The Arrival

Glasgow International Airport

The two men pulled into the holding area, the twenty-five-minute trip from Ayr was filled with laughs and reminiscing. In the driver's seat was Jack Jester, a Scottish wrestler who had been close friends with Drew for many years. They grew up together in the Scottish wrestling scene that they helped create. Jack had always been close with Drew's family and even sleeping on their couch when he needed a place to stay.

In the passenger seat was Drew's dad, Andy Galloway. Even though he had two biological sons, he loved Jack like his own son. Sheamus was like a son to him as well. It had been two years since he physically saw Drew in person. Drew kept in touch through calls and video chats, telling his family about his wins and losses. And of course, all the situations he got himself into, and how a group of three lovely ladies would come to his rescue.

Papa Andy laughed at the first time Drew introduced him to Cherry, calling her his special Angel. Papa Andy wasn't stupid. He saw his oldest son's face light up and his voice change as he talked about Cherry to him. The second time he talked about Cherry to Papa Andy, Drew told his father how much he cared about her.

It shocked Andy when Drew asked him to send his late wife's ring to give to her as a commitment to her before Christmas. But this made Andy very happy that his son had found his true love after everything Drew had been through. In their call after his kidnapping, he told Andy how he loved her, how he wanted to marry her and have babies with her.

Jack Jester meanwhile, was ready to annoy his friend about anything and everything. He had missed his pal since he had left ICW for sign with NXT. They pulled into a spot by where the plane was supposed to land in the next half hour. Jack sighed, "Can't believe Drew knows a gal who has her own plane! Crazy!"

Andy said, "Yeah. I've talked to Christine numerous times, Jack. Best way I can describe her is she's kinda like the daughter I never had." Jack laughed, "Ha! The female Drew! I love it, but it sounds kinda scary. So, what about this gal Drew is with? He's got himself a hot little redhead on his hands!" Andy smiled, "Aye, Cherry. She's very special, Jack. I see that glimmer in Andrew's eyes. I hear it in his voice when he talks about her. My son is happy. He's at peace. I know it."

Jack marveled, "Drew Galloway, at peace?! This I have ta see! We got about a half hour." Andy said, "Yep. John is at the house getting ready fer the homecoming and arranging the special dinner fer them. Drew said he had some news fer us. God's, the last time Drew stayed home was..." The car suddenly got quiet. Both men nodded. Jack groaned, wiping his eyes, "After Mum Angela passed. That was a dark time fer all of us."

Andy lamented, "Aye, my boy was so lost. I felt like I wasn't being a good dad cause I couldn't help him. He just left after we buried her, went back ta being silly 3MB McIntyre. Inside, he was so hurt and broken." Jack nodded, "Aye. I can't believe it's almost ten years, Papa." Again, Jack groaned.

Andy put his hand on Jack's shoulder, "Yeah, it's been rough. But we're all together now. We got through it. My son was champ twice. He wrote a book! And now, he's found love. My Andrew." Jack laughed, shaking his head, "Our Andrew. I love that man." With that, they got out of the car, walking towards the private airstrip that Drew told them about. Thy were now on the lookout for a burgundy and cream colored plane landing before three PM local time.

The Jamie Lu

As the news of Cherry and Lady being pregnant was being announced and celebrated, Dom came over the intercom, "Ladies and gents, we are due to arrive in Scotland within the next twenty minutes. I have the clearance to land outside of Glasgow." Everyone cheered. Well, everyone except Kevin, who was still out on the couch in the main room. Drew was sitting on his right side and Christine was on his left.

Christine said, her hazel eyes gleaming with mischief, "How many times have we prayed for this moment, Andrew?" Drew chuckled, "Aye. Should we draw a moustache on the bugger? Or put shaving cream in his hand and tickle his nose?" Drew rubbed his hands together with an evil laugh. Christine said, "I dunno. He's kinda adorable lying there. Like a perfect little angel." Drew shook his head, "Adorable? I'm the adorable one!"

