Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: With this chapter there is a point of reference to Hathor, and followed by their capture by her, that what if there was more to the events of Hathor. With these stories, it's going to explain the time between Past and Present to Jolinar's memories. Although this story is alternate reality, into what if there was more to the events after Tollan, and before Solitudes then we ever knew. And those events are why they're determined to keep Daniel from leaving in the case of the duo. Maybourne, before the events of Pretense and Foothold now, as a result then.
This story is going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth, but there's going to be a few missions.
That are beyond recognizable, for season 4, that Daniel and Teal'C are working on, so everything season 4 that had Daniel and Jack on the opposite sides of the line. Are actually rigged by himself, Teal'C, Hammond and Landry, with the help of said planet. In human ran planets, as for Sarah, she's also been chosen to act as a plant, for Jack's chosen arrest, in later years, so NID set up, created by the SGC this book series.
If anyone is wondering in why these chapters are going up so fast, I'm doing the first 8 chapters of the first story, the other 7 are being thought up as we go. So this is going to take time, but the story is going to be good, as it matches the dialog now…

Chapter 12: Medical Arrests, Show Changes And Psychiatric Evaluations II
"What mission did having Jolinar end up in her head, shove out of it?" Caine asked and he nodded. "That's possibly the reason you 3 and Dustin's new character recruited me in the first place, Beau, I'm being sent to Antarctica indefinitely, if this is connected to it. But Kynthia now, was anthropological nightmare, where the lesson of anything just for you. Is given, never take it, it could be drugged, and they all see my science as a waste of time." he said and he nodded.
"But this turned into the psychosis of only the good missions are remembered, ignore everything else, every traumatizing thing, about the rigors of m job. It also resulted in the psychosis of, 'if the orders never make sense, it's a lie, brought on by alien influence'." he said and the elder cast looked at the quartet and they all paled at that. "But then our orders never make sense to the very young and inexperienced, as your age group is seen as." Hoffman said slowly to that.
"Think it over here Dustin, just why the hell would the duo try to keep you out of there, you're not stupid, you're a medical doctor, and the smartest one knowing. In truth, how crazy these MIS guys are about biological weapons, so connect the dots now in truth. As for all you know, in both movies, they saw these as a perfect weapon, and get killed by their greed. After you 3 lost your youngest, or nearly your best friend, and are grieving." he said and he crossed his arms.
"Then raising you since you were 14, you knew this better then anyone, any advanced technology, could destroy earth, best keep it out of the hands, of the command. And with a god damn screw loose, before they're driven mad by the power they carry now. That's what killed the crew that found the sphere, and we nearly did the same thing, till I yanked us back. And from the brink, and Sam with me, 6 to 7 years later, these bastards still haven't learned it."
"Learned anything, as history repeats itself." he said and the NID all paled in shock then. "So exercise extreme caution with alien devices, I'm your bible, classic do's and don't's. With alien technology, this was likely why you need my expertise now, as we take things extra slow. But I carried the power the races give me, for a year to 2 years, they see I'm ready now. For my wings, after I save my replacement's people, from that very mistake." he said and he smiled.
"And Sharon's version was more likable, you could tell she decided to give it up, but in the end you both made your peace, with that fact, with being her doctor. As it's wasn't meant to be, just friends was all you'd ever be now, and that was it." he said and Hoffman nodded gently. "Yep and in this case, I'm a different version of my character, and Liev's character is replaced by you. In same wording, I knew you all your life, as your father's my best friend, but I knew it."
"I knew you were a Crichton fan all your life, but while one Author was a Navy commander, the other was an MD, and they're your favorite authors." he said to him then and Sam went pale, realizing that explained his career choice, in being an Archeologist. As he had navy vessels scattered all over his office, one of his uncles was a Naval Captain in psychiatry. Only she never knew what he looked like, till Hoffman arrived, and got his appearance finally at the time.
"Issues in the movie references, and your remark gives detailed explanation General, by that I mean, I'm Jeff to their Richard, as John Hammond. After they saw the lethal force of the fully grown raptors." he said and Landry nodded. "And that's connected to your knowledge on the sarcophagus, or the reactors, one false move, it's a global killer. What if the blast overloaded the gate, causing a secondary overload." he said and she went white, in never considering that.
