EL Tigre the new Adventures Season 2 Episode 20 – Off to Merry Town! Take down the red crow gang!

The sun rose over Miracle city on a cool morning. Buildings were getting repaired, creators were getting filled, and wrecked cars were getting towed away. Red crow banner that was shown Merqushio was taken down and ripped apart by the Miracle city police squad. Frida, Anita, and Carmela arrived at the hospital to see Nikita, who had a cut around her stomach from the second creature that attacked Miracle city.

"How are you doing sweetie?" Carmela asked taking a seat next to Nikita's bed.

"I'm doing fine. The wound hasn't fully healed…mostly when I try to moves it opens up a little." Nikita said looking at her stomach "Hopefully I can get out soon."

Frida smiled "Let's not try and rush things alright sis?" she said chuckling.

"Heh…yeah that's true…that thing came out of nowhere though." Nikita said gripping her sheets "If I was a little faster…"

"You have nothing to blame yourself for sis…" Anita said placing her hand on her sisters and smiling.

Nikita smiled "Where's dad?" she asked.

"He's at the president's office right now. He'll be here soon." Carmela said rubbing Nikita's cheek. Nikita smiled and nodded.

Frida looked at her mother and her two sisters. She sighed and looked at her hand. She remembered how she felt with she used her ki, It worn her out so quickly. She sighs and clasp her hands together looked at Nikita.

"Sis…" Frida whispered

"Hm?" Nikita looks at her

"Oh! Nothing," Frida said smiling and waving her hand.

Nikita smiles at her "Dad told me how you knocked that monster in the face." She said smiling happily at her. "You've gotten strong sis."

Frida looks at her a bit surprised. "Y-you think so?" she said looking at her.

"Yeah, you've been training so hard these past mounts, you've really improved!" Nikita said. Carmela looks at Frida and smiled. Anita lightly punches her on her shoulder playfully. Frida blushed a bit and smiled.

Frida blushed and rubs the back of her head "Thanks…" she whispered a bit embarrassed. "Thank you all so much…" she said in her head.

At President Rodriguez's office

Emiliano stood there and examines the piece of paper that was handed to him. He looked carefully at the paper reading it slowly.

SOS- Merry town- we are in need of help! We don't care who it is. We have been invaded by the red crow gang for mounts! And now we found of way to send off this message! Please this is the only time we can send this letter! HELP US!

"Hmm…" Emiliano laid down the paper and looked at President Rodriguez.

"We are in luck aren't we? Who would have guessed they'd be in merry town." President said staring at the letter.

"We are fools…to think we'd never…" Emiliano clenched his fist. "Well then…I think we already know what the mission right sir?"

President Rodriguez smiled "Of course…but we still have a problem…" he said staring at Emiliano. "Rodolfo, Puma loco, Cosmic Cleopatra, Seventh Samurai, Ryumaru, and other hero's are all active right now…"

"Then send me sir. I'll take care of this." Emiliano said seriously

President Rodriguez laughed "You seem pretty reckless today Emiliano…why do you think you can take on this mission with your police squadron?"

Emiliano gritted his teeth and sighed.

"This is going to take more than one person Emiliano you know that."

"Yes sir." Emiliano nodded.

"Besides…we'll need you stationed in Miracle city. Since most of the other hero's are currently vacant." President Rodriguez said looking at the SOS letter.

"So you're going to send them?" Emiliano said sighing.

"Of course, do you think it'll be too much for them?" President Rodriguez asked.

"It's not that sir…I know that Rivera, Dupree and there new friend, Ronnie is very strong it's just that…" Emiliano sat down on chair grasp his hand together "It's Frida…"

"Hmm?" President Rodriguez blinked a few times "You're daughter? She's very strong as well yes?" he asked.

"She's getting there yes…but she hasn't got the hang of stamina. I just want her to train a little more before she goes on dangerous missions such as this one." Emiliano explained.

"I'm sure Frida's ready for anything Emiliano."

Emiliano turned around. Manny and Marcus had entered the room. Marcus walked over to Emiliano and sat by him.

