Episode XI (11): Cruelty of the Dark Masters

Danyal awoke to find herself in a cell and she began to think about the times she played Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep!

She began to hear a door open and she saw two of the Dark Masters.

Danyal asked, "Why was I taken?"

She began to hear the door opening and she saw Maleficent with Jafar!

Danyal asked backing up against the wall, "Why was I taken? What have I ever done to incur your wrath? What is that snake headed demon doing here?! This isn't Agrabah! This is a hidden kingdom located between the French-German border as evident from a symbol of the Byzantine Empire, the two headed eagle."

Maleficent smiled. "My dear, you're no longer in the Enchanted Dominion. You're in the Castle of the Dark Masters."

Jafar looked at her. "Well, Maleficent, we had our doubts about you returning, but you came through."

Danyal asked, "Why did you bring me here?"

Jafar stated, "You are going to tell us about what happened in the Warner Domain seven years ago."

Jafar got an idea as he had not test the hypnotism on a person wearing eyeglasses.

He reached for Danyal, attempting to take her glasses.

Wizard started growling and he bit the man as he aggressively started to snarl!

Jafar sent Wizard to a wall causing the little dog to yelp in pain!

Danyal picked up Wizard checking to see if he was all right. Then Wizard began to whine in fear.

Jafar looked at his hand that had a bruise and puncture!

Jafar stated, "You clearly have no idea who you are dealing with, girl!"

Danyal replied, "I'm dealing with a power mad second rate Joker wannabe who should be burning in Hell for all of the atrocities you have committed that shook Agrabah to its core!"

Jafar snarled as he gripped his snake staff, "What did you say?!"

Maleficent chuckled in amusement. She knew how much Jafar always hated being called second. "She has a point, you know," she told him.

Danyal snarked, "Let me rephrase what I said, you are nothing more than a second rate Joker wannabe who should burn for all the atrocities that you committed!"

Jafar asked, "You dare compare me to that lunatic?!"

Danyal answered, "You both like to mock your victims, and make some nasty jokes like Piedmon!"

Maleficent agreed. "Your way of words can be irritating."

Danyal commented, "You on the other hand, are just a spiteful sorceress known to spread terror in her wake!"

"I advise you not to test us," Maleficent warned. "You've never faced the Dark Masters before."
Jafar agreed. "We're not to be taken lightly. Push us too far and we may very well be tempted to have you suffer a fate worse than death."

Jafar asked, "I am going to ask you, what happened in the Warner Domain seven years ago?"

Danyal replied, "Why should I tell you, snake headed demon?!"

Jafar answered, "The Disney Kingdom picked up information about that incident and we need to know how you were able to stumble across the Warner Domain?!

Maleficent had her own thoughts on the matter. "However it happened, I believe it was no accident that it did happen."

"How do you mean?" Jafar asked.

"Well, we already know she's a descendant of Dorothy Gale, meaning her going into that domain was played by fate."

Danyal asked, "Meaning that whatever goodness that was left of Glinda the Witch of the North from the Land of Oz might have guided me to the Warner Domain?"

Of that, Maleficent wasn't sure herself.

Jafar stated, "You magpie do not call me second!"

Danyal replied, "What's the matter Cobra Commander? Can't accept the truth?!"

"Leave her be, Jafar," Maleficent said, trying to calm him down. I think our guest would like some time to herself."

"We haven't gotten an answer from her yet," he protested.

"But we do have one small idea," she said. "Just as the magpie was wondering earlier, perhaps it was Glinda who summoned her to the Warner Domain."

Jafar argued, "She was corrupted a long time ago by the Nome King. There's no way for that sugar plum knockoff would bring her there!"

Maleficent replied, "I have a speculation that Glinda transferred a small portion of her spirit before being corrupted. She transferred that portion into that broomstick, that she gave to Dorothy during the 25th anniversary of the Wizard of Oz, just to guide all who would follow in Dorothy Gale's bloodline."

Jafar was confused. "I don't remember Glinda wielding a broomstick."

"I'm talking about the Broomstick of Steadfastness," Maleficent explained.

Maleficent explained, "It was once the broomstick of the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda took it and turned it into a broomstick that doubles as a magical staff."

"How did Glinda get it?" Jafar asked.

"If I remember correctly, Oz gave it to Glinda to purify," she answered. "After purifying it, Glinda gave it to Dorothy."

Jafar commented, "I can't imagine what kind of powers that broomstick would possess."

Frollo asked, "What should we do about this?"

Maleficent replied to Frollo, "You may not confront her. She will probably call you out for your own actions."

Turbo stated, "I want to deal with the magpie."

Jafar argued, "I argue that she would insult you as well."

"You will all get a chance," Maleficent promised her comrades. "Her comrades will be arriving momentarily."
Turbo smiled. "That means we're going to deal with those kids sooner than we thought.

Frollo groaned. "Why do I have a feeling this isn't going to turn out well?"

Jafar teased him and asked, "You're not afraid of a few children, are you?"

Frollo replied, "It has more to do with a powerful creature that would roast me alive."

Turbo chanted teasing, "Frollo is afraid of fire! Frollo is afraid of fire!"

Frollo grabbed Turbo by his throat and he stated, "It's beyond me on how you were able to rise to the rank of Dark Master replacing that jealous queen!"

"It is ironic, though," Jafar was telling Frollo. "Your theme is Hellfire, yet you're afraid of the flames."

Frollo shot an angry glare at him. "I only fear for my soul."

"That's understandable concerning how you have to live with your sins on your conscience," Maleficent told him. "After all, lust is one of the seven sins. In a sense, you're not that different from Grimhilde."

"What are you saying?" Frollo asked.

"Wasn't it you who made the comment that envy is one of the seven sins?" Maleficent reminded him. Seeing him nod, she explains, "Well, you represent lust, which is another one of the sins."

Turbo laughed at Frollo, "You fear that a bird made of fire will kill you?!"

"I'd think so," Jafar commented. "After all, my friend, you're merely mortal and can't protect yourself from anything supernatural," he told Frollo.

Turbo continued to goad him on. "Sometimes even I think you being a Dark Master is a joke."

Frollo asked, "What's supernatural about that bird?"

Jafar answered, "Prince Harald went to the base of the legendary volcano, Mt. Achilleus and he made a pact with the Firebird."

Frollo asked, "What happened to that prince? Was he gaining jealousy during the time that pact was made?"

Maleficent answered, "He was scorned."

Turbo began laughing as he heard the word "scorned" as he stated, "I bet the other princes at the time were furious with him for that."

"Indeed," said Maleficent. "By the way, gentlemen, how were you managing here at the castle during my absence?"

Jafar stated, "I have been creating a potion for those brats."

"I've been doing more research on those kids," Turbo answered.
"Have you found out anything new about any of them?" Maleficent asked.

Turbo stated, "Natius, Jeanette, and Bianca are descendants of the three Walt Maidens."

Maleficent replied, "We already know those three are descendants of Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. How else would they be able to acquire the weapons of their ancestors?"

Turbo stated, "We could use the magpie as bait and give her that fate."