"Things change so radically and we're running to catch up, I don't want to draw any conclusions here, but look, dinosaurs and man, two species separated by 65,000,000 years. Are suddenly, if we find their descendants, are suddenly thrown back into the mix together. That how can we possibly have the slightest idea what to expect, 65,000,000 years of gut instinct. Choosing only predators, it's another global killer." he said and that did it finally and Jack shouted it at him.
"Is everything we try to do, in bringing back results a global killer to you now, you see anything we try to bring in dangerous, not worth it, as your way is safer, better, the only way." he said and Hoffman crossed his arms then. "Listen to yourself Jack, I see through the lies of the Jedi, I don't fear the darkside as you do, I have brought peace, justice and security. To my new empire, if you're not with me, you are my enemy." he said and they all went white in shock.
"Nice rearrange son, there's Anakin, before he went off the deep end finally, baby." Williams said sternly and Jack swallowed hard, never realizing everything he said, sounded like he was addicted to the darkside. "But you tell me Colonel, you're convinced of something only you see, he sees what we see, as we're careful, more guarded. As if there is anything that we learned here in our time as command leaders, is that there is nothing wrong with a little prudence here."
"When dealing with any technology of any type, and when we don't know if they're cloned, or they evolved from the books and became the move version to themselves. They're wild animals they can not be tamed and trained, get that through your god damned heads. Here, now young man, it's a risk, one not worth taking, his ideas are so much better. They keep us alive and its protects our souls here now." Hammond said sternly and he went white at that at that remark.
"I heard that, so basically as time goes on, once after a year of training after your spotting shifts between your three earth jobs. She arrives in the middle of a possible live version of our movie, and we just finished the fuselage to get from the docking station. To the ship carrying another one, I read Dustin's notes, as Brandon, and see everything. I saw in Sharon, and then call it, as we're both waiting for the crack up." A familiar voice said sternly and he nodded then gently.
"Hey Peter, are the others just getting in?" he asked and the man nodded gently. "Yes, so let me take a wild guess, I read your report, it's basing this from an anthropological. In point of views, and to a soldier such as these guys, is everything Dustin, as Goodman, read out. Meeting an unknown life form, the psychological impact, is the most likely consequence of such contact. Is absolute terror, I can tell you're a Crichton fan." he said and he nodded as Hoffman chuckled.
"Exactly what were you were in for, as your character, Michael never clarified that?" he asked and he shrugged. "I was a Navy Captain, retired one, before this happened, I must have been the borderline, like Billy was, and to the point, this was why Sam and you. Now were unsure, and now even Sharon was getting worried, after it killed the girls, leaving us. And Liev now, only now, I'm clean here, and we're the best of friends in this series." He said and he nodded then.
"Based on characters here, yeah no kidding, only our entire team and the trio involved, are all at the outpost, along with the Marine cast of Aliens and Sigourney herself. Though our entire team hears the entire story, they're seeing this as a war started, between the Navy and Air Force. As the little shits are convinced, after an accident they caused, he's better off with the Air Force." he said sternly and he nodded. "Not happening, you sadistic freak." he said and Jack swallowed.
"Listen you little punk, there is no way in hell, you're getting near that kid, after everything you did to him, so you can take your opinions and objections. And shove it up where the sun don't shine, we're 18 years older, 1) and 2) we're level black, you're yellowish orange." Coyote said, shoving him into the wall, and getting into his face sternly and he started shaking violently. And before turning and throwing him into the guards, who put him in handcuffs, and Daniel smiled.
"Michael." he said and Shanks moved to stand next to him, Hoffman and Haden's and Bridge's and the admirals' doubles and the quartet started shaking, now getting the message. The Navy had him assigned to a new portion of the program, they were taking the stargate. And there was nothing they could do, unless…, they could get the president to over turn it. But the color code, for them and the NID, would be difficult, as Daniel's clearance was higher then their's then.
