It had been a week since Reimu put up all those posters and talked to Aya. Sure the ads cost a lot for someone with her financial standing, but Reimu knew she would break even within a few days if things went accordingly.

Additionally, her samurai friend also donated over a dozen children storybooks so she didn't have to buy any. He also went out of his way to buy toys for her as well. Currently, her inventory contained several plastic swords, plastic hammers, plastic baby blocks, various puzzles, crayons, and several empty drawing books. Ryusei also bought her several dolls that were supposed to arrive today but neither he nor the dolls have shown up yet.

"Hmm. That's strange, he said he was gonna be here around this time, so why hasn't he appeared yet," commented Reimu.

Just then, a piece of paper fell from the sky and into Reimu's hands.

"Delayed. Yukari dropped by with her shikigami and Chen wanted a few of the dolls. I'll be here in a few hours."

Reimu sighed. "Oh well. I don't think the kids will have a problem with him showing up. Time to see who signed up for today."

Hours later…

"Hmm. Why is the shrine so empty?" pondered Ryusei. He had finally arrived at the Hakurei Shrine with a large box of dolls only to find the place empty. Sure there were toys and books set up for kids to play with but there wasn't a person in sight.

"I guess I'll leave the dolls here then."

Just as he was about to leave, Reimu flew into her shrine with a very angry look. Her hand was clutching a poster for Moriya Shrine babysitting.

"What happened?"

"This happened! Moriya shrine got a hold of this and decided to take over."

Reimu handed him the poster which Ryusei recognized as one of the ones he and Reimu made but the symbols and letters were completely different. The poster that once read, "Hakurei Babysitting. Available weekly at any time. 2000 yen per kid. Ages 2-11 years only. For more information, either visit the Hakurei Shrine or drop in at Geidontei," now read, "Moriya Babysitting. Available weekly at any time. 1000 yen per kid. Ages 7-14 years only. For more information, either visit the Moriya Shrine or drop in at Geidontei."

Reimu sat down in front of her shrine in defeat.

"And they're successful. Everyone's making requests at Geidontei for Moriya Shrine's babysitting service. None of them even remember or acknowledge mine," stated Reimu.

It was clear she was gonna give up and revert back to her original ways when a very familiar ball of darkness flew towards the shrine and landed next to Reimu.

"Ah Rumia. Looking for Mystia? She'll be arriving in a few minutes."

She began petting the little dark sphere while Ryusei watched from a distance and began drawing.

After a while, Mystia arrived and so did a few fairies who Reimu began to watch over until the sun began setting.

"It's getting late, you should start heading home unless you want to get lost," informed Reimu.

She gently bid them farewell before heading into her shrine.

"Huh? What is that?"

"Your new poster," answered Ryusei. "What do you think?"

His drawing was quite similar to the original poster they had created except several words and symbols had been changed.

"Hakurei Youkai Babysitting. Available weekly at any time. 2000 yen per person. For more information, visit the Hakurei Shrine."

"Are you crazy? How in the world is babysitting youkai gonna get me more visitors?" asked Reimu. "Also, I don't think most youkai can afford it."

"You'd be surprised," answered Ryusei. "There are many youkai or non-human creatures of child-like stature that are cared for by a more powerful being that has the finances to pay for such services. Oftentimes, they use the money for gambling or buying supplies from wandering human traders from the village."

Reimu thought about it before asking another question.

"Okay, but how will it get me more visitors? Also, what should I do about age range?"

"This is Gensokyo, an ancient forgotten land ruled by the mythical youkai. The rules and traditions of your outside world don't apply. Your visitors don't need to be humans. They can be youkai as well," answered Ryusei. "As for age, don't go by years. Go by physical appearance and behavior."

"Hmm. I guess that could work then," commented Reimu. "I'll make the mods but first off, we're gonna have to remove the toys for the male kids. There aren't many male youkai kids and even though there are some, they're more than capable of taking care of themselves."

Ryusei nodded and handed her a brush while he began gathering the toys.

"By the way, the dolls are on the porch. Let me know what you think."

"Okay."

Reimu added a few touches to the poster before checking out the dolls.

"WAAAH! KAWAII!"

Ryusei turned around and saw Reimu cuddling a plush doll that looked like her.

"They're so cute! What are they called?"

"Those are fumos," answered Ryusei. "They're very popular from both the outside world and where I'm from and no, Alice didn't make these dolls."

"So who made them then?"

"Various people from the outside world and a company called Gift," answered Ryusei. "The ones from the outside world are hard to get and are expensive since the company doesn't have the resources to make enough for everyone."

"How did you get so many then?" asked Reimu.

"Where I'm from, the dolls are made in a very different manner and can be obtained almost anywhere," answered Ryusei. "They're still very popular though and I had to pull a few strings to get my hands on them."

"They're definitely going to be a hit with the younger youkai," commented Reimu. "I think I'm going to need a few more of them."

"No problem. I'll see what I can do."

Ryusei took a look at the poster Reimu had made and smiled.

"I'm gonna head back. This time, I don't think you'll have any problems."

He pulled out his symbolizer and drew the Japanese symbols for "portal" and left.

Ran was helping Yukari make breakfast when she noticed a flier flying near their home.

"Yukari, what is that?"

Yukari opened up one of her gaps and pulled the flier into their home.

"Ohh. Yuuka and Minoriko are gonna love this."

The flier read:
