"She's lost it." Kiera said.

"Tabby come on snap out of it." Phoebe said.

And then she just started crying as Phoebe and Kiera exchanged confused looks and questioned whether this was really happening as Lilly and Violet pretended they couldn't hear anything and the mechanorimon remained silent, as they barely seem to have a concept of emotion and really didn't want to get shushed again. Phoebe couldn't get through to her.

"She won't calm, she won't listen." Phoebe said.

"Look, why don't you, go out there, and send Astrid in to get her? Hopefully when everything is ready she be settled down more." Ophanimon said.

"Ok, sure, I guess I'll just go back to Cj then too, if you don't mind, since I guess I can't do anything useful here." She said.

"That's allright." Ophanimon replied.

So Phoebe gave up and left, but took a few more minutes to kind of just walk around and collect herself before returning to us. It wasn't easy for her to see Tabby like that even though she didn't look up to Ophanimon at all like she did.

-Anyway several minutes later-

I already made love to my sweet Kitty Kat and we were just quietly snuggling together naked on the bus.

"Kitty kat?" I asked.

"Hmm?" She asked.

"You ready for the next world?" I asked.

"I guess it would help to know what the next world is first." I said.

"Yeah well, the families in the tv shows you watch are, fake, ideal families in the vision of the writers, as a reflection of the world and culture that they were born and raised in to attract as wide of an audience as possible and this is, I don't know what this is but it's not exactly that." I said.

" I didn't understand most of that." She replied.

"The shows that you watch aren't how things work in the real world." I said.

"They aren't?" She asked.

"Nope, not very often atleast, they're just the way that most people wish they would work." I said.

"Ok, but, Phoebe still won't let me." Kitty said.

"Eh don't worry about that, we'll work on her in time." I said.

"Really?" She asked.

"And if not then, I guess that's just the way things are going to be." I said.

"And Zari?" Kitty asked.

"I'm just thinking about you right now, she's another conversation I guess." I replied.

"Then again, I'm not nearly as close to her as to you." I said.

"Ok, I'm back, annnnnd you're both naked." Phoebe said as she blipped back in, forcing an end to our conversation, deliberately or not.

"That was more than ten minutes." I said.

"Mhm, a lot more." Kitty agreed.

"Was it really though?" Phoebe asked.

"Eh give or take." I said.

"So it wasn't." She replied.

"You fully expected us to end up like this and you're going to get mad about a matter of minutes or so?" I asked.

"I know I know. It's silly." Phoebe said as she kicked off her shoes and sort of asserted herself into the bed next to me.

"I take it, it didn't go well?" I asked as it looked like she was about to cry if she hadn't been already.

"She wants to die Cj." She cried.

"Well, some people just don't want to be saved." I replied.

"Ohhhh, you're sad." Kitty realized.

"Tabby even offered to switch places with her and she wouldn't even consider it." Phoebe said.

"You're ok with Tabby dying though?" I asked, slightly concerned.

"No, I'm not, and she's not, but the only one that can save Ophanimon is Ophanimon and she doesn't want too." Phoebe said, full on crying.

"Well you tried to save her so, that's all that matters, it's not your fault she's like that." I said.

"I know but, rrrr, just hold me." She said.

"I'm naked." I replied.

"I don't care, just hold me. I need you right now" She replied.

"Ok." I said as wrapped my arms around her.

"Can I help?" Kitty asked.

"If you get behind me you can hold me too." Phoebe said.

-a bit of shuffling around later-

"I love you both." Phoebe said as we sandwiched her with our naked bodies.

"Cry all you need too baby, we're both here for you." I said.

"I just want to be held for a bit." She said, a faint smile beneath her tears.

"Ok." I replied.

"I don't want her to die either." Kitty said.

"Well if she doesn't want to be saved there's nothing we can do, and even if Phoebe goes and sneaks her out, the goddesses will just turn on the village. We'll get a lot more killed just for her." I said.

"Either that or we lose Tabby." Phoebe said.

"So we lose either way." I said.

"Mhm." Phoebe replied with a sniffle.

"She also said we should be able to leave by sunset." Phoebe replied.

"Ok." I said.

"So we'll have to gather everyone up by then." Phoebe said.

"I see." I replied.

"Don't let it get to you baby." I said.

"I'm trying not to." She replied.

