37. Chapter 37

Training Ground 27

Yukimaru was sitting in his temporary training field along with Hanabi Hyuuga and Juhi Inuzuka. He was being taught a temporary lesson by a jonin that had to take over Guren's job for the day since she had security seal barrier maintenance with a few other jonin. Yukimaru didn't really mind this as he knew how busy his adoptive mother was with her duties so he didn't fault her for that. In fact it just gave him the time to get to know some things about those his age, but anyway back to the current lesson.

"Yukimaru-kun, are you paying attention?" The jonin asked causing Hanabi and Juhi to look up from their lessons towards the Uzumaki. Yukimaru snapped out of his stupor before giving an embarrassed blush. "H-Hai, forgive me," he said and the instructor nodded before looking back down. Hanabi looked at Yukimaru a little longer before snorting and looking back to what their sensei was talking about which happened to be the making of a certain type of storage seal.

"And carefully make precise brush strokes from here to here. Then force your chakra through it. With this done then you can seal all your weapons, clothes, and any number of objects. Now then, can anyone tell me what you can't seal into scrolls?" the jonin asked.

"Jutsu!" Juhi shouted while his dog barked. Hanabi narrowed her eyes and tapped her finger. "Well that is certainly right Juhi-kun. One can't really seal jutsu into their scrolls. A scroll isn't really designed and seals aren't strong enough to hold such power back in the first place," The jonin said before Yukimaru raised his hand.

"U-Umm sensei, I don't mean to interrupt your lesson, but if certain factors like the seals, ink, and scrolls are strong enough then it is possible to seal jutsu and even things more powerful than that," Yukimaru said getting the unwanted attention turned to him which made him a little humble, but he tried to keep his head up as a proud user of Fuinjutsu that he had learned to use by Naruto, Guren, Kushina, and Fuka.

"Oh is that right Yukimaru-kun? Well then will you please give us an example of such things?" the jonin asked with a smile. Yukimaru looked at the ground for a second and he could see that Hanabi had the look of him wanting to explain as well. It wasn't in his complete nature to upstart anyone if he didn't have to, but he loved fuinjutsu and he loved his family. Either this jonin didn't believe that the Uzumaki were fuinjutsu masters or he was underestimating the power of Fuinjutsu.

"Umm well there is the Jinchuuriki. They all have seals that bind the bijuu to them and the bijuu are stronger than any jutsu that we could think of," Yukimaru proclaimed getting Hanabi to raise an eyebrow. The young Inuzuka, Juhi, scoffed while the jonin chuckled. "Ahh well that is technically true, but a few years ago Suna had an unstable jinchuuriki who is now their Kage. Do you know why he was unstable? It was because of his seal. It shows that they will break it eventually," The jonin remarked.

"Umm t-that's not true! Kazekage-sama's seal was perfectly fine. In fact it is still in place even though his bijuu was taken. The seal was made by amateur sealing teams so it stands to reason that it would be unstable. If it was sealed by someone like Yondaime-sama then Gaara-sama would've been fine. Just like Naruto-niisan," Yukimaru said and Hanabi widened her eyes and so did Juhi.

"You mean the dude who's the fuckin' son of Yondaime-sama. I heard the guy's got a fuckin' legendary contract. One that's out of this world! It is said that no one apart from his family has seen it and if they do then they instantly die. It's a rumor by the kids that this is what happened to Asuma-san. You know that dude?" Juhi asked and Yukimaru smirked.

"Yep Naruto-niisan is my brother," Yukimaru said while Juhi gasped and Hanabi snorted. She knew such a thing already. Her father had told the entire Hyuuga clan of their current friendship bond with the Uzumaki and Hanabi, Hinata, and Neji were told of all the members of the clan. It also did help that she had heard about Yukimaru's exploits in the academy of correcting teachers in their mistakes of drawing seals. She probably held just a little admiration for him.

"He's your brother?! That's awesome! Wait, then that means that you're a...," Juhi said while the jonin smiled. "Juhi, meet Yukimaru Uzumaki. The youngest Uzumaki who's just as talented as the rest of his family. An impressive sight," the jonin said getting Yukimaru to blush at the sentiment.

"Tell me Yukimaru. How do you know so much about the bijuu and the jinchuuriki?" Hanabi asked while Yukimaru smiled. "Well it's widely known that Yondaime-sama fought against the Kyuubi so I know what Guren-san has taught me. A while ago I actually had an encounter with the Sanbi," Yukimaru said while Juhi gasped. The jonin raised an eyebrow and Hanabi narrowed her eyes.

"You're shittin' me right? You were actually near the bijuu?" Juhi asked while Yukimaru just chuckled to himself. Hanabi remained silent on the issue, instead choosing this time to study the genin next to her. "Hai, Guren-chan said that we...had a mission by Konoha to investigate and apparently, my being a Uzumaki, I had special chakra that resonated to the Sanbi," Yukimaru explained.

"Pfft, now you're just making up stories. How could you have chakra that strong? Stop tellin' lies," Juhi said while the jonin chuckled. Yukimaru sighed while Hanabi just blinked, rather stoically.

"Oh it's not a lie dog boy," everyone turned around to see Guren drop to the ground. Just like the Hyuga, the Uzumaki clan opted for their own wear as part of their clan and didn't wear the standard Konoha jackets and instead wore casual clothes, well with the exception of Naruto and Kushina who kept their Hinoken attire, well most of the time. They did have their responsibilities to think about, but anyway.

"Yukimaru-kun really does have special chakra. In fact he's just like the rest of us, having exceptional chakra and all that. Actually if I had to guess then I would tell you that the Uzumaki have a very wide range of exceptional chakra.. I have the ability to make crystals, Fuka-san has the ability to take chakra from others, Tayuya has exceptional genjutsu, very strong for our clan, Risa is probably the best. Just recently we've found that she's able to visibly use her chakra to control someone else's. Shi's chakra allows him to have perfect control of summoning and converting light to his own abilities. Komachi...well we're still finding out about her. Kushina is able to use her chakra to manifest chakra chains that not only sap chakra, but also restrict even the toughest movement. That same ability was passed to Naruto-kun and his network is the most complicated. His chakra is quite potent. More so than any Uzumaki in the clan for reasons we don't know, but that's enough bragging. Come on Yukimaru, Naruto-kun should be finished building the training fields and dojo for the house. Thank you for teaching him," Guren said while Yukimaru stood to his feet.

"Oh it's no problem. It seemed more like he was teaching us," the jonin said while Guren and Yukimaru bowed before walking off. "Wait!" the two Uzumaki turned to see Hanabi standing to her feet as she walked over to them.

"You said that it was possible to seal jutsu. I would like to see the truth to your statement," Hanabi said with a little fire gleaming in her eyes. Guren looked back to Yukimaru and he nodded while she sighed and snickered. "Well it is possible. You just need to have the right person doing it. Mind a demonstration with me...," Guren prolonged for the jonin's name.

"A-Aoba Yamashiro," he said and Guren nodded. "Thank you. Now then if you would please step over there then I will prove this point," Guren said and Aoba nodded though it was a reluctant one. He stood next to a tree post while Guren smiled assuringly. Juhi grinned from ear to ear while Hanabi folded her arms and watched. Yukimaru didn't seem fazed as he had known what he was talking about. After all he studied hard to make his family proud of him.

"Ready when you are," Guren said and Aoba nodded. "Very well then. I hope you know what you're doing Guren-san," he said aloud.

"Oh don't worry about me," Guren said and Aoba just nodded as he swiftly went through his handsigns before he opened his mouth. "Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu," Aoba shouted as he sent a large fireball in Guren's direction. Juhi gasped and closed his eyes, but Yukimaru and Hanabi watched on as Guren smiled.

As fast as they could see, Guren whipped out a scroll and an ink pen. She quickly wrote across it, her strokes smooth and fluid, as she quickly finished had held the scroll out in front of her as the fireball collided with the scroll instantly disappearing all together. Aoba widened his eyes while Juhi opened his own to see the sight of Guren with a calm smile.

"There is a reason that Fuinjutsu isn't a popular shinobi art. It's because people fail to see the true wonders that it holds and don't have the patience that comes with learning it. Thank you for your time," Guren said as she threw the scroll to Aoba who caught it and glanced in awe. Juhi gasped and Hanabi narrowed her eyes.

"It seems you were right," Hanabi said and Yukimaru nodded. "Yeah I get that a lot," he said while she glanced towards him.

"Well that's enough of demonstrations. Come Yukimaru, we have to continue your training and later we'll have you gather your yukata. We look forward to tonight's dinner Hyuuga-san," Guren said politely which got Yukimaru surprised.

"The Hyuuga are waiting to welcome the Uzumaki into their compound. Thank you for the demonstration. It was very insightful," Hanabi said while Guren and Yukimaru walked away with the latter waving to the youngest Hyuuga Main Branch female. Guren looked at the scene and chuckled. They grow up so fast.

Uzumaki Compound

"B-B-Boss we're all done. C-Can we please dispel now?" the clones asked as they finished the newly made dojo as well as set up the training field by clearing out the trees. Naruto looked out into the field and nodded.

"Yeah we're good here. Great job you guys," Naruto said as he dispelled his clones. Seems that even having the Shinigami's extra power to drive them wasn't doing anything for their natural endurance. Maybe Naruto had to do something about that with his Honshou later. It was a pity that everyone else seemed to have something to do. Kushina was going over something with Yugao, Yura and Yuri were out eating, Risa and Tayuya were just enjoying the feeling of being alive, and Shi was doing some reports in his room. Fuka was...doing her hair in her room. Seriously what was with her and her hair?

Oh yeah and Fujikaze was...currently being harassed by Tenten. It was one of the few times that Naruto wasn't even sure if he could laugh at the pitiful display of pleading that Tenten did before Fujikaze that made Naruto sigh at one point. "This is where you were," he heard a voice and turned his head to see Komachi looking at him. Her face as stoic as usual. Naruto gave her a smile as Komachi effortlessly sat down next to him.

"What's up?" Naruto asked feeling the gentle sun on his face. "We were so close. I don't understand how I never knew about you. Both of us were in Konoha and we never knew it. This family, it's warm, but am I right for this having done the things that I barely remember? I do not know. What is my place in this family?" Komachi asked as Naruto sighed.

