A/N so by the time this chapter is released it will be 2018. I told myself something around the beginning of 2017 but I think I said it on a chapter of EL Tigre the new adventures that I said that 2017 was the year of EL Tigre the new adventures. I didn't really live up that promise so well, as for my chapter releases were awfully slow. Oh, and I would also like to say thank you to all who's been reading on up till now, thank you to all who's skimmed through chapters or read a little bit of it, thank to all who's favorite and followed this story. I'm saying all of this because it has been 5 years since I posted this story. Back in November 21st of 2013 I decided to finally post this story. Around that time I never fully thought out the story of where things were going but due to some of the reviews I got it kept me going. It was also thanks to this story that I got back into writing after I stopped doing it around the time I was middle school. I even met someone who I can call I close friend. This story has awoken a passion that I have made stronger over the years. And again, I want to say thank you to the readers. Love it or hate it, thank you very much. Let's hope…let's hope that 2018 will be a better year. With that out the way here is chapter 66 of EL Tigre the new adventures.

EL Tigre the New Adventures Season 2 Episode 43 – Reunited

It had been a year since Diego (AKA Dr. Chipotle Jr.) had left Miracle city. It was weird being away from the city he had grown up in for so long. He was now hiding out along with a villain, well to Diego he was more than a villain, Tetsuo Aragaki somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Diego didn't know what he was. He turned around and looked over at Tetsuo. Tetsuo was sitting at his desk tampering with something he, Diego, didn't know what he was messing with. Tetsuo was so far, looking ok, and getting well. A few months ago he looked like he was dying and rotting away. But now, he was looking like he was when he first met him. Sometimes Diego would think "Did I make the right choice? Should I have stayed at Miracle city? Does my father miss me? Or…how was Sergio doing?" Diego let out a small sigh when he thought about Sergio. He felt completely bad. He didn't even get to say goodbye to the only friend he ever had in Miracle city. Diego was sure that Sergio felt the same way.

Diego jumped when he heard Tetsuo let out one those weird and mischievous laughs. He turned around to see what he was laughing about, only to see that Tetsuo picked up a scalpel and cut the palm of his hand. Blood oozed out of his hand, and Diego shivered at the sight but then his right eye widen when he saw the blood trickle back inside the cut, and his wound completely healed.

"Peerfect…" Tetsuo said in smooth tone.

"ehh…" Diego groaned

Tetsuo turned around and looked at Diego. Diego gulps and looks away. Tetsuo chuckles deviously and grins. Diego hated when he did that, especially when Tetsuo was busy tampering with things. Again he started to think, just what in the hell happened to Tetsuo? How did he get like this? How did he have this regenerating state? He's been living with Tetsuo in his hide out for over a year. You would think that being with someone for over a year, you would sort of warm up to them a bit. But with Tetsuo it was different case. Of course Diego and Tetsuo have had pretty decent conversations over course of time he's been with him. But sometimes Diego found it hard to get use to being around him. Tetsuo was an odd and very suspicious person. There's only a level of creepiness that Diego could handle at times. He was especially nervous about asking Tetsuo about his past. But, Diego decided to take a risk and ask anyway.

"Umm Mr. Aragaki…" Diego said in hesitant voice.

Tetsuo immediately paused at what he was doing and he turns around to face Diego. "You don't have to call me Mr. Just call me by my first name." he said softly.

"Oh ok, sorry umm. Tetsuo, can I ask you something."

"What is it?"

"What are you? I mean…you're practically immortal. How did you become what you are now?"

Tetsuo chuckles "its long story." He said lying back on his rolling chair. "I think about that day all the time, Ohhh the memories."

"You mean how you got your powers?" Diego said staring at Tetsuo.

"Yup," Tetsuo nods "It was back in Washington, during the time where it was the worst place to live. It was worse than Miracle city at the time."

"Wait…you're from Washington? I thought you were fro-"

"Japan? Oh yes I am from Japan. But I moved from Japan to Washington because of how fascinated I was with all the conflict that was going on in DC at the time." Tetsuo responded.

"Oh I see. So tell me." Diego asked eagerly "how did you get your powers?"