"You underestimate how strong Frida is! You have nothing to worry about sir. Besides if things do go wrong we got her back!" Marcus said smiling. "That or Manny would do it, since he's in love with her and stuff."

"AM NOT!" Manny shouted

"Or please it's written all over your face!"

Manny blushed and rubbed his head.

"Anyway, Emiliano you have nothing to worry about." Marcus said patting his back.

"Right!" Manny said nodding "You can count on us!"

Emiliano sighed and got to his feet. He turned to Manny and Marcus and said "I can…thank you. Please be careful." He said looking at the both of them. "I'll let the president fill you in on what to do. Good luck." And with that Emiliano left.

"Why do you always have to say that I like Frida! We are just friends!" Manny said glaring at Marcus.

"You further protesting can mean a lot of things." Marcus said looking at Manny. "What are you going to do for her on Valentine's Day?"

"Shut up!"

Manny and Marcus looked at President Rodriguez who was smiling at the both of them. Manny and Marcus looked at each other and chuckled nervously.

"Well here you go." President Rodriguez said passing them the SOS note.

Manny and Marcus looked at the note and read it.

"This is an SOS from Merry town?" Manny said reading it.

"And the red crow gangs there." Marcus said

"Indeed. They've seen the have the town in a lock down, and they've blocked pretty much all communication to anyone from help. This is the only letter that they could pass out." President Rodriguez explained

"Jeez…it's mob town all over again." Marcus said angrily "What are with these big shot gang lords always got to take over towns for?!"

"They want to feel powerful and stuff, it's the villain thing." Manny said shrugging.

President Rodriguez pulled open the drawer in his desk and pulled out a map then spread it across the table. "Here is the location to merry town. It's not far from Miracle city."

"That's good. Last time we did traveling it took us days to get there." Marcus said getting up from his seat and picking up the map. "Well manny, ready for another crazy life threatening mission?"

"Of course," Manny said laughing. And with that they both headed out of President Rodriguez's office.

Frida, Carmela and Anita left the hospital. Frida stood there and stretched. Out of the corner of her eyes she saw a green blur flying down the street.

"Ronnie?" Frida said looking down the street that she ran down. Ronnie ran back to frida instantly, she stood there smiling and raving.

"Hey Fri Fri!" Ronnie said smiling happily.

"Hey Ronnie, what are you up too?" Frida asked.

"Just running around Miracle city seeing if anyone is doing any bad stuff, what about you?" Ronnie asked.

"Just go through seeing my sister Nikita. Oh and this is my mom and my other sis." Frida said introducing them.

"Hi!" Ronnie said waving.

"It's nice to meet you Ronnie." Carmela said smiling "So you're the one who came to my daughter's rescue. Thank you so much!"

"Aww shucks…it was no problem." Ronnie said rubbing her arm and blushing.

"Well Frida, I'm taking Anita home. I'll see you soon dear." Carmela said as she got in the car with Anita and left off.

"I just realize something. You have twin sisters!" Ronnie said looking at Frida dumbfounded.

"Your now just realized that?" Frida said giggling.

"Well I didn't pay too much attention to it when I saw them last night. That and there was an ugly monster attacking!" Ronnie said putting her hands on her hips.

"Ok ok I get Ronnie." Frida said smiling.

"Thank you." Ronnie said nodding "So what are we going to do about these red crow guy's?"

"Well my dad is at the president's office now. We probably have to go on a mission." Frida said.

"Like the one Manny and Marcus went on? Can I go?" Ronnie asked.

"Of course you can! We're all a team after all!" Frida said smiling happily.

"AWW FRI FIR!" Ronnie wrapped her arms around Frida and hugged her.

"heheh jeez Ronnie!" Frida said hugging her back tightly.

"Hey! How come I don't get hugs like that?" Said Marcus followed along by Manny.

"Well maybe if you were such a big pervert then maybe you would get hugs." Frida said narrowing her eyes at Marcus.

"Yeah, Pervert!" Ronnie said sticking her tong out at Marcus.

