As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 8: Mission Assignments And Changing Commands III
"The damn job is strangling anyway I can come see you, in the SGC, I went SGA, I'll send Cam Mitchell with a disclosure form, so you're civil services. The SGA, we're complete autonomy, the show is not a show at all, but a documentary. I just quit the SGC, and I'm serving under Hank Landry, he's a two star with the personality. Of my father, not Mel Jackson, but General George Hammond, yeah adoptive father."

I wish I came back sooner, but knowing they're desperate, I can't right now." he said, as he sat down, feeling the pain in his heart start to heal, as Hammond rested his hand on his shoulder. "She's gone, I have no reason to stay at the base, my time there is over, yeah now that I did now, I can come back."
"Uh huh, yeah I'll call you when I get back, I'll be gone a few months, send them my love, yeah you too bro, bye." he said and hung it up. "He took the truth better then I expected right now, he understands now, as he's starting to realize. In how dangerous they're becoming to control me and everything about the program." he said and she nodded gently. "So they're calling Kevin?" she asked and he nodded gently to her then.
"Yeah telling him first did it right, as he bought the series right now, before this moment, and he's rewatching my portion of it now. The team is aware right now, so this gets into the news, it's jumping from them to MacGregor. He did the process of eliminiation test, seeing which of us was cut out for anthroplogy. And I passed it 100 times." he said and Hammond nodded as he hid a smile at the repeated title for him then.
"Kevin is Dr. Kevin Bishop, he's like us, but does everything, his expertise is ancient Chinese culture, he's got a biased opinion of the military. Because I'm his best friend, you been keeping Annie and me from seeing him for 4 years now. But he's been watching the show, now that Steven alerted him to the truth, and with him, Sarah. They're going to know we're not staying away on purpose, but forced to now here."
"For their own protection, with the NID going KGB on us, and the trio, Carter and Frasier with them." he said and Hammond nodded in understanding gently. "Just wait for the ultimate revelation, that Carter's words can be twisted around. On that episode, if the baby is now putting Ancient knowledge in your head, and reveals. Now, they never intended to share it, and you start taking pot shots at the NID." He said to that news.
"Looks like they're, your friends, guys, and Adam, are about to spot Carter's next mistake, that why stay on the base. If Jared gets jumped and the base has a case of the Body snatchers. Your department, rather the NID, and you should have gone back out right now." Matheson said and she paled. "Never stopped to think about that, if the 5 of us left immediately, after Sokar, we're not here when they attack." Anna said and she went white.
"He never expected to hear from you again, and now, out of the blue, they get a call right now." Matheson said and he nodded, before the phone went off. "Yeah, Sarah, hey honey yeah everything the show dictates is all true, the dangerous side of it. If you find anything that looks 15,000 years old, and knowing Jacob right now. Yeah we already found Seth, Osiris could be on earth, as his symbiote self right now here."
"Tell me about it, these guys are crazy, I know I miss you, I love you too Sarah, I never stopped, she never knew the personal part of my life. We were that close to getting married, and took a step back, yeah still belong to you and I always will. Yeah I love you too honey, I'll come back I promise, the Steward expedition yeah. Yeah that's two, Apophis is probably dead or suffering something worse, Ra, Artemis. And we're hunting down Klo'rel and Nirrti if she tries to escape now, yeah they took it. "Yeah you better read this, if they're sending me to her, she left a message, in the 6 pack that she gave me." he said and Anna took it and read it. "Uh huh, she gave this to you, and you're passing this to us, as a health benefit. One necessary to withstand level IV bios 'Dear my love, we figured if they, the red soldiers. "Yes Sir, alright there's my mission, alright way to go you two, never thinking. That Pyrus could be useful for something here, and the second I offer my stash now. Of 6 bottles of serum, and the local law enforcement is going crazy over the medical benefits."
"But if I find that weapon, and it's where the beta gate is, you're in big trouble." he said and he nodded. "They're wasting anthropology for military methods, and you said to value the science and culture value, of every mission from now on. If they would just shut up and let me work, I could bring back more then what I found right now." he said and Addison crossed his arms, and the quartet all paled, realizing they were screwed.
"So you're saying after they went to threat and force one too many times, only you can bargain technology off the trio, Yosuf and the Ancients now?" he asked and Daniel nodded. 'The Ancients left the intel open to me, I can crack it, if given enough time, but the quartet like me, as I show I'm not about to use it, the way Omac. Now, is afraid of, turn it back on earth, one rotation, of Tollana, Surita destroyed themselves here."
"That's exactly what they're afraid, if they gave us their advanced technology." he said and Hammond nodded sternly. "Then any technology you barter off them, it's in the hands of the SGA, if they're scared, the SGC blacks ops will used it to make war. And with them the NID, then it stays in the hands of the SGA, as we use it for defense. Never for attack, it's like self defense training, only for self defense and with that."