"Ok ok I'll tell you." Tetsuo said "Back in Washington there was a war that was breaking out between the four dons, or as some say the four factions. These factions had more power than the authority itself. One of the leaders of the factions wanted power over all of Washington. And the faction that I was in was the south faction. You see, our odds against these factions were pretty slim. We needed more power at this time. So I went to a scientist who had what he called a parasite that could make someone an unstoppable force unable to be defeated." Tetsuo scoffs "It's obvious that he was half right." Tetsuo said thinking about his defeat at the hands of Rodolfo a year ago. "But anyway, the scientist needed a test subject so I volunteered to be one. And oh man, I'll never forget the pain I felt when the parasite entered my body. It felt like all my nerves and muscles were being ripped apart." Tetsuo shivered a bit remembering "But it was worth it…" Tetsuo held up his hand. And in a split second, his entire fingers transformed into 14inch blades.

Diego's jumped back at the sight. But his fear would quickly leave him as he walked forward and examined Tetsuo's hand closely. "Incredible…" Diego whispered

Tetsuo's hand then went back to its normal state "I've also noticed that thanks to this parasite my ageing has completely stopped. I've been 23 for about six or seven years now." He said looking at his hand.

"So how did you learn about the devil summoning stuff?" Diego asked

"Oh that," Tetsuo said rolling his eyes at the thought of his devil summoning ability's "It was something I just wanted to mess around with. I'm a complete armature at that stuff. I honestly don't want to do it anymore."

"I see…" Diego said staring at Tetsuo.

"Is that all you wanted to know?" Tetsuo asked

"Uhhh…" Diego started to think. He wanted to ask Tetsuo a couple of more questions about his life in Japan. But wouldn't that be a bit too personal? Or ask why Tetsuo did some of things he did. But Diego thought, wouldn't that be asking too many questions about his personal life. But he had to know "Tetsuo. Why, why do you kill?"

Tetsuo stared at Diego. Diego gulps. Tetsuo's blank stare made Diego's heart race a bit. Tetsuo smiles and chuckles, and then looks up at the ceiling.

"Diego, as my student I want to tell you something." Tetsuo said slowly. "No one is ever born a bad person. No one ever just changes into some sick and twisted individual. Some people on this planet were born as happy as ever, full of nothing but good, and positivity. We all had dreams; we all had ambitions to do things to help people." Tetsuo intertwines his fingers together "But when you get older…you meet people who just want to make your life a living hell…no matter what you did…" Tetsuo's voice went from gentle, to sounding furious and full of hate. "They take everything away from you…everything…"

Diego looked at Tetsuo. Tetsuo stared down at his hands. Tetsuo separated his hands and looked at them. Tetsuo had seemed to be in a daze as if he was remembering something.

Tetsuo closes his eyes and takes a deep breath in from his nose, and exhales. Diego then at that point decided that he would not explore into Tetsuo's past anymore.

"Is there anything else you want to ask little one?" Tetsuo said looking over at Diego with now a pretty irritated look.

"No no no no that's all I wanted to know." Diego said quickly. "Umm I'll go to my room now!" he said quickly getting off the couch and running to his room, closing the door behind him.

Diego lets out a small sigh of relief. For a second there, he thought he was surely going to be killed by Tetsuo. He sighs once more and walks over to his desk. His desk was full of equipment that Tetsuo helped him build, from, small little robots, to large nanobots, and weapons. Even though Tetsuo was weird, psychotic, and extremely evil (And that was coming from someone who is pretty much the same in a way) but Diego had to admit that Tetsuo is a genius. He's built and made things that Diego has never even seen before. Or even thought was possible.

He's made creatures come to life, but sadly once he did bring them to life they died right away. He's helped Diego in making new and stronger robots; Robots with great intelligence and better material, which Diego has no idea where he's getting all of this. That's also one question that Diego wanted to ask Tetsuo but he ended up asking him more about his life and how he became what he is now.

Diego started to think about Sergio. The more he thought about him the sadder he became. So much was going on in Miracle city a year ago that he didn't have time to think.

Diego just wanted to see Sergio. Or at least talk to him.

That's when it suddenly came to Diego. He remembers that he had built a communicator that only contacts Sergio. He quickly gets to his feet and runs over to the closet and rummages through his belongings.

