Roanapur Nights
A Rosario+Vampire and Black Lagoon Crossover
Chapter 19
Revy looked at the ceiling in their bedroom. The new apartment was certainly nice, but the one thing that it was more than anything was lonely. Not that their old apartment couldn't be lonely. The few times that Rock would have to go and do some work for Ling Ling made those nights lonely and cold. Right now she was missing Rock. Roxy was currently sleeping in her room, and she was glad that her little shortstack was comfortable here.
When they first got together she had more or less slept nude. It wasn't that much of a change in how she slept before. Although before she would wear a pair of panties. After Roxy was born she went back to panties and usually a ratty sports bra. It was comfortable, gave her some modesty, and allowed her to get up and check on their daughter if needed. The night she came and blew a sizable hole in her daughter's closet in their old apartment was one of those times.
The fact that some piece of shit organ collector was filled with buckshot didn't bother her. Her daughter was alive, and that was all that mattered. Still, there wasn't a need for that here. In truth, this was most likely about the safest place in all of Roanapur for her family. The Huang family took care of their own, and that meant that everyone inside of their building was protected. It also meant those that were outside, but belonged to the family were protected. So, she wasn't too worried about Rock. Sure, she was worried in the sense that he was her husband, but then again he was immortal.
Rock was a vampire now. He was something that would live forever. A normal asshole with a gun wasn't going to kill him. She couldn't be happier for that. She couldn't more over the moon to know that he would always be alive. She sighed, looked at the ceiling, and slid her hand down her stomach. She was still defined, but there was no denying that she had a little bit of a mom bod.
Her stomach wasn't quite as flat as it had been. Not that it concerned her, but at times she wondered if Rock cared. Of course the way he made love to her basically gave her the answer. She slid her hand down lower, letting it find its way under the elastic band of her panties. She felt the trimmed hair that was there, and she let her fingers move further. A small part of her knew that doing this was just getting her primed and ready.
She actually wanted to be. The moment he came home she was going to have him take her. She wanted to feel him as he entered her, and she wanted him to explode inside of her. Oh, that was the plan. She knew that there was a chance she could get pregnant again. After having Roxy the idea of another baby didn't scare her. She realized that she could be a good mother. She realized how much she could love a child, and she realized what it meant to give a child everything she was denied.
Her own father was a bastard. He had been horrible to her, and instead she had given Roxy the kind of home she had wanted. She gave her a loving mother, Rock was a loving and devoted father, and it was proof in how their daughter acted. There was so much evidence in how happy and well adjusted that Roxanne was. Her little shortstack was evidence that with a good home a child could be amazing anywhere.
Her attention to what she had started was stalled, but slowly the thought filled her mind again. She could give Roxy a brother or sister. She smiled impishly at the idea. A nice lust filled romp with Rock. Him on top, her on top, him behind, and both of them in every possible position. The thoughts of it all filled her mind. She needed to do it. She needed to feel him. She needed to be with him.
She needed him to hurry up and get home. She leaned back as she traced the outside of something she had once thought only held value in effectively getting what she wanted. Rock had shown her that it was simply a piece of the person he loved. He'd shown her that she was worth it. If for no other reason than the fact that he loved her she was worth it. Finally her finger went from tracing to entering and she let out a soft gasp.
She felt the way her finger entered her, the slight curve, the way it gently stroked a place that loved feeling Rock touch when he was inside of her. She started slow, not wanting to rush through this. The best fires were the ones that were slowly built, but became infernos on their own. She wanted an inferno. She wanted an inferno that would burn through the night. The passion between her and Rock would be the fuel, and she would let it completely engulf the both of them. She began to pant as she felt her heart starting to race. She was at the point already. There was really no turning back down. She was at the point, and from now he would be handing out the rest of the orgasms like candy.
Oh how she looked forward to that. She looked forward to having him play her like a finely tuned instrument. A small part of her wanted that. She had to admit that she enjoyed it when he took control. As someone that was usually independent it was nice to let someone else handle things. It wasn't that she simply handed over everything, but letting Rock guide her body like this was a nice thing.