"What fate?" Jafar asked.

Turbo smiled, "Hypnotize her."

Jafar argued, "No!"

"Why don't you do something about that animal of hers?" Frollo suggested.

Jafar stated, "Good idea, the only problem I have is what I should do with that mutt of hers."

"Kill it," Frollo told him. "That should break the girl."

Jafar smiled, "I'll see what I can do."

Turbo asked, "Can I come with you and help?""All right," Jafar replied. "Come on" Together they went back to Danyal's cell.

Danyal asked, "What do you want, snake face!"

"I'm here for the dog," he told her.
"Danyal held Wizard to protect him.

Danyal snarled, "Stay away from my Cairn Apso!"

Listen carefully," Jafar was saying. "Tell me what I want to know and no harm will come to your dog."

Danyal asked, "What do you want to know?"

"I want to know how you entered the Warner Domain all those years ago," he told her.

Danyal answered, "My family entered a mysterious tunnel known as the Tunnel of Change, but when I ran to check the tunnel to see if it was still there and to my surprise, I saw an intimidating demonic winged monkey guarding it, so my sister, dog, Robin, and I had to go to the Fortress of Solitude to get help."

Turbo began laughing at this!

Jafar struck him with his staff to silence him. "That's quite a story."
"It's the truth," she told him.

Danyal asked, "Where is Mr. Virgil?"

Jafar was annoyed by her question and he had an idea to test his snake staff even with the eyeglasses on.

Jafar beckoned, "You will tell us how you stumbled upon the Warner Domain."

Danyal's brownish green eyes became glassy and she replied, "When my family and I moved from Kansas to California, my stepdad made a wrong turn and we decided to see what was beyond a tunnel that had a statue of a scared munchkin as if it was warning not to see what was beyond that tunnel."

Jafar slammed his staff into the floor releasing her from the hypnosis!

Danyal asked , "What the hell did you do, Jafar?!"

"You were being stubborn, so I had to take a different approach," he answered.

Danyal commented as she drew an arrow, "You will suffer for this crap!"

Jafar grabbed Wizard by the scruff of his neck, causing the dog to yelp in pain. "Do you value this animal's life? If you do, drop your weapon or I'll have Turbo here kill your pet."

Danyal dropped her bow, afraid that her dog would be killed!

Jafar dropped the dog as he stated, "I knew you'd see reason. You are just like your ancestress, Dorothy Gale."

Danyal asked, "What do you know about her?"

Wizard ran over to Danyal whimpering in fear.

Jafar answered, "You both have a small dog that comes with you."

Danyal commented, "You should consider yourself lucky that you don't have mortality, because you would've been feeling as if a deer is crushing wherever I would fire!"

Turbo laughed, "Admit it! You're just as crazy as Dorothy Gale was!"

Danyal countered, "Says a bug that cheated his way into power!"

"You have to admit, she's right," Jafar told Turbo. "The rest of us got to be Dark Masters fair and square."

"How?" Turbo asked. "Your good looks? Raw talent?"

Danyal stated, "You are a very dishonest bug!"

Danyal added, "Another thing, you are not significant as you think you are. You basically crashed two video games and for what?! Envy is one of the Seven Deadly Sins, look at what happened to Queen Grimhilde! Her jealousy was her downfall!"

"That's not why she had to step down as a Dark Master," Turbo snapped. "That happened because she failed her assignment."
"And sometimes I think her choosing you was all just to annoy the rest of us," Jafar told him.

Turbo yelled, "Hey! It's not my fault that the Grimhilde didn't retrieve the damned dagger!"

Danyal commented, "You still cheated your way into power, Trojan scum!"

Turbo asked yelling, "What did you call me?!"

Danyal stated, "You are nothing more than a Trojan Horse! A malware that disguises itself as a software only to crash the systems! You crashed two video games and one of them was your home and your disruptive attitude caused not only crashes during gameplay but more importantly you have interrupted the gameplay during business hours where thousands of people would watch the transgressions that you have committed and caused outrage among gamers and characters from those games alike! By the way, that transgression also forced many characters from Turbo Time and RoadBlasters to feel the indignity of being without a game world to return to! In other words, Homeless! You are the abomination that wreaked hell on two video games one of which deserved far better than what you've done! To add insult to injury, you took on a form that resembled the Mad Hatter high on sugar!"

Turbo was on the verge of losing his temper. Jafar figured he knew how to help with that. "You can kill her dog now if you want to," he permitted.

Delighted to hear that, Turbo grabbed Wizard by the scruff and began dragging him out of the cell. "This should teach you not to test me," he told Danyal.

Danyal cried, "No. Please! Don't kill him!"

Wizard looked at one of Turbo's hands that was underneath his collar and he bit the hand as hard as he could, causing Turbo to cry in pain as he dropped the dog and Wizard began running through the halls!

Danyal cried, "Run! Wizard! Run! Run for your life!"

Wizard continued to run away from the castle as he sprinted down corridor he saw the gate and he began to see Natius accompanied by a couple of kittens and he bore his teeth at Oliver who asked, "What is that? Is that a Lhasa Apso? I have heard that they would be used as watchdogs in a Tibetan temple until the 1930s."

Jeanette stated, "Actually, he's a Lhasa Apso/Cairn Terrier mix."

Wizard looked at Jeanette and he began to cry as the girl picked up the frightened dog!

Jeanette reassured, "Don't worry, we're going to get your owner back."

Mahad asked, "Can you lead us to Danyal?"

Wizard looked at Mahad and started to wag his tail in excitement!

Bianca asked, "Can we really trust that dog?"

Jeanette set Wizard down and the dog began leading the group to the dungeons.

Oliver asked, "Why does this rescue sound familiar?"

Figaro had a speculation. "When Dorothy Gale was held prisoner, her dog managed t escape and find their friends and lead them to Dorothy."

Natius commented, "That was from the 1939 version of the Wizard of Oz. My family and I have watched that movie during the Thanksgiving season."

Zander commented, "It irritates me that YouTube would categorize that movie in action and adventure. It's a musical!"

"Never mind that," said Figaro. "Follow that dog." And heroes kept following Wizard

Meanwhile back in the dungeon, Turbo was examining the bite that he received from Wizard which was bleeding!

Jafar asked, "Where did that mutt run off to?!"

Danyal answered, "I am not going to tell you. You had no right to attack my dog like that! That's what you get Turbo! Consider this a just reward for being nothing more than a cheating little rat that tampers with the systems when things don't go your way!"

Turbo asked, "What did you say?!"

Danyal answered, "You tamper with the systems just when things don't go your way like a spoiled little brat!"

Turbo turned to Jafar, and he stated, "Hypnotize her! She could help take down those brats!"

Danyal backed up against the wall!

She felt terror ripping into her heart and she asked Turbo, "Are you psychologically insane?!"

Turbo answered, "You have a bad choice of words bird girl!"

Before he could attack Danyal, Turbo heard the sound of footsteps coming closer.

"Turbo, Jafar," Oliver's voice cried.

The two Dark Masters turned and saw him and Figaro. "Well, if it isn't Puss in Boots and Tom Cat," Turbo sneered.