"Blast it where is it? Did I forget it?! Where did I pu-oh that's right!" Diego said smacking his head "it's in my cybernetic arm…"

Diego holds out his cybernetic arm and a communication system pops out. He dials in a few commandments and beeping sound could be heard coming from his cybernetic arm.

"Come on. Pick up Sergio please…" Diego whispered.

The call then goes through

"Wait? Could this be? Diego is that you?" Said a heavy Italian accent

"S-Sergio…it's me Diego!" Diego said happily.

"DIEGO, oh my goodness it really is you!" Sergio cried

"Sergio it's so good to see you! I'm so sorry I haven't contacted you and I'm so sorry that I didn't say anything! So much happened and so much was going on and I wasn't thinking and I…i…Sergio I'm just so sorry!" Diego said. His voice was cracking up through his whole apology and he felt his organic eye watering.

"Diego its fine it's fine. I'm just so glad that you're ok! I thought something had happened to you! I…I honestly thought that you were…well I thought that you were dead…" Sergio said sadly.

Diego shook his head no "No I'm fine…I'm doing ok." He said wiping his right eye.

"Where are you? Where did you go?" Sergio asked

Diego had filled Sergio in on everything that happened. How he went off with Tetsuo and where they're currently at as of now.

"I see. Isn't Tetsuo the man that tried to destroy Miracle city? Isn't he also the person who is this psychotic killer?" Sergio asked a bit worriedly. "Why are with him?"

Diego rubs the back of his neck "Well…he's a very smart person. I mean very smart. He's taught me so much new things and introduced me to new options with science and technology that I've never seen before. He's a genius and…well…" Diego didn't want to bring up that he felt his father didn't care for him at all. He felt so left out and neglected from his father that Diego thought he wasn't wanted anymore.

"He promised me that he would make me better. So I went with him." Diego said deciding not to bring up his father.

"I'm just worried he'll hurt you is all." Sergio said. Diego could hear the worry in his voice.

"Well to be honest Tetsuo really isn't THAT bad. He treats me well. He's easy to talk to…well sometimes at least. He's not mean or anything." Diego explained.

"That's good to know." Sergio said letting out a sigh of relief.

"So what's been happening in Miracle city?" Diego asked curiously.

"Well, there was this girl who apparently that took the whole city hostage. Saying that there were bombs placed in certain spots. But most of it was a bluff. And well El Tigre and his gang of friends stopped her."

"What Gang of friends? I thought it was just El Tigre, Frida and that pyromaniac boy."

"Well from what I've seen there are now three more of them. One of them is speed girl. That one girl with the afro that was in that fake tournament, and some new kid who likes to kick a lot like White pantera."

"I see. So some new faces huh…" Diego said

Sergio then suddenly remembers. "Oh Diego, your father…he's actually looking for you."

Diego felt his heart stop for moment. He clenches his right hand and he sighed.

"Is that so…" Diego whispered softly

"So…that's pretty much that." Sergio said staring to regret bringing up Diego's father.

Diego sighs "I really want to see you Sergio…" He said sincerely

"Me too…" Sergio said "Can't you come back…at least just this once?"

Diego was about to say he didn't know if he could. But could he? Would Tetsuo allow him to go back to Miracle city? I'm sure he would probably say no. But it wouldn't hurt to try.

"Well…I could ask him." Diego said scratching his head

"Do you think he will say yes?" Sergio said excitedly

"I hope! I'll…I'll go ask him now." Diego said. Sergio nods. Then Diego turns off the communicator. He hops to his feet and opens the door to his room, then heads into the living room. There he saw Tetsuo messing around with his revolver.

Tetsuo looked over at Diego "Sorry if I scared you earlier." Tetsuo said looking back at his gun. "I just tend to…not…well…think too much on negative things in my life…"

"Oh it's ok…" Diego said scratching his cheek.

"I didn't mean to make you tuck your tail behind your legs and make ya run." Tetsuo snickers.

"HEY!" Diego shots

"I'm just messing with you Diego." Tetsuo said chuckling

Diego sighs and walks over to Tetsuo. "Tetsuo…I have something to ask you…" He said taking a deep breath.

Tetsuo looks at Diego.

