All the officers got back into their cruisers and Pawson was selected to have to carry the traitor that was known as McHorn. "Why? Why do it? Don't you believe in justice?" McHorn just groaned at the raccoon. "Answer me. You killed Grizzoli, almost killed Wolford and probably killed Hopps and Wilde. So tell me why." Jacob had a lot of disgust when speaking all of that. "Here's the funniest part, I wouldn't have minded as much if you weren't an officer. But you wake up every morning , putting that badge on and spit in the face of every officer that wants to represent it. Did you ever read, what it said? Any part of it? Well, considering you are here probably not. It says Trust Bravery and Integrity. The only thing you demonstrated was bravery so at least you understand one part."

"Shut up dumb raccoon."

"You have no right to speak to me like that. You killed a friend, possibly three."

"Wilde was an insufferable pest, I hope he is dead or that he will die." Pawson breathed in and out for a couple seconds. "Three..."

"What?"

"Two..."

Pawson grabbed the radio, "Everyone be aware something is about to happen."

"One." The rhino smiled. The officers were about to respond when Higgins' cruiser blew up. McHorn chuckled at the sight. "He did his job then. But this one was supposed to blow as well. Why are we still fine?"

Then on the radio, "Pawson, take the criminal to the station and we will cover this."

Pawson responded. "Understood, meet you back at the station."

Then he turned to the rhino "Bad luck, you have to deal with my insufferable voice and my endless stream of questions." McHorn rolled his eyes. "How did it start? When did you join them?" McHorn groaned. "Answer me." McHorn remained silent. "Okay, how about where? Where is Judy and Nick?"

McHorn smiled. "They are currently in the deepest pit of hell. You will not find them and even if you do, you will not save them. They will be dead before you find them."

"No, I will find them, and they will be alive. We will be all okay. You won't stop us." Pawson had a mean glare in his eyes. He was pissed. He drove over to the station with the Rhino in the back. He grabbed the radio. "Hello, anyone here on this channel? I need help booking this perpetrator, too large for me."

After a few seconds someone responded."This is Delgato, I am coming out to help book the suspect." After a few more seconds , the lion walked out. "So, who is the..." He saw McHorn. "Him? What did he do?"

"It will all be explained when he is in a cell or in the interrogation room."Delgato nodded. "You will hold him and take him in, I will keep my gun trained on him." Pawson said that to make sure McHorn heard that. "When holding him be careful."

"Yeah, I will." Delgato then turned to the rhino. "You betrayed not only us but the entire city, I want you to know that."

"I don't need you to chew my ears out as well." McHorn said with no signs of remorse. "Just take me in at this point."

Delgato responded. "Yeah, you will be taken in."

Pawson got out of the cruiser and prepared his gun and held it in his paw. Delgato taken him out of the cruiser and dragged him to the station. "Move." McHorn groaned and started limping towards the station. "I'm willing to shoot your other knee." McHorn limped a bit faster now keeping up with the slower moving lion. Delgato stared daggers into the rhino as he pushed the rhino forward. Inside, Clawhauser was about to ask what happened but quickly stopped himself when he saw a uniformed officer arrested. "Clawhauser, not now." Pawson spoke with anger as he was enraged by the rhino in front of him. His usual bubbly , happy go lucky adventurous self was currently absent. Bogo left the office and saw what was happening and huffed at the sight. McHorn was then pushed into an interrogation room and strapped to the table. Delgato left the room and closed the door. "So you want answers? So do I. "

"Where's Wolford and Hopps and literally every other officer but those two specifically?"

"Wolford is in the hospital due to serious injuries most likely caused by him." He pointed through the door. "Grizzoli was murdered by the suspect we apprehended via a snapped neck. He did it right in front of us." Then he curled his fist up . "He also did something to Hopps and Wilde, the two have been most likely taken with what he has stated. And lastly , Higgins is also dead due to his cruiser being detonated." Delgato was visibly upset at the information he heard. "And now I don't know who to trust." Delgato put his paw on the raccoon's shoulder to try and reassure him. "I need to find the two before we have to add two more officers to the obituaries."

"I know what you mean, what do you want to do with this now?"

"Lieutenant, are you willing to help me through this?" Delgato nodded "Then, we will need to find some piece of information that will help us tremendously." Delgato leaned on the door , signifying to the raccoon to question their suspect. "I've never interrogated anyone."

