Chapter 3: Gatekeeper

Back in his main chamber of this castle, the jester known as Dimentio was talking about what he heard and telling Bleck and his crew.
Bleck nodded and replied, "So, Merlon helped those kids got those former heroes and turned them into cards to assist them?"
Nastasia then replied, "Count, this is the best plan we can ever think of right now. As long as we take them down and quickly, we can take those cards and keep them for ourselves."
Dimentio then replied, "The quicker we stop them, the faster we'll be to taking over this silly island and then the world."
Bleck nodded and replied, "What a plan it is, Dimentio. With you by my side as well, things will go the way we want them to."
O'Chunks raised his hands in the air and replied, "I want to meet up with those kids myself when my deck is ready to go. Just need a few more cards, sir."
"Very well, O'Chunks. Let us know when your ready to go."
The bearded minion saluted him and then vanished into nothing and Mimi then replied, "No fair! I wanted to do that!"
Nastasia looked at the young lady and replied, "How goes your deck right now, Mimi?"
"Can't figure out a deck I want. can I have access to the vault we have so I can decide on what deck to use?"
Nastasia then replied, "It's up to Count Bleck, Mimi."
He sighed and replied, "Do what it takes to help her out, Nastasia." Please go with her because I need some time to myself."
She nodded as the ladies walked out of the room and Dimentio then replied, "I have to do some stuff to get ready to go as well. Ciao!"
He snapped his fingers and a burst of light appeared and when it died down, the evil jester was nowhere in sight and then Count Black walked to a open window that faced Fliptonia and he sighed and replied, "Somewhere, my old love is out there and I want her back so badly. If only I can remember who I was and what here name was."
He then looked at the dark book and he grabbed it and replied, "Time to read up some more."
Suddenly, he and the book faded away.

After Merlon explained the situation to the families of the gang, they all decided they wanted to be on the island as well and help watch over the town. Inside of a large building near Merlon's house, was a large war room-like place that had a model of the town and a map of the island as well. The gang was there with Tippi and were reading a large map.
Merlon then replied, "The location of our first Pure Heart is in the desert at the Yold Ruins. You must go through Fliptonia Meadow and then climb Mt Linemore and they'll help you reach a small city at the top of the mountain and it's the city of Linewood. After that, you must brave the desert and somewhere in the desert is the ruins and where the first Pure Heart is. It won't be a easy journey, but you kids can do anything."
Amber then replied, "We'll be fine, Merlon. We can beat any kind of challenge and get up on top."
Merlon nodded and replied, "I know you kids will be just fine. To enter the mountain, you must pass a gate and you need a mountain pass to climb it and you must beat a old friend of mine to win the pass."
Erica then replied, "We can do it, sir. We'll be successful and we'll return here with the Heart!"
"I know you'll all do just fine. Head there now and ask for a pass and duel for it. It'll be a fun duel. My old friend is a nice person who loves dueling anyone he see, including his grandson. I want to wish you all the best of luck, but I don't think you'll nead it."
Tippi and the gang quickly left the building and Merlon looked back at his book and replied, "I'm hoping the Prophecy is right about these kids. We need to them to reach and takedown Bleck."

A few miles down the road, the gang stopped at small picnic area and was snacking on some trail mix and bottles of water.
Tippi then replied, "We should be there in about a hour so, gang. It's a short trip. Relax and enjoy the view for now."
As they continued to snack down, they saw a large otter-like creature known as a Tree Otter resting on a large branch (ATK: 1,200) and it was sitting next to a Des Koala (ATK: 1,100). The gang saw them and then they started back before finally running through the tree tops until they were out of sight and Amber then replied," Intresting wildlife this island has."
Tippi then replied, "It's one of the many surprises this island has to offer in a way."
As they rested, the saw a teenager about the same age as them walking down the trail and he saw the group and walked up to them and replied, "Afternoon, folks."
They waived to to him and he resumed "Going to see my grandpa as the Pass Station?"
Tippi then replied, "Your his grandson?"
"Darn right he is and I'm proud of that. I'm Sebastian Benonsin and I'll lead you him there if you're finished up here."
The gang got up and left with him and they didn't know, Dimentio was listening from the top of a tree and he heard the whole thing and he replied, "Most intresting."
Suddenly, he heard angry chattering and saw a Des Wombat behind him (ATK: 1,600) and he replied, "Go away, you silly creature. I'll leave in a few minutes!"
The beast growled and charged at him and gave him a kick to the stomach and it knocked him to the ground and he struck it with a loud THUMP and he groaned and replied, "Curse that little twerp of a beast. Back to my mission I guess."
He slowly vanished into formless mist.