"Maybe we can mess around a bit when I'm ready to go again." I said.

"I just want to be held right now." Phoebe said.

"That's fine, I'll hold you as long as you want baby." I said.

We quietly held her for a bit as she eventually calmed down.

"Better now?" I asked a few minutes later.

"I'm feeling better, but I can't stop thinking about it." She said.

"Ok." I replied.

"Um….maybe we should play around a bit? It might help me even more." Phoebe asked.

"Oh now you want it? Ok, well, I may need a bit more time." I said.

"Well get hard again already come on, before the others come looking for us." Phoebe said, half teasingly.

"Kitty can you change to human form since your clothes are just scattered around?" I asked.

"I think so." She replied, tiredly as she had nearly fallen asleep due to the quietness.

We recently found she has a strange quirk where she can't change to her human form if her clothes are in the digivice or presumably too far away, another odd reminder that a digimon's normal clothes, if they have them, are technically part of their being.

"Why though?" She asked.

"So you can use your hands." I said.

"Ohhh, ok." She replied as she got up to change.

"Hmmm, I kind of want a human form now." Phoebe pondered.

"No you don't." Kitty chimed.

"You're not a digimon." I replied.

"I know, but she's like three girls in one and I'm just me." Phoebe replied.

"Trust me, that's more than enough." I replied.

"You think so?" She asked.

"I know so, baby girl. Besides what will Charley think? He wouldn't recognize you as a human." I said.

"Yeah he would." Phoebe insisted.

"Trust me sister, you don't want one, aside from not having to worry about scratching things, it sucks. And my other digimon form can do that anyway." Kitty said after changing to hers.

"You get used to it." I said.

"No, I'm not, I'm all cold now." Kitty complained as she stood there naked.

"Well get your butt back in bed then." I said.

"Yeah get back over here. I wanna play." Phoebe said, playfully.

"With me?" Kitty asked.

"Yeah it will help Cj get ready faster." Phoebe said.

"You want me to hold you while she goes down on you again?" I asked.

"Yeah we could do that for a bit." She replied.

"Ok come here." I replied as I pulled her up onto me.

"I gotta turn around." She said.

"You need to get naked too." Kitty said.

"Yeah, she's wearing too many clothes." I said as I went for her dress as Kitty went for her panties stripping her with pretty good efficiency.

"I think that's the fastest we've ever gotten you naked." I said.

"It might be." She laughed.

"Teamwork." Kitty cheered.

"Yeah hehe." I replied.

"It is kind of cold in here." She said.

"We'll warm you up." I said.

"Should I just go for it?" Kitty asked.

"Yeah any time." I said.

"Mhhhhm, you're so cute like that." Kitty agreed as we got into position.

"No, you're a total cutey, I'm sexy." Phoebe said.

"Both of you can be both." I said.

"But Cj…..oh wow." She said as Kitty went down on her.

"Yeah, just lose yourself to the pleasure baby, we got you. Forget all about that stuff for now. We got you baby." I said as she wiggled and moaned with pleasure.

"Yeah, you, got me." She said, half out of it.

"Yeah, that's a good girl." I said.

"No that's a good Cj, taking care of me like this.'" She said.

"And Kitty?" I asked.

"Oh yes that's a really good Kitty, oh yeah." She managed to say.

A half hour or so later after playing around.

"I feel a whole lot better now." She said as we snuggled after the fun came to an end.

"I thought so, that's my baby girl." I said as I held her and Kitty close.

And we laid there quietly for a few minutes.

"Cj?" Phoebe asked out of the blue.

"Huh?" I replied.

"You're not marrying her you know you're mine." She said.

"What if we married her?" I asked.

"No, she's either our virara or she's not our virara. That's kind of what a virara is anyway." Phoebe insisted.

"I'm ok with that, this is all him." Kitty said.

"I know sweety." Phoebe said.

"Well if you're both fine with this there no reason to change it then is there?" I asked.

"Nope, none at all." Phoebe said.

"You can still call her your wife if you want it'll save us from explaining the virara thing, but, I'm still your first and have more say." Phoebe said.

"Always baby girl." I replied.

Things got quiet again for a bit until Phoebe's mind started to wander which proved our efforts ultimately pointless.

"You think, maybe if I sleep alone with Ophanimon tonight I can knock her out and then we can get Venusmon to get the goddess code from her and then she can send us all away?" Phoebe said.

