The road home was relatively smooth. During a rest stop, Naruto and his team did run into a couple bandits, one of which managed to graze Naruto's hand with a thrown kunai. Other than that, nothing even came close to stopping him from getting back home to Hinata.

"That was fast." Tsunade said bluntly as the team entered her office.

Naruto fought the urge to brag. They had been given five days but had only needed three, most of which was spent traveling. That had to count for something, right?

"The threat has been removed from Amegakure. We managed to avoid killing any of the Owari by sealing all of them into a scroll. Sai?"

Sai reached into his bag and pulled out the scroll that each member of the Owari had been sealed inside of. He placed it on the Hokage's desk and then stepped back.

"Sealing... brilliant! Sai, I'll have to send you on capture missions in the future. Don't let me forget."

"Yes, Lady Hokage."

"What did you learn about the Owari during the mission? Why were they there?"

Naruto gave Tsunade a detailed description of what happened during their mission as well as the intel they gathered.

"Hanzō's men, you say? I'm surprised they didn't put up more of a fight. Either way, I'm glad to see that your mission was successful. That reminds me... Naruto, will you step out for a moment? I'd like to have a word with your team."

"Uh, sure. I'll be right out here."

Naruto let himself out while his mind raced. He knew exactly what they were going to talk about. Tsunade was going to ask his teammates if he really did a good job as a squad leader. He knew he had done at least decent, but what if it wasn't enough? He wanted to be Chunin so bad, and it was this conversation that would decide whether or not he would get to cross that off of his list.

"So... how did he do?"

Unsurprisingly, Shikamaru was the first to speak up.

"Honestly, Naruto really impressed me. He took charge when necessary, but also listened to his team as well as our thoughts and opinions. He strategized well, something I really didn't expect. And when he had a plan, he made sure to communicate it to us, as well as ask for our input if we had any. He's... he's a natural."

Sai spoke next with a smile that was small yet genuine.

"Yes, Naruto was a very effective yet compassionate leader. I believe we all felt that we were in good hands with him calling the shots."

Tsunade seemed to be pleased with the results so far. She wasn't done yet, though. She wanted to hear everyone's opinion before she made her decision.

"Sakura?"

"I've known Naruto almost as long as I can remember. I can definitely say that he's changed a lot, and certainly for the better. He was an excellent leader, and I believe he will continue to be in the future."

"And, you all agree with this?"

Everyone nodded in unison, resulting in a grin upon Tsunade's proud face.

"Well then, I've made my decision. Naruto, come in!"

Naruto's team exchanged a few confused looks. He had decided not to tell them that his promotion of rank was on the line, just to ensure that their feedback would be genuine. They didn't realize that their answers had just sealed the deal for their friend.

"Naruto, step forward." Tsunade said as he reentered the room.

Nervously, he walked past his friends and up to Tsunade's desk, where he was met with a face that was clearly failing at trying to hide a smile. That looked rather promising...

"Naruto, you have shown that you are capable of taking charge and leading others toward success. On top of that, your unique and powerful skills and abilities are a clear indication that you have become an exceptional Shinobi. Which is why... it is my honor to officially name you a Chunin of the Hidden Leaf Village."

Naruto's eyes widened as the room erupted with cheering. He looked around to see his friends, as well as Tsunade, shouting with glee as they cheered and clapped for him. Even Sai had a bright smile on his pale face. All this support, Naruto felt like he could cry...

"Naruto, are you crying?" Sakura asked.

"Bah! No! I just... I'm sorry, I've just been waiting for this for so long! I can't believe it's finally happened!"

"Enjoy it, Naruto. You've earned it. I'll make sure to notify all village officials of your promotion, as well as submit an update for all documentation." Tsunade replied.

"Thank you, Granny Tsunade. Thank all of you. It feels so good to not be a Genin anymore!"

"I remember those days... ugh, I can't wait to retire. Anyway, mission accomplished. You are all dismissed. Here's your payment... Naruto, I've included a little extra money for you as a promotion bonus."

"Alright! I could get used to this! Ya know, Granny, if you're ready to retire already, I'd be happy to take over as Hokage for you." Naruto teased.

"Keep dreaming, brat. You still got a while to go. Aren't you keeping Hinata waiting? I bet she misses you." Tsunade poked pack, causing Naruto's face to flush red from embarrassment as everyone laughed at him. She was right, though. Hinata was waiting for him, and he wouldn't make her wait a second longer than she had to.

It was time to go home.

Naruto rushed to his apartment and immediately went for the phone after hastily dropping his travel gear on the kitchen floor. After dialing the numbers and hearing the phone ring a couple times, he heard an unfamiliar voice on the other end.