"So that's why, aside from the gliders you brought back nothing at all since then, alright, before you make that trip back to see the queen. I want you to go to Othala, Tollana and Gaea and find out what was stolen, because you're working for me. But, O'neill is doing this for the SGC, you're doing this as my XO kiddo in truth here. "You're lucky to be alive, that much blood, you'd be dead on the table, if not for Shyla, yeah we owe her big." Sutherland's double said sternly at that news then. "No forced entry, this was attempted murder, well you screwed up again right now in truth." Carson said sternly and Hammond nodded. "They left evidence to prove attempted murder, you little shits really crossed the line here now." Addison said sternly, as he checked the key then.
"The key belonged to Jack, no forced entry into the apartment, but I was drinking the cider, which is the elixir that Pyrus gave me, proving said letter true now. Before the attack, it was Maybourne, I called attempted murder charges. Psychiatric evaluation for the trio, while the duo are no more innocent, then the trio are here. Because they refuse to admit they're the ones in the wrong now." he said and they and Carson nodded.
"Jack's hunting knife, and that was what did the damage to my sweater, but key in the lock, his knife." he said and they both nodded. "There are finger prints all over the apartment, but whoever wasn't wearing gloves just gave you a way to identify. In who attacked me to the point of attempted murder." he said and Hammond nodded. "No kidding, the forensics came back as Harry Maybourne and Jack O'Neill right now."
"Whatever Darryl said I agree with him right now, does Carter, or Frasier, have a sane explanation for what he just did here, as all I see is a crazy jealous teenager. And one jealous enough to commit murder, I just came from your apartment. It looks like the bedroom after he killed Amanda." Carson said sternly and he nodded. "I'm Glen, she's Nancy, and the Colonel is considered, due to his temper, Rod at the current moment."
"But then I wasn't drinking last night, as if I ever needed to be the designated driver, I stayed sober and what happens here, if I gain the powers of the ancients." Daniel said and he nodded. "Well once word gets out, the entire archeology community is going to go crazy, from one side of the planet to the other, that SG's 1 and 3, minus Teal'C. Patterson, Judson and Morrison, are so crazy jealous, they're ready to kill their competition." he said and they nodded."It just hit the newspaper, Lou was fielding questions and it's all over the press, 'Dr. Daniel Jackson, known archeologist for civil services, was just assaulted."

Carson read out and Daniel nodded as he, Hammond, Addison and Matheson exchanged irritated looks.
"Well they're wondering why the hell they been arrested, but the cops are not saying anything, till tomorrow and nor am I till I spoke to Clinton. And the joint chiefs over said transfer out of the military side of the program, as they reorganize. And get Catherine and Hank activated, as the SGA, but nice use of the phonetic code. You just deemed yourself second command of SGA-1." Addison said sternly and he nodded gently.
"After Sha're, I have no reason to stay there anymore now, Teal'C would agree with that." he said and he heard a smile. "Indeed I do Daniel, you and I both know the truth, you forgave me and we decided to work together. In proving how far gone their mental illness is right now, but Pyrus called me to the palace. In telling me about the diary entry." Teal'C said and he nodded smiling. "We're SGA, buddy." he said to him then.
"Teal'C what did Michaels call you, after you ended up in Jack's memory, east fly I think it was?" he asked and he nodded. "He said my name is Thomas, but that must be my human counterpart, he looks just like me." he said and Daniel nodded. "You said your name means strength?" he said and he nodded. "Okay your human alias with you here, is Teal'C Thomas Martell, rather then his using stupid names, so Lieutenant Colonel Teal'C Thomas Martell now."
"Commander is Lieutenant Colonel in the other three branches, but back in the 1600's is they only had the Army and Navy here. So I went to Commander which means the same thing, and told them your ranking with you, in looks no older then 39 to 40, Jack is the oldest of the 4 of us, at 42, you're bordering 40 years old and she and I are 35." he said and he nodded. "I understand, they are not exactly thinking straight here." he said and Daniel nodded gently.
"We just use your first name, but with you constantly wearing hats, nobody sees passed that, and that was a tattoo, pretending to be the man playing you, on the show. So Chris is your favorite character and you decided to become him, looks, mannerisms and personality. You're my best friend and we share a bond here." he said and Teal'C smiled in affection. "Very well, my name is Colonel Martell, Teal'C Thomas Martell." he said and the Generals nodded, smiling.
"General, my locker has T. Martell on it now, next to D. Jackson." he said and he nodded smiling. "That's his younger grandson's name actually, Thomas Martell." she said and he smiled then gent. "May I ask what you intend to do to them, O'neill and Major, with us away right now?" he asked and Rosen nodded. "Psychological testing, but remember what he said, nothing worse then losing your mind and knowing it's happening." Sanderson said and he nodded gently.
"The problem is he does that to his arm again, nothing he says makes a difference, Daniel has won, he never gets violent, he never raises his voice at anyone. He's a perfect patient, he was just severely worried about you, that momentary backward swing into the wall. Was the only reaction that Mckenzie got, but taking a scalpel or razor off the operating table tray. There is no way, he can explain that away, no drugs, no alien influence." Rosen said and he nodded gently.