"Honestly I don't even know my place in this family, but does it matter? You already have a place as yourself. It's not like your memories are going to come back instantly. Take your time Komachi-chan. I'll be there with you every step of the way for it. I will always protect my family," Naruto said and Komachi shifted slightly.

"What is it to protect your family? From what I remember I only protected Konoha as a whole. I never had a family to protect. I do not understand this concept," Komachi said and Naruto poked her cheek. She turned to him and raised an eyebrow while the blonde snickered.

"You're cheeks are so weird Komachi-chan," Naruto said and Komachi blinked before her eyebrow twitched. "Please stop that Naruto-san," she said, but Naruto persisted. He snickered as he continued to do so before Komachi grabbed his hand.

"Enough," she spoke in annoyance before she noticed Naruto give her a solid look. "I think protecting your family is the same as protecting your body. Make sure it functions and that it's always in perfect shape. We know what is best as a family," Naruto said and Komachi quickly let go of his hand. She nodded and Naruto stood to his feet.

"Now then let's get you outfitted for a yukata. I think you'd look good in orange," Naruto said and Komachi blinked. "That is a horrid color to go with my hair Naruto," she claimed and Naruto gasped.

"How could you say such things? I filled it out quite well," Naruto said while Komachi nodded. "I shall take your word for it then," she spoke and Naruto groaned. He then pouted and placed his head in his hands.

"You're no fun you know. But I'll rid you of that soon enough," Naruto said getting Komachi to look at him, but she didn't say anything and only watched as Naruto stood to his feet and held out his hand.

"Well it doesn't have to be a fancy thing I guess. Let's just get you your yukata for tonight," Naruto said and Komachi took it to stand on her feet. "Just so long as it is not orange Naruto-san," Komachi said getting Naruto to growl.

"Ignoring!" Naruto returned as he opened the door and walked out with Komachi following him. He had never seen it, but Komachi's face never changed. However her eyes held just a little mirth inside them at her attempt at making fun of her cousin. It felt good.

Nighttime

"Yukimaru, do you have your yukata on neatly?" Guren asked and Yukimaru nodded with a small smile on his face. The young adopted Uzumaki wore a light green yukata that Guren had bought him. Fuka and Shi came down the stairs wearing their own yukatas as they gathered into the living room. Shi adjusted his clothes to welcome a bit of comfort. Fuka wore a dark red yukata while Shi opted for a simple black one of some fancy design. He didn't mind things like this.

"Hai Guren-san," Yukimaru said as Yura and Yuri came down also wearing bright red yukata. Komachi then appeared after them in a light blue one.

"I fuckin' hate this shitty thing. Why do I have to go?" Tayuya growled coming down the stairs. Right behind her was Risa as the older redhead snarled. "Shut up! You're going and that's an order!" Risa said making Tayuya grit her teeth before ultimately sighing in frustration. People asked her all the time where she got her damn attitude from. Tayuya had always replied that it wasn't their fuckin' business to know, but now she knew where she got it. Her damned Mother. She should've guessed.

"Honestly I liked it better when I was dead. Then I wouldn't have to listen to your mouth so constantly," Tayuya said and Risa gripped her daughter's head. "What was that shorty? Don't think that just because you could take on some Konoha jonin that you're able to beat me. I was kickin' ass long before you were born," Risa claimed.

"Sure whatever you say," Tayuya said getting the others to chuckle at them. Fujikaze was watching the scene with a small smile on his face. This was the family that his master had worked so hard to bring to a reality. Fujikaze wasn't sure, but he wondered how long it had been since he had been surrounded by such an atmosphere. If this was the way that all Uzumaki came together then the world could learn a lot from them. He was glad to be in the service of his Shikyō.

Soon Kushina and Naruto came down the stairs and the blonde couldn't help but stare at his mother. Her wearing her red kimono with white flowers. Her lovely hair that swayed with her body. He loved the way that she did that. He didn't know why, but ever since he had revived her she had just been there with him. He knew that it was because she had already been gone for most of his life and wanted to make up for lost time as his mother, but it had quickly grown to something more. Sometimes he wondered how things would be if he hadn't taken that chance to tell her his true feelings, but now he had them and he wouldn't let go of them.

Kushina turned and noticed Naruto looking at her and smiled. "You know, even Minato never looked at me so intensely before. What is it?" Kushina asked and Naruto blinked. He shook his head and chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head.

"It's just that you're so beautiful Kaa-chan," Naruto said getting Kushina to blush. She chuckled as she jabbed Naruto in the shoulder getting her son to wince. "W-What are you talking about so suddenly dattebane? Come on, let's get going," Kushina said and Naruto nodded.

"Everyone ready?" Naruto asked. Guren and Yukimaru nodded while Yura quickly made one adjustment to Yuri's yukata and nodded as well. Fuka and Kushina nodded as they grinned to each other. Risa nodded while Tayuya grumbled, but a stern look from her mother made her groan as she said something incoherent. Shi and Komachi nodded as well while they stood up and Kushina opened the door. They all walked out while Naruto turned back to Fujikaze.

"Don't wanna come?" Naruto asked and Fujikaze shook his head. "I am simply at your service Uzumaki-sama. I shall keep the guard over your house," Fujikaze said and Naruto sighed with a nod.

"Wow, he's just mister personality isn't he?" Gari asked while Dan sighed. "You have no idea. Well I just think that Fujikaze-san is more traditional than most. He did die around the Second Great Shinobi War so I could see that happening. Honestly I think he's just been in service to people too long," Dan replied. Gari grumbled and shook his head.

"Speaking of being in service to someone, Gari what made you even want to be in the service of Shikyō-sama in the first place? He is a Konoha shinobi after all. I have no problems with following him because I can feel that he's not like the rest. What are your reasons?" Pakura asked and soon all eyes were on Gari as the Iwa shinobi narrowed his eyes.

"There is no real hidden meaning or anything. Also it's not because he's the summoner to the Shinigami. During the war, well to be precise, the Third Great War, just before my death, I had the opportunity to see his father in action," Gari said getting Dan to raise an eyebrow, Pakura to do the same, Suiren to seem confused and Yahiko to continue listening with a little more earnest.

"Who was his father?" Yahiko asked curiously. Dan chuckled when he heard that as did Pakura. Gari just gave a little grin while Yahiko and Suiren stared at each other in confusion.

"I had met him during one of the field battles. It's true that he decimated the entirety of our forces in one fell swoop and I was surprised by it. Honestly the only reason that they even didn't exceed over a thousand was because of myself and the Explosion Corps. As we retreated he and I locked eyes for but a second, but that second was like an eternity. I could see the strength mentally of a leader in his eyes. For just that second I was staring at a very powerful man and the look that I saw in that young boy's eyes was the very same. I do not care that he is the son of my nation's most hated enemy I respect him and to see his legacy succeed is what I hope to accomplish. To see where his road takes him. I do believe that he has already surpassed his father right here. Having us as summons. That alone seems like potential enough to let me be near him. After all just like his father, he is the only person I know who has created a Time-Space Ninjutsu," Gari said getting the others to nod in agreement.

"His father is the Yondaime Hokage of Konoha, Minato Namikaze. I know of the man because Orochimaru expressed a deep hatred for Minato-san for taking the Hokage position from him. He's considered to be an amazing man," Kimimaro said and everyone felt silent.

"Still we've all decided to follow an amazing man ourselves. We'll just have to see where he leads us but we'll back him up no matter what right?" Suiren asked and everyone agreed. "Right!" They all said in surprising unison.

Meanwhile, Konoha stared in awe as the entire Uzumaki clan had walked through the streets and came up to the Hyuuga compound. Kushina knocked on the door and it immediately opened. "Kushina-sama, Hiashi-sama and Hinako-sama have been waiting for you," A Side Branch member said and Kushina smiled.

"Thank you very much. We're happy to be invited," Kushina said as the Uzumaki clan walked inside. As they did, Fuka and Yukimaru took this time to see around the inside of the Hyuuga Compound. It was definitely largest one that they had ever seen. They could see Side and Main Branch members looking at them all as they were escorted through the main building.

"Sheesh these fuckers act like they've never seen a fuckin' Uzumaki before" Tayuya said getting Naruto to snicker. "Well they only had Nii-san to look at. It's no wonder that they're surprised," Yura said while Naruto gasped. The others snickered with nods while Naruto turned his head.

"Don't think I haven't forgotten about my revenge on you for what you did to me Yura-chan," Naruto said and Yura's eyebrow twitched. "W-What?" she asked and Naruto smirked. He then looked at her with a mischevious grin while Kushina tapped him.

"Now sochi we're in someone else's compound. Be nice. Okay?" Kushina asked as she rubbed her son's cheek and Naruto sighed. "Alright Kaa-chan," Naruto said while Kushina smiled. Risa and Guren snickered to each other while Shi, Komachi and Yukimaru were walking closely beside one another.

"Is this your first time inside of a compound?" Shi asked and Komachi remained as stoic as she usually was. "This is probably not my first experience, but it is the first experience that I remember so I shall say yes for now," Komachi said and then looked down.

"How about you?" she asked Yukimaru. "Umm I think it is, but it's sort of weird to see them all staring at us," Yukimaru said to her. Yura and Yuri nodded as the latter sighed. "Yeah, but then again they aren't Uzumaki crazy like us so...we're something different," Yuri responded.

"Yeah sure. We're a clan claimed to be wilder than even the Inuzuka clan for our hotheaded tempers. Case is Kushi-chan," Risa spoke while Kushina growled.

"Shut it Risa. You have a lot worse of a temper than I do," Kushina countered back. "I'd just rather not be in the middle when the both of you have your tempers," Shi mumbled while Kushina and Risa glared at him. He then looked up and cleared his throat.

"N-No offense," He stated quickly to save himself. The two Uzumaki women then backed off of their little cousin. To the others around them it was an enjoyable sight to see.

"Right this way Kushina-sama," The escort said as they walked up the stairs. Everyone followed him and they came up to a door. The escort knocked against the door and spoke. "Hiashi-sama, The Uzumaki family has arrived," he said and the voice that Naruto recognized as Hiashi came from the door.