"Except only Ophanimon knows how to send us away." I said.

" Yeah." Phoebe replied.

"And then Mervamon will destroy this whole village." I said.

"Yeah." Phoebe agreed.

"Should I have fucked you harder?" I asked as it was clearly still bothering her.

"No you got me good, I'm just." She said.

"You're still thinking about it." I said.

"I can't help it, she wants to die, I can't grasp it." Phoebe said.

"She may have been around a lot longer than we have, she may be tired of having to fight over it all the time that and, well who knows how many digimon are dead Pheebles. You saw all the empty villages too." I said.

"Let's just go for a walk ok?" Phoebe asked as she got up and started to redress herself.

"Babe, don't let this drag you down, we have a ways to go yet before we get home." I said.

"I know." She replied.

"Also, Kitty?" I asked.

"Hmm?" Kitty replied.

"How are you holding up? You used to think a lot of Ophanimon. You don't have to hide it if you're hurting too." I said.

"I don't want her to die, but, if you two can't come up with a plan to save her, there isn't much point in trying on my own is there?" She asked.

"Do you have any of your own ideas on how to save her?" I asked.

"Yeah, wait for you or her to come up with one." She replied.

"Ok hehe." I replied.

"I'd be way more upset if it was you that was going to die. I don't know what I would do then." She said.

"Well that's nice to know. I don't want to lose you either baby." I said before she kissed me.

"Come on you two. Get up and get dressed we're going for a walk." Phoebe asserted as she slipped her shoes back on. Obviously a bit annoyed that she kissed me despite everything that happened since we were on the bus.

"Ok ok. Maybe this will get your mind off of it if sex won't." I said.

"Maybe, also you owe me a kiss." Phoebe replied.

"Sorry." I replied before getting up and kissing her.

"That's ok I know you're always good to pay me back cause you're a good boy." She said, playfully.

"Eheh." I replied.

"Kitty you gotta stay in your human form." Phoebe said as she already went back to being a persiamon instead of getting dressed.

"Dammit do I have to?" She asked.

"Do you want Ophanimon to let you come with us?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah." Kitty said.

"Do you want everyone to see you naked again?" Phoebe asked.

"Yea... I mean wait, no, yeah no for sure." She said.

"What?" Phoebe asked.

"I don't want that." She said.

"Then you need to get dressed in your human form now." Phoebe said.

"eheh." I agreed.

We spent the next few minutes getting dressed and then we headed back out to start rounding up our group.

Hey, Kiera's out" Phoebe said.

"She is?" I replied.

"Mhm, that means the mechanorimon have human forms now." Phoebe said.

"Yeah." I agreed.

"That could be fun to see. Come on! She's out by where we parked the bus." Phoebe said.

"As long as they're not naked." I replied.

"They're always naked." Kitty pointed out.

"Well you know what I mean." I said.

"You don't wanna see a robo penis fest." Phoebe said.

"Except now I did, in my mind, because you said it." I replied.

"Would they even be boys or girls?" Phoebe asked.

"No idea. Didn't Kiera have input on their design?" I asked.

"Yeah, that's why she was in there." Phoebe said.

"Well they're probably guys then. I don't know, I can't remember the last time we were with her. I think I was with her on the bus with Kitty and maybe Chally, or Zari, one of those two." I said.

"Yeaah. Are you implying she wants to sleep with them?" Phoebe asked.

"Well, I'm not not saying it. And it wouldn't be the worst thing, one less girl you could sell me out to." I said.

"Oh stop complaining about that and just enjoy it because once we make it home, Kitty and I will be the only ones you're ever going to get ever again." She said.

"That's the way I want things to be now, plus or minus Zari." I said.

"Well I want to share other girls together right now, and you know those long bus rides would have been even more boring and horrible if we didn't. And, Cj, I'm glad you're that loyal which is also why I allow this. But Cj, we have this conversation almost every other day. Why don't you just understand that I'm just rewarding you for being my loyal husband and it's perfectly ok for you to take that reward and enjoy it you absolute goofball." She said.

"Yeah, you got me with the bus thing. But you don't want to be rewarded too?" I said.

"Why do you think we share them? Dummy! Now, no more butts, you don't owe me anything unless I say you do." She cut me off.

"You're relentless." I said.

"I know, but you wuv me." She said, teasingly.