"General, level black, we're SETI's clearance code, Heinlein's book, level black, and there is no undoing it, you have the full authority of the president, NID have half authority." Daniel said and they went white, knowing he caught on to what they were thinking. "Just what the hell is it with you guys, you want him out of the base program, and you got it now!" Haden's double said sternly and they exchanged panicked looks, realizing they couldn't tell them the truth here now.
They were scared to death then of getting captured by Shyla's kingdom and fully converted, they needed him to make sure they never walked back in there. "It's Shyla's courts, they're scared to death of being converted fully, they need me to make sure that never happens. But they pushed me, and pushed me, and now they pushed me too far, the sole cause. I joined the SGC is dead, there's nothing for me here now, so it's a moot point, they want me gone now."
"Fine I'm gone, out of the system lord planet missions, and I'm being transferred to where my knowledge is actually put to use, without it killing anyone now, so you guys. But their minds snapped, their seeing their snatchers everywhere they go, thinking this could be it. That the planet their snatchers are on is the one they're on now, that anything in hospitality. Given is tanked food or drink with the changing elixir." Daniel said and they nodded in understanding.
"As such here, I call it as they had a total breakdown, schizophrenic break from reality here, they need a good 15 months in the hospital." Plummer said sternly and Hoffman and Sarandon nodded sternly. "Sounds familiar, on the one hand it's a real possession, on the other, it's a matter for a psychiatrist, and in this case it's the second, and they committed 4 violations. To the commandments, thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, in her case, thou shall not covet."
"And lastly thou shall not commit false witness against thy neighbor, and they broke them all, and it's enough the lord struck them down in sin." Czerny said and Jack swallowed hard then. "Your doubles knew this, I squared it away with the code of being a Christian now, more my being Catholic, I never took my religion so seriously then I did now. But blue is Heaven, green is earth, and red is hell, and their green: once a granny smith, became a honey crisp in tinge."
"This keeps up they're turning fire engine red to the dark red tinge of raw meat, that the red delicious are." he said and Jack went pale then. "You never paid closer attention, about the Garden of Eden did you, this desire, greed to be the best, is turning your soul. Now, to that of the jet black suit, that the symbiote that Venom was now." Plummer said sternly and he swallowed hard, never noticing that, he thought he was clean, and instead he was slowly now.
Going to hell, and hell's version of eternal damnation was his being turned half earthling, and his sexual preferences getting turned into a homosexual. "Look at your actions young man, is attempted murder, sexual assault, and everything you been doing say good man. Or a total monster here, you're crazy, dangerous, out of control, and a loose cannon!" Hammond shouted and he shook his head violently, he didn't see this, he didn't want see this, he was a good man.
All he was trying to do was prevent his leaving the SGC so he could protect himself, from ever returning to that ring. "They all snapped, they gone to the darkside on us, but it's you that's not being rational or listening to reason, in their eyes dad." Daniel said and they all crossed their arms, and the quartet started shaking violently in fear then. "If I was anything, after killing my first Sithlord, I'm Obi-wan now, my first true Sith was Artemis." he said and they nodded.
"They can't see this, because the power lust and fear of the French ring, infected their thinking process, their minds are twisted till now, now they become the very thing. That they swore to destroy, only I can see that, because the effect is beyond intoxicating. That much power is beyond addictive, in fact it's so addictive, this is why most people never think it. The wand, the ring, the power to save lives and so long." he said and she swallowed hard at that remark.
"To quote Jeff, you didn't see, because you didn't wish to see, well I guess that makes everything you did the last two years fine then, doesn't it?" He said and they went white in fear then, realizing he saw them as deluded as Anakin and Moses then. "Why the hell is everyone getting on our cases, we're just trying to save the planet?!" Jack snapped in frustration and Hammond crossed his arms, as he answered him then sternly as he looked between them.
"In my 30 years in the military, I seen a lot of people doing what they think is best, in order to save their people, till they crossed the line, you know what happened to them all?" he asked and he started shaking in fear, realizing now he crossed the line so much in their eyes now. Hammond was ready to kill him, before he killed a bunch of innocent people. "You're suffering a megalomaniac complex, and an enough you're dangerous, to yourselves, each other."