"Escort them in," Hiashi said and the escort bowed as he opened the door. Instantly the Uzumaki family walked through the door as they saw a rather large multitude of tables ready to seat them. Hiashi was at the head of the tables and along its sides were Hinata, Hanabi, and Neji. Hinako and Hizashi sat on the two sides of Hiashi which also made Naruto point out that a few of the clan's elders were there as well. He raised an eyebrow before he noticed Hizashi and Hinako looking at him. Both bowed and Naruto gave a slight nod.

"Kushina-san, thank you for taking the time to accept our invitation," Hiashi said and Kushina smiled. "Well it is fine Hiashi-san. After all you have done much for my son and I. We appreciate it. I'm glad to know that my son is on very good terms with you," Kushina said and Hiashi turned to Naruto. The blonde waved and Hiashi gave an acknowledged bow.

"Yo Neji, Hinata-chan!" Naruto said and Neji waved while Hinata blushed, but said her hello just like Neji did. "Please be seated then Uzumaki family. It's a great night," Hinako said and every one of the family agreed. They quickly got themselves situated to the tables and everyone instantly noticed Yukimaru beginning to talk with Hanabi about what had happened earlier. Hinako smiled and so did Guren. They snickered to each other, but none said anything on the matter.

"So Naruto, where have you and Sasuke been? Hardly any of us see you anymore. I think the last we saw you was...Asuma-san's funeral," Neji said and Naruto narrowed his eyes. He gave a heavy sigh, but he noticed that Hinata seemed to be curious of his answer as well though Naruto noticed that she couldn't look him in the eye for various reasons. Hiashi, Hizashi and Hinako naturally knew where the blonde had been and what he had been doing. To some testament of friendship between them, Naruto and Hiashi frequently exchanged letter via a messenger bird between the two. The stuff Naruto had done, generally, wasn't top-secret so there wasn't really anything keeping him from talking with Hiashi about it if he so wished or was ordered not to.

"I know what you mean Neji. I haven't seen you guys for a while. Tem...Sasuke and I have just been out doing the various missions. Baa-chan talked about me keeping an eye on Sasuke. Him, myself, Kaa-chan, Kakashi-sensei, and Yugao-chan became a team. That's why we're not here a lot," Naruto said and Neji nodded.

"A l-l-lot of people miss you Naruto-kun," Hinata said rather meekly and Naruto couldn't deny that he felt that way too. "And I miss them too, but I'm busy you guys know how it is. But how are Ino, Chouji and Shikamaru doing?" Naruto asked.

"Well Otou-san has taken the roll as temporary sensei for the team since he returned from his mission by the late Sandaime-sama. Chouji and Ino are dealing with while Shikamaru looks after Kurenai-san. She's taken a...leave due to having Asuma-san's child," Neji said and Naruto nodded with a heavy sigh. Hiashi knew that sigh very well. The sigh that came from two conflicting things ideals coming to clash with each other in a person making a decision. He knew why too. Asuma must've said something to Naruto which is why the Sarutobi jonin wasn't around.

"I see well I'm glad that they are alright. How about Kurenai-san?" Naruto asked as Neji and Hinata looked at each other. Kushina patted Naruto's shoulder, but the blonde didn't deter from his question so Hinata answered.

"Kurenai-sensei is doing very well. She wishes to apologize for her outburst to you for asking the impossible from you. She and Shikamaru-kun knew that just because you have a contract that it doesn't change that Asuma-sensei is gone. It's one of the reasons that she walks around the village to find you, so that she may apologize," Hinata said and Naruto looked at the table. Yura and Yuri frowned as they looked to each other. Naruto just nodded and closed his eyes.

"What am I going to do? I already said that I couldn't do anything. If I bring back Asuma now just as Kurenai apologizes to me then she'll know something is up and so will Shikamaru. Even if I managed to convince Asuma to give me some kind of fake identity they would still try to attempt to find a connection. Then there are that old lady's words to me," Naruto thought and Neji glanced towards Shi. He could see the young man waiting as politely as he could. Neji really had no idea that Shi was from Kumo, but he was sure that he had never seen the blonde before. Honestly he and Naruto could almost be brothers except for the volumes of their color of hair.

"So you are Naruto-san's family? What is your relationship to him?" Neji asked Shi as he turned to him. "Hai, I am a Uzumaki. As for my relationship then I am Naruto's cousin. My name is Shi Uzumaki. It's a pleasure to meet you," he said and Neji nodded.

"Pleased to meet you as well," Neji said and after he said that the food was served to everyone as the elders began to eat. Yukimaru and Hanabi ate as well while Guren and Fuka settled to the pleasant food. Risa and Tayuya began to eat as well followed by Hinako, Hizashi, Neji, Hinata and Hiashi.

"So Kaa-chan, you were gone for most of the day. What were you doing?" Naruto asked and Kushina cleared her throat while she gave a little sigh. "The Council had a meeting today that required me to attend. Since learning of the Uzumaki and their relation to Konoha as well as Mito-baachan being the Shodaime's wife then the Uzumaki are considered as a Noble clan. I would like to thank Hiashi for his help though. The friendship of the Hyuuga and the Uzumaki is a very satisfying one dattebane," Kushina spoke and Hiashi nodded.

"Naruto-san is a very good friend of mine and I like to show my gratitude to my friends," Hiashi said rather stoically, but no one took him up on it. Kushina and Naruto just nodded while the latter chuckled sheepishly.

"It's no big deal Hiashi. You helped me out a great deal. It was the least I could do," Naruto said and Hiashi turned to Hinako. "Well that's not true actually Naruto-san. It's actually thanks to you that I have an announcement to make as well. I'm...expecting," Hinako said as Hanabi widened her eyes. Hinata turned to her mother in shock while Hiashi sipped his tea. Naruto coughed and so did Kushina. The elders looked really surprised as did Neji and Hizashi.

"Really? Hanabi and I are going to have another sibling?" Hinata asked and Hinako nodded. Hiashi cleared his throat and folded his arms. "It is for this reason that Hinako has not been training recently. We have just had Shizune and Tsunade-sama confirm it," Hiashi said while Kushina smiled.

"Hinako that's great dattebane," Kushina said and Naruto snickered. "You're saying dattebane a lot Kaa-chan. You're flustered," Naruto said while Kushina jabbed her son, and lover, in the arm.

"R-Rather than flustered this is excitement dattebane," Kushina claimed and everyone chuckled while Naruto rubbed his arm.

"Still violent as ever Kushina. You really haven't changed," Risa said and Kushina huffed while she pouted her cheeks. Yura and Yuri snickered while Fuka chuckled to herself. Komachi just blinked at the scene rather confused, but it was pleasant to look at.

"Still this is amazing news Hinako. You should be proud," Hizashi said getting Hinako to agree with him. "I know and I am Hiashi-san, but I saw the strangest thing. I had seen Koharu-san talking with one of the doctors along with Homura-san. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but they had been given some medical records. It seemed really weird, but as they left Koharu-san looked at me. When our eyes met she just gave a small smile before walking away. I'm not sure why that is. Did I do something?" Hinako asked and everyone looked to each other.

"You never told me this," Hiashi said and Hinako looked down. "Well it didn't seem like such a big deal to me so I just let it go without much of a problem. I didn't see anything wrong with what she was doing so I just decided to leave well enough alone. When she left I had asked the doctor about her and he said that she and Homura were curious about some things and she had paid over several visits to the morgue," Hinako said and everyone raised an eyebrow. Komachi and Shi narrowed their eyes at this and so did Naruto.

"Maybe she's looking for the records of an old teammate that she and Homura-san lost. Is that it?" Yuri asked. Everyone seemed to see the reason in that, but Naruto couldn't help a little feeling of anxiety as he thought back to her words. She said that he was a traitor? What was he a traitor in doing?

"Well she has her own concerns as they have nothing to with us nor the village. She shall let her do what she pleases," Hiashi spoke and the others agreed with him on that part.

The room was up in pleasant conversation since that time as everyone had their fun at the Hyuuga compound. "Come on Komachi-chan, say Ahhhh," Naruto said as he held up a piece of food to Komachi's mouth. She then glared at him while Naruto continued to smile.

"I am not a child Naruto," Komachi said, but she just saw Naruto continue in his attempt. She then sighed and opened her mouth while Naruto placed the food inside. "Why do I subject myself to this?" Komachi thought before she noticed Naruto's smile. She also saw Shi chuckling at her and the same could be said for Yuri and Yura.

"Naruto-nii, feed me too!" Yuri said as she opened her mouth. Hanabi's eyes twitched as she huffed. "The people of a noble clan should eat with dignity," She said while Yukimaru smiled.

"You're not going to really find that here," he said and Hanabi knew that was going to be true. "Oi Guren, that was my piece of food!" Risa growled while Guren snickered.

"Ya snooze ya lose. Isn't that right Fuka?" Guren asked while Fuka snickered. "Oh yeah that's right Guren. Which is why your shrimp is mine," Fuka said taking the food while Guren looked down in surprise.

"Fuckin' sucks doesn't it Guren?" Risa asked with a grin. Kushina sighed before apologizing to Hinako and Hiashi, but they shook their heads and said that this was fun as they saw Naruto and Tayuya growling over a piece of food.

"They seem to be...comfortable," Neji said and Hizashi nodded with a light chuckle. Hinata just panicked at the scene in front of her. "U-Umm Guren-san, Risa-san, there is plenty more food in the...,"

"Stuff it girlie!" Risa said as she glared while Guren glared back. Hinata sweatdropped, but even she couldn't stop the smile on her face while Hanabi just continued to look with an interested glance. Yura and Shi just held their heads down and then looked at each other. They shook their heads at the sight before sighing.

For Hiashi, this was a great night. To introduce something new that his family had yet to see. He normally never allowed this, but with Hinako back then he was a lot more accepting of a lot of things. It was thanks to Naruto that this was possible and seeing his friend have a good time with not only his family, but his own was a good sight to behold.

"Oi Neji, you tell Tomato-chan here that this was my piece!" Naruto growled and Neji blinked. Tayuya glared at the Hyuuga while Neji shook his head. "I don't think that is in my best interest Naruto," Neji said and Tayuya gave a triumphant grin.

