Sept 2017 - No one is more surprised than me to feel the rest of this story playing out. Set Post 6.12, AU. What if Quinn was as resourceful as we all know he can be? And he had called in a favor just before heading to NYC with Carrie? I set my mind to figuring a way out of CF 6.12, and this fell into my head on Easter Sunday - the feast of the resurrection.

Five years after the events of season 6 finale, Carrie seems to have it all - new life, new home, Franny happily living with her, new friends. But, some years ago, she made a choice. And now, the horrific secret she has been keeping and the double life she has led, are threatening to claim all she holds dear.
