It was a few years into the new year at UA High and Izuki still couldn't control One for All in the slightest. She decided to go to the beach quite early in the morning and train her body. She stared at the water, allowing it to nip at her toes. She then activated her Instructions quirk.

"How do I control One for All?"
Images flashed through her mind but only one did she remember: The water.

She imagined herself as a sandcastle, and the water as One for All. If a tidal wave washed up on shore, then it will destroy the sandcastle. However, if the water comes us in small little waves, then it will just chip a bit of the castle.

"That's it! Thank you, Instructions."
She focuses on One for All, calling it in her arm. She looks at the small cliff behind her, aiming her arm at it. She attempted to restrain it, so it wouldn't destroy her arm and send her flying into the ocean. She calms it to about five percent.

Izuki punches the air, sending waves of pressured air at the cliff; A small crater forms.

Izuki looked at her arm: A bit of bruising began to form already, but it wasn't anything she couldn't manage. She smiled to herself; she did damage to others without damaging herself.

Izuki suddenly heard footsteps from the wooden stairs leading to the beach. She looked over, expecting to see a random person doing their morning duties. Instead, she saw Bakugo. He looked over at her and they both shared a similar, confused look.

"Kiyoko?"
"Kacchan?" Izuki questioned, tilting her head to the side. "What are you doing here?"
"Ever since this place was cleaned up, I come to this ocean to think. But anyways, what the hell are you doing here?"
"I'm training. I'm tired of hurting myself. I don't want to break my arms anymore.

"How's it going, then?" He asks, approaching her, and placing a hand on the small of her back.

Izuki points at the crater left on the small cliff. "It's definitely a start."
Bakugo turns to her and stares, dumbfounded. "You did that?"
She nods her head, smiling.

The young boy backs up, crackling his hands. "Let's spar then."
"Kacchan," Izuki whined, throwing her head back. I'm not ready for that. I literally just learned how to use this quirk without breaking my arm, but it takes a lot of restraint. Just give me a few weeks."
"No dice," Bakugo states, shaking his head. "I need to see this newfound control in action."
"Just…" Izuki began, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Don't go crazy. Because if I do end up breaking my arm, it will take about an hour to get to the nearest hospital."
He rolled his eyes. "Yeah, whatever. Just hit me with a punch."
"Five percent Detroit Smash!" She shouts, punching the air just like she did with the crater. The pressured air goes flying toward the young man. Bakugo, not expecting the attack, went flying back and skidded on the ground by his rear end.

"That was five percent of your power? Fuck!"

Izuki giggles, approaching Bakugo and holding out her hand for him to take. "Let's go home. I need to get ready before school starts."
"Let me walk with you," He states, taking her hand and standing up.

"Okay!" She cheered, nodding her head up and down.

Bakugo takes her hand once more and leads her in the direction of her home.

00000

When the pair enter the school grounds, it's surrounded by paparazzi.

"Uh, Kacchan, what's going on?" Izuki questioned, pulling gently on his arm out of anxiety.

"It's just the press, Kiyoko," Bakugo comments, gripping her hand even harder; Silently letting her know she's going to be fine.

"My heart is racing."
Bakugo took that as a final straw and protected Izuki from all the flashing cameras. Izuki silently thanked him once they got inside the school by giving him a kiss on the cheek.

The two of them enter class hand in hand. Izuki blushes at the gawked faces of Class 1A, many of which are shocked to see the two of them a couple.

"You guys are dating?" Kiminari exclaims. "When… What? The last time I saw you two together was when he was trying to kill you!"
Izuki blushes even harder. "We've actually been dating for a little under two years. We just had an argument yesterday."
"You deserve better," Todoroki comments, walking towards his desk.

She could feel Bakugo's hands crackling due to anger, therefore, Izuki let go. "That's not very nice, Todoroki. I'm happy. And that's all that matters."
"Stockholm Syndrome," Todoroki states casually, then suddenly looks down in shame for what he just said to her.

Izuki's face morphed into one of sadness and shock. She locked her fingers together in front of her and stared at them.

