Before the Zerg came to Tallourn, the Planet was visited once by SG1 in another time, but found it abandoned and empty of life due to the warring system lords after the death of Ra, now however it was going to be the battlefield of millions of souls.
When the Zerg Began pouring out of their forests, to the Jaffa and Human of Tallourn it was like tidal wave of Chitin and Claws filling them with dread seeing as they didn't stop as the Zerg rushed towards the Fortified City with the Udajeet and Semerkhet Death Gliders rushing out to face the Zerg Fliers.
As the air groups reached other it was devastating as Jaffa Pilots and Jaffa Aces began suffering casualties but, that didn't mean that they didn't kill any of the Zerg Fliers, as for every Death Glider destroyed 2-3 Zerg Flier was killed but the pure number advantage the Zerg had was crippling the Jaffa as it wasn't just one type of flier up there no there was eight.
As they were identified later, by the Goa'uld, the Mutalisks were the main opponents, the Jaffa fought and were the ones that acted out in Dogfights meanwhile, the Scourge acted as suicide bombers ramming into Death Gliders and making the Jaffa perish especially as sometimes a Scourge would luck and hit the cockpit of the craft.
But it was later types, that more major problems as the Corruptor literally crush craft between their mouth talons, if they felt vicious meanwhile, Devourer had different but similar mean to attack multiple Jaffa Death Gliders with the Devourer using a poisonous spit to do it while, the Viper could grab the Death Glider and rip them apart.
The Last type, the Zapper, was causing the most damage as similar to the Scourge they explode but into electricity that for many Death Gliders was a death sentence as they made the Death Gliders drop into the ground swarm, so the Pilot or Ace were torn to shreds as Zerg began to tear the broken down craft apart.
There were three other Zerg Fliers, that were taking some casualties but were ignoring them as they rushed towards the Vashmaur's city however the Death Gliders were forced to mostly ignore them as they trapped within a ferocious dogfight and took potshots at them if they got to close.
As the Ground horde, got into range of the defenders they open fired on them, Staff Blasts ringing out and Staff Cannons ringing out taking many of the Zerg's Life and preventing them getting closer, however the Zerg still Crept Closer and Closer just a lot more slowly which was slowly unnerving the Jaffa.
As the remaining Zerg Fliers got closer some of the Staff Cannons turned to fire on them along with the Jaffa as the Zerg Bombarded them forcing the Defenders to choose to attacking the ground swarm or the attackers on the walls which allowed to creep even closer at a faster pace.
The Remaining, three Fliers were called Guardians which were the Zerg Equivalent to Bombers, the Brood Lord which launched Broodlings, with the last being the Brood Queens launching Parasites plus, the Rapidly hatching Broodling Eggs which, was causing Terror amongst the Jaffa meanwhile the Parasites devour the Prim'ta and force the once loyal Jaffa to attack their allies forcing to put them down.
It was pandemonium, on the Jaffa and soon enough the Banelings and Ultralisks Successfully tear down with Acid and Kaiser blades along with Killing more and more Jaffa, finally breaking the Jaffa's Morale forcing them to retreat into the city with the Zerg right on their heels, as now Fighting in the City grew fierce

Cursing once more before, blasting another Insect-Hound (Zergling, I need to remember this) with his Zat'nik'tel twice he just couldn't, remember who came up with this but these abominations were endless as well as numerical, especially the larger ones that can shrug off Multiple Staff Cannon Blasts.
He, along with a large squad of various Jaffa were heading for his Tel'Tak, hoping it was intact so they could leave this forsaken planet as Vashmaur has already left using the Rings to head to his personal Djet Ha'Tak (the Shol'va) the Traitorous thought flickered through his mind but was ultimately stamped down hard on as if thinking of it was heresy itself.
Regardless of how he felt, he was responsible for getting these Jaffa out of here so, he blasted anything not a Jaffa as they booked it as the City burned around them, Jaffa against the Beasts as many corpses litter the Streets and many Beasts eating the corpses not picky about what they ate or who with young and old not being discriminated.
Even now, he watched as three of his fellow Jaffa were overrunned by the bloated ones (Banelings) and turned into nothing more puddles of green goop, in another street several humans slaves were slain by the strange serpent-like beasts (Hydralisks) as multiple spines were seen in their backs, only the young spared by these beasts as the Armored beasts (Roaches) simply start dragging the young away to someplace unknown, as the adults lie where they are slain or their bodies thrown into strange worm-like beasts (Infestors) before those worm-like beasts disappear into the earth along, with the Blood Beasts (Defilers) he snarled in his head as again his mind reminded him what each beast was called from what they were originally called it was starting to Irritate him.
Despite this they continued on, ignoring all of this as there was nothing that could be done to change the fate of this doomed world, despite their warrior instincts saying to stay and fight, after what felt like hours they finally saw the Landing field and saw almost all of the Al'kesh destroyed with very few having taken off and a great deal of the Tel'tak destroyed as well however Dur'Hak quickly saw his own Tel'tak intact and guided his brothers towards it. Making sure there were no surprise ambushes they managed to get inside and take off towards the Fleet, never seeing a few other Tel'Taks also doing the same... very few Tel'Taks along with the Surviving Semerkhet Death Gliders fleeing with them with the Zerg following behind them as behind them the city burned with the Palace still holding out strong .