"You can be in the back while I interrogate him and later, I'd say get Wolford to help with this. He should be the best to deal with McHorn."

Pawson nodded at that statement ,showing he understood what was being said to him. "Wolford should be back soon, considering his wounds weren't that serious."

"Okay, I have a report to finish first if that is okay then we can deal with the interrogation." Pawson nodded then checked Judy's phone. Although he knew that it was a bad idea, he really wanted to know what Judy knew, maybe it would help with finding her. He then grabbed his radio.

"Fangmeyer, how is …?"

"The cruiser, and its passengers, are completely gone. We couldn't do anything."

"that backstabbing bastard." He muttered quietly

"Your finger was on the button."

"Oops sorry about that."

"It's fine I understand your pain, the rest of us are currently trying to clean up the mess that was made. The fire brigade is already here and the ambulance has arrived, although they can't do much anymore." She growled a bit and it was clearly heard on the other side of the radio. "Let me talk to him, I'll give him a piece of my mind."

"Hey, I already decided to have Wolford interrogate him, he was the bastard's partner after all. "

"Make sense. What are you going to do now?"

"Find some other clues. Judy and Nick could still be alive and I can't let them down now."

"Rookie, I wish you all the best. If Hopps proved anything , it's to not underestimate the rookie. Give 'em hell."

"I sure as hell will." He pocketed his radio and left a note for Delgato: 'I have something to take care of so I had to go.' After writing the note, he headed for his cruiser and set off to a different place. 'Precinct 1 is compromised and I know that. Precinct 2 might be good but the resources are lesser, I need something or someone that can help out we..' Then he remembered the phone, Judy's phone. She had a CI , and sure he never met him but he was nice enough to arm the two of them. If he can do that, he must have resources available and so I could ask him for help just what do I say. But first Chief Lucas. Pawson turned off the cruiser tracker and the microphone dashcam. "This will be a very interesting time for the entire ZPD." He drove past a few streets before turning and arriving at his destination. He ran to the reception and told the mammal there that he was here to see the Chief.

"You're in the wrong precinct friend. No-"

"No he isn't, he is here to see me. Don't inform the other precinct it is a private matter." Chief Lucas showed up and spoke out. The dispatcher nodded and saluted. "Pawson, to my office, it's the only place in this entire place with no form of recording devices." The two walked to his office. "I heard what happened and I am truly sorry for the lives lost." He sighed, "I am also sorry about your partner. And for all we know, they could be alive but they could be.."

"McHorn let slip that they are still alive but in the deepest pit in hell as he said it. We are on a time crunch, sir. We can still save them and if anyone would persevere it is that duo. Trust me."

"Kit, you have high hopes, and I hope you are right. I'd hate to see two more names in the obituaries." He stood up. "Why come to me? This is clearly now a precinct one matter."

"I don't know who to trust. I only know I can trust you, sir. The only other mammals I trust in the ZPD are both currently missing, so I ask for your help, no matter how small."

"Fine, don't tell anyone about this but go see Mr. Big. I know him from some of my past 'adventures' , tell no-one about that. He is somewhat close to Judy since she is his granddaughter's godmother." Pawson went wide eyed. "Not many police officers know so keep that golden nugget to yourself." Pawson stood up and saluted.

"Where would I find him sir?"

"Tundra town, go to the north-east area, there will be a mansion. Tell the truth and don't arrest anyone. Go in casual clothes. You should be allowed time off for your loss. I hope you find them and I'm sorry I couldn't help more." Pawson saluted again.

"Thank you sir, you helped more than I could ask for." He headed for the door .

"Remember, I didn't tell you diddly squat understood."

"Yes sir, it was an anonymous tip from the public."

"Good, I don't want to lose my job yet."

"That you won't sir, I will try to help you as much as possible." Pawson smiled enthusiastically. He sprinted downstairs and returned to precinct one. He reactivated all the gadgets on the cruiser. When he returned he saw the cape buffalo waiting for him. "Uh oh."

"Care to explain why you left in a rush?"

"I needed to clear my mind before I did something that could bring me into serious legal trouble sir."

"Is this because of your partner being missing?"

"That and the death of Grizzoli that I was powerless to stop."

Bogo grunted then thought for a few seconds. "Have the next few days off to recollect yourself." 'This is perfect' "I expect you to be in good shape when you return. The lack of good officers makes me worried for the future."