"Yeah shithead, the drag queen over there has better sense than you now hand it over!" Tayuya snarled while Neji's eyebrow twitched. Hizashi smiled while Neji chuckled darkly as his hand strongly gripped his chopsticks. "What did you call me?" Neji asked and Tayuya smiled.

"Oh you're going to do something about it? Well bring it! Or would it be beneath a Hyuuga to fight with a Uzumaki? Maybe you don't want that same punch to the face that you got in the chunin exams by my cousin here," Tayuya said and Neji snarled.

"I had my guard down!" Neji countered. "Yep and you got sucker-punched!" Tayuya said before she was smacked over the head. "Watch your mouth Tayuya!" Risa snarled and Tayuya snarled back.

"She's her mother's child," Hinako said and Risa growled. "What was that?!" Risa shouted angrily. Kushina and Naruto laughed as did Shi, Yura and Yuri. Komachi raised an eyebrow while Yukimaru smiled. The elders, who had been eating, had just watched as they looked to each other. It was obvious that the Uzumaki were always going to be a rowdy bunch, but that didn't mean that they didn't know how to have some fun, or be serious when they had too.

A night like this, two families having dinner together as friends, it was just a great night for things like this.

Somewhere else

Ino sighed as she looked at Sakura's head on the table. The girl had been this way for like...how long? Ino wasn't sure and boy was she happy that the shop was closed as she wouldn't have to be behind a counter anymore for the rest of the day. "Sakura, you've got to get over it. So Sasuke's got a girl friend. It's not like he HAS to be in love with you," Ino said picking up a book.

"It's just not fair Ino. I've been with Sasuke-kun longer than her. I know Sasuke wants to restore his clan, but he hasn't even defeated his brother yet and he said that was all he was focused on. What does she have that I don't?" Sakura asked and Ino chuckled.

"Apparently Sasuke's virginity," Ino said and Sakura sunk lower than before. Ino then groaned and placed a magazine on the table. "Look I got over Sasuke a long time ago after he left. I just think its unlikely that you'll be anything more to him than a friend. It's obvious that you, me, or anything other Sasuke fangirl back in the academy, don't have what Sasuke needs. Maybe Yuna-san does. Who cares if she's his cousin? It doesn't matter to me. Kiba makes jokes about Hinata and Neji all the time. No matter how strange I think that is," Ino said and Sakura sighed.

"Well yeah I admit that, but even Naruto and Kakashi have moved on without me. Naruto's family is a clan and he's a clan heir. I remember telling him that 'Uzumaki' was a stupid last name and here I find that the Shodaime actually married one? I'm sure he likes me now. He doesn't even call me Sakura-chan anymore," Sakura said and Ino rolled her eyes.

"Well you haven't really given him a reason too now have you. Look Sakura, you have your entire life as a medic ahead of you. Tsunade-sama thinks highly of you as does Shizune-sensei you don't need to worry so much," Ino said and Sakura looked up.

"You make it sound so easy," she said and Ino shook her head. "Considering that its you forehead then I doubt it. Lately Kakashi-sensei has been gone a lot as has Naruto, but you know that reason. You were there when Hokage-sama made their team or at least when she was in the process of doing it. You should be happy for Sasuke and Naruto," Ino said and Sakura sighed.

"Yeah I know. I'm just going to go," Sakura said getting up and then leaving. Ino just watched her go and then sigh as she placed her elbows on the table. "What's it going to take to get through to her?" Ino wondered.

Meanwhile as Sakura roamed the streets she suddenly felt a pat on her shoulder. She gasped and turned to see Koharu smiling. "Councilwoman Koharu-sama, what can I do for you?" Sakura asked and Koharu smiled.

"There is some information that I need for Yuna Uchiha. Would you mind helping me?" Koharu asked and Sakura blinked. "Umm well you are certified to look so long as you have a qualified shinobi official with you, but why me? The Anbu should be able to help you shouldn't they?" Sakura asked and Koharu smiled.

"Not if they don't know Yuna-san personally. Please come with me," she said and Sakura just nodded as they walked away towards...wherever they were going.

With Itachi

The elder Uchiha walked through the halls past a random room he had stayed in. Now was the current time to leave and it was also the time that everything would be coming together. It had surprised Itachi that Sasuke hadn't found him yet, but then again he had always known that his little brother was rather busy with still being loyal to Konoha and Itachi liked that. He wanted Sasuke to be with Konoha, to protect them, and to redeem the Uchiha for their sins and their cycle of hatred. It was all for the more that he needed Sasuke to end his life. So that he would be able to have the peace of mind that he had done something right.

As Itachi turned a corner, he opened his eyes, which had been closed, and didn't need to turn around to feel the presence behind him. "I have learned about your run-in with the Kyuubi jinchuuriki. It wasn't what you had expected was it? To think that you have lost an entire arm from it is quite the accomplishment for him," Itachi said as Tobi leaned against the wall behind him. He folded his arms and glanced towards the only other Uchiha in Akatsuki.

"What I have gained has more than made up for it. You have no need to worry about such things. Besides you and Kisame have another target. Since losing Kakuzu, Hidan, Deidara and Sasori then you and Kisame will be doing more. Need I remind you that there is still the Kyuubi, Hachibi and Sanbi?" Tobi asked. Itachi turned his head and narrowed his eye.

"The entire Sanbi was sealed into the Gedo Mazō. Why are you still worried about it?" Itachi asked while Tobi glared at him, but he then stopped and glared forward.

"He is just like his father. You aren't stupid and you're fully aware of who I am talking about. His father's famed Hiraishin technique. To this day he is the second person to touch me, that I haven't wanted to touch me. He's growing and seeing his mother has concerned me. I dare say that he is faster than his father," Tobi said and Itachi raised an eyebrow.

"Aren't you exaggerating?" Itachi asked. "I do not exaggerate. Also what I mean that he's just like his father is that he might've done the same thing that his father did to him," Tobi said and Itachi closed his eyes.

"You're suggesting that he split the Sanbi's chakra and gave it to himself while we sealed the other?" Itachi asked while Tobi looked up at the ceiling.

"I doubt he'd seal it in himself. That's too much for even his body to stand. No he sealed it into the next best thing. He would naturally seal it into someone close to him. I have heard about the Uzumaki family becoming a clan within Konoha. He's either sealed it into the youngest boy or girl. That is your mission. To retrieve one of them for extraction," Tobi said and Itachi snorted.

"That's a rather selective thinking process you have done. There are plenty of variables in there that can be altered. Also if you're correct and Kushina Uzumaki has returned then you know that she harbors a deep hatred for you and the rest of Akatsuki. I doubt even Kisame would be able to completely make it out alive with her around. I also believe that Konoha's going to be more selective with its newest jinchuuriki especially if it's in close relation to the Kyuubi jinchuuriki and his mother," Itachi said while Tobi smirked.

"You sound intimidated," Tobi said and Itachi opened his eyes. "I am not. Rest assured that we will handle our assignment as we see fit," Itachi said as he walked off. Tobi narrowed his eye through his mask before swiftly teleporting away just as quickly as he had come.

Itachi entered the main lobby and walked out the front door to see Kisame waiting for him with his hat one. "So Itachi-san where are we headed next?" Kisame asked and Itachi's eyes stared at the open road in front of him.

"Kisame, I'm...going to need your help," Itachi said as he glared at the road. Kisame raised an eyebrow and grinned. "Who would you like me to skin with Samehada?" Kisame asked and Itachi shook his head.

"I have no need for that if it comes to that. We're going to deal with my...redemption," Itachi said and Kisame just nodded though it was rather confused of a nod at that.

Somewhere near Ame

"Ahhh arghhh uwaaaaah What are you doing to me?" someone shouted while seals started to spread across the ground. The person doing the action chuckled as he continued to hold up the handsign in front of him. Soon paper covered over the person as his shouting was covered. The person grinned and soon the paper came falling down as another person with a mask came. Seeing the sight the person sweatdropped.

"You're...Hanzo the Salamander?" he asked and the man shook his head. "No, I'm the right hand man of his right hand man," he said and...Kabuto sighed. He shook his head at the sight in front of him while he started to write some things down.

"Damn the Edo Tensei is a lot more complicated than I anticipated. I'll have to make the modifications that I couldn't make before. Hmm now what she I do next? I still have to find Hanzo, then there is Sasori, Deidara. Oh I'll have a lot of fun with this. It's shame Orochimaru-sama was killed by Sasuke Uchiha. I'm sure he would've revolutionized the world, but his time is through. Now I'll have to make it so," Kabuto said and soon he noticed the man chuckling. He turned to him and raised an eyebrow.

"What are you laughing about?" Kabuto asked and the revived shinobi of Hanzo's army looked up and Kabuto seemed confused. "You have just sealed your fate buddy. Shin-sama will tell him and he will come for your soul. Your days in this world are numbered," he said and Kabuto adjusted his glasses.

"Hmmm and what makes you say that?" he asked, but he noticed the man's eyes change, their usual Edo Tensei eyes turned white as he looked at Kabuto. "You have disrespected the laws of the Shinigami and you have disrespected the laws of death. You're finished, for Shikyō-sama shall take your soul and will give it to the Shinigami where you will suffer in eternal torment for the rest of your days," he chuckled before Kabuto held up a handsign to silence him. His eyes suddenly stopped their pure white color and turned back as he stayed motionless.

"Pathetic rambling. I have no idea what a Shikyō is, but it doesn't matter. Not even the Shinigami can stop my ambitions," Kabuto said as he stood up. "We'll keep you in storage for later. As for now, I'm going to need a few things done for myself," Kabuto said with a devious grin as he walked off. He never saw or felt the heavy gaze of rage from a pair of eyes that were looking at him. They soon disappeared while Kabuto suddenly got a chill down his spine.

Next Morning, Uzumaki Compound

"That's it Yuri. Keep trying and you'll be able to get it down," Naruto said as Yuri's body slowly turned red as one tail appeared behind her. Her teeth sharpened and her nails scratched the ground. "Honestly Naruto-nii this is very strange," Yuri said with a groan. Naruto nodded as he could remember that feeling. Kyuubi could also as the red tails completely came behind Yuri. She panted and she could feel a conflicting malice surrounding her body for this time.