"Hello?"

"Uh, Hinata?"

"Not quite. What's up, Naruto? I knew it'd be you calling!"

"I'm sorry, but, who is this?"

"Hanabi, your girlfriend's little sister."

"... Girlfriend?"

Naruto was a crappy liar and even he knew it. He could hear Hanabi chuckle at him through the phone.

"You two really are prefect for each other... you both suck at playing dumb."

"I guess we do. So, your family knows about us, then?" Naruto asked nervously.

"I do, not sure about everyone else. I'm sure a few of them do, or have at least heard about it."

"What about... your father?"

"I honestly don't know. Hinata asked the same thing." Hanabi said with a laugh.

"Is she home?"

"Yeah, just wasn't near her room to hear the phone ringing."

"Does she know you're in her room using her phone?"

"No, and it's gonna stay that way! Father wouldn't let me have one so sometimes I use hers. Don't be a snitch!"

"I can manage that... if you're willing to help me."

"Help you with what exactly?"

"Hinata doesn't know I'm back in town. I wanna surprise her. Any ideas?"

"Why don't you come to the Hyuuga compound? I bet that's the last thing she'd expect."

"Hey, that's not a bad idea. But, wait... what do I say to Hyashi?"

"Luckily for you, he's out doing business right now. Should be for a couple hours, so you have time to stop by before he gets home. Ya know, you can't avoid him forever if you're going to be with Hinata."

"I know. I've thought a lot about that. I want to discuss it with Hinata before I make my intentions known to him. If he asks before then, well... I'm not going to lie to him."

"Wouldn't do you much good."

"So, you really think I should go there?"

"If I try to get Hinata to leave, she'll know something is up. If you really want to surprise her, I think coming here is your best option."

"Alright then, I'm trusting you, Hanabi. I'll be there in a few minutes."

"Yay! I can't wait to see the look on her face!"

"This is a bad idea... this is a bad idea..."

Naruto felt his blood pumping as his knuckles met the wooden doors of the Hyuuga compound. Even if Hyashi wasn't around now, what if he showed up earlier than expected, when Naruto was still there? Would he be able to play it off as a friendly visit? And if not, if he absolutely had to discuss his relationship with Hinata to her father, what would he say?

And even if Hyashi never knew about this little visit, how would Hinata react? Would she appreciate his thoughtfulness? Or, would she find it foolish and risky? Surely not... after all, she was the one that had snuck out at night to come see him.

The time they spent together before he left, they had taken their relationship considerably further. Naruto had thought about that day ever since it happened, even when he was supposed to be focusing on his mission. The monotony of travel had been pretty boring, and with any given moment, he had been thinking about her and the sounds she made when he...

He looked down and noticed that his pants had become tighter. This was not the time to be thinking about that.

Still, even with Hanabi in the house, even with Hyashi's arrival time somewhat unknown, he couldn't help but wonder... what would they do here and now? With their last interaction being so intimate and then spending days away from each other, what exactly was about to happen between them?

Thankfully, his thoughts were interrupted as Hanabi opened the door to let him in.

"Good, you're here! Follow me."

Hanabi led Naruto through a series of pathways and courtyards, passing several houses and small buildings until they reached a large house in the center of the compound.

"This is our house. How do you want to do this?" She asked.

"I want to surprise her but not scare her. Ya know, just kind of casually appear out of nowhere."

"I can work with that. The kitchen has a small bar attached to it. When we go inside, hide behind it. I'll go find Hinata and lead her into the kitchen. I'll stand in a spot where you can see me when I give you the signal to stand up while she's facing away. When she turns back around, she won't be expecting to see you. It's perfect!"

"Sounds like you've been preparing for this."

"You have no idea. Ready?"

"Yeah, let's do this." Naruto said as Hanabi reached for the door handle. She was stopped just before she turned it to open the door.

"Hanabi... thank you for this."

"Anytime. Just remember your part of the deal! Don't snitch!"

Hanabi entered the house first to ensure Hinata wouldn't see Naruto coming in. Once she knew the coast was clear, she let him in and led him to the kitchen. Naruto crouched down behind the small bar that extended from one of the walls of the kitchen while Hanabi went to get Hinata.

As Naruto sat and waited, a wide smile tugged at his lips as he tried to predict Hinata's reaction. He missed her so badly, and was hoping that his exciting arrival would result in a warm embrace.

"What is it, Hanabi?" Naruto could hear Hinata's voice from the other side of the bar.

"I think I saw a spider! I need you to kill it!"

"Fine. Where is it?"

"Um... I think it went over there."