"I…I recently spoke to Sergio…"

"Who's that?" Tetsuo asked

"He's my best friend from Miracle city and…I never really got a chance to say goodbye to him…" Diego said sadly.

"Is that so?" Tetsuo said as started to reload his gun.

Diego looks at the revolver. He gulps silently and clears his throat. "Umm…" he began "Tetsuo…I…I was thinking that…I uhh…"

"You seem so tense Diego…you should relax." Tetsuo said gently as he snaps the cartridge holder back into the gun. That sound caused Diego to flinch slightly. "Now what is it that you're trying to ask?"

"I WANT TO SEE SERGIO!" Diego screamed at the top of his lungs. He quickly places his hand over his mouth and then stares at Tetsuo.

Tetsuo places the revolver down on his desk and gets to his feet. Diego at this point, felt as though this would be his last moments. His hand was still over his mouth, holding in the groans of fear. His legs started to shake and he could feel some tears form in his eye.

"Am I that scary to you Diego?" Tetsuo asked looking down at Diego.

Diego couldn't answer. He couldn't even form any words because of how full of fear he was.

"Well?" Tetsuo reaches over to Diego and pulls away his hand from his mouth.

"Y-Yes…" Diego stuttered

"You've been with me for a year. And you're now just telling me this?" Tetsuo said taken a back.

"I…I…" Diego didn't know how to respond at all.

"Do you think I'm going to harm you Diego?" Tetsuo said, sitting back down on his seat.

"I honestly don't know if you will or not…" Diego said still shaking in fear.

"No. I won't. I will not harm my little student. Nor will ever kill you. Diego, I don't kill because I want to, I don't kill random people I see because I feel like it. I have my reasons for things that I do. Some people will never understand that. But…hopefully you will…" Tetsuo said examining his gun.

"I…I see…" Diego said as he slowly started to calm down

"Another thing I want you to know is that you don't have to ask me for permission to do everything. If you want to go see your friend, go see him."

Diego felt his heart skip a beat. "I can?" He said excited.

"Of course, I won't stop you from seeing someone you care about, or has brought happiness to your life." Tetsuo said. To Diego, he sounded so calm…and kind.

"Tetsuo…thank you so much!" Diego said, sounding as if he was about to cry.

"But let me ask you this." Tetsuo said staring Diego right in his eyes. "When you return to Miracle city, are you going to turn on me?" His voice sounded serious and very threatening

Diego paused for a moment "N-No Of course not! I wouldn't do such a thing!"

"That's all I wanted to know." Tetsuo's voice went back to normal "Apologies…I have trust issues is all…"

"I won't turn on you. I'm just going to go see Sergio. I might spend some time hanging out with him…but I'll be back of course."

"That's fine…" Tetsuo said

Diego hurried into his room and contacted Sergio. Sergio then answers the call.

"So? Did he say yes?" Sergio asked timidly

"YES HE DID! I'll be on my way back to Miracle city soon!" Diego said excitedly

"HOORAY!" Sergio said sounding as happy as ever.

"I'm going to get ready! I can't wait to finally see you Sergio!"

"Same to you Diego, miracle city hasn't been the same for me when you when you left."

"Again I'm sorry Sergio. I'll tell you about all the stuff I learned when I see you!" Diego said with a smile.

"Ok! Meet me at my home when you arrive!"

"I will! I'll be there tomorrow."

…

Morning rolled around and Diego was fully dressed in his disguise. He walked into the living room where Tetsuo was nowhere to be seen. Diego scratched the top of his head wondering where he could be till he remembered he could be downstairs in his laboratory. Diego hurried over to stairs that lead downstairs. Diego walks over to the door to his laboratory and knocks on it.

"Tetsuo, I'm leaving. I just wanted to let you know." Diego said

Tetsuo opens the door slightly and stares at him. He snickers a bit.

"What?" Diego asked confused

"That's a cute disguise." Tetsuo replied with a grin

Diego growls and walks up the stairs irritated

"Hey wait a second, come back."

Diego turns around looks at Tetsuo. "What?" he said a bit annoyed

Tetsuo sticks a roll of money through the crack of the door "Just to make sure you have enough to get where you need to go."