"Yeah, a hell of a lot." I said as we made it over to where Kiera was seemingly waiting for us. I also couldn't help but notice the return of the sixth mechanorimon that we had lent out to the goddesses so we could communicate.

"Hey, the sixth one is back." I said.

"AFFIRMATIVE." One of them replied, whether it was actually the sixth one or not was beyond me.

"So, if you're out here, Ophanimon must have finished their human forms?" Phoebe said.

"Yeah, she's still helping the flower girls though, so we have a little time yet." Kiera replied.

"Were did all their hats go from the show? They should keep them it makes it easier to tell them apart." Phoebe said.

"They also fall off really easily." Kiera replied.

"Oh." Phoebe said.

"So did the mechanorimon get new forms?" I asked.

"Well, here's the thing, she said it would take too long to make them human forms which I don't get because she has every reason to try to take as much time as possible right? I don't know what's going on with her, but we talked some things out and they got machine forms instead." Kiera replied.

"What?" I asked.

"Hold on a second, ok everyone show off your new forms." Kiera said.

"Wait do they have clothes?" Phoebe asked.

"They won't need them." Kiera replied as all six of them started to change.

One of them turned into a near exact replica of the bus, minus the dents and the shower, and the rest turned into four different sports cars. Three of which I had no idea what they were supposed to be, just think generic Lamborghinis or Ferraris, you get the idea, I had no idea what they were, but I knew they were probably fast. It's impressive to know all the sports cars on one planet, forget about it if multiple are involved. However the fourth one was oddly familiar.

"Is that one a Laracoy Blackstar?" I asked.

"Mhm, the best I could remember it anyway. I spent all day helping design them all. She even made it so one turns into a bus so we're not all crammed into the one." Kiera replied.

So they just looked like cars she remembered and weren't actually real models.

"I used to have one of those except mine was black, same body style and everything." I said.

"No kidding?" She asked.

"Yeah, I sold it though, when Kitty and I bought the sword." I replied.

"Well that sucks." Kiera said.

"I didn't think I'd really need it since we were going into space. And the sword doesn't really have a garage, just a hangar for personal ships, so. Taking it with us wasn't very practical." I replied.

You could store a couple of small ships on it, secure them using specialized clamps so they don't float around in zero gravity or get sucked into the vacuum when the door opens, and then once the vacuum reaches equilibrium they could be catapulted into space in a similar manner to an aircraft carrier. The catapult is so they can be launched a safe distance away before lighting up the engines. The entire catapult system rotates 180 degrees when the doors open and close. So the ship pulls in on its own power nose first, the reactor is turned down to the bare minimum, by shutting off the flow of the catalyst (akin to closing off the air intake on an internal combustion engine) . The clamping mechanism grabs it, and spins it around 180 degrees. The catapult then has to be charged, as it is more or less a railgun, and then it can be shot out once again. When the doors are closed, they can be safely serviced and worked on without EVA equipment.

There's about as many different kinds of small spacecraft as there are cars, ranging from fighters to personal cruisers (sports ships basically, most of which are basically fighters with stripped down weapons, but there's also super expensive and super luxurious ones) , to small cargo vessels and shuttles. (space trucks, vans, and busses) Though they are several times more expensive for obvious reasons.

That said, there was no easy way to load a car onto the ship or unload one, while it could fit in the hangar bay, the clamps are not designed for cars and the catapult definitely isn't. The hangar bay also does not have a ramp and sits a good 10 ft or so in the air when the ship is parked planet side, which is something we never actually did and rarely ever could as it's illegal to land on undeveloped planets and you need permits and reserved spaces on most developed ones. Which we couldn't afford, and was not worth the hassle. Meanwhile docks at stations are always first come first serve, and many don't have a road system that uses cars. If we needed to go planetside, usually the nearest station had a shuttle service which was much, much cheaper and didn't require anything more than a ticket.

"That still sucks." She insisted.

"Yeah well." I said.

"So the mechanorimon are basically transformers now?" Phoebe asked.

"I guess so, yeah." I said, surprised she remembered that series.

"Transformers?" Kiera asked.

"It's a cartoon about robots that turn into cars and things." Phoebe explained.

"Oh." Kiera replied.

"And a toy series." I said.

"Really?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"Oh and the movies. I remember when we got them on dvd." Phoebe said.

