"Why am I doing this?" Izuki huffed, attempting to haul a fridge off the seashore.

"You aren't fit for a quirk," All Might bluntly answered.

Tears fill in Izuki's eyes. "But… But you said."

"No! No! Stop crying!" All Might flipped off the fridge that Izuki attempted to drag and landed in front of her. He quickly wiped the tear that rolled off her face. "You as a person are fit for my quirk. However, your frail body will be absolutely destroyed by my quirk, so we're building up your strength and tolerance to bear my quirk. Now, this beach used to be a beautiful vacation spot, until people started dumping all their trash here. So, to build up your strength and do some small hero work, you must clean up this entire beach in ten months. Got it?"

She looked up at him, determination and fire in her eyes. "You got it!"

After that fateful day Bakugo was attacked, Izuki became more distant towards him. Not in any sort of way in which she would avoid him, it was that her time had grown slim; she constantly was working out and kept falling asleep in class. It was seriously starting to scare Bakugo; She even forgot to text him a multitude of times and she was barely maintaining her grades. But she would go through with All Might's plan.

It was the day before the entrance exam. Izuki had stayed up the entire night, moving garbage from the beach.

When All Might went to check on Izuki and her progress on the beach, his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. There Izuki stood, wearing only a sports bra and track pants, on a mountain of garbage. She looked back, smiling at All Might.

"I…Did…It," She huffed, holding a tired thumbs up.

"You truly deserve my quirk."

After ten months of unbearable training, it was finally the day of the entrance exam. Bakugo and Izuki had agreed prior that during the exam, they would be rivals. Bakugo was quite impressed by how much Izuki grew in the past ten months; she was always a little fit with a toned stomach and biceps, but now she was ripped, six-pack and all. Even though he was proud of how hard she was working to improve herself, it made him worried about how much she was pushing herself for her dream.

They both walked up to the exam facility together; Not hand in hand, but together. They were planning on going professional during this exam.

"Well," Izuki started, turning around to face her boyfriend. "I'm going to go, Kacchan. But good luck! I know you won't need it. I just know you'll get in."

Izuki began to walk away, but the need to give affection kicked in. She whipped around and ran back to Bakugo. She then got on her tippy toes and pecked him on the cheek, resulting in a gentle blush from Bakugo.

He snaked his arms around her waist, locking her in his embrace. "What happened to the conversation about staying professional?"

Izuki blushed, looking away from her boyfriend. "I just need you to feel my support."

"Hey," Bakugo grabbed her chin, gently forcing her to look up at him. "You know I love you, right?"
"Yeah, I do."

"Then I need you to know it's not too late to go home."

Anger fumed in Izuki's core. She pushed Bakugo away, crossing her arms over her chest.

"You're back with this crap?" She whined, throwing her hands in the air.

"I'm only telling you in case you're getting second thoughts," He replies coldly.

"I am not dropping out of my dream, Kacchan!" She yelled, spinning on her heel and stomping away.

Bakugo couldn't help but quietly snicker at her anger.

"She's too cute when she's angry," He mumbles to himself, recalling the many times she's attempted to get up in his face when she's pissed. However, she has to stand up on her tippy toes to even try to reach his face, and even so, he's still about two inches taller. Being five foot two inches really has its disadvantages. To make the situation even cuter, Izuki's pigtails bounce with every step she takes, making her look like a hopping bunny.

Izuki stomped towards the entrance, still pissed at her boyfriend. However, she quickly forgot about that anger as she tripped over a rock and felt herself glide toward the rough pavement. She squealed loudly before suddenly, she was floating. She shrieked once more, this time in shock.

"Sorry about that!" A bright girl cheered, helping Izuki to her feet. "I saw you were about to fall, so I helped! I used my quirk, which I'm not supposed to use my quirk without asking. But! I assumed you wouldn't mind. Oh! And I'm Uraraka!"

Izuki quickly took the hand that Uraraka was extending, dazed at how fast this young girl talked.

"I'm Midoriya. Izuki Midoriya."

"That's an adorable name!" She beamed, a bright smile on her face. "Are you here trying to get into UA, or are you here to support someone else?"
"Would it be weird if I said both?"

"Not really. Oh! What's your quirk? Mine is Zero Gravity. I can make things have zero gravity by just touching them."
"Well," Izuki thought back to the fact Bakugo still doesn't know she has any sort of quirks. "I have a quirk called Instructions. I'm able to see every bit of information on a person or thing just by looking at it."

"Woah! Can you use it on me?"

She stared at Uraraka, tapping into her quirk. "Your full name is Ochaco Uraraka; You have the quirk of Zero Gravity which means you can make anything you touch float and you release them by touching your fingertips. You can also make yourself float too, but if you use your quirk too much, you get extremely nauseous. Some strong points you have: If you make someone float, you practically immobilize them, making it great for hero work. Long-range attacks such as guns or long-set explosions are easy ways to defeat you."

"Oh… My… God!" Uraraka shrieked. "That's amazing! That has to be one of the coolest quirks you can have."

Izuki blushed, placing a hand on her cheek. "Thanks,"

"Would you consider going out with me?" Uraraka asked out of the blue.

Izuki's eyes widened in shock. "Uhh," But before she could mention Bakugo, the buzzer sounded for everyone to go in and begin their test.

Excited energy buzzed through the walls; optimism filled the air as everyone found their seats.

"Of course, I'm placed next to you," Izuki jokingly deadpanned, giggling at Bakugo.

"Hey! What's wrong with me?" Bakugo continued the joke, yelling loudly. However, people began shushing him, turning his feigned anger into real anger.

"Please don't tell me to leave," Izuki quietly confessed, a severe tone of her voice. "You've been trying to tell me to quit for fifteen years and I don't want to hear it anymore."

"I'm not," Bakugo replied coyly. "I can't even tell you to quit if I wanted to; there's no going back now. If you want to be a hero, be my guest. But that means we're going to be rivals, then."

Izuki smiled, pumping her fist in the air. "Deal!"

The conversation concluded after that; they both waited in comfortable silence for Present Mix to give instructions.