"Yes sir. I will be right as rain when I return." He saluted again. He then looked down at the floor. He walked to the changing rooms and changed into his normal clothes. It was a brown shirt with a black zip-up hoodie and jeans. Casual enough for any event. He returned to his house to wait for night to fall.

"Honey , I'm home." A female raccoon came from around the corner.

"So how was work?"

"Mary,y-you didn't see the news ,did you?" He spoke with a slightly sombre tone.

"No, I was extremely busy today, did I miss anything." She then realised the tone of voice that was used.

"Not really, my little pumpkin."

"I know the voice you used, what happened?"

"I don't want to discuss the events of today."

"Oh, my little hero, let your damsel know what she needs to worry about."

"Mary, I'm no hero. I failed today."

"It can't be that bad, Jake."

He sighed. "Well, a lot has happened today." He looked down onto the floor as he started reminiscing. Then he explained everything that has happened today so far.

"What? Tha-That's horrible. I'm so sorry, I didn't know it was that bad."

"Yeah, there's a few things that will be happening today so I gotta get ready."

"O-of course, you need to be ready for tomorrow."

"About that, officially , I'm on break. So if I go to the station, it will be suspicious. Besides, it would be pointless in finding them." Mary started to nod. "I need to find them, I can't let them die, not them as well." Tears started to form in his eyes.

"Honey, I need you to turn that frown upside down." She then lightly tapped on the sobbing raccoon's nose. "Boop." Usually this helped the kit like mammal that Jacob was but this was different. The wound was too deep this time.

"Mary, I don't know who to trust,or if I can trust anyone in the ZPD. This is much too difficult for me. I need your strength to help me carry on."

"Of course my dear. For you I will do anything." The Pawsons smiled at each other and started to lean in to each other. Their mouths started to open and pressed into each other. They started to kiss and enjoyed the little intimate time they had with each other.

6 hours later 22:30

He decided now was a good enough time to go. He pocketed his licence and his gun. The raccoon knew that he couldn't depend on back-up now so he may need to fight his way out if it hits the fan. He then grabbed his badge, he didn't know if it was going to be useful. As he holstered his M9, he heard Judy's phone ping. He looked at the message from 'Grumpy'.

"I'll be out of Mainland Zootopia for a while, soz"

He didn't know what to say to him but started to read the previous messages. "This is the CI, well I'll be damned." He just tapped the dot three times and sent it. He didn't have time to worry about that yet. Instead what he did was send that number to his burner phone. He was going to talk to the guy on his burner to avoid it being monitored. He didn't want to accidentally endanger his only source of information just yet.

Anyways now was the time to meet up with the Tundra Boss as he would recall, one Mr. Big. On one paw , he was extremely excited about this. He was going to meet an actual mafia boss and get to converse with them. But on the other paw, he knew what was at stake here. There was no time to mess about and he needed to find Judy.

He left and jumped into his car as quick as he could, closing the door on the way out. He drove at a reasonable pace to go under the radar and not be seen by most other mammals. He was hoping not to be pulled over but if he was he would explain that he wanted a long ride around the city after recent events. He didn't care right now though, he was told to go to the north eastern most point in tundra town. "Come on where are you?" He drove around and then found a large manor house that reached over a massive cliff. "That's how they ice mammals, makes sense." He drove up to the gate and was stopped by two large polar bears. "Here to see Big about something important." The two looked at each other then the left bear called Mr. Big.

"There is a raccoon here to see you." "Very well" He turns the phone off then looks at the raccoon. "You may enter." Pawson drove his car inside and parked it.

Another polar walked up and grabbed the raccoon by the shoulder . The two walked towards the arctic shrew that led all the bears. He was pushed into an office looking room , with a rug in the middle. The walls were a dark wood and on the side was a few pictures, ones of Fru-Fru and her family. One of them possessed the very rabbit Jacob sought to find. He looked at the picture intensely. 'I will find you and that is a promise. I won't let you die as well. I can't. ' Then he heard a door open but didn't react. "Hello, Mr Pawson, I understand that you have something important to discuss. Care to indulge us in the topic at hand?" Mr. Big stated in his small but intimidating voice. He noticed that the raccoon was staring at a picture that he left. He sighed , understanding that the raccoon was having some fursonal turmoil. "Child, you need to speak."

"Do you know what happened to her?" He answered in a monotone voice that inadvertently scared every mammal in the room including Big. He turned slowly with a blank expression. He stared into the shrew's eyes. "Do you?" Mr. Big shook his head. "Would you be able to help find her?"

