So there's some prep before the Angels crew heads to Scotland. Let's see what happens, as Drew & Sheamus work out and Cherry runs into someone at a special...appointment! Enjoy!
The Appointment
Even though they were set to leave for Scotland in two days, it was days like this Sheamus enjoyed. No assignments. No idiots to go after and fight. The only thing he was thinking about was his workout and the WWE event at Bridgestone Arena that night. That next day, he was part way into working on his arms and chest at Gym 5 when he looked up in the mirrors, laughing when Drew and Cherry were walking in, both of them smiling before they kissed.
Sheamus joked as Drew was sitting at a bench, talking to himself, "Fella! The lady let ya loose a bit?" When he didn't answer, Sheamus put the weight down, going over to his best friend, "Fella. What's in that head of yers?" Drew blinked, " Nothing. I mean, there's a lot." Sheamus nodded, "Yeah, with all that's gone on." Drew said, "Christine didn't have ta get the crest. We coulda gone ta get it. I wanted ta pay that fucker a visit anyway."
Sheamus said, "She wanted ta do it, brother. Even I couldn't stop her. She feels like she owes ya and Cherry." Drew leaned back stretching his body as he continued, "Cherry nursed her back after the fire and explosion. I heard Taryn talk years ago about a fire. About ruining a little girl's life." Sheamus asked, "She fucking talked about it?" Drew nodded, "Yes. She was at an event, in Impact, right before I left to go ta NXT."
Drew shook his head, "I didn't know who she was at the time, mate. She's actually enjoying the fact she ruined Christine's life." Sheamus grumbled, "She didn't do a damn thing ta my Phoenix. I'm glad I shot that bird. I should've killed her. But Lady and Kevin wanted answers." He sighed. Drew winced, "I didn't mean ruin. Bad choice of words, mate."
Sheamus said seriously, "That bitch tried to ruin the two most important people in my life. There's gonna be a day. She's gonna make a mistake. I'll be there. And it won't be pretty. I'm a patient man. I'll wait." Drew nodded, "I just, I see Mum's crest and she told Dad she'd get it back fer him. Fer Mom. I feel I owe yer girl so much." Sheamus shook his head, "Ya don't owe her anything." Drew insisted, "Yeah I do. She's got the missing piece of the puzzle. I don't know what ta buy her. She has cars, jewelry, she's got you. "
Another voice joined them as Christine quipped, "Cars, jewelry, and a hot Irishman. What more can a lady need?" Drew sighed, "I owe ya, Love. I owe ya a debt I can ever repay." She shrugged, "It's paid. You've made my sister happy. You gave her strength. Now get her down the aisle and all will be right with the world." Drew said, "Well, she changed me fer the better." Christine said, "You two lovebirds are perfect for each other." Drew said with a smile, "Yeah. I agree."
Sheamus said, "Speaking of yer beloved, where is she?" Drew scratched his beard and said, "Eh, she said she had ta run an errand while I worked out. She's been very quiet today. After ya guys left last night, I went ta bed and Cherry turned over ta me. Her face was wet. I think she had been crying." Sheamus thought, "I saw her at the top of the stairs and she had tears. Maybe she was moved by Phoenix getting the crest." Drew said, "Yeah, that must be it."
Christine looked thoughtful, "I promised your dad. I don't break promises, not to Papa Andy. I think we should go deliver it to him." Drew sighed, "That's what I was thinking." Christine rubbed her hands together, "Well, that plane is ready. We should all go. I ran it by Kevin. He's on board." Sheamus said, "I'd love ya see yer family again. I miss em. Yer family were so good ta me. I'm game."
Drew stood up. "Guys, I made a decision last night. While we're in Ayr, I'm gonna ask Cherry ta marry me." Christine couldn't resist, "McInfart, you're already engaged. You remember that part, right?" He gave her a look, "Yes, smart arse. I was there when it happened. We did a hell of a lot more than get engaged." Sheamus rolled his eyes, "Please stop!" Drew laughed, then looked serious, "No, I'm gonna ask her ta marry me while we're in Scotland. I wanna have the wedding there. Do ya think she would like that idea?" Christine had tears in her eyes as she hugged Drew, "That is the best idea I've ever heard." Sheamus and clapped Drew on the shoulder, "I love it, fella! And I have no doubt yer Love will too."