"And everyone around you, leaves only one choice: prison." Addison said sternly and they all went white in fear then. "Everyone, but you see this, as you're Anakin, after he crashed and burned, burned becomes permanently changed to half Earthling now. Daniel is Obi-wan, you're Anakin, and Daniel a Jedi Master, a skilled Ancient descent!" Williams said sternly to him, and he swallowed hard, now realizing they all saw he gone too far this time, he crossed the line.
There was only one consequence and one only for this, they were having him locked up for 15 months, and Daniel was leaving. "And with that, is if you already had said sentence shouted at you three times right now here young man, but it's not up to it's up to you. Now get that through your god damn heads here, gentlemen!" Coyote snapped at him then and Jack started shaking in fear at his remark then and the brass smiled as the trio nodded gently at that.
"There's Dave Barnes alright, Peter, you play him perfectly." Haden said smiling and he smiled, knowing he just got the job, as they waited for the rest of their team to get down here. "I'm 34, just turned 34, but to you still just a kid, with my looking like I'm 29 still." Daniel said and Coyote nodded smiling. "Birthday was just last month, July 8th, so as a result, with us in the last two months of winter here, it's dealing with the weather, but summer's coming on here now."
"Looks like you're playing my boss in truth, though we're the same rank, you're 25 years older, and he's my new psychiatrist. But not new at all, I'm the Danny, he keeps telling you about, you being his best friend. Well the picture of Barrett Oliver on his desk, at 14, grew up to become me, I'm the son of his late best friend. And his wife, Melburn and Claire Jackson, the Doctors Jackson, I'm their son Danny, but Dr. Daniel Jackson." Daniel said and he nodded gently at that.
"If that's not back history I needed to know, nothing is, I knew your record, you're the best cryptography expert on the entire planet. Also the best anthropology expert, that we, back in 1987, possibly saved your report for when we really needed it. And just as you're preparing to get transferred to Beau, is we get a live spaceship, this one entirely alien. And the language coming off the transponder sounds like ancient Greek, so bring in the expert on the culture."
"And languages." he said with a smile. "But in truth I been raised around medical and psychiatry to know when someone had a total nervous breakdown or worse. That a mission like this tries the mental/emotional capacity of everyone concerned here. Till it's a wonder no one snaps out of stress, but there's the emphasis, on Dustin's report as his character. Not just the rigors of the mission, but the environment as well." he said and he and Hoffman smiled, at his diagnosis.
"I must have known here, you went into the habitats a few times, as a teenager, Dustin brought you with him on training missions, from 15 to 18 years old during the summer. You wanted to be a deepsea explorer, rather than a space traveler, and instead the job. It just gave you the best of both worlds now." he said and Daniel nodded. "And after a year of doing this for real, how can I return to this rathole, I love being on the open ocean now." he said and he chuckled at that.
"Well not quite open ocean, but directly on the coastline, we're docked where McMurdo is, and you're doing this so constantly, you're seeing the open ocean down there. Seeing animal wild life all over the place, the brisk clean air, you're a country boy, that how can you return to this. When you're living on a boat, in this case a ship, traveling by subs, this life suits you, but I guess to these kids too much now." Coyote said smiling and Haden's double chuckled then.
"Yeah no kidding, once you start doing this full time, it's how can you even bother returning to being trapped underground, when you can see animal life, swimming by the windows. The lower half of the icebergs and shelves, see the world from underwater, this is the true natural beauty. Of the world now, the one area of the planet that so beautiful, you see it as perfect, peace and quiet now just living on the coast line, this life suits you in being a deepsea explorer now."
"And more then being trapped underground, in a military bunker, idealism at it's finest, as we create a way to do away with everything, that is destroying earth. And create a virtual paradise now, the base and habitat are giving it enough. That we live in our own world, of 150 years into the future, traveling around the galaxy now." Hoffman said with a chuckle and she went pale, realizing he wanted to be a Navy deepsea diver, as a kid, and Hoffman's character.