Naruto then heard Hanabi's footsteps become closer until she was standing in his line of sight. She flashed him a quick glance and motioned for him to wait.

"Why are you all the way over there? Come help me find it." Hinata said.

"No way, I hate spiders."

"Scaredy cat."

Naruto kept his gaze on Hanabi until she suddenly motioned for him to stand up. This was it!

When he stood up and looked over to Hinata, she had her back turned, looking all over the countertop for a spider that wasn't actually there. After a moment, she turned back around, and Naruto finally laid his eyes on her beautiful face again.

"Hanabi, I don't see-"

Naruto watched her jaw literally drop.

"N-...N-"

"What? A few days away and you already forgot my name?" Naruto teased.

After remembering how to move, Hinata sprinted over to him and jumped into a hug, wrapping her arms and legs around him and holding him as tight as she could. After a rather long moment, she released herself from him and took a step back to meet his gaze.

"You're back!" Hinata said excitedly.

"Finally! I missed you so much!" Naruto replied, his smile growing wider by the second. A hug was a great start, but he yearned for her loving kiss. If Hanabi hadn't been standing right there, he would have wasted no time in taking it.

"Me too, it's been so boring here without you. Wait... what are you doing here? How did you get in here?"

Naruto looked over to Hanabi who seemed to be adoring the entire situation at hand.

"Hanabi?" Hinata said with a confused expression.

"I might have helped him surprise you. Surprise! Father is going to be out for a while so I figured he could just stop by for a bit."

"I can't believe this! How did you two even get in contact?"

Hanabi's smile disappeared. She was sure she was busted for using her sister's phone until Naruto interjected.

"I have my ways. Anyway, I just got back from my mission earlier today, and I have good news!"

"I want to hear all about it! Um, Hanabi, do you know when father is supposed to be back?"

"He said he'd probably be back a little after dark. That gives you a couple hours."

"In that case, Naruto and I are going to go to my room for a while. I trust that you'll keep quiet about this?"

"Duh. I'm the one that snuck him in."

"Right... Anyway, I would ask that you leave us be. We have a lot of catching up to do."

"Are you two going to-"

"You better choose your next words very carefully." Hinata said with a glare. She knew her little sister, and she knew she wasn't the type to filter herself when she didn't have to for the sake of being "proper".

"Never mind. You two have fun!" Hanabi said before wandering off. Hinata then turned to Naruto.

"Well? Shall I give you the tour?"

"Lead the way! I'm sure it'll be more impressive than my apartment."

Hinata led Naruto throughout the house and showed him all the different rooms within. Naruto had to admit, her house was really nice. She wasn't lying about it being open, though. It wasn't exactly "cozy". It seemed so... serious.

"Nice place. It seems quiet."

"It almost always is. And... here's my room."

Hinata entered her room and playfully flopped down on her bed. She then sat up and looked at him with a smile so warm he could feel his own heart melting at the sight of her.

"Aren't you going to join me?" She said.

Naruto wasted no time in flopping down beside her before sitting up to meet her gaze. She was so close, after what seemed like so much time spent away from her.

Because of this brief separation, there was an unspoken feeling of hesitation in the air. Naruto looked at her, and as much as he wanted to, he found himself feeling nervous about kissing her again, as if he hadn't made her scream his name in pleasure merely a few days ago. Who would be the one to break the tension again, he wondered. And as he looked at her, he could tell she was wondering the same thing.

Who would give in first?

"S-So, tell me about your mission. You said you had good news?" Hinata said nervously. Naruto could see a small blush forming in her cheeks.

"Oh, y-yeah. Um, it went well! We were stealthy enough to avoid pretty much any kind of combat. Well, except on the way home." Naruto said as he held up his hand and showed her the small cut he sustained.

"Oh no, what happened?" Hinata said worriedly as she grabbed his hand to inspect it. Naruto decided not to say anything, but his hand did sting a little despite the cut being so small. Surely it was no big deal.

"We ran into a couple bandits on the way home. Nothing serious."

"If you say so, as long as you're okay."

"I'm fine, I promise. Anyway, the good news that I mentioned is... I am now officially a Chunin!"

"Oh, Naruto, that's great! I'm so happy for you!" She said before embracing him with a loving hug.

As Naruto squeezed her tighter, he could feel her breasts pressing against him, even through both of their layers of clothing. This aroused a lust within him that he had suppressed for far too long. If he let her go now, one look from her would be all it took to make him lose control.

Hinata knew what he was doing. She knew that he could feel her, and she knew he was secretly trying to enjoy it without letting it captivate him. She decided she wouldn't make it that easy for him. She had waited too, after all. And now, they were alone again.

