Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 9: Mission Assignments And Changing Commands IV
"We'll find another way, but we can't let her go, because we do, it will wipe out another planet." he said and Hammond nodded sternly in agreement then."We may never have a Goa'uld as our prisoner again.." he said to that firmly."Sir, I don't have to remind you of what Cassandra has gone through because of the Goa'uld. Now, if we're gonna put what we MAY learn or what MIGHT happen over her life…" she started to say then.
And Jack finished that. "It's time to pack it in." he said and Daniel sighed. "You were ready to subject Sha're to that experimentation with Maybourne, even Charlie for answers. And they're innocent people, but when we get the real deal, you let her go?" he asked and they paled at that. "Point taken Daniel Jackson I agree with you, their wires are crossed, but that was callous, this is cold blooded murder." Teal'C said to that sternly
"You murdered my wife by delaying the truth in telling me where she is till I find her on Abydos, and you have the gall to say that, why don't I take your loved one. Away from you, you do this, you slaughter billions." he snapped and they jerked, realizing what they just said was an insult to Sha're memories, and Teal'C agreed with him. "Point taken son, we were that close to getting Sha're back, and blow it." Hammond said sternly to that.
"Indeed, that's beyond callous, you murdered Sha're, I did not." Teal'C said sternly and she swallowed hard, realizing how ticked off the trio were. "Now if there was a secondary SGC department, we let her go, and they catch her, before she gets started. You get what you want, Cassandra lives, and we protect others, but your attitude. Said is beyond callous!" Hammond said sternly and she swallowed hard, now realizing it was the end.
"I agree." Daniel said, before wiggling his glasses at him. "How does it feel to have someone use your loved one for research, or just to get you to comply. And with direct orders, even if the said is a child, Colonel, as Daniel said here now. Well to a renegade system lord, or the NID, she's not as we see her, she's a tool. Her usage is a very cheap way to get you to comply." Catherine said sternly and they swallowed hard at that.
"They told you I take it then, why I quit, before they tried to kill me?" he asked and her and she nodded. "Yes and we knew said test worked perfectly, but there were bloody bags all over your bathroom, and even the alcohol. That was tanked, in fact you once again drank the elixir, before they tried to frame you for attempted suicide. I saw the DNA, it's the queen herself, just her, not the medic." she said and he nodded in relief.
And they all paled, realizing his body was set to Shyla, Daniel just fused his cells shut to being La Rochelleian. "You had no idea what I just drank, before you attacked me, did you?" he asked Makepeace and he started shaking in fear then. "I finished the conversion now, and before you arrived, what you thought was spiked apple cider. With just a hint of alcohol, is really the elixir itself." he said and they all went white in fear then, shaking.
"Nice field test, wouldn't you say, the changing elixir finished the conversion now, altering my body to that of Shyla's planet, I was enjoying it. The taste of the elixir, on my balcony, you thinking I drank alcohol, that had a splash of fruit flavor to it. And instead I drank the cure to attempted suicide, it's created with a sarcophagus. In mind, I can't be killed now, and you fell for it once again." he said and Jack swallowed.
"Catherine, Professor Littlefield." Daniel said and she smiled as she hugged him. "We're making a trip back to my observatory son, while I was there. I found a second temple looking like the first, with a working DHD." Littlefield said and he nodded. "I still have your notebook, but this I can take right now, I need freedom away. And from these idiots, but I found the beta gate, the knowledge in notes." he said and they nodded.
"Oh General after the attack, I paid fare for total security upgrade at my apartment building, so could you over see that with me away, please. And with it, have a guard protecting my apartment, if I ever, I mean ever, return here." he asked and Sanderson nodded sternly. "Sure thing son, I'll handle it, now that you told them you're working for me, as the psychiatric head of the SGA." he said and Daniel nodded smiling then.
"Dad, I think that the ancient side of the Heliopolis now had a way, because I translated enough I lead you to the beta gate, and the cavern we found it in. But why is there a hole that looks like it been blasted through the cavern, one too many times. Did you notice a slight blue glow, to the west of the cavern?" he asked and Hammond crossed his arms. "You think we found it?" he said and Daniel nodded and Jack went pale.
"There could be more where we found the gate, if there is, then they cost us two years, in the technology advancements we needed. To prevent the orbital attack right now, because of his tactic of when it looks dangerous, abort." he said and they nodded. "Then we need to check cavern and we can move our operations there, yes alright, all we need is a live power source, and we can have the operations up and running.
"But typical, we're not doing what he did here, and cut your mission short, when we're that close to bringing back information, if we found that system. And whatever it might be, we just needed a working power source, and we'd. In truth, would have never cut it so close, you never would have gotten shot now. And Kinsey would have been eating his words, as we had the weapons." Major General Hank Landry said and Jack flinched then.
"Yeah that and Bra'tac's question on ships of our world right now, well never mind ships of our world, we got a perfect weapon, to take them out, from the surface. But no, we didn't, and whose fault is that, from his observatory to the beta now what. What if that suppository was the key, we wasted two years snatching ally technology, now, when we already had it at our disposal." he said and they all paled at that remark.
"Colonel as you're the one that was talking to me about being an explorer, and searching for an upgrade that benefits all mankind, I want you to search it out. No more cutting corners, no more ending the mission as it looks dangerous. But the president authorized a total shutdown of the SGC, pending a hearing here. He agreed with Kinsey, the SGC is shut down further now, and as the SGA takes it's place."
"The base is undergoing it's natural position till further notice, as it's going to take weeks to get the beta gate up and running. While the alpha gate only takes minutes, and has its own DHD, so you can start immediately. Word just got back, the presence of the drugs you told the cops about, Colorado, California, Washington State, Oregon. "I got to make a visit to Lord Yu, wherever he might be, tell him directly, that till further notice, the military force of Earth is hereby on hiatus against them. We're not against them as a whole, but their renegade system lords, Hathor. Apophis, Sokar, Seth and Nirrti, the ones that gone up against us, and paid with their lives and powers. So from here on, till Sokar does something to aggravate us, we leave them alone."
"And they leave us alone, Cronus made a promise, I understand what he was saying, don't cross us, and we can live in peaceful co-existence. But do anything to cross us, such as testing an atomic weapon on one of their planets. They will make whoever did it regret it, the poor soul will suffer greatly." Daniel said and they nodded. "So there we go, that's what Kinsey considered, and you're sending them that message directly."
"We have only the renegades attacking us, that if the system lords directly are not attacking, this must mean that the Ancients left us the technology. To blow them away, and it's where you found the beta gate, as you tell Yu directly. We found the weapon, so don't make us use it, you leave us alone, we leave you alone. On the word of the president, the leader of the USA, we're going on a mission hiatus here."
"In the SGC, the only missions being done are trade for better health, better ways to match us to the Tollan now. No violence, no threat and force, you're very powerful we know that, we respect your power. But we promise, till the time is right, and Apophis reveals himself, or Sokar does, we're in hiatus." Matheson said smiling and they nodded smiling.
"Thanks for the help guys, you gave us a way to save billions on gate travel, by it not consuming all the power in the city right now. With you leaving behind your secondary gate and the DHD, as the SGC had to improvise the dialer." he said and the first chevron clicked into place in response, and Hammond started laughing. "I'll take that for a 'you're welcome, Daniel.'."Landry said with a chuckle and the secretary and Hammond nodded.