"Izuki…" Ida began calmly. He wasn't good at calming people down, but he would try for the first time for his female friend. "Are you alright?"
She looked up at him with tears in his eyes and smiles at him, but it didn't reach her eyes. "Of course, I'm fine." She then skipped to her chair, quickly wiping away a stray tear.

Bakugo sat down in his chair behind Izuki and tapped on her shoulder.

"Are you okay?" He questioned, a deep look in his eye.

She nodded her head. "I'm fine; It just surprised me, if I'm being honest."
"You still don't think you have…" He trailed off, his voice barely above a whisper.

"No, I don't. I trust you, Kacchan."
"I love you," Bakugo confessed, a longing smile on his face.

"I love you too, Kacchan."
Their conversation then concluded because Mr. Aizawa entered the room and immediately took attendance.

"We need a class president," Aizawa announced. "Just do it someway."
Ida stands up suddenly, "We should have a ballot so we can vote!"
"Uh… Wouldn't people just vote for themselves?" Asui questioned, following her statement with an adorable "Kero."
"Well… Yes. But if someone gets more votes than others, then that means people really trust them. I trust that some of you have someone in mind already."
Suddenly, the school's alarms went off. Aizawa immediately turns alert; Hopping out of his sleeping bag and escorting students out of the classroom.

"Everyone get out of the building! Anyways possible, do it!"

People start running wildly towards the door, kicking it open. Crowds of people are outside, running towards the exit. Izuki, however, stays inside the classroom for a moment. She focuses on the outside, where the issue could be coming from.

"Izuki, let's go!" Bakugo shouts.

"The press… It's just the press!"

She runs past Bakugo and out of the classroom. She activated Instructions. It lights up blue on the walls and shows images of her using One for All.

"Let's try this."
She activated One for All in her legs and turns it down to five percent. She then uses it to jump up and onto the wall, then she immediately bounced off that one to the next wall across from it. She did that a few more times before finally reaching the exit sign at the top of the door. Her legs were aching but she didn't pay mind to that.

"Everyone!" Izuki screamed at the top of her lungs. "It's just the press. No villain attacked the school! Please calm down and exit the school like civilized people! We are UA after all!"
Students seemed to immediately calm down due to Izuki's request.

Izuki looked down and realized she had no safe way of coming down. She carefully sat down on the ledge of the exit sign and waited patiently for a hero or at least someone to help her down.

"Izuki!" Uraraka called up to her. Izuki waved at her, smiling. "Can you not get down?"

"Nope! And Instructions has no safe options either."
"Use the same way you got up to get down!"
"I already over-exerted myself to get up here. I'll break my legs if I try to get down that way."
"I'll catch you!" Uraraka cheered, bracing herself for Izuki's impact.

Izuki's sweat dropped. "Uraraka… I don't think that's a good idea. I'll just wait for Kacchan or All Might to get me."
"Aww come on! It's not like I would let my future wife die on me!"
"She's my goddamn girlfriend. Back off," Bakugo snarled, pushing the young girl out of the way.

"I'm still gonna try to take her from you!" Uraraka said with a huff.

"Not going to happen. Kiyoko, jump. I'll catch you."
"Bullshit!" Uraraka exclaimed. "I got here first. I get to catch her!"
"Fuck no! She's my fucking girlfriend."
"Well, I'm her future wife!"
The pair began going back and forth bickering about who was going to be the one to catch her. What they failed to notice was Todoroki walking towards the scene. He didn't say a word, he only gestured that he was going to catch her. Izuki gave him a look that showed how little she trusted him.

"I'm sorry," He mouthed.

Izuki sighed and pushed herself off the ledge. She shrieked in fear before strong hands caught her. She smiled at Todoroki.

"I'm sorry for what I said earlier." He set her and started to walk away, back to the classroom. "And good job calming down from the crowd, even Aizawa didn't notice the press."

"Thanks, it was really nothing. And I'm not mad about what you said to me, I can't hold grudges."
He smiled a little to himself and walked out. She looked at Bakugo and grabbed his hand, dragging him toward the classroom.

00000

Eventually, everyone went back to their classrooms once the press had been dealt with. Aizawa set up the voting ballot and soon enough, the votes were counted and presented on the screen.