The gang arrived at the the house and outside sitting in a large brown chair was a aged old man with a white moustache and he were a red robe.
Rocki then replied, "This your grandfather, Sebastian?"
He nodded and replied, "This is my grandfather Bestovius Benonsin. My parents live in Flipside. I like to visit my grandfather all the time to say hi to him and stuff."
Bestivous looked at them and replied, "These the kids Merlon was talking about, Tippi?"
"Yes, sir. Melon wanted to you to give them a pass to go on the mountain path."
Bestivous then replied, "Are they sure they want to? There is a lot of dangerous stuff on that road and you'll never know what'll happen."
Erica nodded and then replied, "We can handle anything, sir."
"I see. The only way a person can get a pass is with a duel against myself. I have a decent deck and I want to use it. 6 people have faced so far since I've been doing this since yesterday and I just can't lose."
Erica then smiled and then replied, "My name is Erica and I'll face you in duel in the morning, sir. My deck has more then enough power to crush anything in its path."
"Love the confidence you have right now, child. For now, head back to Flipside for dinner and a rest and we'll see you here in the morning for the duel."
They all nodded as the all left and Sebastian looked at his grandfather and replied, "Could those 3 kids save the island and the world from Bleck, grandpa?"
"we'll see tomorrow morning, Sebastian. We'll certainly see."

Meanwhile that night, Bestivous was sound asleep at his bed on the top floor of the pass station. His grandson left early to head back into town and then meer seconds later, Dimentio appeared inside of the bedroom and he smirked and replied, "Time to serve the right person. silly wizard."
He pointed and a burst of energy shot out and it hit the sleeping wizard and then he nodded and replied, "When you awake, you'll serve Count Bleck. Also, you must beat those bratty teens in a duel and bring them to the castle."
A Xyz monster appeared in his hand and he replied, "Your deck will love this card."
It glowed as it shot out and entered his Extra Deck and replied, "Good luck and beat those kids, old man. Ciao!"
He slowly vanished into mist and then the wizards eyes turned bright red while he continued to sleep.

That next day at about 9:00 that morning, the gang was enjoying a meal at a small cafe named Sweet Smiles. Inside, a young female chef by the name of Saffron was cooking. She ran the cafe from 6:00 to about 10:00 at night Fliptonian Time (Which was about 8 hours ahead of the Central Time Zone in the United States). She had two servers and a Junior chef that would help her with large orders. Saffron and her chef served them all a big breakfast and it was in the on the house for their newest allies.
Merlon then replied, "How's the food, kids?"
Erica then replied, "Really good. The eggs are well-seasoned and that Roasted Horsetail was amazingly good. I loved every bit of it!"
Rocki looked at Merlon and replied, "What is a horsetail anyway?"
Merlon then replied, " A very meaty-like plant with a large root. that Horsetail is only found in deep bogs on this island. We try to transfer it to the States in a report we sent 3 months ago, but we haven't heard anything back at the moment. It can be used in any vegan or vegetarian recipe."
The girls nodded and then they heard a cellphone ring and Merlon took one of his pocket and he turned it on and he replied, "Yes, Sebastian?"
Suddenly, his eyes bugged out and replied, "Not good. We'll be there soon. Hide out at that picnic bench nearby. I'll send the girls with Tippi as soon as possible."
He hung up and Erica looked at him and replied, "What's wrong?"
"Bestivous has gone evil. His grandson called me up and he's not his normal self and he keeps on saying Hail Bleck and won't listen to anything his grandson has to say."
Jamie nodded and resumed, "That is strange. Maybe a duel with him can snap him out of this mood?"
Merlon then replied, "Anything is worth a try right now. I have to go back to my house. I arranged someone to help you get that'll help Tippi out as well."
Suddenly, the doors of the cafe opened up and walking in was the well-known veteran of wars (ATK; 1,200) and Rocki nodded and then replied, "That's the mighty Maruading Captain. I Use one in my own deck."
He saluted them and then he replied, "Ready to go get him back to normal, ladies?"
They all nodded as the kids and Tippi got up and left and Merlon sighed and replied, "Good luck, my young friends."