"Surrender now," Figaro said, drawing his sword.

Oliver shouted, "I'll show you Tom Cat, Snake Face and Bug Brain!" He fired seeing her bullets the young woman's gun!

Nausicaä was getting annoyed with Oliver taking her gun as she yelled seeing her bullets disintegrate into nothingness by Jafar's magic, "That gun in your little paws is not a toy! So you need to make sure that you don't waste my bullets!"

Oliver argued as he reloaded the gun, "My owner has been doing training as a police officer. Save your Pokémon jokes for after the rescue operation."

"Pokémon?" Jafar asked.

"Creatures from another world," Turbo told him. An idea suddenly clicked and he suggested, "We should talk to Maleficent about getting us a few of those. They could prove useful."

"We'll have to discuss that later," Jafar whispered. He refocused his attention on the cats.

Though they were dressed like humans, they were still cats, meaning they most likely can't resist petty temptations. He uses his magic to create a ball of yarn and toss it towards the cats, saying jokingly, "Here, kitties, have a ball."

Figaro cried, "Ooh! Mine!"

"No, I saw it first!" Oliver cried, reaching for the ball of yarn. The two kittens began to chase the ball of yarn playfully.

"Get it together, you two," Nausicaä shouted.

Nausicaä asked, "Are you the ones responsible for plunging the cats' worlds into darkness?!"

Nausicaä asked Jafar and Turbo, "Are you the ones responsible for plunging the cats' worlds into darkness?!"

"I'm afraid we're guilty as charged," said Jafar.

"Who else would be able to bring darkness and despair besides the Dark Masters?" Turbo asked.

Nausicaä asked, "Why would you do this?!"

"I'm afraid that's not for you to know," said a deep feminine voice. Everyone stopped as they saw Maleficent coming into the dungeon.

"Maleficent," Jafar and Turbo gasped.

Mahad asked, "What are you doing here? Don't you have a prince to catch?"

She turned to her comrades. "Apparently someone couldn't handle the magpie and her friends, so I came to take matters into my own hands."

"We just needed a little more time," Turbo replied.

"Spare me your excuses," said Maleficent.

Jafar begged, "Please give me the chance to hypnotize the magpie to turn against her friends!"

Maleficent decided to give him that chance. "Very well."

Jafar held the snake staff to the level of Danyal's eyes and he demanded, "You will attack those brats."

Danyal felt her control slipping. Slowly, she got on her feet and walked out of her cell.

Mahad asked, "Danyal?"

Jafar positioned his staff close to her face. "Draw your bow and fire your arrow. They are your enemies."

Danyal took out her bow and began to draw an arrow!

Mahad was furious with Jafar and he demanded, "Leave Danyal alone! She has no connections to you demons!"

"Perhaps not," the sorcerer was saying, "but perhaps it would be amusing to see you die by the hands of your former friend. With her under our control, I doubt any of you will consider attacking her."

Bianca , "You have failed to realize that a bunny was able to receive something that you would not have."

She took out two shurikens, one with the sleeping spell and the other to call animals to attack the pair!

Bianca looked at Danyal with sympathy for what happened to her.

She muttered, "I'm really sorry for this." Bianca threw the two shurikens!

Danyal released her arrow, attempting to destroy the shurikens.

To her surprise, she missed and the sleeping shuriken struck her in the arm!

Danyal dropped the bow as she fell on her knees on the floor and she collapsed on the floor face down!

"No!" Jafar cried.

Nausicaä hurried and picked up Danyal from the floor.

The arrow destroyed the ball of yarn as the arrow's tip penetrated the ball's core causing the ball to turn into a pile of ash!

Bianca removed the shuriken off Danyal's arm and the other shuriken nearly sliced off Jafar's finger as he dropped his snake staff!

Jafar screamed in pain! To his shock a huge murder of crows began flying into the dungeon and they started to peck the two, giving the heroes time to escape!

"Come on," Nausicaä cried. "Let's get out of here."

The heroes began to run out of the castle and they came across a portal that would lead them to the Enchanted Dominion and Wizard ran into the portal and Natius cried, "Follow that dog!"

"We've got to stop them," Turbo cried. He was about to run, but Jafar stopped him by slamming his staff on Turbine foot who yelled in pain as he asked, "What are you doing?!

Jafar was getting annoyed by Turbo's recklessness as he argued, "They're going back to Maleficent's world. She'll deal with them."

Danyal awoke to a sharp pain in her arm and she asked, "What happened to my arm?"

Bianca took responsibility and confessed, "That's my doing. Jafar had you under a spell. I used my shurikens with the sleeping enchantment to stop you. It was the only way I could free you from his control."

Danyal stated, "At least I was freed from that Cobra Commander. I just feel disappointed that I allowed my control to slip. I'm probably just as weak-minded as that Sultan."

"Of course you're not," Bianca told her. "You're too stubborn to let those lowly jerks get the better of you."

Danyal stated "I almost had you guys killed."

"Don't worry about it," said Nausicaä. "At least you set Figaro and Oliver free."

The cats looked at Danyal, embarrassed for their behavior. "We let the Dark Masters get the better of us."

Mahad was furious. "They still have my sister. We have to go back and get her."

Bianca argued, "You'll risk getting yourself captured! If you get captured, you'll end up being tortured by a snake demon!"

Mahad didn't care. "Maleficent's coming back to take care of Phillip. When she does, I'll be ready to face her."

Bianca asked, "Should we help Philip?"

"By this point, we don't have any other option," said Natius. "The Good Fairies are protecting Aurora. So thankfully, there's no need to be concerned for the princess."

Mahad asked, "If we defeat Maleficent, would the other three give up Mana?"

Natius had his doubts. "You should know the Dark Masters can't be trusted. I have a feeling that they would take her into one of their worlds."

Oliver stated, "If needed, I can have Master Aqua set up a rescue operation."

"Yes, anything," Mahad pleaded. "Anything to save my sister."

Oliver commented, "I'm going to the Solar Castle. King Mickey's Castle."

Mahad asked, "What?"

"I'm going to get help there," said Oliver. "Figaro, you should stay and protect these guys until I get back."

Figaro nodded. "Maleficent's probably already got Prince Phillip imprisoned at her castle in the Forbidden Mountain. we'll be the ones to rescue him and bring him to Aurora."

Mahad cried, "Let me come with you, Oliver."

Oliver replied, "No."

"I can help," Mahad protested.

"It's not me who needs your help," Oliver told him. "It's Mana."

Mahad thought about it. He didn't want accompanying Oliver to mean abandoning his sister. He gave in to Oliver's reasoning.

Danyal stated, "Mahad, Master Aqua is a reliable keyblade wielder that would probably knock down the three stooges in the castle. She also has her two colleagues to accompany her."

Oliver stated, "Exactly."

"Well, if that's the case, I hope she'll at least be able to help apprehend the Dark Masters," said Mahad.

Oliver stated, "They tried to apprehend the Dark Masters before, but they would always slip away."

"They're not like the lesser villains we've fought," Natius warned. "They wouldn't let themselves be defeated so easily."