"You chose me and told the king, didn't you, that with my knowledge of languages and customs that I'm your chosen earth rep. And of the Fifth race, so you could bring me together with the king's daughter?" he asked and a second clicked into place and he nodded. "There we go, you're meant to be our leader, and combined with Shyla, together we are the 5th race against the system lord renegades." Lou said to that reveal.
"But yes Sir, I'll handle it, I'm making a visit to Omac, Anteaus and Thor, to find out what was stolen, and I can get a trade going that way, before I head for Shyla. But no need for a generator, to shove extra energy into the system, because we got a DHD. We can use, and we can do this the right way right now, I also threw my friends. Said 25 bones, alerting them to the dangers that the NID pose." he said and he nodded then.
"Yeah that and stealth technology, medical upgrades, what more did they deprive of us right now, if they're afraid of Pyrus exactly?" he asked and they started shaking in fear then. "I'm not sure, but I'm going to find out, but as this is my next mission separated from these idiots, Walter, I want you to scramble the system circuits. Make it as hard as possible, for them to cut through it, and terminate the communications here."
"Outside the base, there is no way, if the mole is an SG team, they're not getting in touch with Maybourne right now, so he can track me down." he said and Harriman nodded sternly to the orders, as they got to work then at the remark. "I'm starting to think, that aside from Teal'C, my current unit could be the mole. They and Doctor Frasier, they all have keys to my apartment, but after their reaction to Hathor's pheromone."
"And the fact you caught them in their thinking, and followed by their trying to set me up, not caring that could kill 75 people to save themselves from scrutiny. What more is there to say, that the mole is an SG team like Neumann, but is it my team. Or SG-3, even Dr. Frasier, who's to know right now, they all have a key. And to my apartment, so deductive reasoning skills." he said and Addison nodded and they all paled then, at that.
Realizing with those keys, they could have, to Hammond's way of thinking, after the episode with Machello, given him the keys to his apartment. And they set him up finally, so to the opinion of the Medical/psychiatric department as that consideration was highly possible now. "Them, Makepeace and Johnson are the mole, no matter what they do, you still only listen to me, and I still bring in upgrades here." he said and they all nodded sternly then.
"Good point, it was you that found Ernest, it was you that decoded the last coordinate, to open the gate, crack the virus, crack his STD. Hathor, finding the beta gate, finding the coordinates to Klo'rel's launching site." Catherine said and Hammond nodded. "Yes good point, but before they arrived you drank the elixir now, making it look. Now, like you drank yourself under the table, and instead you fused your cells shut now here."
"And had a perfect stage acting, and the bathroom looking like a murder scene, instead of attempted suicide, before coming in this morning. Just so we can get you checked out, and the test once again proved positive." Carson said and he nodded. "Murder scene, not attempted suicide, but murder scene, but then you walk in, with no cuts on your wrist, though you're covered in blood, as we checked out the damage."
"So no, once again we're not falling for it, when we know only 8 of us had keys to your apartment, those people are me, Carter, O'neill, Dr. Frasier. Colonel Makepeace, Lieutenant Johnson, Hammond and General Carson, it's not me, or the General now. So that leaves it to 5 people here." Lou said sternly and the trio went white, in fear at that, realizing they never thought that the deductive reasoning with the keys could point to them.
As the accomplices to attempted murder, after Maybourne tried to set him up then, to get him thrown off the team and program. "Good point there Lou, you make a very good point right now, after she tried to lie to me. In knowing what she did was illegal here, on La Rochelle, you been keeping me updated. And every 48 hours the entire time now, but if having you made to look like a drug addict doesn't work, it's a schizophrenic."
"That if setting you up by Pyrus to do it, never worked, the next option, is the legacy of the scientist that swapped bodies with you. Come to think of it right now, where were you yesterday morning, Colonel O'neill. Captain Carter, as you were running late for work?" Hammond asked and they both went white. "With her now getting in on the act, the episodes show the true discontent on this team." Daniel said sternly to this then.
"Alright take it easy son, you made your point right now, but you two, if he's proven right, and heads are going to roll for this. You cost us technology that could have been used to stop Apophis right now!" Addison shouted and she and Jack started shaking in fear at that, praying that wasn't true, because it was. And they, based on their self preservation tactic, just cost themselves the technology to shoot down attacking ships from orbit then.
"Hey Dr. Sanderson, been a while here, Sir, I missed you." Daniel said smiling and he smiled in affection then gently. "Yes and I missed you too son, been a while, but still the you I remember, when as a child. But I got a hold of your grandmother's friends, alerting them to this, and we decided. Now, to reactivate Catherine's department, and using the name of the program in that reality, we called the base and command."
"Now, the SGA, we also assigned you to General Hank Landry, you need a change of scenery and medical and team leadership. But we chose someone you're familiar with, Robert." he said and Bert stepped forward, and he smiled and shook his hand then. "Thanks Bert, if this was your way, to take it to these idiots, it's a good one right now. They tried to set me up by an attempted murder/suicide job." he said and Sanderson nodded.
"Well the test results actually worked quite well, your cells, after taking a tissue sample, once the elixir fused to your cells, it started healing it. In the damage taken, as it healed you up, but that's a perfect weapon, to prove they're crazy. But Frank is ready to run psychiatric eval on these guys, twice tried to set you up. And now tried to murder you, Pyrus sure is coming in handy and with him Machello." he said to him then.
"You know these men?" Sam said in shock and Daniel nodded. "He lead the program, as the program was called the SGA program, Wheeler's lab. The professor's lab, was part of the program when the Professor was called in for decryptions now. And back in the mid 50's when he was 29, he's a friend of the family." he said and she went pale in shock at that news. "Never saw that coming, Captain?" Sanderson asked and she swallowed hard.
"And before you ask, why exactly Colonel, did the symbiote killers not make a point. In truth right now, that or said attempted set up, it's the elixir." he said and he paled at that. "Daniel, as George told you, that attempt at suicide watch is hereby called off, as of now you're on medical/psychiatric sabbatical now. You're going to stay with the queen till further notice, take as much time as you need." Hancock said and he nodded.
"Yes Sir, so civilian ran with military help, it's back to when Omac and I conspired against these idiots and Maybourne?" he asked and Sutherland's double nodded. "Yes son that's it exactly, we knew this was bound to happen, but thing of it is. As I said, I did those same theoreticals on those symptoms, they match battle fatigue. Beautifully, as such, you need a good 6 months off, so the Queen." he said and Daniel smiled at him.
"Yeah battle fatigue mixed with alien technology, and Teal'C gets slammed, but you never needed bloodwork to confirm someone is crazy. Old school medical/psychiatric doctors, but they barely killed me, by NMS." he said and he nodded sternly. "I know, and this is malpractice in the purest sense of the word, the little shits. They're facing a severe psychiatric eval, while you're on mission, with the queen." he said to him then.
"Well my body is connected to her permanently, as she heals my heart, but she understands, but as the song went, Gimme one reason why you look so sad. A heart like yours wasn't made for that, gimme your hand, I'll pull you through. Gimme some time and I swear to you, every night I'll be so close, every night. I want you know, you and me we're made to be in love, don't let them tear us apart, it's you and me."