Back at the castle, the gang were chatting with each other.
Nastasia then resumed, "How the heck is he for our side now?"
Before anyone could answer, Dimentio appeared in a bright flash of light and Bleck saw him and resumed, "You had something to do with this, Dimentio?"
He nodded and then resumed, "WIth the cards he has now, he shouldn't have any trouble crushing any of those girls, sir."
"DImentio, this may be your best plan yet. For now on though, let me know about this ahead of time please?"
His minion nodded and they were watching Bestivous on screen going on a rampage.

Back at the pass station, a Des Wombat was running away from a angry Bestivous, who was racing after it closely and he saw the scared beast and then he laughed and replied, "Gotcha!"
He aimed his hand a burst of a energy shot out and struck the ground nearby and burned up a small patch of grass and missing the Beast by a few feet and then it quickly ran off into the forest nearby and then he nodded and replied, "That's what you get for messing with Dimentio! Hail BLECK!"
The gang arrived there and Bestivious saw them and he replied, "It's the kids Bleck needs. what do you want?"
Erica took a step forward and replied, "I promised you a duel yesterday and I'm here for it to get you back to normal, sir."
"Good luck with that. I accept your dueling offer and when you lose to me, your heading out to Count Bleck right away!"
She only sighed and then a duel disk appeared on his arm and he replied, "Let's duel already."
Both disks quickly shuffled the decks and both drew 5 cards.
"Game on!", both yelled out.