Oliver stated, "You have a good point."

Oliver began preparations to head to King Mickey's castle, leaving Figaro and the others behind

King Mickey was surprised to see Oliver and he asked, "What brings you here?"

Oliver told Mickey what happened while the heroes were in the Enchanted Dominion, how they confronted Maleficent and how they had to rescue Danyal from the Forbidden Castle.

Mickey stated, "I'll send the Wayfinder Trio to perform a rescue operation. I refer to Master Aqua, Terra, and Ven."

Oliver pointed out, "The other three Dark Masters would always slip away from being arrested."

Mickey knew that was true. Every time he and his warriors tried to apprehend the Dark Masters, the villains would always somehow manage to escape before being captured.

Oliver asked, "Should we still follow through with the rescue operation?"

"Yes," King Mickey answered. "We can't have another child lose their life at the hands of the Dark Masters."

Oliver replied, "You're right. Especially if she is in the same bloodline as her brother."

Master Aqua was a woman who had long blue hair and matching blue eyes. She was dressed in a white long trench coat, black pants and low heeled shoes entered the throne room and she asked, "What did you summon me for? This better not be a joke or prank."

Oliver turned to face her. "He summoned you upon my request. I along with the chosen children need your help rescuing a prisoner of the Dark Masters."

"Who is it?" Aqua asked.

"The prisoner in question is the younger sister of one of the chosen children," Oliver answered.

"The Dark Masters are becoming more dangerous," Mickey warned Aqua. "Those children need help."

Aqua was annoyed by the Dark Masters and she stated, "I'll bring Aeson, Terra, and Ven."

Mickey nodded approvingly. "Oliver, are you prepared to take Aqua and her group with you?"

"I am," he replied.

Aeson was a man in his mid forties with dark orange hair and dark blue eyes wearing clothes suitable for man from Greece, "I told those four rats once and I told them many times that if they keep kidnapping children, I will make them suffer for this especially the servant that attacked a child!"

Oliver frowned. "You know those guys don't listen to any warning given to them."

Aeson asked, "Should I capture the servant that attacked a boy in Wales?"

Terra who was a young man with dark brown hair and dark blue eyes wearing black clothing of a samurai asked Aeson, "In Wales?! Are you kidding me?! That would be the last place suspected by the Dark Masters to house anyone descended from Disney heroes!"

Aqua commented, "Taran of Caern Dallben is the only hero native to that region known as modern day Wales. It was once called Prydain and it was a magical place, but the magic faded away a long time ago and legend has it that the only magic left of that world lives within the Sword of Humility and the Ocarina of Harmony."

Ven who was wearing a white variation of Terra's outfit asked, "Does this mean that world is lost?"

Aqua answered, "Sadly yes. Even as the decades rolled, Taran was seen as an unwanted stepchild of the Disney Heroes because of his arrogance."

Ven commented, "Let's hope that the weapons are not corrupted. It's bad enough when the Dagger of Kindness was corrupted by that vain former Dark Master.

"Plus, this servant of theirs is very cunning," Mickey added. "But I agree that we must apprehend them before there are any more attacks."

Aeson commented, "I plan on apprehending the servant that resembles small cat."

"Just be careful," King Mickey warned.

Aeson laughed as he revealed some gauntlets on his hands, "That's why I got these. These gauntlets will protect me from suffering a similar fate as that boy who was attacked."

So Oliver led his group back to the Enchanted Dominion.

Danyal looked at the Wayfinder Trio and she asked, "What are you guys doing here?"

"Oliver asked us to help you in your efforts to rescue one of your comrades," Aqua answered.

Mahad asked, "How can you guys help us?"

"By facing Maleficent," Aqua answered. "How else?"

Mahad smiled, "Let's defeat Maleficent!"

Maleficent was sitting on her throne in her castle in the Forbidden Mountain. She had succeeded in capturing Prince Phillip and was holding him prisoner in her dungeon.

Diaval perched on the arm of the throne and he asked, "Should we check the prisoner?"

Maleficent liked the idea of that and she entered her dungeon.

Phillip looked at Maleficent and he asked, "What do you want, witch?!"

Maleficent sneered at Phillip and told him of the future she forsaw. She revealed that Princess Aurora was the peasant girl Phillip met in the forest and was under a deep sleep and he was the one to break the spell.

Natius was outside the castle and he asked, "How are we going to rescue Phillip?"

"I think the bigger question is how are we going to make our way around the castle without getting captured," said Mahad. "Maleficent's got eyes all over the place."

Bianca stated, "Especially with her goons patrolling everywhere!"

Aqua stated as she, Terra, and Ven summoned their keyblades, "My friends and I are here to protect you guys. Let's commence this rescue operation."

Terra asked, "Should we split up?"

Danyal answered, "No. This is a place that's easy to get lost in. I tackled Ven's story and the invisible walls would irritate the hell out of me!"

Mahad commented, "I hope that we find Mana this time."

Bianca asked Figaro, "What if Mana is taken to Agrabah?"

Mahad confessed, "My father and Uncle Cassim were born in Agrabah. Cassim is the oldest son born on November 25, 1962. Unfortunately my mother died shortly after Mana was born. I was born in Anaheim, on December 15, 1996. My sister on the other hand was born on December 5, 2001 in Burbank. Sadly my father died one week before I turned ten. He was a good history teacher who had been doing this for eighteen years. One week after my father died, Simeon Virgil took the job. During the weekend towards the end of April, Simeon Virgil was missing for two days and when he returned, he began to act strange."

"Not to be insensitive, but we'd best cut the chit-chat," said Natius. "We're wasting time just talking.

Aqua agreed. "Let's move. And stay close."

The heroes found the Dungeon and Natius noticed that Philip was shackled Mahad asked, "How do we break these chains?"

"First we have to get into his prison cell," said Aqua. The problem was, breaking down the door would surely attract a lot of attention from the guards. The heroes were just going to have to find a way to open the door from the outside.

The heroes also had to figure out who got the key to Phillips cell.

Danyal asked, "Is it possible that one of Maleficent's minions have the key?"

Natius wasn't sure about this. "Only Maleficent has the key to this cell. Surely she wouldn't trust her goons knowing how stupid they are."

Danyal asked, "How are we to get that key?"

Bianca looked at one of Fauna us blessed shurikens and she asked, "Can animals from the forest create a little distraction?"

Bianca answered, "Let's just say that the animals from the Nightmare Forest were able to provide a cover for us while Nausicaä took you."

Aqua stated, "Nightmare Forest is the forest that surrounds the Forbidden Castle."

"Try using them to summon raccoons," Mahad suggested. "Or maybe wolves."Bianca threw the shuriken causing the wolves and raccoons from the forest at the Forbidden Mountain to invade the castle as Maleficent's goons tried to stop the wolves and raccoons from coming into the castle!

Aqua rolled her eyes. "So much for being stealth." Rather than wait to get the key, she and her comrades used their Keyblades to break down the door and free Prince Phillip from his shackles.

Danyal commented, "All right, let's get to Aurora! Commence Operation Happy End."