"Yeah those were cool." I said.

There were three of them, we managed to find dvds of them as they eventually showed up at the store we ran for a while post disaster.

"So can they still talk as cars?" I asked.

"Yeah, same overly loud voice and everything." Kiera replied.

"You wanna check out the bus?" Kiera asked a bit later.

"Yeah ok sure." I replied.

"Also, um, did you come up with any new ideas how to save Ophanimon?" Kiera asked as we made our way over to the "bus".

"All we can do is save ourselves by trying to keep our minds off of it and not asking sensitive questions." Phoebe said.

"I didn't know it was that sensitive, sorry. " Kiera said.

"It is, for her anyway." I said.

"Do the others know?" She asked.

"We'll tell them once we get ready to leave." Phoebe said.

"I'm going to go tell Saphy." Kitty said out of the blue.

"Like right now?" I asked.

"Yeah, maybe she'll have an idea on how to save her." Kitty said.

"Eh, I guess it's worth a shot." I said.

"Right, I'll be back soon." She said before kissing me on the cheek and going off to find Saphy.

"Well there she goes." I said. Half-way suspicious she wasn't just using that as an excuse to get away from the mechanorimon she didn't really care for.

"I want a kiss too." Phoebe said, playfully as we arrived at the "bus".

So I kissed her on the cheek.

"There you go." I said.

"That's better." She replied.

"You know, if you knocked Ophanimon out like you said earlier Tabby could switch places with her." I said when I realized.

"Yeah but then we'd just be trading her for Tabby, and, I kind of like Tabby more." Phoebe said.

"Where is she now?" I asked.

"Still at the palace, still begging Ophanimon to reconsider, even after you sent that other one in there was very little she could even say to get her to calm down, anyway, I got sick of it. That's why I came out here instead of waiting for her to be done with her and the flower girls, she's a total wreck." Kiera said.

"Still stripping naked and bawling her eyes out?" Phoebe asked.

"What?" I asked.

"No, she put her clothes back on at least." Kiera said.

"Ok." Phoebe asked.

"Yeah we're going to have to keep even more of an eye on her now." I said.

"Yeah." Phoebe agreed.

"You think she'll try something?" Kiera asked.

"I'm not sure what she- could possibly try with her powers alone. Other than just begging her nonstop to switch places." I said.

"She could attack the goddesses again." Phoebe pointed out.

"Didn't really work out for her last time." I said.

"Yeah, well, if she keeps it together, hopefully the next world we end up in is peaceful because she's going to be a handful for a while." Phoebe said.

"Yeah, probably. Though I always want it to be peaceful anyway so it's easier to find the damned portal to the next one." I agreed.

"Right, but now even more so." Phoebe said.

"Maybe she just needs some booze." I said.

"You want to get her drunk?" Phoebe asked with a laugh.

"It'll help, you could probably use some too." I said.

"Ohhhh, I'm ok, I have you, you're helping me." She said, cheerfully.

"Allright then." I replied.

"So what's going on tonight?" Kiera asked.

"I don't know, we'll have to see what the next world is like first." Phoebe said.

"So, about this new bus?" I asked as we had been standing around outside it for some time.

"Oh yeah, we got way off topic, yeah so uh, go on in." Kiera said as she pulled the door open.

To sum it up, this bus, which was a mechanorimon, had the interior of a full-fledged rv, with a bed, a sink, several cabinets, making ours look bad.

"You designed this yourself?" I asked.

"Kind of, yeah, and it all works." She said as she turned the sink on to demonstrate.

"Nice." I replied.

"Now we have a kitchen!" Phoebe cheered.

"For you to kick us all out of." I added.

"Well, only when I need to cook. Anyway, Great job, Kiera, I love it." Phoebe said.

"Thanks." Kiera replied.

"Now how comfortable is the bed?" Phoebe asked.

"You are aware we're inside a mechanorimon right?" I asked.

"Yeah, but, it's still a bed right?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah. I wouldn't have put one in if I didn't plan on it getting used." Kiera agreed.

"But it's part of a mechanorimon, and it can, probably feel everything or something." I said.

"NEGATIVE!" The bus mechanorimon spoke up.

"Oh and it can hear everything too." I added.

"Ok yeah, that is a bit creepy." Phoebe admitted.