"How do you feel?" Naruto asked and Yuri glanced up to him, her red eyes looking appealing to the blonde at the moment. "I feel like I'm about to destroy this forest behind me for no reason at all!" Yuri said and Kyuubi grinned.

"She's a natural. Well she is dealing with Sanbi so it doesn't even matter. No way would she be able to handle Yonbi or anything higher," Kyuubi said and Naruto snorted. "Yeah, the only way to handle you is through an excessive use of migraine pills and training to block out your ramblings," Naruto said in his thoughts and he knew that he heard Kyuubi growling. The fox snorted and lightly banged his tails against his cage.

"How about you just fuck off brat? You'd better be lucky that the Honshou in my body is making me tame at the moment," Kyuubi said and Naruto gasped. "What happened to that whole 'Kyuubi no Yoko will stand at your side even if the world breaks apart' thing?" Naruto asked and Kyuubi rolled his eyes.

"Spur of the moment?" Kyuubi lied and Naruto rolled his eyes. He then folded his arms and chuckled. "Right, whatever you say bastard fox," Naruto said and Kyuubi snorted as he looked off in some other direction. Not that there was much for him to see anyway.

"Naruto-nii!" Yuri's voice called out and Naruto blinked from his conversation. "Yes Yuri? Sorry was kind of distracted," Naruto said and Yuri pouted. She sighed and shook her head.

"You'd better not be this way when we have our fun Naruto-nii. That would be rude," Yuri said and Naruto's eyebrow twitched while he chuckled. "Really? I didn't think you were going to think about that while doing this training. Yuri, you're being a bad girl," Naruto said and Yuri's chakra cloak dissipated.

"I'll say you are. Honestly not even your sister is as much of a pervert as you. Must have been from all that manga you were reading. Smut for the brain," Sanbi said and Yuri snorted. "Have you been looking at my memories?" Yuri asked.

"Oh I'm sorry, you make it sound like I actually have something to DO behind this cage. I must say that your memories are entertaining though. Oh yeah I remember that Kumo library thing. Should I tell him that you simply wanted to do that on a whim?" Sanbi asked and Yuri paled. "Oh you shut up! I bet you weren't like this with your previous jinchuuriki," Yuri said in her thoughts.

"No, no I wasn't. I doubt I will ever get to be like that either. Oh well that's a story for another time," Sanbi said as it cut the connection. Yuri sighed as her eyes returned to normal and she went to address Naruto's statement.

"Then Nii-san you should punish me. Is that what you want? To spank little ol' Yuri-chan?" Yuri asked with a suddenly smile. Naruto smirked as he kissed her cheek. Yuri wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck as they shared a good kiss between them. Yuri moaned and Naruto did the same. "So now that my shinobi training is done then maybe we could...do this training?" Yuri asked and Naruto shook his head.

"You've been hanging around Anko-san haven't you?" Naruto asked and Yuri chuckled. "Guilty as charged," she said as they shared one more kiss and broke apart and just in time too.

"Sochi, Tsunade is here and she wants to see you," Kushina called as Naruto raised an eyebrow. He turned to Yuri and she shrugged her shoulders. Both Naruto and Yuri walked into the house as they saw Tsunade in the living room.

"Yo Baa-chan, you said you needed me?" Naruto asked and Tsunade growled. "How many times have I told you not to call me that brat?!" Tsunade asked and Naruto shrugged his shoulders. Honestly he had lost count somewhere down the line of it all, but he knew that they both liked that way of familiarity between them. It just worked out that way.

"Have lost count. Now then what's up?" Naruto asked and Tsunade sighed. "I have a swamped schedule back here in Konoha and I need to get it done. That's why, reluctantly, I'm sending you to Kiri for the diplomatic mission," Tsunade said and Naruto paled.

"What? Why me? I don't have a clue about politics," Naruto said and Tsunade nodded. "And that's exactly why you're going. Kushina agrees with me as well. We feel that you are to have a better grasp of politics if you will lead the clan," Tsunade said and Naruto turned to his mother. She nodded and Naruto sighed.

"You couldn't have just given me a book could you?" he asked and Tsunade smiled. "Not everything can be learned in a book brat. I give you full charge of the mission since Kushina says that there is no problem with your leader capabilities so I've decided to give them a chance. You may choose who you like for your mission should you meet any problems, which I hope there aren't any, but knowing you I won't hold my breath," Tsunade said and Naruto rolled his eyes.

"That hurts dattebayo," Naruto said and Tsunade smiled. "It's how the world works brat," Tsunade countered and Naruto groaned.

"Fine fine I'll go. I guess I have nothing better to do right now. Hmm well maybe I do," Naruto said as he glanced towards Yuri. The third youngest Uzumaki raised an eyebrow and scratched her cheek.

"Yeah I'll do that then. While we're traveling I'll have Yuri-chan work on her jinchuuriki training and I think I'll take Yukimaru with me," Naruto said and Tsunade nodded. Get the youngest Uzumaki familiar with politics as well. It was a good idea.

"Anyone else?" Tsunade asked and Naruto tapped his chin. "I guess not. I'm capable of protecting them should anything go wrong," Naruto said and Tsunade nodded.

"Good then there is someone who I want you to take," Tsunade said and Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Umm okay? And who is that?" Naruto asked. Tsunade grinned and pointed out the door.

"You fill out your clothes rather nicely Gaki. It's been too long," Naruto's body shivered while Kushina gave a sigh. Yuri raised an eyebrow as Naruto glared at Tsunade. "And when did he get back?" the blonde asked.

"Yesterday night. Have a good time Naruto," Tsunade said as she left the house. Naruto then turned around as he noticed Jiraiya come through the back of the house.

"Hmm pretty big for a noble clan's family. Who would've thought that you would be a clan head. Uzumaki standards are lowering," Jiraiya said with a smile. Naruto snorted before he chuckled while Jiraiya grimaced. "Is that right? Then would you like to know just how high the standard for the clan head is?" Kushina asked holding her sword to Jiraiya's throat. Jiraiya held up his hands while Yahiko smiled from within the sword.

"Jiraiya-sama. It's been a very long time since I have seen him in person. He seems to be in good spirits," Yahiko said while the others looked at the man. "The man who trained the Yondaime. He's not what I expected," Suiren said and Yahiko sighed.

"He gets that a lot. Please try not to think badly of him," Yahiko said getting everyone to nod confusingly.

"Y-You've made your point Kushina. No harm no foul in my book. When Tsunade contacted me I didn't think that it would be over this much of an issue. Honestly putting you in charge. She must be going senile," Jiraiya said while Naruto rolled his eyes.

"Not like you would do any better. Also I have grown Ero-sennin. I call the shots here. And from you I want no backtalk!" Naruto said and Jiraiya just allowed his mouth to drop to the ground. He then sighed and just nodded.

"Alright Yuri, go pack. I don't feel like teleporting us so we'll just take it easy these few days," Naruto said and Yuri nodded as she went up the stairs to go and get ready. Kushina also walked off and waved goodbye to her son while Naruto waved back.

"You're still a little mama's boy," Jiraiya said teasingly and Naruto stopped waving. "Really? I hadn't noticed. I think I've earned that right after the last eleven or twelve years," Naruto said and Jiraiya stiffened.

"Naruto the real reason that Tsunade summoned me back was because...," Jiraiya wanted to continue, but Naruto stopped him.

"Yeah I know. I'm the one who told her about it. We'll talk when we're out of the village," Naruto said and Jiraiya agreed with the blonde's judgement on the matter.

With Sasuke and Team Hebi

Sasuke, Mikoto, Yuna and the rest of Sasuke's group dropped to the ground as the lead Uchiha turned around. "Karin can you feel Itachi's signature?" Sasuke asked and Karin closed her eyes. She quickly did a sweep of the area around them. The entire group had traveled for a good three or four days since they had left Uzushiogakure. Ever since they had left Sasuke had been tracing the places that Itachi had been to recently and he realized that he was on the trail of something hot. Karin had picked up his chakra signature in various places and Sasuke realized that Itachi was moving around. For what purpose he wasn't sure, but he realized that he was close.

"Yes Itachi was here at least a week ago, give or take a day or two," Karin said and Sasuke nodded. Yuna touched the ground and closed her eyes. Mikoto looked around the entire place that Karin had used her chakra to begin the search and with her years as a jonin the female Uchiha narrowed her eyes. "Itachi always did like to walk. Well I'm not a sensor so I can't be exact so we'll just have to rely on Karin for awhile," Mikoto said getting Sasuke to agree.

"I did a quick search on the ground. Good thing I trained in Doton before all the crap in my life happened. Karin's right, in the past six days this dirt was unsettled by foot prints," Yuna said.

"How do you know it was them?" Suigetsu asked and Yuna looked forward. "Because the time span of what happened and Karin's sensor abilities come together. In the past six days only two people have walked across this road. One was Itachi and the other...I'm not sure," Yuna said while Sasuke patted her shoulder. She leaned up and grumbled.

"Then we're getting close. Let's go," Sasuke said and they all agreed as they raced off.

All through the day Sasuke and his retrieval team searched for Itachi, once again coming up with no results. Sasuke wasn't sure how far they had traveled, but Karin kept telling him that the chakra was getting stronger and stronger signifying to Sasuke that he was indeed on the right track.

Eventually the team stopped at a hotel for the night and Mikoto called Sasuke and Yuna to her room. Both Uchiha had quickly come and waited for Sasuke's mother to seat herself against the bed. Mikoto undid the ponytail in her hair allowing it to fall down as she sighed. "So Sasuke, do you have a plan for Itachi yet?" Mikoto asked. Sasuke narrowed his eyes and looked at the wall.

"It's no doubt that Itachi's going to have questions when he sees us and that's not even telling if he'll believe you Sasuke. Even I recognized Itachi's potential. I hated it, but as old as I was he was still better than me. I never got the chance to surprise him," Yuna said while Sasuke glared at the wall.

"I still don't have anything concrete as to even start with, but I think I'll just go with the revenge thing that he wanted me to. I have two ideas and both of them are entire unrealistic," Sasuke said. Yuna and Mikoto turned to him and Sasuke sighed.

"One, I could just tell him straight, have you two show up and we explain. If he's really that much loyal to Konoha then he'll at least hear me out. Option two, I go, we fight, I kill him...," Yuna and Mikoto shivered at this thought, but Sasuke continued. "And ask for Naruto to bring him back so he can have it driven into his damn head again," Sasuke said and Yuna stood to her feet.