The old man nodded and resumed, "Let's see what you can do. Your move now."
She looked at her hand and resumed, "I'll set a monster for later and a card as well and that's all for me."
Bestivous drew a new card and then resumed, "I summon my Diamond Splitter!"
He played the card and a tall rocky warrior with a sword made of diamond and and sharp stones appeared (ATK: 1,700) and Amber looked at Sebastian and replied, "Your grandpa likes rock monsters?"
Sebastian nodded and replied, "He's always loved the rock monsters in the game. He has a lot of cool monsters to use and likes using them all."
"Destroy her facedown monster!"
It quickly charged in and a A small white dragon with glowing red scales and two small white wings appeared on the card (DEF: 400) and it swung its sword and cut the dragon in two with both glowing halves shattering seconds later.
"Your dragons won't beat me, child. Your move now."
She drew a card and then resumed, "I now summon my Alexandrite Dragon."
She played the card and a beautiful dragon of light appeared (ATK: 2,000).
"I attack your rock monster."
It glowed as a burst of small white shards and they struck the rock monster and it collapsed into pebbles & dust (Bestivous LP: 8000 - 7700).
"Your move, sir."
He drew a card and then resumed, "I'll set a monster and a card for later and that's all for me."
She drew a card and then resumed, "I'll summon my Vanguard of the Dragon."
She played the card and a dragon warrior with a spear for a weapon appeared (ATK: 1,700).
"I attack with my Spear."
It swung its spear and a large rocky statue appeared on the card (DEF: 2,000) and the spear struck it and it did nothing to it (Erica LP: 8000 - 7400) and he nodded and resumed, "Your monster couldn't even chip my Stone Statue of the Aztecs, kid."
"Darn it. I end my turn now."
He drew a card and resumed, "I'll banish a earth monster to summon my The Rock Spirit."
He banished his Diamond Splitter and the rocky spartan warrior appeared (ATK: 1,700).
"I now summon my Grave Ohja."
She played and another rocky monster appeared (ATK: 1,600).
"I Overlay my 2 Level 4 monsters to Xyz summon my Gallant Granite."
The two monsters turned into green orbs and they flew into the sky and and a beautiful statue of a mighty warrior with a sharpened sword appeared (ATK: 2,300).
"I'll remove a material to get a Rock monster from my deck."
He discarded the Grave Ohja card and grabbed a new one and resumed, "I attack your Vanguard now."
He went in and slashed at the dragon warrior with his sword, cleaving the Dragon in two with a single slash. The pieces shattered to bits (Erica LP: 7400 - 6800).
"Your turn now, kid."
She drew a card and then resumed, "I'll set a monster and switch my monster to defense and that's all for me."
The dragon of light knelt down (DEF: 100) and he drew a card and then resumed, "I summon my Fossil Tusker."
he played the card and a strange skeletal rock-like creature that looked a large mastadon's skull with large rocky tusks appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"Granite attacks again."
The Rocky Xyz went and a small fiery red dragon appeared on the card (DEF: 1,600) and he swung it sword at it and cleaved it in two with the pieces dissolving into burning embers and she nodded and resumed, "When Red Wyrm is destroyed in battle, you take 500 damage!"
3 fireballs shot out and struck him down (Bestivous LP: 7700 - 7200) and he groaned and resumed, "No big loss. Tusker, attack!"
It glowed and as a burst of small rocks shot out and slammed into her Dragon and it let out a weakened roar before it shattered into small shards of light (Erica LP: 6800 - 6400).
"Your turn now, kid."
She drew a card and she resumed, "I Activate my Banner of Courage."
The spell appeared aand then she smiled and resumed, "Time to bring forth a new addition to my deck, buddy. I summon my Turta the Tortoise Dragon."