It gave her the sense that he wanted her to feel good. After so long of dealing with sex as a way to get what she needed, and then having it become an act of love was nice. It was right. She let out a soft moan as she felt the building need. There was no holding back now. She plunged in, and felt it. The small start leading to the bigger bang. Her hand moved feverishly. There was a driving need behind it. A full need that begged to be released. How it practically begged to be let out.
At any moment she could feel the lovely escape that begged to be released into the world. A few moments of complete bliss. She longed for that moment. More than that she longed for the one that she wanted to share it with. She could practically feel him beside her, watching her, and she wanted to give him a show. She let her hand on her breast tweak her nipple a little bit. Not much, just enough to get the feeling of being with him. Her finger moved easier, faster, less restricted than before. It glided with ease thanks to her desire. She felt herself on the cusp of the bang, and threw her head back. At that moment it filled her. She let out a soft moan as she exploded. It soaked her panties, the bedding, and of course she knew that there were others waiting to come forth.
Rock had shown her that she was multiorgasmic, and she wanted him to show it to her again. She felt something, and looked up to see the shadows of the room changing. She smiled as he stepped out, or she did until she noticed that he looked off. Part of his hair was gone. It was growing back, and quickly, but it looked like something had happened. The need she felt took a backseat to her job as his sword. Someone had tried to take her shield, and she was going to cut the motherfucker that attempted to take her shield.
"Rocky baby?" she asked as she slowly got up, "Are you alright?"
He nodded, "Chang hired a new bodyguard, someone that Sicilians hired for him," he replied as he looked at her, "They got him Silent Penance."
She let out a soft whistle, "So they mean business, but still, she's supposed to be human, so what happened?"
He looked at her, "She's not just a human. She's a man made monster," he replied as he looked at her, "She looks like something off of a science fiction movie. It's hard to tell where the human began and the machine ended. She had some kind of light that reached through the shadow where I was."
She looked at him for a moment, "If she hurt you then she's dead, she's fucking dead and she doesn't even know it yet," she said her eyes narrowing, "I'll fucking rip her lungs out and hand them to the bitch."
She stared past him toward the outside, "I'll burn Chang and everyone connected to him to the fucking ground!" she shouted, her eyes looking more vampiric as she spoke, "I swear to God, I'll make them fucking pay for hurting you…"
She didn't finish her rant before she felt his lips on hers. She kissed him back, hard, pulling him toward her. She pulled him as close as possible as she held him. She felt his body and decided that even the shield needed to be protected. She wanted to protect him, to help him to heal him, and to keep him close. She needed to ensure that nothing hurt him ever again. As she held him, kissed him, and protected him she felt him doing the same for her.
Again he was trying to save her. She knew that he was. He was trying to keep her from simply giving into her anger. He wanted her to keep herself as she was. She understood that. She understood that he saw her as worth it, and as the mother of his child. She liked being a mother, and she liked being the mother of Roxy. Their little girl was nearly perfect in her eyes. Sure, she'd already killed someone, but that piece of shit she'd thrown through the window deserved it.
She was protecting her friend, and maybe later it would develop into something more. The kid wasn't a bad kid. He ran little scams for some of the storefront owners. The kind of scams that weren't worth trying to get the attention of the cops for. As far as she knew he didn't do anything else. Just ran the normal switching out the stuff that was bought for something a little less quality. It'd still be new, but not nearly as good as what was purchased.
The kid certainly didn't deserve to be killed for that, and she didn't think that was the reason. Likely it was a chance to get some organs for the black market. That was still a booming business here. She felt Rock slowly back off a little, and then she looked into his eyes. She could see the concern, and she felt the need to show him that it wasn't in vain. She gave him a small smile, "Okay," she said as she looked at him, "I won't go off the deep end, you have my word."
He nodded, and then leaned back, "Revy, whoever she is, Silent Penance isn't someone that I think will go down easily."
She looked at him and nodded, "Maybe," she said as she studied him, "But then it won't just be me, will it?"
She knew that he likely knew exactly what it was that she was talking about. The truth was that he was part of the Huang Family Syndicate. They would absolutely take whoever it was that had attacked him out. It didn't matter if Silent Penance was some kind of man made monster. The truth was that they were the real thing. When it came down to it she had no doubt that they would find her and take her apart piece by piece if needed. Somehow she doubted that Ling Ling would be that kind. She had a feeling that she would take her time.
