The Scream

Lady & Kevin - HQ

Lady had just left Alyssa in one of the bedrooms in the ninth floor. She and Kevin agreed to stay at HQ with her for the night while the other couples went home. Drew and Cherry were especially exhausted after the ordeal they had been through that night. Lady was perplexed and concerned. She thought about everything she had just heard from Alyssa. Poor kid! It had to be tough for her being away from home and not being with her mom. Lady's heart broke for the obviously scared young girl.

But something else was bothering her as she walked back into the kitchen. She couldn't get over the resemblance Alyssa bore to Christine; the same blue-green eyes, chin, and chestnut colored hair. Seeing Christine's reaction to her as well was interesting. Her face looked as if she somehow saw a ghost from her past. Lady couldn't get this out of her mind as she contemplated her own dilemma. But first, she felt as if she had a mystery to uncover.

She took the glass that Alyssa had drunk her milk from. She then grabbed the water bottle from the trash that Christine had been sipping from earlier in the day. She took the items down to the seventh floor lab. She grabbed a couple of swabs and rubbed one each on the rims of the drinking instruments. She placed each of them in a sealed bag and put them in an envelope labeled for Parabon Nanolabs in Virginia, with instructions to compare the two DNA samples to each other and to see if there would be hits for either in CODIS.

Even though she knew there was a chance that this would be a bust, she wanted Christine to be reunited with any family she may possibly have. If she could give her some peace in her life through this process, even better. But then, she took out another test mechanism out of her purse. "Could I be?", she thought to herself as she looked at her phone at a picture of Kevin. She took a deep breath and headed down the hall to administer this test on herself.

As Kevin looked out at downtown Nashville from his eighth floor office, he thought about the events of the last couple of days. The dynamic of the group had changed. Even though he tried to keep up the most professional appearance as possible, he was most pleased that this group with the same mission had somehow formed an unorthodox but loving family.

He had worried as Drew was kidnapped, only to have Cherry try to go it alone to save him. It had been obvious to everyone that the two had been in love with each other for some time. Kevin was happy that his friends had found true love with each other. He wanted nothing but the upmost happiness from both of them.

He smiled as he thought about his growing feelings for Lady Christina. She had charmed him from the first time they met. He started out by being her plus one for the fancy parties she planned, but that had grown into so much more after the blowjob at the Angels slumber party. They had flirted after that, but Kevin, ever the professional, tried to keep their relationship strictly business.

But one night during a country club cotillion she was throwing for an old college friend, Lady was trying to fix a nasty situation between two guests. Hating to see her so stressed, he gave her a quick kiss on the cheek to calm her nerves. To the shock of them both, they felt an overwhelming pull to kiss on the lips after that. This led to all consuming lust as he pulled her into the nearest broom closet where they finally fucked up against the door. After that, they snuck around, with him staying at her house more than at his own.

He had falling madly in love with Lady. Seeing both Sheamus and Christine and Drew and Cherry find love and happiness, he wanted the same for him and Lady. With that thought, he looked around the view from his window. His eyes stopped at the Diamond Building across the river. The entire building was the abode of his true problem child. It was Christine's building.

Sheamus & Christine - Diamond Building

Sheamus sat at his computer and was ready to turn it off and go back to bed with his love, his Phoenix. Christine bought the building and made it her own. Surviving the trauma of losing her parents in the biggest hospital massacre in Ohio history almost twenty years earlier, and making it out of a horrible marriage only four years ago, she decided to make everything about her.

After she was given a sizeable amount of money due to the terrorist organization having to pay restitution for the massacre to the survivors and deceased victims' family members, she locked up a big chunk of cash. But another chunk, she spent lavishly, including buying and renovating this building as her own. Buying all the cars she ever wanted. One car her dad had wanted to fix up with her, a 1957 Chevy convertible. Another was the first car her parents had their first date in.

After she joined the Angels, she finally felt like she had a family. Even if it was only two women, Lady Christina and Cherry, and Kevin. Even though it was apparent from the beginning that Drew had the hots for Cherry, Christine was the one he often confided in. She was always willing to listen. They had a weird connection that neither could explain. They always knew what the other was thinking. They considered themselves Gemini Twins, both born in June and raving smartasses.

But when she first joined the Angels, the small spark that ignited when she met Sheamus quickly raged inside her. The lust that built up in her replaced the anger and loneliness she once felt. She boldly approached him after one mission, asking him for a date. To meet her at the diamond building. Her safe place. It took only two weeks after their first sexual encounter for him to move in.

After two months, they solidified their love for each other the night of his birthday, after she surprised him with a new truck. Sheamus held a surprise of his own as he picked her up in his arms, laying her in bed and showing her his heart. When they awoke the next morning, tangled in each other's arms and watching the sunrise, she allowed the pale Irishman into her heart and soul.