"Especially with how loud you tend to be missy." I said, finally seizing the opportunity to embarrass her for once, oh my god she lit up it was so adorable.

"Yeah, but, yeaah." She replied.

"Oh baby girl, you know I love you." I said as I huggled her.

"Yeah." She replied.

"Yeah, I thought of that actually, I can turn it off with a switch and then it's a normal bus." Kiera said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Mhm." She replied.

"Then you'd just be making love inside its unconscious body." I pointed out.

"Oh Cj, quit ruining everything." Phoebe said.

"I'm not, it ruins itself. Besides Kitty isn't here and we literally just had a round." I said.

"I know, but I was thinking maybe tonight, or tomorrow." Phoebe said.

"She has me booked for the whole month." I said, jokingly.

"I do not!" Phoebe adorably replied.

"Yeah you do, I know what goes on in that big horny brain of yours." I said.

"No you don't." She teased me right back.

"Anyway I know you just came from the palace, but we're all going to have to go back there soon." I said.

"Hopefully by then Tabby will be calm." Kiera said.

"Hopefully." Phoebe replied.

"Well I guess it's off to, I guess Henry and Claire are closest so we'll go see them or should we wait for Kitty?" Phoebe asked.

"Eh, she'll track us down." I said.

"In her human form?" Phoebe asked.

"Oh right, yeah we should probably wait for her then." I said.

"So how does she like being human?" Kiera asked.

"She doesn't. I don't blame her really, she doesn't even retain her strength." I replied.

"I think the ones enjoying this most are Iceleomon's wives. Although they're both kinda sore now." Phoebe said.

"hehe, really?" Kiera asked.

"We don't need to know that and stop spying on them you little weirdo." I said.

"I'm not spying on them, but you know I like to see where they are sometimes and when I do so it's pretty easy to tell when they're messing around. I don't keep listening! " Phoebe explained.

"Can you prove that?" I asked, teasingly.

"Just trust me." She insisted.

"Hey, whatever happened to Kazemon? I haven't seen her since the goddesses arrived." Kiera asked.

"No idea, I guess she's staying here though, Phoebe can't keep track of her, and uh, Kitty might, but we just haven't really thought to look into it.

"Cj!" Kitty called out to me.

"What?" I asked as she approached.

"I'm back, I brought Saphy." She said as she pulled her along behind her both in their human forms.

"Did she have any ideas?" I asked.

"No…" Kitty replied.

"And you dragged her over here anyway?" I asked.

'Yeah." She adorably replied.

"Um, maybe we can all come up with one together." She explained herself.

"So why does she want to die so bad?" Saphy asked.

"I think she's just done, all the death is too much for her to handle." I replied.

"Yeah, I guess I can kind of see that." Saphy replied.

"I guess she might also feel guilty that even with her power, she was not able to protect most of them. But who knows there might be several other reasons she just hasn't told us. But the thing is, if she doesn't want to be saved, there's not much we can do." I said.

"Yeah, it's pretty hopeless." Phoebe added.

"So you brought me over here for this?" Saphy asked Kitty.

"Was this interrupting anything?" Phoebe asked.

"No, not really, it just seems kind of silly." Saphy said.

"Well we need to gather everyone up anyway because Ophanimon is almost done and we're about to get sent out of here. So…hmm, I wonder now if she plans to send us out at the palace or do we need to be by our vehicles?" Phoebe said.

"You want to go ask her?" I asked.

"I guess I could, hold on, I'll be right back, don't get hurt." She said before teleporting away.

"So how is she doing today?" Saphy asked.

"Pheebles? She's allright, she's a bit, upset that she can't save her, but, she'll make it. She's been worse, a lot worse." I said.

"She was sad earlier." Kitty said.

"Yeah, but we calmed her down." I said.

"Yeah." Kitty agreed, cheerfully.

"So how do you feel about all this?" I asked Saphy, mostly because I didn't want her to ask how.

"It's sad, but, it's been so long I don't really know her that well anymore." She replied.

"Did you cry too?" Kitty asked.

"Kitty, you just told me about it a few minutes ago, and you've been around me since then." Saphy said.

"Oh, right." Kitty said a full five seconds later.

"Well did you?" I asked Saphy.

"No! It is sad though. Did you tell everyone else?" Saphy asked.

"No, not yet." I said.

"So, what's with all the extra cars?" Saphy asked.