"I believe that is what this is all about. This whole meeting. We can work together to achieve mutual goals."

"And what are those goals? Because we may not be on the same page here. I don't want any unexpected surprises later on."

"Those goals are to find my granddaughter's godmother and to stop the Laws of Nature."

"I'm willing to do whatever, but I don't want to be arrested for it. After the group is disbanded, we are no longer working together. What happens between us , stays between us."

"Of course, I would hate to lose another officer after today's events."

"Don't speak of them like that. They deserve respect, respect mammals like you understand and should give." Mr, Big started to fear where this was going. Pawson meticulously walked towards the arctic shrew. "If you wish to speak about those that have laid their life for a better future, add some weight to their names." He looked at the largest polar bear in the room, known as Koslov. As he did that, he stopped speaking.

"You speak as if you are confident or fearless. Only a fool or a crazy mammal wouldn't be scared. You don't seem to be either of them so why are you so confident."

"Who says I'm not crazy, I sat next to a feral fox multiple times a day for the past week. I've seen a lion's head get blown off, I've seen my friend get his neck snapped and I've seen another almost bleed out. I've also had to watch as my appointed leader blew up in a blaze of fire. I'm talking to a crime boss to help a friend that for all I know is already dead. At this point, maybe I am a bit crazy, but maybe..." He leaned in towards the arctic shrew, "I need a little crazy to do what I do." He laughed quietly. "So I'll ask again, who are you to say I'm not crazy?" The shrew stared into the raccoon's eyes and saw desperation, Big knew, the raccoon was going to be a good ally for now.

"The last mammal to try and threaten me by going up to my face was lucky enough to be able to walk free, why should you be allowed to walk free?"

"Because, I am Judy's best hope. You may have the numbers but I have the know-how." He was still surprisingly threatening. "And I know you want her back as much as I do, after all, she's family to you." Big froze for a second then started thinking. "I have the next few days off, only that short because as you know, five officers have been affected ,2 dead, 1 critical and two missing. Then the other three are of duty to recover from what has occurred."

"Why not just rest and come back later?"

Pawson raised his voice. "I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DEATH." He calmed down a bit. "I don't want to be responsible for their death." He stepped back a bit. "I can't have them die as well and if I sit and do nothing then I may as well just pull the trigger on them." He face was unchanged the entire time. "Does that answer your question?" Koslov started walking towards Pawson but he didn't react, instead he stared at the shrew.

Mr. Big raised his paw to stop the bear from coming any closer. He obliged and stepped back again. "You are very determined and insane to think this will work. I respect a mammal that will go to any length to save someone he cares about. I am willing to work with you but if I ever have reason to believe you are going behind my back to take me out, know that I will kill you."

"Couldn't have said it better myself, if you stab me in the back, I will take that knife and use it to slit your throat." Both parties were acting as seriously as possible and neither wanted to back out.

"Koslov, show our friend here some hospitality." Koslov nodded and walked up to the raccoon. He grabbed the raccoon's shoulder to which Pawson knocked the paw off and shook his head. "You can trust him, we are on the same side." Pawson then put his paw in front to show to lead the way. Koslov did so and the two walked to where Mr Big had in mind.

"Friend, you will need new tools. We have tools that you may need. " Koslov said halfway there. "You clearly don't have tools for yourself." He opened an empty bedroom then pulled a closet back. Behind the closet was a full armoury filled with lots of different weapons and tools. "You would be surprised with what we have here." The two walked in. "But I believe you need a better outfit." He pulls out a three piece suit and handed it over. "It is great for mammal like you, you will look nice like evening borscht or bar at night." He chuckled at the last part. "I will leave now, please come back to Mr. Big, he may want to speak to you still." Pawson nodded and the bear left.

"Okay ,Jake, what do you want?" He looked around and was impressed , mostly that they didn't have only guns. There was a lot, from trackers to drones to black hat signal jammers. "Aren't those like the newest of its kind? Wow." Before he did anything, he decided to change into the suit he was graciously given. After a couple minutes he put on the suit and tie. He didn't like how the tie felt. He removed the tie and left the blazer over his shoulder. He didn't want to wear the two things. He just wore the admittedly nice shirt with the top button undone. He then taken a few Black Hats and a drone. He almost didn't take a tracker but then taken a dozen. "Why did I almost miss these?"