Diego looks at it surprised and walks back down and takes the money. "Oh...thanks." he said looking at the roll of money.

"Were you really about to head off somewhere without anything to spend?"

"Uhh…sorry I was just so excited that I wasn't really thinking?" Diego said chuckling.

"Well. Have fun." Tetsuo said closing the door.

Diego wondered what Tetsuo was doing in there. Tetsuo has never let Diego in his lab before. But Diego had no time to ponder on the thought. He placed the money in his pocket and walks out the front door of Tetsuo's home. He heads over to nearest bus stop and sits on the bench and waits for the bus. Diego didn't think he'd be returning back to Miracle city. When he left with Tetsuo he thought he would never come back. Or…Tetsuo wouldn't let him come back.

Diego looked to the right seeing the bus pull up near him. He hops off the bench and enters the bus.

"Where are you headed?" The bus driver asked.

"To Miracle city," Diego replied

"Miracle city huh, heh get on."

Diego hopped on the bus and set in the front. The doors to the bus closed and the bus driver started to drive.

"I had a pale of mine who dropped some weird cactus kid off in Miracle city. The second he arrived his entire bus was taken apart. Sorry kid but I'm going to drop you off at the entrance to Miracle city. I'm not going any further."

"Understandable." Diego nods. He also thought who the heck is this cactus kid?

The bus drove for about ten minutes till it finally reached the entrance of Miracle city. The bus stopped and the doors open.

"Thank you." Diego said stepping off the bus. The bus driver waved at Diego and drove off.

Diego looked forward. It had been a year since he'd been gone from Miracle city. To his surprise, it still looked the same. But he did feel a bit at home. It was a relief to actually be away from Tetsuo. He didn't feel timid or scared at all. He was home.

Once Diego entered Miracle city, he was right. Not much had really changed at all over the year. He noticed that some parts of the city which were destroyed had been repaired so nicely that it didn't look destroyed at all like it originally was. But he also wondered where-

"Hey, have you seen Marcus anywhere?" Frida asked the gang.

"Nope, I haven't seen him all day." Manny replied.

"Tch who needs him," Johnny said bitterly.

"Johnny that's mean!" Ronnie said punching Johnny in the shoulder making him yelp in pain.

Diego's eyes widen and he quickly hides inside a dumpster. He slightly opens the lid and peeks outside seeing Manny, Frida, Ronnie, Johnny and Carmen walking together. This had been the first time that Diego had seen Frida since he had left. Diego's eyes turned into hearts as he stared at Frida.

"Ooh Frida…you look as beautiful as I remember…" Diego whispered silently as he was hiding.

"He's probably still asleep maybe. You know how lazy that guy is." Carmen said giggling

Manny laughs "Yeah. Hey do you think we should go play some loud music next to his house and wake him up?"

"Oooh I wouldn't mind doing that just to piss him off!" Johnny said smirking.

"Ugh you two are ridiculous." Ronnie said rolling her eyes.

"So…those are the new faces Sergio was telling me about." Whispered Diego

Soon the gang had left off. Diego hops out the dumpster and dust himself off. Diego didn't waste any time. He wanted to keep his promise to his best friend so he didn't do much wandering around Miracle city, and he went straight to where Sergio lives.

Diego walked up the grassy hill that leads to Sergio's home. It had been so long since he had seen Sergio's home. Not much had changed. The home that Sergio lived in was a big red barn that was located on the outskirts of Miracle city, and Sergio had the whole land to himself. Diego walks up to the barn door. Diego knocks on the door and says

"Sergio! I'm here!" Diego called out

Diego stood there for a moment and waited for a response. He kicks the dirt on the ground then raises his hand up to knock on the barn door, but when he was about to the barn door opened. Sergio looked Diego with his eyes slightly wide.

Diego smiled at him and waved "H-Hey Sergio, it's been awhile hasn't it?"

"DIEGO!" Sergio screamed and he brings Diego into a big hug.

"S-Sergio you're squishing me!" Diego said as his face was starting to turn purple.

"Oh sorry," Sergio said letting go of Diego.

Diego takes a few deep breaths and then he starts laughing, which made Sergio start laughing as well.

After a year, both Diego and Sergio, these two best friends were reunited at last.