Mahad laughed at her!

Aeson noticed that the grey cat like figure who attacked Anakin was grumbling about having her punishment for failing to retrieve the physical body of her victim and she asked, "Why would they do this to me?! I didn't expect to get jumped by family members!"

Aeson smiled, "Look what the cat dragged in. I have been looking for you, Elvira."

The cat asked, "How do you know my name?"

Aeson answered as he began to hold her down, "I have been looking for you ever since you attacked a young child back in Wales! You are coming with me to answer some questions about what you were doing!"

Elvira asked, "Why should I?"

Aeson was getting fed up with the cat's nasty attitude and he replied, "Because you are a wanted fugitive that needs to face the consequences of her actions!"

The cat wasn't worried. "The Dark Masters will protect me. Even your God-like qualities are no match for them

"They won't be saving you after your faliure you mentioned," Aeson told her. "Failure is not something they forgive."

The cat asked, "What do you mean that I failed?"

"Hey, you said it, not me," Aeson told her.

Elvira began cursing herself for speaking out loud.

Elvira noticed Maleficent who stated, "You have some nerve to return here when you failed your mission."

Elvira begged, "It wasn't my fault! I was frightened by a Welsh Corgi that has no tolerance for trespassers!"

Maleficent was not buying it and she snarled, "You got petrified by a small dog?!"

She began laughing at Elvira!

Elvira begged, "Please don't kill me!"

"What were you doing in Wales?" Aeson demanded.

"You may not know it, but long ago, Wales used to be called Prydain. I was sent there to find anyone who was possibly a descendant of that arrogant boy Taran," Elvira lied.

Aeson snarled, "You are a liar. I am well aware that Wales was Prydain, but Taran's family went by the family name, Dallben, not Marshall!"Aeson took out a bottle with some magical ink and he took out a small paintbrush and used his strength to hold the cat down!

Elvira begged as she noticed that he was going to give her a temporary crest that would make her lies as plain as the fur on her back, "I'm not lying! Let me go!"

Aeson created an insignia that resembled a black heart with a small crown and he asked, "I am going to ask you again. What in the name of Olympus were you doing in Wales?! That crest will feel like 12 jellyfish stinging all over your body if you tell me a lie."

Elvira begged Maleficent as she noticed that she was walking away from her, "Mistress! Help me! I just made one little mistake! Please give me one more chance!"

Maleficent looked back for one second, giving an expression of disappointment, then resumed walking.

Aeson asked, "Are you going to answer my question? You can beg for mercy all you want, it won't do you any good!"

Elvira asked, "What if I refuse?"

Aeson replied, "I have a feeling that this has to do with the recent acquisition of the Star Wars series. You were searching for a descendant of a Jedi Knight, were you?"

Elvira stated, "No. I doubt that a Jedi Knight would set foot in Wales or even in Japan for that matter."

"You couldn't have attacked the Marshall boy without knowing that," said Aeson.

Elvira felt a stinging sensation and Aeson stated, "You better start telling the truth. Keep it up and you'll be feeling more jellyfish stinging you.

Danyal noticed that Aeson was losing his patience as he snapped, "Elvira! I will give you three seconds to tell me as to why you attacked the Marshall family when you should know that the family Dallben had moved from Wales or I will take you to the Solar Castle of King Mickey and he can interrogate you."

The cat refused to talk. Being silent was better than lying because she wouldn't feel any pain.

Aeson had enough of her stubborness. "Have it your way." And he began making arrangements for her to be taken to Solar Castle.

He took out a magical scroll that turned into a portal that would lead to the Solar Castle.

Aeson began dragging Elvira who was trying to sink her claws into the wood in hopes to anchor herself, but to no avail and she turned to see Anakin and she glared at him!

Aeson stated to the heroes, "Continue the rescue operation. I'm going to deliver a criminal to the Solar Castle in hopes that I'll get some answers."

Aqua touched Anakin in the shoulder and she cried, "Let's move!"

The heroes began to run for the gate!

Zander asked, "Where is my weapon?"

"This isn't the time for you to be thinking about yourself," Aqua scolded. After freeing Phillip, the prince mounted on his horse and he and the heroes raced past Maleficent's minions as they began their escape.

Diaval continued cawing in alarm, alerting his mistress.

The heroes continued to run out of Maleficent's castle and the Forbidden Mountain and hurried back to King Stefan's castle. They continued to the gate before it would close up!

Maleficent was getting irritated with the Wayfinder Trio and she began to cast a spell on the castle causing thorns to sprout on the bridge!

Natius yelled, "Oh Jesus! This is not going to end well."

Danyal asked Aqua as Danyal noticed Aqua had longer hair and she was wearing a white trench coat with bell sleeves over a lavender shirt, black pants and lower heeled dark shoes, "How long have you been free from the Dark World?"

Aqua scolded, "This isn't the appropriate time to be asking that kind of question. We're in the middle of a rescue mission."

Mahad was infuriated and he asked, "Where the hell did they send Mana to this time?!"

Aqua scolded Mahad, "Let me rephrase what I said. This really isn't the best time to talk about this! Stop complaining about your situation and focus on the mission at hand!"

Aqua realized that Mahad held the lamp of the Genie and she asked, "May I please borrow that lamp? I have an idea to get rid of those thorns."

Terra asked, "What are you saying?"

Aqua answered, "I can use the Genie to protect us from the thorns. Those thorns have an ability to tap into a victim's psyche and amplify the fears within his or her heart."

"What is it with the Dark Masters and their obsessions with fears?" Anakin grumbled.

Terra commented, "I think that they had a notoriety for spreading fear and despair among their victims."

Aqua took the lamp and summoned the Genie!

Genie looked at the thorns and he asked Aqua, "What do you wish of me?"

Aqua cried, "I wish for you to protect us from that thorn bush!"

Danyal asked Aqua, "Do you even know about the Genie?"

Aqua snarled annoyed by the questions, "I am not called Master Aqua for nothing. I can cast a silencing spell if I hear one more question from you."

Danyal replied, "Understood."

A protective enchantment was placed on the heroes and they began cutting their way through the thorns, slowly making their way to King Stefan's castle.

"No!" Maleficent shouted. "It cannot be!" And she used her magic to leave her castle and appear before the heroes, preventing them from going any further.

Aqua cried, "Step aside, witch and go back to the depths of Hades where you belong!"

Ven agreed, "Tell us where the child is or we'll going to make you regret your decision!"

Terra summoned his Chaos Ripper Keyblade and he stated, "You better do as they say. Consider that as payback for entrancing me!"

Maleficent refused. "You stay out of this. These children are mine." She turned to the heroes and said, "It's time you realized what you're dealing with. Prepare to face the most powerful of the Dark Masters!" And she transformed into a great dragon.

Natius cried, "Now that's a dragon!"

Aqua cried, "This isn't the time for jokes! It's time for that dragon to pay for what she had done!"

Mahad asked Genie, "Did my ancestor have a scimitar?"

Bianca began to aim for the eyes as she threw the shurikens!

