I'm going to start writing this chapter immediately, considering the fact that I don't know when I'll be able to write consistently.

I will start answering reviews again, the only reason I haven't been is that I simply haven't had the time.

Also, get ready for chaos, I'm throwing some "new" characters into the mix.

Thanks to you all, and a major thanks to my beta, MommaGotABuzz.

Disclaimer, what I'm about to do will not be canon compliant. Considering I will be tampering with some character's original ages, because it makes things more dramatic. I hope I do not offend anyone.

Steve sighed, still somewhat sower about his new title. But mostly, he sighed because his future self had just been arrested. Which really wasn't making things any less complicated.

Bucky seemed to be growling, which was a little odd, but everything about Steve's current situation was a little odd.

And honestly, if Bucky wanted to growl, who was Steve to stop him? Who knew if Hydra would let Bucky growl- Steve suddenly felt as if he had gotten off topic. Very off topic.

Tony was grinning though, so Steve was pretty sure the other man's thoughts must be off topic too.

"I always wanted to see The Great Captain America get arrested." Tony said, his voice sounding content. Steve rolled his eyes.

"You mean The Great American Mother," Bucky corrected Tony, taking a break from his growling.

Tony rolled his eyes. "Either way, I can now die in peace. My life can end in blissful happiness now." The man child said blissfully.

Steve really didn't know what he'd done to deserve this, but he couldn't really be bitter about it since it seemed to cause Bucky some joy. The other man's haunted eyes looked a little more peaceful at the moment, as if the banter was healing some invisible scars in his mind.

Clint spoke up, he had a half smirk on his face. "I always knew you'd end up in police custody some day, Nat." Despite the words, The Archer's tone was kind.

"Oh be quiet, you're next, Hawkeye." Natasha huffed, resorting to using her teammate's codename.

"Hawkeye?" Bucky asked curiously, blinking at Clint with icy blue eyes. "I never really asked, what are everyone's hero title code name things?"

Steve felt stupid, he should have realized Bucky wouldn't know.

"Well, Clint's codename is Hawkeye," Steve started, stating the obvious, he was about to move on to Nat, but Bucky cut him off.

"Is he an Archer?" Bucky asked, his voice sounding very serious.

"Um, yes?" Steve answered, confused. "Why..?" How on earth had Bucky known that?

"I've been thinking of him as Maybe- Archer Clint this whole time, and it was getting a little tiring." Bucky said with a shrug, like this was normal.

Clint snickered at Bucky's statement.

Steve shook his head, deciding to just move on. "Natasha's is BlackWidow."

"Like a woman whose husband died?" Steve honestly didn't know where Bucky was getting this from. Steve knew that Bucky knew about the spider called a Black Widow.

The other Avengers watched with amusement.

"No, like the spider…" Steve said, and Bucky nodded. Steve was dreading explaining Thor…

"And Tony is Ironman. But you already knew that?" Steve asked, and Bucky nodded.

"They debriefed me on him once. Gave me a basic idea of who he was. Said he's smart and wears a dangerous metal suit of metal." Bucky said, nodding confidently.

Tony looked a little confused. "Did they tell you what the suit can do?" He asked.

Bucky shrugged. "Shoot people?" He guessed.

"No, it can fly." Tony said, pride in his voice.

Bucky looked confused. "You can fly?"

"What- no, the suit can." Tony said, looking somewhat upset that Bucky had misunderstood.

Bucky looked disappointed. "Well that's boring. Next." Clint fell over laughing.

Steve rolled his eyes before continuing. "Bruce is The Hulk." Bucky looked at Bruce assessingly.

"Why? He doesn't look buff or anything?" He said innocently, and Bruce facepalmed.

"That's a story for a different day." Steve said, then sighed. Great, now to explain Thor…

"And we also have Thor, he's not really here right now." Now that did pique Bucky's interest.

"Thor, like the Norse god? Does this dude have lightning powers or something?" Bucky asked, thankfully not making the mistake of thinking Steve had meant to say 'thorn'.

"Not exactly," Steve sighed, then decided to get it over with. "He's literally Thor."

".. Are you trying to say Norse Mythology is true?" Bucky asked, looking highly doubtful.

"Yes." Steve said, though he understood Bucky's confusion, if someone had told him- without proof- that gods were real, he wouldn't have believed them either.

"No." Bucky said, shaking his head, and before anyone could try and convince him, The Girl, Sylvia popped back into the room.

"Dearest Steve isn't lying, Hydra Boy." The girl said eagerly, blinking at Bucky with her odd mismatched grey eyes.

Bucky looked like he wanted to demand for proof. But Sylvia beat him to it. "If you want proof, I can bring him here." She said happily.

"Why didn't you just bring him here originally?" Steve asked, the question had been hovering at the back of his mind for a while.

Sylvia scoffed. "He would have been way too loud, freaked Bucky out… and well, someone would have ended up getting stabbed."

Steve nodded, he could see that happening. He was suddenly very glad Sylvia had thought ahead before doing this.

"Now, I'm going to bring them in. They're going to be from the future, but I don't want any of you questioning them too much, mkay?" The girl said, looking at them sternly.

Steve blinked, of course she could take people from the future too, why wouldn't she be able too?

Wait- them? Who was 'them'? They just needed Thor.

"Them?" Bruce asked, but it didn't matter, because the girl had already disappeared. There was suddenly a snapping noise, and a bedraggled looking Thor appeared.