"Sasuke, you're taking advantage of Shikyō-sama's kindness and generosity. Don't you think that's a little much? It shouldn't escalate to that point!" Yuna said and Mikoto patted Sasuke's shoulder.

"Sasuke, I understand what you're saying, but I don't want my sons to fight. I know it might be inevitable, but even so I can't stand to see you kill Itachi. Even if you can bring him back. Whether he comes back or not his blood will be on your hands. Blood that will never be washed off," Mikoto said and Sasuke nodded.

"I know what I'm getting myself into. I have already had blood on my hands. I don't need you both to baby me. I have been on my own for a majority of my life. Don't think that just a few months can make up for that," Sasuke said as he got up and walked off.

"Sasuke wait, that's not what we were...," Yuna said before she felt Mikoto pat her shoulder. Yuna turned around to see her shake her head. The brunette Uchiha sighed as she watched her cousin and lover walk out of the room.

"Mikoto-sama," Yuna said and Mikoto frowned. "Just let him be. I know just us being around wouldn't change his outlooks on life completely. He is right. He is a young man now and the times where I could actually be not only his mother physically, but mentally have passed. I can only be in his life and guide him to the choices that he wants. Don't worry Yuna. He'll come around. After all I still want my grandchildren," Mikoto said and Yuna blushed.

"M-Mikoto-sama please!" Yuna said with a cough. Mikoto just smiled with a nod of her head as the two Uchihas stayed in the room.

Meanwhile Sasuke exited the hotel and snarled. "They just show up after six months and all of a sudden I just go back to being the little Uchiha who couldn't even stand on his own two feet? There is no way that's happening. I have gotten along just fine without either of them. I never asked for Naruto to bring either of them back," Sasuke said to himself. He sighed and lightly tapped his head on a tree.

"Is this what it's like when someone worries about you? So I've learned the truth, what am I supposed to do now? Itachi is still out in hiding and they say I need to let go of my hatred. How can I just let that go?!" Sasuke growled out.

Suddenly Sasuke felt a chill through the air as he walked through the woods. He didn't know what was driving him to do so, but he didn't want to go back to the hotel at the moment. He just decided to walk whatever way made sense to him. He walked up a hill, walked through a bushel of trees. He then noticed a cave and glared at it. A strange signature was emitting from it and it piqued Sasuke's curiosity. What did he have to lose?

Sasuke walked into the cave and he noticed torches light the way for him. He narrowed his eyes, but kept straight to the path in front of him. The signature was getting more and more familiar to the Uchiha. Feeling this made him feel anxious. He now realized why it was so. He was going to meet...him.

Sasuke suddenly came to a stop as he opened his eyes to see Itachi looking at him as the torches converged towards the elder Uchiha's presence. Itachi glared at Sasuke and Sasuke glared back. "You have grown since I last saw you," Itachi said and Sasuke narrowed his eyes.

"All the training that I have done. All the things that I put up with. It was all for the sake of meeting you. I even paid for my crimes against Konoha and I have returned to its service. I have done what you said I couldn't do," Sasuke said and Itachi narrowed his eyes.

"Oh have you? Then you have come before me with eyes just like mine?" Itachi asked and Sasuke closed his eyes. "I have not. Nor do I need to. I have seen through your tricks and your Mangekyou Sharingan will not work on me again," Sasuke said while Itachi snorted.

"You are quite bold. Still as impatient as ever Sasuke. You do not see what I can see," Itachi said and Sasuke snorted. "No. I see much more than you do. I see...the truth," Sasuke said with a snarl and Itachi suddenly flung a kunai at him. Sasuke dodged it and landed on the ceiling. He threw his own kunai at Itachi and he watched it stab the older Uchiha in the chest. Itachi widened his eyes while Sasuke dropped to the ground.

"I will not deny it. You have improved," Itachi said while Sasuke snorted. "I'm not the same amateur that I was before. I have things that even you don't have," Sasuke said and Itachi raised an eyebrow.

"And what might those things be?" he asked and Sasuke smiled. "When I see you I shall tell you just before you die," he said and Itachi narrowed his eyes before he started to vanish in an array of crows, their cries as believable as ever. Sasuke watched them leave as his kunai dropped to the ground. Sasuke went to collect it and as he bent down he could still feel Itachi's eyes on him.

"Just south of here is an old Uchiha hideout that was used during the Third Great Shinobi War. It's built into a terraced mountain with vast forestry growing on each level. If you really wish to show me what you have that I don't then we will settle things there," Itachi said as he disappeared. Sasuke narrowed his eyes and turned around to see Itachi perfectly gone. His entire presence also gone.

"For so long I have waited for this day. Itachi I will settle things with you...without Yuna or Kaa-san's help. I don't need it," Sasuke said to himself. He would just have to convince Itachi and get him to explain the truth of it all to him and then he would work on what he needed to, and not before. Sasuke also knew the location that Itachi was talking about. It wasn't far from where he was. A good day away and less if he really kicked up the pace.

So Sasuke took his stuff and dashed off into the night, his thoughts of getting Itachi back to his mother and Yuna still fervent in his mind as he made his way through the trees.

Konoha Gates

Naruto, Yuri, Yukimaru, Fuka and Jiraiya had arrived at the gates as Yukimaru yawned slightly. "Nii-san, why are we leaving so late at night?" Yukimaru asked. Yuri massaged her eyes, but Fuka was just fine. Honestly the only reason that she was even here was because she had a mission from Tsunade that joined with Naruto's diplomacy mission for some kind of shipment. Fuka wasn't sure, but she didn't appreciate this late hour either. Even if she had stayed awake like this on a regular basis'.

"The reason we're leaving this late is because it takes roughly four or five days to get to Kiri. Also the reason that we have to travel is because unlike Kumo, Miss Mizukage has never seen me teleport so I'd rather not have her on edge for such things, especially with missions like this," Naruto said getting the others to agree.

"Naruto, you mastered the Hiraishin?!" Jiraiya asked and Naruto snorted. "No, I respect my father, but I said I was going to be the greatest out of all the Kage so I came up with my own," Naruto said. Yukimaru, Yuri and Fuka nodded while Jiraiya...laughed.

"Hahaaha oh that's a good one brat. As if you could make something as complicated as a Time-Space Ninjutsu. Oh that's funny. I needed that one. Now then seriously, you mastered the Hiraishin right?" Jiraiya asked and Naruto frowned. He then closed his eyes and turned around.

"Come on, let's get moving," Naruto said ignoring the question as he, Fuka, Yuri and Yukimaru began to walk out of the village gates leaving the toad sage behind. Jiraiya then sighed and rubbed his head. "Wonderful Jiraiya. Looks like I messed that one up. I just doubt that Naruto could make anything that complicated. The seals that would even come into play with that is no joke," Jiraiya thought before he followed them out.

"So Nii-nii, now that I'm able to enter the first state form then what will we be learning next?" Yuri asked and Naruto scratched his cheek as he looked up at the moon radiating in the sky. Jiraiya didn't say anything, but he listened in on the conversation.

"Well for right now we'll work on you controlling that. However I also want you two to be friends. Trust me when I say that things will go a lot smoother with you when your friends. No matter how much of a pain in your ass they will be," Naruto said knowing he would get a response.

"That means that I'm doing my job right. Thank you very much," Kyuubi countered and Naruto snorted his response. Honestly Naruto was avoiding the topic of the bijuu with Yuri just for the simple reason that Jiraiya was there. Naruto had asked Tsunade to keep it a secret as he didn't know how people would take Yuri being a jinchuuriki and considering that his clan was only a recently made one, noble or not, they were still one of the smaller clans and Naruto didn't want to know what people would even begin to think about their clan if they found out. It wasn't that he was ashamed to say or have Yuri not say it if she didn't want to, but he was still thinking about protecting Yukimaru.

The young adopted Uzumaki didn't really have much in the way of shinobi skills. In fact the only reason he made it to genin was because his Fuinjutsu knowledge from Guren had helped him out. He still had shaky taijutsu, passable ninjutsu, but a good aptitude for genjutsu. Naruto didn't want Yukimaru living in that kind of life nor did he want to same thing for Yuri. Tsunade had thought that Naruto was being a little...untrusting of the Konoha population, but as she had remembered his life she knew that he actually had enough reasons to be concerned. So Tsunade hadn't told Jiraiya about Yuri as only she, the Head Anbu of the Anbu Black Ops, Shikaku, and the Uzumaki clan were aware of this. Shikaku, only for the reason of long-term fighting in the future then Yuri and Naruto could work together for some type of plan that Shikaku might have to make up.

"Understood Naruto-nii," Yuri said and Naruto nodded. "So...any chance of that working out?" Yuri asked.

"Oh sure. Just let me out of this cage and we'll be right as rain," Sanbi said and Yuri sighed. Yeah that wasn't going to be happening any time soon at all. Oh well Yuri was patient when she had to be.

"Naruto-kun, I actually need your expert opinion on something," Fuka said suddenly getting everyone to turn to her. "What is it?" Naruto asked and Fuka quickly rummaged through her clothes as she pulled out a scroll.

"I have a new idea from reading the notes in the archives left by your father. I went through a few of them and I wanted to show you this," Fuka said as she held out her hand. Everyone watched with interest as a small blue barrier ball appeared in front of them. Naruto raised an eyebrow as did Fuka smiled.

"I don't have a name for it, but its a minimized and portable barrier fuinjutsu that I made. Imagine if you could do your rasengan while I casted this barrier over it. The fuinjutsu that takes to use this is made from three elements. Lightning, Water, and Fire. When you use this barrier the chakra that sustains it will also sustain your technique. It also protects it when two jutsu clash together. Think like a fire jutsu and water jutsu collide right? Which one wins?" Fuka asked and Jiraiya answered.

"Naturally the water would since it is the stronger of the elements," he said interested in this. Fuka nodded and continued. "Right! What this does is it encases an energy around the fire jutsu allowing it to be given more power, durability and speed while also protecting it from other elements. Here is the seal formula. I wanted to show you before I show it to Kushina," Fuka said unfurling a scroll as Naruto and Jiraiya looked down through it. Jiraiya had to admit that this was very impressive. All of it was calculated and well thought out. Fuka wasn't just another pretty face, of course Jiraiya knew this, but he had never seen the woman fight, but she seemed to be well enough that Tsunade made her a special jonin in the Barrier Division.