They murdered your wife, but hey why don't we do the same thing to them, as they see how it feels to have their loved one used against them to control them. Keep them from leaving and when that close, taken away that viciously." he said and they all paled.
"Queen, you mean Princess Shyla!" Sam said in shock and he nodded sternly."That's right young lady, we mean Queen Shyla, of the French Colony ring. Or don't you remember his promise, he said he'd come back and we're giving her that promise now. It's time, as you waited too damn long, and Sha're is dead, because of you, so enough. This is like his parents, you didn't care then, you don't care now!" Matheson said and she paled.
"But revealing the truth, after you assaulted him in his living room, and dragged him to the bathroom, the apartment looking like a murder scene. After he revealed that he survived only with the help of Shyla, we had a journalist arrive. And this morning, the report came out, would you like to hear it?" he asked and they paled as he pulled it out. 'Daniel Jackson, known archeologist for civil services, was just assaulted."
"Late last night at his apartment, by the very same people that killed the journalist Armin Selig, only on careful inspection, evidences were left behind. To identify the person that attacked him as one Colonel Jack O'neill, leader of the Sci-fi show. Stargate SG-1 and Jackson's ex team mate, Jackson reported that everything we see on the show, showed nothing of the darkside persona of one Jack O'neill now.'."

Are you ready to kill every civilian, every politician, every country soldier to keep that quiet. You're exhibiting communist behavior, as the slogan goes, better dead then red?" he asked and the trio went white, as they started shaking violently, realizing Daniel went public and exposed their mindsets now, and the entire civilian sector after Selig then.
"Here's the follow up report right now from them, 'After being arrested pending a psychiatric hearing, the SGC officers have now been accused of communism. And are to be treated with extreme caution, because they are all paranoid schizophrenics. All based on the focus, of our lost archeology experts that let her out now, at the time. The SGC medical and command generals have deactivated them and the SGC."
"Until such time passes, as the season ends on Past and Present, and picks back up in Jolinar's memories, depending whatever amount of time that takes. In the books, as we see the downward spiral right now, and hopefully now here in truth."

