There were three more members missing from the team, of which Inu informed Itachi that after they met again, Kume was in a critical condition, so he ordered that Kame, who is the medic of the team, withdraw immediately with Kumo while Inu and Tora find the others and then together with them they quickly retreated back to the village. The mission was over and the Tora had already sealed the bodies of the death missing ninja giving them no more reason to continue fighting and risk more casualties. Then Inu summoned one of his ninken, Pakkun, and ordered Itachi to find Neko as soon as possible while they held back reinforcements.

The scream of the ninja soon followed with screams, "My eyes, I can not see.." and then silence. Itachi somehow managed to turn his head enough to see the dead kiri ninja lying on the ground with a kunai driven deep into his back with Pakkun on top of him. The unknown ninja let go of Itachi and stepped back about ten centimeters from his face, giving Ichichi a perfect view of his "ally's" face. Short blood red hair cut into a long pixie cut hugged the pale girl's face, her eyes were brown like brown wood revealing her emotions, worry, fear, exhaustion, stress. The girl didn't seem older than Neko, but something told Itachi that she was still older than anyone on his team except maybe Tora.