He then turned to what he referred to as the fun section, where the guns were all placed. He checked out every single one. "Wow, that is a wide variety. An M249 SOWA, nah too big, but I do love it. I should probably start at the pistol section huh. "He walked to the end, where he saw a bunch of melee weapons, from axes to swords to stun sticks. "The stun stick is probably at an extreme voltage, so that's a no for non-lethal. I'll probably just take a bowie knife, good for opening up locked doors, kinda like a crowbar." He pocketed the knife, happy as one can be. He then moved on. "Hmm, low calibre pistols or high calibre pistols? I already have a low calibre pistol so I should probably grab a high calibre one. I'd need one that I can load rapidly and fire comfortably." His eyes scanned the entire wall until he found a Desert Eagle .50 "No way, that's here. I.. I, it's perfect." He takes it without hesitation and pockets it. "Finally ,a rifle. One that can be good for close or long range combat, as I'll never know what will happen. So that gets rid of shotguns , snipers , LMGs and LMGs would be dumb due to their size and weight. So carbines or assault rifles." He scanned the wall once again, hoping to see something that would tickle his fancy. He looked at the wall and found a Honey Badger with a red dot. "WOOOOW, that has an integrated suppressor and will have enough range to work at the distances I would need, it also has low recoil and good accuracy. Fairly reliable." He grabbed the rifle and slung it on his back. "Now to explain myself to everyone that asks, especially Thomas, I-I mean Bogo." He walked out, looking like he was ready a one mammal army. Before he left, he noticed a case and a bandolier. He took both and placed his weapons in the case for safe travel. He left the armoury and walked to the first room he spoke to anyone in.

"Mr. Pawson, you have returned. You seem to have been well taken care off by our hosts. You also look much better like that."

"This alliance is temporary, don't get used to me looking like this the whole time."

"What a shame, I hoped a great mammal like you would join my ranks."

"I'm just breaking a few eggs to make an omelette here. After all, sometimes the only way to be clean is to get dirty." He smiled and turned for the door.

"Find Judy and make sure she is safe. I hope we will be allies after this."

"I serve Justice and if Justice will be fair , it will be delivered by my paw. I will find her and Nick and they will be fine. That isn't a promise, it's a fact. "

"Good to see it was confidence."

Pawson stopped at the door. "We're not friends, we just have mutual goals." then he walked off. Then Koslov came swiftly walking behind.

"Wait, we will need to contact each other. Take this. Is phone with contact for me. Might be asked to deal with few problems with them." Pawson taken the phone and pocketed it.

"We may be speaking sooner than you expect." He said , knowing it will hit the fan very soon. He walked towards his car and as he was about to enter, he looked back. "No coming back from this." He climbed into his car and started to drive away, back to the comfort of his home. He looked at his attire. "Eh, prefer the hoodie and jeans. Maybe tomorrow, I'll wear joggers instead." He smiled to himself. When he looked at his trousers , he noticed his phone and remembered to contact that CI.

'Judy is missing, need help finding her and fox. Help?' What did it mean missing?

'Explain yourself, who are you? Why do you have number?'

'burner phone Judy's partner she left phone'

'How is she missing?'

'Well, she went missing after traitor was caught. Neva seen them. Mc spoke bout them tho, something about deepest pit in hell or something like that.'

'Don't know much about it but, they may not make it. We can only hope. I can't help right now and might be back too late.' 'Remember big wolf? Go to him bout this.'

"Hopefully, Fenrir will be good for this, unlike everyone else seemingly." He decided now was as good a time as any to go and pay a visit. Even if he doesn't see the wolf, he could go and practise with his newly acquired guns. "Wait, how does Big have so many guns when the Laws don't have that many? Something's not right there." He decided to make a mental note of that for later. He drove to the Rainforest District. He looked around with his excellent night vision. "God, I love not needing lights." He drove past the dense forestry and shrubbery before reaching that Factory. He left the phone he was given in the car and got changed before getting in. Although he liked the suit, it wasn't him. He much preferred the hoodie and jeans. He walked in with the case in hand and headed for Fenrir's office.

"Hey, we don't like random people entering our place as if they own it."

Using the same voice he used with the shrew, he replied, "And you shouldn't concern yourself with other mammal's business." The passer-by was slightly intimidated by the raccoon and decided it was best to do something before the situation got out of paw. Pawson expected this and grabbed his newly acquired knife and planted it on the stomach of the brave passer-by. "I told you already to leave me alone."