Maleficent spewed her flames, stopping the shurikens before they could take effect.

"Don't attack so recklessly," Aqua scolded. "She's more powerful in this form!"

Maleficent spewed her flames again, setting the forest of thorns ablaze.

"Get to higher ground," Aqua shouted, and began climbing a cliff with her comrades following.

Bianca got up to the cliff and noticed that Danyal was about to fire an arrow to the dragon's eye!

Bianca yelled, "Don't fire yet!"

Maleficent climbed the cliff as well. She opened her mouth, ready to fire once more. She shot a blast of fire down at Phillip, causing him to lose his grip on his Shield of Virtue.

The shield fell into the fiery abyss below and Danyal asked, "Should I fire?"

Bianca noticed a shining aura and it enveloped the Sword of Truth!

Bianca noticed a light blue stylized star insignia that was on Philip's armor and she heard a voice, "For your courageous determination Philip, this sword will seal her away!"

Prince Phillip raised the Sword and tossed it towards the dragon, piercing her heart. Maleficent fell on her chest and the ground below her started coming apart under her weight, causing her to fall into the forest of thorns. As the heroes looked down, they saw the Sword of Truth piercing what was left of Maleficent to the ground.

Bianca noticed the sword turning black and she looked back at the castle and she saw the thorns disintegrating!

Bianca noticed that the Good Fairies were appearing before her.

She asked, "What are you doing here?"

The Good Fairies came to lead the heroes to the tower where Aurora was sleeping.

Prince Philip followed the light of the fairies and found the sleeping Aurora and he kissed her in the lips.

Aurora awoke to see the same man that she met in the forest! Her dress changed into white one with swirling neon colors and on the chest area was an insignia of a stylized cloud with three rays that were red, green, and blue. underneath as if was an aurora borealis.

As Aurora listened, she tried to make sense of what Natius was telling her. The power of her element also allowed her to look inside Natius and see the dream more clearly.

Finally, she spoke and said, "Natius, I'm afraid that this was more than just a dream."

"What do you mean?" he asked her.

"Natius, sometimes the things we've forgotten over time or have kept buried inside our hearts for so long can be recalled in the form of dreams," she was explaining. "It may be possible that the dream is actually a memory that was forgotten some time ago."

Anakin asked Aurora, "Does this mean that all those terrible nightmares I had were flashbacks?"

Aurora answered with sadness in her heart for the boy, "Regrettably yes. When Aeson used his mighty Nemean Shield to paralyze those villains who were abusing you, the shockwave from that roar also transformed those bad memories you had of the Dark Masters into nightmares, and after rescuing you and the other two with you, he swore to punish the servant of the Dark Masters who attacked you."

Anakin had no idea how to react to this realization as he fell to his knees.

Bianca scoffed, "Dramatic much?"

Danyal asked, "Did you watch the episode of Koichi Kimura's backstory?"

Bianca replied, "Yeah and?"

"Maybe Anakin went through something similar," she said.

Danyal added, "If you were in that boy's shoes, would you feel the impact of the answer given to you as you're trying to wrap your head around the fact that your mind and soul are imprisoned in a strange world? It would be a harrowing nightmare."

Bianca asked, "How would you know?"

Danyal replied, "Believe it or not Dorothy Gale had a similar case."

Bianca's eyes widened as she asked, "Really?"

Princess Aurora didn't understand what any of the heroes were talking about. She knew this much, however, they had been caused great pain by the Dark Masters. She looked on with sadness. "My aunts have told me many frightening stories about the Dark Masters; how they would inflict great harm upon their victims."

Vandela nodded. "Those demons ensure that their victims suffer slowly and painfully until they reach their breaking point or come to the point where they literally beg for death."

Danyal stated, "At least they lost a servant. Their kitten has been taken."

"It doesn't matter," said Toboé. "They have more minions and they don't care what happens to any of them."

It was true. Anakin, Vandela, and Toboé had seen the Dark Masters resfuse to show their minions mercy and only inflict cruel punishments. To them, failure was intolerable, and they just treated their subjects like rubbish.

Aurora noticed how shocked Anakin looked about his predicament and she also understood he was also very confused, so she placed a comforting hand over his shoulder. As Anakin felt her gentle touch, he slightly jumped and turned his attention to her in surprise.

The princess of dreams stated in a compassionate tone, "The pain that you felt on your eye when the Beast struck you was real. You were very fortunate not to be corrupted by the Dark Masters."

Anakin asked, "How did I not end up corrupted by those demons?"

Unfortunately, Aurora didn't have an answer. "I can't give an accurate response. I can only assume that someone or something must have protected you."

Anakin asked Aurora, "How did my mind and body get separated?"

Aurora answered him with sadness in her tone, "You were sharing about the loss of your mother with Elvira. Elvira deceived you by taking the form of a small kitten. She stole magical gloves that would allow her to commit the unthinkable. She separated your soul and mind from your body, but neglected to take your body."

Natius asked, "Where do we go now?"

Figaro answered, "Agrabah."

Danyal asked, "Why do we need to go there?"

Figaro answered, "An alligator cane is in that world."

Danyal asked, "Why would an alligator cane be in the world of Aladdin?"

Flora answered, "Jafar and Facilier have made the arrangements to guard that cane."

Mahad asked, "Will that world be where my sister is being held?"

"It's possible," said Figaro. "It is the home world of your ancestors, so it's fitting that she'd be kept there."

Mahad asked Genie, "Did my ancestor wield a scimitar?"

Genie answered, "He did, but I have hidden it away from Jafar."

"Where is it?" Mahad asked.

"In the Cave of Wonders," the Genie answered. "The one place Jafar knows he can't enter."

Mahad asked, "I have a good question. Would it recognize me?"

"I don't see why not," the Genie replied. "You are Al's descendant."

"But I'm not a diamond in the rough like him," Mahad said.

"Why wouldn't you be?" Zander asked. "You've got the same wits as him and you're a reliable person. Plus, you're doing the right thing making an effort to rescue your sister."

Natius agreed, "He's right. One thing that separates you and Al is that you don't have a kleptomanical monkey that won't keep his paws to himself to cause you any trouble."

Mahad replied, "The only pet in Uncle Cassim's house is a bird that would call me a liarpants."

Danyal laughed as she recognized that term and she stated, "I take that your bird watches Codename: Kids Next Door."

Omar pointed out, "That term was deviated from a saying, liar, liar, pants on fire."

"That bird wouldn't happen to be Iago's descendant, would it?" Jeanette asked, remembering how Iago reformed and became an ally to Aladdin.

Mahad stated, "The difference with that bird is that he doesn't have the disturbing teeth in his beak."

"All birds normally don't," Natius stated. "That's just the way the animators made him."

Mahad stated, "That's good news."

Omar honked the horn as if trying to get their attention.

The heroes walked into the van and Omar began driving through the portal to the next world.

Within the Forbidden Castle, the three remaining Dark Masters learned of Maleficent's defeat.

"This is an outrage!" Jafar shouted. "Disgraceful, too! A Dark Master having been defeated by those brats."

Frollo crossed his arms and turned away in disgust. "I warned her this would happen if she wasn't careful."