"But I don't see the Fuinjutsu on your hands. How are you supposed to combine it with a moving object like a Katon jutsu if it hasn't been casted yet?" Yukimaru asked and Naruto smiled. "It's a two-person technique isn't it?" Naruto asked and Fuka chuckled and wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck.

"That's why you're the cute one Naruto-kun," Fuka said as Naruto blushed. He rubbed his head to her comment while Jiraiya muttered something about lucky brats and weird family members or something like that.

"I...don't understand," Yuri said and Jiraiya opened his mouth. "What the young lady means as that it takes the synchronization of two shinobi. Teamwork is a valuable issue. One casts the jutsu and the other makes preparations for the barrier jutsu. I'm sure that the its an excellent idea, but that would require not only great reaction time, but also a large amount of chakra," Jiraiya said and Fuka smiled with a nod.

"But of course Sennin-kun. As far as I know I'm still in the development stages. Naruto-kun, you told me about that chunin exam incident right? When the Sandaime was attacked?" Fuka asked and Naruto nodded.

"Yeah, but I don't remember the battle. Tayuya was there, I...think. She might know about it. But if your barrier fuinjutsu is like what I think you want it to be like then it's more of a containment jutsu, with a hint of barrier fuinjutsu dattebayo," Naruto said and Fuka nodded. She sighed and looked at her scroll before Jiraiya asked for it. She gave it to him and he looked along its lines.

"Well there do seem to be a few errors here and there, but it looks right," Jiraiya said and Fuka smiled. "No that's how it is supposed to be," Fuka said and Jiraiya raised an eyebrow.

"And how do you know that?" he asked while Fuka smiled. "Because I can hear the seals telling me where is the most proper place to put them. They speak to me," Fuka said and Jiraiya looked at her strangely.

"You sure about that?" Jiraiya asked with a note of skepticism in his voice. Fuka just nodded and he sighed as he shook his head. He'd been a seal master all his life and he never heard of any 'voice of the seals'. Maybe it was a Uzumaki thing. He didn't know.

"I-I've heard them too," Yukimaru said and Naruto raised an eyebrow. "What, he can hear them? But Yukimaru's not...well his is family whether he is or not. Maybe others don't have to be Uzumaki to know about it," Naruto thought to himself before shrugging it off.

So during the trip, Fuka had decided to work with Naruto over her newest formula as well as teach Yukimaru a few more jutsu so that he would be better with Guren. She'd only been watching him do D-rank missions, but Yukimaru never complained about them. During those missions Guren just worked on a few of her projects doing something with her Shoton and her work for the jewelers. Not to mention her commissions that were coming in for the clan.

A few hours passed as Yuri yawned to herself. Naruto had taken notice of this as he noticed Yukimaru rubbing his eyes. Fuka seemed to be writing in her notepad and Jiraiya was writing in his own notepad. Naruto scratched his head and sighed. "I'll right we'll make camp here. Let's find a good place," Naruto said and they all agreed.

So they walked off the trail and into the woods. Naruto had some clones place up the tents and make a warm fire. Fuka had wondered why Naruto was making one of they were getting ready to go to sleep, but she didn't voice this question. She just yawned and went into her tent. Naruto sat on the log as he glanced to Jiraiya. The Toad Sage took the hint and nodded while Yuri and Yukimaru looked at each other tiredly. "Naruto-nii, aren't you coming to bed?" Yuri asked and Naruto smiled.

"I'll be there in a minute," Naruto said and Yuri shrugged her shoulders as she walked off and Naruto noticed Jiraiya sit next to him. Both gazed at the fire slowly consuming the bark from the trees that Naruto had gathered.

"When Tsunade told me that I had to get back urgently I thought it was like a life or death thing, but she said that she had information on Akatsuki. More surprising is that it was she said that it was from you. You really have changed. Forgive me earlier comment. It is still so hard for me to believe that you matured so fast. I guess I was still made that you let go of the toads," Jiraiya said and Naruto nodded.

"Trust me, it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I miss Gamakichi and the old Chief Toad. They were my dad's summons, but I just feel the need to break off from him," Naruto said and Jiraiya raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean?" he asked and Naruto looked at the sky. "The rasengan was made by him. I learned it. The toads were his summons. They were mine too. He was, probably considered the greatest Hokage in Konoha. That was my dream. I just felt too much like him. I need to be my own person and not stand in my father's shadow. So I broke from that. I'm not saying that I don't love my father, but having to still be acknowledged as his son is awkward. It's all just a damn title. I wanted to make my own techniques and I have. I've done a lot of things that he hasn't. What I'm saying is that...I want to be known for me and not for what he could do," Naruto said and Jiraiya chuckled.

"I guess I get what you mean. No child likes to be in the shadow of their parents. You have done very well for yourself. Your father wasn't a big shot in kenjutsu. He couldn't form your clan back together. He wasn't able to complete the rasengan like you did," Jiraiya said and Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"How did you know about that?" he asked and the older man scoffed. "Trust me, when you've been around as long as I have then you know about things and you pick up on what people talk to you about, but we're getting off track. Naruto, you're a great shinobi. At least I think so," Jiraiya said and Naruto nodded.

"Thanks Jiraiya-sensei. That means a lot to me," Naruto said while Jiraiya widened his eyes. Naruto just showed him the best respect that there could ever be from the boy. He then just settled his eyes and smiled. No need to ruin that moment.

"So anyway I have to ask you Ero-sennin...," Jiraiya said as the moment was gone. A once in a lifetime thing ended in a flash. "..I have some new clues that Tsunade talked with me about. I wanted to ask you about three people...Yahiko, Konan and...Nagato," Naruto said and Jiraiya stiffened. Yahiko and the rest of Naruto's summons listened intently and Jiraiya gave a heavy sigh.

"So Tsunade remembers that incident. Honestly I must say that I'm surprised that she would. I can't even begin to wonder where they are. Last I heard of either of them, Yahiko had died to someone. I don't remember how and I never got to find out where he was buried. I wonder how Konan and Nagato are doing," Jiraiya said while Naruto narrowed his eyes.

"Who were they?" Naruto asked and Jiraiya tapped his legs. "I guess I can tell you. You were one of my apprentices as well. I trained them. They were war orphans victims of the war that had taken away their parents. They had tried to steal our food for something to eat. Orochimaru said it was better to kill them and not let them grow up in the harsh world that they had, but I thought different. So I trained them for three years to make sure that they could survive in the world. Yahiko, he didn't have that many special talents. Sort of like you, kind of an idiot," Jiraiya said as both Naruto and Yahiko had their eyebrows twitch. Suiren and Gari snickered while Pakura turned to Yahiko. He just gave a heavy sigh and endured through it.

"But he had heart, determination, and a kindness just like yours. I'm sure that if the both of you had met then you would've been great friends. Then there was Konan. I wonder how she's grown. She was always the responsible one, but she was just as determined as all the others. She had a very unique ability of making origami and she even utilized that to her abilities. Yep able to turn her body into paper," Jiraiya said and Yahiko sighed as he remembered Konan. Always there by his and Nagato's side.

"And then there was Nagato. He...was the most interesting out of all of them. He was quiet, shy, and rather not as outgoing as his friends, but he had a good heart. We had a really great talk about what he considered to be precious to him and I found him to be a great child, but Naruto, what I tell you I don't want you telling anyone except Tsunade, and maybe your mother if it comes to that," Jiraiya said and Naruto nodded.

"Nagato was a gifted boy. His eyes hold a great power. One more than the Sharingan or the Byakugan. It's the top of the three Dojutsu. He holds the Rinnegan," Jiraiya said ominously. Yahiko raised an eyebrow while Pakura gasped, Gari did the same and so did Suiren. Kimimaro and Yahiko looked a them all in confusion.

"What is the Rinnegan?" Yahiko asked and Pakura looked at the ground, but it did little to hide her surprise. "I-It's supposed to be a myth. That dojutsu. I-It's...," she stuttered while Kimimaro and Yahiko glanced to each other.

"What is...the Rinnegan?" Naruto asked and Jiraiya turned to him. "You don't know? Didn't they teach you this stuff in the academy?" Jiraiya asked and Naruto shook his head. The old sage growled and muttered about the academy and changing how it was. He then patted Naruto's shoulder getting Naruto to look at him seriously as Jiraiya's eyes glared at the fire.

"Naruto, the Rinnegan is perhaps the most powerful dojutsu that has even been thought about. It was the dojutsu of the Rikudo Sennin. It's said that once you unlock that dojutsu, you can use all of the elements and you have perfect control over your chakra. It is even said that a Rinnegan user can bring back those who have died," Jiraiya said and Naruto raised an eyebrow. He then glared at the ground. He just dared this Nagato to try and do something like that. He'd make him pay.

"But the thing is, I do believe that he is a Uzumaki. When I had met you I had forgotten about him and never researched it, but when I remember his red hair then I come to think that he really was that kind of boy. I think that the Rinnegan was in him personally," Jiraiya said and Naruto widened his eyes. He said nothing and made no inch to move. "No, Nagato wouldn't do something like that. He's a good friend of mine and I know that we've had a hard time, but he at least has his morals," Yahiko said while Pakura sighed.

"Plenty can change once you've passed away. Do not forget such things," Pakura said and Yahiko agreed with that.

"So why do you want to know?" Jiraiya asked and Naruto narrowed his eyes. "I did some research that I found in a library in Kumo," Naruto lied. "It told of a group that sought to bring peace to the world. There wasn't much, but they had a great philosophy. Their robes black with red clouds. It's leader was a man named Yahiko, but he met an early end to his life. It's name was...Akatsuki," Naruto said and Jiraiya widened his eyes.

"You can't mean to think that this Akatsuki and the one that is hunting the bijuu is...," Jiraiya widened his eyes as Naruto nodded. "I don't know your history with them, but and I just wanted to be honest Ero-sennin. I think that Ame is where you'll find Akatsuki," Naruto said and Jiraiya looked at the ground.