"With ten votes, Izuki Midoriya is class president."
Izuki jumped and squeaked. "T…Ten? I can't be class president. I'm not fit for that! I… Um ah!"

"What you did to calm down the crowd was very hero worthy, I'm very proud of you," Aizawa mentions, then the class started clapping and cheering for Izuki. "Also, second and third place are ties, Momo and Ida come up here and do rock, paper, scissors or something to decide vice president."

As Aizawa requested, the pair do rock, paper, scissors, and Ida ended up winning. Therefore, he's vice president.

"Okay, now I'm going to try to get some sleep. Go to lunch."
Momo stands up, distressed. "But sir! The lunch bell hasn't rung."
He holds up his hand and then suddenly, right as he ticked his finger, the lunch bell rang, leaving students impressed and stunned by his timing.

Izuki approaches Bakugo and reaches for his hand to grab. Uraraka skips to Izuki's other side and grabs her other hand.

00000

Izuki got her lunch and looked around for a place to sit and eat. Kiminary waved her down, smiling. She copied his expression and walked towards his table. At the table was Kirishima, Uraraka, Bakugo, Mina, Ida, and Momo. She takes a seat by Kirishima and Bakugo.
They all begin chatting happily. Then Mina begins asking everyone about their quirk. Of course, she starts asking Izuki first.

"So Izuki, what are your two quirks?"
"Well," She began nervously. "My first one is just a really strong strength-enhancing quirk. I wasn't allowed to use it as a child, for the fear of children's lives. Plus, it kept breaking my bones as a kid.

"But even Bakugo didn't know about it," Kiminari added.

"Yeah, I had to keep it a secret," Izuki lied. "My mother and teachers said so."
"What about your second quirk?" Mina asked.

"It's called Instructions and I found out about this quirk about a few months ago. This quirk is pretty easy to control: I look at someone while activating my quirk and I know everything about them. I can also use items around me in a specific situation by the item lighting up blue in my mind.

"Woah! Try it on me!" Mina cheered, leaning forward on the table.

Bakugo growled under his breath. "She's not some goddamn toy, Idiots."
"Kacchan," Izuki began, a sheepish smile on her face. "You asked me to use it when you found out."
"That's different. I needed to see it in action; I'm your boyfriend. I have a right to know."
Izuki rolled her eyes. "I would love to use my quirk on you, Mina." Izuki then activates her quirk. "Mina Ashido. Quirk: Acid. You actually have no idea why you look like an alien, but you don't mind it. Your weakness is long-range attacks, but you've trained yourself so you can dodge attacks by sliding on the ground with your acid. You're trying to train yourself so you can fire your acid. That's all I'm exposing about you, Mina. Or else people might be able to beat you in a fight easily."

Mina looked down and giggled, rubbing the back of her head.

"That's a nice quirk you got there, Shorty," A member of class 1B laughed, approaching their table.

Izuki shakes off the insult, she didn't care, honestly. "Oh, thanks."
"I was being sarcastic. You just want the teachers and heroes to recognize you and your class. You're nothing but a show-off."

Izuki looks down, clearly offended.

"Hey! That's not true!" Ida shouted, beginning to wave his hands around in random directions.

Bakugo stands up, furious. "Who are you to tell her that, Dumbass?"
"I am Monoma. Neito Monoma. My friends call me Neito. But you can just call me Monoma."
Suddenly, a giant hand wrapped around him and pulls him away from the table. The girl connected to the giant hand smiles apologetically.

"I'm so sorry about him. He's mad he didn't make it into the main hero course. My name is Kendo. I don't want any bad blood between our classes, so please just forget about this, okay?"
Izuki looked up and Kendo and nods her head. "Thank you, Kendo. I really appreciate that."

"I should be thanking you. And despite what Monoma said, I'm really proud of what you did earlier today. If I'm being honest, I also thought it was a villain attack. I had no idea it was just the press. It totally makes sense why you were put into class 1A." Kendo looked at each member of the table Izuki was sitting at, who was still tense at Monoma's harsh words. "You all are very protective over this girl. You've only known her for a week; I'm confused."
"She's the precious class president," Uraraka recalled while walking towards their table. "Of course, we have to protect her," The young girl's face turned comically sinister. "At all costs."
Izuki blushed and covered her face. "Ah! You do not need to do that!"
"Of course we do! You are just begging to be protected!" Mina pitches in.