He allowed himself to be vulnerable to a woman for once in his life. He wasn't supposed to fall for her. They had a like minded mission: keeping Drew safe on his way to the WWE championship. But the Celtic Snake couldn't resist the fiery Phoenix. Together, they were strong. Together, they fought hard and loved hard. All this raced through Sheamus' head as he started up the stairs to join her in their bed again. But that's when he heard the blood curdling scream.

Drew & Cherry - Riverside

Cherry was sleeping in her bed, the overwhelming love she and a certain sexy Scotsman shared was swirling around her brain. They had made hard, passionate love again when they got back from HQ. Drew left the bed after, needing a workout to calm his nerves after the incident that threatened his life and to tear him apart from the woman he loved.

She was wearing his Johnny Cash shirt she had stolen from him. She could smell the manly scent of his cologne and beard care. When that mixed with his sweat and natural smell, it was a deadly combo that kept her in a constant state of horny. She moaned, looking up at the ceiling after noticing he was not in bed yet. She moped, "Why did he leave this bed? Ugh! I need that beautiful, warm body to cuddle up to!"

Raising her left hand, she looked at the angel ring on her finger, her engagement ring. Tears welled up in her eyes as she recalled Drew telling her the story about how his father had the ring made for his mom, given the fact that she should have never had children. And now it was hers, and so was Drew. Soon, she would be Mrs. Andrew Galloway. She hoped that his father, Andy, would accept her and deem her worthy the wear his beloved late wife's precious ring.

Cherry tried to go back to sleep, she couldn't shake a terrible feeling. Someone she loved was in danger or in pain, she could feel it. She sensed danger on the horizon again. Something bad was getting ready to happen. She turned over on her right side and tried to clear her fractured mind for sleep, and as she drifted back off, she could've sworn she heard a scream.

It was late, almost 2AM. Drew had just finished with stretching after working his back and neck muscles so they wouldn't stiffen up anytime soon. He yawned and went upstairs to the main house, which was quiet except for the two large male cats playing in the dining room, then scurrying up the stairs. After his kidnapping, Cherry had a close friend move Hunter and Chaz into her house due to the trauma that had taking place in Drew's house. They felt at ease in their new surroundings immediately.

The first thing Drew did when they got back to HQ that night was email his real estate agent with instructions to put the house up for sale. There was no way he could ever enter that structure again after all that went down. He was having his things moved into Cherry's home as soon as possible. He felt so at peace at her home and in her arms from the first time he walked in the year prior.

Drew saw the cats start to playfully fight right outside of the bedroom door. He chuckled, knelt down and whispered loudly, "Boys! Boys! Yer ma is sleeping. I'm ready ta sleep. I suggest ya get ta sleep too." It was no use, the two cats pounced and played about. He rolled his eyes and said, "Fine! Be that way! Ya listen ta her better than ya listen ta me anyway! Bugger off and play somewhere else!"

He walked into the bedroom to his side of the bed, looking down at his beloved Cherry sleeping on her side. He stripped down nude and joined her in their bed. He rolled over on his right side, spooned her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He pulled her back close to his body. He was finally home safe with the love of his life in his arms, and all was right with the world.

Until suddenly, his cell phone rang out. It was Sheamus' old entrance theme, "Written On My Face". He made it into a ringtone as a joke. "It's a shameful thing, Lobster Head" and "too many limes" still cracked him up. Drew grumbled as he rolled onto his back answering his phone gruffly, "Brother, this better be either a prank or yer half dead calling me at this hour…"

Drew was cut off by his best friend frantically hollering, "Drew! Drew! Ya gotta come here fast, fella! I need ya and Cherry! It's...it's Christine. Something is very wrong! She's...uh..." Drew sat up and asked, "She's what? Tell me, mate." Drew then heard Christine screaming. Sheamus, scared out of his mind, yelled, "I dunno! We, uh, did…you know…after we had some dinner. I had ta take care of a file and she went ta sleep. All of a sudden, she's crying! Screaming. I can't...I can't wake her up! She's yelling about a fire. Watching herself die. Christ, her Mum and Da. Look, please get here! I'm gonna call Lady and Kevin." He hung up.

Drew looked over at Cherry sleeping peacefully. Concerned, he gently nudged her, "Cherry. "Love, get up. It's an emergency." Cherry said groggily, "Wha-whats up?" He stood up starting to get himself dressed, "It's Christine! She's... something's happening ta her." Cherry sat up like a shot and threw on a pair of jeans, "What happened?" As he talked, Drew got dressed, grabbing his Guns & Roses shirt and his workout shorts, "Sheamo just called hysterical. I guess she's having a terrible nightmare and he can't wake her up. I heard her screaming. Sounds serious and scary, Love." Cherry knew then, Christine was the loved one she had felt was in trouble.