She played the card and a A red-skinned Dragon with a large blue shell appeared with a small roar (ATK: 1,900) and Sebastian nodded and then resumed, "Cool card she has there."
Amber saw the monster and she smiled and resumed, "It's one of the cards that Merlon gave us."
Jamie nodded and resumed, "Cool looking card I have to say least."
"I feel the same way about that one, girl."

Back at Bleck's Castle, they were intrigued at what they just saw.
Mimi then replied, "What the heck is that thing?"
Bleck nodded and then replied, "Merlon supplied those kids with new cards I see."
Nastasia then replied, "He must of offered cards to each of those girls as well."
"I wouldn't doubt that one, Nastasia. If our slave wins, make sure we got those cards soon as possible."
She nodded as they continued to watch the duel.

Everyone watched as the saw the newest monster looking around and she saw the Amber and it let out a happy-sounding growl and Amber nodded and resumed, "That was very cool."
Bestivous saw the new monster and resumed, "Nice monster, but much weaker then my mine."
"I knew that already. I equip him with my Fighting Spirit."
The spell appeared and its shell and eyes began to glow (ATK: 1,900 - 2,800) and she smiled and resumed, "This guy can attack all your monsters once apiece. Attack them all with Dragon Shell Blitzer!"
It went into his shell and it spun around and it shot out (ATK: 2,800 - 3,000) and plowed into the Tusker and blew it to little pieces of rock (Bestivous LP: 7000 - 5800) - (ATK: 3,000 - 2,700) and then it shot out and slammed into the Xyz and smashed it into small rocky fragments (Bestivous LP: 5800 - 5400) - (ATK: 2,700 - 2,400) and it went in and slammed into the Statue Statue of the Aztecs before it collapsed into dust & pebbles as well (ATK: 2,400 - 1,900) and Amber nodded and resumed, "What a move that was."
"Take that. I'll set a monster and that's all for me."
He drew a card and resumed, "I activate my Heavy Storm."
The storm began and her Banner and Fighting Spirit cards were ripped into small shards.
"I'll set a monster for later and that's all for me."
She drew a card and resumed, "I can't attack with Turto now, but I can summon my Lancer Lindwurm."
He played the card and a dragon warrior with a lance for a weapon appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"Attack his facedown monster."
It went and a Giant Rat appeared on the card (DEF: 1,450) and stabbed it and blew it to shards (Bestivous LP: 5400 - 5050) and the shards reformed and a 2nd Giant Rat appeared (ATK: 1,400).
"Your move now, sir."
The wizard drew a new card and then resumed, "I'll summon my Rescue Rabbit."
He played the card and the cute rabbit with goggles appeared (ATK: 300).
"I banish it for two more Destroyer Golems from my deck."
It burrowed into the ground and vanihsed and then two rocky monsters appeared (ATK: 1,500 x2) and then he resumed, "I overlay all 3 of my monsters to Xyz Summon my Millennium Guardian."
All of his rock monsters monsters turned into a glittering grey orbs and a portal opened up and they flew into it and the the mighty Millennium Golem with golden rocks appeared with its single eye (ATK: 2,300) and Sebastian saw the card and he groaned and resumed, "That is one of his best cards as well."
"I'll remove a monster and then all of your monsters lose 100 attack for each Rock monster in my graveyard."
He discarded one of the golems and her monsters glowed (ATK: 1,800 - 1,300) - (ATK: 1,900 - 1,400).
"Destroy her newest card."
The eye glowed as a beam of pure golden energy shot out and slammed into it and growled in pain before it shattered to pieces (Erica LP: 6400 - 5500) and the ladies had a sad-like shock face as well and Bestivous smiled and resumed, "Another win for me. I'll set a card for later and that'll end my turn now."

