"It is like a hangover...but worse..." Dimentio slammed his head onto the table. "If I see something sweet again, I may vomit..."

"I think you're being a little dramatic about this," Link said.

Dimentio moaned.

Steve pat him. "I mean, at least you enjoyed it, right?"

"How is this worse than a hangover?" Link asked, taking a bite of the meatloaf.

"I have...no energy..." Dimentio sighed, his face still against the table.

"But they're going to have mixed shakes tomorrow...Didn't you like the fruit shake?"

Dimentio took his face off the table. "I ripped my hat, Link. I ripped the bells off."

"Well, you did have the option to listen to Bowser," Sora teased. "You put yourself into this mess."

Dimentio gave him a mean glare.

"I'm sorry, okay?! I was just teasing you! Please don't stare at me like that!"

"You've gone on hangover before?" Steve asked, a bit concerned.

"Many times, in fact...I know it is not healthy but it feels like the only option I have had for a while." Dimentio sat up in his seat.

"Ah, there you are." Olly sat down next to him.

"Do you not have your own table to pester people at?"

"Rude. Anyways, I was a bit worried from earlier because that was...a lot...Are you okay? Do you need water or something?"

"I am fine..."

"I know that tone. Something's wrong. What's bothering you?"

Dimentio opened his mouth, then shut it and scratched his hat in frustration. "Argh! I have my mouth back, but I still lack the ability to speak of the issue!"

Olly waved to Link. "You must be Link. I heard Mario mention you once."

"Hey." He waved back. "And you're Olly, right? I don't think we've officially met."

"Mhm. I'm glad to meet you! I hope Dimentio isn't being too rough on you. He's just gotten to the point of a full redemption and I don't want him to revert..."

Sora waved. "You know Mario, so you're from his world, right?"

Olly nodded, his hair smacking him in the face. "Yep. I actually battled him. He's pretty powerful! I'm surprised he isn't champion! This Sephiroth guy must be pretty strong if he can beat Mario..."

Link frowned. "Yeah, he's crazy. He's been the champion for a straight year or so. Nobody's been able to beat him, not even Cloud."

"Cloud?"

Link motioned towards a blond-haired swordfighter. "That's Cloud. He and Sephiroth come from the same world, so they kind of have some beef with each other."

"Ah. Kind of like Luigi and Dimentio then."

Dimentio rested his head in his hand. "And what does Luigi have to do with me? I happen to like him a lot. It is Mario I have difficult getting along with."

"What's with the green guy?" Link asked, motioning a thumb towards Fawful.

"That's Fawful," Olly said. "He's a little weird, but he's actually my royal advisor. Isn't that great? He's really smart too."

"And a glutton who loves mustard," Dimentio sighed.

"Don't be rude! Fawful's your partner, Dimentio."

"So you fought Mario," Sora began, "so that means you were evil, right? What did you do? You seem way too nice to be bad."

"While I appreciate that...I kind of went crazy. I mistook the Origami Craftsman's nice gesture as an act of contempt. I tried to kill all the Toads because of it. They all just look the same!"

Dimentio took off his hat and brushed his hair back.

"Hey...The dye in your hair is starting to come out. I can get Marko to redo it for you, if you want."

"I am fine...It is not like anyone can see it anyways."

"But you have grey in your hair."

"And?"

"Hm...It's nothing. Are you okay?"

"I have a headache, but I am fine."

"Well, since it's dinner now, you can lay down after. But that's all the advice I have except for drinking water. But you're already doing that. Plus, you'd even have to be careful with that too, I don't want you getting soggy!"

"Stop treating me like you are my mother..."

Olly looked down at his tray. ""I'll uh...go back to my table. I'm sorry for bothering you." He grabbed his tray and left.

"What was that about?" Link asked. "He seemed upset about something."

Dimentio sighed. "He killed his mother while in the 'destroy the Toads' spiral. He feels bad about it, since he never got to know her. But..."

"what's wrong?" Sora asked.

"It is nothing. Perhaps laying down is a good idea. I will see you later." He stood and waved at them as he left.