"Daniel is the only one who is allowed, this is an anthropology mission, authorized by the president himself, so sorry, the SGA took over the base, Hank, Drs. Littlefield." he said and Landry and Catherine and Ernest stepped forward. "He converted himself fully now, he's not an earthling anymore, he deserves to be with his new family. Now that the sole reason, he even joined up is gone." he said and they all went white at that news.
"But he never lost his memories, he has his memories of earth, he's just living a new life, away from you crazy jealous idiots, suffering the Othello complex." Dillon said sternly and they panicked at that remark then, shaking. "Wait a minute, Daniel is SG-1, he's under the same orders we are!" Jack said and he smiled then. It had played a part of his decision to quit from the SGC now and now seeing the only person he would miss was Teal'C.
Till Teal'C decided to quit too, and came along with him, as they stayed a duo, in program teams, and passed their knowledge to Landry now. "Hey! You should meet the whiz kid they saddled us with while you were out of commission."he said and Daniel ignored even looking at him. "Robert Rothman. He was my research assistant when I was doing my dissertation. Smart guy, had a good teacher." he said and he said it in disgust then.
"Geek." he said and Daniel sighed. "That's the reason we scientists don't want anything to do with you, you're as prejudiced. As a teenage just activated training ensign calling the General the old man, because you're not getting attention, as a teenage red shirt." Daniel said sternly then. Yeah, he told me that, but uh…, come on, we both know you can't stay away." he said to him then, and Hammond shook his head sternly, and Jack started shaking then.

