Herrscher of Sentience, also known as Senti, stared at the sleek car parked outside the base with a mixture of disdain and skepticism. "Why do we need to do this again?" she whined, arms folded across her chest. "I fail to see the point of learning to operate a contraption like this."
Fu Hua, known as Phoenix, grinned, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Come on, Senti! It'll be fun. Plus, it's a valuable skill to have. You never know when you might need to drive."
Senti rolled her eyes. "Fine, but if you crash this thing, it's on you," she muttered as she reluctantly climbed into the passenger seat.
Once seated, Senti turned to Phoenix. "Do you even know how to drive?"
Phoenix waved off her concerns with a dismissive flick of her hand. "Of course! How hard can it be?" she replied confidently as she started the engine.
As the car lurched forward, Senti gripped the door handle tightly, her knuckles turning white. "Are you sure you know what you're doing?" she asked, her voice tinged with anxiety.
Phoenix flashed her a reassuring smile. "Relax, Senti. I've got this."
But as they pulled out onto the road, Phoenix's confidence seemed to waver. She pressed down on the accelerator too hard, causing the car to jerk forward suddenly, nearly colliding with a nearby lamppost.
"Watch out!" Senti shouted, clutching the dashboard for dear life.
Phoenix swerved to avoid the obstacle, narrowly missing it by inches. "Oops," she chuckled nervously. "My bad."
Senti shot her a glare. "Your bad? You nearly killed us!"
But Phoenix was already focused on the road ahead, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Come on, Senti. Lighten up! This is supposed to be fun."
As they continued down the road, Phoenix weaved in and out of traffic with reckless abandon, much to Senti's dismay. "Phoenix, slow down! You're going to get us arrested!" she protested.
But Phoenix paid her no mind, her laughter echoing through the car as she sped ahead.
Suddenly, a car pulled up beside them, its windows rolled down to reveal a group of chickens squawking excitedly. Senti and Phoenix exchanged puzzled glances as the chicken driver expertly maneuvered through the traffic with ease.
"Are those... chickens driving?" Senti asked incredulously.
Phoenix shrugged, a bemused smile playing on her lips. "Looks like it."
As Phoenix continued to revel in the absurdity of the chicken-driven car, her attention wavered from the road ahead. Senti's eyes widened in horror as she noticed a car approaching from the opposite direction.
"Phoenix, look out!" she screamed, grabbing the wheel and swerving the car to the side, narrowly avoiding a head-on collision.
Phoenix snapped out of her daze, her eyes widening in alarm as she realized what almost happened. "Sorry, sorry!" she exclaimed, her hands trembling on the steering wheel.
Senti's heart was pounding in her chest as she glared at Phoenix. "You reckless old fart!" she scolded, her voice filled with frustration. "Do you have a death wish or something?"
Phoenix's cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she sheepishly glanced at Senti. "I got carried away. I promise I'll focus from now on."
As they continued their journey, Senti's curiosity about driving began to grow, fueled by the desire to take control of the wheel herself. "Hey, Phoenix, can I have a turn driving?" she asked eagerly, her eyes alight with excitement.
Phoenix hesitated, chewing her lip in contemplation. "I don't know, Senti. You're still too young, and I'm not sure if you're ready."
Senti's face fell, her disappointment palpable. "But I want to learn! I promise I'll be careful."
Phoenix sighed, torn between wanting to indulge Senti's curiosity and knowing the potential risks. "I'm sorry, Senti. Maybe when you're older."
But Senti's frustration boiled over, and before Phoenix could react, she lunged for the steering wheel, her determination overriding any sense of caution.
"Senti, what are you doing?!" Phoenix exclaimed, panic creeping into her voice as she fought to maintain control of the car.

"I want to drive, Phoenix!" Senti protested, her hands gripping the wheel with surprising strength.
Phoenix's heart raced as she struggled against Senti's grip, the car swerving dangerously as they fought for control. "Senti, stop this! You're going to get us killed!"
But Senti was undeterred, her eyes blazing with defiance. "I'll crash us if I have to! Let go of the wheel!"
Phoenix's jaw clenched in frustration as she realized she had no choice but to comply. "Fine! But if anything happens, it's on you, crazy child," she muttered under her breath.
With a triumphant smirk, Senti took hold of the wheel, her adrenaline pumping as she steered the car down the road. But her victory was short-lived as her inexperience quickly became apparent, the car lurching and swerving unpredictably.
"Senti, watch out!" Phoenix cried, her heart pounding in her chest as she braced for impact.
But before she could react, disaster struck. With a sickening crunch, they collided with the chicken-driven car, sending feathers flying in every direction.
The car screeched to a halt, the air thick with shock and confusion as Senti and Phoenix stared at the wreckage before them, realizing the consequences of their reckless actions.
"Well, that could have gone better," Senti muttered, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment.
Phoenix sighed, shaking her head ruefully. "You think?"
RIP chickens.