He gave it to him at his current age now. "If Q created the outpost to look like the ship now, this means the fin section, is 15 miles whichever direction away from the battle bridge. That's the habitat, and after our rotation is over, we return to deck whatever, get decompressed. And then return home to the saucer section, as the units are taking shifts, as my unit is you guys." he said and they nodded with a chuckle as he answered him then gently at that remark then.
"If they can warp time and everything, we can just have her looking like the Enterprise D now, so the saucer section is the military housing. The battle bridge is the base, the now engine drives are the habitat now there, so the size is perfect. and we're still looking out the windows, seeing some amazing sights down there, it's the same in every spot. As this ocean is just colder then most." Haden said smiling and she started shaking, praying that's not what it was now.
In truth, the admiral was here for then. "If that thought just penetrated now young lady, that's exactly the reason we and Alex, Kate are here right now. The outpost has the habitat directly below it, he's being trained for real deepsea diving, via habitats now. Brandon told me he wanted to be a deepsea diver, and based on all the ridicule being in this hellhole gave off. We gave him his wish." the said Admiral said sternly and she started shaking violently in fear then.
"These lunatics, and Hanson, Maybourne, are all MIS guys, Military Intelligence Services, only the Intelligences, are, for certain areas now, looking for ways to get an edge. And on the rest of the planet, but, and as soon as I tell this to you, Carmen, as your character now. Needless to say now, once I tell you to take off the 26 years from me, you're going to kill her. But you all taught me we never go getting involved, without the who, what, where, when and why here."
"Becoming allies, with a society in a global war with it's own neighboring countries or what not, but they all decided 'screw the questions here, I'll let it slide. I don't want to hear any more, I'm not going to let them ask questions, doesn't matter. When he tries to get more information, I shut him down, I didn't want to hear anything. That might screw up our plans of getting that technology all I wanted is that technology, and to hell with anything else." he said to him then.
"Uh huh, okay so they're deciding 'screw our orders, even if that means giving them military technology, that could blow the planet to bits, screw it. We want the technology, everything else is forfeit, even our souls, the ends justify the means now.'." Williams said sternly and she swallowed hard, now seeing they were all disgusted by that train of thought then. "MIS and NID, same thing here, West is an NID General here, so is Vidrine." he said and Jack went white then.
Seeing him as what he was, Intelligence, he was purely NID, and Daniel hated that with a passion, and putting him on one side of the line, them on the other. And for life then, and now he was free of them finally. "Looks like I guessed correctly, you were waiting till last night, or this morning now, to reveal that to me. That the little bastard is NID, the forensics say it all here, so that makes her an NID tramp now." Hammond said sternly and she swallowed hard
"MIS, it's you scholars, in soft sciences, as they call the medical department, or anthropology and archeology, that's forensic archeology now. That you are the traitor, and crazy person, but to the medical/psychiatrical, as we consider ourselves. If we're your own family or just family friends, we see them as everything they call you, boys." Caine said sternly and they swallowed hard in fear. "Unfortunately, the Jacksons had connections in 90%." She said to him then gently.
"The SGA, is everything reversed, if they go nuts and stay nuts, it's the hospital, or they're being put down, but as he said, nothing worse then losing your mind. And knowing it's happening, but the problem with that is, in the MIS, or NID, it's the norm. As the more crazy you are, and the more extreme the situations you seem to get put into. If Frakes's wife ends up in my command, she knows how it happened." Daniel said and he nodded, and they went white.
"Connor's best friend was Damian Frakes, they been friends and since they were kids, Hanson suffered a total breakdown, that courts martial wasn't enough. He deserved the firing squad and with him, Matthew Baker, only they got the next best thing, being thrown through. When the iris was shut." he said and they nodded. "Like we taught you, anyone goes crazy and stays crazy, they're being put down, they're drug addicts, son." Hoffman said and he nodded gently then.
"Well question, what's your opinion, to his bringing him back for only a courts martial, after Larry showed us the evidence, and then pocketed his dog tags. He says he didn't believe that Hanson would kill a person in a power trip, but does mental illness seem contagious. When in the black ops, especially after she broke it off with him, 13 months prior to this mission?" he asked and Hammond crossed his arms, and Jack swallowed hard, realizing they were all pissed.