Holy macaroni and cheese, where was his eye? Steve could've sworn Thor had two eyes. Bucky yelped in surprise and huddled into Steve's side like a kicked puppy. It was a mix of sad and hilarious, so Steve just wrapped his arm around his brother.

"Where's your eye?" Tony asked rudely, getting Thor's attention.

"Wha- Man of Iron? But I was just- what in the…? I could've sworn I was just on the ship….?" Thor looked like he was panicking, thankfully, Tony had decided to not be a jerk, and walked over towards him.

"Thor, c'mon Point Break, take a deep breath. I'll explain." Tony said, snapping his fingers in Thor's face.

Thor nodded, calming down a little. Tony then spoke, explaining how they had all shown up here.

"Why?" Thor asked, and Tony explained that they were watching the future, and that was what Thor had been brought here to do.

"Oh," Steve spoke up, catching Thor's attention. "By the way, the girl, Sylvia, said that we're from different time periods." Thor's brow furrowed.

He was staring a little too much at Bucky for Steve's comfort. He shifted a little to somewhat block his brother from Thor's stare. If anyone noticed, they didn't comment.

"Do you know what happened with Voltron?" Thor asked, his eye narrowing a little. Tony looked surprised at the mention of this Voltron thing.

"No." Natasha answered, tilting her head a little. "You look a little.. Roughed up, what were you doing before getting kidnapped?"

Thor sighed. "It's a long story, but let's just say, my evil older sister escaped from hel, then trapped Loki and myself on a planet that was very weird. We then had to take Asgard back from my sister- who had gained control at some point- and in the end, Asgard was blown up. But don't worry, friends, Loki had stolen a very large vessel in which we managed to get all the people of Asgard into. Also, my father is dead." Thor said in one long breath, Steve's eyes narrowing at the mention of The god of Mischief. Next to him, Bucky looked stunned, and somewhat freaked out.

Natasha was the first to speak up about the Loki thing. "Loki, as in the Loki who tried to rule earth?" She asked, sounding resigned.

Thor shifted nervously. "Yes, Lady Natasha, I'm afraid that is the Loki I'm speaking of." Thor then sighed, shaking his head. Hey, wait- what happened to Thor's hair?

"Don't worry, I do know for a fact he won't betray me this time." Thor's tone was confident, and Steve hoped he wasn't the only one who remembered that Sylvia had said 'them'.

As if his thoughts had summoned him, Loki suddenly appeared, stumbling and looking very irritated.

"I have been falling for fifteen and a half minutes!" The god exclaimed, before palling as he looked around the room and saw The Avengers.

Clint scowled, but Bucky perked up. Oh please no, Steve did not need Bucky becoming buddy-buddy with an evil alien. No thanks.

"Thor…" Loki trailed off, before inching back a little to let his brother shield him from view.

After Thor had explained, Loki looked very upset. "I understand why the girl brought you here, but why me?" The god asked, sounding upset, and oddly childish.

Steve realized he didn't know how old the gods were, obviously, Asgardians lived much longer than humans, so they must mature at a different pace. For all he knew Thor could be seventeen in maturity.

Bucky spoke up for the first time, ``You attacked earth?" He asked, "You don't look dangerous." He said after looking Loki over.

The god scowled, "Yes, I attacked earth." He then paused. "Who are you anyways?" He asked, and Steve pulled Bucky tighter to his side, not wanting to risk Loki attacking his brother.

Thor also turned his attention back to Bucky, who didn't seem to like being stared at by The god.

Steve answered so Bucky wouldn't have to. "He's my best friend. I thought he was dead, but… well, he isn't. We're watching a movie about Hydra, Thor, do you know about that?" He steered the conversation away from how Bucky was alive, wanting to avoid that subject for the time being.

Recognition sparked in Thor's eyes. "Hydra, yes, Eye of Hawk explained the incident to me a while back. I'm assuming your friend is The Winter Soldier?" Thor said, looking at Steve and Bucky curiously.

"Unfortunately." Bucky huffed, speaking up for himself.

Loki tilted his head to the side a little. "And you judge me for attacking earth?" The god said snidely, and Steve wondered how Loki even knew anything about who The Winter Soldier was, judging by Thor's guilty look, it was the older gods fault.

"No. I was just curious." Bucky shrugged, staring Loki straight in the eyes. "I bet you had your own reasons."

Steve really didn't like how that seemed to calm and relax Loki a little. He really didn't want to deal with Bucky becoming friends with Loki, it sounded like a lot of unnecessary drama. But he couldn't really control what Bucky did, so..

Natasha shook her head, and gestured towards the three standing men. "You should all just sit down so we can get this over with." She eyed Loki with only half masked resentment. Steve wasn't sure if he was seeing things, or if Loki had really flinched at that.

Tony returned to his former seat, and Thor and Loki hovered where they were standing uncertainty. Before anyone could speak up, Bucky patted the couch.

"Our couch is large enough, you weird god people can sit here."

Steve suppressed a sigh as the two gods joined them on the couch. Loki sitting between Bucky and Thor.

If anyone's confused about the seating arrangement, don't worry, I am too. So I'm just gonna write down what I think it is, mkay.

They're all in a line, btw.

From left to right we have Clint, Natasha, Bruce and Tony- all in chairs. Steve, Bucky, Loki, and Thor on the couch.