"But this isn't math, he can't come up with scientific way to view how sees the world, but finally, if does it again, after I just did this with John, that's Professor Nash. There are no theorems, no proofs, he can't reason his way out of a stay in my hospital. And because his mind is where the problem is in the first place right now, but they're sane. While, if we have a mission that presses all the red flag buttons, we're aborting, and calling it a dried well, if they're racist, and supremacists."
"Shoving the point home here, comes the argument over Cassie, and you, dad and I are in this together, we keep testing them, till we have the Russians. If they get involved right now, bringing back intel, if Nirrti is at it again." he said and they nodded sternly. "Agreed, we do that then, test her, again and again, if she refuses to change back, she's facing, as her eternal damnation: Aramis." Teal'C said and Hammond nodded.
"I figured you were going to use season 1 reality, or just Charlie's version, but I got a call from the cops, saying you told them to arrest them, no bail right now. And till Carson and I get there, and they're being dragged to the lock up and into isolation. And ordered psychiatric evaluations for the quartet and knowing why now, I call this crossing the line, they finally crossed the line here, in the Othello complex here now."
"Danny, Rob, Adam and I talked to Clinton, and Jerry, they both gave the go ahead, so you're going on extended vacation right now. Head back for Pyrus's kingdom and stay there, if we need you, I'll send word, because the books got jolted again. But after you told me, there is no cure or reversal, as there is no scar on your arm. Again, just the effects of anemia, you're not under suicide watch." Hammond said gently to him then.
"You know that the trio will come looking for me, as they see this, as they need me for translations, that's all they need me for, and she just got added to the list. Sha're is gone, we both know that's the only reason I had to join the program. But the baby, I can search out amongst the ancient planets, if he's gone ancient, he's safe. As the technology in his head, shows the side effects, I quit." he said and Hammond nodded.
"I know baby, as I said personal time off, you need a break from the military ran, civilian help, the president is giving it to you. As I said in this vision, you had, you're in a very emotional state, that instead of retirement. We're transferring you to Civil services, your code level is dark chocolate brown, bordering black. As you're not near the system lords or the SETI version of them for a while, just travel the galaxy."

Then they are already, before the final blow out, with Yosuf's help." he said and Daniel nodded then.
"Pack up, we do it tonight, with SG-1 and 3 on stand down, but we're doing this the way that you did it right now, regarding catching Apophis. And off guard last year at the time, we can manage till you come out into the open again. Just take as much time as you need, then when you're ready, come out into the open." he said and he nodded, as he grabbed a dufflebag, that he stuffed with his designated color, and set it by the door.
Part 2) Reassignments:
And as he waited, as Harper stood by the door, before the plan to get him out got jolted by the joint chiefs, Matheson, Dillon and Sutherland's double and Addison, along with them and Sanderson and his medical counterpart arriving."SG's 1&3 you're hereby on medical stand down till further notice, the rest of you, the base is hereby set now finally. To research and development, starting now, so by order of the Senate Appropriations Committee now."
"The gate itself, in the SGC stargate program, is here by deactivated till further notice now, only emergency missions are allowed. But the SGC is now research and development. the SGA is search and retrieval and the trio, that was which was ordained. By the president, and the add on, that was enforced, by us, the Medical/psychiatric department." Sanderson said, as he and Dr. David Hancock, who was a medical 4 star, stood there and Colonel Jack O'neill froze in shock.
"It's about time, Sir, we been going non stop, since we destroyed Apophis's army!" Colonel David Christopher Dixon, of SG-13, said and they nodded sternly. "May I ask, whose fault is that exactly?" he asked sternly and Hammond crossed his arms. "You can blame Vidrine for that, looks like these two convinced him and West, Daniel's the traitor. They're driving up the missions till he had a nervous breakdown, but each attempt was thwarted." he said to him then gently.
"Very well, on that, as you said here, all missions, regarding the stargate, on this base, are hereby deactivated, pending 10 months now. And starting now, so all missions regarding the system lord planets are hereby discontinued starting now. As I can tell here, she's so exhausted, in her case, she's hallucinating on the edge of a total nervous breakdown. I bet once we run physicals, we're seeing in physical symptoms here, insomnia, exhaustion, frequent illnesses."

My brother in law, the longer it takes fine, they're not earthlings, take as long as possible." he asked and she went white then, realizing putting that remark into her diary now at the time. Hammond said to them. "Daniel go back to Hanka, find that lab, and bring back anything you can find, that's your last mission to George. After that, the Stargate here on the base is hereby deactivated permanently." Sanderson said and he nodded.
"Well with the help of the NID, the SGA have a cheaper way to run operation, and can afford food, and proper heating at the SGA, for only $2,000,000 in funds." he said to him and Whitlock chuckled. "General please, with all due respect: It's not like we're negotiating with terrorists." Jack said and they heard a stern response. And they looked at Daniel and Janet paled. "It's exactly that, Colonel: You're letting your emotions get in the way." Hammond said to him sternly, and Jacob nodded sternly. Dillon asked and she started shaking in fear, realizing to them, she converted entirely right now finally.
"If we were to allow Nirrti to leave with a sample of Cassandra's blood. She could well succeed in her experiment to create a genetically advanced host. And become dangerously powerful!"