She doubted that it would be something as simple as merely killing her. No, she would likely let her die, bring her back, and then do it again and again until she felt that the price for attacking one of them was paid. Ling Ling was several things, but Revy knew that most of all she was the kind of person that didn't take to having her people fucked with. When it came to protection she was hardcore about it.
Somehow, she knew that Ling Ling already knew about the attack. She would have seen Rock at the very least, and it was likely that she was already gathering intelligence. In the next few hours there would be a meeting, and in that meeting she would begin taking advice from those around her on the best way to deal with SilentPenance. If what Rock said was right then likely they would need overwhelming strength. Something stronger than she was.
She could only gather that whatever kind of monster Silent Penance was, she was obviously strong enough to possibly hold her own with Rock. A vampire, even a new one like Rock, was powerful. That meant that Silent Penance was just as powerful, if not more so. It also meant that Cassandra was likely the best bet of dealing with her. Then again she wasn't sure if she wanted to expose the young vampire noble to someone that could burn them with their eye.
She growled as she considered the different sides of it. The one that would be best to reach out for now was Fry Face and she knew that. She had little doubt that Hotel Moscow would deal with the issue if it threatened them. She was sure that Chang had already reached out to Fry Face, but if she turned him down it meant that there was nothing between them anymore. Whatever strange companionship was already dead.
Chang had used up all of his resources except for the smaller organizations that owed him favors. Still, it didn't mean that Balalaika would actually do anything. There wasn't a guarantee because there was nothing to gain for Hotel Moscow. It would mean calling in a favor, and she was certain that whatever favors she'd gained from Balalaika weren't enough. Sure, she knew that Rock had some, but then again there was no guarantee that he had enough favors either.
That left the Huang family. There was no doubt in her mind that they would actually do something toward ending Chang. They would do it because he'd stepped out of line, and more importantly he'd hurt one of their associates. It meant that she needed to have a meeting with Ling Ling. She saw that Rock was looking at her, and she gave a small shake of her head, "We need to have a meeting with Ling Ling," she said as she accepted his touch, "We need to so that she can settle this. We both know that she's going to deal with it."
She could see him starting to say something, but she took his hand, "Rock, we both knew that this was coming. A war's been brewing in Roanapur for ages, and it's finally here. There's not going to be a way of stopping it. I know that's not what you want to hear, but we both know what's going to happen from here on out."
She could see his concerned face, and she knew that he understood that what she was saying was right. At this point there was a war brewing, and nothing was going to stop it. The only thing they could do was ensure that they were on the winning side. And that meant burying Chang, his hired cyborg, and the pieces of shit that gave him the contract for her. There was no denying what had to happen.
"I get it," he said, his voice low, "I get what needs to happen, but it doesn't mean that I want it to."
The frustration was plain on his face. He honestly didn't want to see a war break out. He'd nearly caused one with those US soldiers that he'd gotten out of Roanapur. His actions had nearly caused an entire powder keg to go off. The thing was that he'd lit an extremely long and slow burning fuse. He didn't realize it then, but Revy had seen the writing on the wall. His action of removing the drug money that Chang's branch of the triads had used started the tumble.
That loss of money was more than enough for them to take notice of the loss of influence and power they had. Chang had managed to cover his bases, but she knew that it was from human trafficking. That was how they were fully making their money. Human trafficking, weapons trading, getting freedom fighters in some armpit side of the world to pay top dollar for cheap weapons.
His own overreach had been enough to make him shortsighted. He'd actually attempted to take out the ripoff church. The moment he'd done that it was the end for him. The church was one of the few neutral places in Roanapur. Everyone knew that it was neutral ground. Those that fucked around with that were caught up by every fucking gun in Roanapur. He knew, and so he'd run.
The problem was that he didn't run nearly far enough. She saw her Rocky Baby, the way he looked, and she pushed the fact that Chang was going to be hung up by his balls out of her mind. Instead she leaned forward, kissed him, and let his hold on her become more secure. He was her shield, but sometimes the sword needed to remind the shield of how important it was. There was a soft kiss, followed by something more primal. She'd started something earlier, and now together they were going to finish it.
