After some rest and calling upon some other bots to watch all of the little ones, Optimus and Aquaformer went searching for Bee and Mirage to talk to. Aquaformer felt like she needed to apologize for how she had acted and hoped the two bots in question didn't hate her or her family.
Fortunately, it didn't take long to find Bee, as the minibot was in the rec room, enjoying some energon. Mirage was there too, but he was hiding as he just wanted to relax. Optimus led the way as he and his mate carefully approached the minibot. Bee saw them coming for him, and hoped he wasn't in trouble again. "Aquaformer was hoping to speak with you and Mirage, if he's around and if you have time" Optimus stated in his usual manner, letting Bee and unknowingly Mirage know why Optimus and Aquaformer had sought out the two.
"You want to speak to both of us?" Bee asked, knowing Mirage was in the room, but invisibly.
"Yes, I feel terrible for how I treated you, and I was hoping to make amends" Aquaformer answered, lowering her Helmand feeling guilty even though she was justifiably upset at what had occurred.
"Never having had sparklings of my own, I can't say I completely understand your actions, but knowing how precious each sparkling life is, I can see why you reacted as you did" Bee replied.
It was at this time, Mirage revealed himself. He had been listening the whole time. "We all made a mistake today. You trusted us with your sparklings and we failed to keep you informed of a change. You were understandably upset and said some things you regret. No one is perfect" Mirage added, as he also wanted to make amends.
"There was just so much on my plate and now with 10 sparklings, we are going to need so much more help than either of us will ask for" Aquaformer mentioned, obviously grateful that Bee and Mirage didn't hate her.
"I think if we all try better to communicate well, things will be much better" Optimus offered up, glad that this had gone so well.
"Agreed" answered Aquaformer, Mirage, and bee. Aquaformer felt much better and after a little bit longer, Aquaformer and Optimus headed for home.
After the pair had left, Mirage looked over to bee. "I told you she would come and talk to us."
"You were right. I am just glad it got all worked out" Bee replied back.
"Me too, Bee, me too" Mirage answered before fading into the background again. All four were relieved that things had been resolved.