"Wow ladies man, the girls are really crazy about you." Manny said smirking with his arms crossed.

"Oh shut it. Anyway it's time for us to head out guys. We got a job to do!" Marcus said showing them the map to merry town.

"So that's where they are huh?" Frida said looking at the map.

"Yup…and it's pretty much up to us to find them and kick the red crow gang's asses, you in Frida?" Manny asked.

"Of course I am!" Frida said smirking

"AND SO AM I!" Ronnie said shooting her fist in the air.

"Well alright then. Let's get our stuff packed and head out!" Marcus said grinning.

"RIGHT!" The three of them said. They all went to their homes and packed all they needed for the trip.

…

Frida and Ronnie were already at the gate. Ronnie had a large backpack with pots and pans sticking out of it. Frida looked at the backpack and chuckled.

"Don't you think you over packed a little Ronnie?" Frida asked.

"No, why do you ask?" Ronnie said looking at Frida confused.

"No reason." Frida said giggling. "Jeez where are those two, they should have been here by now."

"There probably getting there makeup on." Ronnie said chuckling.

"Yeah, their lipstick and eyeliner," Frida said giggling. Ronnie and Frida started laughing and giggling while picturing Manny and Marcus in dresses and faces full of makeup.

"What the heck are you two laughing about?" Manny asked coming walking up to the gate followed by Marcus.

"Ooooh nothing," Ronnie said innocently.

"Anyway…" Marcus said suspiciously "You all ready for this?"

"Yeah!" Frida said nodding.

"Let's do this!" Ronnie said slamming her fist into her palm.

"Let's kick these guy's butts!" Manny said grinning.

"Alright then…Off to Merry town!" Marcus said smiling. They all turned away from Miracle city and continued down the path to merry town.

…

It was scorching hot. The sun was beaming down on Manny, Marcus, frida and Ronnie. Manny stood there sweating and panting; Frida was fanning her face with paper fan that she made. Marcus was walking normally but looking rather angry and irritated and Ronnie was smiling walking happily as if the heat wasn't bothering her at all.

"Are we there yet?" Manny asked exhausted

"No." Marcus said simply.

"It feels like we've been walking forever…why do these towns have to be so far?" Frida said wiping her head.

"Don't worry guy's we'll be there soon!" Ronnie said happily.

"Isn't this heat bothering you Ronnie?" Frida asked curious.

"Ehh not really, I'm more of a summer person so I don't mind it." Ronnie responded.

"Are we there yet?" Manny asked again.

"No." Marcus responded a little louder.

"Next time we try and get a ride." Frida said sighing.

"Nope, going to places that are taken over like merry town, we'd probably get blown to bits by scouts." Ronnie said happily.

"Well damn…" Frida said disappointedly.

"Are we there yet?" Manny asked yet again.

"NO WE ARE NOT!" Marcus shouted with fire coming off his body.

The three of them stood there and stared at Marcus. Ronnie hid behind frida and then peeked over her shoulders.

"Jeez Marcus is the heat aggravating you or something?" Manny asked looking at Marcus droopy eyed.

"For someone who's uses art of fire the heat shouldn't get you." Frida said looking at Marcus a bit surprised

"Or maybe the heat gives him so much power he'll turn into a fire monster and he'll burn us all to ash." Ronnie said smiling.

"That wouldn't be nice." Manny said sadly

Marcus sighed and turned around. His eyes widened. "LOOK!" he pointed at large town with sigh that said merry town.

"W-We made it!" Manny said smiling "WATER!" he dashed off ahead of everyone.

"DAMN IT MANNY HOLD ON WE CAN"T JUST RUN IN THERE!" Marcus said running after them.

"Ugh…those two are so reckless…" Frida said rubbing her head. "Ronnie?" she turned around seeing Ronnie wasn't there, she looked forward seeing Ronnie down to the gates of merry town with her hands flaring in the air.

"I guess heat can do a lot of things to people…" Frida said sighing.