Hinata removed her head from the crook of his neck and pressed her forehead to his, waiting. It didn't take long before he gave into his desire.

He pressed his lips gently against hers, a slow and innocent kiss. He knew they had time, and that was enough to help him get his arousal under control. He was home now... they could relax and take their time together.

Their kiss lasted for a while until Hinata gently pulled away.

"Mm, I missed that."

"I missed you, Hinata. I thought about you the entire time I was gone."

A sly grin appeared on her face.

"Oh yeah? What about me?"

"Mostly about how much I wanted to see you again and be able to hold you. I thought about how much I loved you and how lucky I was to have you. But, I did occasionally think about... other stuff." Naruto said, returning a grin of his own.

"What kind of stuff, Naruto?"

"Oh, ya know... all kinds of stuff."

And now the trap was set... but would she take the bait? Was she willing to do this here? Was she willing to be this sneaky?

Hinata slowly pushed him down onto the bed until he was laying on his back before she climbed on top of him and sat on his waist. She slipped her hand under his shirt and lightly dragged her nails down his abdomen. From her other experiences with him, she knew this was a sure fire way to rile him up.

"Well, I thought a lot of 'stuff' about you too. I really missed you, Naruto. I missed the way you look at me, the way you hold me. I missed the way you talk to me... my sweet love."

"Hinata..."

She never failed to steal his heart from him. And it almost always left him the way he was now, staring at her loving face completely speechless like a dork.

"But, you wanna know what I missed most of all?"

"Tell me, Hina."

"I missed the way you made me cum." Hinata said seductively as she brought her hand down to his pants and rubbed the outline of his throbbing member, resulting in a slight groan from Naruto. "Oh, seems like you missed that too. Is that the 'stuff' you were thinking about, Naruto? Did you miss the way I made you cum in my mouth?"

Naruto was in total shock. She had never talked this dirty to him before. Although his silence might have said otherwise, he was loving this side to her that seemed to grow more ravenous with every interaction they had.

He grabbed her hips and slowly moved them back and forth, making her feel his member press against her.

"I do miss that, Hina, how you were so good to me. And, I missed the way you screamed my name, the way your body shook underneath me. You looked so amazing, it took everything I had to not fuck you right then and there."

Naruto's eyes almost widened as he realized what he said. It wasn't false by any means, but he still hadn't quite meant to say it aloud.

Hinata's eyes did widen, and as they did, she remembered that she really liked when Naruto talked to her like this. Not just the jokes, not just the sly remarks, but the vulgar, explicit statements of what they had done to each other. It felt so dirty, so wrong, and fuck it felt so good.

Naruto looked at her and could tell that his dirty talking had awakened something within her. He watched her carefully, and as soon as he saw her lick her lips, he knew exactly where this was about to go.

She quickly pulled his shirt off of him and began to hungrily trail kisses down his chest and stomach, rubbing his erection the entire time. When her lips couldn't go any lower, she continued to softly kiss his abdomen as she started to undo his pants.

"H-Hinata, Hanabi is g-gonna hear us..." Naruto said through his groans that were becoming harder and harder to keep silent. This house was so quiet, he was sure even the slightest noise could be heard anywhere inside.

Hinata stopped for a moment and looked over at her bedroom door.

'Oh shit, was that open the whole time?'

She quickly stepped over to her door, closed it, locked it, and then looked back at Naruto. Funny, he had no idea how helpless he was, how crazy she was about to make him. If he had struggled so hard to not take her last time, she knew exactly how to make it even more difficult for him this time. Yes... she was going to tease him so much, push it so far, so close...

And in the end, if Naruto did break, she was still going to make him wait just a little longer. She knew he would appreciate it after the fact, and that it would make their first time that much more enjoyable when it finally happened.

She knew that his dominance would probably end up taking the lead from her, but that didn't mean she couldn't get in his head the entire time.

"Well then, I guess we're just gonna have to be real quiet..." Hinata reached up to her jacket zipper and started to pull it down. "Does that sound okay to you? Or would you prefer we try again later?" She said as her breasts came into full view.

"Get over here, you tease!"

A bright smile made its way onto Naruto's face as Hinata walked back over to him. It was good to be home, and it was so good for them to be alone again.

I wanted to give a quick heads up. The day after this chapter uploads, I will be taking a week long trip out of state and won't have much (if any) time to write. So, the next chapter will probably be a bit delayed.

Regardless, I hope you look forward to reading it as much as I look forward to writing it. It will probably be pretty juicy. ;)

In the meantime, let me know what you think of the story so far in the reviews! See ya!