"Hold the Line!" I Shouted out to my fellow Maa Kheru and the Surviving Heru'ur Guard as I observed the death of my lord Vashmaur's Throneworld as the Evacuation of the Surviving Warriors through the ring system as a tactical retreat.
The Damned Giant Beasts (Ultralisks, a Fitting name) rampaged through the streets, it wouldn't be long before they reached the palace as many Jaffa reached the Palace the Beasts also raced to tear apart the last living defenders despite, this the Maa Kheru kept them out with the Dedication that came with experience, I turned towards a Surviving Jaffa as I notice some of the Beast Fliers race towards us and asked, "What happened to our Death Gliders" the poor soul replied "Gone the Udajeet are all gone with the surviving Semerkhet having fled with the Tel'taks!" I swore but had him move on as we were on the third line before the final line to the Ring Room.
As more and more, of the Bloated and Insect-Hounds (Zerglings and Banelings) poured in they were followed by the damned Serpents and Armored Beasts (Hydralisks and Roaches) that forced us to get creative to slay them as we made tactical retreat after tactical retreat.
As the Final Jaffa managed to get through I moved towards my Brothers and shouted "They're all through we're leaving!" as one we began retreating to the Ring Room and began to hold it as groups of ten began to ring out every five minutes which made the Beasts even more aggressive in their attacks to end us to near suicidal charge just to slay us.
Despite this and our unwavering form we managed to evacuate with minimal casualties leaving the Beasts roaring in rage.

I watched as the beasts manage to exit the atmosphere without problems which was greatly worrying, as this means that the Beasts can attack other planets something, that was a worrying example, as what was to stop them from attacking more Goa'uld worlds for food and resources or even just territory.
I see a Jaffa head towards me and kneel. I quickly demand "Report! How Fares the Battle and the Evacuation!" I see him shake a bit before replying, "Poorly my lord the Cheops are being destroyed left and right due to the Suicide Beasts and the Djet Ha'Taks Fair little Better as for the Evacuation it is finish however it won't be long before the beasts overwhelm us" Despite being Angered that I wouldn't be able to deny the Beasts, their prize of my Throneworld I knew I needed to leave and slaying this one for news was just in poor tase as is.
I motion to the Pilot and Snap out, "Take us out of here and head to Ra's Throneworld... I shall Warn Ra personally" I really didn't want to but if this grew out of hand then Ra had to be warned.
As what remained of the fleet jumped out of the system I couldn't help but slump into my throne and think (I'm going to regret this aren't I) despite this this was going to take a few weeks to get there and those beasts will have already attack several worlds by then but I couldn't do much about it now... I had to warn Ra and the Other High System Lords of this new threat.

With Vashmaur, having jumped into a hyperspace window the planet Tallourn fell within a few hours, with Hive Clusters dotting all across the Planet and Zerg Churning out by the billions each under the patient will of the Overmind.
The Surviving Tallourians were, either hunted down if too old or captured and sent to a small Isle if they were young enough, where they would live under the care of a Broodmother named Na'tearis that was created to nurture them and the next generations after them into Serving the Swarm with everything they had including mind, body and soul.
The Tallourian Young, would also be given more advanced technology once ready for it and turn into unique infested variants as rewards for their service, with some even being granted the honor of higher service.
Even so, at the Primary Hive Cluster with the Overmind something very Familiar is taking place, something that Carter Findley A.K.A The Overmind was hoping for when he rescued young Tella.

(At last) I thought, as I watched the Chrysalis starting to finish pupating with my newest servant inside, as I could feel the Few Broodmothers and Cerebrates under my Command eagerly awaiting my newest agent and child to the Swarm.
Despite the Casualties inflicted upon me, by the Jaffa they were easily replaced and what made it better was them having to retreat, leaving the entire planet to me with many of my Drones making many Hive Clusters across the planet thus, allowing me to spread my influence quickly.
With my new numbers being in the Low billions, I could easily attack Hoark, Valein and Kashir and wipe them out and add their planets to my own and add more territory and resources to add to my own.
My musing was interrupted as I watched as Chrysalis finally hatch and drop a Kerrigan look-alike finally I decided to answer my awaiting children and my semi-Sleeping child "Awaken my child, and embrace the Glory that is your birthright that is within the Swarm Arise my Daughter. Arise... Tella!"
I watched as the now Infested Tella Stood up and placed a hand on Blüdhide and smirked before replying "Yes Father" and I could hear the roars and pleased humming from my other children sending to Tella.
I had made a great choice with this one, for she shall not be my only agent within the swarm but one of my greatest.

I smiled as she watched the new Convert openly embrace the Messiah into his heart and went back to observing the flock, which despite being large they were still the smallest Camp within the Ascended Plain which made her frown as her old friend Ganos Lai and Janos kept trying to convince her to abandon her faith.
Heretics the lot of them, if they refuse to embrace the Overmind then they were Heretics and deserved to be punished for daring to convince a High Priestess for abandoning her faith after all. All must Kill to Survive, Those who Kill can Adapt, Those who Adapt Will Evolve! That is the true way of things after all and no one... not even her old friends will convince her otherwise.
Before I could continue fuming, there was a massive shift once again coming from the Overmind however, unlike the times where a Cerebrate or even a Broodmother was born it felt completely different, something new, something unexpected.
That's when I saw the scouts rushing back towards us, and speaking towards High Bishop Corin Zos whatever they said must of been great news, as the Bishop gather everyone to speak to them that's when he told everyone and I couldn't keep the Surprise off my face, "The Overmind has blessed a human with his power" Corin Zos said and already animated talks were breaking out everywhere before I asked, making sure my voice was heard over the Crowd, "Do you think it's possible for us to receive his blessing as well" everyone turned towards him but Corin didn't even need to speak as he simply nodded after all we were similar to our descendants it would make sense.
I couldn't help but smile once more, and eagerly helped out with everyone else as the rush to get things ready progressed after all... I too wished to receive the blessings of my God.
