Tim made a stop before leaving Gotham, he had to change into civilian clothes and then everything just sort of hit him. While trying to get control of his emotions a final person approached him but unlike the others, they took the time to sit and listen. This is basically the first season of the Batman Telltale Game, just written down and made into a story. Diana/WW and Bruce are dating, but I mostly stick to the game's storyline and characters.
