Standing before the crowd of recently accepted students, Blake stood beside Yang and her cousin alongside Ruby who was fidgeting in place before both Yang and Blake placed a hand on her shoulders, making her perk up at the sudden attention while Yang and Blake shared a look before Yang gave a small chuckle that Blake returned with a snort, raising a hand for a fist bump, Yang gave it a bump that Weiss noticed and gave one herself.

Looking to the right where Doctor Banner stood in clothes provided for him by Glynda Goodwitch after they all returned, she spotted a woman beside a blonde man trying to stay out of sight, the woman however had an excited hop in her step as they waited for Ozpin to finish his speech, Blake spotted Jaune speaking with Ren and Nora while Pyrrah Nikos stood beside him.

And seeing the red head giving Jaune those eyes, Blake narrowed her own before turning to the stage where four boys stood at attention.

"Russel Thrush. Cardin Winchester. Dove Bronzewing. Sky Lark. The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team CRDL, led by... Cardin Winchester!" Getting a nod of respect from the Big guy, Blake crossed her arms as they filed off of the stage, Blake smiled as Jaune and his group were called up next, seeing her boyfriend stand at attention.

"Jaune Arc. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Creed. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR." Giving his family a smile, Ozpin's next words made him double take.

"Led by... Jaune Arc!" Turning to the Headmaster with a dumbfounded look, Jaune spoke.

"Say what?" feeling his back patted by Pyrrah who smiled at him, he looked to Nora and Ren who shrugged before turning to Blake who gave a happy clap, giving him a wink that left him blushing knowingly at the hidden message as the newly christened team JNPR filed off stage with Blake and the others called up.

"Blake Belladonna, Howlet. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee?. Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team RWBY. Led by... Ruby Rose!" Getting a stunned look from the younger girl, Weiss ruffled her hair which made Yang snort before she perked up at hearing a familiar squeal of excitement in the crowd, looking around frantically at the voice she heard, team RWBY filed off the stage for the final team to be called up.

Stepping up were the familiar faces of Mercury and Emerald, alongside them were the twins who stood side by side with an eerie symmetry, staring forth to Ozpin as he stood firmly, he spoke with a nod.

"Mercury Arc, Emerald Sustrai, Thomas Maximoff, William Maximoff, The four of you returned with the White King pieces, from this day forward, you will b-" Before he could say anything, Mercury raised a hand to stop him any further much to Emerald and the twins confusion.

"Can we choose a name?" Getting a blank look, Ozpin looked to his tablet with a frown of annoyance, he pocketed it smoothly due to the Team names generator failing to even decide on a name for this current team.

"Very well" getting the four into a huddle with whispers echoing, Mercury had his left arm around Emerald's shoulders while the twins spoke in whispers. Giving a motion of a team meeting done, they returned to position with Mercury speaking.

"We'd all agreed to be known as team METL, using William's Middle name, being Lee" getting a nod from Ozpin after a thought over it, he gave another nod of approval before he cleared his throat to continue.

"Very well, together upon choice you four shall be team METL, led by… Mercury Arc" getting a double take from Mercury with Emerald smiling at him, he went to protest if not for Emerald to capture his lips with her own, the crowd cheered while the twins clapped with nods of approval, however they quickly separated the two when hands started going further than needed. They were filed off of the stage with Ozpin smiling at the next generation.

"It looks like things are shaping up to be an... uncanny year." Smiling to Ruby and Yang as he left the students to celebrate, Yang and Ruby were however guided by the sudden appearance of they're dad.

"Dad, what are you doing here?" smiling down at Yang as they both stared at him with full attention, he spoke.

"I have a special surprise for you both, something that we all wished for all those years ago" stepping outside of the auditorium, the sight of a hooded woman with her back to them made the two freeze up, Ruby the most at recognising the tattered scarf flowing with the wind, Taiyang spoke up.

"Hey, you done being mysterious?" Getting an annoyed sigh from the woman who gave a groan, Summer Rose turned to Taiyang who had a smile of mischief.

"I was gonna let them approach first you dummy!" huffing as she removed the hood, the silver eyes were all the sisters needed before approaching her. Smiling to them as they hesitantly reached for her arms, Yang the most whose eyes shed tears with Ruby who was sniffling, Summer merely brought them both into a hug, making the two freeze up before hugging back with intensity.

"Mom?"

"Mommy?" Giving a sobbing laugh as she held her daughters firmly, Summer Rose cried herself as she kissed them both on the head.

"It's ok, I'm here, and I'm not going anywhere this time" smiling at the sight before him, Taiyang went to join in before he was shoved to the floor by an excited bark, making him look up as the Beowolf nudged the trio's hug to join in, making Yang and Ruby yell in alarm as it licked them on the faces happily until Summer gave it a stern look, making it sit down patiently while Yang stared at the Beowolf.

"WHAT THE FU-!?"

Stepping onto the ruins of Vale's abandoned expansion, Tyrian Callows looked over the area before turning to his fellow Faunus as they carried crates of dust "Liberated" from the SDC, the main difference with the armor they once wore proudly with the White Fang, The Black hand painted on they're chests signified they're true allegiance.

Watching those beneath him working as he moved out of sight, Tyrian spoke to a Grimm Jellyfish as it floated beside him from above.

Kneeling before it, Tyrian spoke with excited respect.

"The first preparations of Cinder's plans are being set in motion my Queen, the aid of the travelers has however left us with a set back, but it will be done before the Vytal Festival" looking up to the manifestation of Salem, the Queen of Grimm stared in silence.

"And the Beast?" Giving a smile as a Cage rattled violently, a giant wolf of Blood red snarled at any who dared to get close in warning before a collar on it's neck sparked, leaving it whimpering in pain as it was forced to lie down.

"We haven't fed it in days" staring up to his queens' lidded eyes, she spoke gently.

"Good"

With that, Salem vanished, with Tyrian left in place before a tendril of red sprouted from his right shoulder before it formed into a face of black teeth and dripping tongue, reaching a hand to pet it, Tyrian and the Symbiote smiled evilly in excitement.

"Soon my friend, Soon you will FEED"