"Akatsuki, if that's the case then two of its members are most likely...," Jiraiya went off as Naruto looked down sadly and so did Yahiko. The latter only expressing deep regrets over the entire ordeal.

Both were silent. Neither made an attempt to move, their eyes glaring at the warm fire as they watched it burn the embers of it off. "After this mission I will be going to see," Jiraiya said and Naruto stiffened.

"What?! Are you insane? This isn't Itachi or Kisame we're talking about here! This is the leader of Akatsuki. He's got to be fuckin' stronger than shit," Naruto said and Jiraiya patted his legs.

"I have to know for sure. I can take care of myself Naruto," Jiraiya said as he got up and jumped off somewhere. Naruto groaned and smacked his hand against his forehead. "I'm such an idiot," Naruto said as he got up. He looked at the moon and shook his head. It was late. Now was the time for him to go to bed, so he did just that as he thought about Jiraiya's words.

Next Afternoon

"Kill him, kill him, kill him, kill him, KILL HIM! I'M GONNA FUCKIN' KILL HIM!" Yuna shouted at the top of her voice as she dashed through the trees. She had gone to bed and waited for Sasuke, but he never showed up or if he did then she didn't know it, but he was gone and Yuna had quickly awoken everyone as she practically wrung the life out of Karin to find him. Karin had said Sasuke was a fair distance away from all of them, but they were surprised that Yuna was going the fastest out of all of them when they left which was that morning.

"Yuna-san, please calm down. I-I'm sure Sasuke is only...,"

"He's so damn dead! Give him an inch and he'll fuckin run around the damn world! Karin, how close to Sasuke?" Yuna asked, interrupting Juugo's defense of Sasuke's actions, as she hopped across the trees. Karin panted, but she ran right after Yuna keeping in her stride with Mikoto and Suigetsu.

"Sasuke is still a while away Yuna. We're not going to be getting to him anytime soon," Karin said and Yuna snarled. She flew past the trees as her feet left an indent in one of the branches. "Damn me to fuckin' hell and back!" Yuna snarled, her sharingan blazing out of control.

"Yuna, calm down. We'll catch up to him soon. Conserve your chakra," Mikoto said sternly and Yuna breathed easily and nodded. She calmed down and focused on her running as everyone rushed after her.

"Wait stop!" Karin said and they all did. "What is it?" Yuna asked impatiently. Karin did a handsign for another scan of the area and opened her eyes.

"There is a large chakra source around there. It's even larger than Sasuke, Yuna-san's, and Mikoto-san's combined together," Karin warned and Yuna raised an eyebrow. She looked back in the direction they were in while Mikoto narrowed her eyes.

"What has that much chakra?" Suigetsu asked and Mikoto frowned. "Only one things comes to mind if it isn't Kirabi-san or Naruto-kun, with that much chakra. This would be the Bijuu without a tail Kisame Hoshigaki," Mikoto said and Suigetsu suddenly grinned.

"One of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist just like Zabuza? Well alright! I'll make sure to take that sword. Let's go!" Suigetsu said as he raced off. "O-Oi wait a minute you idiot!" Karin shouted, but Suigetsu was already gone. She sighed heavily as while Yuna and Mikoto raced off. Juugo did the same and Karin sighed.

"Why did I come? I should've just been with the rest of my family. Kami forbid that I actually get to know any of them if I become an old woman," she said as she raced off along with them.

Yuna and the rest of the group had thus taken a rather good hour or so to try and catch up to Sasuke and before long they dropped to the ground as all five noticed someone waiting for them. He grinned as he placed his sword on his back. "Hmm it looks like Uchiha Sasuke has some followers. Well you won't be getting past me," he said while Suigetsu grinned.

"Well if it isn't Kisame Hoshigaki," Suigetsu said and Kisame turned around and snickered. He glared at Suigetsu with a small grin on face as he tapped his shoulders. "Well if it isn't Mangetsu's little brother. You've done well for yourself. Still looking to become one of the swordsmen of the Mist?" Kisame asked and Suigetsu chuckled as he grabbed his Katana and took it in hand.

"That's right and I'm gonna start with yours," He said, but quickly he was pushed out of the way. "Where. Is. Uchiha Sasuke?" Yuna asked angrily. Kisame smirked at her as he looked over his shoulder and Yuna could sort of see the direction.

"Then that's where I'm going," Yuna said as she walked forward, but suddenly dodged as Kisame's sword came slamming down. "Whoa there girlie. None of you is passing me. A meeting like that is best left undisturbed," Kisame said and Yuna growled.

"Is that so? Well a mother can't sit idly while her children try to fight with each other. You will move or I will make you," Mikoto said grabbing the hilt of her sword. "I see. Well it will be a pleasure to see what a kenjutsu legend is able to do," Kisame said and Mikoto smiled.

"I agree," Mikoto said as she raised her sword into the air. "Uchiha no Hanran: Jōshō Hakka( Uchiha Revenge: Rising of the Eternal Flames)," Mikoto shouted as fire blazed from her sword and went sailing forward in a wonderful array of arch slashes. Kisame grinned, but he also watched as Yuna suddenly dashed along with the fires and Kisame was forced to block them as Yuna passed him and continued on running.

"You've been a very bad girl Ojou-chan. Suiton: Suikōdan no Jutsu( Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique)," Kisame shouted and everyone watched as water formed in his hand and he shot it forward. It quickly began to form into a large water shark as Yuna glanced back at it. She gasped while Kisame smirked. Yuna then narrowed her eyes while her sharingan formed in her eyes. She then snarled as her sharingan quickly morphed into her Mangekyou Sharingan. She strained it as a small trail of blood seeped from her eyes while she held out her hand.

"Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu( Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique)," Yuna said as, thanks to her Mangekyou Sharingan, a white cubical structure shot from her hands and destroyed the water shark while she quickly turned her head forward and ran off leaving Kisame confused. "Well you're just full of surprises aren't you?" Kisame asked. He quickly began to run, but quickly Mikoto cut him off.

"Don't think I'm going to let you get another jutsu past me," she said and Kisame turned his head back to see Suigetsu with his katana at the ready and a smirk across his face. "Well I guess they will be having their own type of fun. Let's get started then. Samehada is looking to rip you to shreds," Kisame said and soon sounds of swords clashing could be heard in the area.

Meanwhile Yuna landed on the ground and panted while her eyes twitched and she closed them for a bit. She looked forward and she quickly noticed the Uchiha Hideout. She was still very much young so she didn't know about this, but that didn't matter at the moment. She just quickly ran for it as fast as she could.

She entered in through the door, went past one of the sub halls and through a flight of stairs. "Dammit Sasuke. I didn't baby you. I just worry about you. Don't I deserve that right?" Yuna asked as she suddenly noticed Sasuke walking up the stairs. She huffed and snarled. She knew that Sasuke knew she was coming or he would never have been able to face Itachi and that made her all the more angry. "What are you doing here?" Sasuke asked without turning around and he noticed Yuna growled. She quickly lunged for Sasuke and slammed him against the wall.

"You really have gone off the fuckin' deep end haven't you? What were you planning to do by yourself?" Yuna asked and Sasuke narrowed his eyes. "I am going to convince Itachi on my own words. I have no need for help," Sasuke said and Yuna growled.

"Dammit Sasuke, stop being like this. You might have a hard time adjusting to have your mother and me around, but I'm back so you will deal with it. Do you remember when you first kissed me?' Yuna asked and Sasuke glanced to her.

"I do," he said and Yuna smiled. "You said for me to trust you and know that you loved me right? Well why can't you trust in me for a change? Why can't you rely on me?" Yuna asked and Sasuke narrowed his eyes.

"I just can't. I just don't didn't want to feel weak in knowing what I could do and have trust in you to do," Sasuke said and Yuna chuckled. "Sasuke you...," Yuna smiled before she bashed Sasuke over the head.

"...fuckin idiot!" Yuna snarled while Sasuke cursed and rubbed his head. He growled at Yuna and Yuna growled back. She then grabbed Sasuke's collar.

"Listen here you son of a bitch, forgive me Mikoto-sama, I'm going to help you! Now you have two options, one is be a man and let me help or two you whine about it and I fuckin' do it anyway! Now take your pick" Yuna suggested while Sasuke narrowed his eyes. Was this how he was?Why did he have a lover like this? No seriously, he was asking...whoever. Why was it like this at all?

Sasuke walked up the stairs as he came into the main hall. He walked through the room and he looked up and noticed Itachi sitting in a chair. "You've come Sasuke...and it appears that you have a guest," Itachi said and Yuna appeared from Sasuke's back.

"After all those years, this wasn't how I thought I would meet with you Itachi. You have grown," Yuna said and Itachi narrowed his eyes. "Whoever you are, you have no business here. Leave," Itachi said and Sasuke walked forward slightly.

"Wrong Itachi. She has just as much business here as I do. This is...my hatred," Sasuke said while Itachi narrowed his eyes. "Is that so? Then what does the hatred in your eyes see?" Itachi asked and Sasuke grinned.

Suddenly, out of no one's view, Zetsu popped out of the side of the wall and raised an eyebrow. "Hmm this was a variable that we had never seen before. Who is this girl?" Black Zetsu asked while White Zetsu raised an eyebrow.

"I have never seen this girl before. Do you think that she will affect the outcome?" White Zetsu asked while Black Zetsu snorted. "I do not know. We shall see," Black Zetsu said.

"I can't speak for Sasuke, but I'll tell you what my eyes see," Yuna said as she glared coldly at her family's murderer. "They see the future that your eyes will never see," Yuna said while Itachi raised an eyebrow.

Our search for the top ten useless girls in the Narutoverse brings us first to the remote area of Sunagakure where we see two shinobi girls talking. She seems really young and cute normal, but looks can be deceiving. Coming in to number ten in the countdown is...Sari!

Sari is a young genin of Sunagakure and she is number ten! The reason Sari is number ten in the countdown is because of her screen time. Now this is not her fault however she is what can be considered a fangirl by few and most and give that she has not shown much has placed her in the last of the top ten!

Sari is number ten in the countdown because she has not even shown a use in her skills as a shinobi. Of course this is not her fault, but all girls must take an active approach to their careers. Just sayin is all.