"Oh um, let me introduce you to the mechanorimon's new forms." Kiera said.

"They, turned, into cars?" Saphy asked.

"Yeah." Kiera said.

"Not what I was expecting." Saphy said.

"Yeah, me neither." I replied.

"We got another bus too?" Saphy asked.

"Sort of, yeah." Kiera said.

"Can they all still talk?" Saphy asked.

"AFFIRMATIVE." One of the sports cars said.

"Unfortunately." I replied.

"They've been a lot quieter than normal." Kitty pointed out.

"They don't say much usually. I try to get them to only speak when spoken too, but sometimes they still feel the need to chime in." Kiera replied.

"AFFIRMATIVE." One of the sports cars said.

"Really?" Kiera asked.

"Ok everyone, she said it's slightly easier for her if we all just gather around the vehicles." Phoebe said as soon as she came back.

"Ok? You gonna go tell everyone to come here then?" I asked.

"Yeah, or I could teleport them." Phoebe replied.

"Do whatever you want babe, just don't get hurt." I said, jokingly.

"You don't get hurt either, and you better be dressed when I come back." She said before blipping away.

"So uh what else is there to talk about? Anybody have anything?" I asked.

"Not really." Saphy said.

"What's Zari up to?" I asked.

"Don't answer that." Kitty said.

"It's a harmless question Kitty Kat." I said.

"That you don't need to know." She replied.

"You still in love with her?" Saphy teased.

"He is." Kitty said before I could answer.

"Is she going to be your virara too?" Saphy asked.

"No, nuh-uh, never." Kitty said.

"That's not up to you." I pointed out.

"It is if you want me to be your wife too." Kitty said.

"Yeah if you were my wife it would be partially up to you and Pheebles, but you're just our virara so really it's not." I said.

"But I don't want her to be. And you love me more so you won't, so really it is." Kitty said.

"Yeaaah, fair enough." I conceded as I affectionately pulled her close.

"Ok everyone should be coming here now." Phoebe said once she returned.

"Hey come here baby, make me feel like a rock star again." I said.

"Oh ok." Phoebe replied as she let me put my other arm around her.

"Do you think IceLeomon will be an issue if he finds out what's going to happen to Ophanimon?"

"I don't know, I think he might be ok with it, I mean it doesn't bother Kitty or Saphy that much." Phoebe said.

"Did you see his human form?" Kitty asked.

"He's still a big dumb slab of muscle, but human." Phoebe said.

"Is he a blondie?" I asked.

"Nah, his hair is white, like an old man." Phoebe said.

"Dam, we were this close to getting to fight alongside Johnny bravo." I said.

Phoebe laughed, nobody else understood.

"What?" Kitty asked.

"It's a cartoon about this blonde muscle head that goes around and tries to pick up girls but despite appearances, he usually epically fails. That's basically the whole show. Generally every episode he's in a different situation chasing a different girl." I said.

"Oh, ok." Kitty replied as she cocked her head in confusion.

It was a full half hour before the rest of our group showed up and then another twenty minutes on top of that before Ophanimon was escorted over to us by the goddesses, Kazemon, Tabby, who probably had the least changes between her human and digimon forms, and some of their weregarurumon soldiers, the flowergirl lovers, who were already dressed in their human forms and looked like they could be twins, except Lilly had short pink hair, and violet had short purplish hair and the saddest looking group of angel digimon I would ever see, as most of them were only fairing slightly better than Tabby, tensions were extremely high. There wasn't much for conversation before then, just us having to repeatedly explain the new vehicles, Kiera showed the newbies what was going to be their bus, and we tried to mentally prepare ourselves for the unknowable horrors of the next world.

"Thankyou for saving the digital world, as promised I'll try to send you as close to home as I can. You all probably know by now, this is farewell." Ophanimon said.

I held my ladies close as she prepared to send us away, praying to fuck knows what that we wouldn't be separated again.

The local villagers waved goodbye. I gave Venusmon one last hug, we said goodbye to Ninjamon who was still staying behind, Kazemon as well. Ophanimon started to use her goddess hood to do her thing, creating some kind of spacial distortion that I honestly can't find the words to describe it was beautiful, but looked like it didn't belong in reality itself. This indescribable thing then seemed to explode and everything went white and I was temporarily both blinded and deafened. Eventually this went away, and we regained our senses in a whole new area.