Izuki crosses her arms across her chest and pouted her lip with a cute "Hmph!"
"You see? This is what we are protecting: This adorable face!"
"For once in my life, Gravity Bitch, I agree with you," Bakugo commented, wrapping an arm around Izuki's waist.

"I finally like you!" Uraraka cheered, twirling around the table.

"Damn right, you do! What's not to like about the great Bakugo?"
Uraraka stops twirling and instead begins glaring at Bakugo. "And… I'm back to hating you."

"You fucking-" He slams his crackling hands on the table, about to stand up and attack, but Izuki stopped him. Izuki quickly leaned in and kissed him gently. The method to calm Bakugo worked; He basically melted under her touch. She released him and smiled at him serenely. "You idiot," Bakugo comments coyly, smiling in bright adoration.

She matched his expression, looking up at him with deep love. "I know. I'm your idiot."
"Why did you?"
"Like I need a reason to kiss my boyfriend," She said with a wide grin. She was quoting the time they sparred and he knew it. "And I needed to stop you before your wrath got out of control."
"Gravity Bitch deserved it."
She rolled her eyes and smiled warmly at him. She looked around and saw many expressions, but one that stood out was Uraraka's jealous expression glaring daggers at Bakugo.

"You guys seem very happy," Momo comments.

"Yeah, it's just like fire and ice! Bakugo is always so angry and Izuki is so happy so she can just cancel out his angriness."
"You guys are all assholes!" Bakugo yells, his hands crackling.

"No, they're not," Izuki conveyed. "You just have a tough outer layer."
"I think Izuki has three quirks," Kirishima begins.

"Huh?" Izuki questions, tilting her head to the side.

"Yeah, the quirk to calm down the angriest of people."
Izuki blushed madly and covered her hands with her face.

The rest of the day flew by. Izuki got recognized by quite a bit of teachers and students, in which she just blushed and smiled. She loved her class and everything about UA.

00000

The next day, Izuki got ready for school in a hurry, for she was late for school. Then there was a knock on her front door. She figured it was Bakugo, so she rushed downstairs and kissed her mother goodbye. She opened the front door and realized it actually wasn't Bakugo.

"Todoroki?" Izuki questioned, tilting her head to the side, "What are you doing here?"
"It's not just me. The others are hiding."
"Why are they hiding?"
"Because Bakugo might come to pick you up at any second and they don't want to witness his wrath. I'm personally not afraid of his hot-headed ass, so I don't care."
She smiled. "I guess that's fine. So why are you guys here?"
"I'm not too sure. We all kind of felt like walking to school with you."
"And how did you all find my address?"
Uraraka comes out of a bush, blushing. "I followed you home."
Izuki rolled her eyes. "That's kind of creepy, you could've just asked."
Then Bakugo came to her door, expecting only Izuki outside. However, he couldn't stop his hands from crackling when he saw eight kids at Izuki's door. (Mina, Asui, Ida, Uraraka, Denki, Kirishima, Todoroki, and Momo)

"What the hell are all of you doing at Izuki's house you fucking creeps?" He shouted angrily.

"Kacchan, they're walking to school with us!" Izuki cheers, skipping to his side.

Bakugo rolled his eyes, grabbed Izuki's hand, and began walking to school. Everyone silently gushed at how soft Bakugo is for Izuki. The young girl motioned for the rest of the class to follow too. They all ran towards her and Uraraka grabbed onto Izuki's other hand.

"I wonder what we'll be doing today?" Izuki pondered.

"Oh, I don't know. Training, Dumbass," Bakugo sarcastically comments.

"Wow, I had no idea!" Izuki retorted. "I meant what kind of training we are going to do."
"You don't even care that he called you a dumbass?" Ida questioned.

"Happens too often to care anymore," Izuki states, shrugging her shoulders. Everyone looked at her, dumbfounded. Immediately she realized her mistake. "Not like that! I know Kacchan didn't mean it, he was just being sarcastic! That's why I was sarcastic back!"
"Fuck, Kiyoko," Bakugo sighed, pinching his nose.