Turbo asked, "What can we do about that sword?"

Jafar began to cast a spell towards the dark skies in hopes it would reach out to someone who would retrieve the sword!

Meanwhile in Los Angeles, Brandon Kyle was coming home from being in the arcade and he felt like something was pulling him and he fell into a dark portal!

He opened his eyes and asked looking around, "Where am I? What's going on?"

He saw a black sword and he grabbed the hilt and started to hear whispers.

The darkness surrounding the sword began to materialize and reveal a newly restored Maleficent. She was free!

Brandon asked, "Who are you?"

Maleficent," she announced herself, "Mistress of all Evil and first of the Four Dark Masters of Disney."

"What do you want with me?" Brandon demanded.

Maleficent replied, "You have freed me from the Sword of Truth. As a reward, you get to come with me to meet my comrades."

She took Brandon's hand and used her magic to transport them back to the Forbidden Castle together. When they appeared in the throne room, the other Dark Masters stared in disbelief.

"Maleficent, you're alive?" Turbo asked.

"Why do you seem so surprised?" she asked her comrades. "You should know a Dark Master can't be gotten rid of that easily."

She looked at Frollo and asked, "What do you have to say for doubting me?"

He swallowed hard and replied, "I beg your forgiveness."

Maleficent replied, "You were not elected to grovel."

Maleficent noticed that Jafar was gone and she asked, "Where's Jafar?"

Turbo answered, "He returned to his home world."

"What?" she asked.

"Once he heard that the brats were heading to his world, he immediately left to take care of them himself," Turbo told her.

"That fool!" she snarled. "I'll have to deal with him once he returns. That is, if they don't deal with him first."

"Relax," Turbo assured her, "Jafar can't be killed."

Frollo looked at Brandon. "Who is this boy you've brought home with you?"

Brandon answered, "My name is Brandon Kyle. I have to get home or else Mr. Virgil's substitute, Mr. Balfour will be livid with me. Speaking of Mr. Virgil, where was he during those two weeks?"

Turbo answered, "He is not here at this time because he's have some problems. I was never told what they are."

"I invite you to stay in our castle as our guest," Maleficent told Brandon.

"Thanks, but that's not necessary," Brandon said, backing away.

"Oh, but I insist," said Maleficent. "It's the least I can do to thank you for setting me free.""Really, I should be going home," Brandon told her.

Brandon began to walk away from the throne room and Turbo commented, "We can help you with a person that you're jealous of. I was elected by Queen Grimhilde and she watched over what you did with that rattlesnake and she was impressed by that."

Brandon stopped in his tracks. "Really?" he asked, sounding interested.

Frollo got up and grabbed Turbo. "Excuse us for a monent, would you?" And he pulled him away into the corner of a hall. "What do you think you're doing?"

"The kid could be useful to us," Turbo told him. "He's pretty hateful towards the flame brat."

Frollo stated, "Still he is a delinquent that vandalized a man's desk.

Frollo added, "There's something about that boy I don't like. One more thing I want to point out is that if Judge Doom sees the boy, a good side called Simeon Virgil will take over and would be furious with the boy. He reminds me of that arrogant boy from a small village in Wales."

"Trust me on this," Turbo pleaded. "I bet Maleficent brought him here for the same reason. Besides, we can keep the boy away from Mr. Virgil."

Frollo was still against the idea. "I don't feel comfortable about this."

"Don't worry," Turbo assured him. "It's all under control."

Frollo stated, "You better know what you're doing for your sake. If not, then I plan to elect Grimhilde to take back your place."

He grabbed Turbo by the neck and he asked, "Do I make myself clear?"

"Unfortunately, you do not have that authority," Maleficent told him. "Only I have the power to revoke a position and decide who becomes a Dark Master."

"I don't trust the boy, Maleficent," Frollo told her.
She grinned and told him, "You're a lot of things, Frollo, but a good judge of character is not one of them."
Turbo snickered. "She got you there."

Frollo asked, "What makes you say that?"

"Have you already forgotten your flaws," Maleficent asked. "You're more focused on what's on the outside to even stop to notice what's on the inside. You had that same problem with the hunchback and the gypsy girl."

"I saw them for the unholy demons they were," he protested.

"You sure you're not talking about yourself?" Turbo asked him.

Frollo asked, "What did you say?"

"You heard me," Turbo snapped. "You're the real monster and everyone knows it."

Frollo replied, "At least I'm not mentally unstable like one of those children."

"That's enough, you two," Maleficent said, silencing them. "For the time being, Brandon will be staying in this castle. In the meantime, Turbo, continue to find out more about him.

"Why?" he asked.

"I want to know if Frollo's assumptions about him are true," she answered. "Let's find out if he is connected to the Dallben family. Maybe we can use that to our advantage."

Turbo started to research on Brandon Kyle and he saw that the boy's mother was from the family Dallben.

He furthered his investigation and saw that Brandon's ancestors were Taran and Eilonwy. "That's Taran, the warrior of humility," Turbo observed. "And Eilonwy, the warrior of harmony."

He asked, "How are we to use a troublemaking teen like him to our advantage?"

Brandon looked at the sword that had black thorns on the hilt's crossgaurd and he asked, "Is this sword supposed to look like this?"

Maleficent looked at the sword as well. Her only assumption was that the weapon had been infused with dark magic. "How mysterious," she whispered.

Frollo asked, "Is that the Sword of Truth?"

"Not anymore, it seems," she answered.

Frollo pulled her closer. "Maleficent, I still don't like this," he whispered. "If the boy really is a descendant of Taran, it's more than likely he's just as reckless and arrogant and will be difficult for us."

"You worry too much," she whispered.

Brandon asked, "What can I do to prove myself?"

Turbo asked Maleficent, "Should we send the boy to rescue Elvira?"

Maleficent replied, "No."

Turbo asked, "Why not?!"

"Elvira deserved what she got for her disgraceful ways," she answered. "Why do you think I refused to save her?"
Frollo understood and said, "Honestly, I would have done the same thing. Her punishment did fit the crime."

Brandon asked Maleficent, "What can I do to prove myself to you fellows?"

"Be patient," she told him. "We'll have an assignment for you when you're ready."

Brandon stated, "All right."

Maleficent dismissed herself with Turbo following behind. Frollo shot a glare at Brandon one last time before joining his comrades. Brandon could clearly see that this man did not trust him.

Turbo asked, "Why do we have to wait to test him?"

"He's not ready," Maleficent answered. "Besides, right now it's important that we keep him away from Simeon Virgil so he doesn't find out about Judge Doom."

Turbo asked, "Why?"

"Weren't you listening?" Maleficent asked, annoyed. "The boy will be suspicious of us."

Turbo asked, "Is it because they're neighbors?"

Frollo answered, "He had gotten himself into trouble with Virgil."

Turbo commented, "I bet that Virgil was livid with him."

Maleficent answered, "That's correct."

Turbo asked Frollo, "Why do you have suspicion on Brandon Kyle?"

"As if you have to ask," Maleficent sneered. "You know as well as I do that he doesn't trust anyone."

