Do do do do doooo, here comes a chapter!

" Who are you NightWing?!" right after a voice said this, the world started to split apart and catch fire. The moon cracking into pieces.

Nightfall jumped up suddenly, waking from his sleep with a jolt. Looking around the area he was sleeping frantically.

He calmed down when he saw there was nobody around him.

Night shook his head, "Weird dream..."

Night looked off into the distance and saw that the Sun rising over the horizon of the sea. He was currently resting on a small Island in the Midway atoll.

"Knew I shouldn't have experimented with my diet with that weird-looking fish," Nightfall said to himself.

He gets up, getting ready to leave the island. Takes a quick look around to make sure nobody would see him, then takes off into the sky.

He starts thinking about his weird dream. It was weird, the dream almost felt real, and he had no idea who that voice belonged to, it almost sounded like a lady's...

Russia

Mikhail Zaitsev was sitting in his office, smoking one of his many cigars, waiting for the report to come in. One of his aircraft carriers and destroyers were lying at the bottom of the sea, and he needed answers.

There was only one survivor from that catastrophe, and everybody was talking about him like he had gone insane.

He could understand a bit of PTSD from an event like that, but not insane.

He put his cigar down into the ashtray when he heard his door start opening.

Two guards and a man who looked paler than a ghost and didn't look like he had any sleep in days walked into his office.

The survivor salutes to the admiral, "Comrade Zaitsev!"

The admiral nods to him, "Comrade, I have heard that you have a few things to tell me about the incident..."

The survivor gave a slight nod, shaking slightly from how tired he was. Or how scared he was.

"It started like any other refueling trip, we were headed back to the mainland to refuel the ships, we were in the East China sea making good time after we made it into the straight, we thought nothing could go wrong. We had made the trip almost a hundred times with no issue." The survivor said starting his report.

"It was almost midnight, and I was on the flight deck for guard duty, I am not sure what had happened at first, I heard some of my comrades scream, I turned around and there was a... Monster on the flight deck looking down at me..."

The admiral raised one of his brows, "Come again?..."

"Speak to the admiral with respect!" One of the guards yelled at the survivor.

"I know what I saw that night, I could never forget!" The survivor defended himself, "I had pulled my pistol out, and shot three times at the beast, the thing grabbed me and threw me into the ocean," The survivor shivered, remembering the coldness of the ocean.

"I watched the rest of the incident down in the water, the beast was huge, he ripped off a wing off the jet on the deck and threw it into the control tower."

The admiral raised his hand to stop him, "You're telling me this... monster was strong enough to not only take bullets from your gun, but strong enough to rip the wings off a jet, and use the wing as a tomahawk... what did this thing look like?"

"It was big, really big, easily almost twice the size as a Mig-21, it was black as coal, the thing had huge wings and was covered in metal."

The admiral frowned at that, "Covered in metal, so it was a machine?"

The survivor hesitated for a bit, "If it was a machine, it was a machine like no other, after I hit the water and started watching it, it ripped a hole into the flight deck and... breathed fire into the bottom deck."

"What you just described sounds a whole lot like a dragon?" The admiral said.

The survivor nodded, "I didn't want to say that but yes... it did look like a dragon,"

The admiral nodded, "You may leave for home comrade, you deserve a break for a while."

"Comrade Zaitsev, you can't possibly believe him!" one of the guards said.

"The admiral shook his head no, "I don't believe in a dragon destroying one of our most important ships, but I know something destroyed it and this is the only thing I got, so I am going to look into it." the Admiral said, bringing his cigar back up to take another puff, dragging on it for just a bit longer to think.

If the evil capitalist had a weapon that could pop up out of nowhere and destroy ships with ease... they needed to solve the issue before it got out of hand.