You'll miss me." he said and Daniel said it bluntly."Yes, all the…salty, bad-tempered insults, all the illogical arguments…" he said and she flinched, realizing every word to Jack was another piece to her situation with him. When it's not genetic, could be chemical, screwing with recreational drugs, if not that. It's environmental and the Stargate is a plausible environmental cause." she said to him and Sam said it to that defensively then.
"I've been through the 'Gate as many times as Daniel, and I don't have headaches." she said and she said it firmly to that remark at that. "Well your body may have some kind of immunity, possibly due to Jolinar." she said to her and Janet started shaking, finally realizing why Daniel threw that question at her, when their parents. Now, followed 40's and 50's psychiatric medicine, in the act of getting violent with doctor and Daniel never did that with her.

If his theory is proven correct. Limits will be placed on the number of missions, but until then now, is the Stargate is closed." he said and she started shaking, realizing this once again was the consequence of her decision during Shyla.
"General…" Jack started to say and he said it sternly. "There is no debate, Colonel." he said and he said it sighing then. "Of course not." he said and she said it in resignation. "What about Daniel, sir?" she asked and Mckenzie answered that. "For now we're going to medicate him and let him rest in one of the VIP rooms." he said and as Janet said it then. "But if his symptoms persist or he becomes a threat to himself or anyone else…"
"We'll have to commit him to Mental Health." she said and the 7 doctors and Addison smiled sternly and she started shaking violently, realizing they dragged in a real schizophrenic. "Wait a second, I take it back here!" Jack said shaking and he smiled dangerously. "Can't take the words back that have already been said, and does this ring any more bells right now." Sanderson asked him sternly and he swallowed hard at that remark, then shaking.
Now realizing he was screwed here now. "Untie me, Jack, don't do this." he said weakly and they heard a cold tone in Jack's voice as he answered him. "You did it to yourself, Daniel." he said and Daniel shook his head. "No I didn't." he said and Jack smirked as he answered him at that. "Then who did, Shyla, don't tell me Maggie gave that scalpel to you. What about an invisible enemy, that's the only conceivable explanation right now."
"And into why a member of my team would slash his wrists." he said and the nurse crossed her arms as Perry and Jefferson did the same as they were watching this from behind Jack. "No she didn't." Daniel said and Jack said it with a stern growl. "There are no cowards on SG-1." He said and they heard a bitter mental chuckle at that as they heard an answering response to his remark as he said it softly then, and Hammond crossed his arms sternly then.
"You're one to talk, what do you call this." he said grabbing his wrist and shoving his sleeve up, as they saw the secondary cut, next to the first and he paled then. "There are no cowards on SG-1, you contradict your own words." he said as Teal'C, Lou and Warren crossed their arms. "You are such a hypocrite, but I don't take drugs, I don't drink more then one glass, but now. And with my future powers, it's 3/4's non to 1 shot is." he said and he swallowed hard at that.
'Yeah and look who's talking right now, you self righteous bastard, a member of SG-1 wouldn't throw someone up on their place right now. They wouldn't pretend to not know what their team mate is trying to tell them when they're being eavesdropped on. They wouldn't continue to pretend the team mate that protected them from their worst nightmare and is suffering a break down."

"What did you think you were doing, what you think suicide is the best way to handle this. Alright I'm not taking any chances here and I can't trust you enough to not hurt yourself. And until you got your head on straight, you're off my team." he said and and they heard they feigned remark.

"I'll ask Hammond to keep you on the project, though I don't know what you'll be doing after this stunt." He said and Hammond answered that himself. "What he'll be doing, Colonel, is taking your place, now, as the leader of SG-1, until you got your head on straight, young man."
"And until I see you're ready to handle things, but two attempts to block out the memories until the Tok'ra go to the more direct approach. And of shoving you back into your nightmare and this is payback for what you did to him right now. And when he's not here, Carter's in charge of the team." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that remark, as they heard very furious tone in Daniel's voice at that, as improvised the next one.

"As Frasier said, but if their symptoms persist, or if they becomes a threat to themselves. Or anyone else, we're going to have to have them committed to mental health. Well they just proved that last night, you're a threat to yourselves, each other and everyone else. So get comfortable, no one is going anywhere and do you or Frasier have a sane explanation, for he just did right now, after cutting his wrist."

As going back to Sarah, you trace him there, he blew it, in getting Sha're back. As you been lying to us for 18 months, you don't need him in this rathole anymore. He has no reason to stay here anymore, you made sure of that right now." Dillon said and they started shaking violently.

"Yeah I missed you too son, you know I would have come to get you sooner, if not for Nick right now, transferring you all over the place. But your grandfather is the one ending up permanently incarcerated right now. I gained the Nobel prize right now, but you deserved that Nobel prize, for proving things here."
"But this crossed the line, so the gate causes it huh, uh huh, yes alright, so it's me all over again, yeah okay I understand that, but the faster. That we get you away from these lunatics, the faster you heal, but as I said then.