"What?" She asks innocently while tilting her head sideways.
"You keep making it seem like I'm fucking abusive."
"I wouldn't be surprised," Both Kiminari and Todoroki say at the same time. They glance at each other, surprised that they were thinking the same thing.

"We're starting this thing again?" Ida sighs. "Guys, saying those things hurt Izuki's feelings. I know you guys are just concerned for her, but she had told you multiple times that she is okay and happy in her relationship. So if you guys could-"
"Thank you, Ida," Izuki interrupts, "But I'm okay. It doesn't phase me anymore."
"A lot of things don't phase you anymore, do they?" Bakugo steps in with a kind expression.

Izuki shrugs. "Guess so," Then she shakes her head to snap herself out of a sad trance. "Anyways, today shouldn't start in a bad way," She smiles and looks around at everyone. "Who's ready to train?"
They pump their hands in the air and start to run toward the school. Izuki lets go of Bakugo's hand and runs away with the rest of her friends. Todoroki and Bakugo are the only ones who didn't run.

"I see that you have taken an interest in Izuki," Bakugo grumbles.

"Yep," Todoroki said nonchalantly. He couldn't deny it in the slightest. He didn't know how he caught feelings so fast, but they were there.

"Stay the fuck away from her," Bakugo growls. "She is mine."
"How long will it be until that statement is just a dream? A distant thought?"
"Shut the fuck up and leave me and her alone."

"But it's not just me who's taken an interest in her. She's mysterious, adorable, and highly driven. Good luck keeping that triple threat to yourself."
And with that, Todoroki walked through the gates of the school, leaving behind a fuming, jealous, and somewhat afraid Bakugo.

00000

"Today we are training at a facility outside of school. It's your decision to wear your hero costume or not. If you decide to not wear your hero costume, please get changed in your gym clothes. Meet at the bus in front of the school when you're done."

Izuki grabbed her backpack and headed for the locker room. Everyone else was pretty much wearing their hero costumes, it made Izuki feel a bit left out."
"Damn you, Bakugo," Izuki grumbles, seeing everyone else in their amazing hero costumes.

"Everything alright, Izuki?" Todoroki questioned while walking to the buses with her.

"Oh yeah, nothing's wrong!" Izuki flashed a smile his way and then looked back toward the ground. "I just wish I could wear my hero costume to the training facility like everyone else. I'm just feeling jealous, that's all!"
Bakugo finally finished putting on his hero costume and walked out of the locker room to see Izuki talking with Todoroki.

"I can't leave this girl alone for one second before that bastard wants to snatch her from me." Bakugo approaches the two of them and slings Izuki over his shoulder, walking away from Todoroki.

"Ah! Kacchan!" Izuki squeals, kicking and punching him playfully.

Bakugo walked the ten steps to the buses and set Izuki down gently. The young girl looked up at him and pouted with an adorable. "Hmph." Bakugo smiled and pat her head.

"Izuki!" Ida called, running up to her. "What do you think the bus order should be? As vice president, I think the class should be organized by seat number in the classroom; It will be more efficient and organized, but you get the final call because you're class representative."

Izuki wasn't used to having authority, she was usually told what to do. "Umm… Well, I think your idea would be the most efficient, but having people sit where they want makes them more comfortable and relaxed. So I would say: People can sit where they'd like, but we have to take attendance before we leave so we don't forget anyone."

Ida seemed disappointed that his idea didn't work, but he wasn't particularly opposed to Izuki's idea. He nodded in approval and then began to yell at everyone to get onto the bus.
"Izuki! Sit by me!" Uraraka called, waving her hands, and pointing at an empty seat next to her.

Izuki nodded and was about to sit next to Uraraka before Bakugo's hot hand gripped her wrist. He yanked her, pulling her into his lap. Todoroki then grabbed her other wrist, this time, his hand was ice cold.

"She isn't your property. She also isn't your rag doll," Todoroki's voice was cold and dark.