Little did they know but also working out at Gym 5 was Taryn's two idiots, Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss. And unfortunately for them, those two dumb fucks heard everything in the conversation. They walked back into the hall as Happy said, "Did you hear that? Bravefart is gonna marry her! We're gott tell Taryn and Phil!" Madcap looked conflicted, "I don't know, Hap. To be honest, I really kina hate both of them. He still owes us money for taking Drew from his house. And I hate tarty Tayn with a passion! I still owe her a receipt for the slap!
Corbin shook his head, "Look, I agree about her. She's annoying as fuck. But I still have a strong liking for Rummy's money. Plus, think about how both Drew and Cherry have kicked our asses. We owe them payback as well." Moss shook his head, "I don't know, man. She's kind of cute and she was only trying to save the guy she loves."
Happy slapped him on the back of the head, "What the fuck, Cap? Are you going soft on me? Even without her, Drew has done everything in his power to make us look ridiculous. And think of the money, my compadre! Look, we'll finish the job for good and take Rummy's cash. Then, we'll ditch both him and the skank. Deal?" He stuck out his hand, and Madcap sighed and shook it, "OK. We'll tell them later. Let me gird myself up to hear that nauseating voice, man!" Corbin said, "Fair enough."
Meanwhile, at Women's Medical Associates of Nashville, Cherry waited on the reclined exam table in the ultrasound room. She had received confirmation from the home pregnancy test she had taken the night before. IT was the happiest news she could think of: she was pregnant with Drew's baby. She smiled as she placed her hand on her belly over the sheet covering her lower half, "Hey there, little one! You holding up OK? I'm doing good. Just really nervous about telling your Daddy. I think I'll wait to tell him when we're in Scotland. I'll tell him in his homeland!"
The ultrasound tech came and got prepped. As she typed in the information, she asked, "The baby's last name. Is it what's listed on your chart?" Cherry smiled and said, "No. It's Galloway. Baby Galloway." The tech readied the internal ultrasound machine. Cherry winced as it entered her and the tech started moving it around taking pictures.
After taking her uterus measurements, she moved the camera and Cherry saw her little one come into view. Tears sprang to her eyes as she glanced at her little miracle, and she instantly wished Drew was standing by her side at that moment. The tech said, "Well, judging by your cycle and the baby's measurements, you are four weeks pregnant and due on October…wait a minute."
As she said this, cherry saw another object come onto the screen around the same size as her baby. Cherry gasped and asked, "What is that? Is my baby OK?" The tech smiled, "Babies. Congratulations Mrs. Galloway. You're having twins!" Cherry felt like passing out, but in the best way possible. She and Drew had made two beautiful babies at once. As the tech wrapped up and printed a picture of the ultrasound, she smirked and thought to herself, "I'm sure Drew will remark how powerful his sperm is when he finds out."
As Cherry walked back into the waiting room on her way out, another lady walked out of her appointment and accidentally ran into Cherry. She was shocked when the woman looked up and it was Lady Christina. Cherry exclaimed sticking her picture in her purse, "Lady, hey!" Lady, shocked and hiding her own ultrasound picture, said, "Sis! Hey! What are you doing here?"
Cherry was dying to tell her the happy news, but she wanted to save the news for Drew to know first. She shrugged, "Oh, just my yearly exam…you know. You?" Lady, dying to tell her that she was eight weeks pregnant, decided to wait until she could tell Kevin the news, laughed nervously, "Yeah. Same with me!" They just looked at each other with awkward silence. Cherry broke it by saying, "OK, well! I'll see you at the show later and then, we're off to Scotland!" They walked off together with Lady saying, "I can't wait! I'm so excited!"