Turbo stated, "I hope that Jafar will psychologically damage those brats!"

"And it really doesn't matter if he wins or loses," Maleficent was saying. "He'll come back to this castle either way."

Turbo commented, "Hopefully he'll return with that magpie! I want to see her broken mentally. Especially when she called me a Trojan!"

"It shouldn't be too difficult to break her considering how mentally unstable the girl is," Frollo commented.
"All we can do now is wait," said Maleficent.

Turbo asked, "Should I do some investigation on that corrupted sword or should I investigate more information about that magpie who had the nerve to call me a Trojan! Why would she call me that?!"

"Find out more about the sword," Maleficent ordered. "We can investigate more about the magpie any time."

Turbo replied, "I'll see what I can do."

Turbo began to research information about that sword and he stumbled across a backstory that it was once the Sword of Truth used to seal away any evil that threatens those who have a determined heart!

But he still didn't understand how the sword became corrupted with dark magic.

He found a passage that revealed that the seal would break once pulled out from where it was resting.

"Something must've happened to the sword after Maleficent was set free," he wondered. "Or was it the boy? Was it his negative feelings for the flame brat? I wonder," he began to think that after Maleficent was struck by the sword, the weapon somehow became impregnated with the evil inside her. Maybe that explained why the sword turned black after the battle.

Turbo began to look into Brandon Kyle's background and he learned that Brandon stole a rattlesnake from a zoo and used it on Natius in 2010.

Turbo asked himself, "Why would a boy like Brandon would do this?"

Then he remembered. "Duh, to get at the flame brat. I told him how impressed I was at him for that."

He went back to the article on his research about the sword and he read the name of the sword, it was known as the Sword of Deception.

He saw Frollo and asked, "Hey, where are you going?"

"I'm going back to my world for a while," he answered. "I can't take any more incompetence."

"Quit complaining," Turbo groaned. "Besides, Maleficent's not going to be happy when she finds out you're gone."

"She already gave me her permission. She said some time to myself may be good for me to get my thoughts together."
Turbo shrugged. "All right. Just don't do anything stupid."

Frollo went back to his home world, into the Palace of Justice in hopes that he would get his thoughts together.

He sat down and sighed in frustration. "When did the Dark Masters become so pathetic?" he asked himself. "We're practically falling apart. First Maleficent takes matters into her own hands only to lose a fight with those children."

He gave a small laugh. "Well, at least she's back, so they'll be in for a surprise. And Jafar, reckless as ever. True, he's powerful, but he's not invincible. Still, I suppose Maleficent's right. It doesn't matter if he wins or loses. But now this? Convincing a boy to serve us? Just because of his bitterness towards the Firebird's host? I just know he's only going to bring us trouble."

He groaned as he rubbed his eyes roughly. "Am I the only one who's sensible right now? What does it matter? They never listen to me. What am I going to do?"

His captain of the guard stated, "You should talk with that shark man."

Frollo replied, "That bloodthirsty disgrace of the Hawkins and Balfour family would probably listen to what I have to say."

Of course, before considering a consultation, he would need Maleficent's approval. As much as he hated always having to ask for her approval, he knew he had no choice. She was the leader, after all.

He went back to the Forbidden Castle and he asked, "Maleficent, with your permission, I would like to have a consult with John Hawkins."

"Not now," she told him. "We must wait and see how those children will fare against Jafar before we can put a new plan in motion."

"Maleficent-,"
She interrupted him and asked, "Why do you wish to consult with Hawkins, anyway? Did something happen while you were at home in your world?"

Frollo answered, "My captain of the guard told me that I should consult him."

Maleficent scoffed. "You shouldn't take his word for it if he hasn't given you a reason."

Frollo replied, "It's about the new plan if Jafar fails."

Seeming interested, Maleficent decided to hear him out. "What's your idea?"

Frollo commented, "I consider researching more about that magpie's fiasco?"

"Do you think Jafar won't be able to break her?" Maleficent asked.

"Despite being a mentally unstable girl, she can be a stubborn person." he replied.

Maleficent stated, "So you want John Hawkins to see if he would help with that stubborn magpie?"

Frollo replied, "Exactly."

Maleficent gave it some thought. Perhaps John Hawkins would be useful for such a situation. "Very well. I'll summon him at once."

John Hawkins was a shark headed man wearing a uniform similar to Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, but the coat was black and his latex gloves were white. He was trying to figure out what went wrong with his latest experiment!

A servant came by. "Excuse me, sir, but the Dark Masters have requested your presence."

"What do they want?" John asked.

"They need help regarding a new target," the servant answered.

John stopped in his work and went to the throne room. "You sent for me, your Excellency?" he asked Maleficent.

Maleficent answered, "Frollo would like to talk to you about that magpie."

John asked, "What about that Swedish girl? What the hell went wrong?! Is it because her ancestors were from this world?"

Frollo replied, "You can forget about that Swedish brat who got away!"

John asked, "Why?! That was a prototype for my translator."

Frollo replied, "It's not that important. I was thinking if you could help with that mentally unstable magpie."

Meanwhile in the van, Danyal was trying to get that memory of being hypnotized by Jafar out of her mind.

Bianca was looking at a magical pen that was covered in a blue and pink aura. It was known as the Pen of Dreams.

Natius looked at it and asked, "Where did you get that?"

"The Good Fairies gave it to me before we left," she answered. "I'm curious to see how it works."

Mahad commented, "If I had a pen like that, I would use it to get back at those bullies by summoning what they fear."

Natius commented, "You would be no better than those bullies."

Bianca stated, "I plan on using it to protect anyone from being under the hands of by the Dark Masters. If they hire a guy to kill us, then that assassin will be damned into an eternal nightmare."

"I'd like to see that work on the Dark Masters themselves," said Natius.

Danyal asked, "Can the genie create barriers in the human mind?"

"I'm sure he can if we wish for it," Mahad replied.

Danyal began to think of an idea in hopes that she wouldn't fall into hypnotism.

Danyal stated, "Once we land in Agrabah, I plan to make my first wish. I don't like the idea of doing this while in a van."

"What makes you so sure we'll end up in the city?" Mahad asked. "We could end up in the Cave of Wonders."

"The van would be destroyed by the flames," said Omar. "That and it can't drive in sand."

Danyal commented, "Oh my God. I almost forgot about that. We need to think of something."

Omar looked through the windshield and saw the view changing. "We've reached our destination."

Mahad got an idea. "We can ask the Genie to put enchantments on the van."

Mahad rubbed the lamp, summoning the Genie.

"What'll it be?" The Genie asked.

"I wish for the van to be enchanted with your magic," said Mahad.

Genie smiled, "Coming right up!"

The van began to have some powerful aura around it!

The tires began to transform into tires accustomed to sand!

Other controls were added; magic controls that allowed the van to release jet wings, shrink in size, even operate underwater, and many more.

Mahad cried, "This is awesome!"

"Agrabah, here we come!" Natius announced. The heroes knew that coming to this world also meant having to face the second of the Dark Masters, but they weren't afraid.