"I'm going to find a seat elsewhere," Izuki said quietly, pulling her hands out of the boys' grasp. "I don't like the energy here."
She walked over to Mina and Kirishima in which she pointed at an empty space, asking, "Is this seat taken?"
Kirishima looked dumbfounded and his mouth dropped open. Mina smiled and pat the seat next to her. "Not at all, go ahead!"
Izuki sat down and thanked Mina.

"I thought you'd sit next to your boyfriend."
"I was going to, but his mood has been off today, so I sat somewhere else."

Izuki looked over to her boyfriend, who was glaring daggers at her. She mouthed "I'm sorry," and his expression softened somewhat.

Soon enough, they took attendance and began driving away from UA.

A little after the drive began, they got into a conversation about quirks.

"Say, Izuki, your quirk is very similar to All Might's," Asui brought up.

Panic flashed in Izuki's eyes before she immediately composed herself.

"Yeah, the only difference is All Might doesn't hurt himself when he uses his quirk," Sero jumped in.

"She's learned to control it better now! Remember that security breach we had yesterday? She got on the top of the sign using her quirk!" Uraraka defended.

"Oh yeah, I remember that. How did you learn to control it?" Mina questioned.

"Um, well, I was at the beach training early one morning, trying to figure out how to control my quirk. I used Instructions to give me direction. It imagined me as a sandcastle and my quirk as the ocean. If I huge wave of water comes at the sandcastle, it'll break. But if it comes in little waves, it will do little to nothing. So due to the analogyu, I figured out how to use my quirk at five percent."

"Five percent?" Everyone shouted. Izuki flinched at their tone, but quickly recovered.

"I still have a long way to go if I want to be a hero, but I'm sure I'll succeed if I keep training."

"My quirk is already perfect," Bakugo flexed, puffing out his chest in pride.

"Then why the hell are you here?" Todoroki snapped.

Some classmates snicker at his comment.

"I don't think you are going to become a hero," Asui says out of the blue.

Bakugo's hand begin to crackle. "Why the hell not? I'm the most able out of all you extras! I placed first on the UA entrance exam! What do you have under your belt, Frog Girl?"

"Respect," She assures, the eye contact between then was intense. "You can't be a hero with your attitude. Heroes are kind and reassuring people. Your attitude is more or less villain-like. I wouldn't be surprised if you were-"

"We're here!" Izuki shouted, standing from her seat. "That's enough fighting, please. We should learn to appreciate everyone's attitudes, whether or not you like them. And don't," Izuki turns to Bakugo, glaring. "Don't put anyone down because you've had a success they didn't."

"I apologize, Bakugo. I got carried away and said some things I'm not proud of," Asui apologized, bowing her head.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Bakugo got up and out of the bus, grabbing Izuki's hand in the proccess.

"USJ?" Izuki gasped. "Kacchan! We're training at USJ!"

"I see that," Bakugo replies, smirking ever so slightly.

"Aren't you excited? Wait! If we're training at USJ, then maybe..."

"Welcome class 1A," 13 announces, walking out of the building.

"I knew it! Kacchan look! It's 13!"

Bakugou rolled his eyes while giving Izuki's hand a gentle squeeze. Izuki noticed and quickly kissed his cheek. A blush crept upon his face, but he hid it well.

13 explained everything they were going to do at USJ: Rescue training in different climates/ disasters. He also explained that quirks can be used to kill someone easily, but that should never be the case. People should always use their quirks for good.

Everyone went inside and took a peek around. There were a bunch of mini facilities, one of which was on fire.

13 was still explaining things to the students when Izuki saw a portal and a guy with a bunch of hands on his body come out of it, along with a bunch of other bad-looking people. She quickly tugged on Bakugou's hand and pointed to the portal, which gathered more attention.

"Is this another test?" One of the students asked.

Izuki and Bakugou tried taking a step forward before Aizawa yelled at them to get back.

"These are real villains! 13, protect the students!"

The fearless teacher was about to spring forward when Izuki stopped him. "But sir, your quirk works more in the element of surprise, one on one fights." She activated her quirk. "Your probability of winning is… Oh my god." She read Nomu's quirks.

Aizawa's face didn't falter. "Hero's have more than one trick up their sleeve." then jumped and started fighting the villains.