A girl with long brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a long blue dress passed by the gate, she turned to right and gasp. "Oh my goodness!" she said breathless. She looked down on the ground seeing Manny and Marcus lying on the ground, their bodies nearly dried up.

"Wow…" Ronnie said poking Marcus in the head with a stick "I think there dead!" she said giggling.

"These idiots…" Frida said finally catching up with them. She looked at the women with brown hair. She smiled and waved "uh hello…do you have any food or water?"

"Umm…" the brown hair women said looking at all of them. "Yes…follow me."

Later on

Manny, Marcus and Ronnie drunk over 12 bottles of water, the three of them then turned to the food and started eating quickly.

"You all must have really traveled far." The brown haired women said staring at them.

"Yeah," Frida said nodding and sipping her water. "Thanks for the food and water, you're a life saver!"

The brown haired women nods "It's no problem at all." He said smiling.

"My names Frida Suarez," Frida said smiling

"Manny Rivera!" Manny said slowly a bunch of food.

Ronnie was gulping down a bucket of water and gasp wiping her mouth "I'm Ronnie!"

Marcus gets to his feet, he walks over to the brown haired girl and kneels down on knee and takes the brown haired girls hand smiles at her warmly

"I'm Marcus Dupree, you're guardian knight, and the one that will protect you from any harm." He said with his eyes glittering.

"Oh my…" she said blushing.

Frida kicks Marcus in the back of the head knocking him to the ground.

"Sorry about him…" Frida said putting her foot on Marcus face.

She giggles "It's no problem at all. My name is Miranda dean, it's a pleasure to meet you all." She said smiling. "So if I may ask, where did you all travel from?"

"Miracle city," Manny said wiping his mouth with a napkin. "We're answering an SOS message that was sent to president."

Miranda gasps and quickly gets out of her chair. 'Y-You got it!?" she said looking at them.

"Were you the one that sent the letter?" Marcus asked looking at her.

"Yes…thank god! Someone got it!" Miranda said coming to tears "I thought it wouldn't make it anywhere…"

"Hey don't worry; we're all here to help." Frida said rubbing her back

"Thank you…thank you so much…" Miranda said smiling.

Manny looked outside. The people that were in town were acting normal. They didn't seem worried nor afraid or miserable. Not to mention, there were no members of the red crow gang anywhere.

"Are they deeper in town?" Manny asked turning to Miranda. "I don't see any of them anywhere around here."

"There are days where they don't bother coming out at all. They have this hideout but I don't know where they are…" Miranda explained.

"I see…" Marcus said staring at a painting on the wall. "Well, we should all get to looking around huh? We don't want to waste any time."

"Right," Manny said as he was about to transform into EL Tigre but Marcus stopped him.

"Whoa hold on Manny, just stay normal for a bit. Who knows who could be out there lurking, for all we know they could have scouts around town. We aren't just dealing with some random gag here. Let's all stay hidden." Marcus said looking at everyone.

Frida and Ronnie nods.

"Are you going to be ok on your own?" Ronnie asked Miranda.

Miranda nods "Yes, no need to worry about me I'll be fine." She smiled.

"Alright," Frida said getting off her seat and heading for the door. "We'll be back soon. See ya!"

The four of them walked out the house and headed into opposite directions into town

Miranda suddenly became dark around the face. She clinched her dress and got to her feet and walked over to the painting

"My my…that Marcus boy is pretty sharp…do you think he knows?" the paining said chuckling.

"I-I don't know…" Miranda whispered

"Hmmm oh well it won't matter." The painting suddenly began to bubble. And out the paining in liquid form came Merqushio, stepping on to the floor suddenly becoming his normal flesh form and smirks.

"Oh what's wrong? You seem so gloomy." Merqushio said holding her head up using his finger. "Let's see that pretty smile."

Miranda slaps his hand away and glares at him "I did my part…where's my uncle?!" she demanded to know.

"You're uncle?" Merqushio said raising an eyebrow

"Don't play stupid! Where is he! You said if I get them to come here you'll let my uncle go now tell me where is he?!"

Merqushio simply laughed "Your part isn't done yet little girl!" he said grabbing her by her neck. Miranda winced and held her hand around his wrist.