"Ya got balls, I like that." The passer-by smiled and let the raccoon go. "Fenrir's in there right now, so don't bother going to his office." He pointed towards the armoury and weapons smithing area.

Jacob walked on and entered the room. "I told everyone not to disturb me."

"I didn't get the message." The way that was delivered sent a shiver down the spine of both the wolf and the stoat quartermaster. "Besides, I don't want to be here longer than I have to."

Fenrir turned around with a smile. "You're that happy go lucky raccoon, what happened? Turned to the dark side?" He then stopped smiling. "Apologies, I'm aware of the situation. That is a lot of death for one mammal to handle. Especially one as inexperienced as you." He sighed. "You want help with finding the rabbit, Judy Laverne Hopps and her partner, no offence, Nicholas Piberius Wilde, right? And they have been taken to an underground fighting arena as forced combatants, however there is a twist in this one although , what the twist is I have no idea. Never been to one and I refuse to let any of my troops go to one. I know a few locations but you will need to search deep to find them if they are there. Also, be careful with how you approach them, the twist could be worse than you imagine."

"I will do whatever it takes to keep them alive."

"I can tell, you look like you're ready for war."

"It's starting to be one and Truth has already died. So Justice has to work a little harder now."

"They do say Truth is the first casualty of war." Pawson grunted in agreement. "How good are you in a fight?"

"I can hold my own thanks to the police training."

"Show me."Fenrir picked up his cane and swung it towards the raccoon. Pawson instinctively moved his weapon's case to block the hit. He then was about to grab his knife but decided against it to not deal permanent damage. Instead, he put his second paw on the briefcase and pushed forwards pushing the wolf back. He then pushed the case up bringing the cane up with it. He used that to kick the wolf in the stomach. "That will do. You are ready enough." He walked towards the raccoon."But next time don't hesitate. I could've killed you in that split-second of you grabbing your knife and you deciding not to. Also, you will need to learn to kill, if you want to save them." Pawson smiled and placed his case on the workbench, carefully enough to avoid anything there.

"I want you to quickly check these before I go. I don't know if they are tracked or not." Theo nodded and opened the case. Inside were all the weapons and gadgets he has picked out.

"Who did you find, James Bond?"

"No, it was our dear friend Mr. Big."

The wolf and stoat stared at each other for a second. "That's not good." They said to each other. "Ah'll check if they are tracked then ya can use them however ya like. Just gimme a few minutes." Pawson nodded.

"By the way, nice voice. Sent a shiver down my spine, where'd you pick it up from?"

"Television, I've been told I'm still a kit at heart." Pawson shrugged.

"Yeah, you are, but you may have broken a chain that holds every mammal back mentally. So, don't lose yourself, I've seen too many do that and go too far." Fenrir held his paw out to shake. "Don't be a stranger." Pawson taken it and shook firmly. "Good grip."

Pawson then turned to the stoat. "Sir, do you think it would be possible to harden the slide, so I can block or punch with it if necessary." The stoat looked confused for a second then nodded. He grabbed both pistols and started to work on them already.

"Come back tomorra and they'll be good." Stoatson grinned.

"Theo is gonna have a great night as you can tell now." Pawson chuckled. "It'll be on me this one time but next time out of your pocket." Pawson nodded then grabbed his case. "Here, a map of all possible locations, just know that these are rough estimates and you'll need to explore yourself a bit still."

"Thanks, this will be just what I need." Pawson grabbed the map hastily and looked at all the possible locations. "There's a lot of locations, this will be quite a long process." He looked at the 12 circles he saw on the map. "How did so many even get made? Did no-one ever notice or anything?" Fenrir just shrugged. "This is going to be a long week. I need too make a plan. Not many in the desert or in Tundra. Must be because they are such extreme weathers. Savannah has a few but Rainforest has the most. With all the forestry , I'm not surprised. Well, the hunt begins."

"Let me give you a hint. Start at Savannah, they'll probably be there since that would be the nearest places. No point in going any further. Not like any cop knows about it." The wolf said with a wink at the end.

"I need a drink."

"I thought you didn't drink." The wolf responded confused.

"I don't." the raccoon responded already exhausted. "Looking at what you given me there's 4 in the savannah so I should be able to find them in a week." He groaned. "But I can't go looking like my self."

"Need a mask?" Theo spoke up. Pawson nodded. Theo pulled out a balaclava and handed it over. "Just had a spare one so you can take it."

