Chapter 8:Quality Time
Back inside the academy right now the group where enjoying some quality time talking and catching each on things they missed that they haven;t covered. But mainly talking with one another as the polyamry couple was doing alot of that getting to know their new little partners right now
They already knew the malachite twins, dew, orchie, trifia and cynthai. But they got to know the rest on some of their backstory. For angel she was from mistral and has a interest in science and mechanic. While crystal explained how she was from mistral herself actually along with being an amature boxer since her dad was one but she also got an embarrassing fact that she fell for cute and small things. Which drew her to velvet actually, while yoko came to the two surprise
That for starters she was a supermodel actually for the vale magazine. Along with that being featured on several island themed covers. Then their was bliss who came from vale herself as she was a badgirl with a heart of gold. Though she seemed rather sweet, her parents ran a motorbike shop. While their was kiva who grew up on a farm here in vale but assited in the building the crops here too.
Next was natalia as the background they got from her was just strange. Because all she said how she and razma knew each other very close. Razma explained how they where cuddle buddies, making them have a second her now. Then their was yuka who talked about her modest background but they said shes sweet once you get past that.
Next was astrid who kept it short saying she was from mistral and had parents interested in grimm. She was too making her find the hybrid interesting immediately. Then their was ivy who mentioned she was from vacou. Along with that her parents helped run the oasis here the despardos ran. Kuria mentioned she was from vacou and her parents ran the morgue and cemetery in town. She met velvet when she visited their graves. With arslans saying she was on a team with reese which they found interesting.
"And i'm actually from here myself actually. Big into surfing…met this one here while i was on the beach one day"wendy said gesturing to eden who blushed
"You mean who rescued you from nearly drowning. Since you leg became loose"bliis mentioned making her blush
Onxyia tapped her chin"hey how did you get it if you don't mind me asking"She asked but she didn't mind as she gesutred to her right leg pulling her pants leg up
"Lost it while surfing a shark bite my leg off. I was screaming like crazy that day…but hey new leg"wnedy said pullint her pant leg down as kiva giggled
"Me and kuria stole her leg last month. She crawled after us begging for it back"kiva joked making the surfer girl feel more embarrassed as eria glared at her leader who stared at her

"But you got an extra inch from your leg princess ice queen…meh"zane said sticking his tongue out at her. This made her growl as flames appeared in her eyes as tanner laughed at her
"Ha! Hes right your a shorty princess"tanner siad which made her turn her anger toward him which ne noticed. Tanner tried to run away but she threw a book nailing him in the back of the head as he fell to the ground groaning

"But he seemed so nice well somewhat."jaune replied but eria slowly giggled hearing that as she sighed with a grin
"Serves her right well i do also owe my leader for breaking both her legs"eria said making kiva stare at her new boyfriend scared a little
"Are you insane or something'kiva said making him feel bad as he cleared it up
"Hold up. Its just a switch i got…if you mess with anyone i care about their gonna get something. Besides…psycho took my teammate leg."he answered as she still felt a little scared as may sighed pulling her into a hug making her blush

They all watched it travel into the hallway right now as they sat in silence

"Uhhh okay he just relcoated it like it was nothing. And you are not screaming"astrid asked as angel hummed examining him for a moment

In another part of the academy onxyia, ilia and neo where looking for any sign of the two siblings right now. While they walk the three had some casually conversation long the way
"So ilia anything new with you and akasha?"neo questioned as ilia found this weird still

Some time later inside a bar it seems from the look of the place. Right now some of the fathers of the group where celebrating something still. That being their kids back from the dead it seems. With decker allowing them to rent out his place for the day as it was just them without anyone else in his fine bar. With declan enjoying a nice drink with his friends and some new ones
That being a man who seemed to be forties in age with him having tan skin. Along with that he had lime green hair and brown eyes. While he had a athletic build to him along with that a scar on the left side of his neck. But he simply wore some tan pants with a gren turtleneck on with a necklace of a plant leaf on it. This was ivy fathers
Amphion was laughing right now as he wrapped an arm around mars.

This came to the criminals complete shock hearing his son went through that. Roman took a deep breath in as he downed his drink

Immediately the two of them came at each other head on for a show of strength right now. As they locked hands with each other holding ground with one another. Azairl grunted as declan was using his sheer size to win the power struggled. But the man wasn't going to give up that easily
Suddenly azaril let go making declan stumble for a moment as he shook it off before he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. As azrail wrapped both arms around his waist squeezing making the wolf laugh
"Good luck with lifting me in the air boy. Your tiny compared to me"Declan said trying to break the lock on his waist. But aaril gripped it tighter
The man gave a roar before lfiitng him over his head as he slammed declan onto the ground with the wolf looking stunned as he bounced slightly landing on his back with a grunt. As declan gathered himself a boot was planted on his chest by the victory being azaril panting right now
"I was a big scrapper back in the day old man. Though…man your fat"azrail said offering a hand to the wolf who smiled laughing taking it as he patted him on the back
"Well for a dead man who will die within the week you managed to earn my respect in a day. Guess your kid shares that with you"Declan said peeking some of their interest

But close by also enjoying a nice drink with each other was qrow, tai and ironwood. Along with theodore right now. Though ironwood ditched his military attire for some black dress pants with a light blue short sleeve dress shirt with white button. Which showed off his prosthetic arm right now
Tai was watching this laughing as he sighed
"Oh man this place is a riot right now. Because seriously i missed you alot qrow"tai said smiling as qrow shrugged his shoulder drinking some coke right now
"Eh being dead was fun and all. Granted saw my mom up their which was nice…but thankfully i didn't see dad"qrow joked
"Ah let me guess hell"ironwood joked as he was right
"Your right. Though….its a shocker i'm even here still. I can kinda feel well…"Qrow said staring at his bodie as he could recall his own death. The cold, the pain of being stabbed and the feeling of slowly losing your life as it slipped into death grasp

"Nah i wanna celebrate. But i had my limit four drinks of liquor and one more i may become drunk qrow"qrow replied making them laugh as theodore sighed
"Still love how you started to refuse drinking at times. But yet you even brought a bottle of whiskey into one of our meeting. You puked all over glynda and she was disgusted"theodore replied as they laughed at that
"Yes…gynda"ironwood said staring into his glass right now as he thought about that women. They used to be a thing back when he was in the academy, but it fell apart with him having to be in atlas all year long. Along with becoming a bit of a heartless man who viewed the mission to be more important than feeling
Soon enough wrapping an arm around him was none other than henry knight
"Well…well…well seems i get a drink and i come back to see james here looking all love sick. Do you still have a thing for that women"henry said making the general flinch throwing his hand off his shoulder with the smallest of blushes

"Right you helped them by trapping those two in a closet to talk their feeling out."Tai replied as the general cleared his throat

Besides…where both old now and well….lets talk about something else"ironwood said diverting the topic as they let it happened. As they all began to talk amongst themselves right now enjoying their night off right now with some good and old friends.
As the hours kept dragging on inside the kingdom of vacou right now. Everyone was enjoying a nice day of talking and hearing the many things that happened in the last eight months. Some of it was shocking to hear still but they where used to the figurative bombshells they would get at times

As she was busy sitting ontop of the large wyvern giggling hugging it
"Lizzy"gwendolyn cutely said melting their hearts as nora went starry eyed seeing her
"Awwww shes so cute. Is it weird how you come back and now jaune and pyrrha have a little family now"nora stated but it creeped them out with pyrrha blushing bright red in the face hearing that as izzy went flush. With jaune groaning

Eria stared at her friend before laughing slightly"should we all just leave you three alone to take care of your daughter"Eria teased making jaune blush as he growled