"I wasn't going to court martial him, or hospitalize him, when Lawrence told me this, or you did, as you became his best friend, you were looking after him here. But the little shit was getting the lethal injection or the firing squad for that, for killing a team mate. And then suffering a total mental breakdown, and nearly killing Lawrence with Damian. The little shit deserved what he got, if he went nuts and stayed nuts, it's execution." Carson said and he went white in shock.
"Never figured it out yet you little shit, the non black ops members were ordered to watch you idiots, one of you goes nuts and stays nuts. It's not hospitalization or court's martial, it's immediate execution here for this." Sanderson said and they started shaking violently in fear as Sam looked at them and Hammond in shock. "Why the strictness, where NID is trying to control the program now, it's you never kill us by screwing with some technology, that is dangerous."
"So like yourselves, you don't see him as crazy, but sane here, after he saw himself as a god. What I see is the little bastard is on a power trip?" Hammond said sternly and he started shaking violently. "Larry confirmed it, he told me everything, it's Genesis, and tied people to a stake, 7 days in the direct sunlight, working them night and day. The bastard is one of those sick dictators, that control with an iron fist, like Palpatine." Daniel said and they both nodded.
"You tried to get him off on a courts martial, no he just killed a member of his team and who knows how many innocent people, that's enough to get the firing squad, you little shit!" Landry shouted in fury and he swallowed hard in fear then. "So you don't see him as crazy, why doesn't that surprise me, you both had this in you for years, you little shits. As one too many years of black ops, that he's getting the death penalty for this." Hammond said sternly to this then.
"Only the death penalty is getting thrown through the damn thing, when the iris is shut, which explains the thunk you heard, dad." Daniel said and he nodded sternly. "Issues in the Earth US military courts, unless you're level yellowish orange, how the Sokar do we explain this. Well the answer is by allowing the death penalty to be given by the indigenous people he terrorized. And they do the killing for us, as we bring back the sole survivor." Teal'C said and they nodded then.
"Agreed right now, we have our own JAG center and Medical/Psychiatrical billing here, that why are we allowing the MIS trying to interfere here, it's not going to happen. They're only level yellowish orange, we're level black, killing a team mate, is punishable by the firing squad." Landry said and Jack went white, never thinking, his trying to explain this, would get him tried and convicted for siding with Hanson, after he killed Frakes, when he tried to turn him in.
"Oh you never thought we'd see this as trying to get him by on a formally light charge, as aiding and abetting a war criminal, and that is considered espionage. You sided with your crazy subordinate, after he murdered his own team mate and who knows how many people. After he snapped, and went off the deep end on a power trip, as you're seen as just as crazy. And unpredictable as he is, you Black Ops are all alike." Adam said sternly and he swallowed hard.
"Most of us served in the military, before becoming actors, so we took the military acting jobs, highly seriously, falling back into the P.C. responses for these types of things." Freeman said sternly and he nodded. "A good thing too, I been acting like a real two star general for the last 3 years, but I just switched branches, which explains my look on the pilot episode. I now looked like a real Air Force General, in taking possession of my command." Davis said sternly to this.
"Well after the base got infected by the caveman plague, that's when I made my debut, and told you the truth, the 8 year old you remember in 1973, grew up to become Michael now, Don." Dillon said and he crossed his arms then. "The boy I nearly adopted as my son, grew up to become my best archeologist, and you told me to lock up the mountain. Shoot to kill and burn the body, yeah okay got it, thanks Dillon." he said and Freeman exchanged looks with him.
"Said show about to be created now, as you need pictures, to get this, so Heather, your 15 to 22 and 34 self, is actually what you looked like, minus the skunk stripe. John and Ronee themselves, so the family photo when you 13, trapped in a 16 year old body." Daniel said and she and her parents nodded. "You knew me on sight, as my character, because my voice, looks and personality all matched my Elm Street character?" she asked and he nodded, smiling.
"Yep, I'm Johnny in every sense of the word, you and me shared a bond, being my twin sister, that if you de aged Robert 19 years and turned his hair light brown. You had me now, at the time, but you knew me on sight, after that now." he said and Saxon chuckled.