The Two of them headed back into Sergio's home, and they both sat down on the couch and began to chat. Diego told Sergio about everything that he learned from Tetsuo, the new robots, the new weird science experiments that he was taught by Tetsuo to use on any type of animal and it would transform. Diego told Sergio of all the strange places that he traveled to with Tetsuo. Diego described it as being a very dark, grimy and gloomy places meeting up with strange people.

"Overall he's not too bad. I mean he could be pretty scary but he's a pretty nice person." Diego said as he finished explaining everything to Sergio.

"That's pretty interesting. Did you bring any of those robots? I would love to see them!" Sergio said with a smile.

"Actually I did!" Diego said digging into his pocket and pull out a small toy robot.

"Huh? Is that a toy?" Sergio said staring at the tiny little toy robot

"You can say that." Diego said with a smirk "I'll I have to do is press this button," Diego turns over the tiny robot and show Sergio the little red button "And then the fun really begins!"

Sergio lets out a devious chuckle "Oooh that sounds interesting!"

"And you want to know the best part about it? Tetsuo made it to where it could fuse with another machine and grow stronger!"

"Really," Sergio Gasped "We have to try that Diego!" he said excitedly "I actually have a couple of machines that I recently built!"

"Oooh this is going to be so fun!" Diego said letting out evil chuckle.

"Diego…" Sergio said smiling at him "It's…it's really good to have you back…"

Diego smiled at Sergio. "It's good to be back, Sergio."

"So what do you say Diego? Shall we put our new tools use?" Sergio said holding out his hand for a handshake.

Diego smirks "Yes we shall!" he reaches over and shakes Sergio's hand.

Two friends, reunited to wreak havoc on Miracle city once more.

…

"Jeez he's really not home is he? Where could he be?" Manny said looking over at Frida, Ronnie, Carmen and Johnny.

Frida shrugs "No clue. I really expected Marcus to be asleep at this time."

"Where could he be?" Ronnie asked

"Ehhh who knows where the moron could be," Johnny said yawning and the scratching the top of his unkept hair. "Let's just go hang out without him. It's obvious he doesn't want to be bothered or found!"

"You don't think he's in trouble do you?" Carmen said looking at Frida

"I doubt it. He's probably just doing whatever he does that he usually does…or whatever hobbies he does." Frida replied

"Yeah, we all know Marcus never gets caught off guard. He's alright." Manny said with a smile.

"I guess you're right." Ronnie said nodding. "So what…wha…" Ronnie stared at an object flying in the sky "Is that a…horse?"

"What?" Manny looked up at the sky seeing a giant robotic horse flying in the sky. "Oh no…"

"Manny…is that who I think it is?" Frida said staring up at the robotic horse.

"Yup…" Manny said nodding "Siniestro is back…"

The giant robotic horse flew over five of them made b line toward Miracle city's bank in high speed. Once the giant robotic horse landed a large explosion was heard, that shook the whole ground beneath the five of their feet.

"Who the heck is Siniestro?!" Carmen asked frantically

"We'll explain later! Come on we need to go!" Manny said sprinting down the stream, and the four of them followed closely behind.

Both Sergio and Diego let out loud villainous laughs as both their hands were full of bags of money.

"GOOD JOB MR. BRUMEY HORSE MK 8! YOU'VE DONE A FANTASIC JOB!" Sergio said in his deep manly voice.

The horse let out mighty neigh hops around the ground

"MUAHAHAHA LET'S MOVE TO THE NEXT BANK SINIESTRO!" Diego shouted.

The group arrived to where both Sergio and Diego were standing.

Manny and Frida couldn't believe their eyes when they saw Diego standing next to Sergio

"Is that…is that Dr. Chipotle Jr?!" Frida said with eyes widen and jaw dropped slightly.

"No way, when did he come back?" Manny whispered.

Sergio and Diego looked down at the five of them.

"Oh look partner! We have guest!" Sergio said with a grin "They certainly haven't seen you in awhile! Want to show them your new toys?"

Diego takes out the tiny robot from his pocket

"Oooh I hope they'll like my new toys…" Diego said with a sinister smile across his face.

Two villainous friends reunited! What new weapons does Diego have up his sleeve?