"Thanks." He rubbed his head while staring at the map. "This will be a loooong week. My girl's gonna kill me."

Fenrir and Stoatson chuckled, then Fenrir answered "Yeah, we wouldn't know anything about that."

Pawson rolled his eyes. "I'll be going now. Things to do." The two other mammals nodded and Fenrir saluted as a goodbye. Pawson left with his case and walked through the main atrium. Here a bear and a hyena stopped the raccoon.

"Whatcha got in there?"

"Nunya business." Pawson answered with a monotone voice that put fear in the hearts and minds of everyone else. The bear stepped back but the hyena laughed. The first mammal to not be intimidated by that voice

"What are you gonna do , little boy?"

"I'm not in the mood for this." Jacob tried to walk around the two mammals. The hyena blocked the raccoon and shook his head. "You really want to know? Even if it kills you?"

"If you have it, it can't be that bad." The hyena responded confidently as before. Pawson shook his head.

He raised his case and pointed it away from the hyena. He opened it and grabbed his rifle. Then he pulled it out and pointed it at the hyena. "There's something inside of this, wanna see it?" Pawson stated with a wide grin on his face. The hyena started to get worried, and shook his head. "What a shame, I thought you would say yes." He placed his Honey Badger back and lowered his case. Then he pulled his knife out and slowly but aggressively declared, "If you ask another time what is in the case, you will find you innards in there. You understand me?" The hyena nodded his head. Pawson now headed towards his car. Inside his car , he sat down and leaned back. "How in the world did I think to say that? That is horrible." He headbutted the top of the steering wheel. "It's all getting to me already. I need rest." He started his car and pulled out of the hidden parking area. He drove around meandering and avoiding his house for a while. He needed some fresh air and some wind in his fur.

He entered Savannah Central and drove around the city. He still had to explain this to Mary, how would she react to having all these things in the house. How would she react to so much criminal activity. "I hope she understands." He decided to park his car and walk up into the house. He opened the door quietly, trying to not alert his girlfriend of his position. He closed the door slowly and carefully. Then he walked quietly into the living room. As he was about to sit down , he saw Mary sitting there. Under his breath, he mumbled, "Uh oh."

"Where were you? I was worried sick, since you left your phone here." Jacob started to get nervous and sweat. "No staying silent, where did you go?"

"I drove around the city, and met up with a few mammals."

"What's in the case?"

"You really don't want to know."

"Oh I do want to know, Mr. Pawson, I really want to know. Because, I know how much of a kit you are, so I swear, if there is something tha-" Jacob opened the case and flipped it around. "Jacob, what on earth is this? It looks like you visited some secret spy movie set." He chuckled nervously and scratched the back of his head. "What mammals did you meet?"

"Well, since you asked so nicely, one of them was that giant wolf from before and the other was an arctic shrew from Tundra town." Hoping she wouldn't question who they were.

"Let me guess, Mr. Big." Mary responded with extreme amounts of sarcasm.

"H-how..? Y-yeah." Worried for his short term future.

"WHAT? I WAS JOKING. Sometimes I can't believe it." She turned around annoyed at the raccoon.

Pawson exhaled slowly and shakily. "Desperate times call for desperate measures?" He said with a wide but weak smile.

Mary sighed and turned around, seeing the kit like raccoon in front of her, "I can't stay mad at you , can I?"

"I hope not, or my next few days will be horrible."

"My big kit. I forgive you." Pawson smiled a it more and scratched the back of his head again. She walked up to him and kissed his cheek. "Now off to bed, it's late and you were outside." He looked at a clock and saw it was almost one o'clock in the morning. "Yeah, that's the time."

"Sorry, honey, I lost track of it." He felt quite stupid for his actions at this point.

Mary tiptoed and leaned in towards the raccoon's ear."I told you I forgive you, now hurry up, to bed, it was getting quite lonely on my own."

A/N: Now it is Jake's time to shine. I honestly felt I have just sidelined him as the recruit newbie that was stuck in his partner's shadow so now that his temporary partner is missing, he can actually start to spread his wings and grow on his own. Basically, it's a chance to see Mr. Pawson in action to show that he knows what he is doing as well.

Yeah, honestly expect these chapters a bit less often as I'm just tired from these migraines I've been getting.

Next part, I haven't decided if we will follow Jacob or Finnick yet but you will soon see.

Anyways, with all that being said, time for me to go, I wish you all the best and until next we meet. Goodbye.