Back at Bleck's Castle, they were once again intrigued at what they just saw.
Nastasia looked puzzled and resumed, "Why'd they act like that after he smashed that Dragon into dust, sir?"
Bleck nodded and resumed, "I don't know, but these kids may be attached to these silly new cards in a certain way. We'll have to keep a close on them all."
Most intresting thing to see indeed. I'll have to keep my eyes on these new monsters of theirs., Dimentio thought to himself as continued to watch the duel with the others.

The girls still where in shock about what happened earlier.
The aged wizard looked at her and resumed, "Make your move or you'll forfeit this duel right now, kid."
She only sighed and she drew a card and resumed, "I'll never forfeit a duel to anyone and I would rather take the loss then let that happen. I'll switch my Dragon to defense and then I'll set a new monster facedown and that's all for me."
He drew a card and then resumed, "If you say so. I summon another Diamond Splitter."
He played the card and another rocky warrior appeared (ATK: 1,700).
"Splitter attacks now."
It went and swung his sword down and cut into the Dragon and it let out a weak growl before it shattered into small blue & green shards.
"My Guardian attacks now."
Its eye glowed and a beam of light shot out and a Masked Dragon appeared on the card (DEF: 1,100) and the beam pierced through it and blew it to little pieces and then a 2nd one appeared (ATK: 1,400).
"You'll never beat me and my deck, kid. I end my turn now."
She drew a card and then resumed, "Let's try something better. I tribute my dragon for my Des Volstgalph."
He played the card and the smaller dragon vanished into fiery bits and her larger desert-like dragon appeared (ATK: 2,200) and she resumed, "I'll now use the effect of my Soul Dragon you destroyed on your first turn. I can banish it and then my dragon gains 500 attack until the End Phase of the turn."
She banished the card and her dragon growled (ATK: 2,200 - 2,700) as a burst of energy mixed with dust shot out and slammed into the Xyz and it cracks formed all over it before it exploded into shards of rock that rained down on his side of the field (Bestivous LP: 5050 - 4650) and she resumed, "You also take another 500 damage with my dragon's effect as well."
More of the attack slammed into him (Bestivous LP: 4650 - 4150).
"Your move now, sir."
The power boost went away (ATK: 2,700 - 2,200) drew a card and then resumed, "I'll set a monster facedown and I'll activate my Guidance to Ore."
The spell appeared and a rocky grass-covered hill formed.
"I'll set a card and that's all for me."
She drew a card and then resumed, "I summon my Emerald Dragon."
She played the card and a : A large dragon with two white wings, emerald-like skin, two white eyes, and sharp claws appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"Emerald Dragon attacks."
The dragon let out a small roar as a burst of green shards shot out and a Mine Golem appeared on the card (DEF: 1,900) and the attack did nothing to it (Erica LP: 5500 - 5400) and she nodded as a burst of energy shot out from her other dragon and smashed it into little pieces of rock & dust and a small explosion happened on her side of the field (Erica LP: 5400 - 4900) and then a blast of energy came from the dragon and struck him down (Bestivous LP: 4150 - 3650) and then his spell glowed and a 2nd one appeared (DEF: 1,900) and she nodded and resumed, "Your move now, sir."
He drew a card and then resumed, "I tribute my Golem for my Criosphinx."
The rocky monster vanished into dust and then a ram-headed sphinx appeared (ATK: 1,200) and he resumed, "I tribute it to Special Summon my Exxod, Master of the Guard!"
As his sphinx vanished into dust, a huge golden statue appeared and knelt (DEF: 4,000) and Sebastian saw the monster and then replied, "One of Grandpa's favorite cards."
"I now activate my Inverse Universe!"
The trap flipped up and her dragon glowed (ATK: 2,200 - 1,700) - (ATK: 0 - 4,000) and Amber groaned and resumed, "Man, he really is good!"
Sebastian sighed and replied, "This is why Merlon wanted him to protect the mountain road from enemies."
"Destroy her Volstgalph!"
The huge rocky creature glowed two beams of fiery light shot out and cut through the dragon like a cutting laser, cutting it twain from top to bottom. The remains dissolved in a huge shower of dust and ash (Erica LP: 4900 - 2600).
"You'll never beat me, lady! I end my turn now."
Erica drew a card and then resumed, "I activate Stamping Destruction to wipe out that hill."
Her dragon growled as her Spell appeared and a burst of fireballs shot out and smashed the Spell into shards (Bestivous LP: 3650 - 3150).
"I'll switch my Dragon to defense and then I'll set a new monster and a card for later and that's all for me."
Bestivous drew a card and then resumed, "I now summon my Gogogo Golem."
She played the card and a rocky golem appeared (ATK: 1,800) and Jamie saw the new monster and she resumed, 'My deck uses one of that monster as well."
Erica then nodded and resumed, "I activate my Burst Breath."
Her trap flipped up and her dragon dissolved in a shower of emerald shards & dust and they shot out and flew and stabbed into both of his rock monsters and they both cracked and chipped before they both collapsed in a huge shower of dust and Amber nodded and resumed, "Great way of doing things in a way."