Christine looked at Kevin, "Well, he's not attractive like Sheamy...but he is Irish." Lady Christina gasped, "Hey now! That's my baby daddy you're talking about!" Sheamus laughed, hugging Lady Christina, "And ya have mine and my gals condolences, lass. I'm waffling. Congratulations! This is really cool. You two having a wee one. The Muppet a father to twins. I never thought I'd see that day."

Drew looked first at Cherry then at Christine, "Yeah yeah yeah! Go on and laugh. Enjoy yerself. Maybe we're trying to keep the Angels going?" Sheamus asked, "Keep it going?" Cherry said, "Why not? Let's face it, one day the three of us are gonna be too old for our shenanigans. There has to be a next generation." Christine sighed, "She is right. Besides, look how beautiful all these babies will be.", as she put her hands on her Angel sisters' tummies.

Just then, Drew turned to look out the window. Everyone knew when he sighed what it meant. He was home. He loved his homeland. But as Cherry looked over at him, she saw his face fall sad. She knew what he was thinking. As much as he loved going home, there was so many conflicting emotions for him. It hurt that his mom would never be at the airport to welcome him home. There were times he felt lost without the love and encouragement from her.

Cherry walked over to sit beside him and buckled up for landing. She put her hand on his knee and whispered, "Hey, Baby. Are you OK?" He snapped out of his funk and looked at her. He smiled at her, "I'm fine, my Love. I can't wait ta tell Dad our news. All of it." He out his hand on her lower belly and rubbed, "Our babies." With his other hand, he cupped her cheek and kissed her deeply.

Lady Christina sat next to Kevin, rubbing his hand and saying softly, "Hey sweetie. Time to wake up." She leaned over him, kissing him lightly. Kevin stirred, moaning, "Ohhhmm..hi. I had the bloody weirdest dream. I dreamt we were on Christine's plane going ta Scotland. Then Cherry came out in Drew's shirt and got pregnant. Then YOU got pregnant. Ugh, so strange!"

Lady laughed, and said, "Well, we are on the plane, we're ready to land in Glasgow. And Kevin...I am pregnant." Kevin looked to Christine, then Cherry, then Sheamus. Drew said as he held Cherry's hand, "It's all true, mate. Both of us have been blessed. Us Celtic men have strong sperm and bigger weapons that all the ladies love to touch!" Sheamus grumbled, "Christ! He'll never let that one die." Christine said, looking up at the Irishman who claimed her heart, "It is kinda funny. And he's right."

A few minutes later, the plane landed. As the group was getting ready to disembark, Cherry pulled Sheamus aside. She said lowly, "So…are you going to ask her?" He shrugged, "Eh, I dunno" She hit him on the arm, "Sheamo. I'm serious. Drew told me that Lady helped you pick out a ring!" He said, "Yeah, she did." Sheamus handed her a box. Inside was a silver ring with three pink stones.

Cherry gasped with tears in her eyes, "Oh Sheamus! It's so beautiful! She will love it!" He was skeptical, "Ya really think? I mean it's pink. It's not her favorite color." Cherry said, kissing him on the cheek, "Chris will love it. Why don't you ask her at our rehearsal dinner?" Sheamus sighed, looking at Christine walking by, "I dunno. I don't wanna take away from your big moment."

She was confused, "What big moment? What are you talking about?" Sheamus mentally slapped himself on the forehead. He did not want to ruin the surprise Drew had in mind for his love. And he didn't want to take away from their big day. He covered quickly, "Ah, ya know. When ya tell Andy about the babies. This should be fer Andy getting the crest back and fer you and Drew." She smiled, "Well, just so you know, I'm perfectly fine with you proposing to me best friend. I give you my blessing." She winked at him as they got ready to walk onto Scottish soil. Sheamus exhaled loudly in relief, knowing he had not spoiled the wedding after all.