"Once they come back, you lure them to the abandoned ware house. Got that?"

Miranda grits her teeth and nods

"Good." He throws her to the ground "I'll be waiting." His body turns into paint and it goes into painting that was hung on the wall. "Don't betray me…I'll know."

Miranda sits on the ground with tears coming from her eyes. "Damn it…" she whispered.

…

The four of them hand returned around evening time. They all sat around the couches that were in the living room and sighed.

"This is strange." Frida said crossing her arms and lying back on the couch. "Not a single red crow member or any signs of them."

"And no one in town wants to say anything about it." Manny said

"They must have done something to the town's folk…that's the only thing." Ronnie said drinking some water.

Marcus didn't say anything. He leaned on the wall with his eyes closed.

"Hey, where's Miranda?" Frida said looking around.

"Oh…you all are back." Miranda said coming from upstairs. "Welcome back…"

"Is everything alright?" Frida asked.

"Uh…I have something to tell you all…it's about the red crow gang." Miranda whispered.

"It is?! You found something out?!" Manny said hopping to his feet.

"Y-yes…I saw one of them head into abandoned ware house…follow me I'll take you too it."

"Alright, all this searching is going to pay off!" Ronnie said smiling. Miranda walked by Marcus. For a split second they met eyes and Miranda quickly as possible looked away.

They all followed Miranda out the house and down a small hill. An owl could be heard hooting in the forest followed by flaps of bats and rustles of small animals walking on leaves.

"Jeez...this is giving the chills a bit." Frida said rubbing her shoulders.

"How come we never thought to look down this way?" Manny said scratching his head. Manny turned around and looked at Marcus. "Dude you've been quite for a while…you ok?"

Marcus looked at him. He didn't say anything but made eye movement. Manny blinked a few times and turned away.

Miranda stopped "There…" she pointed at the large brown building. It looked incredibly old. Windows were dirty and some were cracked. The large door that was in the front of was halfway opened.

"Ok…" Frida said turning to Manny, Marcus and Ronnie "how should we do this?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Marcus said walking up to the house with his sword out. "We bust down the door, kick everyone's ass, make them tell us where the leader is and be done with this mission."

"Ok first off that's such a reckless plan, and second Whisper! Someone could be around!" Frida said whisper yelling.

Manny looked at Miranda who was holding her hands together tightly and keeps staring at her feet.

"You ok?" Manny asked

Miranda nods "just nervous is all…" she whispered.

Marcus looked at her and looks at the house. "Let's go!" he charged forward.

"Right!" Manny spins his belt transforming into EL Tigre and followed Marcus.

"Well so much for a plan!" Ronnie puts her ring on her finger, transforming into her outfit and speeds ahead.

"Ugh…for once I would like to do something smart and surprising." Frida sighs and follows.

Miranda slowly followed shaking in fear.

Marcus kicked down the door and ran it. His eyes scanned the area. Every wall space on the wall was covered in paint and old paintings of people that looked like they were from the early 1900s, that and the floor was splattered with blotches off different colors.

"What the hell?" Manny said looking around.

"Wow…someone has some style!" Ronnie said looking at the blotches

Frida walked in and looked around "Where…do you think they are?" she whispered. Frida turned around seeing Miranda standing there with her head down. She turns around closing the huge doors and locking it.

"M-Miranda what are you doing?!" Frida shouted.

Miranda looked up at the four of them with tears in her eyes. "I'm so sorry!" she screamed "I'M SORRY!"

"Ahahahahah! Nice job Miranda darling! I shall paint an excellent portrait of you!"

The floor below them slowly turned watery. The pain suddenly turned into clay, and it wrapped around Manny, Marcus, Frida and Ronnie's body's trapping them as it hardened.

Merqushio appeared out of a blotch that was on the wall and walked over to them. His paint covered face had a wide grin.

"Hello there, it's nice to see you all again…except for the blue hair girl, it's nice to meet you." Merqushio said bowing.

"What the hell is going on?!" Frida said struggling to get free.