He took his Grave Ohja and banished it and the rocky ogre appeared (ATK: 1,900) and she resumed, "Smash her facedown monster!"
It quickly charged in and a Familiar Knight appeared on the card (DEF: 1,400) and he slammed the trunk into him and smashed him to pieces and she resumed, "I Special Summon my Rare Metal Dragon."
She played the card and a dragon with a metal hide appeared (ATK: 2,400) and he looked at his hand and he resumed, "I Special Summon my Golem Sentry to defend me."
He did so and a rock monster that looked a large door with a club appeared and it knelt (DEF: 1,800).
"That's all for me."
She drew a card and then resumed, "I'll set a monster as well and I'll attack your Gigantes."
It growled as a burst of dark energy shot out and smashed the rocky ogre into dust (Bestivous LP: 3150 - 2650).
"Your move now."
He drew a card and then his turned dark red and there was a dark aura surrounding his head and Amber saw him and resumed, "What's going on with him now?"
"You're a better duelist then that bratty grandson of mine. He was a weak one for sure.", He said in a deep voice and then Sebastian sighed sadly and replied, "This is not like him at all. He must be defeated to be cured of this curse."
Amber nodded and then replied, "Erica will get the win, Sebastian. She has a amazing Dragon deck."
I now activate Striking the Mother Load."
The spell appeared.
"If I have 2 or less cards in my hand and you see I have none, I can banish Two Level 5 or higher Rock monsters from my graveyard and drew 3 cards."
He took his Exxod and Criosphinx and drew 3 cards and Sebastian then resumed, "He wouldn't banish one of his favorite cards for anything. Something is really wrong with him."
"I now summon my Rockstone Warrior."
He played the card and a rocky warrior appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"I now activate Combined Level."
The Spell appeared.
"This card locks me out of a Synchro Summon this turn, but if I only control two monsters that are the same type, level and attribute, I can combined their levels together and that number becomes their new levels until the End Phase of my turn."
They began to glow (LV: 4 x2 - LV: 8 x2).
"I now overlay my 2 Level 8 monsters."
Both rock monsters turned into white orbs and then a galaxy-like portal opened up, which they flew into and Amber then resumed, "What kind of Xyz Summon is this?"
Rocki looked puzzled as well and resumed, "Nothing I've ever seen before, girl."
"I use these to build the Overlay Network and create a Xyz Summon! I bring forth a monster of true power and energy from the skies! Appear before now, Number 68: Sanaphond the Sky Prison!"
He played the card and a huge rocky creature came out of the sky that various cannons in and it was pitch black in color with the number 68 on the middle part of it (ATK: 2,100) and the gang saw the huge monster and Tippi then resumed, "Bleck and his group are using as many cards as they can use against you ladies now."
"My huge new creature gains 100 attack for each card in our graveyards!"
It glowed with even more power (ATK: 2,100 - 4,000) and Sebastian saw the new total and he groaned and resumed, "That is a lot of power!"
"Before I waste your monster, I'll activate my Sky Prison's effect and remove a Xyz Material monster and lock out both of us from Special Summoning a monster from our grave and it protects my monster from being destroyed by your card effects as well until the end of your turn!"
He discarded the card and its attack power went up a bit more (ATK: 4,000 - 4,100) and Rocki groaned and resumed, "Not looking good at all for her."
"This will be enjoyable to watch! Number 68, attack her Rare Metal Dragon with your Hellfire Meteor Crash!"
The cannons aimed down and a huge fiery shower of dark-flamed meteors began to fall to the ground and the the dragon howled in pain as the meteor smashed into the poor dragon and blew it to little bits and then a fiery explosion consumed her field (Erica LP: 2600 - 900) and Amber then resumed, "I hope she's okay."
The flames from the explosion cleared away and she was on her back now and out cold and Jamie saw her and resumed, "Erica, got up! You can do this!"
The takened-over wizard laughed a lot and he resumed, "Looks like your friend got hit hard by my monster's attack, fools! I end my turn now."
She was still out cold and Tippi sighed and resumed, "What a savage attack that was. I hope she can get up soon."
They all focused on her and hoped she'd get up soon.

When a Dragon monster you control targets a monster with more ATK then your monster, you discard this card, that monster loses 500 ATK until the End Phase of the turn. During your Main Phase 1 and not during the turn you this card is sent to the GY, you can banish this card from your GY and then target 1 Dragon monster you control; it gains 500 ATK until the End Phase of the turn. You can only use each effect of "Soul Dragon" once per turn.

When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate facedown card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once apiece and if this effect is used, you cannot attack with any other monster you have. If this card attacked, it card cannot attack during your next Battle Phase.

You can remove 1 Xyz Material monster from this card; all monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each Rock monster in your GY until the End Phase of the turn. You can only use this effect of "Millennium Guardian" once per turn. If this card has a Xyz Material monster beneath it, your opponent cannot target your Rock monsters with card effects during your turn.

Combined Level / Normal Spell Card

You cannot Synchro Summon the turn you activate this card. If you only control two monsters who have the same Level, Attribute and type as each other, combine the levels of both monsters and that becomes the level of both monsters until the End Phase of the turn. You can only activate 1 "Level Combine" per turn.

I'm now hoping that she can get up and finish a duel and with that giant monster above her head, I don't know what'll happen next. After this battle is over, a close friend of mine needs help with the town he's in charge of and the kids help him get his village back from a member of Bleck's crew that is now in charge of the village and Amber faces a duelist from the past that annoyed the former heroes of that time. Can she avoid being overun by her opponent's "Jurassic Power" and win the duel? Find out soon.