"You've been trapped in my clay…good luck trying to break out of it…and also." He holds up his hands. "Welcome to my world of art! Isn't it magnificent?"

"It sucks." Ronnie said with a straight face

"Yeah…0/10," Manny said nodding.

Merqushio flinched and clenches his hands "You insolent little bastards! HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY ART?"

"MERQUSHIO!" Miranda screamed. Merqushio looked at Miranda. Miranda was red around the face with tears streaming down her cheeks. Manny, Marcus, Frida and Ronnie looked at her.

"Where's my uncle?" Miranda asked with her voice cracking.

"Oh yes…that's right." Merqushio said tilting his finger making a blob of paint come over to him with a picture frame with a painting in it. "Well…here he is."

Everyone's eyes widened. There on the portrait, was man with light brown hair, wrinkles around his face and eyes. His face expression was shock and horror.

"So that's why…" Frida whispered and glared at Merqushio.

"You bastard…" Marcus whispered

"You're nothing more than a coward!" Manny shouted. "Holding someone's family as hostage and force them to do dirty work! I hate people like you!"

"it doesn't matter what you hate…I'm going to kill all of you hear right now…" Merqushio said smirking at the four of them "And oh…Miranda…" he walked over to her.

Miranda took a few steps and back in fear

"When I said I was going to make a wonderful painting of you…I meant what I said." Merqushio smirked and held his hand to her neck.

Fire erupted from behind Merqushio. The second Merqushio turned around he was hit by a flaming fist and was sent hurdling to his left and bouncing off the ground into a wall.

"You scumbag…" Marcus said. his voice full of anger. "Laying your nasty hands on her…I'll kill you!"

Marcus turned around drawing out his sword and cutting Manny, Frida and Ronnie out of the clay. Frida ran over to Miranda and kneeled down to her.

"Miranda, are you ok?" Frida asked worried. Miranda sat against the wall clutching the portrait of her uncle.

"I…I'm sorry…I never meant to deceive any of you I just…I…" Miranda was sobbing with tears rushing down her cheeks.

"Hey…you have nothing to worry about." Manny said looking at her "We understand."

Miranda looked up at everyone. The four of them smiled at her. She wiped her eyes and smiled back nodding "Thank you all…thank you all so much…" she whispered.

"To be honest it was pretty obvious. That painting that was on the wall in your house. I could sense that bastard right there. What an idiot thinking I wouldn't notice." Marcus said shaking his head.

"WHAT?! You knew?! Why, didn't you say anything when we left the house then?!" Frida shouted at Marcus.

"Eh you didn't need to know." Marcus said picking his ear with his pinkie. Frida slaps Marcus in the back of the head knocking him to the ground.

"OW! DAMN IT FRIDA STOP HITTING ME!" Marcus shouted at Frida glaring up at her.

"WELL STOP BEING A MARON THEN AND I WON"T HAFE TO!" FRida shouted back at Marcus

Manny and Ronnie were laughing in the background.

"You all are so funny…" Merqushio said who spit blood out of his mouth on the ground. Everyone turned to him and glared. Merqushio rubbed his jaw and pops his neck.

"So very funny…ha ha ha…"

"For someone who looks like a little shrimp you sure can take a punch." Marcus said smirking.

"Don't judge me by my appearance…it will be the death of you all." Merqushio said taking out his paint brush.

"Miranda," Manny said turning to her. Miranda looked up at Manny, clutching her portrait of her uncle tightly. Manny smiled at her "Don't worry…will free your uncle…and kick these red crow jerks out of your town!"

"Right!" Frida said nodding and smiling.

Ronnie smirked while stretching "This will be over in a flash." She said giving the thumbs up.

"You know something "artist" "Marcus said cracking his knuckles and smirking "You made a bad decision looking us in here with you. Now there's nowhere for you to run."

Merqushio laughed "Who said anything about me wanting to run…" he held up his paint brush that was dripping with red paint.

"It's you all that will be begging for mercy!"

The fight against the first member of the red crow gang begins!
